The lady Melanie has Complaint against her for touching a female inappropriate and she still works there. They also preform procedures they are not aloud to in the office. This office is all about money!! Be careful!

If I could give them zero stars I would. I’ve come here for years and have never met the doctor, it’s always the nurse practitioner. This is okay if I’m not having issues, but when I came in with serious concerns it was like a day from hell, from the moment I entered and spoke to the receptionist. First she insisted that I owed a large amount for the up coming appointment and that they had called me to be sure I knew the large sum before I came in. Did not happen. When I asked that they call my insurance because the appointment was covered she argued. I finally got someone from the “back office” to make the call and insurance confirmed I was correct. Then after waiting an hour and a half for my appointment I approached the desk and asked what time they had me scheduled and the receptionist began to berate me saying, “ Is this what you do? You come here to harass me? Just go sit down and wait “ She was loud and rude and never answered my question. The office manager saw and heard this from her office and didn’t say a word to the receptionist. I was so shaken on top of being afraid that I had cancer because of my symptoms. So I decided to stay for the appointment. Then the nurse practitioner, after I expressed my concerns and asked questions finally said, “ No, if you have ovarian cancer you won’t know until it’s too late, that’s why they call it the silent killer”. That was it. Not any suggestions about what my next steps or options could be. They wouldn’t even do a pap smear because it wasn’t my “ yearly” appointment. When they had called my insurance company earlier they were told that I could have my “ yearly” appointment right then and that it would be fully covered. I left without my pap smear and immediately scheduled with a real Gynocologist who took the time to listen to my concerns and answered all of my questions sensitively, kindly and reassuringly. I could never refer anyone to this office because I wouldn’t want them to experience this horrible treatment.

I love Dr. Dell and Teresa! I’ve been a patient for probably 5 years now. Teresa is a rock star. She is knowledgeable and her bedside manner is outstanding. They make a typically uncomfortable place very easy going. I moved out of town and still drive over an hour and half to their office. All of the medical assistants are outstanding and so kind. I would highly recommend this office.

Dr. Dell, Catherine and all of their staff have been wonderful to me! Excellent bedside manner, very competent and thorough. Dr. Dell sat down with me and explained my options and plan of care in detail, answering my questions and making sure to help me make the best decision for me. I highly recommend them for all female care needs!

This is such a well run office with wonderful nurses, and Dr. Dell is awesome. They keep up with new advances in technology way before many others do, and he was originally recommended to me by a trusted doctor because of his skill as a surgeon. And this is no small thing: I never have a long wait!

Dr. Dell is amazing! I had been having issues for 15+ years and after a couple visits with him I am able to manage my symptoms! I have never had to wait for long and his bedside manner is great; also he is extremely knowledgeable!

Dr. Dell and his staff are AMAZING!!!! Been going there for about 3-4 years now. He has fixed my bladder issues caused by MS. I also get the Mona Lisa Touch and it is the best thing that i have ever done for myself. I send everyone I know to see him and they all praise his work. Would Highly Recommend

I have been a patient of Dr. Dell’s for 8 years. I have Interstitial Cystitis. Dr. Dell and his team are incredibly understanding and do everything possible to make me feel comfortable and heard. Dr. Dell had performed a procedure on my bladder multiple times. I can’t recommend Dr. Dell enough!

Dr. Dell & his staff are absolutely awesome. He was able to help resolve several female issues that I was experiencing. One was bladder not emptying completely and the other was a prolapsed pelvic floor. I only wish that I could indulge in so many of the other amazing things that are available. I highly recommend Dr. Dell & his staff. They are professional, easy to talk to & very understanding.

Dr.Dell I absolutely amazing. Finally I am pain free for the most part. But his office staff not so much. I owe 400.00 and I have 182.00 copayment. I was told that o would have to pay my entire amount on top of my copayment before I could come to my follow up appointment. I am doing good to pay my house bills. I was going to have to borrow the 200.00 form my mom today to come to my follow up. I work in the industry we have never told a customer to pay what they owe on top of the copayment.

Dr. Dell, Teresa, and his ENTIRE staff are top notch. They commit to excellence in every aspect from patient care, bedside manner, services offered, and going above and beyond to make sure their patients are well cared for. Best in the business and would highly recommend!

I am certain that Dr. Dell is a intelligent man and I believe he has the knowledge needed to perform his job although he was very insensitive to the pain I was inHe has no compassion. I waited several days for my test results only to find out they were already back when I called one morning in so much pain I could barely get through the day .I am not saying he is incompetent I am just saying I was suffering and he didnt seem to care. It doesnt matter how much you wallpaper your office walls ( and baseboards) with degrees , awards and honors if you are not compassionately healing the very community you live in. I was just in the wrong place. I have since found Care from a very compassionate Dr.

Dr. McCollum is fabulous! I absolutely love him! He is very knowledgeable you and ask as many questions as needed. He will answer every question and explain in depth until your understanding is met. Dr. McCollum did my laparoscopic procedure to treat endometriosis. The surgery was the easiest Ive ever had very little pain healing time was impeccable. He and the staff at the outpatient facility were phenomenal. I highly recommend him!

Dr Dell was totally awesome I felt so comfortable with him and his staff I know I will be in good hands with Dr Dell upon my upcoming reconstructive surgery he has awesome bed side manners and gets on a personal level with his patients if I could give him more ratings other than a 5 I would give him 100

Dr. Dell is kind, caring and knows his business! I suffered from IC for about 18 months before finding Dr. Dell who reduced my pain 90% by simply having me drink alkaline water. He listens and truly cares!

Dr. McCullom was my gyno for years the best Dr Ive ever had. Im really upset that hes retired I went to generations obgyn last week for a pap test , it was the most painful test I have ever had. I dont know where to go now.

Dr.Lionel McCollum, the most precious doctor in the world! Compassionate, caring and understanding person in the world. Will no longer be seeing you at Institute For Pelvic Medicine.His retirement has broke my heart 💔

While I moved to Cookeville and no longer can see Dr. McCollum due to distance, he’s the BEST OBGYN I have ever seen. I wish he was closer so I could see him still. He knew something was off with my yearly exam when I was 23 years old, which turned out to be a softball size cyst on my ovary, which then turned out to be early stage 1 Ovarian cancer after I woke up from surgery. I am so grateful to his expertise and feel like that visit saved my life. Now I have a sweet baby boy at 29 years old and still to this day will never forget such a great doctor as Dr. McCollum! He’s also got such a great personality and I think it’s nice he takes the time to ask about your life when you have your visits. Thank you!!

Dr McCollum is a wonderful doctor. He always explains procedures and makes sure that you understand before doing anything. You can ask questions and he will explain it multiple times if you need him to. Thanks Dr. McCollum!

I really like both the doctors here and the staff. I go for my intercystial cystitis and am treated with care. Dr. Dell has done a couple of my IC surgeries and I am very comfortable with him and glad there is a specialist in knoxville.

After years of pain and being told there’s nothing wrong or that I have no treatment options, Dr. McCollum was able to tell me what was wrong with me AND offer several treatment options to relieve me of unbelievable and unnecessary pain. I highly recommend seeking treatment from this wonderful doctor. I didn’t know this level of care still existed!

Im just going to edit this to say I trust his abilities as a surgeon however he could do SO MUCH BETTER on post op pain. Especially when a surgery is one thats not typically an outpatient procedure. We suffer enough with the issue, we should be made comfortable after the surgery.

Dr. Dell has excellent personal skills. He sits down and talks to you to make certain he explains what you need to understand and he answers any questions you may have.

IN MY OPINION, JEFFREY DELL IS TOP NOTCH IN HIS FIELD. NOT ONLY IS HE AN EXCELLENT AND DETAILED SURGEON, HE IS COMPASSIONATE AND KIND TOWARD HIS PATIENTS. HE HAS THE GREATEST BED SIDE MANNERS.

Dr Dell is truly one of a kind I travel from out of state to see him because he is the only one I trust his staff is awesome both Nancys are helpful kind and concerned love the office as a whole

I utilized the fat reduction program using heating elements attached to my abdomen. I went through 2 sessions WITHOUT ANY POSITIVE RESULTS. I AM NOT SATISFIED AND DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS OVER PRICED TREATMENT TO ANYONE. This is a SCAM!

He has been trained by the best doctors in East TN. He has a delightful personality. He tells you what he is going to do before he does it, no surprises.

I did write an excellent review in the past but the communication with the staff is not very good. Very difficult to get an answers from them.
