Quest Diagnostics

Second time coming to this location and unlike my first experience this second one was not very good. First of all, the phlebotomist Daniel was so dry and subtly rude. He told me that I should have printed out my referral prior to coming in because my doctor did not send it in. How was I supposed to know that? He seemed annoyed the entire time he was having to type in my tests. Secondly, he used a huge needle to draw blood, which has caused for the site to hurt all day and feel weak. Upon reading other comments, other people have complained about the fact that they dont have butterfly needles. Ive gone to many quests including out of state ones, and have never had any location use huge needles. Why hasnt management fixed this issue if people have literally been complaining about it for years in the reviews? Disgusting.

THE WORST PLACE EVER! They have you waiting 2-3 for a walk in and let all the appointments who comes in after you go before instead of taking walk ins and appointments at the same time to get everyone out and the Employees are rude and gets angry when you ask them any questions because you’re sitting there for hours without them saying anything! I hate the place also it takes up to 3 weeks to get an appointment 🤬 F QUEST

Very fast if you have an appointment. Staff was efficient. It was busy and probably could use more chairs.Had my blood taken an the phlebotomist used a butterfly thank goodness. The butterfly needles are small and it leaves a smaller wound. And butterflys are fantastic, they are able to take as much blood. Very clean in the bathrooms and sanitary. I was in and out in 20 minutes.

I have been there, every 4 months, for several years. NEVER had an unpleasant experience! There has been one or two times that they were very busy and very business like, instead of joking around, but they have NEVER been rude. Love this place and its close to home. So sad to hear they are closing, 152nd.😢

Fast and efficientI’ve been coming here for two years, first when I was pregnant and continued with my toddlers. I always come in and out very quick. 20 minutes tops. I make sure I make an appointment it’s very easy online. Check in the tablets is less than 5 seconds. I always find parking. Place is always clean.

One of the Techs does not speak or understand English well. Mistakes were made. Lab tests were sent to the wrong Doctor. Tests that were covered were asked to be paid for in advance.updated- spoke with the district manager, Mr. Abby Gonzalez. He is really very knowledgeable & customer friendly. He carefully researched each item that was an issue. We came to points of clarity on the issues at hand. Language was certainly a factor but will be addressed.

Just trying to make an appointment is impossible! You get the same 1-866 number for every location. You enter your zip code, ask to check availability and then it asks for your zip code again. Then when entering my name to schedule the appointment the recording couldn’t understand me! I eventually had to go on the website to make an appointment. Thanks for the personal touch QD! It’d be nice to be able to talk to a human and not take 30 just to schedule an appointment!

The staff is very efficient and professional. I love Kevia she always gets my blood on the first draw, she always laugh at me because I always tell her you only have one chance and she gets it everytime. Also her smile would light up any room. The other staff is also efficient, professional and friendly.

This place is a joke! Can’t get appointments for months! Walk ins are told they can’t be seen. The elderly sent away. The employees are another level of RUDE!!!! The girls that checks you in is so rude and a control freak, instead of checking in patients she’s hovering over there screen check in like a psycho. Make sure you go somewhere else!!!!

Only issue I have is they never have butterfly needles. They’ve asked that I call ahead of time to make sure they have prior to my appointment, however the only number I have to call them is the national number. I have no way of getting threw to the location.So I have to go in and hope they have the butterfly needle for my 11 month old......

Deceptive in billing, gives you an estimate or NOT at all and then charges 3x the amount. Bill invoice shows paid by insurance and then they charge me and send it to collectors. Majority of the staff are nice and courteous, a couple are unfriendlily or dont give a s**t.

I just had one of the best services ever. Danny was amazing. I am so nervous every time I have to do blood test and he was so patient and gave me so much peace. It was AMAZING. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!

My father went in today and received TERRIBLE service I am absolutely disgusted by the type of person who works here. For someone to treat my father who is old of age and not able to defend himself as much as a younger person could is just so disrespectful. My father was too afraid to ask her name but he said she is blonde and Cuban. She did not let him in to his appointment and ignored him. She is not someone who should be working at his type of organization if she is going to be treating the people that come there like that.

I visited today and the staff was great, the reason for my 3 stars is because my daughter being only nine years old, they had to use regular needles,which is too big for her, instead of the butterflies, and just because they didn’t have any.But the staff tried all they could do, with what they had, and now her arm is purple.I wish that I can ad a picture of how her arm is now and it hurts her.

Phlebotomist refused to give me proper glucose test I was scheduled so I will be forced to go back next week. Very frustrating felt I couldnt get myPoint across as she didnt speak very good English. Was in and out with my appointment , extremely crowded

It has been a month since bloodwork was drawn for my father at this location and still no results received. It is impossible to reach Quest Diagnostics for answers and when sending online requests for answers, no confirmation date of when to expect the results is given. This blood work is required for the doctor to be able to determine course of treatment and improve the patients life. The total disregard and negligence of Quest Diagnostics needs to be explained.

Horrible customer service. Website states VIP care for Peace of Mind program for seniors or those with medical condition, available the 1st hour of each day. Was there today at 6:40 a.m and told there were no more tickets available sooooo they weren’t taking anymore customers! ???

I took my mom to have her blood test for cardiologist a month ago and results were not in her doctors office today. I think you be more responsible because a lot of people depends on labs to deliver the results as quickly as possible so the doctor could determine what to do with her medications

I got there at 2:50pm this past Friday, and Quest’s front door was closed and locked. There was nobody in the front to open the door for me to drop off my sample. The website and the signage on the door clearly state that Quest closes at 3pm, but I guess the employees wanted to close the door early for their benefit.

I got my app today. Really bad experience , the tech dropped my urine and I went back to urine again but they closed at 2:25pm instead 2:30pm, I called they told me ‘come back tomorrow”. Really disappointment to me as a doctor. They will see unfortunately will escalate it . This Quest is located 11257sw 152st Miami Fl 33157 .

OMG GIGI, Lab Tech was on her “A” game!Best place to go!Dr. sent me with out fasting, he forgot.GIGI says, did you “Fast” for Lipid Panel & Hemoglobin A1c? I said no. GIGI said results will come out wrong. & your Dr. won’t know.Can you come back in a.m. & don’t eat anything before test.Best point is we expect healthcare staff to be thorough. GIGI did not just draw my blood. She looked at order. Now I will get correct results sent to my Dr.GIGI⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Generally a very good experience if you have an appointment. Often need to schedule far ahead, as their appointments fill up, ever since Covid.

Very convenient location. Staff is polite and appointments are typically on time and quick. Does anyone know why this location is closing?

Was helped by Tashana, Vox and Markin. They have been wonderful my daughter that is not a fan of drawing blood was having a blast with them Even at the procedure, Tashana made my daughter fell so special.Thanks for being so special.

This place was so amazing before , fast and the people is very nice here , but now they remove the lady at front and now the same people do you blood they need to do the paper too and taking so longgggg I was there today at 6:30 am and I get out at 7:12 am like 45 min . So sad

Appointment at 11:15 for routine blood and urine. In an out in 15 min and they were very polite. Overall great experience.

My experience is I go to the doctor and he want me to do a blood test I’m a diabetic he want the results in two weeks I’ll go where ever I can get tested and I can’t find a location that will make an appointment for me

You need to update that this location is closed. I just drove over there because it says is open and wasted my time and gas

Google doesnt say Anything about Saturday appointment only ...After 25 minutes driving Once you there, they reject you by saying Saturday appointment only, And then she says that Google is not a website 😲 You should have visit our website Good bye .

The phone service is totally unacceptable. They cannot hand you over to a representative and there are times when you absolutely need a person to assist you and not a machine. I cant believe there isnt a position available or money is so tight to pay a person to fill this position. Then there is no choice but to go in person as in the old days. So advanced using machines and so few humans to give jobs.

A normal place, nothing fancy...the staff is very friendly, they are few but very efficient and friendly...they attended to me exactly at the time my appointment was scheduled...the online appointment scheduling system is very good and very complete…if you have already scheduled your appointment you will save a lot of time…I spent 20 minutes at the Quest Center in all my tests….

Today I went at 1 in the afternoon, there were only three people and a phlebotomist who was attending. I didnt let a man who was 70 years old needs an exam for surgery and he didnt do his tests. He said that they had changed the way they served and that it was only for appointments. Thats not right because there were only three of us. He was able to treat the poor man. and they took him out without them having a job. They are lazy people with excuses, they dont serve the public, it seems that they want to earn money without doing anything, but it was only the phlebotomist because the nurse did want to do it and he didnt let her, its a shame that he didnt know. name but by the date you can find out who it is 06/13/2020 time between 1 to 2 pm

I only give one star to this one reviewed by Mrs. Rubi, for her lack of solidarity, bad attitude and lack of humanity and professionalism with the people who need it; especially with cancellations and no patients at that time, they refuse to serve the people who come there for help; Applause for the intervention of Mrs. Marlen who, with her human quality and professionalism, solved my emergency.

Its incredible that they are so schematic, I come on Saturday at 8:20am because I cant during the week because of work, I live almost reaching the keys and they tell you that from the office that starting this week it is only by appointment, and the most Frustrating is that the clinic was empty and it hurts me because they dont care about ones situation, no matter how much I begged them, the answer was it couldnt be done and thats it, they should take a good look at that situation, thank you

Excellent service, efficient work, but they required me to leave my card information even though I didnt have to pay, otherwise they wouldnt do the exams, I wont return to that place.

Its closed, they moved, theyre no longer in that place, make no mistake, dont go, theres no one, I went and the place is empty, theres no notice of anything.
