Rapid Labs gave us the best covid test experience we have ever recived for a family of 7. Epsecially Heidi, was sweet and curtious, after we have had a long flight from Oslo, Norway. I recommend this place to everyone.

The woman who was running the show when I arrived was so pleasant.. she was a doll from the start and super accommodating the entire time. Was gentle with the test, and was just a treat to be treated by.. only issue I had was insurance isn’t accepted, but results were very quick. Great business and ethics, go here!

Quick, clean and incredibly helpful. We did our Antigen tests yesterday and received our results within 10 minutes. Soon after I realized the put in the wrong DOB for my daughter and the woman at the clinic was so helpful and quickly sent over a revised form!!

My friend and I we’re leaving on a cruise and quest diagnostics did not give us information on our Covid test. Haydee was amazing when we called and said she would put us down for an appointment at 2:30 since I was unable to use the Internet. The place was immaculate and Haydee was so courteous and so kind we were in and out within our 15 minutes and had everything we needed to take our cruise.

Quick and very easy. Took our mandatory covid tests here before going on cruise. Cost $ 79 per rapid test. Results by email after 15 mins. Couldnt find anything cheaper in Miami, so 5 stars for convenience.

Staff were very friendly and professional. Unfortunately, my results were not received within the guaranteed timeframe, and I had to call to track them down. They had to try sending the results a couple of times from different mail servers.
