Fabulous care and results. My skin looks absolutely wonderful after one IPL Laser plus microdermabrasion treatment. I had no downtime, and my face was healed to about 98% after one week. Kim does magic.

I was quoted a reduced price for a procedure because it was being done by an employee in training, under the supervision of experienced staff. On the day of my procedure, they called and told me someone else would be doing my procedure at double the cost I was quoted. I was told the trainee was not in today. I dont really care about their internal HR drama, and its incredibly unprofessional to call a patient shortly before a procedure they had planned their week around and tell them the price has doubled. (Edit: I most certainly paid for my previous treatment at a reduced cost with the trainee. But since you feel I should have received that treatment at no cost, I look forward to my refund. Thank you.)

Kim and her entire staff at Lasting Skin Solutions are wonderful. A little over a year ago I started aesthetic treatments with Kim. To say I am happy with my results is an understatement. Kim is open and honest when formulating a personalized plan and makes appropriate recommendations based on individual needs. Being part of the medical community, I appreciate her thoroughness. I went in to discuss my spider veins and compare pricing but Kim took the time to go over ALL of my skin care questions. She offered me options for treatments and wrote out a plan based on my priorities and comfort levels. There was absolutely no sticker shock either. In fact, I was pleasantly surprised to be quoted very reasonable numbers for the treatments I am interested in. Kim even made time during my appointment to treat my spider veins while I was there. I feel very confident that this will be the beginning of a great relationship with her and her office. Looking forward to great skin!

I dont do Google reviews. They seem to be only for angry people. But after seeing the previous reviews, had to weigh in. Was referred to Kim by a friend. I was not disappointed. The entire staff rocks. Welcoming and put me at ease. Kim does not over sell her services. Only recommended treatments that would work. After I saw the difference, I was all give me more of that good stuff! Even then, Kim dialed me back and set me up with a plan that would achieve the results I wanted. Internet reviews can get hateful. Just remember, we all have different experiences. I guess Im just a very satisfied (much better looking) customer!

I found out that Kim at Lasting Skin Solutions was one of the few practitioners in the Madison area offering BioTe- Bioidentical Hormone Replacement. I was keen to get started on treatment. Kim has an extensive medical background and she was extremely skilled and professional with my initial consultation, labs and pellet insertion. Kim and staff are most helpful! I made an appointment for one problem but after discussing underlying issues, I went with Biote. Best decision ever! The filler caused bumps to form under my eyes and I was told there was nothing that could be done to reverse this. Kim has found a solution and has worked diligently to reverse the effects of this filler. I cant thank her and her staff enough for everything they have done for me! I’ve always struggled with having an extremely dark birthmark on my hand. I’ve researched so much on options, tattoos, and home remedies to try and find something that worked for me. Kim Cornell is a rude, condescending, incompetent individual who does not listen to the patient and performs procedures that lead to worsening complications. Kim feels that since she is the practitioner, this gives her the right to do to your face what she thinks is needed, not what you, the patient, asked her to do, or in my case NOT do to my face. I told her specifically that if she used a diluted form of hyaluronidase which is diluted/mixed with with sterile water when trying to disolve Juvederm it would make my face much worse. She assured me over the phone that she only would use fully concentrated product. Once in her chair that same day, she injected me with a diluted form and immediately, my face swelled and became even more asymmetrical. I was stunned at the reaction and said, you told me you were going to use undiluted Hya and I told you this was what would happen if you introduced water directly into my under eye region. She told me that she was the doctor and that I as the patient will not dictate to her how she will do her job. I said if it didnt go down (the swelling and re-plumping) that she was going to have bigger issues.I returned to her Madison clinic this past week and she became angry and rude when I pointed out all the complications from her injection.She told me to leave her office which I did and went directly to an attorneys office. She will not be able to usher me out of the court room like she did her office and she will be forced to explain herself. DO not go to this clinic. there are many others out there who are much more capable and patient oriented.

The pictures prove that the procedure is working. Plus, any and all of my questions today were answered.

Excellent clinic with a true expert in Kim Schuchardt. Her consults and treatment plans are spot on. After 10 years of great results I would not consider going anywhere else.

I had a facial peel at LSS some years back. Although I had indicated on my form that I was using antibiotics at the time, no one let me know that peels are contraindicated for patients taking antibiotics. I was also told by the aesthetician to leave the peel on my skin and wash only after 4 hours, which I learned later is not appropriate use for that peel. Although it was self limiting, it was supposed to have been removed much earlier. The result for me was that within less than a day, the skin around my chin and mouth were puffy and red. I saw my doctor who felt that the peel and the antibiotics should not have been uesd together. I later spoke to another aesthetician who confirmed antibiotics can make your skin more sensitive to peels. When I went back to LSS to discuss the problem, they just recommended another procedure, which was to cost more than $800! Years later my skin is still very discolored/damaged in that area. Fortunately I can wear makeup to mostly cover, but am not comfortable going bare skinned. Separately, in the past I have used their thermage and it works - but only for a very very short time - given the price, I dont recommend it.

Way overpriced - I’ve had multiple different treatments and I should have done price comparison research beforehand. That was my fault. I was never shown a price list, they just jotted numbers on a piece of paper. Also, the treatment I received for acne and scarring did not show any results. Lastly, there is no referral program in place like some other businesses in the area.

Your papa or mama dog’s clinic would be better than this! I wasted dollars to improve some skin scaring but Kim’s treatment made it worse. It has been a year and I will never forget the terrible service!

Kim is brilliant. Keelie is extremely talented as well. Everyone there is so kind, understanding and just knows their stuff.
