I went this morning to get my annual blood work and once I checked in the wait was maybe two minutes which was awesome. Earyldeen was my lab technician and took my blood. She did all of the paperwork, took my insurance, and scanned my paperwork from the doctor in a matter of minutes. She also did a great job taking my blood. I could hardly tell she stuck me with a needle. I have found my new lab I will always go to for blood work. I highly recommend.
I just got out of here and had a great experience! The Wellington location is closer to me, but I figured the Loxahatchee location would be less busy. I was right; I walked in at 3:30 pm, and did electronic sign in. I thought it was a little weird that no person was there but I guess this way is more efficient because I was called in at 3:35. I am those patients who get sweaty with racing heartbeat even with the anticipation of a needle near me. I told the girl I am a nervous patient so she used a baby needle and by the time I counted to 10 I was done!! No pain at all and best of all no long waiting time which would have made my anxiety build up!! Im super happy with the phlebotomist (Marissa) and I was in and out within 10 minutes.
This Quest facility is in a building on the Palms West Hospital campus. Some of my doctors have their own phlebotomist on site, but when a doctor without one requires a blood test, I always go here. You can make an appointment, but many times you only have to wait 5-10 minutes without one. The staff is very friendly and excellent. The facility is warm and clean. One feel for the vein, needle in with hardly a pinch, and its over.
This office has an awesome staff, Jennifer at the 125 s Royal Palm Beach is awful, she needs to open that job position for someone who really would love and need that job, she doesnt care. Vanessa , the manager and very professional and apologetic lady I spoke to about how bad my mom experience was , sent us to Felicia who was wonderful representation of the office in Loxahatchee. But dont worry people shell be at the new location in Royal Palm Beach and shell make the place a welcoming atmosphere for whoever goes there.
The office is very clean, convenient and has good energy when you enter. I was taken back only 5 minutes past my scheduled time. There were no smiles but staff was pleasant and professional. The tech, EARLINE, was remarkable.I will be happy to use this center as my preferred location.
5 stars! I arrived a little early and left only 6 minutes after my appointment was SUPPOSED to have begun and they were shorthanded because someone called in sick. The 2 women on duty were spectacular.My nurse was fabulous as I didnt even feel a thing (blood test).
So the QUEST website says that Walk-ins are welcome, but appointments take priority. I could not make an appointment online because there was nothing available. I have a SERIOUS pre-existing condition and took my chance and went (my appointment is next week). When I showed up there was NOBODY waiting, the nurses inside talking. I knocked on the door, explained my situation and was told SORRY WE CANT HELP YOU . I will NEVER come here again, you call yourself nurses?? You have nobody and it was at 2:30pm (they close at 4:30pm) and you cannot help out??? Shame on you!!
Circumstances left me with no choice but to locate a facility such as this, immediately. Called at 07:30, used automated service to make appt for ASAP. Appt time was 12:15, walked in at 12:12 (got myself lost) to a beautiful and calm environment. Used automation to sign in....in office, labs done and back in my car at 12:32!!! There were at least 7-8 patients in the room when I arrived. Staff was Unbelievable! Patient, Kind, Compassionate and genuinely Real!
Took my son into this location this morning for a lab test and when we walked in to the lobby area, one of their workers came out in a very rude manner saying, WERE NOT TAKING ANY WALK-INS to a group of us in the lobby. Not very professional. Whomever this lady was, needs to stay far away from the front of the office until she can find some professionalism and customer service.
I had an appointment and was taken in early. The women who checked me in and did my blood draw was wonderful. I was nervous and she was sweet, caring and professional. This is thr nicest lab I have been to in PB County.
Ive been here 3 times and definitely recommend the Loxahatchee location. With scheduled appointments, youre in and out within 10 mins. On my most recent visit last Friday, my phlebotomist was awesome, wish I had gotten her name. Great staff!
The location is great so this is my preferred location but the quality of service has varied since they opened. Most of the time I get in when scheduled and there has been a nice staff. Sometimes, it has bot worked that way. I suggest that you make an appointment, arrive a few minutes early and you will be seen.
Horrible this morning at 0730. I walked in and 3 others were ahead of me. She came out in her loud very rude voice and stated to everyone that she doesnt take walk ins anymore!! And that I had to leave. I cant believe you keep her around. Your site just says appointments recommended.
I have to have my blood drawn weekly. This is the only place I will go. I have stubborn veins and they can always get my blood without pain. The place is clean but it is the staff there that make having lab work done an enjoyable experience! Felicia and Faniaya are always smiling, polite and make me laugh. I suggest you make an apptionment online.
I made an appt online I arrived about 20-25 minutes earlier than my scheduled appt and I was seen in less than 10 minutes of waiting.Felicia was super sweet and very professional. I had a great experience here.
Office closed a half hour early and locked the door with no sign on the door. I knocked for some time because I could hear people inside, but wasnt sure why the door was locked. The employee inside yelled at me very rudely through the door. Will never go back to this location. The lady sounded nasty and I wouldnt trust her with my child.
I havent even been to this location yet- but calling in to speak with someone is near impossible. The automated system keeps hanging up on me and I have to listen to the 8 hour speech in the beginning all over again. This is ridiculous! I have a simple question and would like to talk to a person... activate the 0 option or speak to a representative option. Thank you.
I had blood drawn on October 5th. I called in once a week over the past few weeks and was informed that my results werent ready and to call in next week. I called in on the 18th and again on the 25th. Both times I was told the same thing. I called in again today, the 30th, and was informed that my results have been ready since the 16th. The man I spoke with today somehow managed to sound both condescending and clueless at the same time. /facepalm
The girl was nice. Friendly. And she has a light hand so to speak. When she was taking the blood it wasnt painful. And i have been to many places for blood test.
Ms Felicia was amazing. Great personally very attentive and professional. Ms Felicia went beyond measure to make sure I was service and taking well care of.
If you have appointment the service is within 15 minutes. My blood was taken very smoothly and I did no encounter any issue on this location.
This place is way better than the other location i went to in Royal Palm on 441 and harder to find the location but this one i went to was so much easier to find and i had great service from the front desk her name is felicia she made the place very humbling and way better in respect than the lady i had in Royal Palm. 5 stars!
Office permanently closed. We found out when we went to have blood done for preop surgery. The person on the phone said they closed 2 weeks ago

I have always had tests done there and they have given good attention and it has been at the Belle Glade offices, and today I had to go to Loxahatchee and unfortunately the person who attended to me at the window was very thoughtful. Maybe I had a bad day
