I sprained my ankle hiking. Another urgent care that was supposed to take my insurance didn’t. Everything at NextCare was smooth and easy. The staff was friendly, helpful, caring. I couldn’t be happier with their service. I will go back there with all my urgent healthcare needs. (Wish they did primary care there.) I had previously gone around in circles, trying to get into the NextCare app or website, but dropping in went great.
It’s really nice to have a local place to go when I have a minor Medical issue. The staff are friendly and I get seen by a provider very quickly. For the last 5 years, I have been coming here and have always had a positive experience. Thank you Next Cate Longmont!
Fantastic! I was able to get in and out of my visit in a reasonable amount of time, the person who did my intake was able to suggest a plan that helped me with the cost of the visit (I’m new to the area, and my regular insurance hasn’t kicked in yet!), and my PA was thorough, knowledgeable, and very easy to work with!I will definitely be coming back again, if I need urgent care services! Thank you so much!
Made an online appointment the night before, showed up at opening, was seen and out in 25 minutes. The PA and staff were friendly and helpful. Would definitely rather use this urgent care. They also had a nice waiting area filled with plants
1st visit and would totally return. In and out in 45 minutes without an appt. Friendly and competent front office and med tech. Saw Dr. Giordano who listened, asked questions and made a diagnosis that I hadn’t considered. Appreciate this entire staff and would definitely recommend.
Was seen within moments of arrival, I had pre-registered with all my info and signed up for a time. The MA went thru my medical history, was seen within moments after that by the PA. She was very thorough. No tests needed, pinpointed the issue quickly which was exactly what I suspected. Rx was sent and ready at the nearby pharmacy with no problems.
The staff is nice, albeit understaffed. All I wanted was a Covid PCR test. But I had to wait over an hour to have a telehealth consult on the premises in order to be approved for the test. ... Then setting up my phone to facilitate the call was a bit of a rigamarole. It seems their IT infrastructure is finicky.
Staff is always friendly, efficient and takes whatever time is needed. Experience consistent over 5 or so visits...Another visit - Reserving a time,& having the system prepopulate the patient info made check-in quick and painless. The wait to be seen was only a couple of minutes. And, as usual it was a 5-Star experience. Thank you.!
Went for what I thought was a UTI. Was told my test came back positive... Turns out it was actually negative. They dont care and will tell you whatever is convenient for them in the moment. Ill be going to a different urgent care as they dont actually know anything about womens healthcare.UPDATE: The doctor called to harass me after my review.
The doctor checked my reflex knee tap, my legs for strength touched my back where I was having sharp pain in upper shoulders and I stated I was having trouble breathing and coughing he didn’t listen to my lungs have me move my arms or shoulders and said I have muscle spasms by putting his hand where it hurts … I was In there with him a total of 8 min and he sent me on my way… he was a horrible person and doctor he was not interested in my pain or my trouble breathing… I will never go back and if I get a different diagnosis for what is going on or this gets worse, I will hiring an attorney.
They have one PA working, who is very nice And helpful but I waited two hours when I actually made an appointment online. They’re very understaffed. Corporate should look at staffing this place like a proper urgent care. There was true urgency he would want to go elsewhere.
This place sucks so bad. I went in after a bad fall. The Dr. Treated me disrespectfully and didn’t listen to me. I injured both shoulders in the fall but he only notated my right shoulder was injured even though I told him both hurt. I told him I was having a hard time reading the words on the door. I was bleeding out of my ear but he said it was no problem. Subsequently after on -going headaches I went to another DR. Who inspected my ear canals and said he can still see blood around my eardrum on the right side and I should have been sent to the Emergency room immediately. They are now referring me to a neurologist. The Dr. at nextcare said I had a concussion but then told me to go home and go to sleep which apparently is dangerous when you have a concussion. I will never go there again. I would say the quality of care is a joke but it’s not funny that they ignored my concerns and didn’t give me the treatment I needed.
Front girls are fun and totally know their jobs. In the back the care was more then adequate, staff listens to my concerns and the PA was effective and knowledge. It will be my Urgent care from now on.
I had to go to the Longmont 21st and Main location because that is where my employer sent me. The doctor was fair. However, the xrays technician was the worst I have ever experienced. He did not appear to know what he was doing. Yikes. He was neither gentle nor compassionate. I left in more pain than when I went in. Workers comp. places are not usually very good. That was certainly evidenced here.
Opening was a bit delayed but it was a bad weather day so understandable. Check in person was great super friendly and kind. Nurse was great and polite. Dr was prompt and polite would return if needed
Totally unimpressed with the care we received. The PA gave no suggestions on how to relieve the knee pain. Advice was to schedule an appt with our care provider.
Ive gone in a couple times. Mostly for sinus infections or other things where I dont want to wait for an appointment with my regular doctor. Especially since the kids and I always seem to be sick on the weekends.Theyre usually pretty fast but I dont feel like they skip any steps, just that theyre prepared. Nobody ever makes me feel bad for coming in for something small, theyre very welcoming.Ive seen a different doctor every time so if you need continuity of care you should probably find a different office. But when I just need someone to take a quick look its been pretty great.
Friendly and helpful staff/providers. I was a walk-in at 6:15pm on a Weds. The only person waiting ahead of me went back when I checked in. Was in and out promptly. This was my first visit but I wouldve switched my GP to the doctor I saw today if they offered primary care! Would return and recommend.
We went in and after filling out paperwork were seen right away. The medicine was called in to a pharmacy and we were all done. Fast, friendly care.
Very prompt and thorough. I went for my DOT yearly exam for my CDL class B, which is never really pleasant at other places Ive gone. Kristina made it as pleasant as it could be. I would recommend for D.O.T. drivers physical.
The PA Dave was very caring and explained his diagnosis in great detail. The front office staff was very nice and got us checked in quickly.
All the staff were very professional and the services were provided efficiently. I would definitely return here for future urgent needs.
Very knowledgeable, quick. Sure helped me a lot! Feel 100% better than I did yesterday. Id go again!
Everyone here was so helpful. The person who greeted us and took our information was professional and efficient. The nurse was so thorough and the PA was knowledgeable and kind.
I am extremely pleased with the staffs kindness. The front desk lady was swift and extremely helpful. Both nurse and doctor kept a fun professional examination and executed it perfectly. I would like to give a shout out to one of the staff members for absolutely going out of her way to make my day as she provided me with excellent news. Overall this is hands down the best clinic I’ve been to so far leading me to recommend to those who are looking for a quick, effective and friendly solution to any and all health related problems! Cheers
Everyone at this office was pleasant to interact with. they took great care of my young son.
Came here awhile back for an ear cleaning and ever since my ear has been hurting (wasn’t hurting before hand) and now I keep getting constant pain pretty sure the doctor damaged my ear drum when he sprayed water in it.
Everyone was so incredibly nice and friendly. I just moved to Colorado and they made my visit very smooth and easy.Thank you!!!
The Dr was amazing at listening and diagnosing I felt she took her time and genuinely cared
Got me in fast at end of day and they treated me great! I know they had a very long day but didnt rush me through and answered my questions and made me feel comfortable and welcome.Front desk, nurse, and doctor all very friendly and professional.
My son and I were in a week ago, with an appointment. It took over an hour to be seen. I decided the appointments must not do much to help on wait time. I brought my son in today without an appointment. I was told our wait would be about an hour. We were here for an hour and a half, got into a room just to wait another hour. We ended up being here for over 21/2 hours, for 15 minutes with the provider. Seems like this location needs more than one provider on the schedule. The care we received was fine but the wait to receive care was very frustrating.
I feel like this is a weird thing to review (because who wants to go to the urgent care?), but I truly think this place is awesome! I’ve had to go here for at least two unforeseen circumstances in the last couple of years and have always been impressed. The staff is excellent and makes you feel comfortable, it’s clean and the docs or PA’s are all really truly great at what they do. Helps that it’s covered by my insurance AND it’s in my office parking lot. Well done - thank you!
Website could be better for site specific and what they provide. Over all experience was good.
Fran was amazing and was very patient and kind with my child. We were so glad she was our provider
Been here twice. Each time the whole staff has been pleasant, professional, and efficient.
Walked in without an appointment after a hiking accident and was seen within 15 minutes of checkin. The staff was very kind, friendly, and professional, the service efficient. I did not feel rushed like at a traditional doctor’s office, and I was out in an hour including the examination and x-rays, all covered by insurance. Great experience.
Mostly great. Only a little inaccurate description of what happened. My pain was NOT sudden and sharp. It was more noticeable on the next day. I contacted my employer. I did not work the following day. Otherwise, great team.😍
I made an appointment at 11 and wasn’t seen until 12:15pm. The rooms were full and it would have been helpful if they scheduled me for a later time. Wait times seem longer here than others but the staff members are great. If you have a tight schedule it’s best to really make sure you can get in on time.
Staff are nice and service is generally good. Some times it takes a long time to see the doctor. For instance we had an appointment for 9:30 and waited an hour before seeing anyone.
Wonderful experience. Pleasant staff. Exceptional PA. No wait.
Went in for a quick sport’s physical. Went in around 11am, they told me they could get me an appointment @2pm. Went in @1:45 and waited about 3 hours before anyone called me back. After spending almost half my day and missing my practice, he made me wait in the patient room for another 2+ hours!!! Wasted my only day off for what was supposed to take “only about an hour”
Lady at the front wanted paid right away, so I did pay. Then I sat there for 2.5 hours, never again. Everyone seemed friendly, but not a good first experience.
I had a very good experience yesterday. Dave listened to my concerns and needs and was helpful.
Terrible! Absolutely terrible. Lost my tests. None of the doctors were in contact with each other. No charts. Can’t answer the phone. Doctors made extremely rude and inappropriate jokes. DO NOT COME HERE
Went in last week from injuring my shoulder in a lot of pain. I expected to get a x-ray done the least. Nope, they just said its not running today. All they did was the normal checkup stuff charge me $200 and provider said I have fluid in my shoulder and need to go to ER to get it drained. Went to ER no fluid coming out. Shoulder is inflamed. Total waste of money. Now I need to get an MRI done to get to the bottom of it. Wont be going back to get scammed again. Would avoid 100%
I have an ongoing and evolving skin condition, which I received excellent treatment for at UC Health across the street a couple of months back. I was happy to pay out of pocket since they didnt take my insurance because I had gotten good referrals and Im glad I did so, I received excellent care from PA Janet Gelman. This time around with another flare up, I couldnt afford to pay out of pocket so I decided to go to NextCare who does take my insurance. The staff were kind and efficient, I did not have to wait long beyond my appointment time.PA An Tran was extremely knowledgeable and helpful.....I walked in feeling discouraged, and walked out with clear instructions feeling hopeful that my skin condition was understood and will be addressed well with this treatment plan.
I recently had an urgent care visit, and I was thoroughly impressed with the service. The staff, especially Frances Schreiber, was incredibly helpful, and the whole process was efficient and stress-free. I highly recommend this facility for anyone in need of urgent medical care.
Opens at 9am on Saturday. I wanted to be efficient so I printed and filled out all the intake forms from their website and had everything ready to go with my insurance card and ID. Parked and waited in my car till 9am. Walked up to the door and it was locked. A woman was sitting at the front desk but ignored my pulling on the door. Okay, no problem, maybe you need a moment. Waited till 9:02 when they should definitely have their doors unlocked, knocked and peered in at her and she flat out ignored me at the door. What the hell? I went across the street to UC Health which is a much nicer facility. Dont waste your time at this place.
Amazing service. Don’t have insurance so the woman at the front desk showed me options of different plans I can go on that will help me save some money for the visit. They are very quick and efficient. Wish I could remember the names of the women I spoke to because they were all so sweet and professional. Thank you, you guys!(:❤️❤️❤️❤️
Not good if you have pain or need actual urgent care. You can’t walk into the clinics despite being advertised on their website. I couldn’t get the QR code on the door to work which I guess is required if you want care? I called the phone number posted, evidently bothering the receptionist a great deal with the audacity to call. While trying to explain my situation to her, the man next to me kept asking me how to get help while the other person talked loudly to themselves about having to upload their card. The receptionist misunderstood my concerns told me they couldn’t help people with joint pain. I asked if I could talk to the provider because I didn’t think she understood what I was asking. After all, I probably wasn’t the most articulate between the excruciating pain and man harassing me for directions on how to receive care from this facility. She then got snippy with me and repeated they didn’t treat my condition before reluctantly agreeing to let me speak with the provider (after informing me in an annoyed tone the providers were busy). I was then placed on hold so long I was able to walk back to my car, drive across the street to the other urgent care, and walk inside. The receptionist at the other facility saw I wasn’t doing well and asked if I needed a wheelchair. I was blown away by the immediately concern and compassion she showed. I hung up with NextCare at that point as the other facility could treat joint pain. (My care at the other facility was amazing! I also saw the elderly man asking all the questions at the other facility too.)I went with two stars for my review because some years ago my son needed stitches and they did a good job with him. (You could walk in at that time.) I encourage others to carefully evaluate their situation and options. Again, if you’re having joint pain, they can’t help you according to the receptionist. If NextCare is your only option and you’re good navigating what must be a complicated check in process, then I’m sure the actual care is fine.
From the moment we arrived, everyone was SO nice. The receptionist came out to hold the door & helped my daughter who injured her ankle at volleyball that evening. They got us in immediately. The doctor was so nice & so patient with my daughter, he was very empathetic & helped make her feel at ease. Despite keeping them all there late into the evening they took time to explain everything and answer all of her questions. They took great care of her. It was the nicest urgent care experience I’ve ever had! Keep up the great job team, we need more like you!
I went to NextCare for a sore throat. The staff were friendly and there was no wait time. We went over my symptoms carefully and I got my diagnosis. No problems at all.
Great experience, everyone professional and gave excellent care. Shout out to Diane PA and Stephanie assistant, I required stitches and Diane did an awesome job, and Stephanie dressed my wound and reviewed home care. Xray tech and front end staff friendly and professional too! Thank you so much!Julie B
Lovely. I needed a checkup on my heart and I was treated very well. The staff were beyond amazing and very kind. Very informative too. LGBTQ+ friendly too which is very important to me.
Usually a fine urgent care, but I went the Sunday before Memorial day. Made an appointment, checked in, put all my info in online only to show up and the doors were locked and the place was closed. there were no signs saying they were closed. Im writing this review out of frustrated irony because I got a prompt asking me to review how my appointment went.
I came in for a urinalysis on Sunday 4/30/23. I was told it would take 2-3 days for results. Went in on Wednesday to check, still nothing. Went again on following Sunday, a full week later. Still no results. The staff didn’t even know where my UA was sent to. I’ve tried calling multiple times everyday, no one ever answers the phone here. Absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable. Everyone should stay far from here. They are seriously lacking professionalism, and no one knows how to do their job.
Poor service. Waited 20 minutes for the first appt in the morning. Nobody came. I left.
Kristina and Dave, and the rest of the staff were both very friendly and helpful. Its a bit pricey but its worth it.
Front desk workers Are pleasant and helpful. The doctors and other staff are kind and informative. They don’t waste your time And they do great with children. My two year old still talks about his positive experience with the doctor there. I don’t plan on getting hurt but when I do this is where I’m coming.
Great visit, the provider was informative and funny! The whole office was so nice and helpful.
Super sweet, patient and understanding staff. This visit we experienced very little wait time - however during busier times you have the beautiful option to use an app to monitor your place in line and wait in the comfort of your vehicle. Good Job guys.
I went here about a month ago because I had a sore throat that started affecting my ear. When I was seen I was asked by the doctor what I wanted to do after telling her my symptoms.. clearly I wanted her to figure out what was wrong so I could recover. I ended up having a swab sent off to a lab for testing. Before I left the doctor told me she wouldn’t call me unless something came back from the test. About 4 days later I received a voicemail saying that they had test results for me. I tried calling them every day for the following two weeks to get the results, I still was not feeling good. I could never get in touch with the doctor who apparently is the only one who can give me the results. I started feeling a little better so I quit calling and assumed there were no results. Now I am experiencing the same symptoms but much worse. Wouldn’t waste your time or money here as they don’t know what to do for you and wont even give you test results.
We waited more than 1.5 hours to learn covid test results, and after waiting same amount of time in pharmacy line, a diagnosis code is needed for coverage by insurance on the prescription....and learning this at 8 pm. doesnt solve the dilemma today. But Dr. was very nice and caring and helpful...
I had a great experience in person with this clinic, the staff is all very friendly and nice. However, they are extremely difficult to get ahold of over the phone, as I called several times and was on hold for almost 10 minutes each time. Not only that, but when you finally get through to talk to someone, it is not the staff at the actual urgent care and instead is a representative from the overall next care service. When I talked to this representative she told me the wrong information which I was finally able to get clarified by a medical assistant at the actual urgent care location. When I called again later, the representative told me that the best she could do was leave a message for the urgent care and could not guarantee that I would receive a call back from them. I would give this place five stars if they had better phone service that could connect you to actual staff at the location. If you need anything timely, you’re probably better off just driving down to the location yourself!
Personal is ok but the wait! ... Had to go twice within a month, 1st time I had an appointment for noon and saw the doctor at 1:20, the second time had an appointment at 11am and saw the doctor at 1:30!Two and a half hours of wait with an appointment and no one with a critical or noticeable more urgent condition than me.This place needs to be more transparent about their schedule.
My go to place for urgent care. Always professional, thorough, and helpful.
I work everyday and I needed to be seen fast and I got attended quickly. Evaluated for what I needed, she gave me the relief I needed all in under 25 mins. Shes a doc! She sees patients all day and as busy as it was she had the greatest attitude and gave me what I needed. If youre a busy individual and need to be checked out in a timely and professional manner 10/10 recommend!
Dr. Giordano apparently also offers parental advice during visits for well behaved toddlers who are experiencing strep throat for the first time in their life. Explaining that instead of telling my son that he needed to open his mouth for the doctor to check, that young parents are too soft and I should have demanded or forced him somehow. By the way, my child opened his mouth immediately and caused no trouble. I found our experience unprofessional and do not recommend this doctor.
I have been to a lot of urgent cares (what happens with four kids). And this was by far the best. I was very impressed with them care and diligence of the staff to get to the right diagnosis and help with next steps if it was to turn worse. This was so comforting being 1000 miles from home. Thanks for everything!
Slow and seemingly not competent. Will bill you for services not performed.I went in a couple months ago with apparent strep symptoms. Waited a couple hours, even having used the online scheduling feature well in advance and coming in when it was my scheduled time\; apparently the system was down and they were on paper.Ok, it happens. Im patient, were all human. I wait, Im seen hours later near closing time. Strep rapid test was negative, they took a backup culture to send to the lab, told me it would be a day or two to get results. It was Saturday afternoon I went in.Sunday, Monday pass, no word. Ok, maybe two business days, thats ok, Im in agony but Im stubborn and patient, Ill wait. Tuesday evening my symptoms are plateauing it seems even without treatment, but maybe at least Ill have answers. I never will, because I finally hear back from NextCare, a voicemail from them that the sample to the lab was improperly delivered at the wrong temperature and couldnt be cultured.Today, I receive a bill with line items for the lab processing that never happened, for the delivery that was apparently messed up and robbed me of a chance for answers and perhaps antibiotics that could have saved me days of pain. You must be joking. Avoid this place.
Fast, very friendly and helpful in talking about ways to help myself. Takes Kaiser insurance with a co-pay. Highly recommend 👌
Misdiagnosed. Had strep throat confirmed after finally getting in with my normal doctor. This was my second time going to an urgent care for strep throat symptoms. Doctor didn’t give me antibiotics but instead gave me lidocaine to numb my tonsils which barely worked. Was out of work for a week because antibiotics weren’t given in the beginning after expressing multiple times I get strep throat often. Asked if I should be working, doctor said “if everyone called out for every time they were sick, no one would be working”. Clearly I shouldn’t have been working since I had strep throat confirmed by my GP. Very frustrating that I couldn’t get relief when I needed it and frustrating I missed a whole week of work. I don’t get PTO or sick days. So now I’m stuck scrambling to pay my rent.
Very good care and did not need to wait too long
The front desk staff is so friendly and made us feel very welcome. The doctor was also amazing, and took the time to discuss things thoroughly. I will definitely keep using them!
The PA was fast friendly and efficient. Was in and out for DOT physical.
I was attended to quickly. I was listened to and heard. The doctor and nurses were very nice and helpful. The nurse got me a water when I was waiting. I felt like I mattered. It’s nice to feel like I matter to someone. Thank you, Next Care!
Online registration only will get you in. If not computer savvy you will have a difficult time getting in. Question whether or not it is tailored for the older generation!Once in, courteous and helpful people!Nurse practitioner was quick and to the point. Appreciated my history and medication list in advance! Be prepared, I always say! Very good shot giver by medical assistant!Would recommend this facility to family and friends! Thanks!
Went to take my son (2yo) to get a Covid test this morning and the man that administered the test was so wonderful with him! He was patient and took extra steps to help my son feel more comfortable. The physician that came out to give us the results was also very helpful and answered all the questions I had. Great experience!
Excellent care and service! There was understandably a wait as I came in on Dec 27. They were very efficient and I was able to go home while I waited. It was about 1.5 hour wait and I started as #17 on the waitlist. Once I got the call back, they were very kind and efficient. The nurse (blond hair, blue/green mask) that took my covid, strep, and mono test was very nice and you could tell she was working very hard. When the dr (brown hair) came out, she took the time to listen to my concerns and was super friendly. This was a very streamline and efficient process in what easily could have been a mess. I would absolutely recommend them for any urgent care needs.
The ladies at the front desk were very friendly, but no one seem to know what is going on in this clinic. They told me Id have a virtual appointment and then the virtual office shut down. So I had to wait almost and hour to be seen with my sick toddler. Then had tests sent out to lab. Was told they would be ready in 24 hours. I have been calling for 3 days to find out the results and every time, I am told that there isnt a provider to read my results. I was told by the call center that they have recived the results and that someone will contact me. Still waiting.
Two hour wait and a almost two day wait on RSV test results for an infant. I wouldn’t recommend for people with children. Your better off at the emergency room. Also. Umber listed isn’t even for direct location so getting help was a four hour task.
3 years with e does on my ears. Have gone to 2 dermatologists, 2 ENTs, 3 general practitioners, mris, x-rays cts..... nextcare urgent care is at least trying to help me with something actual and tangible. Ann, the PA who saw me was great. Everyone in the office cared. For the first time in 3 years I was heard.
I would love to give 5 *’s-everyone who works here is personable, empathetic, kind and generally efficient. I choose to go here rather than the Boulder Kaiser Permanente because I can get helped within a few hours versus days at Kaiser.Unfortunately on my last visit my prescription was called into the wrong pharmacy and in a time when speaking to an actual person by phone at either a pharmacy or NextCare is virtually impossible, it took me 6 hours to track down and pick up my prescription. As frustrating as this was, I was still able to begin taking the medicine that same day-who knows when I would have gotten it from Kaiser P.?! I’ll certainly continue to use them in the future.5 stars next visit🤞🏼
Cut myself on Easter and couldn’t get it to stop bleeding. The staff was very helpful. I saw Lauren Andrews, PA-C and she was great. Amazing bedside manner, explained what she was doing and why and she was very professional. If I unfortunately find the need to go back to NextCare, I won’t hesitate.
I went here after getting hives from a Covid infection and they were hands down the nicest urgent care staff I’ve ever encountered! They all were patient, kind, and thorough. They made sure I was taken care of well. I would definitely come here again when I’m in need of care. (: thank you guys again, I really appreciate you working so hard in this pandemic!
Excellent staff. Ive worked in disaster management a lot, been to see these guys a few times now. They are always busy yet cautious and efficient. All Ive spoken to have great attitudes. Thanks again and again to Shelly. Also thanks to Jay, gal who drew my blood, gals & guys whove now done several of my weekly covid tests for work. All skilled professionals. Keep up the great work!
Overall it was fine. I was disappointed by the appointment process.1. I believed that the appointments actually affected how quickly I’d get seen. So even though I was awake early and could have come first thing (which in hindsight would have definitely be faster), I booked the first available apt at 10:30. I ended up having to wait and hour and 15 minutes and every person who was there when I arrived (even those without an apt) went back before me. It seems like booking an apt does nothing. I wish I had known so I could have just come earlier before it got busy.2. When booking my apt I filled out all of my information online (insurance, personal info, etc). That also seemed useless, as when I arrived I had to fill out all of the same information.Outside of the long wait, everything else was fine. The staff was nice and once I was called back things moved relatively quickly.
Dr. Bailey my primary care provider is a very awesome Doctor. As the same applies for all of the other providers and the support staff and medical assistants are equally awesome. The entire staff are always friendly and polite and the building is maintained at a superb cleanliness. The level of care is amazing. The wait time is always minimal and the staff shows concern about your medical condition and how they will create a treatment plan to get you feeling better very quickly. The first time I used this clinic to treat a gout attack on my left elbow. My visit was awesome and prescribed medicine was quickly sent to my pharmacy. I was so pleased that I transferred my care to their primary care Doctor, Dr. Rachel Bailey who is completely amazing and awesome. My health has greatly improved under her great care medical she is providing me with.BEST MEDICAL DECISION I HAVE MADE THIS YEAR!Highly recommend this clinic!
Took my son for a physical.Great staff - thanks to Elisha, Kim and Jeff were fantastic!
This was by far the best urgent care experience I’ve ever had. From the person I checked in with, to the nurse, to the doctor, everyone was very caring and attentive. The doctor paid close attention to my concerns for my daughter and followed up with the appropriate testing. My daughter tested positive for influenza A and the doctor made sure to find me the right pharmacy open late enough to get my daughter treated right away. Thank you so much for for your compassion toward a frantic mama!
I agree with other reviews that the front desk staff were really nice. That makes a big difference. I liked the plants in the waiting room. The staff and doctor were friendly. Very pleasant experience
The doctor was so kind and informative! We got in no problem without an appointment. The receptionist was really nice and helpful. The wait was not dreadful they were super busy.
I was in and out within an hour and everyone was friendly. The nurse that checked me in wasnt very thorough when asking me what pharmacy to send my meds to. The doctor said he would send them to the pharmacy I wanted, but there was a huge mix up and my prescription was never sent. I had to wait until the following evening to finally pick my meds up. This is the reason I give four stars, otherwise I wouldve rated nextcare urgent care at five stars.
Best urgent care i have ever been to. The person at the front counter was very kind and helpful. The nurse was also very kind. The doctor was very knowledgeable and I felt strongly that he truly cared about helping me. I was very positively impressed.
The team did great doing a rapid COVID test for my 5-year-old. We were able to get in for a same-day appointment, and everyone made her feel so comfortable. It was over in a flash and we also got her results (negative!) in 15 minutes. Great experience.
The staff on phone & in person were very friendly. Covid test was quick and results were faster than I expected. My first time here was few years ago for dog bite and the staff were the same as today. Friendly, patient and explain procedures clearly.
Made an appt for my daughter for 10am. We sat in the lobby until 1115/1120 before they even came out to call her back. I had another appt at noon, hence why I scheduled a 10am appt. Why even offer appts if you cant come remotely close to being on time? I left and scheduled an appt with DispatchHealth so my sick child can wait in the comfort of our own home and actually be seen on time. Not to mention the medical assistant or nurse that came to get my daughter was extremely rude to me, like how dare I be upset that theyre running 75 minutes late. Ridiculous. Will not be back.
Had deep laceration on right thumb. Jeff sutured it with five stitches. Came back nine days later, had the sutures removed, Jeff checked it out, and even remembered details of our visit! Not only did he do an exemplary job, but he is very friendly and empathetic! Highly to be recommended!👍👍
Amazing customer service! The doc took time and evaluated my situation.
This place has REALLY gone downhill. Im really surprised that they are still in business at this point. Dont bother making an appointment, they dont respect your time. They will allow someone who just walked in, needing a different size leg brace that they got the day prior, over a chest Injury. Terrible triage skills as well as very, very rude and disregarding receptionist.
Showed up on a Wednesday morning at 9a with one person in front of me and left by 9:45a! The team was efficient, professional and friendly. Will return in the future, if needed.
What a waste of time. I made appointment for pcr test as I had just tested positive Sunday, 1/29 with a rapid home test after symptoms started on Friday, 1/27. I waited over an hour after arrival.Dr. Rosemary Greenslade discouraged me from taking Paxlovid—even though I meet the criteria for age and moderate symptoms. I have spent 3 days in bed and never heard from the clinic regarding results. After calling them this afternoon 1/31 and waiting on hold for 20 minutes I was given test results which are positive but it’s now too late to take the paxlovid. Dr, Greenslade should keep her personal biases to herself, follow code recommendations and pull up her mask.
Took 30 mins to get me into an exam room, then another 30 until someone finally came and saw me for a quick sports physical. When my brother had covid last year, not only was no one answering the phone when we called, but when we walked in there was no one to great us for 20 mins. Unbelievably horrible service, if you don’t want to wait 2 hours to even speak to another human being I would not even consider this place. I would have more luck fixing a broken arm myself then coming here, by the time they would actually see me to “help me” I will have died of old age.
I changed my review after being contacted and having a thorough follow up conversation addressing our experience. The rest of the staff and the doctor from a previous visit were all very professional so it seems clear that this was not the norm and this issue was specific to this doctor. Thank you for the great customer service. We will be returning for your services in the future.Original postUnfortunately we were treated very disrespectfully by the doctor. Was supposed to get a covid test but because of this treatment we weren’t comfortable so we left.
I was impressed with the experienced staff. I got the highest level of care, and was met with compassion and respect. I had come into the clinic concerned about my condition, I left with confidence that I was being treated correctly and with peace of mind.
My son needed a Covid test and NextCare got us in within 24 hrs. Kim and the team were perfect professionals and very patient with my unhappy toddler. The throat swab went well. My car battery also died in their outdoor test area and they were adamant that we stay inside a quarantined, clean room until help could arrive. Super nice humans.
Everything went very well for me till the very end. I was impressed by staff, friendly and answered any questions I had. I had an infected growth on my neck/back area. It was lanced and the doc got out as much as she could. However the exit was mind- boggling, paid for visit and that was it. No aftercare instructions!!!, this growth was bigger than a than a golf ball. The next day it was swollen and infected. Im 64 and have never left a Dr.s office without any instructions. Ive only been here 3 weeks, after moving from Florida. Is that normal procedure here in Colorado? No aftercare instructions? Apologies for the complaint, but Ill was left not knowing what to do the next morning when I found it swollen and infected. I dont have another 300 dollars for return visit. Please dont let this happen to others. Thank you for your time.
Very impressed by the quality and speed of service at this location. The practitioner was literally jogging back to the building between clients. it was awesome to see and increased our gratitude toward these exceptional front-line workers. This was the only Nextcare place with appointments available online so we drove 40 minutes and it was well worth it for the caliber of service.
The nurse and staff were great. Doctor Jeffery listened well to my concerns and promptly responded to all my medical needs and was very helpful in explaining everything that was happening to me. He took all the correct steps to look into my condition. I was in much pain and it really helped to have the answers I needed. I truly appreciated his care. Im glad I went to urgent care.
Dr. Jeffrey Wallace is fantastic. Ive seen him twice and was so grateful for the professional expertise each time. I gave 4 stars because this last time half my script went to the wrong pharmacy and the office furniture is bit overcrowded feeling.
Im sorry, I dislike rating places low and generally reserve reviews for positive outcomes. We all have bad experiences and sometimes our reviews are jaded so take mine for what it is worth. My husband has been in this clinic for three hours. He was told 45 minutes and gave me a time to come back. 45 minutes. They are not busy, but inefficient. Had they not lied about the time we would have went elsewhere or came back at a less busy time. He told them he was on a time crunch so if they could not accommodate they should have said so or sent him away if something truly urgent came up.Not only this, we have medical experience and he feels the care he has received is less than competent.Again, Im sorry to rate them low but Ive worked in hospitals and have never seen such unprofessional treatments.
The doc is great here he is very good and knows what he is doing! The medical assistant was great as well! Its crazy when an urgent care doc is better than your own doctors for years and some specialty clinics you have been to for years! Thank you to these medical professionals at urgent care!!! Thank you Dr Wallace!! You have always been on point with your diagnoses!!! You guys are better than my primary thats why I would rather come here!!
Will never waste our time here again. We got all checked in and we had been waiting for an HOUR AND A HALF in the parking lot with a two year old to be seen when we got a phone call from the nurse that said, they recommended our two year old be evaluated in the emergency room instead. No apology at all. No explanation as to why they waited an hour a half to tell us this and when I expressed frustration, the lady was defensive and rude. Totally unacceptable!
I was taken care of right away and both people I spoke too were friendly, timely and professional. I got my covid test within 20 minutes and thats only due to patients being in front of me.. It wouldve been even faster! Thank you to Nextcare and all of the employees that truly follow the mission of saving lives and alleviating illnesses!! Thank you!!
The check in process is beyond cumbersome and well into “absurd” but the people are fantastic. If you do choose them, count on a half hour to 45 minutes in their check in app, and be ready to upload photographs of your ID front and back and your insurance card, front and back. And be ready to fill out the same information in two different places and possibly be cajoled into signing up for their care portal where they will ask you about teeth cleanings and stuff. But the most absurd thing of all was the “enter your birth date” calendar. On my iPhone it was fine, but on my wife’s Android it wouldn’t let her select a year or month, she literally had to tap the left arrow to go back a month several hundred times to get back to her birth year… and it wants that in three different places. All of that being said, the staff were amazing - kind, sympathetic, cheerful, and sincere. The people were fantastic enough that I will be willing to deal with the stupid check-in process again if I have to.
Last evening my boyfriend threw his back out. I booked the appointment for him and took pics of the front and back of his insurance card online. We came in on time and whoever was working the front desk at before 7 pm literally glared at him and almost yelled since you threw your insurance cards out...this has to go under workmans comp I never leave bad reviews for ANYTHING....but that woman was out of hand. Ive never seen a more angry face in healthcare for ZERO reason in my life. We went across the street to UC Health and he was treated like he should have been. Beyond disappointed and wont ever go back to next care solely because of her. Really sad. I was taken good care of myself there before. But never again if shes at the front desk.
My dad was visiting from out of town and had a fall. We had a great experience at NextCare. The wait time was short and the staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The entire visit including x-rays was an hour to an hour and a half which is *really* short for urgent care. We received a follow up call to confirm the x-ray results and then another one to make sure he was feeling OK. Although this is a longer drive than the urgent care I used to go to, I will definitely go here from now on.
The nurses and doctor were very caring and provided great care. They also gave us plenty of information so we know what to do if we test positive for Covid. I appreciate them being out there for everyone and taking precautions to protect themselves as well as everyone theyre in contact with.
They have by far the best primary care team around!!!! My Dr of 12 years moved away and I was beyond stressed trying to find a replacement who with my conditions would treat me well. I am so happy to have come across Dr.Bailey and her medical assistant Jamie. They have treated me so good and I can always get in when needed. These two have by far exceeded my expectations on finding a replacement Dr. Im so beyond grateful for the care and treatment I have received.
Every single person I talked to at this clinic was so nice and helpful! We called very last second to get covid tests before travel and they were able to get us in that day. We felt very safe having the test done in the comfort of my car and the results got to us 2 days later, super quick for PCR! Thank you all so much again, we really appreciate all your help!
Online appt/check-in is useful. Staff has always been helpful and nice. If I have any criticism, it’s that there is quite a bit of waiting (which isn’t beyond the norm of American healthcare) but not unreasonable.
Jessica, the front desk worker, was super nice and helpful. The PA, Kelly, was amazing. She explained everything she was doing during the exam and made me feel very comfortable. She took her time and listened to my responses.Altogether a great visit.
The actual experience was fine and the interaction with the people was professional and kind. However, the online check in was an exercise in frustration. I had to enter birthdays in 3 different places, and the only way available was to tap back through each individual month from the present. If that hadnt been such a hassle, they would have gotten 5 stars.
I enjoyed the care and thought the staff was great. I made a 630 appt but wasn’t seen until after 730. I wish the company supported their staff more so that appointment times were met.
I fell quite badly on some black ice 9 days ago. I was still very sore and black and blue and green from my toes to my knee. Everyone was so kind and the wait wasnt very long at all. I had x-rays taken to confirm nothing was broken and they gave me copies to take to my PCP at the VA. I would definitely recommend this Urgent Care for their level of care and professionalism.
Urgent care does NOT mean youll be seen as soon as you walk through the door. The concept of urgent care is you dont need an appointment to be seen by a doctor when it is a non-threatening health issue. So, waiting 1-2 hours when there are other people ahead of you should be normal and expected. I had a great experience and I thought an hour was pretty fast since there were a few other patients ahead. The staff were all nice as well.
The customer service in this place is great. The front desk, nurses, and doctors are very nice. They are all supportive and very friendly. But the wait at this place is unbelievable. If you are planning on a quick walk in and out, its not going to happen. It takes longer to be seen here than a full er waiting room. On the other hand I give this place 5 starts for how AWESOME the doctors are. They are first class, and care about the patients. Maybe hiring a few more will get people in out quicker. Than this place would be perfect to come to when your sick. With all being said I will continue to come back.
We did a rapid covid test and it went very smoothly. Check-in was very easy calling from our car once we arrived. The test was easier than I anticipated. Personnel were knowledgable and professional. Excellent all around.
This location has one of the best services from Longmont! The staff is nice and friendly! Waiting time is not too crazy like other health care providers! Highly recommend this Urgent care for your emergency needs!
The doctor that was there yesterday was amazing. She checked my daughter out thoroughly, She listened to all of our concerns, and was very friendly and professional. The most awesome part is my daughter hates going to the doctor ever and she was very comfortable with this doctor. We love Nextcare urgent care. Thank you guys!!
This was the easiest care I have ever received! The staff was friendly and prompt. Very efficient. I was in and out as a walk in in like 30 minutes. Highly recommend!
Made an appointment, then arrived to find a three hour wait. No doctor in that day, so an assistant took a look at my wifes broken wrist and referred her to a real doctor. They mostly seemed concerned about getting a credit card number. This place is a scam. Avoid at all costs.
Laura Torrez was rude, disrespectful, and condescending during our appointment. I paid over $100 to see her for several minutes, during which time she insulted my hair and implied that my questions were stupid. If you’re looking for compassionate, understanding care, this is not the place to go.
I appreciated that for the covid test I was able to wait at my home (which is close by) and they called me when it was my turn. I also really liked that they offered an app to check my place in line as I waited. Also the nurses that dealt with me curbside were very nice and professional. Thank you for all you do NextCare!
I came to them for a second opinion. They were fast, yet thorough and I got actual help with what I needed. Unfortunately they didnt have the boot I needed but they gave me a prescription to get it. And unfortunately the medical supply store didnt carry it anymore so it was a little bit of a hassle but the care I received was better than expected. Kudos.
Efficient, professional, friendly, knowledgeable. Those are the best adjectives that I can give this location of NextCare Urgent Care. Thank y’all for being in the neighborhood.
Great staff! I was welcomed and treatment was very professionally and quickly performed. A great team, friendly and efficient, providing excellent care even in these difficult times. I will recommend NextCare, and their caring teams to everyone!
Everyone we spoke to at this facility was friendly, even though they were slammed with appointments after the big snow storm. They answered our questions about the difference between tests to help us choose the right one. Results for the rapid test were ready within 10 min. I highly recommend this facility!
I was in an out in an hour and the staff here was super lovely and helpful. Got tested for lots of things. The quickest burger care visit I’ve ever experienced!
This was my second time coming here. Again, Im so impressed with the concern and care they give.I wouldnt hesitate recommending this facility to anyone!FPN Torrez is the absolute best in addition to her nurse Jessica. They take time to explain and answer all your questions and concerns, in addition to treating your issues. KUDOS!!!UPDATE:I returned here for my third time. Receptionists were great, keeping me updated on waiting time. I was a little upset, as I had an appointment made, but sat there an hour and a half past it. She said it was because they got so busy. Why have appointments then? BUT Dr. Gomer more than made up for the delay! Great, great doctor....very kind, thorough and concerned for my well-being.Nurse checking me in also very nice and informative.Would not hesitate recommending this facility to ANYone!I have a PCP I see regularly, but nice to know NextCare is right across the street for emergencies or weekend care. Dr. even showed concern for my getting home safely! How many doctors do THAT?! Thank you again!!
Staff was top notch working diligently to care for many people at the time I was there. I injured my finger, head nurse was very nice and took x-rays. Physician on duty was busy but helpful, she took the time to clearly explain my injury which was tendon damage.
The staff was great.. no issues except it took over an hr to do a 5 sec swab test.. people that are sick dont want to be hanging around outside in their cars, its just not comfortable for an hour to get a 5 sec test. Please develop a faster way for patients whom only need testing.. thank.you the rest of the visit was great
Was very satisfied with the care I received at NextCare
Website was a little confusing so called to make an appointment. We needed 3 rapid tests and there were only 2 appts left that day, so booked those and one for the following day. When we arrived for the 1st appt, they said they could get all 3 of us tested at the same time (all in the same car) which was a huge timesaver for us! Super friendly triage nurse, made my 9 and 6 year old laugh, and the Dr. brought out our (negative!) results within 15 minutes.
I cannot express my gratitude for the quality of care I received today enough. I didnt feel rushed, everyone was incredibly thorough, and most importantly I walked away feeling confident I was in good hands. Hopefully I wont be needing to visit an urgent care location again anytime soon, but if I do, I know exactly where Id go. 5 stars in every way possible.
Came here with my 5 year old who needed stitches on her foot. They didnt have the resources to sedate or restrain her so they advised us to go to the ER. The Doc and staff were friendly and they refunded our co-pay. The waiting room had toys for the kids, coffee for the adults and the wait wasnt very long. All in all I was happy with our visit. They lose a star for not being able to see up my kids foot, but otherwise Im satisfied.
Way better than expected. In and out faster than expected. Care specialist provided effective recommendations for my treatment. Way more cost-efficient than hospital ER in appropriate situations.
I have been here for treatment of both infection and an injury. I have worked in the medical field, so naturally I always hope for good customer service. My entire experience from being greeted, being seen, treatment, and escorted out were phenomenal. I came after work (expecting a very long wait for the time of day) and was greeted and seen in a very timely manner. They called to see how I was feeling afterwards and treated me with genuine concern for my needs. I was expecting typical crowded, rushed urgent care but instead received quite the opposite. Also, I signed up for Nextcare Advantage which took a HUGE chunk of what I paid out of pocket off. I would highly recommend doing that. Anytime I need to go will only be $35 now. I am very happy with this place. They first saw my husband when he strained a muscle in his back-we now both go here instead of our regular doctors!
The wait times are not always optimal, but the staff always seems to know what they are doing. Getting in to see a doctor is fairly easy on a walk-in basis, but I would recommend making an appointment online. Ive been seen here a few times and its easier than going to see a general practitioner.
I came for a COVID test, just looked for the closest place that was still open. The staff were extremely kind and friendly. I felt like they really cared about the patients. Above and beyond what I expected!
Absolutely love the staff here. Very efficient and caring. I was in and out in under 30 min. Dr. was fantastic. Will definitely be using NextCare for my Healthcare needs....especially since I dont have health insurance. Was affordable and they even have a discount plan.
Efficient, courteous, and professional staff. Thank you for making a potentially stressful situation, a very pleasant one.The only complaint is with the web page, it doesnt offer a COVID-19 test option, just work injury, drug/alcohol testing, etc., as a result you are not allowed to proceed, this step comes after entering employment information. Also, sent CO Drivers license, front and back photos, twice, and apparently never received.Other than the web issues, great professionalism.
Very fast on a Sunday when I needed an appointment for my kiddo & was able to get in within 30min online before heading to the facility. All staff was very nice, communicative and didn’t have to wait long to be seen upon arrival.
Really nice staff. Booked an appointment for a covid test and only waited a short time. I really appreciate you all for what you do. Please treat these healthcare professionals with dignity and respect, they are giving 100% right now to us. Thank you.
I have always had an amazing doctor when I go in. I now have my primary doctor there Dr. Bailey and I am so happy I have found her. She is the best. She actually cares about me and my health. I am a very difficult patient too. She always works with me and does the best she can to help me with whatever I need.
Nice office doctor wanted a x ray however the machine onsite was inoperable so it required me to find another location for this service. Would be helpful if those major pieces of equipment were up and running! Staff was pleasant and efficient checked my symptoms wrote my script and down the road! For the most part was a painless experience especially compared to a normally overcharging hours later ER. So thank you Next Care
These women worked very hard to make me comfortable and to make sure I had the best care. I felt very taken care of and the positivity emitting from the office was beyond ensuring. Not to mention the light humor to help ease my mind was so sweet and helpful!Thank you so much!
I brought my daughter in this morning, as she was showing symptoms of strep or tonsillitis. She’s usually really anxious at the doctors office and often times the nurses don’t take the time to get to keep it positive. Our nurse that helped us into the room today was refreshingly friendly and her super positive attitude helped my daughter to get through the experience without any tears, for the first time ever!!! It’s hard not to go out of my way to thank you for our experience this morning!-Louie and Amelie
The staff was very helpful. Robin, the nurse practitioner, and Autumn, the X-ray technician, were great. I have two suggestions. Put an automatic switch on the door to make the entrance accessible, and adjust the air conditioning. It was very warm in the waiting room.
I wish there were words to explain my gratitude for the compassion & attention was unexpected but most grateful for diligence they used in caring for my spouse. From the moment we called before arriving I was finally at ease that he was going to get the help that he needed. and due to the circumstances of him needing to be there they went above & beyond anything Ive ever witnessed. I cant say enough about each and every one of them if ever youre unfortunate enough to need them theyre worth any distance to get there. I will edit this shortly with their actual names I just couldnt wait to say something.
This place was a god send. I was the walking dead and without insurance since i just started a new job. I went in and Jessica at the front desk greeted me so warmly and hopped to get me registered and back to get help. The customer service was amazing from all parties but it really came full circle when i was in the back to be seen and had a coughing (death) fit and ended up puking. Mortified i asked my roommate for a mint and he had none. As i was washing the sink out he wanders down the hall and returns with a mint. Who? How? Where is muffled at him. Jessica had a mint! From friendly fast service to just going above and beyond this place is it!Thank you! I will be back just hopefully not too soon!
Their website claims no appointment is necessary for COVID tests. I am disabled and set up a ride to go to Nextcare and get tested. I was told they are short staffed and I can come back tomorrow. Of course I cant get a ride then. It is lazy and unconscionable to advertise no appointment is necessary then send people home without helping them. The staff is obviously overwhelmed and has no answer or help to offer patients at this time. Even though I indicated I am sick with autoimmune conditions they sent me away. I do not recommend Nextcare for your urgent care needs. Try the UC Health urgent care across the street.
Typically this place does okay. At times you do have to wait a lot longer than usual and they take people back who complain more than others even though their appointments are after yours.
Horrible experience. The staff was very rude and not understanding at all. We called in advanced and the operator told us that it would be fine for my wife to be seen without an ID. When we arrived they told us the exact opposite and became rather upset really quick. When I had brought up the fact that the operator told us that it would be fine they just got more upset with me and informed me that they give wrong information over the phone. I will never come here again and I feel for anyone that decides to.
Very pleasant experience. I made covid appt online in the morning for sameday 2:00 p.m.Easy test process, check in online and call them upon arrival, staff are very friendly and professional. I got my result ppwk in about 15 mins after test, very fast.
NextCare has been taking really great care of me while I’ve been sick and worried and scared about coronavirus. It’s been an affordable option for me and my family not only now but multiple times in the past. All their staff is helpful and appreciated by our family and friends.
When we first called they answered on the first ring. Told us they did walk ins for covid tests and to park in the parking lot and call back when there. We did this and they told us the wait would be a hour or hour and a half. We decided to go home because sitting in a car waiting that long with a fever isnt comfortable. THREE hours later they called me saying they were ready for me and got a attitude when I let them know I would be there in 10 mins because I had gone home. Did they really expect us to wait three hours in the parking lot SICK!? The covid test was fast and easy and I was told I would get results in 3-5 days. On the third day I didnt get a phone call but was patient. On the fourth day I tried to call (my work was asking for a update) and it said they were open at 8am but no answer. I tried twice that morning and left a voicemail and all of a sudden the hours changed to closed for special hours. On the fifth day I called multiple times (every two hours) and left another voicemail and still no answer or call back. After reading a review that said they ignore your call but answer other phones I asked my wife to call for me and they answered. They tried to tell her they would call her back and once she said no (she knew they wouldnt call back or answer our phone calls) they transferred her and she was able to get my covid test results FINALLY! Unprofessional and unreliable!GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU OR YOUR TIME!
It was a very wonderful experience! They was on time and very pleasant to visit with! They had me in and out in no time! I will recommend this place to everyone! Thanks for making my first time medical experience wonderful
Wow good and fast service !I was needing to have Covid rapid test during my day off and I couldn’t wait around . So I called and called . The site said they offer rapid test and covered by most insurance. The phone line listed on the website never seem to answer but once you came to the place , QR check in is super fast and easy ! Totally recommend
First experience with NextCare. The registration and check in with Solv was a bit confusing which almost put me past hours. The people at the urgent care were most helpful and considerate. They stayed past hours to get me in and didn’t make me feel rushed. Thank you.
The people were friendly and the doctor was knowledgeable. I had no idea my cold had turn into a pneumonia and that I got an ear infection. I am so glad I went there. I also went last October with my youngest daughter and had a positive experience as well.
The online waitlist/check-in process was super easy, which made the arrival at the clinic painless. Everyone was very nice and helpful during my visit.
The doctors and staff and fast and effective on the care. Walked in with so many questions on what I was feeling and walked out feeling like I was finally going to get better
Nextcare is the Best! The only urgent care I trust for my families needs. All of the staff are amazing, kind and professional. The providers are very knowledgeable, experienced and have excellent bedside manner. I will always recommend Nextcare clinics to all of my family and friends. Thanks!
The staff is always friendly and kind. Ive been there many times and appreciate them.
Thank you so much to the staff at the Longmont NextCare. I wont have insurance for a couple of weeks, so the staff here went out of their way to help me save money. The ladies at the front desk helped me get a discounted price on what would have been a very expensive visit! And shout out to the PAC, Jeff Wallace, who went above and beyond to treat me.
I went to the rapid testing at NextCare Urgent Care and everything ran smoothly! The experience was nice considering this was my first time getting tested for COVID. Overall, it was a great visit!
I end up getting bronchitis once or twice a year I know how it goes and what it feels like. The doctor listened to my lungs and told me she cant prescribe anything because my lungs werent making enough noise going against what every other doctor has done and said. Especially since all the other doctors Ive seen have fixed my issue now I spent $200 for cough drops. Go to a real doctor.
I went here for some troubling symptoms and wanted to know what was wrong. The whole ordeal took 3.5hrs with 30-45mins in between conversations with the “doctor” who was not very friendly with a very demeaning attitude towards me. Icing on the cake, they told me they needed samples to run some tests and get back to me without informing me that I would have to pay out of pocket for these tests and that my insurance nor the fee would cover them. And since the doctor didn’t say otherwise, I assumed I owed nothing. Two months later, I received two different bills amounting to $250 from NextCare and the lab the samples were sent to. Had they told me this was the case, I would have refused the tests at the time and just check in with my regular doctor who later disclosed that the doctor at the urgent care did —>not need
The staff is friendly and organized. The MD was very knowledgeable and thorough. He answered all questions and my minor child felt well cared for.
I visited twice in 5 days. Firstly I was diagnosed with an ear infection and prescribed antibiotics. After 5 days I was still experiencing discomfort and went back. The infection had cleared. However the professional I saw on Tuesday failed to communicate that I should also use a decongestant to relieve pain and pressure and get all of the mucous out. I wish I had been told that on my initial visit. The front desk staff and technician were the same both days and just wonderful. But the professional I saw the fist day commented on the thick mucous in my throat and didn’t remember to tell me to take a decongestant.
Ive been going to this place for years and always received good service. However this time I wanted to see if I could get checked for a post covid sinus infection. I left a voice-mail and then tried again. The 2nd time someone answered and as I was asking my question they just put me on hold without warning and then hung up on me. I tried back twice thinking maybe it was a phone issue, but no answer they just let it go to voice-mail and I got no call back either. Im a little disappointed. I guess Ill have to go somewhere else.
I went in as soon as they opened for deafness in one ear. From the time I walked in to the time the doctor saw me was about 45 minutes. From there the doctor gave me some ear drops and used pressurized water to clear the blockage in my ear. It was very uncomfortable, but the doctor was very considerate asking if it hurt at all. By the time I walked out less than an hour later, I could hear like a bat!PROS: doctor was very friendly, fixed my problem in less than an hour, only charged me a co-pay.CONS: staff was seemingly indifferent, 75% of my time was spent waiting.VERDICT: I would recommend this place for any non-emergency medical issue.
It was extremely fast and easy to schedule a rapid Covid test. They even gave me an option on which test I wanted. Go up to the door and scan the QR code for registration if you need a drive-up test. No appointment was necessary.
Booking is quick. No waiting time. The doctor is great. Very convenient for out business hours when you could not make an appointment with your primary doctor.
Will never be returning no matter how sick I am. As a healthcare worker myself I am appalled at their patient care and lack of respect for patients. They didn’t ask any questions and I spent less than 3 minutes total with the provider. He came in and already seemed to have a diagnosis without even seeing me. I would rather go into debt by going to an emergency room than ever go back to this clinic.
This place is a rip-off. They ask you to pay almost 40 bucks a month for their NextCare Advantage plan when I signed up I was going to be free because I have the NextCare Advantage plan. I came in to get stitches removed and they told me it was going to be a $55 copay plus this month $40 payment. This place is a total scam and is not worth it.Update. I canceled my Advantage Plan and a week later i got charged. Employees obviously dont do there jobs.
Dr. Rachel Bailey is the best doctor I have ever had, she is kind, caring, smart, and funny! We love how friendly the staff are as well. They even call to check on you after your appts, I have never had any other doctor do that! I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Bailey and the Nextcare staff.
Ive been here on 3 separate occasions and this place continues to be my favorite! The receptionists are all super friendly, nice and very helpful. The wait times arent bad at all and the doctors and nurses are just as friendly. Cant ask for better with an urgent care :-)
I was refered to Nextcare Longmont by the Nextcare Greeley clinic who had been acting as my primary care for many months. I recently just moved from Greeley back to the Longmont area and am currently looking for a new primary care doctor. Meanwhile I began having symptoms that I recognized as a UTI. No problem Ill visit Longmonts clinic and be golden. I arrived 7-17-18 and was greeted by the front desk nurse whom I will say was very friendly and pleasant. I dont know her name but she stated that she was filling in for a coworker today. Great gal with good customer service. After check in and convo I was seated and only waited about 10 minutes before the back office nurse called me back. I definitely appreciated that the visit was going quickly. (Side note: It was not busy there at this time, only one patient ahead of me.) The nurse took my vitals and weight and requested that I provide a urine specimen to confirm a UTI. The nurse wasnt as friendly as the front desk nurse but no problem. After providing the specimen I waited in the room for my results and to speak to the Dr. about results and to request a med refill which was on record from the Greeley office. About 8 minutes later Dr. Tracye Daniels FNP came in. She didnt introduce herself to me, instead she very quickly stated that yes I had a UTI and asked if I had allergies to antibiotics? I responded and she aknowlegedged and left the room. She had only been in my room for less than a minute thus far. I was confused and annoyed by her lack of customer service so far but I sat waiting for her thinking she would come back and then we could talk briefly. Shortly later she entered the room, didnt shut the door and handed me discharge papers and stated as she was leaving the room that the antibiotics were sent to pharmacy. Hmm ok.. I spoke up as she was leaving and said Im not done yet. She rolled her eyes and stopped leaving. She however did not close the door for privacy, looked very put off that I wanted to speak. I tried to explain that my records were on file o she could confirm info and that I was in between doctors and needed a temporary refil just enough so that I can get my primary. She said she wasnt my primary and it wasnt her place to prescribe my enhailer. I told her I understood she wasnt my primary but I was looking for one etc. She did quickly and reluctantly agree on enhailer and immediately left the room and sat back at her desk. As I was getting up to leave she shouted at me to leave now. I stated I was and confirmed that she was sending enhailer to pharmacy too? With full attitude she firmly said Yes. I then walked out. I must say that by far Dr. Daniels was the most cold, unprofessional, non caring, annoyed and lacking customer service skills than any Dr. I have ever been to before. In total she maybe spent 1 1/2 mins talking to me and I left feeling like she fully didnt care about her patients. I felt that I inconvenienced her. That I shouldnt of requested help for my problems and that she was in a super rush to end the visit and sit back at her desk/computer. Mind you that at this time there was no other patients at the clinic so I know her behavior wasnt due to being busy. I will never go back to this clinic again and am dissapointed that they are not anything like the Greeley clinic. If you are ever in the Greeley area or dont mind the drive to Greeley then I fully recommend trying that Nextcare. The doctors and staff are amazing there unlike Dr. Daniels.
I had a negative experience with the receptionist. I had just found out I was pregnant and visited the front desk to see if I owed anything. She immediately made her opinion on my pregnancy clear to not only me and my partner but to everyone else in the lobby as she was not quiet about her views nor considerate of my and my partners feelings and privacy at the time. Completely unprofessional. I will never seek help from this urgent care again.
Very poor experience. Went in at 11:20 was told it would be a 40 min wait. Got a txt from nextcare at noon showing I wasn’t checked in until 12:00 and there where 11 people ahead of me. Asked the nurse that checks in about this she told me the application they use was wrong to wait another 40 min... At 12:40 I asked again as the app was still showing 11 people ahead of me and I had not yet been called (they were calling back people maybe once every 30 min). Asked her again for how long... she just said very long. Asked for a refund and left. Apparently they have no concept of how many people they check in, how long to see them, or have a functioning website. Go to an ER or find an urgent care that gives a damn, but this place isn’t it
This facility took amazingly good care of my son who’d just had a mountain biking injury. They were compassionate, friendly, great sense of humor and most importantly very good medical professionals all around. Thank you!
I wont go again. I have worked in the medical field and while I appreciate the ease in scheduling without too much of a wait time, I was taken aback by the Dr.s behavior. He went in and out of the room 3 times, coming back with red, watering eyes, sniffling, sneezing, and kinda agitated. He didnt perform an exam. He suggested medications for an STD even though it was IMPOSSIBLE that was the problem. I had very clearly explained my symptoms and sexual activity. He didnt take the necessary samples, or any samples for that matter, for what he was trying to diagnose. The front office staff said if i purchased a payment plan to minimize charges, my lab costs (if any were needed) would be $14. The Dr. Then told me the SDT tests he wanted to run would cost me about $150. I did request different tests, which I dont think were done. I never got a call back on those tests, I had to call them 12 days later. Turns out I had a very common, and easily treatable female problem. I sought treatment elsewhere.
Went to get a Covid test done to which I scheduled online. Got there to wait an hour in which they might have been serving some with worse symptoms which is fine. I was told 3-5 days which then was told three days later when I called multiple times left voicemails to find out it doesnt include weekends in that. Now it hit day 5, I called left voicemail with no return. Called a couple hours later to finally get ahold of someone, on the phone for 30-45 minutes to find out she doesnt see anything under my name but the lab technician would be walking in a few minutes later and Id get a call back. Never got a call back. Called and left two more voicemails later that day. I know these are hard times and people in this industry are doing a lot. However to not return phone calls or be able to deliver after 7 days when its being said 3-5 is not right.
Great care, though the only critique I have is the waiting time. It took longer than I expected, and while Im not familiar with how long I should expect to wait, I spent around an hour and came 10 minutes early.
Dwayne Strong PAC was the most amazing doctor to speak too. I have dealt with some problems and did not know where to turn. I finally just went into NextCare and he sat down and truly listened to me! Finally! A doctor who cares and although I knew he must have been busy, he never rushed me or anything and even helped me set up a follow up appointment. God Bless NextCare and their staff!
Ive visited this location twice and received excellent care each time from everyone in the office. The front desk staff is so kind and the NP I saw (same one both times) was thorough and insightful. Hopefully you dont find yourself in need of an urgent care but if so I recommend visiting this location.
My DOT physical went great here! Staff was friendly, nurse and Doctor were thorough and genuinely concerned with my health.
