If I could give them a ZERO, I would. They have a phone number but all the numbers you push, state, the mailbox is full. I have never been able to get though to this place on the phone. They dont care at all. Attitude, they think they are only there to collect a paycheck and clients are a bother to them and how dare we try to ask a question.When you go into the lab, they stand around and talk, and phone rings and rings. I have even tried to push the physician number and get the same response, mail box for this person is full. I can call first thing in the morning, in the evening, but it is the same.I have complained before, but nothing happens.
I want to make sure my insurance is not billed for todays visit. I was coming in (monthly) for recurring tests and usually have a decent experience, minus any excessive jabs. However, the bleach blonde male behind the counter (Kingman location) was SO rude to me that I left without having my blood drawn. I was not even addressing him, yet he interjected in my conversation multiple times.I made the mistake of asking the female behind the counter if its first come first served, because I made an appointment. He rudely stated that making appointments is meaningless and kept telling me that I had to wait for the walk-ins to be seen, even though my appointment was 25 minutes prior. I had been waiting the whole time and I was next up, so his statements were moot anyway. Still, he kept reiterating, Everybody waits!, even after I told him I dont need his rudeness.I have no problem waiting for my appointment, but most definitely will not tolerate his hateful attitude...particularity when I was not even talking to him. You are losing my business (solely) because of my experience with him today.
Door and google ad says they are open until 4. They take walk ins. Door is locked at 3:35. Call before you come to make sure they are open to save gas and hassle. Looking for another lab with better hours.
Fasted, appt made, 10 minutes early. Waiting room full. 2 gals behind counter chatting 10+ minutes. Called back 10 minutes late. I told her she made me late for work and she said she was training! Then got mad at me and said she would NOT draw my blood. WOW great employees you have working at Sonora Quest! Guess you dont 💯 %fail
Blonde guy seemed really rude and pretentious. The waiting room was boiling hot, and they didnt even do all of the tests we had ordered even though we asked if there were more. Go anywhere else.
Boy, I dont know what thec4-5 star reviews experienced. Aaron at the check in was barely civil, made me feel like taking care of me was a major inconvenience. Although there was nobody else in the waiting room, I had to wait more than 10 minutes. Id rather go to the dentist for a root canal than come back here
Aaron helped me and was very gentle and kind initially, but he blew out my vein which I have zero information regarding how to care for this and I had to return, because the office didnt take my call and I was uninformed what to expect after. I had to return to ask for information. I received an answer, but with apathy.
Arrived just before 7. Only 1 person ahead of me. Very clean. Staff was very friendly. Checked in no problems. Waited maybe 10 minutes. Phlebotomists was very very good. I am typically a very hard stick. I was so surprised when she was able to stick me and get it right away. Usually they have to move the needle around to get it. Didn’t get her name but she was awesome!
Front desk help did not show any level of compassion or willingness to help me out. The smug look on his face the moment I walked in the door should have been a huge red flag.
On my way there this morning 10/29 and hope to be 1st in line ..I have a hard time signing in on there monitor and because of that I was 3rd last time when I showed up 1st and a head injury confuses me on this and wish I could sign a piece of paper.My last blood draw they were very friendly and Im sure they will be this time as well.
My appointment was April 23rd, and I was in & out within 10 minutes of my arrival ☺️The staff that works in the lab are friendly and put you at ease from the very fist smile and hello.
If you are paying cash, they are the most affordable however their customer service is so bad is sad to watch. These ladies are rude to everyone. No exceptions. Oh well. That is what a $200 difference does I guess.
Had my appointment this morning, I got in very quick and their phlebotomist was great! I barely felt a thing and was in and out in no time.

So fast and friemdly I had my sons bag packed with snacks ready to wait all day and we were in and out so fast not to mention usually its painful tongetnblood drawn indidnt feel much amd she was fast. Love this place

Everything is great about this place except you cannot reach them on the phone which makes it very inconvenient to find out certain things.
Staff was great but wont let you pay cash if the system is down.
