My experience here is great, besides the waiting part. I love being seen here but why did I put 3 stars? Its because they wont let my mom be seen there. Shes been trying to get a doctor there and she has gotten no where. Its been years...and nothing. Shame.

The dental place has wonderful dental assistances, but I don’t trust any other dr. But Dr.Krat after being traumatized as a kid the first adult tooth I had pulled went very well.. last weeks did not go well as they tried putting me with another dr and it just made me feel scared I have trust issues as is and clearly am terrified of the dentist or my teeth wouldn’t be so bad... I’m pleased to go here for my dental help though they are a good staff and care about their patients. 💜

We set up appointments for my children just to be called a week before the visits that they no longer had a dental provider. They only had someone to clean teeth. Not exactly a dentist office.

So they start the new patient process with a totally pointless phone interrogation then they E-mail you the paperwork. Kicker is, they actually expect you to SNAIL MAIL them back the forms. As if I have a printer..
