Had to go to Mercy Urgent care last week. I had been there last year for a different issue. Both visits were incredibly professional and everyone I dealt with was wonderful! Both times I was treated with great care, patience, and respect. 5 stars!
If I could give them a zero I would. Staff does not listen to their patients at all. Submitted a complaint online and sent an email and never received any type of communication from customer service. The Nurse Practitioner cost me more money because she didnt want to do her job.
Service was fast and efficient. I liked the fact that I could schedule an appointment online and send my insurance information in advance. That minimized the amount of time spent in the waiting room. I was seen by a doctor within 8 minutes of arriving.I actually had my wife visit the office the next day.
Just got seen at this place by Linda and Lauryn. They got me in and out quickly; answered all my questions and were just awesome. I felt listened to and I feel great about the care I received. Thank you both!!
Walked in to a nurse at the check in counter wearing headphones and acting like it was an inconvenience for me to be there. The nurse taking my vitals seemed so bored and genuinely like she didn’t want to be there. The doctor that I saw however was really friendly and helpful. After everything was done I asked the nurse at the desk a question and she didn’t even look up from her phone to answer me. Definitely wouldn’t recommend going here.
The website said there was a waitlist but there wasn’t anybody in the waiting room when we arrived. I checked in and they text my phone with a form to input my info. Even though I am already a Mercy patient this is GoHealth and they don’t have Mercy patient registration info. It didn’t take long to input. I was called quickly to a triage room where the nurse took my vitals and info. The NP came quickly after. She spent time with me and really listened to my concerns. I required a chest xray which was done quickly on site. Sent to radiology at the Mercy hospital and results came within 20 minutes. I was given prescriptions and a follow up care plan. I 10/10 recommend this facility! I am so happy they were there when I needed them.
I checked in online before arriving early for my appointment, and I was promptly seen upon checking in in person. The whole process was efficient and quick, which was crucial for me as I was feeling very unwell. I received a swift diagnosis of Flu A, the prescription was sent to my pharmacy, and I was able to pick it up immediately. It took only 1.5 hours from leaving my house to getting back into bed.
Love the Mercy Go LSL location! The staff and NPs are always very friendly. We have seen Tamara several times and she is always kind, compassionate, and efficient. We recently had a not so great experience at one of their other locations. We left there and went straight to the LSL location. They saw us immediately and took amazing care of us! So grateful for their help!
The ladies at Mercy-GoHealth Urgent Care in Lake St. Louis are wonderful! They were caring, kind and helpful during a stressful time for our family. Would definitely recommend!
Not as walk-in friendly as advertised, told me it was next to impossible to walk-in and said I should schedule an appointment 4 hours later. They didn’t even bother with the registration process for me. There was one other person in the waiting room and their appointment wasn’t for another 15 minutes. It’s seemed as though I was an opening time nuisance and they didn’t want to deal with a walk-in. Which is fine if you don’t say you’re walk-in friendly. They should say “appointment only”.
It was so quick. I was able go online to hold my sons spot and when we arrived he walked right in and was seen. It was so fast!! The staff was so friendly and great!
Each time we’ve had to go to an urgent care we pick Mercy Go in Lake St. Louis. The staff there is very respectful and thorough. I’ve had Tamara several times and she takes very good care of her patients. Highly recommend
The greatest urgent care you can go, immaculate staff, nothing but respect and professionalism in this facility, definitely will continue going their for all my needs
Got in right away. Treated and released with no problems. Have not had an issue since the treatment. Thank you for the good care I received.
My son tested positive for influenza B at his primary doctor office. 2 days later (Sunday) my daughter woke up with similar symptoms. I took her to this urgent care. We got there at 8:40 and they opened at 9:00. When we entered the building, we were “greeted “ with an unpleasant “do you have an appointment “. I said no, I didn’t know I needed an appointment at urgent care. She said there was a 12:30 appointment available or they could try and work us in. She was less than helpful and had an attitude the entire time.We eventually got called back to a room. I’m guessing it was the nurse, but she never introduced herself, came into the room and asked what was going on? I told her the backstory. She pointed to a print out on the back of the computer screen and said she probably would be negative because it was “too soon”. The swabbed her for only the flu.came back negative. I explained that she has the same symptoms and that we were leaving for Disney in 2 days. I requested that they give her the tamiflu. They told me no. Very rude and a wasted trip. Fast forward 2 days to being in Florida and testing positive for flu b. Had they given her the tamiflu, we could have been on top of it. Instead, I had another urgent care visit cost and $500 airline tickets back home. Horrible customer service and definitely would not recommend them!
I was impressed with the facility and with the staff that greeted me and checked in. The x-ray technician was pleasant and efficient. The doctor that attended me was professional and knowledgeable about my injury and referred me to a specialist.Very good experience.
Being new to MO and never having gone to an urgent care to be negatively greeted and offered no empathy when showing up when the location opened was disheartening. The girl at the front was rude and mumbled. I was not aware of the save a spot requirement. Urgent care is usually a walk in even says it on the front of the building. Went down the street to another location Total Access and they were much more kind and willing to give me the information needed.
They took good care of me. I went in to look at some road rash from a motorcycle accident and they took time to look me over and ensure I didnt have any other injuries.
We have been here a few times in the past few years and each time the staff has been friendly, quick to help and overall just amazing. I’m shocked by the negative reviews here. I would suggest if this is close to your house, try it out and see for yourself. We will continue coming!
Ease of registering in the office. (Now that I think of it, the app to register left a lot to be desired.) The receptionist was cold. Not rude. Did her job without any emotion. The rest of the visit was good. The doctor was great Dx’d me. Got the antibiotic to treat the condition. My primary doctor agreed with how I was treated.
My husband and I have both been patients here in the last 6 months. Both visits have been less than 40 minutes to get in and out, and we never felt rushed. We both have had the pleasure of having Tamra take care of us. She is very knowledgeable and kind. We will continue to come here with our emergency needs. Thank you.
This location is disgusting. We were blatantly discriminated against at Mercy today. The front desk assumed we had COVID just because we’re Asian Americans. Despite explaining that my son has persistent cough, no fever. She scolded us, sent us to the ER, and claimed they were full. There was only one patient in the waiting area.Another family walked in after us, and suddenly a different front desk agent warmly welcomed them. The woman responsible for this discrimination had blond hair and glasses. This is absolutely unacceptable in a hospital setting. Rest assured, I’m reporting this to the health department and AAPI Hate Crimes. This needs to be addressed and rectified immediately. Front desk agent was in her mid-40s with blond hair and glasses. I hope that a comprehensive investigation will be conducted, and appropriate measures taken to prevent the recurrence of such incidents in the future.
Mercy Health from Doctor to Staff, totally ROCKED it! They were so quick and efficient! The place is super clean and welcoming. I loved the Christmas decor and ambiance too! Book your next appointment with them! You will NOT be disappointed! ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I was seen right away. Most of the staff was very friendly and didnt make me feel like I was just a name on a chart.
Worst ever! Was extremely ill and went in on a Sunday after having Covid symptoms. Rude front desk and such lack of empathy from other staff. Nurse practitioner was very kind and compassionate. Said she sent four prescriptions to my pharmacy and I went directly there. Waited until they closed and no prescription. Slept zero hours from coughing, wheezing, etc. Called pharmacy when they opened in the morning and still no prescriptions. There should have been four prescriptions there the day before. I have paperwork in hand. Called Mercy back and again very rude. Told me it was my pharmacys fault and to tell them to refresh their system. I asked her to check to make sure it was sent before I call them back. Again, rude and told me that the nurse practitioner sent it while I was in the room yesterday. That she would have someone call me back after looking up my date of birth. So, I said does that mean it wasnt sent? She refused to answer me and told me that she said someone would call me back. Called my pharmacy and they assured me that the problem wasnt on their end and that Mercy never sent it to them or any of their other locations. So, I sit here in bed sick as a dog with no medication and no recourse. I suggest that if you are really sick go to the er or another Urgent Care. I am too sick to go to another Urgent Care or er.
First the place is super cool, looks nothing like a medical facility in the best possible way! Everyone was so so nice and I was immediately put in a room. Everyone listened to me and didnt ignore my symptoms and the whole team was just incredible! I already recommended your place to three people. 5 stars!
I went in twice in one week. First time (Monday) was fine told it was a bad respiratory infection/virus and to rest which was fine. I know you cant treat viruses with antibiotics. I was told to come back if cough got worse or anything else came up and they would do a chest Xray. My Primary gave me a cough med and something to help my sleep since I couldnt due to the cough. Went back on Friday when I coughed up bright red blood. Was exhausted to the point my memory was shot when they asked about what meds I was taking and didnt say the cough meds(was given cough meds the day before) but I asked for the Xray not new meds. Did not receive the X-ray and was treated like a drug seeker/frequent flyer and had my account flagged. 2 days later ended up in the ER not able to breathe and extremely dehydrated with my lungs filled with pneumonia.
Do not recommend, not a good place to try and get medical help. We will never ever be back to the Lake St Louis urgent care, and will never go to any Mercy facility again. Late one evening on a Friday, my husband slowly walked into the front door, weak and in pain. They turned him away and told him to go to the ER. He said he left and slowly walked to the car, could barely move and got himself to the ER. He was having a heart attack. When he got to the hospital, he was told that any medically trained person would have seen that he was in distress, that The Mercy Urgent care should have never let him leave and should of called 911. This place is lucky he lived or there would be serious hell to pay.
I just completed a walk in visit with the absolute best provider in the world, Laura !!! She was extremely supportive and kind during my very uncomfortable experience with a swollen, infected eyelid. I was checked in very quickly and seen within 20 minutes; That was by far better than any other urgent care facilities I have been to in any of the other handful of places I have been to as a travel contractor. I assure you, this place is above and beyond and the care was top notch!!! Thanks to Samantha, Laura and the front desk receptionist for helping me so much in my time if need!!!
Everyone was very nice, competent, very knowledgeable. Treatment was very fast (but not rushed) and efficient. Dr/PA/NP (whoever I saw) knew exactly what I needed for a migraine. Treatment was effective, very helpful.
The Nurse Practitioner was very kind and pleasant. I was able to get an appointment quickly and didn’t have to wait once I arrived.
Very clean and the attending Physician and her assistants were very nice and caring.
Worst experience ever!!! NP was horrible and just sent me on my way saying it was a virus after being sick for a week. Or I was still having effects from my Covid shot that was 5 days prior. Reading reviews here it looks like this is their M-O here - everyone has a virus and they do nothing. Don’t go here !!!!!!!Update:: went back to clinic in Warrenton today. I have a bad sinus infection!!! Please tell your provider I saw that some pts do know their own bodies and know what is going on. I would a refund on my copay !!!!!
I went because I had been sick for 2 weeks. Checked in on-line and walked right in and have a great experience. On the mend!
I just walked in there in a lot of pain because I fell down 10 steps after having a very low blood sugar do to my type one diabetes. The two girls at the front checking people in made me feel horrible! One looks to the other and goes you should have never gotten lunch as her lunch sat on the desk next to her. She replied with rolling her eyes and agreed. She was upset at the fact that I walked in, was going to prolong the time until she got her lunch break. If you’re going to work somewhere were sick and hurt people come, have some respect. The conversation was not quiet, and I was very embarrassed. I have never felt so unwelcomed in my life. I never leave reviews for places but I don’t ANYONE to feel how I did today.
Went here only because they were the closest place that had any appointments available. Waste of my time. Was in horrible pain and the provider Jessica walked in and immediately said she was calling in a prescription for muscle relaxants rather than even talking to me or examining my neck at all. She was so quick to get me out the door and could care less about my symptoms but just assumed without talking with me what was wrong. Now I’ll be stuck with a bill without insurance for no real treatment and no change in my pain but even more swelling. Thanks a lot. This is why so many people just don’t go to the doctors because they don’t even care about helping you.
Only giving this place two stars because the nursing support staff was nice. Doctors were terrible, I’ve been here twice in the past and both times the doctors were great and kind. The last time was awful. Both me & my husband had ear infections from the lake. His was much worse than mine, to where he was in extreme pain, all she did was give him some drops. She was all concerned about me possibly having covid, & the test was obviously neg, but I told her I was in pain and needed something so she said she would give me drops. She told me she would send my drops in separately since I have allergies. I go to pick up the drops none were there for me, so I had to call them and it was a different doctor, and she said there was nothing they could do because she didn’t see me, & the other doctor never wrote any notes about me having an ear infection or getting drops. Ridiculous.
Super impressed! Today I took my (very anxious) daughter in after an injury. The staff was quick, patient and knowledgeable. In and out with clear steps for moving forward with a specialist. I was worried as my kiddo is very nervous in the medical setting but our nurse was fantastic and managed to keep her calm even during X-Rays of her injury. If I need another UC, I’ll be sure to go back to the LSL location.
My chief complaint about my visit concerns one of the lady’s at the front desk named Kathy. There was another lady at the front desk named Danielle. She was very patient and you could tell she wanted to help us. However, Kathy was very rude and standoffish. It seemed that we were a burden to her. I would like to thank Danielle for being so patient while Kathy was being so rude. Danielle, never let anyone else change your kind heart thank you for that. Kathy, please treat people with compassion and grace, you may not know what they’ve been going through.
They don’t do IV fluids for severe dehydration. Just wanted to post that so people were aware. Also, I agree that one receptionist was extremely rude. The other seemed nice.
I scheduled an appointment and visited this location this past Monday with severe chest and back pain which were making it difficult to breathe and move, and still are five days later. They took vitals, listened to me breathe, and even took x-rays, but reported that everything looked normal. Despite my complaints of being in debilitating pain, the nurse told me to take Tylenol and go to the ER if things got worse. While the staff were very kind and efficient, they did not offer me any real help or solutions, and we’re quick to send me on my way. Additionally, my payment info was never taken, nor was I given any paperwork on my visit or copies of the x-rays they took.
The experience at the clinic has been fine, as everyone is professional and very courteous. However, you should be aware that if you use a debit card or a credit card for your co-payment, they automatically save it on file. You will then receive an email that tells you they will charge you at any given time up to $250. The email that Ive received says that I will receive an email before they process my payment. This was never communicated in person and because of this policy, I will not go to this Urgent Care again.Edit: As per owner comment below, I have also sent an email to that address expressing my concern.
This was a great urgent care. From being able to sign in in advance to the wonderful nurses. For being sick this was a great experience and I felt like everyone cared
It was a great experience. Very friendly, professional and prompt. Would highly recommend the facility if your in need of urgent care.
Came in after being sick for a week and have a bad wheezing cough. Nurse practitioner listened to my lungs thru my jacket and told me it was 1 of 15 virus going around. 36 hours later I am back with my face swollen up from and they are all booked up. Did not even seem a bit concerned about my swollen face or the fact they were wrong. Never again!
Had 8:30 am apptmnt and place was locked and closed.
The Dr. and the nurses at the location were fantastic, my son was very sick and they did everything they could to make him feel comfortable.I didn’t feel like I was taking up there time and they genuinely cared and wanted to help my son feel better . This is the best urgent care in the area. The ladies are such sweethearts !!!
The Dr. at this location was an angel! She genuinely cared and did everything she could to help me get better. It’s been a long time since I’ve visited an urgent care doctor that didn’t make me feel like I was wasting their time. Thank you for your awesome service!
This location is one of the worst urgent cares Ive ever been to. Came in an hour and a half before they close with not one person in the waiting room. Says walk ins welcome but they wouldnt see us because we didnt save a spot.
Easy to get in to see the doctor. Staff was very friendly.
My sister was discriminated because she had no ID when her wallet was lost. I’ve never been asked for Id entering an urgent care. They refused service to my sister and nephew. Definitely have my lawyer involved
Fast, convenient, compassionate, quality medical care. I highly recommend!
The staff was very friendly and my visit went quickly. Laura addressed all of my needs. Definitely recommend this Urgent Care.
Best experience Ive ever had at an Urgent Care location. The entire staff including the doctor were nothing short of amazing. Thank you!
The Physicians and staff are compassionate, insightful, understanding, caring and professional. I am so grateful Mercy Urgent Care is in our community. I trust them
First time going to this location. Staff and care was great!
Unfortunately we have been to this location twice now. Haha! But each time they have been quick, professional, and the staff makes a personal connection each time. Definitely recommend!
Unethical billing practices. I visited this urgent care at the end of January. They told me my medical issues were outside the scope of an urgent care, so I had to go to an ER instead. So they performed no services and told me they cant help me, but still managed to bill me $300.
Excellent care and attention. Very prompt with service and both kids loved the popsicles. Keep up the fantastic job!!
Super fast, friendly and took extra good care of my sick kiddo! Would highly recommend!!
We had a wonderful experience here! Great staff, all the way around. They were very kind and accommodating. We will 100% be back here again.
Staff was amazing and patient with my scared 2 year old. They gave her time to warm up and never rushed her. Amazing team !
Friendly and compassionate staff. I was able to get in quickly which in tern means I was in less pain faster
Extremely rude receptionist been going to Marcy for years. Didnt have my insurance card wouldnt take me as a patient.
Personable, professional, very competent staff.
Very friendly staff very knowledgeable and wasn’t kept waiting at all
Everyone was very professional even though I arrived without an appointment and approaching their closing time.
Considering everything they take care, they were great. Very nice inside too.
Friendly staff, attentive, professional
What I thought was so rude when you walk in nobody at front desk acknowledges you know hi nothing. Customer service there sucks.
Extremely friendly staff and very attentive to my needs. Will recommend to others
Every one was friendly and understanding of my sickness and the PA was friendly and professional
Great service!! No wait. I was in and out in 20 minutes.
I was seen quickly, hardly any wait as a walk-in.Caring staff!
It was quick easy and the staff is friendly
Very nice experience and doctor was quick to diagnose
They were kind & friendly and I was helped immediately
Nice environment and helpful provider.
Horrible experience! So quick to get people out the door.
Always fast, pleasant and professional.
Very friendly, quick and efficient!
Wonderful employees!
Disrespectful, rude and ignorant staff.
