I have to admit, I was nervous coming in last Friday after the negative reviews I read. Im glad I kept my appointment and decided to go in to get the care I needed. The receptionist was very friendly and welcoming, she ease all the anxiety I had. Im terrible with remembering names but the nurse was easy to talked to and listen to my concerns. The doctor was also amazing. Thank you soo much.
They were friendly. It took them about 40 to 50 minutes beyond my scheduled appointment time to get me back there and then probly another 20 or so to be seen by the doctor ..once back there she did spend a total of 45 minutes as she noted talking to me about what was going on . Shes honestly been the most helpful out of a handful of medical professionals without Me having a current primary heath care provider Ive had the last couple years . I saw and spoke with rachael. The front desk and nurse was awesome also edit to add ...prescribed harsh meds I was encouraged to stay on after visiting the er that I was allergic too , followed by being prescribed a replacement that Im also allergic too...thank goodness for great pharmacists...I quit everything she prescribed me , am flushing my system and fixed my problem with a baking soda bath!!! Listen to your gut over health care professionals in Missoula rachael Cain was the name of the provider who helped me. Also rachael asked me if I was in my head about being concerned with the medication she prescribed me. Considering Im allergic to not one not two but three prescriptions she prescribed me , no Im not In my head. I wish I would of quit the meds two days sooner before talking to her about it. I was never ok with the plan as she noted in my chart the first time she helped me. Do better please. Listen to your patients. Review allergies before prescribing meds. This is our health and lives your messing with.
Terrible, I peed in a cup for 180$, I was too poor at the time with no insurance to pay, they introduced a sliding scale after my appointment and wouldnt honor it for mine. they turned me into collections, I thought this place was suppose to help the community, says one thing does another.
My customer experience here was surprisingly unpleasant. When I first was given my IUD information, I was told I would have cramps for about 30 minutes after insertion. After having it inserted, I had cramps for about a week. I wouldn’t have had it inserted on a Monday had I been properly told about that in the first place. It was my first time getting any form of birth control, I had no idea what to expect. Whatever, they got the work done, so I was willing to move on about it.My main problem: I work one full time job, along with a second part time job, as anyone local living in the area, we all know how much financially it can be hard to get by, that’s why when I went in, I had received triple confirmation my insurance would cover EVERYTHING. If I was going to have this done, I wanted to make to make sure I’d have money to pay for it and be financially prepared for any expenses. I was GUARANTEED I would have a $0.00 charge. Well two weeks later I receive a bill. So I call, politely I thought, I’ve worked customer service, to find out what has happened and to pay my bill. I keep getting passed off to someone else and no one will help me. So I finally just call again, after I was told I’d get a call back, waited a week and never got one, and explained the situation again. I received one I’m sorry, then the receptionist seemed more interested in collecting payment than even listening to what I was saying. I told her I wanted to share what happened to me, so to avoid this happening to someone else, and she proceeded with “are you paying with card today?” Displeased with all the customer service, and definitely wouldn’t recommend my friends/family here.
The staff here were so very considerate, kind and compassionate - and my care provider was the absolute best. It was so relieving to have such a great support system even for the smallest things, and I am so grateful!! Thank you!
Im extremely dissatisfied with Planned Parenthood. I made an appointment at which time they asked me to be 5 minutes early. When I showed up to my appointment I was 10 minutes early. I then waited 40 minutes past my appointment time (50 minutes from the time I arrived). At that time the receptionist call me up to the counter and said that the wait was caused by an inability to verify if the service would be covered under my insurance but they should hear back any minute. I had a seat. A couple minutes later the receptionist called me up again, said she spoke to the department that deals with insurance verification and they were unable to confirm if the service would be covered because my insurance office must have closed early. She then said I could continue and receive the service they just did not know if it would be covered, however, I know the ACA requires the service I was to receive to be covered. Not quite sure why they needed to verify that....unless it was an excuse. Also thought thats why you submit to insurance and if it was not covered why I would then receive a bill. Unfortunately they decided to waste an hour of my day instead of calling and asking me to reschedule or asking me if it mattered whether they verified it was a covered service. Also unfortunately I left without the service being performed. I also watched another individual, who was there before me and waited quite a while, leave because they could not see them in a timely manner either. Maybe they should rethink their scheduling and give patients an appropriate time to be seen rather than an obviously unattainable time frame that requires patients to wait past their appointment time.
Great at wasting time and negligence of patients that have to go through them
I’ve gone here a number of times and usually they are pretty slow but this last visit it was ridiculous. Waited over an hour for the only nurse on staff. Was interrupted repeatedly by members of the staff when asking what was going on. I was asked to come back at a later time, and that they couldn’t discuss anything over the phone (which they have done in the past). Wth is going on PP? Very upsetting.
The staff here is incredible, they’re so nice and make sure you know you’re in control the whole time. My whole experience felt really safe and was overall amazing. I’d recommend Missoula Planned Parenthood to absolutely everyone
Genuine and helpful. I’m confident in the doctor, she’s been super informative and has always made a point to explain everything well. They’re always willing to work with you so you can get what you need. I’ve never had any problems and highly recommend this place!
They are always kind and helpful. They are not condescending like other clinics in town. They are real people helping real people. They understand that it can be embarrassing or scary and treat you like a human being. I will take mybusiness here from now on.
Planned Parednthood refused to refill my birth control script. Apparently by the third extension of one month without an check up, they cut you off. The thing was is that they only warned me once that an apointment was due. The completely useless receptionist didnt even attempt to resolve the issue.
Ive come here for STD/STI tests a handful of times; staff was always very respectful, judgement-free, and informative.Dont be intimidated to reach out to the professionals at this center.
So called Physicians are extremely incompetent. Med school FAILURES!!! Dont even waste your time, Youd have better luck at your neighborhood vet office. If your seeking help just go to a real doctor who actually went to class and passed theyre exams. Waste of Money and Time!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!\
Planned Parenthood has taken care of me even when I had no money to afford it. The staff are wonderful, knowledgable people who genuinely care for your wellbeing. I will always stand with Planned Parenthood.
These guys are great. I only use their informed consent transgender care but every experience Ive had here has been most pleasant
Really kind and helpful. Have a high amount of expertise and care for your health. Went above and beyond expectations based on other reviews. They are wonderful.
So incredibly rude. I tried to call to make an appointment for my wife and was embarrassed and rushed off the phone. They literally would not let me make the appointment for my wife.
Called three times and they answered and hung up on me every time
Everyone was so nice and everything went smoothly 10/10
Its way more than just an abortion center. Offers the least expensive and most professional sexual health expertise in town
Was in and out with in an hour got my hormones scrips and was a happy girl!!
Great people working here, doing great work.
P P is needed more than ever.
