Had a very pleasant experience. The staff is very friendly, the wait times are short if you schedule ahead of time. The doctors and all of the staff are very thorough and friendly. So Refreshing.
I came in with crutches for a leg injury. There were 3 front desk females who appeared to not be as knowledgeable when I would ask questions. They all looked at each other for responses and were not exactly welcoming! They called me up to the front multiple times, if they arranged their information & requests in a manner that prevented me from getting up each time would’ve been a more efficient gesture. I was told I would receive my medical records in a text link via log-in, however was later called to state otherwise and needed to log into the app or receive them in person. It is clear, I was misinformed. Secondly, this urgent care was not spacious and the waiting room was limited, with people who coming in sick, display illnesses etc, it draws concern for proper distance. In contrary the MA gentlemen who assisted me was appropriately interactive and with a smile. I received recent care at another urgent care with about the same timeframe of help (30-min), with a more effective appointment. I understand this is out of the scope of my standard of care, but the “up-front payment provider protocol” doesn’t correlate with the service provided (overall). Thank you and respectfully.
Horrendous care and treatment. Rude front desk staff who think its acceptable to cough into their hands and then touch patients insurance and I.D. cards.....while hacking up a lung. Allowing patients to smoke right next to the front door as people try to walk in. Waiting area was filthy and had trash on the floor including used tissues and masks.Do not go here for treatment. Plenty of better options with better staff.
I just left. The doctor I saw today was absolutely amazing! She was so concerned, personable, professional with an impressive bedside manner. In fact, from the young lady that checked me in to the medical assistant, I was impressed!! I absolutely adore her and how she conducts her business. When Im feeling better, Im going to edit the note to add her name.Trasi F.
It was easy to check in online. The front office staff is lacking in customer care experience. This was my second time in and the same unfriendly and unhelpful staff was at the front desk. The nurse and care team were efficient and friendly. Just had to deal with the ill mannerisms of the front office. They were not helpful with paperwork or information. If i didnt need this location, I would not have gone back a second time.
I was seen within 1 hour as they stated. I actually only waited 20 minutes max. Its also so much easier to do any and all paperwork online after scheduling your appointment. By the time you arrive here all you need to do is check in at reception and take a seat. The two female Drs. I was examined by were very professional and thorough all while maintaining a friendly and comforting bedside manner. Being a retired nurse myself which I usually dont announce on introduction when seeing a Dr. Initially, I always have overwhelming hesitation to be seen as a patient myself. If you havent already heard, doctors and nurses make the worst patients. I usually always refuse to be seen or very begrudgingly drag my feet to an appointment. Realizing how serious my problem could already be or become Im glad I made the right call this time. All my gratitude and appreciation for the staff I encountered when I was seen last night !
The wait was not long, front desk staff were patient, friendly and helpful. The physician was amazing; she was thorough, gentle & empathetic as well as actually listening to me so I felt comfortable telling her everything that was important to treatment choices. I usually feel I am being seen as a clueless pat-on-the-head non- participant, so this was a great experience. The wound dressed, antibiotics started, as well as the severity & danger of the infection conveyed clearly, with instructions to go to the ER immediately if swelling etc continued. This is my urgent care from now on, & I highly recommend it. Pamela Rogers
I stopped in in the afternoon without an appointment to be checked for a UTI infection. I was helped right away, and given paperwork, and after Completing the forms had to wait a bit, but then was seen quickly and helped and my problem was taken care of. I had questions and they were answered. I felt very comfortable with the Health Care stuff there, and their knowledge.
Dry attentive. Great place. I didn’t have an appointment. I had dropped a friend at another clinic. I knew I had about an hour to get back there. They checked me in, and as soon as I did my paperwork they had me in the room. They listened to me, and understood I had been there before. I knew what medication I took the last time. They looked and it was in my history.Got the prescription called in and was back to The Vascular clinic in plenty of time to pick up my passenger and get home.
Check-in was efficient and prompt. Staff was very helpful, caring, and thorough in providing information and the best treatment possible. I was in a lot of pain and they were so attentive to my needs and advised follow-up care. A very positive experience.
My experience at the Power location Urgent Care was great. They have a nice clean office, the receptionist was very professional and welcoming, the doctor was awesome, she made me feel like she cares about her patients.YOU GUYS ARE AMAZING!
Had an appointment, and I was seated 45 minutes later. But it was fast once I was in the treatment room. In and out in about 15 minutes. Recommend making an appointment!! Otherwise its about 3 hours. Staff is great and friendly. Check-in is fast on your phone. E prescription is sent over immediately.
This Jacque Bradley. I was the patient, yesterday. The office staff was friendly. The PA-C seemed to very thorough and asked questions to clarify my responses re my injury. Seemed to be compassionate, too. What I did not like was there was no x-ray technician available on site! This is ridiculous!
I will never go back to such a disgusting place. Ladies at the front desk have zero brains and consideration. There is no point in setting appointments. They will push your appointment back with walk ins if they don’t think you’re in pain enough. No matter if you showed up early. I had a spreading cancerous cyst in my back that but that isn’t life threatening enough so they will let the next 10 go in front of you. I left after an hour from my initial appointment. So many other providers that are WAY MORE PROFESSIONAL, that won’t treat your time and money this way.
NextCare makes it easy to schedule appointments and the check in process was quick and easy on my phone. I was seen timely and the PA was wonderful. A great listener, intuitive, smart and clear on plan of action. It seemed very busy but they were taking people back at a good pace and the building was nice and clean.
Brought my special needs daughter in after a foot injury the staff here made this experience 1 of the most easiest urgent care visits Ive ever had. Not only were they patient an kind 1 of the nurses carried my youngest child from 1 room to another as I was there by myself with 2 kids. As a special needs parent who struggles in Drs offices they made this visit so smooth.
The power went out at the first location we went to. The computer system went down at the second location we went to. Completed our visit at the third location we went to 30 minutes away from our home. Sometimes things happen that are out of our control. Everyone we encountered was very nice, and apologetic for our inconvenience. Late on a Sunday afternoon it was refreshing to see people that enjoyed their job, and provided exceptional customer service.
My visit was very pleasant. It was my first time here and I had a very good experience. I saw PAC Joseph Brady. Very knowledgeable about my condition and diagnosis. He took the time to hear what I had to say and educated me about my condition. I will definitely follow up with him when needed.
Other than the staff being friendly, They seem to be struggling in there. No sense of urgency, Definitely not passionate about their jobs. Had an appointment people getting there after me were leaving before me. Nearly a three hour ordeal for no help. Plenty of staff on duty but nobody knew how to multi task. Just trying to push everybody in and out, Unfortunately my first visit at this office will be my last.
July 2024, came in because of a foot pain issue. Dr said he did not think it was broken, he said if not better in a few days here is a referral for a podiatrist (visit lasted 5 minutes). I paid $50 copay and they billed insurance for $525 and also sent me an additional bill for $40. Had the same issue in Sept 2023 where the DR did an Xray and did a blood test but, paid $50 copay and they billed insurance $330 for this much more extensive visit with Xray and blood test. I tried calling their billing dept twice, both times was on hold for 25 minutes and then it transferred to a ringing call and then went dead with infinite hold. No one ever answered.
I dropped my girl friend off yesterday. She got super glue in her eye. I asked that they call me when she was finished. I left my phone number and name, but never received a call when she was finished. And they couldn’t help my girl friend. Just recommended an eye doctor and sent her home. Never called me. So I was a little posted about that. No harm no foul I guess. Other than that I think your urgent care is great. Never a very long wait. Usually pleasant employees. Nd knolegable doctors. Yes I know I spelled that wrong. I don’t know how to spell it. But u get the idea.
Most of the nurses were extremely nice and helped anytime I asked for it. The final nurse was mean and when I asked for him to pull my iv out gently (scared of needles and things inside my body) he said no he’s not going to and proceeded to rip it out and when I winced he said I needed to “toughen up”. Everyone else tho was amazing so no need to take off a star
The young attendant at the desk was sitting behind the counter and there is a glass panel. She was speaking with a soft voice. When I asked her to speak a little louder, her reaction was unpleasant, but she definitely spoke up very loudly. Quite embarrassing for me while I was already feeling bad. To be fair, I must admit that I was not wearing my hearing aids. The doctor was excellent and very gratious, and I left feeling better.
Scheduled An appointment online. Still waited 10 minutes even after showing up early. After I was called into a room I waited 45 minutes for them to tell me they can’t help me and they don’t know what wrong and they don’t have proper equipment so I should go to the ER. So much for any kind of care. Facility was dirty all around from the floor to even the walls ! Waste of time and effort thinking they can help me in any way. Save your time never go here. DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE EVER.Front desk staff act like they don’t even want to work there.
I came in here a few weeks ago because I had a cough that just wouldnt quit. Everyone else who got sick was already better but I was in pain and agony from the non-stop cough! I got fed up with it and came here and my provider was so patient with me even though I could hardly stop coughing during my appointment. I felt so bad and embarrassed. She made me feel better when she told me she had bronchitis a few times too and that it lasts for weeks. She prescribed me some antibiotics and some medicine to help relieve symptoms while it kicked in. Within a few days I was feeling much better and a few more days I was in the clear! Finally!!! My only gripe and suggestion is that later in the day visits, maybe hand out a paper prescription instead of calling them in. By the time I left the urgent care office my pharmacy was closed, I tried one thats open later but my prescription was hung up in the system being that my location was closed. They werent able to access it and fill it. I called nextcare and no one answered. So I had to wait until the following afternoon to pick up and begin my medicine. That was a rough night and extra frustrating knowing I was sleeping with bronchitis one more night without relief. Lesson learned though, if Im ever at a late appointment Ill ask for a paper prescription so I can take it to what ever pharmacy is open.
$430 to check for possible concussion. No xray, no major interventions. Most expensive urgent care visit I have ever heard of. Do NOT recommend if you are cash pay. Of course they were willing to allow us to sign up for a $161/month payment plan that could be “cancelled at any time” SCAM SCAM SCAM!
It was amazing!! I sliced my finger open and everyone was so nice and willing to help. The PA that stitched me up was amazing!! she was so kind and fun and my made my experience a lot better.
Literally one of the best urgent cares I’ve ever been to. The workers were so nice and I was in and out in maybe 20 minutes. 10 out of 10 recommend
I brought my 9-yr old son in with a broken arm and we had such a great experience! He was so nervous when we arrived and he left with a smile on his face and feeling brave and confident on our way to the ortho place. They were so kind, patient, and gentle with him, answering his questions and mine, and making sure we had everything we needed for our next steps. I can’t recommend them enough!
The staff is always so friendly and attentive. The Provider was also attentive and patient with my son. We were in quickly and out with a rx for my little guy.
I always feel heard here. The providers listen to your concerns. Dr Roberts was amazing. She asked questions, had lots of experience and suggestions. I left feeling better already. Great communication. Ease of scheduling.
I visited NextCare today for a health concern. I easily made an appointment and filled out paperwork on line. Sarah Snyder, the nurse practitioner that saw me was knowledgeable, caring, and comforting. Everyone I spoke with in the office was friendly and efficient. Excellent care! Thank you!
I live with my 15 yr old grandson and his parents. He has been sick for awhile, just diagnosed as bronchitis, and despite staying far from each other, I caught it from him. My Dr office did not have appt till next Wednesday! So I went online, made an appt for today with NextCare urgent care and completed some forms online. I got there on time, and was seen in about 10 minutes! I am so relieved to get on meds to get rid of this cough and congestion and wheezing. I would recommend NextCare to anyone in a similar situation. Get better faster.
Highly recommend. We are snowbirds from northern Minnesota. We received excellent service and very timely. Only thing I didn’t like was having to check in electronically. Two reception employees just talking while I was struggling to get it done on my phone. This should be a service they can do for a patient.Especially when they had the time to carry on a conversation together.
My impression was, the doctor was irritated I was there. The doctor said she would send a prescription for an antibiotic to my pharmacy. The pharmacy never received it so I went back the next day but she wasnt on. She had no notes in the Chart about a prescription and the other doctors on The site would not prescribe. The only contact they had for her was email and they didnt know when she would be on next. They would not give a refund so I could see another doctor for treatment. I am very susceptible to pneumonia and am concerned my lung infection goes untreated.
AMAZING. Kelsy Rokey PA-C is so knowledgeable and skilled and super nice, she really helped with my acute neck pain and I couldn’t be more thankful! Also the front and back office staff are great!
I really liked this place. They were friendly, pretty fast compared to most. Dr. S was very knowledgeable and explained everything in lamen terms I would definitely go back!
We went in for my husband’s ear cleaning. The nurses who did the cleaning including Rokey Kelsy were awesome. But please donot go to this chain because they donot know how to bill correctly. The reason i know and i could find out as i am healthcare billing expert. I dont know how many people they have charged incorrectly and didn’t even refund them anything as the patient is naive. This is really sad.My husband has a ppo plan with hra account built in with no actual hra card. That means the facility deducts everything from their and we pay nothing out of pocket. But the front desk lady didnt seem to understand this even after explaining. Her id is 14449. She charged us upfront 75 dollars. Then when we came out and she billed us final bill. i asked her how much we owe she said oh i dont want to charge you extra because by then she probably knew her mistake. she didn’t even give me correct invoice. She gave me encounter invoice which you submit to insurance. So here it goes after taking out in network discounts the payment owed was just 100.35 usd of which we had already paid 75 dollar. So essentially my insurance owe them only 25 or the front office refunds me 75. But thats not what happens. They dont tell insurance that they billed and got paid 75. Once insurance is processed you have to call them and request your refund. This i got to know after calling them three times. Else next care pocket the money. how many people are aware of billing and how many of those sick people will follow up even if they knew.i know our 75 dollar is gone. I dont care about it. But i want people to be aware about this practice so that they can save themselves from this headache.
Check-in was very easy even though it was my first time visit. Only had to wait about five minutes to be brought into examination room, and Dr was thorough and attentive to my description of the issue.
Just like every Doctor, you know what you are feeling but they do not check and they will give you what they want. Can’t trust them.6 hours later and I do still feel like bad and now my leg hurts cause of the injection, I am in so much pain.
I’ve been to this location multiple times and have had a good experience every time. They’re pretty fast to get you in and the doctors/PA’s are attentive and thorough.
Front desk staff were not friendly at all. Didn’t say hello, no smile. I had the first appointment of the day and it took them a half hour to take me back. I saw everyone sitting around and talking. Certainly no focus in customer service or timeliness.
Sai was great, she helped me with my issues, but the front desk completely forgot I was there, waited over an hour in the waiting room when I started with one person there. They let 3-4 people ahead. Honest mistake, but it cost me not them.
All the people working there were really nice and the doctor was very down to earth. She wasn’t stuck up and trying to push you out the door, she seemed like she genuinely enjoyed helping people and that’s rare to find.
This was the first time I had visited NextCare Urgent Care. The staff were very pleasant and efficient. Things were explained to me and done in a timely manner. Thank you for your care.
They most certainly are perfect not perfect as no one is. The online check-in is a little lengthy and is frustrating to have to do through your phone for a person with big fumbly hands. The was my second visit and check- in was a breeze as your check-in info is saved. I will from now on set a needed appointment from the house. Those folks do get to jump walk ins. When I walk up to a service window I do wait to speak until I hear, Hi can we help? In respect for the front desk person who always seem to be busy. Yesterday when I walked up to the window all I got were eyes. There was an awkward silence as I was waiting for her to Ask how can we help? After about 5 to 10 seconds she broke her stare and asked Can we help you. Dr. was great, treatment was great. I’ll go back for sure.PS this may sound a little petty but the visual appearance is what almost drove me to another center. The metal blinds in the front of the waiting right by the entry door looks like they got into scrum will a pit bull. No doubt it is from people leaning back into them so it is excusable but it sure looks terrible. You know what they say, you never get a second chance on the first impression.Suggestions -raise the blinds higher than a person sitting in the.A couple of computer stations that people can use for check-in.B+
The check in staff are cold and unfriendly, not even a “hello” as you come in. You’re expected to know how to navigate the online check in system even if you haven’t been here before. The waiting room chairs are filthy. When you’re feeling ill and needing help, this apparently isn’t the place to go for “quality care”.I would not recommend this place to anyone.
Very personal and professional. The doctor on staff took every question I had and genuinely cared. I’d recommend this facility in a heartbeat!
Although we made an appt and had to wait 1 1/2 hrs after it was made to see a Dr. We appreciated the thoroughness and quality of care we received from not only the front desk women, but especially the medical team. Adora Olsen PAC saw us and she did not miss a beat on ensuring all issues were covered. Wish all medical experiences were as good. Thanks!
Very nice, helpful staff at this location. Did a good job of getting my COVID test done and results to me fairly quickly.
Dr was great care provider. The wait was a bit lengthy though. Even though I had an appointment and pre checked in.
Lots of appointment availability, and when I showed up with my appointment things went very quickly. Easy peasy with VA mission act you just go in and its kind of automatic.
My experience was positive. Joe, my PA, was very professional and congenial. The staff were accommodating and efficient!
The staff was wonderful and compassionate. I have a fractured arm and they showed the utmost care and compassion in treating me, even though I showed up at the end of their day
Everyone was great. Front desk were very friendly and the doctor and staff were impeccable. I highly recommend NextCare Urgent Care.
Dr. Kelsy was awesome! Very kind and caring of my needs. Job well done 👏🏽 Im feeling much better today 😊 🙌🏽
Dr that we saw was awesome got right to the point and had us on our way. Front staff was very friendly and didn’t seem bothered by all the stupid questions people kept asking!
Nextcare at N. Power Rd. Is Top Quality Healthcare. Candace Dowling & her staff, were professional, knowledgeable, & contentious while handling every step of my visit. Getting injured at work, brings many stressors. Not having to worry, that your Not receiving Good care, is Not something you have to worry about here. Thank You, very Much. To Candace Darling, FNP, & All of her Staff.
I was there for simple laceration for my child. It should have been very simple stitching of a small cut. I was sent to Phoenix Children hospital ER, stating I needed to see a pediatric plastic surgeon.NextGen was not able to handle a simple stitching of a wound, as staff was not available.I would think twice to go there again. The Nurse Practitioners were good and polite though, but not enough staff and doctors to handle the situation.
I read all the reviews before I went, I had the opposite experience. Please, if you can find another urgent care, I would recommend it. Wait time is long, staff wasn’t friendly or helpful. I will go elsewhere.
Amazing everything. Booked my appointment last night. I had a horrible experience with a different dr / online scam somewhere else and this was proof that there are still good people in the world. Thank you. 💜
Ive been to many ers in the last 3 yrs.been in agonizing pain and with no other place to turn and no one taking time to just listen .and finally I get vanya Roberts. And shes wonderful.and she took time to really help me .and for that Im so grateful.ty vanya u are making a difference.at least u did for me.so ty again.
It was a waste of my time to go there. I have a shoulder injury and they gave me an x-ray and told me I have to go see someone else I guess they thought I was a drug addict because she wouldn’t prescribe me anything for my pain even though I explained I was in excruciating pain The doctor never even said what she thought was wrong even after I asked her a couple of times she just said I need to go see an ortho surgeon. So annoying I could’ve just went somewhere else
I have been to the Power and Brown location a few too many times with my son. Everytime has been a good experience. We ended up there on Easter, fast friendly and amazing staff. Please give the evening team some kudos, they took great care of my kiddo.
Facilities are shabby, waited nearly an hour after the appointment time and paid $75 to be told to go see our primary care doctor. Was referred for ultrasound but theres no referral information for where to go if we cant get in to our other doctors. This was our preferred urgent care but no longer. Quality has gone down severely.
Staff was kind and quick. I walked in with no appointment scheduled and had 6 patients ahead of me, NextCare saved my spot in line and I was also able to go to the store across the way while waiting. They sent me a message to inform me the Physician was ready to see me which was convenient. Great time management and all around great visit! Thank you!!
Not good as I came back when instructed to have sutures removed to find out that it was to early. However still had to pay my insurance deductible. I will be charged another deductible when I return to have sutures removed.
Very caring and sincere doctor and nurses. They treat you very well and care about you. Your physical well being is their priority.
If I could give zero I would. Maybe things are better if you actually get seen but this location is hardly a medical center.I’ll grant I tried to walk in five minutes before close but you don’t really plan on needing urgent care. Was greeted with “we’re closed, we closed at 8” when pointing out the time their response was “our tech already left”So go at your own risk. A tech may or may not be there depending on how they’re feeling.
Making an appointment online was easy and I was able to be seen the same morning. PA Kelsy Riley was professional, was an excellent communicator and was very thorough. She listened and discussed her recommendations with me. I feel confident with the care that I was given.
I don’t understand the process at these places… they tell you to make an appointment, fill out paperwork and check in online . Then make you sit in the lobby for 30 min while you get “checked in” by the receptionist which is now 30 min into your appointment time… then you wait to be seen. 1 out of 3 providers I have seen haven’t even touch my kids/I or assessed them they just look at us and tell us what they are doing . We waited 2 hours just for a X-ray from a doctor that didn’t want to touch my son until I asked them to. Half the staff is standing around with no urgency at the nursing station. We waited another 20 min for a disk and the person standing out at the desk “thought “ the doctor wanted to speak to us again (which she already said to get the disk and go) so if we hadn’t come out of the room we probably would have been there another 30 min. The customer service is poor and lack of compassion… I guess I just expect more from healthcare . Being a nurse in an acute care setting and handling patients with high acuity needs , the efficiency of these urgent care places need A LOT OF WORK!!!
Worst clinic ever brought my husband him there little over a week ago with the Sore on his toe Cost me almost $50 in medicine and salve Then I bought him back for his cough. They checked his toe and said it was a corn. I didn’t need to pay all that medicine for antibiotics and salve I will never come back to this clinic again
Heads up they do not do x rays at this walk in. Excellent professional staff and experience. Very thorough and thoughtful to all of my symptoms. Treatment was excellent! Scheduled on line night before and able to wait in car and see wait list etc to avoid other patients and illness. Excellent experience.
Great staff, great service ❤️❤️ in and out on a Saturday afternoon in less than 45 minutes without an appointment
Great customer service. Went in for a sports physical. It was affordable and the got us in and out quickly.
Personnel are friendly and very supportive. On holiday weekend I had an hour. Wait? What sure beat going to an ER and waiting for 3 to 5 hours?Fortunately. I didnt break my foot. They had a X-ray technician available to do x-rays.
Providers were great. I made an appointment so wait time was minimal for an urgent care visit. Check out took too long.
Worst experience at an urgent care of my life. Everything was fine at the appointment. The provider I saw (Adora) was nice. Prescribed me two medications…. Or said she did. I even verified with the front desk when I checked out and was told they were sent electronically. Great! Nope. My pharmacy never got them. Called Nextcare the next day to sort out the issue, the receptionist (Nicole) told me my two medications were sent to another pharmacy. Turns out that was wrong too ? Got a call back that no medications were prescribed or noted in my chart (I have the notes that talk about the prescription in my hand at the time). Was told by Nicole that she had “no idea” when the provider would be able to get back to her on this. When the provider at the office was able to get back to her, she wasn’t comfortable prescribing me medication because she didn’t see me personally & the notes in my chart “didn’t” mention any prescriptions. I asked her to go back and look at the chart because I had it in my hand and was reading it, which surprise surprise - she saw that once I asked her to look again. But oops, I kept “asking her to dothings and get out of the screen she was in.” She literally asked me “is there anything else I can do?” I replied to her question but apparently that was just too much and I was interrupting her note to the provider, kept asking her questions, and interrupting what she was doing “making” her get out of the current screen she was in. When I asked about a prescription she told me “she wasn’t a doctor” to which I replied, I understand that I work in the medical field…. Later on the phone call when asked if I could be copied on an email she was sending to the provider so I could see if I would actually get the medicine I was supposed to be prescribed I was scoffed at, told “I thought you worked in the medical field?”Just wow. The most patronizing & condescending phone call I have ever been a part of. Truly. While I admit I was frustrated on the phone call, the way I was treated on the phone was seriously appalling. The lack of professionalism, inability to correctly send prescriptions, and negligence of documentation of what was prescribed and about the visit in general is truly astonishing. Do better, nextcare. I will not be back & urge all to take your business elsewhere…. Or as the receptionist on the phone told me “go see your primary doctor” instead.
My mom fell and hurt her leg close to closing and all the techs and PA were so kind and helpful and they stayed late to make sure she was okay.
Scheduling was super easy, didn’t have to wait long, everyone was very kind and helpful. Great doctor! Would definitely recommend
I scheduled a virtual appointment for my 5 month old for an ear infection, and the virtual doctor told me she couldn’t diagnose it over the phone, so she was useless. Why even give me the option to have a virtual visit? I scheduled an appointment for 2:45 the doctor didn’t even see me until 5. Keep in mind that I had a very cranky baby surrounded by 10+ other sick people in the waiting room. Once I was done seeing the doctor, she told me to go back out to the waiting room to wait for the note for the care instructions. So I’m waiting there for another 10 minutes with a screaming baby. I very politely asked the receptionist about how long it normally takes to get the note. She looked at me with a nasty look on her face and says “what note?” And I said “the one with the prescriptions and instructions?” And she looks down at the desk, asked me for the name and with a disgusted look on her face, she hands over the piece of paper that’s been sitting there for who knows how long. The doctor I saw was so sweet and caring, and I wish she worked ANYWHERE else so I could see her again with any other issues, but I won’t step foot back in that office again.
The check in on line was great. I didnt have to wait in line to get in. My wait time was only about 15mins b4 my name was called.
I started going here 20 yrs ago when my son needed care. The past few years it has really gone downhill. It is dirty and the front desk is very rude and unprofessional. One girl was incredibly rude to an elderly man that was having a language barrier problem and was very degrading because he couldnt fill out the paperwork on his phone. When you are sick or hurting, the last thing you want to deal with is loud country music and the front desk singing and making stupid comments. If youre nauseated, dont go here because it smells aweful from the food everyone is making. Ive never written a bad review before, but after decades of seeing it decline, I dont think I would recommend this place to anyone anymore.
Easy to make appointment online. Saved time and filled out all necessary forms online. Arrived and was checked in promptly. Staff very courteous and caring. Introduced themselves like they should. They made me feel very comfortable despite the circumstances that brought me there. Everything was thoroughly explained. Will recommend for sure. Thank you for the care provided me.
I always see NP Candace when I go here and she is very thorough. Highly recommend particularly when you book online vs walking in.
The doctor and the nurse practitioner was very helpful and sweet only thing the receptionist came off very rude .. I walked in at 730ish and to me it seemed like she was upset that I had came she was very snobbish and discard care to help me
The receptionists were super nice and helpful the medical assistant was very nice friendly . Ask me what happen said the dr would be in shortly. Felicia Hill the nurse practitioner was amazing very caring, very helpful and let you know what was going on with you. Said she wanted a X-ray to rule out in fractures. The x-ray tech she was also amazing.very nice . The radiologist got my results back to the doctor. They were a little behind but understandable they had a lot of patience. Felicia came in to let me know that they were running a little behind and that she would be in soon as she got the results, I think all of you for the great service and that’s what I like people that have great service and are willing to help you. That kind of service will go along way.Thank you Next Care Urgent Care on Power and Brown🤗
Visit was great! But still waiting for a call about what to do next since it was not what doc thought it was!
Very friendly and patient staff. Came here for a sports physical for my daughter, smooth process for a Sunday.
Right after I checked in they sent me a text, that self pay starts st $350. After I told the dr my symptoms, she left the room and I could hear her consulting with other employees. We can Google for free right ??? In the end the dr had no idea what was wrong with me and referred me to a specialist. Next Care is a Crimanal Company that takes advantage of people that are sick. Its criminal to charge $350.00 and above for opinions without any expertise behind them. Criminal, straight up Criminal.
I’ve had good experiences in the past but today it was not a good one very disappointed it’s been 3 hours after the visit we had there and I haven’t been able to get the medication for my son’s earacheUpdate I called and was trying to get a hold of them to see if I was going to get the medicine and they never answered I let the phone ring for almost 20 min and still never answered I decided to go to the clinic and they weren’t even busy so I didn’t see no reason to why they wouldn’t answer the phone the girl there was extremely rude and seem like she didn’t care about the patients or her job
They were kind and very professional.Nurse was patient taking all information and vitals. And the Doctor was extremely nice and listened to all of my problems and gave a thorough exam. A very short wait and was very comfortable in the office environment.
We booked our appointment online, checked in from our phone and waiting in the lobby till our turn. I have been to many urgent care facilities over the years, and this was this one was by far the best experience out of all of them. From time of check in, seeing the Dr, x-rays and release, we were there 1.5 hours. I feel that is not bad compared to what my wait is sometimes at a regular doctors office. They were courteous, professional and attentive.
I was very impressed with the service today. Almost no waiting, friendly staff and I greatly appreciated the help from Tyreke (just guessing on the spelling) with my ear lavage. Thank you so much!
X-ray tech is one kind human being. PA Great, Nurses AidGreat. Front desk Overwhelmed with the busyness . Waiting area mostly full the 4 hrs I was there for , x-rays. Thought the wait was a little long. Maybe have 2 at front desk which seems to be the busiest. $40. Co pay, thats on meOverall I would go back if needed.
I try not to come here often, but when I do, EVERYONE is very kind and helpful. Occasionally, appointment times are a bit late, but, you know, if you are seeking medical assistance, they are definitely worth waiting for!I always go home either feeling better, or anticipate feeling better soon…I will be back….but only if I need to…..
Kelsey Rokey was extremely rude and had an attitude with me because I told her I didnt want cough syrup I know doesnt work for me. I asked if I could get codeine cough syrup for myself because its helped me sleep when I had strep throat in the past. She answered me in a tone that was disrespectful and made me feel like I was a junkie asking for more drugs. I am obviously sick with a cough and can hardly speak.I asked why they dont prescribe it anymore and she said because its a controlled substance, like I didnt know that. I felt like she was answering me like she thought I was stupid and I just didnt care for her.She also got more attitude with me when I told her i watched the nurse or medical assistant mix up the swabs taken. She grabbed 3 swabs from the cabinet, didnt label them, swabed my throat for strep and my nostrils for the flu and covid. I watched her put them all down on the counter and grab them.I was then told that I was negative for strep, flud, and covid. Even though the medical assistant (and myself) noticed the white spots on my throat and tonsils. When I mentioned that she mixed them up to Kelsey just said Okay? In a condescending tone.I had to pay $100 for my visit today, and almost everyone but the medical assistant was rude. Even if she did mix up the swabs, at least she was nice and friendly. The woman at the front desk also felt the need to explain to me why codeine was offered anymore. I told her the same thing, that thats fine, I just dont want to pay for something I know doesnt work for me and I explained Ive had the same cough syrup prescribed to me before and it doesnt work.I didnt act upset about the codeine, and I understand my tone couldnt be heard due to the fact I can barely speak, but it didnt need to be explained to me so rudely.I get that you guys are busy, and you might hate your jobs and the people you deal with every day, but this is the job you chose to do. You shouldnt be taking it out on your patients. This was not a good experience and I dont like how they made me feel. Im a full time working mom, and Ive never even had a traffic violation. I dont like that I was made to feel like a drug addict because I was unaware a specific cough syrup was no longer prescribable. This review will have little impact, but I hope she sees it and changes her tone going forward. She really upset me and hurt my feelings and I was extremely uncomfortable and obviously very sick. I certainly wouldnt recommend this place, and will not be returning.
Great experience. Very efficient from the online reservation and check in process to the staff. Dealt with four different people, all of which were kind, courteous and professional. Thanks for your help today.
I had a positive experience at NextCare Urgent Care. Both the provider and the assistant who handled vitals and preliminary care were amazing. However, despite having made an appointment, the wait was fairly long. I noticed that the front desk staff were engaged in non-work-appropriate conversations, which was interesting but a bit distracting. Overall, my visit was good.
I have NEVER had such a bad experience at an urgent care across all five of my kids. There were so many people walking in and out from the back to the waiting room huffing and puffing asking where staff was… when they will be discharged… and how much longer the wait is. I legit would never come back to this location again.**in fact. After reading other reviews I am CONVINCED they are fake positive reviews. There’s no way…*
This location was fantastic. This place is a bit far from my house, but it was so worth the drive. I will return when I need of care. Tyreke the X-ray tech agreed to stay late after his shift for an X-ray for us. I praise this man for doing that for us. He helped put my mind at ease us getting those X-rays and not sending us on to the hospital like he so easily could of done. I wouldnt of even blamed him, everyone likes to go home at the end of shift. So props to having a great x-ray tech on staff. Also the doctor Kelsy was great, she reassured and checked over everything. Showed us the X-rays. From the first walk in the office and the front desk staff to leaving was great everyone was so kind and helpful. Above and beyond generous. Wait times were low as well. I know these can change day to day. But I was impressed. Thank you staff for taking care of us quickly!
Our family is new to the area and havent yet established care with a primary care physician. My daughter and I needed to be seen and NextCare was wonderful! We were only there for a little over an hour and everyone was kind and helpful. It was a great experience.
It was a very busy clinic with a potentially long wait, but I was seen in a much shorter period of time and the care practitioners were professional. They cleaned up my injured thumb and made sure I followed up with them the next day. Thank you for your tireless work. You are so very appreciated.Kevin udovich
Wait time was way too long. Couldnt set up appointment because of device issues. So I had almost a 4 hour wait. Was able to get help in the end but the wait time was ridiculous.
Definitely make an appointment, if you can. The staff is wonderful, kind, and helpful. They were great with my Yong kids, too. Id absolutely recommend them.
Absolutely horrible I was hung up on on virtual care visit.I called the office to ask what to do they had no idea but had me come in.I did and the Dr I saw was very rude didnt listen to my concerns about the health of my son.
Fast and professional. The a/c unit working well but was leaking in the waiting room. Caution cones were well placed.
The wait was fast. And the nurses and doctors were so helpful and great! Thank you
Very little wait time. Got me in and out. Left feeling more at ease. Great friendly staff.
Scheduling was easy. Check-in was great, and staff was very professional. Great experience all-around.
I booked an appointment the night before and arrived at the recommended time. I was seen at my appointment time. Everyone was professional, the facility was clean. I will utilize NextCare again.
1st time patient. Tried to book a same day appointment, but all alots were filled. So only option was as a walkin. Reception staff was friendly and told me since it was Christmas eve and had 11 people ahead of me, I wouldnt be seen for approx. 90 minutes. Was given the option of on-line registration...which I appreciated. Pretty straight forward process.Nurse assistant and provider were friendly yet professional. Left with a script addressing my reason for visit. Only complaint was no one introduced themselves which was a service negative, and off putting to me. If they had, I would rate a 4-5 star experience.
The staff was so kind to my mother and I. Even though it was close to closing on a Saturday, everyone was so patient and professional. Great experience from start to end!
My blood vessels in my right eye popped last Saturday. This morning I woke up with a bubble of blood on my eye! After I calmed myself down, I scheduled a visit with NextCare Urgent Care. I was very pleased with the service I received as soon as I walked thru the front door! My son and I had been to NextCare in Flagstaff when we lived there. We received great service there as well. I would highly recommend this provider.
I appreciated the wonderful reservation system offered. The staff met the schedule efficiently. I was most impressed with the Care received from Felicia Hill. She listened carefully and treated me in a treated me in a kind and thoughtful manner . I was confident in her diagnosis and treatment of my illness..Everyone involved treated me kindly, and with a professional manner I definitely will use this service again!
The provider was not hurried, was attentive, thorough, and compassionate, and not the least dismissive of my mom who is nearly 90 years old. Check in for returning customers was simple and the process was user friendly. We appreciated the having the option to wait in the car and receive texts to let us know when to come in. Great experience.
It was very quick to be seen by the staff looked at my issue and was out very quicklyHave been to this facility a few times and have never had any problems.
Went there twice today. Once in the morning for myself and wants in the evening for my daughter. From my appointment I showed up 10 minutes early. Waited in the lobby for a half an hour past my appointment time. Once brought back to the back all around decent experience. For my daughters appointment, we also showed up 10 minutes early. Waited in the lobby for 45 minutes and then when taken back to the room after triage waited for an additional 45 minutes and still never saw a provider. The staff overall were professional but overall experience was terrible.
It’s almost 10:15 am my appointment was 9:40am and they still haven’t called me
I had sinus infection, which I have a numerous times due to allergies and a deformity in my sinuses. I ask the Female PA for a z pack and a kenelog shot. She told me that wasnt the first line of defense for sinus infection. I told her that what she wanted to give me docycycline wont work on me.and I need the meds I asked for, I have had this body for 62 years and I know what works for me and what doesnt. Finally she agreed to give me what I asked for. In 4 days my sinus infection was gone. I wish doctors would listen more to people, I know my body.
Doctor did not listen to anything I said. I am worse today than I was when I went in and think this was a total waste of my money and time will not come back or recommend this place to anyone else
The care team at Nexcare Power is awesome. I went there on a Saturday night. It was a little bit of a wait but nowhere near the time it would’ve been at an ER. It took 1:40 (hrs) )and I didn’t have an appointment Stephanie at the front desk was very kind checking me in and out. PA Kelsey Rokey was incredibly sweet and very sympathetic. She listened intently and gave me options. Although I have a PCM, but the care and compassion this team provides, I’d rather come here any day of the week! Tip—go online and make an appointment it’ll save you a lot of time—my husband was seen within 15 mins of his appointment time.
I was treated with respect and courtesy. I feel they found my problem and gave me advice on how to handle it. Thank you
Stayed true to my appointment time. Professional pre-interview. Test were run and after a small wait Dr told me results and prescription was ordered. Would recommend this urgent care for sure.
Everything was great from the staff to the medical assistant that checked me in in the back to the actual doctor. Im surprised actually because you dont usually get that good of an experience at urgent care. But this one did a good job, I hope to not have to come back but if I do I will be okay knowing that Im in good hands
I was able to make an appointment with urgent care on a Sunday evening. The staff were all helpful and kind. The waiting room was peaceful and orderly. I was taken back precisely at my appointment time and the dr was is quickly. I will gladly go back should the need arise.
I was sick and needed to see the doctor. The front desk was kind and helpful. I waited not long and when I was brought back I only waited 5 minutes to see the physician assistant. He was nice and very knowledgeable. I will go there again.
I had a 10:30 appt and I was not seen until 12:30. I understand if I was a walk-in but I wasn’t. The staff was very nice and professional. The provider was very nice and knew exactly what prescriptions I needed and gave me a breathing treatment. She said the prescriptions were sent but when I got to Costco no prescriptions were received. I called and they resent them. But I found out after that Costco is having computer issues so I called and had them sent to Walgreens. She said they should be ready in an hour. I called Walgreens and no prescriptions there. She even checked others Walgreens. At this point I’m sick and I’m tired and I just want to give up. But I’m so sick I need my prescriptions.
Receptionists were nice but seemed to be having a birthday party and singing happy birthday while I waited an hour for them to come back with my rapid strep results and while patients were in the lobby. The doctor that saw me also had terrible bedside manners, I was describing to her what was happening and she literally grabbed my arms and pulled my sleeves up without permission to look at my skin. I then pulled down my mask for her to look at my throat and as I was reaching to put it back up she grabbed the mask for me and pulled it back up over my nose. It made me super uncomfortable and I don’t understand why she couldn’t have verbally asked me to do either of those things.
My visit was on time and all of the staff members were professional and kind. I appreciated the thorough diagnosis and the PA taking the time to listen to my concerns and allowed for plenty of time with my questions.
My primary care doctor was booked up for about 2 weeks. This was a great alternative. I would say to book an appointment prior. Its much easier, you can fill out all your paperwork online. The staff were extremely helpful, and I was seen right on time for my appointment. Everyone was so friendly and professional. The primary answered all my questions and gave me very informed suggestions. 10/10 would recommend.
Made an appointment online for 11 o’clock. Got there 15 minutes early just in case they could see me earlier, that didn’t happen!! I had to check myself in on some faulty app that put my in some other waiting line instead of on the appointment time I had set up. I asked the front desk staff to look at it because it didn’t appear to be correct. She said it was fine. After 45 mins of waiting in the lobby I walked up & asked about the clerk about wait times again & mentioned I was concerned that I still didn’t see my name on the waitlist online & mentioned that several people who walked in after me were being seen & I was still not being taken back. Once I finally got taken back I told the nurse my symptoms & mentioned I had already taken a COVID test & that was negative. She insisted that she had to take a COVID & Flu test… fine let’s do it so we can move on to the real issue of a sinus infection. She tells me the procedure fine, it’s done fast she says it’ll take 10 mins to get the results… here I am 50 mins later still sitting in the room never seen by a doctor!!! All the while I can hear the front desk clerk singing & carrying on at the front desk, she’s telling other staff about her broken nail, her boyfriends truck, her Stanley cup & life is rough. I hear the doctors & other staff eating lunch & carrying on right outside the room. There was a large women who rolled her ankle & came in for an xray 🙄 she came in after me & while I was in a room, I heard her in the room next to me telling her story, she was seen & x-rayed and sent out… & I am Still Here!!! 2 hours in & never seen a doctor.
They couldnt confirm my insurance was valid they had me do some captcha confusing process Im not going to get another huge bill when they cant confirm my insurance in person sending me a text message that my insurance was confirmed after I left already.
Was there way too long. Waited well over a hour for xray results. Provider was shocked xray report said everything was good. Sent home with ace bandage. Update: A month later I had to see a hand specialist. He retook xrays and said he didnt see how it was missed. I did break a finger and fracture on other finger. Now because it was missed my finger healed crooked and can only be fixed surgically.Update: 6/2024 I went in for cough from allergies and Amanda was so awesome and found I had bronchitis and double ear infection. It was a much better experience this time reason for updating rating.
Omg! I had the best experiences in an urgent care ever. I was checked in and taken care of very quickly. I was so lucky that my physician had a background in ortho. She was knowledgeable and helpful. But the best part was the ma Sierra. She was kind, helpful and did an amazing job with the shot that I needed and the wound clean up. I have a medical background and I dont know if I could have done a better job.
I had to go at night but it still happened to be uncrowded, quick and a good experience.I liked that theres check in online. I waited about 5 minutes after finishing a 7 minute check in. I did have to correct the nurse on my name and it felt like they dismissed/minimized it by saying there was no note and moving on. The physician didnt take too long to get to me and was quick and explained thoroughly what the situation. Overall, I was satisfied with my care.
Wait Time was a Bit Delayed Due To Respiratory Issues Going Around. 25 min Passed Booked Appointment. After That, Vitals, Ordered X-ray, Doctor Rokeys Assessment, & Boot/Crutches for Leg Went Effecient, Professional, & Thorough w/ Instruction… A+
I had X-rays done to see if I had a broken hand and wrist, and was treated quickly and professionally. I would highly recommend the location at Brown and Power roads.
Love nextCare. When I arrived for my appointment this evening they explained they had 2 emergencies and were running behind. I thought oh no we will be here all night. How wrong I was. The staff did an excellent job of keeping patients moving right along. I was called in for my appointment much sooner than I expected. They are very organized and work together very well. It all went very smoothly.Thank you NextCare staff!
Going online to make an appointment was very easy. When I got there it was a very short wait. Best if all I really liked Dr. Olmstead!
I took my daughter who had been up all night with fever she told me her throat hurt. We waited over 3 hours with a scheduled appointment all for them to say she did not have anything. But my intuition told me other wise I went to another urgent care. They told me she had strep and gave her antibiotics. I will never come to this urgent care again they suck
Dr was nice enough but couldnt understand most of what she was saying. It took longer to check out and pay then the time we spent with the Dr. 30 minutes to pay and get the paperwork is ridiculous. Made an 8am appt online, first appt of the day so we could get in and out quickly and they didnt even call us back until 815. Not sure how they can be running behind on the very first appt of the day.
Waited for 2 hours in the waiting room watching everyone go in after me (even though the app said I was next in line) while being painfully sick all because the front desk ladies, the evening of 11/8/23, failed to have the decency to recall my name. I was in the restroom. I go up and hour and a half later after seeing the people who originally came in after me going back to their cars,, and asked if I was still on the waitlist even though the app said I had been next in line this whole time. She said my name was already called, but I was gone for less than 2 minutes and never heard it. Never once recalled. And as if I hadn’t been sitting right next to the front desk the entire time, coming up frequently for tissues probably every 5-10 minutes. I had to come back up twice to ask in order to be seen. Even after I brought up the issue, patients that came in after me were STILL be taken back before me. 2 hours. Horrible horrible horrible. Only good thing was my doctor Kelsey, she had me in and out in 6 minutes. AND when I had to come back to get my paperscripts this woman at the front gave my not a look even after standing there for what seemed like 2 full minutes. Treated me like I was nothing genuinely horrible experience. Not worth your time here as you arent worth theirs.
The staff was very professional. Much better experience than than my last visit to my health care provider. My prescription request showed up immediately at my pharmacy. Very pleased.
I booked an appointment online at time good for me. The text communication was very helpful. Only waited about 10 minutes before being called back. The nursing staff was quick and efficient. (I didn’t even feel the injection the nurse put in my hip.) PA Amanda saw me for exacerbation of asthma. She was decisive and took prompt action for immediate treatment and plan for the next week. My rxs were ordered and I picked them up when notified by pharmacy that they were ready. I am very pleased.
They are efficient and listen to your problems. Might have to wait a bit but thats the way healthcare is everwhere. They accepted my out of town insurance so co-pay was reasonable. If I need medical care again I will see these professionals. Open in Saturday is a plus.
Waited 2hrs for the appointment that I had prepped for! Had all my documents loaded! I had a talk with my cardiologist and a text message from my cardiologist who said to give me paxlovid because I’m 82 and have lung and heart issues for severe Covid! !He didn’t have any appointments left suggested I go to an urgent care! PA said she couldn’t make that decisions and needed to call her supervisor! After waiting hours already now she had to call and gave me 1/2 dose of the medication to stop severe Covid! Calling my cardiologist tomorrow! They need to hire competent staff that can make decisions and prescribe medication for an issue your there for them to treat!
Upfront staff was courteous, helpful, knowledgeable, and patient with me.The nurse practitioner was very knowledgeable, caring, a good listener to my needs, and explained things in a way that I, as her patient, could understand. The office & the individual rooms were very clean. I was a drop in, so I didnt have an appointment, so I liked that they allowed me to sit in my car while I waited for them to call me. Thus, I was not spreading germs to others and the other patients were not spreading germs to me. I would recommend this place to other snowbird people who I know. They gave me the same courtesy & service as they did Arizona residents. - Peggy Tiffany
After 5 hours of sitting in the ER, I found out that you had X-ray. In one hour I was taken care of without an appointment. The staff was caring, and in spite of the late hour took excellent care of me! While I hope I don’t need to come here too often, it will be my first choice
Couldnt open the images of my x-rays on the disk they gave me, wish it was just pictures, and they never showed them to me. Everything else was good.
Had an appointment at 3, I waited 2 and a half hours between the lobby and the exam room. I’m also sick, which is why I went to an urgent care and after waiting that long I talked to the doctor and got my prescription in 5 minutes. I was miserable in that little room. There’s no urgency and the urgent care. Borderline malpractice, go somewhere else.
Doctor Felicia Hill was efficient and to the point. The whole staff was kind and I was out of there under 40 minutes. I had to call because it was an issue with my prescription. I wish my call was directly to the urgent care on power and brown instead of an 800 number.
I was able to make an appointment for Sunday evening, and even with my travel medical insurance everything was handled smoothly.PAC Adora Olsen treated me and she was friendly, thorough and did not make me feel rushed at all.
Candice the practioner was awesome and listened to me to resolve my issues. She was informative and explained everything to me .
Amanda Davis, PA, was absolutely wonderful. The kind of care she provided to me was TOP NOTCH! The rest of the staff was pleasant & polite. Im very impressed with this urgent care. I wish that Amanda Davis could be my Primary Care Provider for life.
Staff is too busy to call and check your insurance???I got there and she told ME to call my insurance and see if this place is covered. I drove all the way there for front desk staff to not even look at my insurance card because it’s Tri-Care and I’m not the policy holder, only a beneficiary on my spouses coverage. I put all of this online in their portal before going there and she said it was covered. Only to get there and get told I would need to pay out of pocket since she was unwilling to call my insurance like any other doctors office would do. Trash.
Visiting from out of town and got an eye infection, visited NextCare and was seen within an hour by a great doctor. Diagnosed me quickly and gave me expert advice and prescriptions. I was worried about a long wait and unsure about the care but it was great!
Lots of people in the waiting room but they were quick to see me and help with my issue.
This place made a few errors on my daughter name, after getting my insurance information they lost my information and had to recheck in again. The staff is not friendly what so ever very rude
Hardly any wait at time I was there. They were very fast and efficient. Great care.
It didn’t seem terribly busy, the staff was helpful & knowledgeable…we were there longer than I expected, but overall it was fine.
Great visit! Dr. Was kind, knowledgeable, and listened very well. Also, If you make an early am appointment you dont have to wait! Wonderful care!
This place was phenomenal! I had to take my 2 year old here for stitches and they were so friendly and understanding and helpful. They even had a treasure chest with lollipops for when we were done.
Worst Dr ever!!! I made an appointment & needed a X-ray due to pain in my right rib. They texted saying their X-ray tech wasn’t there. So I texted them back & said cancel my appointment. A few mins later they said they had a X-ray tech. I said ok & headed over there. The nurse went over my info & asked what pharmacy I prefer. She said the Dr should be seeing me ina few minutes that I was next. I waited for at least a half an hour and finally went out and asked the girls is the doctor ever going to come in, she said yes in a few mins. He popped his head in & apologized for skipping me & would be able to see me I a few. He ordered a urine test & X-ray on my chest & right side. The nurse was the person setting up the X-ray & took a pic full on & then my left side. I told her it was my right side that is having the pain and she said it’ll go all the way through. When the doctor came back in, he said the chest x-ray looks fine and he couldn’t really see the right x-ray that well. He never mentioned seeing my urine test and I was free to go but I asked for an anabiotic so after a little problem, he gave me one. When they show me the paperwork which showed the wrong pharmacy and I said it doesn’t say anything about a urine test the gal at the front said go back and tell him that so I opened it up while he was sitting there goofing off and talking to the girls and I said what about my urine test and he goes tell me a little bit about it and I said you sent it to the wrong pharmacy. The nurse/x-ray tech said oh yeah I supposed to go to the other one, so he said he would change it when I got to the pharmacy it was at the wrong pharmacy. I will never go there again.
I was able to go into your suite and book an appointment. I really appreciate this process. I was able to book the night before and once I checked in the next day I was called in exactly on time. The nurse Candace was prompt and listened to what I was experiencing after crashing on my bike. Was given a steroid shot which helped me tremendously and a prescription in case I kept experiencing pain. Also was referred to imaging for X-rays just to make sure nothing is broken. Very prompt and compassionate. Great experience.
Website said 1 patient in line, 15 min wait…. I walked in, 5 people in the waiting room, 4 already being seen and the women said it’s over a 2 hour wait… I drove 20 for this place. Update your website.
Always, great service and care. Love that I can schedule my appointment and wait at home until its close to the time. Thank you kindly NextCare.
Amazing!!!!! These people literally saved my life 7 yrs ago. I trust their hiring process! Great docs
Fast and friendly. Amanda has amazing bed side manner and went out of her way to make sure I was taken care of and on my way as quickly as possible. Although this isnt anywhere near where I live, this will be my go to Urgent Care from now on.
Quick, friendly service. Especially on Thanksgiving Day. Dr. Rokey was very friendly, yet professional at the same time. I had a gash on my leg from a bike spill and was totally anticipating stitches. Not to be.
Everyone was very friendly and upbeat. They took great care of me. Almost looking forward to the next time I’m sick.
From the moment I arrived I received the best care thank you ladies so much ❤️❤️❤️
Very attentive, detailed visit. The doctor listened well and provided a quality solution.
I had a good experience at this office! It was pretty quick, I was expecting to have to wait in the lobby for 3 hours or so like other urgent cares but it took about 25-30 min and I was called back (I checked in online and there were a few walk-ins ahead of me). The doctor was knowledgeable and had great bedside manner. She knew exactly what she was talking about and gave me great instructions and advice. Will come back here again if needed!
The doctor and staff was very nice and helpful, I made an appointment online the night before my visit and was seen at my appointment time.
The doctor and nursing staff were amazing and quick. The wait, even with a a scheduled appointment, was over an hour.
Very pleased. Courteous knowledgeable workers. FNP was very knowledgeable and had a great bedside manner. Would highly recommend Sara. Have gone there before and have always been pleased.
Maybe the best care, ever!! Candace and Madeline, thank you!! Above and beyond!!
Staff very friendly. Healthcare workers knowledgeable and experienced. Thank you!
My experience with Adora, NP, was absolutely wonderful! She was thorough, listened patiently and answered all of my questions and then offered many insightful diagnostic possibilities! Very professional!
Best experience I,ve had at an Urgent Care. Prompt staff, friendly and professional service. Thorough and compassionate with treatment.Would highly recommend this location.
There great. They were at capacity and my daughter was having breathing and a little chest pain. They took great care of her. I only go to this urgent care.
Truly appreciate that this urgent care is open later than others. Although it was walk-in only at the time of night that I got sick, the front desk was accurate in their time estimate until my turn and they let me lay in my car for the 45 minute wait. The doctor I saw (Adora) was compassionate, attentive and knowledgeable. Even at almost midnight, she treated me like I was her first patient of the day. Her suggestions helped me feel better pretty quickly and Im grateful I decided to go to urgent care instead of suffering through my stomach virus at home.
Easy appointment made online. Great care in a short amount of time. Friendly helpful staff!
Location lied about being able to do x-rays. After booking the appointment I called to verify they could take an x-ray. I had to wait on hold for over an hour and was told they could do the x-rays at the appointment. Showed up, waited an hour to be seen by a provider and they couldnt do the x-ray because the machine was broken and no one was scheduled that could take them. Scheduling issues I get, but being lied to is unacceptable. Was told we needed an x-ray and send somewhere else. Basically worthless visit and a waste of money when they knew they could not actually help us. Only positive was that the office staff were friendly and sympathetic even if unable to do anything to help.
Went in with hopes of being seen by a doctor. More than an hour wait. Considering that I had to go to work at 4am I declined to stay not to mention that someone was smoking inside because it smelled of smoke. The place reminded me of a third world medical clinic- babies crying, lack of lighting inside and outside and people in need of care everywhere, with the homeless outside hitting the sick up for money. I won’t be back.
The PA we saw was great however they did not have XRay available despite the website saying they did. No X-ray tech was onsite at time of our visit. Slightly frustrating that we had to get an order to go somewhere else. Despite the X-ray issue The care we received was great for an urgent care.
Your receptionist was great but you your time to be seen was a disaster, an hour and half was to long.
Nice people, gross office. Needs updates and cleaning. Small waiting room with every sick person jamming their hands into the mask box. Why not have the obviously ill and most likely contagious stay in their vehicles. If you werent sick going in, you will be before leaving.
Very thorough. Im a nurse & didnt want to go & wait forever. The care was excellent ‼️So glad I went to get checked.
It took a little longer than expected but everyone was so great! The front desk staff, the nurses, and the PA-all top notch. Friendly, efficient and caring.
Staff is very helpful and caring. The service and treatment were quick and efficient. By far the best Urgent Care Ive been to in a while. Edwin did a fantastic job.
Trash!! The front office staff was soo rude and demanding during my visit as if the patients are on their time and they seemed very irritated to just sit there and get ill/injured people checked in/out.
Many people needing care today. The wait times were excessive. If the traffic was typical then this place is understaffed. The workers were pleasant but not overly friendly. The front desk workers could use some training in how to greet patients with a smile and be a little more engaging. The actual doctor visit was quick and she was very pleasant and efficient.Make sure you call ahead and set an appointment before you go.
Very Professional staff, friendlypatient, cordial & top-notch skilled.
I had an urgent problem and they fit me in the same day. From the phone call to schedule to the front desk and the medical staff, I was treated kindly and efficiently. Thank you for being completely there when I needed you!
Made an appointment ahead of time and was in and out in less than an hour. All the staff was super nice and considerate
Booked online appt but needed to go sooner. Staff took us 45mins before booked time. Saw same doctor as visit in August, so continuity of care welcomed.Would recommend due to level of care and staff.
They were excellent tonight after seeing my son, he needed stitches and got us seen and out quickly. I know there has been times where I have waited but I have been there several times prior. Thank you guys for helping him!Only thing to nit pick, the room needed a deeper clean but otherwise good visit.
