Perfectly on schedule.Fast yet very helpful visit.The nurse and Dr seemed to know what EDS is and thats usually not the case other places.The referral was sent and orthopedic called me the very next day.An order was given for an xray if I dont get better, rather than having to come back in a few days of I am not better.
I went in with acute back pain stemming from straining a muscle or ligament in my mid-left back. The PA or Nurse Practitioner there was nice, but I felt she could improve on the questions she asked about my injury and what movements aggravated it. I was very nervous about the movements required to get up on the examination bench. She pushed the step slightly in making it too narrow and, thus, hard to step up on and pivot around to sit. I had to move awkwardly and very slowly so as not to slip off. I feel she tried her best doing the various test of my reflexes, but her instructions and efforts to make me have confidence in how she would handle me could have been better. When laying me back she said things like are you ready and that I wouldnt have control which made me feel a bit scared as to how fast shed lower me. If she said, I will now move you slowly back to a laying position, youll be fully supported, just relax, that would have lowered my anxiety. Overall, I liked her personality, but Im giving detailed feedback as I truly hope it would be helpful. Sometimes bedside manner is just as important as the treatment and is part of treatment. The level of pain I would have had if I engaged my strained back muscle was excruciating and heightened my anxiety tremendously. I could not do even the slightest twisting or turning motion without it suddenly siezing up like a bad Charlie horse. She gave me 3 muscle relaxers which I feel were very helpful and why I made the effort to go in. However, the effort of getting in the car and stress of riding there was a level 8 out of 10, so I was hoping for more than just 3 pills. All in all I received the medication I needed and I am very grateful for this clinic. The above suggestions are just my efforts to help improve the service as I feel its in harmony with the reason for asking people to do surveys. Thanks for caring enough to ask for my opinion.
Very unprofessional, ladies working front desk being loud talking about people they work with. Schedule appointment online to avoid a long wait. Ended up waiting over an hour to be called. A patient walked out as she went to grab something from car and i overhear ladies who work at the front desks talking about her and call her the b word. Very unprofessional and very disrespectful. On the other hand the physician I was seen by was really sweet.
Went in at 11:30 on september 3rd. They are very rude and unprofessional . Have nasty attitudes ! Older Spanish lady working at the front desk is rude and has absolutely no customer service skills. She was very rude then went to the light skinned big lady and they started looking and laughing because she acted very unprofessional. NOT a place I would recommend at all ! Never again ! Please have your employees do better and be better. Thank you ☺️
I Picked this location because it has an available time of 1130am. I checked in online, uploaded ID and insurance. Arrived at 1109. Still at 1220pm I was sitting in the waiting room. I asked the receptionist how much longer your next was her reply. Went to a room to wait another 30mins for the provider so I said I was going to leave. And the Staff said your next. So I waited. I have never waited so long, but, because I needed a note to go back to work I did. I definitely do not recommend this location. I normally go to windsor by target and they are punctual and more professional.
Made my appointment on-line so I didnt need to wait long to see a caregiver. The PA was very kind and also informative.The staff at the Spencer St. Manchester, CT location is top-notch.So far, Im not feeling an improvement of my symptoms.If the PA wants to change antibiotics, its fine with me.I want to be on the right meds to get rid of my UTI.Thank you for being here and close to my home!
Manchester is my go to whenever my son or I am feeling under the weather. The providers there are fast and effective. I never leave the center with any questions unanswered and the service is pretty speedy. I would recommend!

Was in terrible pain from back ache. I was seen within 5 minutes of arriving. Staff were friendly and efficient. The PA I saw was through and explained all she was doing.
Went in for a wound and the doctor didn’t even take the dressing off to see it and tried to make me go to the ER on the spot. they were really rude and talked to me like i was stupid, made me sign AMA to leave, even though i want help and to be treated, but they would not even take the bandage off my leg to look at the wound.
Was seen super quick, everyone was kind and helpful, the PA was nice and listened to my concerns and offered the best care in a caring and professional way. Would def recommend this location
I don’t know where to begin, but I had exceptional care during my ED visit and subsequent admission for observation. All doctors, nurses and other clinical support people were kind, caring and professional.I witnessed a doctor (Cardiologist I believe) interacting with an elderly female patient and the way he treated her really touched me. He treated her like a family member he cared about and acted as if he had all the time in the world. He was so patient with her.Is there room for improvement? Of course, but the reviews saying doctors and staff don’t care is just not true
After reserving time slot online, my visit went very efficiently. Really liked PA who took care of me.
The place was very big, lots of room in the waiting room. Very clean. Everyone was very friendly. And considerate.The nurse was very personable. I registered on line. That was easy. I did not have to wait long. The doctor correctly diagnosed me. I am taking the prescribed medication and am feeling much better.

I have been here a handful of times and it is always a pleasant experience. This most recent visit (for covid, it turned out), the nurse was especially kind and compassionate towards me, the doctor came in very quickly and was so helpful - he laid out treatment options and the pros and cons of each and allowed me to make an informed decision. There are no sick appointments at my primary care and they book over a month out, so any time I am sick and need to be seen, I go to Hartford-GoHealth in Manchester! Highly recommend.
I have had to go here twice within a month for illnesses. My daughter once. The process to get in, is easy and user friendly. All of the staff I’ve come across are knowledgeable and caring. This clinic is better than my doctors office.
Customer service was amazing! They treated my mother like a queen, Shana (spell check) was great & very helpful, being bilingual was a plus she was able to communicate with my mother perfectly without needing me to interpret anything! Will be using this urgent care for any future needs. Highly recommend:)
I was seen pretty close to my appointment time despite there being a very busy office. My PA listened to me and took my concerns seriously. She went over my results with me and gave me several options for next steps. I left knowing my symptoms were being managed and that my health was in great hands. Thank you!
My son woke up Sunday morning complaining of severe ear pain. I was able to make an appointment online for a few hours later. We arrived at our appointment time, and only had to wait a short time before being seen. The staff was courteous and knowledgeable.
Front desk staff was great, provider was ok. Shannon, the radiology tech was very rude & not kid friendly, he moved a chair she wasn’t even sitting in, she had a problem with it,he used the hand sanitizer,she had a problem with that,he stands by her near the vital sign machine, she had a problem with that as well. While he was at the sanitizer dispenser she touches him trying to get him to move, and I had to tell her to not touch my son, he’s two years old and any mess he possibly make, I will surely clean it. Then she tells me to “watch my kid” as if I wasn’t staring at all of what he was doing. He wasn’t harming her or himself, just being a typical two year old boy.I normally go to go health urgent care in southington or Newington and their service is always great. I came here because it was closer to where we were at the time. I will be reaching out to her manager in the morning.

Very unprofessional staff, gave us very bad service. They said even with insurance if we dont have a credit card they will refuse service to us. They were already stating what they will test for and not test for! Dont go here, very rude people.

The facility is very clean and the staff is very professional. I signed up to be seen online and was seen in a very timely manner. The APRN, Joshua, who treated me was intelligent, caring and knowledgeable. You can’t go wrong if you have medical needs and you go here. I highly recommend GoHealth Urgent Care.
Came in with a friend and they discriminated against her autistic child. Her child cleared his throat in the office and Debbie and Zoe became extremely combative with my friend. They wanted her child to wear a mask even though he was no sick and did not cough.... when my friend stated her son would not be able to wear a mask (due to his autism) the women both rolled their eyes and began mumbling under their breath about my friend... my friend advised they should watch how they speak to people and treat people ... they then DENIED her care!!!! When she inquired to speak to the manager or supervisor they told her they are ran by go health physicians and that their office does not have a supervisor or manager and that they run their own establishment. They then threaten to call 911 if she didnt leave... An absolute disgrace ... if they were in a rush to close they shouldve just said that. I would hope they know that discriminating against a person with a disability is a big deal and this will be reported further
I cant say enough about Hartford Healthcare in Manchester. Ive been there for myself & my daughter on a couple of occasions. The lady at the desk is always awesome & helpful. KIKI, the MA was absolutely fabulous & helpful with my daughter before the PA Danielle came in who was also great. Thank you all for always being understanding & always making my visits go smoothly.
I have been utilizing this clinic for a number of years for COVID testing and other related needs. It is extremely easy to schedule an appointment online, you receive helpful reminders via text, and the staff is friendly and accommodating. Never a long wait, in and out.
Second time the xray was misdisagnosed as a fracture and it was not. Would not go back
I was traveling from Boston to Washington, DC when I had a massive allergic reaction. Hartford Health Urgent Care on Spencer Street was amazing. I received an appointment much sooner than I expected. The receptionist was friendly and professional. Michael D. Devanney, PA, provided prompt, compassionate, and professional treatment. The treatment was very effective. I would highly recommend this office.
Came into the clinic today because I needed to be seen. I am usually hesitant to come to GoHealth due to past negative experiences in this facility. After coming in and having a positive experience the last time with Rachel I decided to come back. I am very glad I came in today because I met Geneva PA-C. She was so kind and attentive to my needs! She made sure my experience was easy and seamless. She acknowledged my prior history knew I needed meds and made sure the pharmacy knew exactly what I needed. The whole experience was amazing! Her kindness and heart was so great and so few far between. I would love to have her around in Manchester more often as some of the other providers are not so kind.

I usually have no issue there. However today I witnessed the receptionist Shannon call the police on a patient because she filled out her online paperwork incorrect. Another lady came in and asked who was the supervisor over the facility, talking to another gentleman that worked there. She went outside and spoke to the police upon her coming back in to speak to the male worker Shannon told her “if she wasn’t being seen she had to get out”She was very rude & unprofessional. As a patient who does go there with my children. I will absolutely never return nor would I recommend them going there. Ive never seen this much unprofessional nonsense. Her attitude is disgusting & should not be working with people who are sick and pain.
Staff are very efficient and waste no time at all. Thanks to them, I was able to quickly schedule an appointment with a specialized doctor two days after visiting this urgent care clinic, compared to the slower route of waiting to see my primary care doctor a whole month from now. I have never written a negative review but I feel compelled to warn people not to seek care here for their own well-being. earlier this week I made an appointment for myself because I was pretty confident I had strep throat. the nurse who helped me was the only kind/helpful person in there. I don’t know her name but she had curly hair and crystals so shout-out to her. I communicated to the nurse who took my vitals that my ears also felt like they had fluid in them to which she said the dr would examine them.not only did the dr not even check my ears, she also ignored the white spot on my throat (a classic sign of strep.)when she saw that the rapid strep test came back negative she decided not to send the lab test. this was after I told her my pain was at a 8/10 and that this is very abnormal for me when it’s just a cold. I had to ask multiple times just for her to send the test to the lab!! this is the bare minimum and I had to advocate for myself on this point. disgusting. that’s your job, to provide care and do whatever is in your power to ensure the health of your patients. I had to beg for the bare minimum.days later they called saying it turned out the test was positive. I missed work because I have been so sick.this was a terrible experience and they need to be held accountable.I also had been turned away the day before because I forgot my ID, even tho I had been there on multiple occasions before. when I went on the day mentioned above, I saw another patient checked in without their id. 0 stars. if you possibly can, go anywhere else.

I drove from my job in Enfield, got to Manchester location approximately 7:45, close to closing, I know...however, I came directly from work. I have had a headache for 4 days on half of my head...before I could even fill out the check in form, someone came over to dissuade me from registering. I stated what my problem was, and said I suppose I could go to the ER at UCONN and take my chances there. She said ok. I suppose it is no big deal to them to have someone with a possible neurological issue drive 40 minutes on the highway at night to seek treatment, rather than just treat them. I dont suppose there would be too much liability there if something were to happen. I certainly will not waste my time coming here for anything else in the future...I have no faith in their judgement after this.*** Thank you for your response. Some of the staff is very pleasant and the office is exceptionally clean. I needed travel COVID-19 testing and it was accessible through my chart plus which was a plus for me. Dr Walsh and the front desk nurse Shannon were very respectful and welcoming. My other encounter with the other shift was not delightful at all.... the front desk dealt with myself and other people coming through the door is very distasteful. Ive long questioned about HOW some people get to be in jobs that have ABSOLUTELY 💯no customer service. So the 5 star rating is based SOLELY on the team that received me with dignity. Thank you Dr Walsh and Shannon.

In September i went to have a laceration treated and ended up getting covid from this clinic, which i know for a fact. Just recently i went after booking an appt on the website specifically selecting the work related injury option. When i arrived for the appt, i was rudely interrogated by 2 women at the desk. Threatening that if i didnt have a claim # within 3 days i would be charged and then demanded my debit card. I even called my manager right in front of them and tried to figure out the # they wanted and the manager didnt know either. It is handled by HR, keep in mind i work at a state university, employed by a state run department. This was a documented injury. Today i got an email from go health demanding $350. Hilarious after i already responded to the how was your service email, rating them 0 stars and was never contacted to discuss how poorly i was treated.
I walked in and was greeted but nobody was at front desk. Was asked to wait. After 5 minutes a lady came put of a room but went to talk to the who asked me to wait. After, a few minutes she cane over and told me to check in. Was having issues checking in but she didnt bother to help me help me. After, a few tries then she told me would help me. She was pleasant after that and the rest of the staff were nice.
Had the worst experience there. Arrived on time for the appointment and then was told there would be an hour wait. I asked to be contacted via text which the attendant had no idea to what I was speaking of. She rudely mumbled under her breath she’d call me. I received a text 20 minutes later to come back. It takes me 10 minutes to get there. Abdel a “coach “ proceeds to rudely tell me that we texted you and we ain’t waiting on you. I then let him know I was there on time the first time and that when told it would be an hour I went home. He then again said nastily too bad dee ain’t waiting on you. All the while wearing his mask inside out. That office has legitimately gone to the dogs. Never again.
The provider and staff were fine. It is the way you handle your phone calls, or should I say dont handle them. When I was looking to come down for a covid test, it went to an answering machine and no one ever called me back. I went down there and was told it would be over an hour wait and I would have to wait in the car, which I was not able to do. I went online and scheduled a visit. The doctor prescribed me Paxlovid. I went home and looked at the side effects and was amazed that they are the same as the symptoms from covid. I contacted my daughter, whos a nurse, and she told me to call and see if they would prescribe me the other prescription antibody, which I dont remember the name of right now. Naturally, when I called, I could not get anyone to answer the phone. I left a detailed message and it has now been over 24 hours and I have not heard back from the doctor. I will never come back to your walk-in clinic and I will tell everybody about the experience I had!
I first made online appointment at Vernon but received a text that X-rays not possible there for my appointment but manchester or south Windsor did. I have was able to reschedule. Great service. Place is so clean and everyone was helpful.
Very bad location. They don’t listen and just rush through the whole discussion as if they want to get it over with. My wife went in for a sore throat, fever and body aches, they did the rapid Covid test which turned out negative and said it’s probably a viral infection and asked her to alternate Tylenol and Ibuprofen. She didn’t write a prescription for Ibuprofen 600 and asked her to take 3 200 tablets. I told her that it’s difficult to swallow 3 tablets and asked her for a prescription for a 600 tablet instead and they refused.I’ll never go back there again.Update:* I took my wife to a different location the following day, they did a flu test and she tested positive for flu and provided the needed medication for her case which should have been done from our initial visit.I followed through and sent an email as per their public response on my google review. never got a reply. so dont believe their automated response that they care about the patients going to the location.
Greeted upon arrival and was attended to in seconds. The only wait I had was for my flu test result which was promptly discussed. My medical needs were for filled in minutes. Happens every time which is why I choose to be seen at this location. Excellent staff.
Well, my appointment was to have a Covid-19 nasal swab test done. After my nose was swabbed, they had me wait in the little room for at least a half hour before the Dr. Came in just to hand me the results, and dismiss me. They should take the test and offer a phone call, email, or something other than waiting for so long just to be handed a piece of paper. Other than waiting, the nurses and Dr. on this shift were polite.

I have had bad experiences in the past with walk in clinics and vowed to never go again but it was Sunday and I knew I needed antibiotics so decided to try this one for the first time. The place itself is very clean and modern, and the 2 staff members I saw were both great. It wasn’t busy and I had a wonderful experience start to finish. I would definitely go again!
Staff were amazing! Got me in and out so fast I didnt wait and the provider came in saw me and was able to identify the problem and had me out in less then 15 min thou my whole visit! Will definitely be going back for other emergency care or even mild.
I called 12/13/21 for an appointment and readily the girl who answered the phone thinks it’s covid related. She said we have no appointments left and asked isn’t this a walk-in clinic? She rudely let me know that they close at 8pm and are booked until 12 midnight and they have to go home at some point. She didn’t care what my concern was she said what she had to say and hang up.
Rude encounter with older Caucasian male with gray hair in blue scrubs. I was turned away at 145pm at their walk in clinic. I asked if he could please call the other location as I had no luck and had been trying . Their website and voice system advertises walk ins if you can’t schedule an appointment. When I asked him to please call the location; He said I’m too busy to do that, yet they had no receptionist and no one was in the waiting room. It was as dead as could be in this location. I myself am a health care worker and I’m very shocked by the rudeness I received from him. He had no intention to help or seem sympathetic.
I was a walk-in to get tested for Covid-19. The woman behind the desk was very helpful and polite and the doctor went above and beyond in her treatment. I had expected to just get tested and be on my way but they did a full work up to rule out pneumonia or bronchitis or anything. The wait time was longer than I expected but considering the amount of care I received I have zero complaints.
TERRIBLE! If the other closest urgent care is 30 minutes away… it is well worth the drive rather then dealing with these people. On a Monday morning they are open at 8am and within 15 minutes there are about 15 people outside of the door. There is a woman in there with. Dry short bright blonde hair who WOULD NOT open the door until 8:15. She ended up getting very defensive and rude when she finally got to the door. Definitely felt like we were being attacked here. Was thinking of switching over to Prohealth physicians because they see my son and have always been so nice and courteous.
I went in feeling very ill and all they did was test for covid and strep which all came back negative. Then sent me home with no medication and said it could be something viral(still no answers or help). The doctor told me to do over the counter medicine and pain relief which I did for a week and I got worse. So I found out my insurance offered Telehealth and I told them my symptoms in details and they did more for me virtually and got me better than this urgent care did! All they do is rapid covid testing for everything and if it’s negative then you just got something viral. The health service here is pathetic!! There are more reasons behind illnesses than just covid! I felt the process was rushed and they didn’t truly want to help. I knew I was dealing with something more than a viral infection. This is a horrible place to visit. I highly do not recommend on anyone going here especially if you have to pay out of pocket for something you can do yourself.
Outstanding walk-in. Saw me after 2 other local walk Ins wouldnt because I didnt have an appointment. Every staff member was polite, friendly and treated me like Ive been a patient for years. Definitely will be my go to walk in from now.
I walked in at Manchester CT HHC-Urgent care around 3:50 PM on July 9th 2022, after being sent from south windsor hhc urgent care who were not taking walk-ins due to short on staff.The lady at the counter was rude and just upon entering said if you don’t have appointment she is not gonna take any walk-ins. She offered no apology or courtesy whatsoever while outrightly declining for the walk-in. I can still understand it however there is a way to handle such situations and the staff needs to have some common sense of hospitability and courtesy - no one comes to an urgent care as walk in to have fun. I am sure there is a reason hhc urgent care offers walk-ins as a service.I have visited HHC and Urgent care several times south windsor ct and always had great experience. this mmachester experience has been worst and will never come back here again.Hope HHC urgent care gives some coaching to their staff to behave better with patients in pain for the issues and limitations of HHC itself atleast.
I went for a rapid test. They told me to sign in a, and come back later because there was a 3 hour wait and they would text me 30 minutes before I was up. Well, I received several update text and they all said next day hours. I called and they never answered. I decided to show up after my 30 minutes was up, I was asked if I was texted. I said no but it was over 3 hours. She “ well there over 20 patients before and that I should just come tomorrow and wait outside before 7:30 am” but after waiting for 3 hours I was upset so I asked if they knew if the other location was the same and she said THEY ALL WERE. So I left home. Once I was home they texted me asking if I was in the front. I said no but I would make it in 15. I did the test and they told me they would text me to come in for the results and they never texted me so I went in, and they were all talking rude and making phone of a patient on the phone to the point that the lady in the front could not hear me and stopped talking to me. It was sort of unprofessional. And very frustrating.
My daughter arrived at HHC urgent care yesterday, after booking ahead for the appointment. She was in a car accident that morning where a person ran a red light and hit her car head on. The airbags deployed in my daughters car which helped to reduce the overall impact. My daughter needed to be seen to check to see if you may have a concussion and also needed xrays. After my daughter told the receptionist why she was there, immediately this receptionist determined in her mind that this urgent care facility could not help my daughter. This is a very serious problem because a receptionist does not have the authority nor does she have the right to medically diagnose or determine whether a patient should be seen or not. I know for a fact, this is not how Hartford Healthcare operates and if the corporate office knew that this kind of dereliction of duty was happening here, it would be addressed immediately. I hope that no one else has to indure the same awful experience as did my daughter. Thankfully, she was cared for at a different healthcare facility where she was treated with dignity and respect.
Wife and I arrived after she took a fall on a walking trail. My wife typed in her name and phone number at the check in kiosk, and was directed to wait in the car until called. Because of the pain my wife was experiencing, we waited out side for almost half an hour. Finally a doctor or PA came outside and informed us that we were not on the list to be seen. By then, it was near closing time.So here we are, waiting outside, at the window, in full view of the staff and no one bothers to ask for more information.We went to the urgent care in Vernon the next day were my wife was diagnosed with a broken ankle. (and treated well)You are going to want reach out for further information which we will decline, because there is no cure for indifference.
I went in to see a doctor as I believed I had sprained my foot due to a fall. I immediately experienced micro aggressions from the medical assistant once I was roomed. I answered her questions without hesitation while texting my mother my whereabouts. She did not kindly ask me put my phone away, but instead told me I was being rude. I can generally multitask & it wasn’t my intention to come off as rude, especially since there was no hesitancy in my responses. I respected her request even though I was taken aback by the tone she used. Once Dr. Natalia Popiuk-Buksa camein to assist me, she minimized the pain I was experiencing & was very short in her answers. I asked her a very direct question & expected a detailed answer from a medical professional & was met with a hard “no” without any further elaboration. I pay entirely too much for insurance to have these kinds of experiences. Going forward, I will request medical professionals of color to assist me, as white women cannot seem to or do not care to empathize with women of color. Luckily my issue was fairly simple but I can only imagine what women in real pain must have to go through when dealing with these women. In my opinion, they are in the wrong profession & should consider a different path. I normally don’t even leave reviews but I was so disgusted by this experience that I HAD to. I hope no one has to ever go through this.
Waited and checked in @830am was told it would be 2 hrs wait flash forward 130pm all the Caucasian that walked in as walked in got seen and check out the minority that got sent to their car to wait forgotten about. Would of got better service and help going into hartford. Will definitely be posting on my social media to stop people from coming here and getting mistreated or diagnosed and it would help if your front desk people are more friendly and not so rude from the short haired blonde to the grumpy face brunette that sit at the second table in from the door..
Provider Alyssa, MA Madeline, & RT Gloria were amazing! Today I was running late and they waited for me to arrive and although they were getting ready to leave, they assisted my 4 year old on getting the flu shot with a smile on their faces! They were so nice and knowledgeable with what they were doing. Not to mention patient. I will definitely visit them again and refer people there.
I came in on Tuesday June 23rd 2020 at 4:45pm for an appointment that I scheduled online. I came in and the staff was friendly. I wasn’t disappointed until the physician came and started to not listen to a word I said. He was very unprofessional. Told me to find what was causing me to get hives and get rid of it. Yelled me and talked over me. I have never felt so unheard in my life and unwanted. He basically forced his opinion on me and wasn’t willing to listen to anything I had to say. He said it was definitely an allergic reaction but I went the to the ER the night before and they said I was just breaking out in hives from something random and we may never what it was but this physician disagreed. I will definitely not be coming back here. I came here to get treatment and help and I didn’t get that here. I’m beyond disappointed. I never got anything I wanted answered. He just gave medicine which is fine since I needed that but I felt forced out and put to the side and not heard.

Worst place ever ! This location along with many offices I been to have refused to provide me my lab results . Instead “”ALYSSA KAlBERER PA””””” rudely said I have other patients to attend at this time because I had questions about my results she refused to provide further information. She disrespected me so when I spoke up and informed her of her unprofessional self. I stated I would come into the office to get my results personally she stated she would call the police if I came to the office. I am over this place and idc who the hell you are idgf on what your title is you will not degrade me as a person. I’ll be happy to put you and everyone else in you place . …. And to whom ever is responding to these ratings please save your breath because i can careless. Each review that is left there’s always an excuse as to why the office is disrespectful and unprofessional.
Went in and the girl at the front desk asked for my husbands ID. He explained to her that he doesnt have it but has his insurance card. Then he was told that we can not see you unless you have both your ID and your insurance card. I had to go home while my husband waited in the office to be checked in to be seen until i got back with his ID from home. This all took about 30mins for me to go home and comeback with his ID. 30mins he couldve been seen for his injury and then when i got back she could have scanned in a copy of his ID. Also I was not happy with how the front desk verified other patients that came in. She did not have the patients come to the desk she read their inform out loud while they were sitting down, turned others away that walked in and that didnt have appointments or ID or insurance cards. Told them they can get care if they go to the ED. A family for covid testing was also turned away without offering an appointment verifying if there online appointment was made at another site....I was happy with the care from the doctors gave my husband. At the end of all this he did end up having to go to the hospital for further evaluation.I really think the front desk needs some work. I work in Healthcare as a coordinator and I was not happy with what I saw and heard.
The front desk woman I am not sure her name but she has short blonde hair- was extremely rude I was waiting for over 1 hour- which I was expecting too claimed she send me a text msg (which I never received) when I called to ask about a text stating that the my appt was removed she stated she moved on bec I never replied to her text msg to come in- I explained I never received a msg and she was rude and told me that I had to register again (meaning walk inside again and put my name on the list) and I have to pay attention To my phone. I normally don’t let things get to me but I truly am upset 😠 at the way this situation was handled and at the way she spoke to me- I truly don’t feel well and to think people who maybe feeling like me may be coming to this site and getting treated like this also is upsetting- I work in the dental field that is not okay for anyone to speak to someone like that under any circumstances. I have come here before and I have never been treated this way!! NOT OK
I went in due to a possible foreign body in my foot, likely glass. They knew this. And as soon as “Dr.” Chris Cavanna came in, BEFORE he even examines me, he tells me it’s surgical and he’s not going to look for it or do anything.Then, as I’m leaving and crying because I’m in pain and they’re not helping me, he starts to tell me how I can bandage it. Excuse me? Why didn’t YOU the supposed DOCTOR bandage it?! Then that would have at least been treatment!Thanks for taking my cash when you knew you wouldn’t be treating me at all. The RECEPTIONIST wanted me to get an X-ray, which I declined and said I’d like to be seen by a medical professional first. That should’ve been my sign to run away.(And, to add insult to injury, a person came in AFTER me, said they missed their appointment, and were seen before me).
Terrible customer service. They think and act like everyone is drug seeking. The front desk staff is rude and actually a danger to patients with her negligent behavior. They turn people away and make you feel like a burden to their schedule. Awful place. Go anywhere else.
My son came in for a Tethered Spinal Chord procedure with Dr. Bookland. The entire staff was amazing, with great compassion and communication all around.Dr. Bookland himself was amazing and did a great job of the surgery. The entire staff deserves a two thumbs up though. The nursing staff was caring, patient, and attentive. Trish at intake deserves an extra thank you, as does Allie up on floor 8. Allison on the neuro-surgery team deserves an extra mention as well. One of the most genuine, respectful, and intelligent people Ive been in the Healthcare field.This was as great an experience as possible for a childs surgery, and I want to thank the entire staff for their dedication and hard work!
I went in due to have a fever and a very bad sore throat. The first thing they assumed was that it was covid. It wasn’t. And they sent me on my way. I thought they would of at least tested me for strep throat. Or even tell me any otc medications and things I can do to get rid of whatever I have. I feel like at this point doctors don’t treat you they just test you for covid and assume you can’t have any other sickness wrong with you. Now Im stuck still feeling awful with no medical advice at all because they did not check me for anything else.
Excellent experience!Thank you NATALIA POPIUK BUKSA.I went in with VERY swollen legs from retaining water for no apparent reason and possible cellulitis. The provider found a heart murmur! Not only did she treat me with care and respect, she ordered bloodwork, prescribed reasonable medication, AND called the next day yo go over the results. I am extremely grateful for my experience.
Had a PCR test in Manchester on Spencer St. facility is very clean and organized, staff very helpful, got results as PA stated.
Had an amazing experience here! You would think not cause its an urgent care but no CARMEN IS SO AMAZING AND MADE SURE BOTH I AND MY DAUGHTER WAS OKAY AND MADE US FEEL SO COMFORTABLE... I go there because I feel the staff is extremely nice and efficient from the receptionist all the way to the Drs. I always feel comfortable with the diagnosis , treatment and the way I am treated.
Great place made me and my child field welcome as a family. Everyone was kind and courteous no issues whatsoever. Wait time was below standard and the service was excellent
I made an appt for 11am.. arrive at 10:53.. sign in only for the lady to tell me they pushed my appointment back to 11:40 because of walk ins. Last I checked appointments come before walk ins. So I was forced to sit in my car for 40 extra minutes after my scheduled time to be seen because they took walk ins over appointments.. what is the point of an appointment if your going to take walk ins before the actual appointments and not give notice until the person shows up for their original scheduled appointment
Very clean and decent center. Doctor seems to be knowledgeable, however I would strongly advise not to use your medical insurance because the pricing is very different for folks who don’t use insurance . For example, a basic visit without insurance will cost you $120-160, but if you were to use your insurance the price of a visit will be $380 or more, so in my case Insurance covered $175, which leaves me with $200 to pay.
I do t care what these people say about the doctors the staff it is 10 am and their not taking anymore patients - they opened at 9 am Dec 26th said they had 40 patents already and it 9:55 am - lousy - walk in clinic - and they don’t answer phones - horrible place and. I will tell people amd spread the word on them - You guys services at be good for the people that get in there - I have tried to go there already several times a d the not taking anymore patients. I will call The news to have them ask, why are you or taking patient why bother opening it and saying it’s a walk in clinic o your not - lousy I could be dying a d will not go there - prefer paying the ER bill than your Bill 👎🏻

I usually visit this urgent care , since its very close to my home and the serviceis usually great. However, a few days ago my husband visited and was seen by Mr. Cavana, after explaining to him the pain he was experiencing in his legs. Mr. Cavana told him its not that serious or he doesnt suspect it to be a blood cloth. Basically disregarding his concerns and the pain.The pain continued, so he decided to go to the OA Urgent in Glastonbury..DIAGNOSIS. cellulitis. Thankfully he received treatment.I would advise anyone visiting there to seek a second opinion or avoid Mr. CAVANA.The other PA , Natalia I think is her name is always so professional, courteous and knowledgeable.Mr. Cavana was very rude and unprofessional to my husband. They just lost me as a patient and I would not recommend them.

I signed in online on my way there, when I got there I went to check in she just looked up at me didnt say a word... so I say I signed in online and Im just checking in... then she says ok and !? ... I state its my 1st time here so Im not sure what to do next ... she says show me the message you got ... I didnt get one .... long story short ....RUDE rude rude!!!! Someone I know was seen that day there and left with little to no information of their illness upon leaving..
A very good place to go if you just want to walk in and get checked out. Everybody was very friendly and helpful. And went out of their way to get my son fixed up. I will always come to this walk-in clinic
I made an appointment online for 2:30pm as last time I didn’t make one, I waited for over 3 hours to be seen. I was told it would be a hour and a half wait.What’s the point of making an appointment if you get seen way past the time scheduled?
The Doctor that I saw was friendly, but I dont think I will comeback here, she told me that she was going to send the urine to the lab and she never did, now my urologist wants those results and I dont Hebe them, so now my insurance will have to pay for another urine test and of course I will have to pay a copay for yours and now for Quest-lab, this is very nice, thank you.

Came into the clinic today because I needed to be seen. I am usually hesitant to come to GoHealth due to past negative experiences in this facility. As today is the day after Christmas many places are not open and this was my only choice. I am very glad I came in today because I met Rachel Valdivieso PA-C. Rachel was so kind and attentive to my needs! She made sure my experience was easy and seamless. She acknowledged my allergies and made sure the pharmacy knew exactly what I needed. The whole experience was amazing! Her kindness and heart was so great and so few far between. I would love to have her around in Manchester more often as some of the other providers are not so kind.
The women working were talking about my health issue so loudly in the main area that I heard them in the trestmrnt room that I was in. Gloria looked at me like I was disgusting. I felt they were extremely judgmental. I do not recommend this facility. I would not go back here if my life depended on it.

I have been to the Vernon, south Windsor, and Manchester GoHealth urgent care centers and each time they have made the experience as pleasant as possible (for someone suffering from a debilitating migraine). The one instance where there was a wait, the MA looked up other offices to see if I could get in there faster. They are a fantastic group of medical providers.
The Manchester CT facility I went to was quite new and very clean. Nurse not only checked me in but also assisted me with the PCR Covid test. Good use of personal.
They denied me care because my son with autism wouldn’twear a mask mind you I’m not here for him I’m here for myself she rolled her eyes and denied me care.Her name is Debbie and Zoe they have no compassion I would never go here again
It being difficult to see my doctor over Christmas, Hartford Health Care was a life saver and brought me back to health promptly by the care I received.

Went there today to try and get seen by one of the physicians and because I didn’t have the physical card for my insurance with me I was turned down. I had all the information on the card that was needed. I’ve never been to a practice and turned down for reasons as such. Really ridiculous.

When you can’t get to your doctor this is the place to go staff is polite, they keep you posted when it’s your turn and the most important part they listen to your problem and handle it accordingly.
