Service is typically good but for three years in a row, I randomly get a bill months later (up to 6 months later) for hundreds of dollars for my last office visit. At time of visit I leave the office with “ ok you’re good. Have a nice day” I could pay then! Not a fan of the “ surprise billing” as Quest Diagonstics likes to call it.

It’s crazy to me how I went in to get checked got a diagnosis then claimed you would send that prescription over to my pharmacy. Okay cool, I go after about and hr like they told me. My pharmacy says they got nothing on file. THEN I call and let them know hey, you guys never sent the prescription over. Okay we just did it. I come back 2 hours later AND YOU SENT OVER THE WRONG prescription!? So I call and AGAIN and they told me the lady who checked me never put in the correct prescription I needed which was to treat BV and what they had “sent” over to my pharmacy was an emergency contraceptive!? Like WHAT 😂 how do you mess that up. This is major red flag. Please be careful to all you young women. Can’t put all your trust into “care” facilities.

I love Planned Parenthood! They have been there for me over many years and many locations. It was sad to see that security was needed in the parking lot today due to ignorant protesters. Planned Parenthood has done so much and provides for so many, I owe them a debt of gratitude.

Providers and staff at this clinic have compassion like I have never seen in these dark ages of medicine. They treat medically and are comforting. Some providers have also taken me under their wing as clinical instructors. Nothing of their fault but I just have to say that the protesters are annoying. This is the last thing that staff and providers need. The value for preventative care is limitless. You cannot put a price on compassion either.

Excellent and amazingly supportive staff, but impossible to get in contact with or receive medications from. Any time I need a prescription updated or refilled, no matter how far out I call (and leave a message mind you, seeing as Ive never had someone directly pick up my call even when on hold for upwards of two hours), I am always late on my prescription and am then put in a very compromised position due to needing that medication or else being in significant pain. I love planned parenthood and will always support their mission as an organization, but its hard not to be frustrated working with them no matter how friendly they are because Im still not really getting the care I need. I can only imagine what it would be like if you needed more urgent care like an abortion or immediate HIV exposure treatment.

I have visited this facility on multiple occasions and have always had a positive experience. However, when I visited the facility recently with my daughter I was told that I needed to leave immediately and I could hang out in my car or I could sit in the Sonic parking lot next door .. very rudely told to do so. My daughter and I had a conversation in the car about her possibly not feeling comfortable to talk to the doctor alone and mentioned that she might not want to continue with her appointment if I could not go. I looked at my daughter and asked her if she wanted to continue with her appointment and at no point was I talking to the woman at the front desk during this time .. I was only speaking to my daughter when the woman said WE DO NOT ALLOW ANY SUPPORT PEOPLE IN THE FACILITY EVEN FOR PEOPLE THAT ARE GETTING ABORTIONS... THEY GO IN THERE ALONE! I did not feel as though it was worth getting into a discussion with the woman but continued to ask me daughter if she wanted to leave. She said that she would be fine and I went out to my car. After I left the facility the women at the front desk continued to laugh and make fun of the situation in front of my daughter. I was not confrontational, abrupt or rude in any way... I understand that with COVID 19 and all of the stress it adds daily to peoples lives but I do not feel I should have been treated so rudely and then to make things worse they began making light of the situation and my reaction in front of my daughter after I walked out... my reaction was suprised was all. I have been on ongoing patient as well as advocate of Planned Parenthood for many years. I did try to call the 800 # as well and left a message for the manager who has yet to call me back..

I drove all the way down from Omaha to have my IUD removed and a new one inserted. I had made an appointment online a few days prior which was super easy and everything seemed to be set in place. Once I had entered the building and started speaking with the woman at the front desk, my temperature was taken and I had been told I had a fever. While I am understanding of the Covid-19 precautions many businesses are taking, it was not taken into consideration that I had just driven over an hour in a heated vehicle and was wearing a long sleeve shirt and coat, hence the weather being in the negative numbers. I was told that I would need to reschedule my appointment 14 days out. I was then told by this woman I cant have you here any longer. While I was more than understanding and willing to leave, this woman made me feel incredibly disrespected. She was acting and speaking with a sense of urgency that made me feel not only unimportant but as if I was a hazard. I will not be rescheduling my appointment and will be looking for a different provider.

Im so thankful for this local Planned Parenthood and in general thankful for Planned Parenthood services. Everyone here is so sweet, helpful and fast!Ive been going here for a little over a year now for birth control and I mentioned I never had an HPV vaccine before. After I told my nurse that it literally took minutes for them to get me applied for a grant to pay for the vaccine and I was approved and back in the office the next day to get it :)Really appreciate them putting in some extra care for my health !

They got me an appointment quickly. The day of my appt. I didnt have to sit and wait to get in for long at all. The staff was very professional and made me feel comfortable right away.I came away feeling like I was treated with respect and that the medical staff knew what they were doing. The only thing that made me feel uncomfortable was this creepy, stoney faced guy in a suit standing in the hall as we came in. What was that about? But once I was in the waiting room I felt safe again.Over all, a great experience.

It’s been over a year since i visited but I can’t stop thinking about how awful the staff were in front. Everyone else was great but staff in front were talking about patients. They were specifically talking about (my reason for visiting) and that they thought the person before me was here for (my reason to visit) which is a weird thing to talk about all together but contextually it was even worse. I was sitting at the back of the room, so I know everyone else heard the same conversation. They need to know people can hear them when they talk. Again everyone else was great but I felt really disrespected by the front staff and hope they’ve since had training related or said employee investigated and fired.

DO NOT COME IN FOR ANY BIRTH CONTROL PROCEDURE!THESE ARE UNTRAINED, NON-CERTIFIED MEDICAL PROFESSIONALS, AND HAVE AND WILL CAUSE INJURY.I had to come back twice for IUD, they tried to force an IUD in me that wouldn’t fit and I had to yell at them to take it out, one of the most painful experiences I have ever had, but they treated me after with ice packs and a snack cause I about fainted. I came back a 3rd time for an implant instead, and then I find out my insurance (United healthcare platinum) won’t cover it because the person who was there that day wasn’t even trained to do so, and I was then asked if I had Medicaid because then that might be able to cover it, when the true problem is that they are offering people to get implants installed by untrained people. One of the girls who pried my cervix open was very nice but had to be 18-20. There is a lack of experience on the staff there, and it’s scary. If you are looking to get an IUD or implant, or anything invasive, go to Lincoln Womens Health at Bryan or an experienced NP, PA or OBGYN

I had blood work done here. After about two weeks, I called to check on results. There was no results in my portal except for the standard plan b that they prescribe to all patients just in case. I called on a Friday and was told that my results would be in that Monday. I called on Saturday and was told the same thing. Come Monday, I was told that there was not even a record of the blood work and results in the system. Insurance was billed for this procedure, as well. Hmmm interesting. My question is what did they do with my blood and why did they clearly put a needle in my arm, visibly draw blood, and marked it with my name with no intent to record it. What was the purpose behind that bloodwork? This raises lots of questions at the transparency and code of ethics of Planned Parenthood. They are supposed to help women, not do sneaky and fishy things that make no sense. When someone comes in for testing, it is absolutely necessary to let me know results LET ALONE record the blood work IN THE SYSTEM. Hoping to hear something soon and there better be a good reason for all this. Lincoln Planned Parenthood is an absolute joke and is definitely up to something behind closed doors. I would never recommend this location to my family or friends.

About a year ago I found a lump on my breast. I was terrified and had no idea what to do. I did not have insurance at the time so no family doctor. I was able to get a breast exam and a referral from this PP. Yes, there was some difficulty with communication but after a few phone calls I was able to get what I needed. Needless to say, it ended up being inflammatory breast cancer. Thanks to planned parenthood I was able to get the help I needed.

Your hours are pretty inaccessible to a working person. After calling the phone line and being told someone would be there for sure until 5, I got to the door and found it locked just as the clock was ticking over to 5:01. This is the soonest I could get across town after my job, and they knew it.As I walked back to my car, a lady came out the staff door with a big tray covered in tinfoil - company cupcakes to take home? She saw me, didnt say anything, just sneered and turned her face away and left. For all she knew, I could have been looking for help to flee from abuse.Planned Parenthood, you are hated enough for what you do. Dont alienate the people who try to come to you in the first place. A smile and a kind word would have meant a lot. I wont be back. That probably is just what you want.

Made an appointment a month in advance for my teen daughter, appointment time was 10:10, she was not taken back until 11:05! I asked at 10:30 of they were behind and the front person said each appointment takes about an hour from arrival to finish and would not tell me if they were behind. The other front person didnt seem to k is what she was doing and walked away as I was speaking to her, just asking a simple question about not having an insurance card bc my wallet was stolen. They were just rude and unhelpful which I really dont understand I have always heard good things about planned parenthood.

I have been coming here for years but after my last experience I will never go back and Im warning eveyone. Went to my appointment had a long wait time, but got taken back, and had my annual. 5 days later I got a call that I had a STI and needed to come in for treatment immediately. I call for an appointment and the first time they can see me is 3 and 1/2 weeks later. I thought it was urgent i get treated. This all seemed fishy to me as Ive been married for years and we both get tested every few years as part of annual appointments. I doubted them so the next day i made an appointment with my physicians office and told them to test everything they could test for. After waiting 2 days all test came back NEGATIVE. I had nothing(besides alot of aggravation). So i dont know if Planned parenthood called the wrong person or not but there was a mess up somewhere. Plus i thought the bed side manner was very inappropriate the day of my appointment at planned parenthood. So due to the fact that you all made me worry and stress for no reason, and now pay alot more for the 2nd opinion Ill never be back.

Theyre impossible to get into contact with. People simply dont answer the phones or respond to messages. They refused refills on my Rx but made no effort to contact me to explain why they would not renew it, and it took days to reach anyone and finally get it resolved.Edit (2 weeks later): Actually, they still wont refill my Rx because they admitted to messing up a lab test, meaning that Ill go yet another week without my prescription. Ive been repeatedly told that Rxs were sent to my pharmacy, which my pharmacy denies receiving. On top of that, the nurses are rude. Im currently looking at migrating to another health center. If you have another option, take it!

I had an IUD put in place in January of 2020 and upon insertion I felt the most extreme pain I had ever felt. A few days later I started breaking out around my legs but was treated by my physician for a “skin infection” This July I was admitted to the hospital for over a week for a violent infection in my Fallopian tubes that almost killed me. When I was taken to surgery they saw my uterus had a huge hole that almost made my surgeon give me a hysterectomy at age 21. Once we told the surgeons about the IUD insertion and the pain I had the surgeons knew (but could not physically prove) that the person that put my IUD in punctured my uterus, the break out afterwards was toxic shock, and believe whole heartily that the person that inserted my IUD KNEW that they had punctured it, because the amount of pain was NOT normal. I love and support planned parenthood but this particular one almost killed me. I support affordable healthcare for women, but not at the sacrifice of clean and thorough care. DO NOT RUN THIS RISK. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLANNED PARENTHOOD.

The last three years Ive had to wait well past my appointments and every time Im the first one there. I come well in advance before they open and I have to watch people just walk in and be seen right away . I dont enjoy having my time wasted and being lied to about why other people get to be seen right when they walk in the door and I have to wait up to an hour past my appointment. And just so happens to not have started happening to me once this one lady been at the desk. The only one that has made me wait well past my appointment time. Just when I thought this place was getting better they had to assign the wrong person for the front desk.May be time to go some where else if they continue to decline in customer service. The concept of an appointment only applies to some here.

This facility is AMAZING! After having to go through what I did, every single person working at this clinic was super nice, friendly & understanding.
