Had the worst experience ever here with my Son! He almost passed out after having his blood drawn, but because we had already walked out of the door, no one wanted to help us. I had A Lady yelling at me from the door saying they couldnt do anything. Policies or not, hes still a child and you would think they would show some concern, they did NOT! Ill never go back to a sonora quest again.

I missed my appointment time due to running late but i was still able to come in as a walk in. Wait time was still faster than any other Sonora quest I’ve been to! My kids (3&4) had labs done too and the phlebotomist did a great job with them. There was hardly any crying and she got it done quickly. Got our results the next day.

I am fuming mad right now. It would be nice to get to be able to speak with a human being to ask a simple question such as do you accept walk-ins for blood work? It would be helpful if you listed whether you do or do not on your website, DONT YOU THINK? I dont want to pay for a cab to travel 9 miles only to get turned away. Why is simplicity so hard to come by?

Have family that work in Healthcare with at risk marginalized patients that frequently expose staff to COVID, needed a test to rule this out. Signed up online via their portal for curbside testing, got a time placement only to find out that I completely wasted my time. They lie about virtually everything in this process and require you to pay if you do not have a doctors order despite it being covered by insurance. Honestly pathetic.

Some people have waited in excess of 4 hours. ***SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT ONLINE!!!!!!*** Especially, if its snowbird season!!!!!!! BE SURE TO BRING YOUR LAB ORDER unless your DR. has faxed it in advance. Check in immediately on the self serve check in kiosk!!! P.S. Front desk says MONDAYS are usually very busy days as well!

There was no online appointments for a couple weeks out online but I called this location and they let me know that they take walk-ins. I walked in within an hour of them closing, they let me know I could wait in my car and they would text me when it was my turn which was really nice because I am pregnant. Waited in the car about 40min, I got a text it was my turn, phlebotomist Jacob was very nice and gentle when drawing my labs took him about 5 min and I was out of there! So thankful considering I didn’t have an appointment and I came right before them closing, so happy they fit me in and I felt safe! Will definitely use this location again!

The other facilities allowed my girlfriend with a medical release for inability to wear a mask to wait outside and come in when called to avoid exposure this location not only refused her medical service but they lied outright when originally asked if the above solution was workable . She then waited to till they fully opened to then tell my girlfriend in front of the entire crowd of people waiting to get in that she would not be allowed in at all and that she refused her service despite a medical release and paperwork for a blood draw because the doctor is worried she may have cancer so to sum it all up lying, rude staff and outright denial of medical services . I will never use this business again and I would urge others to look at the horrible reviews this facility and the company as a whole have earned with the way they treat the patients coming to them for help.

Horrible, Rating should be -1, The employees at this location left early today, before 5pm. I arrived @ 4:50pm with my sons 24hr Urine Sample, and the door was locked. I guess they dont care about their job, or any customer either. This urine sample is dated and needs to be properly taken care of, but they did not help me today, they closed their business before their business posted closing time-5pm. The hours are posted on the exterior of the glass door that leads to this business. Now I am forced to call my sons dr and get a New order for a 24hour Urine Collection to get this done since he has kidney stones, really sucks. My son needs to work, and I also work. I wasted my time and my gas to get to this lab location, just unacceptable to close/lock doors before business posted closing time, cant trust this business.

Dont go here! They have no idea what theyre doing. Ive had my blood drawn regularly my whole life and never has it been this bad. It took two people to get a couple vials, the first one was trying to make the blood come out faster by squeezing my arm for awhile before giving up and saying the vein collapsed. The second person was angry with me and kept saying they couldnt get it because I didnt drink enough water even though I told them I drink a lot of water everyday, my mother was with me and told them she sees me drink, but they wouldnt believe us. After he tried to get more blood he just took out the needle said I was done and need to push more water and come back in a couple days. Then they threw away what blood they did get. This was four days ago and my arms still hurt. Im never going back there. Later I told my friend what happened and she said her husband got in an argument with someone there. They dont care about the people who come in and they dont even know how to draw blood properly.

I would not recommend this place. The front desk staff are rude. I asked them 3 times to check and make sure they received my referral. Im told they will check on it when they call me. No they didnt do that either. THEN... on top of all of that, they didnt have any butterfly needles. My veins collapse so they have a hard time getting blood without them. The tech couldnt get enough blood to do all that was requested so I had to tell her only take what is necessary for pre-op and Ill go somewhere else for the rest. Its ridiculous. I will certainly find somewhere else to go.

I have been coming to this Sonora Quest location for over a year now. I usually have a great experience, the ladies who are usually there and draw my blood are great. I checked in and I heard people were waiting for around over an hour, which wasnt a problem for me. Thats pretty normal, especially in the morning. I got called in, got my arm all ready because its generally pretty fast. It was about 20ish minutes before I got poked. The people in the lab were nice, had a nice conversation before hand. Unfortunately, it was the most botched blood draw I have gotten. I have been getting my blood drawn for ages, and its standard procedure to sanitize the area you are about to poke. She didnt sanitize the area and went straight to inserting the needle. That was my biggest issue. Blood started pooling outside the needle, which hasnt happened before. Some blood dripped off my arm and onto the arm rests. Towards the end of the draw, I started getting light headed and clammy. My eyes became dilated and I started losing my vision and hearing. Luckily, she knew what to do and instructed me to put my head down and put her knee in front of me in case I fell. The drive home was painful. Everytime I turned the wheel, it was pain shooting up my arm. Anyways, I just feel bad for the older people there. Dont want them going through that. Overall nice people, just a bit inexperienced.

Ladies at the front desk were unnecessarily rude and dont care to check you in, which is literally their job. Theyd rather you wait in line with potential walk-ins to go to their kiosk and check in. If you dont like your job, get a new one. If your employees keep acting like this towards patients, fire them. Please. Its bad enough your company doesnt even follow the mask mandates at other locations, and now youre forcing further public exposure at a covid testing site (which people bring tests in through the front with all the healthy people, not just the back) by requiring them to interact with the same surfaces and sit in the same room for literally over an hour before their scheduled appointment will finally be seen? This is unacceptable and I feel bad for the nice phlebotimist that works here.

Abhorrently dishonest business practices. Let me preface this review stating that ALL of these questions were addressed dishonestly before my visit via phone. I scheduled an appointment at this office and upon receiving my paperwork realized it states that they will not bill insurance for patient requested labs. Furthermore they do not accept CareCredit meaning my only option was cash paying. Furthermore when asked if they take carecredit the receptionist answered yeah we take credit to which I had to reaffirm I said carecredit not credit. I would again detail that I called ahead. I asked if they required a referral, they stated no. I asked if they took my insurance making it clear I intended to bill insurance without a referral and was told yes. I asked if they took carecredit in case of a copay, they said yes. None of this was true and I am adamantly proclaiming that this was intentional to draw business and con people into making a rash payment so they dont have to do billing. This furthered by the fact that the receptionist tried to use semantics to dismiss my question about carecredit. Massive waste of my time and dirty business practices.

Let me set the scene for you. You walk in the door and directly in front of you is a young man at the counter behind a glass barrier. He allows you to stare at the top of his head for a five full minutes before a phlebotomist comes out a side door to call the next patient in. This phlebotomist sees you standing there, staring at young mans head, and asks Are you checking in?! to which you reply yes. Tablet!! she yells as she leads a patient out of the waiting room. Huh? What does this mean?...you wonder. Thankfully a fellow captive of SQ jumps in to help and explains that you need to sign in on the tablet first. Curious, as there is no signage indicating the existence of this tablet or where it may be located. You turn to your left to find the tablet against the wall and sign yourself in, as commanded. You wait an hour for aforementioned young man to call your name and collect your insurance information, curt and irritated he raises his voice from time to time to get his point across and slams his hand down on the desk in frustration after not being able to hear you through your mask. All the while, you sit and watch for the door to open and someone in a lab coat to occasionally emerge and yell the name of their next customer, twice. Only twice. If the person belonging to that name doesnt respond fast enough to the Smith!......Smith!! (real names omitted for the sake of confidentiality) the staff move on to another waiting captive. Pandemic or no, there is no excuse for this behavior. Just put a sign up that simply explains that walk-ins need to sign in on a tablet rather than reducing them to mere cattle with your monosyllabic commands. I realize most folks dont show up at a lab unless they really need to and all lab offices seem to be equally terrible, but I would avoid this one. SQ must be abusing their staff or hiring directly from the prison system. Thats the only thing that explains this behavior.
