I’ve been going to this dental clinic for probably 15 years. They’ve always provided excellent service… but it seems it has changed. The reception staff is nice and welcoming, but I question the work some of the doctors have given me recently. I had a molar fracture last year, although it was never painful. They had to remove and replace an old amalgam filling on that tooth to fix the fracture and ever since then the tooth has been painful to chew on. I’ve come back twice to have them look at it and they filed the edges a little and told me to wait it out but it’s still painful. I know pain is subjective and everyone’s tolerance is different but I don’t think this is normal and it’s very discouraging after numerous months my issue still hasn’t resolved. This last visit I saw one of the male doctors for an 8am appointment. This man was in such a bad mood. He was abrasive and short with me. He tested my tooth sensitivity with the cold air and kept using it even after wincing in pain and raising my hand as instructed. He started drilling into my tooth without any warning. I definitely felt as though my emergency consult was an inconvenience in his schedule. He also coughed 3 times while near my face and burped without saying “excuse me”. Absolutely disgusting… I will not be going back after that.
Receptionists were nice, the dental doctor that saw me was really cool and direct about what I needed. The dental assistant who did my exam was super hostile, like you kinda need to act like you care about a patient instead of making them feel like their bothering you by walking in. It’s the weirdest experience at a dental office I’ve ever had. Don’t sign up for a medical career if all you care about is the pay and not the people, and if you’re unhappy serving low income families, go work somewhere else instead of making families feel unwelcome and uncomfortable.
Cant be seen. Scheduled appointment, waited 6 months...they canceled for lack of providers. Rescheduled me. Waited 4 months, they canceled again for lack of providers. I tried to schedule a 3rd time, they arent scheduling right now due to being booked out so far .....dont know what to do about a provider that cant see me. Ive been trying to get in for over a year for referrals.
They do fine in my experience with their treatments, but are abysmal with scheduling. Im years overdue for my diabetic check ups and havent had medication for over a year because of family emergencys getting my scheduled checkups cancelled. Even a next day visit due to some infection making half my face swell was cancelled and attempted to be pushed back *three months* till I mentioned the aforementioned Diabetic needs being way overdue.
Terrible experience as an autistic person. I booked an appointment 3 months out after multiple failed attempts at getting a same day appointment. 2 weeks before the date of appointment, they canceled. I rescheduled on a Friday to the following monday at 8 am. Monday morning, they canceled my 8 am appointment while I was driving to it, and were unwilling to cooperate once I arrived.
93 old friend who has drank all of her life was told by hospital to quit drinking now if she wants to live to be 100. She was seen by Dr at this do called clinic and was told to drink her wine. Wont hurt her. This was after she went through her detox period. Shame on who treated her. I wont mention names. You you should have read hospital records or talked with family who was in lobby. Before telling her this . Shame on you.
They will cancel your appointment 10 minutes after its supposed to start and then say itll be a month before they can see you again. when an appointment is canceled because of the provider, the clients that were canceled on are supposed to get priority. they arent supposed to get pushed to the back of the line after already waiting for a month to see someone
First and foremost, I want to be completely transparent when I write this review. I am a current employee at this clinic, in a managerial position. I want to make that perfectly clear so that anyone that reads this review will understand that right up front.That being said, I was a patient at this clinic for years before ever coming to work for them. So I have seen this clinic from the outside and from the inside. Feel free to take what you want/can from my review. If you look through my other reviews, you can see that I often offer good and bad information in reviews and it will be much the same here.When I was a patient at this clinic, I was happy with the fact that the clinic was there. I was disabled, not able to work and didnt have Medicaid and so I needed a clinic like this one that would allow me to pay on a sliding scale. For the most part, my visits here were pleasant and I got the care that I needed. The people were friendly, though one of my providers I did not care much for. I simply just requested to not see her anymore, and that was the end of it.The clinic serves people like me, who were struggling to pay, without consistent care and had health issues. Its a very diverse and sometimes difficult group of people to deal with. However, by and large the staff that I met and dealt with seemed to care about their jobs and did a good job, even though they certainly appeared to be overworked.As someone that works here now, I can see that they are overworked. I can see that everyone here is asked to do a lot and even more as time goes on. Its tough and its hard work, the people are not easy to deal with: coworkers and patients alike some days. However, every single day I see amazing people here that do their best to try and get through life while at the same time caring for the humans in their community. Humans that are often not at their best: sick, upset, angry, scared. Humans in need of support, care and love.Does CFHC always provide that? No. The employees here are humans, just like all of the patients are. And its not easy to keep that smile on your face and keep things going positively. However I do see that they do their best, in spite of all the obstacles in their way.People that work for Community Health Centers dont do it for the money. They dont do it for the riches. They do it for the love of their community and their fellow humans. So while my experiences here have not always been amazing, I know that every day I am surrounded by amazing humans that do their best to provide great patient care to their fellow humans.Theyre not always perfect, however they are always trying. And that counts in my book.
Cowlitz is not a medical clinic, it is how Longview HIDES government money providing family med care, that us dangerous. NO daily appts, you must drive to clinic by 7:45 am, wait for door to open and HOPE you can get one of 3 avail appts. And people are lining up. 3-5 months for a referrell (not appt), 6 daupys for urine cultures that are sent to SEATTLE, when a hospital is down the road. They lie and the have the worst possible options as doctors. Rude is too nice. As with some of their medical knowledge, I have enough med knowledge to call BULLSHIT on unsafe medical care. Dont go. I am sorry you are LOW INCOME, but you dont deserve DANGEROUS medical care.Giving them ONE star should be criminal.
These people are awful. They prescribe meds you have to be on consistently, then hold them hostage until you do what they want you to (appointments). Heaven forbid you get called into work and have to cancel your appointment. They’re just plain awful.
Update: much better in 2023-2024! Loved my dentist and very much appreciate the sliding scale.I have paid for my services and ma still waiting to get my work done. They have cancelled twice and when I call to reschedule-make me wait until the first of the next month to attempt to schedule again- which has not been fruitful yet- 4 months later. Oy.
My son has autism and has severe panic attacks. He’s been calling, as has his pharmacist, for over two weeks to get his prescription refilled, and no one has even bothered to call him or the pharmacy back.I can’t believe that a medical professional can be so callous towards a patient, especially an autistic person who is desperate for their medication.This office should be ashamed of how they treat their patients.
I wish I could comment on the quality of their health care, but I can comment on how incompetent the people who answer the phone are. I initially called 2 weeks ago. I talked to my insurance. Confirmed everything was good to go. Updated my provider to the this office. Everything should have been fine. I call and miraculously got through to a person. But they refused to schedule me because the “system” wasn’t showing their office as my PCP and I was told to call back after Dec 1st. It was only a few days so as annoyed as I was, I complied. I have tried called several times since Dec. 1st. I never get through and messages do not result in a call back.After about 10 mins on hold I got a body on the other end. I don’t think it’s fair to say person because I’m not sure there was a brain associated. This person proceeds to fumble looking me up multiple times. And then again refuses to schedule because she can’t find me in the “system” that the previous person was able to find me in. I told her I was holding my updated ID card in my hand m, but there was no way she could schedule me. So here I am again, 2-3 weeks in to needing to see a provider and not being able to because the HEALTHCARE PROVIDER doesn’t seem to want to provide care.I was never given any option to provide my ID card. Nobody offered to verify my insurance any other way. I wasn’t given an option to pay cash. All of those are reasonable and viable options for any provider that gives a damn.Needless to say, I will not be a patient here. Beyond frustrating and insane that this is where healthcare is at. Disgusted beyond measure right now.
This clinic was great at first, not so much now. It seems like their heart is not so much into helping. They make simple things harder at the expense of the patient. I ask for help with medication while in the office, and they tell me they cant, that i need to do that on the internet. Why! When I try, i cant find where, so i call in for help, and they never get back to me. I will continue and try to give them the benefit of the doubt. At first I was afraid of coming here but found nothing but an excellent experience. Madelyn was excellent and very attentive to my needs. The fella that draws blood was a real master of his art (The Vain Whisper) since most have such a hard time finding my vain from so much pricking from my past. So far Im really happy with them. Lets hope it stays this way.
I got new insurance and chose not to come to this Longview clinic based on reviews alone. Boy, was that spot on. I had a new patient appt for the Cathlamet Clinic and they had to reschedule me due to a family emergency. Cool- np..They said they could immediately schedule me for the Longview clinic in 30 min. I arrived at a clinic that was running an hour late at 9 a.m. A new patient before me waited over an hour and was still waiting when I left. The staff told me they couldnt see me because I was a new patient. I tired to explain the situation and was cut off, questions ignored, no eye contact, and a complete lack of respect. The front desk receptionist should be compassionate and understanding..this lady was rude. Why does she work there?!?!?! I left a message for the NEW Manager. Lets hope she has a little kindness & compassion because no first appointment should start this way. Cathlamet seems like a welcome drive compared to dealing with anyone at this office!
Today was my fifth or sixth time seeing Dr. Troung and I have no complaints. She is so friendly and professional and doesnt make me feel embarrassed for needing her help. Id recommend her to anybody. 5 stars all day long!
Doctor ordered bloodwork and sent me to the lobby to wait. Although the phlebotomist knew I was in the lobby waiting he went to lunch. After waiting 45 minutes I asked the lady at the front desk asking how long it would take and she informed me he was at lunch and wouldn’t be back for an hour. The other lady at the desk laughed. This is on top of the fact I waited several months for my appointment and when I arrived & checked in the lady who laughed called me up to say she forgot to check me in and I was now ten minutes late. Luckily the manager called to get me in an hour later. No apology or even acknowledgment regarding the guy going to lunch knowing I was waiting for bloodwork. I’m seriously fed up with this place. It wasn’t too bad few years ago but the last 3 years their customer service has been wretched and doctors aren’t as caring as they were.
Only recommend them for a doctors note for your work.. there has been one good receptionist Ive encountered and i appreciate her staying strong in a toxic environment. I have not recieve much help here at all (besides 1 time where a doctor gave me good advice based on eating vegan and she helped me alot) but I had pink eye from my job and another doctor practically forced me to get a covid test when I 150% know it wasnt covid but she guilt tripped me into getting it after I said no and Im still mad about it. If I said I dont want a covid test, how about listening instead of involving your own personal bias?
I dont ever have an issue with Dr. Weztergom but now that shes transferred to woodland Im having a terrible time with the Longview center. I was told to call when they open to get a same day apt. but when I did that(called EXACTLY when they opened) it took an hour to get ahold of them, 5 different phone calls, and the receptionist got snippy and told me to call when they open after I literally had just said I had already just done that, they just didnt pick up the call until an hour later. There was no kindness or hospitality in that call that I spent an hour trying to get. I hate that this is the only thing molina medical can offer us. I cant ever get ahold of anyone which is why I use the app but I couldnt use the app for what I was needing to get done. Im incredibly patient knowing that they probably have a lot of calls coming through and the medical field is short staffed, Ive never copped an attitude with a single person there and I make it a point to tell them how much I appreciate them being there but the attitude I got today after I told her I already did what she was telling me to do, that pissed me off.EDIT: I got an appointment with the woodland center with Wesztergom because I didnt want to deal with Longview anymore for sake of convenience. I got an appointment for today at 5pm and about an hour ago the Longview center canceled my appointment and rescheduled me at Longview for Monday so I had to call woodland AGAIN and tell them that longview rescheduled me without my consent but my 5pm slot was already filled so now I have to wait until Monday to go to Woodland. I asked them to put in my file that Longview is no longer allowed to touch my scheduling and I was advised to file a complaint against them which I will be doing. Ive cried so much today because of the Longview receptionists that my face is completely raw and burning. They need to shut down the Longview center and rebuild with completely different staff because right now all they have are heartless jerks running the front.
The worst! Discourteous to patients, for sure. Told me when checking in my doctor was running 45 minutes late, but no one bothered to call and give a heads up. During a different appointment, the MA checking me in had the dirtiest hands, didnt wash them or wear gloves, and told me my blood pressure was so low I shouldve been dead. When I told the doctor about it she said, Well, I dont know anything about that. The doctor kept messing with her phone, kept me waiting almost an hour, took her shoe off during the appointment and exposed her bare foot. Then when the procedure was done, she just walked out and never called me to give results.This place is so dirty, disorganized and unprofessional. If you can go some place else, do it. Gross.
Go elsewhere!3 different members, 3 different visits:Refused to give a dermatologist referral to someone with a history of having precancerous spots removed. Accused the asthmatic (who is allergic to tabacco) of being a smoker. Practioner left appt to bring get a coffee and drank it during the appt.Threatened a hypoglycemic with a feeding tube because they felt said individual was too skinnyAfter waiting 1.5 months for an appt, office lied about calling to cancel said appt 30min before it time. Discovered it had been canceled when arrived to check in because the provider wasnt in the office, so appt rescheduled another 1.5 months out -- realized when got home that it was new appt was with a different doctor...
I too wish I could give a zero. Rude, discourteous on the phone or in person it doesn’t matter. I have congestive heart failure so I cough often because there’s stuff in my lungs and throat. Even though I had a mask and was coughing into my shirt, they made me wait outside and never came for me. Other patients were appalled as they came out and commented on how badly I was treated. I just left. Never going back. I found new doctors at Peace Health. Much better!!
Your receptionist Leslie is the rudest lady I have ever talked to! Didn’t give me a chance to speak and gave me absolutely INSANE attitude when I was trying to as for a samw day appointment. She said mine was booked til April. That’s okay! I asked if there were any others she said everyone was booked til then with extreme attitude. I said oh man so there’s no way for me to be a walk in? She gave me more attitude and said EVERYBODY is booked until April. I told you we can only do phone appointments. So I said dang that sucks okay let’s do- and then she cut me off WHATS YOUR BIRTHDAY. BIRTHDAY. when I’m trying to tell her I’m very anxious and in a lot of pain! You guys have got to get better costumer service going, or at least teach this specific woman to stop being so rude for no good reason. Find a new job lady.
This is the worst doctors office I have ever experienced. If I was allowed to give them a zero I would. I have called several times to talk to someone. I would leave messages and the never call me back. Last week I called I waited then it automatically transferred me to leave a message but this time it said their mailbox is full and it hung up. Ive been trying to fix my medicine prescription issue for the last month and still not resolved.
The appointment started off great. The assistant had no clue what she was doing and had to have someone else to assist her.. Then both Doctor and assistant started talking about who like liked the least in the office. Very unprofessional. The lack of knowledge made my appointment take longer passed my schedule time.
The doctors are fine, but the receptionists never answer the phone. And if you leave a message they never call back. Dont bother calling, they will just ignore your call. Just go down there. Cant ignore you in person. I have called 90 times over a 2 hour period, and they put it straight to voice-mail all but 2 times. I actually need to make an appointment with the doctor, and cant because of this. And this has happened many many times.
Been a patient here for several years. The quality of service has gone down considerably. Its nearly impossible to get through to an actual person unless you have the time to call repeatedly after being sent to voicemail almost immediately--after being told how important you supposedly are by a recording.Need a same day appointment? Good luck. Youre better off trying an urgent care or the ER. Need a regular appointment? Expect to wait 2-3 weeks to get in. Atrocious.
This was the only place I could find a doctor when I first moved to WA, I then had to move out of state to take care of my mom, and recently moved back. I was able to get back in with the same provider. I have never had any problems getting an appointment. Dr. Warrior is awesome and respects my wishes! The receptionist/nurses have always been very helpful and friendly!
I hate to stop at the front desk on this facility, the ladies are rude, and I think they didn’t want to work because they were talking bad about a patient instead to call next person on line. Ladies! Be respectful with the privacy of patients, you don’t have to talk about them even if you disagree with them!
Ive been going to this place for basically my entire life and Ive never had any issues with them. When Ive asked to be referred to a specialist, my primary care provider refers me; Ive personally never had to wait more than 10-15 minutes for an appointment, the staff is friendly, and the exam rooms are clean. My primary care provider always listens to me concern and addresses them appropriately. I think most people on here who leave negative reviews simply arent being catered to as they wish, or are treating staff badly. All in all I trust this place and the doctors and nurses who work at it.
They never answer the phone or call you back. Even after leaving multi messages. I have one doctor that is fine. The other doctor I see there is always running really behind. Like an hour to two hours. Even when I schedule first thing in the morning.
They hardly ever answer their phone and the hold sends you to voicemail, only for no one to call you back for days, if they even call back at all. Dont read your charts prior to your appt. Numerous changes in doctors leaving so have to always request a new one. No permanent doctors or health professionals. Dont think they take your health concerns seriously (because we all know our body). Referrals to any specialists take months sometimes. Test results can show serious issues on the MyChart but the doctors will say everything ok. And not prescribe anything. Misdiagnosis most cases.
One of the worst medical facilities I have ever been to my entire life and that is saying a lot. Went in and had an X-ray done on my back. The Doctor told me to call her and let her know the X-ray was done and she would get back to me with the results in a couple days. It took almost 2 months to get my results. I called many times, and their excuse was they never had time to look at them. I call BS on that one. Dont expect anything useful from this place, its made for cheap state insurance patience. So they really dont care, they just want to get you in and out while they get paid.
Ive been trying to call them for the past week to reschedule an appointment and no one will answer the phone! Ive even left a message and no one has returned the call. Aside from that, the few times I have scheduled a appointment and have been in their office the receptionist/front desk people have been very rude. This is honestly one of the WORST doctors offices that I have ever been to. Try finding another doctor and/or dentist before coming to this one... It honestly feels like they just dont care about their patients or anyone that walks into their office.
I have had good service from Family Health Center, in general. You do have to be pretty picky about who is your primary care provider. When I first went there I was assigned to a nursing assistant who diagnosed me completely wrong - it was a painful fungus infection but he diagnosed it as a bacterial infection and prescribed several kinds of antibiotics, none of which worked. This went on for over a week and I had to ask for another provider. She took one look and said, That is a fungus, not bacterial and prescribed a different kind of medication. The infection was gone within a day and I signed up for a new provider, Dr. Gail Conway. I have been with her for nearly four years and she is excellent. Good diagnostician, and always gives me a truly effective treatment. I intend to stay with her as my primary care provider and Family Health Center. Dr,. Conway herself gets five stars, plus a lot more if I could give them. The trick here is to understand that if your provider isnt satisfactory you can ask for another one and do that till you get a good one.
I always have bad experiences with this place. I guess its the only gig in town that takes the insurance. I havent been seen by a dentist in almost twelve years. To be sent home was appalling. I had an appointment and got sent home because I was honest that I am cannabis user. I dont think I want this place touching my teeth anyway when they bleed inexperienced. There has been so many hassles with this little place I would recommend anywhere else. I had a tooth that was still alright and they were talking about having to pull it? I will go anywhere else. Even Vancouver before I will go here again.
My family would not send anyone to this facility for medical information let alone treatment... Does not hav good show of medical advice, empathy, bedside manners. The receptionists are rude and do not follow through with problems needing to be relayed back to the nurses or doctors. Nor are the referrals sent out that are needed in said patients behalf.
After making my appt and filling out proper paperwork this hole in the wall office lost my release of information and is making me wait until they find or resend it to continue meds I have been on for 2 years. Manager Do not return phone calls as promised and they still have yet to find my paperwork. I keep hearing maybe its here maybe its there, seems as if this place doesnt care whatsoever about their patients. I wouldnt recommend them to anyone.
I just had two teeth pulled yesterday and am very satisfied with my visit here. Polite, friendly, and welcoming staff. More importantly, my dentist made me feel comfortable and sincerely cared about.😌
Ok so......this place is a low income sliding scale clinic. With that being said, you get what you get. My experiences here have actually been excellent. I got 3 teeth pulled at the dental clinic and the first extraction took 10 mins, and then the next time I got 2 teeth pulled and it literally only took 10 minutes, I will say they might lack in empathy a bit.My experiences in the medical side have been pretty good as well, my doctor, she is kind and caring, they took blood tests(me being a addict in recovery, this isnt always the easiest of tasks, but the phlebotomist did an excellent job)and it was quick and easy, the phlebotomist was humorous which made me a little more comfortable, they called me back with the results of said blood tests in 2 days and everything was negative(phewww😅😅😅). Im going back in, in the next month for some mental health treatment so hopefully it stays as good as its been so far. All In all, Im not disappointed in the slightest.
This place is a nightmare. I have high blood pressure, I need meds for it, which have been prescribed by them. To continue to get the meds, I need to make an appointment. They dont answer or return calls, their website no longer allows me to make appointments I am out of a prescription medication that I am NOT supposed to abruptly quit. Im not sure what will happen to me and Im not sure anyone really cares. I guess, Im just hoping that this might save someone from what is happening to me.
I think this place tries to make the best with what they have and the strict guidelines they have to follow in order to avoid any kind of liability. Unfortunately, that equates to referrals for absolutely everything...that said, get referrals for the Vancouver Clinic which used to accept Molina for seeing a PCP but doesnt anymore. They do, however still see referrals for specialty care, youre welcome!
Have to go here because of my lack of insurance. I have a huge problem getting my prescriptions okayed by my doctor although i always call well in advance and they are meds i have to take for the rest of my life. I have been hospitalized 3 times in 1 1/2 years, at my expense, because my doctor had not okayed my meds. The pharmacy always has to fax her 2-3 times and i have to leave messages before i can get my prescriptions. The pharmacy has had to help me out a few times with 3 day supply of my meds because of this ongoing problem. I wonder how many people have to deal with this. I take heart pulls and cannot skip them. Thats why Ive landed in the hospital 3 times. If anyone else has this problem please complain to management. It could be a life or death situation and we just rely on our doctors. Thank you.
I’ve gone to family health center for years never felt the need to write a review because it is generally DECENT service and help. (Definitely not the best but they make sure you’re helped) But I’m gonna have to be honest the last few months I have not been able to get ahold of ANYONE OVER the phone just to setup a dentist appointment. Ughhh I’ve called every hour on the hour. I work 9hr shifts so I can’t just stop by whenever. They don’t even give you an option to get ahold of the dentist department. I’ve left several messages and still no return call or response!!! Very FRUSTRATING and overall unprofessional. I mean really??? I understand state health insurance but I’m still a person. They need to do better smh overall
I changed my review to one star because I was scheduled to see Tara Roeder at 3:00 today which is the time MyChart showed. I get there at 3:05 today and they tell me I will have to reschedule even though I just drove down from Centralia in the pouring down rain because my appointment was only for 15 minutes? I have no idea why MyChart didnt tell me to be there around 2:45 which is how I thought they usually do appointments? But, I find this ridiculous and unprofessional. I will NOT be coming back to 12th avenue family health.
The desk help at this clinic could use some basic customer service training. They are the rudest group of employees I have ever encountered. Dont bother bringing your disabled loved ones in for help, they just make an already horrible situation even worse.
The 3 stars are for the doctor my daughter seen today. She was very down to earth and friendly. The reason I didnt give 5 stars today was because of the poor customer service at the front desk by a woman who says her name is Stacy. I went up to make a appointment for myself sense I was already there for my daughter and waiting for doctors note for her school. Stacy likes to talk down to people , use her hands to make rude gestures like hurry up, interupts when your trying to make the appointment thats not 8am or 9am she rolls her eyes and goes out of her way to try and be sarcastic. This woman really went out of her way to interupt and intentionally be rude. I think she almost had a moment when I finally said, you need to calm down. Than I had to ask for a appointment card and she says, oh you want a card, ok. Just classless. I asked her, whats your name? She says Stacy, you want a manager. I said nope Ill call. Than as I walked away she starts telling the lady next to her how I have a atittude and they start laughing. All I can think is Stacy isnt worried about getting fired or she wouldnt be so cocky towards people. Family Health Center listen to your patients. Once staff thinks that they will be held accountable then that will start a improvement on customer care.
They wont take out my birth control implant. I have called 3 times trying to explain that Im having horrible side affects but theyabsolutely will not take it out for another 3 months. They are saying that what Im going through isnt a big deal and that is just a nusince to my everyday life. It IS a big deal. I have a 4 month old and can barely function. I feel sick all the time with horrible migration headaches. Gaining 10 lbs every few weeks. Horrible mood swings. Anyways. I wouldnt recommend this place at all
Although the very beginning of their day is hectic, I received an amazing service. My doctor was so caring and compassionate. She impressed me with doing blood work and other checks while I was in unlike my previous doctors who did no such thing. Thanks!
I have had good experiences here. I know this is for mostly medicaid or no health insurance, but I have been lucky with decent doctors. I know this is more of a medical school training and no one stays long, so you dont get regular doctors. But so far this is the best place I have found here in Longview that accepts my Medicaid disability insurance.
Since Family Health Center has blocked me from being able to give my opinion I have now resorted to this. I have had the worst care I have ever had in my life at the Cathlamet clinic! I was fed up with the horrible care and decided to send an email to the Medical Association and because I did I was punished by them withholding the only pain pill I take and have taken for 12 years! I do not believe that the people in charge of this clinic know the meaning of the word compassion!! I hope they lay awake at night after the way I was treated but they wont because that would require a conscience! The CEO stood behind them and was very rude to me as well!!!
I would be ashamed of my business if i had such glowingly bad reviews. My own experience has been similarly bad. I just wish that the staff took more pride in there work.I went there with an achilles tear to get a referral for an MRI and crutches and they had no crutches and didnt send the referral for a week, It has been a painful week.
Doctors are federal puppets. They can only treat according to federal guidelines. They view every patient as a low income mentally Ill drug addict. So if you are a suffer from chronic intense pain your only relief is becoming a drunk or smoke nasty marijuana or suicide. As long as the government increases opioid restrictions the suicide rate among pain sufferers will increase. Maybe this is the governments hope to thin out the population. So going to a doctor has no purpose. You will get no proper treatment. This place is the worst.
I’ve been going to the woodland clinic for many years with the exception of Covid phone appointments, been through about 5 NP’s, they recently made me an appointment for a longer amount of time to get to know my new NP and go over my history a little and see where I’m at today and any concerns, one concern she had, made her want to do fasting labs and had me get the next available appointment which was the following Wednesday, she never put in the order and I couldn’t even speak to her for another month, for just a phone appointment- it got way worse- I started getting messages from Dermatology Offices that my doctor has referred me to set up an appointment for a lesion on my face that I went to Woodland family Health for, never had one - never talked about having one - what a circus- have to change NP or go all the way to Longview from salmon creek, “seriously” I have never dealt with such unprofessional people- front office + others working at a medical facility in my entire life - everyone that’s worked in that office is gone- shame on them !!! I miss NP Rachel Baker and Nurse Craig, and front desk ladies, best to ever bless that office with there presence !!!
The woman I spoke to on the phone was really helpful, polite and professional. She made it easy to get everything set up and took the time to make sure I understood everything.
We visited this health care facility today for a scheduled appointment. It took over an hour and a half to be called in / approximately 78 minutes n we where the only ones in the office. The staff is more concerned about gossiping then they are taking care or even notice of their patients. Can someone recommend a professional health care service in Longview Wa.
This is not how you treat people these days.sucks.I wouldnt bring my dog there.And Dr. Gail Conway shouldnt be allowed to treat anyone.She assumes that you are there because you have no insurance or have nowhere else to go.Your caregiver should never treat you that way because they are supposed to be caregivers and not act as if you are dirt and they are almighty. Dont recommend anyone visit that place and you know the Doctors their are the bottom of the barrel and i mean bottom of the barrel. And the only reason they got one star is you have to give them a star to leave your review.
I love this dentist. Best place ever and fixed my tooth thats been bugging me for months and did an awesome job filling it in. I dont see why anyone would complain or put down bad reviews. The staff was very friendly and super nice and I definitely would recomend the doctors as the best. Overall I have no complaints only good vibes. Thank you family health, you rock. :) :)
This facility nearly killed my son. He went there for a sore throat and fever. They ran no blood tests. They did a stat strep culture , which was negative. They sent him home with cough syrup and something to numb his throat. By the next day he had to go to the Hospital. They said he had viral tonsilitis, so again, no antibiotics. By the third day, my son was having difficulty breathing, his fever was now 104 degrees with tylenol and advil. He was taken to the Hospital yet again. His heart rate was dangerously low. The doctors told us that my 31 year old son would most likely have slipped into a coma and died in his sleep, had he not come to the Hospital. He was now in septic shock. His organs were shutting down. After a few long scary days, which included a stint in ICU, he was sent home.It has been nearly a month since my son left the Hospital, he is starting to have problems with his throat again. It is the same area that was responsible for his acquiring sepsis, which went untreated until he was near death. My son went to this ridiculous clinic again today. He told them AGAIN what happened before and they said that they were not going to put him on an antibiotic. MIND YOU, HIS TONSIL IS SO SWOLLEN AGAIN THAT IT IS HITTING HIS VOICE BOX!!!! My son has no choice but to go this place that houses incompetents posing as medical professionals. Rest assured, if my son ends up dead due to their negligence, I will personally see that they never treat anyone in this community again. I am sure I am sure that I can find whole host of lawyers frothing at the mouth to take this one on!
I would rate a 2, because i have had no help with my chronic back pain from my severe scoliosis, but i am rating a 4 because the dentists have been very helpful and all around great. theres been a few bumps but i cant really complain. it would be nice if i could get some help with the pain though. its only been 12 years of crippling pain and no help at all.
Terrible experience my dental assistant Darrel was so rough and dismissed me anytime I showed discomfort or said you’re being too rough. He finished cleaning my teeth and was so aggressive with the drill that I was clenching my whole body and telling him to stop. He shrugged and laughed it off. There was even more that happened but I’m just gonna leave it at that, you can paint a picture. DONT go here. I feel bad this is some people’s only means to get dental care.
The doctors and nurses are helpful for the most part. But the front desk staff dont seem to want to answer the phone... I have attempted to call them 4 separate occasions and each time the phone would ring for 5+ minutes and no answer!? The last time I tried calling them i waited for over 8 minutes. Only to have someone pick up the phone and say nothing. All i heard was someone breathing and then they hung up... What is going on over there?
Do not go to this dentist office I had 3 teeth removed in July they failed to extract the roots to those teeth, they failed to notify me of it. I went in for a comprehensive exam months later and still was not notified by the dentist about there screw up. I go see a different dentist get an x ray done and ofcourse what do they see the roots left in my mouth and they have to be surgically removed...I am taking this to court and look forward to the look on those dentists faces when I have their liscense suspended!
Worst medical care I have ever seen in my Life!! Except for Taylor, hands down the rudest most unprofessional staff I have dealt with Anywhere, let alone at whats supposedly a Medical Clinic! Will be filing a complaint with the WA State Medical Board. These people have no business being allowed to be involved in the medical needs of the public. DISGRACEFUL and SCARY that this is allowed to happen in this country! The ONLY reason I gave them even one star is because thats the Only way to get this to Post and Warn others to Stay Away!!!
This is the clinic I used to take my Grandkids to due to insurance. Its the worst care I have ever seen. They dont return phone calls and will not answer requests from pharmacy for refills. The nurse actually called me the dictator grandmother and laughed because I asked a question about side affects on a medication.Find somewhere else....my dog gets better care at the vet.
This place is horrid! I dont recommend anyone go to the FHC on 14th unless you want to wait forever to get seen. I went there today and waited a half hour to get to go back to a room then they waited on other people that just walked in after me. I dont know what happened in the next room but some guy was literally screaming bloody murder while being seen. Finally after an hour of sitting in a room by myself, I gave up being seen and left. Honestly, i would rather shoot myself in the foot than ever go back there again! Terrible service and no bedside manner what so ever. This place sucks big time! I give it one star just so i can leave this review.
Worst health care ever! What dr refuses to refill antidepressant and antipsychotic meds after 3yr usage of meds? FHC dr does!! Wont respond to pharmacies fax reqesting refill, wont return my calls begging for refill after explaining im not doing very well. Im having withdrawls causing pain, blurred vision, bad dizzy cant stand up, sick, and expressing such violent rage, my husband is scared to death of me. He sits out in his car in the rainy cold weather alot. Im even scared of me. Having suicidal thoughts giving me horendous nightmares so im scared to sleep. My head feels like it has electric overload making me black out amongst experiencing bouts of missing time.Dr lectures about dangers of stopping meds cold turkey so why is dr denying refill, not communicating and has chosen to ignore my pleas? I would like to know myself. Washington state has a law dr are to abide by which states a dr can not do anything to cause a patients physical or mental health condition to worsen or cause pain and suffering. Cant remember all of law but thats the jist of it. Please check the community health plan site for other available drs. Go here at your own health risk! Im over 50 yrs old and have seen umpteen drs over the years and these drs win the malpractice bragging rights. They lie and break the law, cause harm and ignore patients need to be well.
When i first moved to longview and was treated at family health center; they had a few doctors in there that seemed they still needed schooling in how to treat people. But sence then they have gotten rid of the doctors or mid wives that seemed to not know what they were doing. They have really stepped up there care for the low income in our area. I would recomend them to any one and have done so for a while now. Yes they are a very busy office but they do there very best at making sure every one gets seen and treated. I found if you show them the respect they need to do there job in a high stress invironment then they give you the respcet you need an treat you with care and compassion.
Had a phone appt with my regular doctor last Tuesday. She supposedly called in a prescription for me that still isnt in. This is Monday. Doc told me to come in for appt at 4 today. I was told by receptionists u had no appt
If I could do zero stars I would absolutely ridiculous you have a appointment be their 15 minutes early Ive been waiting close to 3 hours. Appointment at 1pm its 4:07 and still waiting.. Bathroom was horrible literally disgusting kids running around getting into anything everything climbing all over the chairs with muddy shoes absolutely worse please
Staff is always friendly, and for the volume of patients they have per day...the wait time really isnt so bad😁 Not to mention I can afford (somewhat) to see a dentist this way. May be frustrating at times to wait for an appointment...but Id rather they were there, than not👍
Had to wait on hold for awhile. When I got through, Savannah at the Woodland clinic made my appointment, even though I go to the Longview Clinic. She was very helpful and kind.
Christy a registered called me concerning my medical situation. I was upset in previous reviews. She was very professional explaining everything clearly and was very understanding. I am greatly appreciative of this.
Ridiculous that I can never get an appointment asap when I’m sick or need to be seen for something urgent. Always have to wait over a month.
Been calling all day no answer no call backs yet and Im new to this state and all I need are my daughter shots for turning one years old my mom called and they answered their phone I believe they pick and choose who they want to answer to .
I love doctors but the front desk needs some help. Its really frustrating for me to call only to have it either be ignored or have it straight up go to some disconnected phone notice.Please get friendlier front desk people.
If you are looking for a robot Dr this is the place! They stare at the screen and occasionally look at you to make sure you havent left before you pay them. This place sucks and will suck until they hire actual personable Drs
Lazy staff, Rude doctors who basically ignore every question i have and rush me out, it took me 10 days to get a prescription that i’ve been on for years refilled and it wasn’t even refilled by them. i got sick of waiting so i went to the other family health center and got them refilled that night all in all don’t go there.
My doctor has been lovely. But trying to get an appointment is like pulling teeth. It took three tries to get my last appointment.
I would not give it one star but they make you ...the dental assistant was rude rude rude!!! Kept chocking me while taking x-rays and then became angry with me about it. She obviously hates her job. And should be fired in my opinion
This place needs to be shut down!!! I just called for an absess back in my mouth due to a bad tooth.. Told them Ive been throwing up from it...also told her it has liquid coming from it...she told me to put a tissue over it and dont swollow and to check back tomorrow at 11. I know this all sounds disgusting but this could be poisoning crap coming from my mouth and she tells me to put a tissue over it!!! Why is this place still running ? Nobody has a good thing to say about this place..
If i could give this place a zero i would. Service was the worst inhad ever seen. It was like a fast food drive through doctor office. Front desk was terrible. Management is awful. Doctors didnt order correct tests. And they did not send insurance info off with testing. Now I have test bills that mt insurance covers in collections. Worst doc office ever. Do not go there.
I was suppose to have a referral sent to a urologist it never got sent so Im sitting here on the phone trying to get through to someone but keep being sent to voicemail Ive been having issues nd it takes me 2-3 weeks just to get in for their mistake they keep making
This place is a complete joke. Receptionists dont do anything to help. You can never get a hold of a provider and they dont return calls.
Great dentists love it here but RUDE receptionists. Hung up on when making an appointment wasnt even told goodbye or your welcome incredibly rude front desk workers.
Uncaring, lacking in empathy, too short of visits, and a host of problematic experiences. I guess if you have no where to go this place might help. For one, I am so disappointed in their lack of qualities that separate humans from other animals.
This place is a Joke, i been on hold for my mom for almost an hour. Just to get her meds refilled. And still no one has answered my calls. This is the fourth time i have called!!!
It is run pretty efficiently for as many patients they see everyday. Communication among staff and patience, could be much better.

Wish i could rate this lower than one star. honestly this place is just lacking the care and help for their patients, granted that they work with a ton of people. But they are really only there for a paycheck, and ignore you.
This place is terrible. Barely ever answers the phone and when they do they’re extremely unhelpful. How can I call for a same day appointment and get in but can’t set up something for a week out because they’re “full” that day? Stay far away.
Im so thankful that this clinic was able to see me so quickly. All staff was awesome- from the receptionist to the RN that saw me.
Professional and caring staff. No major issues with wait times, referrals to specialists were quickly done when needed.
The staff is always kind... They are good at what they do. Parking can be a problem at times but other than that we enjoy it.
