- Had an appointment at 4.45 on Aug 14th 2030- Arrived at 4.40- lady nurse was agressive and throwing commands as if i was in an army clinic, no smile, i felt not welcomed- while signing my name on the ECheck screen she rudely interrupted my typing without a word and bypassed the proccess to make it faster, i think she wanted to leave early today.- during the blood withdrawal she was not very professional at all. Rushing EVERYTHING!.- She swapped my arm with an alchohol swap one VERY LIGHT stroke up and down.- She didnt ask me to confirm my information on the vile stickers like at other Quest branches.- She ORDERED me to hold the cotton on the needle spot.I didnt feel that she cared much about proper sterilize protocol nor did she care about health precautions.Only on the way out did she wish me a good weekend and to stay safe.I dont recommend this branch.
If I could give 0 stars I would. I waited 5 days for Covid results and had to miss work just for them to tell me that they never received my covid swab. On top of that, I then had to pay to see yet another dr and get another test done, now having to miss more work than should be necessary. The dr put a priority card in with the test which should have meant getting my results within 24-48 hours. It’s 3 days later and I am still waiting on results. What’s more is that there turn around time still says 1-2 days. DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE, they will lose your samples and have unacceptable wait times.
