I am a patient for the obgyn department here at Baptist La Grange. I find the woman in this office so understanding, patient, kind, and wonderful.I have had the worst illness of my life while pregnant, I truly have never felt worse in my life and my husband recalls feeling like months I was no longer alive or present because of how debilitating, consuming, and traumatizing it has been. They have been nothing but kind helpful and I can not begin to say how grateful I am. The NPS are wonderous and so is the DO.And today for my 28 week gestational diabetes test, my husband got off a long shift and immediately took me and our daughter to the early appointment. It has been the busiest most hectic week.We didn’t have time to prepare for the 2 hour process and it is my fault for causing a bit of an inconvenience but they were nothing but kind which is something I do not get commonly.Thank you wonderful ladies of La Grange, I feel heard and cared for. I highly recommend, and I mean it when I say that.
My wife has had the worst experience. Horrible communication with office, never calls back, unable to schedule appointments for weeks while being full term. Spoken with office manager to resolve issues, no change. No communication between doctors and office staff. Left a feeling of negligent, emergency line did not work when my wife went into labor. Extremely poor experience.
