I scheduled my appointment online & check in was a breeze. I waited 5 minutes before going back to the room. The nurse was highly efficient and very professional. She did my Covid test & resulted me all while taking my history & vitals. The provider came in and did not rush me at all. She did a full exam and explained treatment. Excellent service that I highly recommend and will go back for my entire family’s needs.

My go-to place for emergencies! I’ve been to this location twice, once with a fractured toe and most recently for my first experience of suffering from a migraine that was bothering me for 4 days! I’d contacted my PCP’s office (whom I’d been established with for 10+ yrs), explained the pain that I was in and was told that the earliest I could be seen was a little over a week. I’m so glad that places like Memorial Hermann-GoHealth Urgent Care exist! From the time I walked in, I was greeted with compassion and frankly like a human with a legit concern! I felt seen, heard and understood! The staff, and especially the young woman attending check-ins were so kind and patient! Made sure that I was completely aware of how I was being treated and what to expect. Even with the staff wearing masks, I could feel/see that they made my pain their priority to fix. The best way I could explain it is like receiving a hug from your grandmother and knowing all will be just fine! I would highly recommend!

The front desk service is worst, no greeting or welcoming instead the lady on duty today June 2, at 1pm (I’m not mentioning her name) was non-cooperative when a simple question asked by me. On top, her manner and attitude towards a customer who is bringing business was awful. Please be respectful and stop showing your cheap attitude, grow up be professional. You’re in the customer service business.The physician was very professional and respectful. It’s only for him we went back for service. Please hire an X-ray technician. Thanks.

This was by far the worst Urgent care experience I’ve ever had . Unlike most reviews my experience with the front desk was actually pleasant. The PA I had was in a rush , which was hard to understand why because it was only one other patient in there besides me . I was in excoriating pain really trying to go into detail about how I was feeling and he just ignored my concerns, talked over me and prescribed a bunch of medication. What really upsets me about the experience overall is that he didn’t wanna classify what I was going through as a sinus infection but prescribed me antibiotics!!! After a week on the antibiotics my PCP told me I should’ve never been prescribed them if the PA gave me a steroid shot along with other medications. Those antibiotics led to a week long of stomach pain and nausea not being able to keep down anything and 2 trips to the ER. If you want actual care and concern don’t waste your time here cause I did not feel that I got it .Do not come here ! Some people truly should not be in the medical field .

Seen timely. Was a bit concerned about the skill and ability of the NP to diagnose my problem. Seemed unsure and did not give me confidence that we were on the right path. Called my PCP on Monday, saw her and in fact I had been misdiagnosed.

The staff was incredibly welcoming and knowledgeable! Despite not feeling well, the appointment was easy and comfortable.

I have never had the PA (Adan) before while going there and because of him I will NEVER go back. I felt extremely rushed and he is semi racist. He assumed because me and my child’s father aren’t together and she’s “going between houses” my child behavioral issues? Which is a lie smh. She is a small child and just didn’t want to be at school , she knew her mama would come to the rescue . Yall are better off going ANYWHERE else but here as long as he is there.

Will never go back here again . Tested for strep was negative wanted to test for CoVID but because I walked out the room when I ask was told once I walked out the room my visit was over. The doctor was sitting at desk I was told I wasn’t allowed to ask to test for Covid because my visit was over. Also if I needed to come back I would have another copay. I will never come back here. I felt like that was rude and they did not care about my discomfort

I definitely should have checked the reviews before I went. The staff seemed like they didnt want to be bothered or they were in a rush, and I was the only one there. The employees seemed like they werent too fond of each other. Definitely not a place to go when youre feeling bad, there was no C.A.R.E. Dont recommend

It was really a waste of my time. I went in very congested and in pain. A covid test was taking. Thankfuly, it was negative. My vitals were taking, my breathing was tested in which i had crackling was wheezing in my chest, I was giving a breathing treatment and told to get some over the counter medicine and sent along my way. I was in and out of there so quick. I went there after doing all of that at home. I got what I was told to get and still feel the same.

Took my 4 year old there. They were very friendly and helpful. Answered all my questions and spend enough time with us.

Always clean and they do their best to get you in and out quickly. It’s easy to make an appointment online.

Although the receptionist was neither friendly nor pleasant, I would still recommend this place to friends and family. The doctors assistant as well as the doctor were nice. I almost walked out before seeing the doctor because the receptionist was rude and not so nice.

Very disappointed in our experience at the location on hwy 6 in Missouri City. My son went in for COVID related symptoms including congestion and sore throat. They said they would send a prescription to the pharmacy. We wait and went to pharmacy . They had to received anything. He called back to Memorial they said they would send. We to pharmacy again ..still nothing. Son physically went back to Memorial. Now they said take over counter for throat. Said they would send other prescription but so far nothing. Won’t be returning or recommending this place.

I had a fantastic experience at this urgent care facility. From the moment I walked in to the moment I left, the staff provided exceptional care. The office was exceptionally clean, and the check-in process was quick and efficient. I was promptly called in, and PA Gracious was amazing. He took the time to thoroughly listen to my medical concerns and provided me with a range of suitable treatment options and went above and beyond to help me with my concern I came in with. I highly recommend this urgent care facility to anyone in need of medical assistance.

My first time everything went well…my daughter has her nsurance.. Today when got there I am returning patients so money was the major priority not life… my daughter was sick and tired u said ure urgent there is nothing urgent here… After i have given her insurance u were sitting comfortably asking for my card not even attending to the paitient… Life is more important than more you guys need to do better

A really well run facility. Very clean and well maintained. I was greeted promptly by a friendly receptionist. She took my details and I met with the Dr. after a short 15 minute wait. The doctor assessed my problem thoroughly, had my prescriptions ordered, and gave me very clear instructions. Well staffed and efficient. I highly recommend this urgent care facility.

Gracious is such an incredible provider - he seems to really care about people and it shows. He is very patient, knowledgeable & compassionate. The staff is wonderful as well! My mom and I had the worst experience at this Memorial Hermann-Gohealth urgent care on Highway 6!! The staff is extremely rude and have no patience. After I was seen by the doctor my mom had went to the front desk to ask about how much she was going to get charged. Instead of helping us the lady immediately shut her off and told her that she was not in charge of the billing. Instead of trying to help us she continued to be extremely rude towards my mom when she was just asking a simple question. The lady called the doctor that saw us to try to resolve the issue. My mom then asked what services were going to be charged and both doctor and the front desk lady acted like they had no clue. They insisted that they had no idea what services were provided or going to be charged. Which seems very strange considering the doctor is the one that attended to us. They never tried reasoning with us and continued acting annoyed. Overall it was an awful experience and we will never be coming back.

Wonderful experience! My daughter was sick and the staff was very attentive and empathetic. They were very prompt with little to no wait time. Also, we appreciated the professionalism and great bedside manner of the staff and physician. We felt very comfortable, heard, & seen.

Really enjoyed this urgent care. Felt clean, crisp, and inviting. I like how the rooms have sliding frosted doors. Not only does it look sleek but it also is more private. You don’t hear the conversations in other rooms. I made my appt online, arrived 4 minutes before my appt, sat in waiting area for 2 minutes before called. After nurse check vitals and got details for the visit, the doctor came in with results of strep swab within 15-20 min. I was in and out of the place in 30 min.

Leena Thomas the Nurse Practitioner was SO AMAZING! We were seen quickly and she stitched up my sons leg

I debated writing this but honestly Im appalled with the service. I had an appointment for 5:30pm on Feb 26th, but i arrived a little bit early, mind you i get off at 430pm. I went to this location honestly as a random Google search, saw the reviews and thought to give them a try. I also wanted to get a regular checkup and had some concerns I wanted to discuss with the dr. From the time I walked in, it was nothing but unprofessional. The two girls at the front desk were not welcoming at all, and very awkward in how they interacted with me . I was instructed to sign in at the iPad kiosk that was sitting by the window, more so across the room. As I was doing so, one of the girls asked me, from across her desk what was wrong with me? Im thinking is this for real? Almost as if Im just someone shes talking to on the street. I chucked it up to the fact that it was just us 3 , but my God thats so freaking unprofessional! No paperwork provided for me to sign, nothing. She then asked me if I had insurance i told her no. From there it just went downhill. BOTH girls looked at each other on what to do , as im just standing there. She then turns to look to the dr and asked her what to do. Im still standing there lost . The dr whose a an older lady, comes into the lobby and asks me what was wrong. I tell her all while still in the open talking, despite me feeling uncomfortable. My issues werent no where as shameful or bad to say out loud , but what if it was someone else in the lobby? They didnt even properly signed me in. Unprofessional all across the board. Whole time im thinking, is this a joke? So then they told me about the services that could be ordered on top of the visit. Not one of them, could produce a price for me. Or just even go over how scheduling for certain treatments affect appts. But this location claims they accept walk ins? I was basically turned away. They all looked at each other and told me to try the emergency location across the street. Which I understand, but my whole thing is they couldve provided cost because I was presently there at that office. Its like they just immediately jump to the conclusion that that wouldve been an issue but not one person told me.By that time i already had it made up in my mind. I thanked them and left. Please provide this location some sort of patient care training this was honestly the worst Ive experienced and its not a good feeling to do to someone.

I have a UTI. I have fever and body aches and having this apparently slowed down my responses to the BP lady and she turned into a she-devil. Extremely aggressive and seemed to be concerned that I could possibly even know I had a UTI without her medical training. I walked out. Pursuing reporting the unprofessional behavior at this facility. And yes, I went elsewhere and got appropriate treatment. Never again Memorial Hermann.

We just had the worst service experience at Prime Urgent Care (Now called Memorial Hermann-Gohealth urgent care) on Highway 6! We got there just in time for their last appointment time before closing because my husband had a very swollen ankle and can’t walk. The staff at the front desk were really rude to us and were upset when we came in. Didn’t even hide their annoyance. I just can’t believe a place that is supposed to cater to patients would treat people that way. I wanted to go and leave for another urgent care but my husband said we were already there. It turned out they don’t accept the TCH cigna insurance even though they told us over the phone they did. We will never return to this place for medical care. My previous experiences here when it was Prime urgent care were amazing but this place has gone down in their quality of service.

The PA was extremely short and seemed bent on getting me out. Denied Paxlovid despite it no longer being limited supply, and despite the fact that I’m home sick with young children. Thought I could be seen and treated more quickly by going to this urgent care, but it ended up being a waste of time and energy since I was already symptomatic. Did my tried and true and reached out to my PCP (MD) with Methodist instead. I would not recommend unless you have no other choice and preference for centers staffed with MDs not PAs.

I have been here 2 times and this will be my go-to urgent care going forward. The staff is very polite, friendly and co-operative. They accept most of the insurances , please call and confirm if you have a query.The check-in process is Online as well as Walk-In. The wait times are displayed on the screens and the turn around is usually quick. The wait room is well designed that you don’t feel ignored and are in sight of medical staff, should you have any questions.The medical assistants and doctors are well qualified and makes you feel at ease. The exam rooms are new and well equipped with necessary medical devices for an Urgent Care.Be sure to visit during weekday should you anticipate any lab work that might be needed.Overall this place has a one of the nicest patient experiences that I have witnessed. I would totally recommend this place to everyone.

We went there for a minor abdomen pain, we were told to go to emergency care for further diagnosis, we visited primary the following week and received antibiotic for a infection, we expected urgent care would care of this, we were really disappointed.

I’m giving three stars because the staff is nice. However, I understand I’m supposed to sign in on an iPad, but no one was sitting at the front desk when I walked in only in the middle desk towards the back, but nobody said hi, or greeted me for at least 10 minutes after I signed in. I didn’t see anyone else there. There was maybe one other customer in the back and it took quite a while to be seen. I was there less than two weeks ago for an angle pain, and was seen pretty efficiently, and while I was there, I asked the same nurse I saw today if they do IV treatments since I saw, they switched ownership and had a different bed than the last time I thought maybe they did IVs now. she told me they did last time I was there, so that’s why I went there in the first place today. When you’re filling out the pre-paperwork, there is nowhere to write a good description of what you’re being seen for and I understand customer privacy, but she could’ve briefly asked me what I was there for especially since no one else was around, because I ended up wasting 45 minutes of time there, and an extra hour of time, waiting at home for the appointment when no one was even there to begin with they weren’t busy at all. They ended up avoiding my payment, but now I have to wait a few days to see a credit and the nurse did not apologize for wasting my time. I heard through the glass door the doctor ask the nurse if she told me they did IVs and she said no but that’s not true or I wouldn’t have come today. She just didn’t tell me today. They didn’t do IVs. She told me two weeks ago. the doctor said no one there is trained to do it which is hilarious since you’re literally a memorial Hermann urgent care center that’s shocking nobody knows how to use an IV so I had to spend the money today and go somewhere else and waste four hours of Christmas Eve trying to get an IV

Went in for ear infection a lot of pain. Doctor prescribed ear drops and told me they were also for pain. They are not I have been screaming all night. This is a bad clinic. Im in a lot of pain. The staff called me and was more interested in his hurt feelings than my pain. They wanted me to come in again I can barely keep my eyes open and to see another doctor than to prescribe 3 days worth of pain medication. This place just wants your insurance info to get paid.

I visited Prime Urgent Care for the first time 2 days ago and was very impressed with the quality of care that I received from Gracious, P.A. He listened to me carefully before deciding on the treatment, was very thorough from beginning to the end, had excellent bedside manners and I could tell that he was caring about his patients. I couldnt have got over this nagging cold for almost two weeks but the next day after this visit I felt much better and today Im good as new. Great experience at Prime Urgent Care!

I took my 10 year old granddaughter yesterday. I made the appointment on line, and also preregistered on line. This made check in at the facility easy and quick. We saw the doctor within 20 minutes. Everyone was prof and compassionate. The PA, Jose was very focused and explained everything. She had an X-ray of her foot which was done right in the room. We were shown the actual pictures on my phone!! I recommend Prime. We were at the Missouri City location. Take advantage if doing everything on line.

When time comes for an urgent care visit, you want great medical help, compassion and patience. Dr. Gracious effortlessly and genuinely offered all that on my visit. His name is so fitting. The establishment was clean and spacious and the front desk receptionist and nurse were welcoming and efficient. Im in no rush to return because its urgent care of course, but should the need arise, it gives me peace to know the greatness to expect.

I had an incident with a technical support issue retrieving my test results, the attention and support that I received from the provider Gracious was profound. He worked tirelessly until he found and resolved the issue even with his busy schedule of seeing patients. Took almost the entire day but got to the root of the problem. His dedication showed character, humility, determination, and commitment in patient care. I appreciated his efforts immensely. I had a change of heart after my interaction with him. Thank you for caring holistically for your patients. You are appreciated. Continue the excellent care you give to your patients. I commend your services.

This Urgent Care facility is clean and the staff are all nice. My daughter went in to be seen and the nurses as well as the PA were kid friendly. The wait was not a factor and the overall care was up to par. I have no complaints or issues what so ever. Thank you for your assistance.

Our family goes here whenever we need quick care. The doctor is the best, so helpful, kind, and professional. The facilities are clean and modern. The nurses and staff are wonderful too. It is amazing to get fast help when you need it. I highly recommend.

Went to see if they could see me for my issue and the lady at the front desk was actually sleep. I stood there for a few seconds and had to shake my keys to get her attention. She then answered the phone in the middle of me talking to her. No hold on a second, excuse me one minute, nothing. After I explained, she was very dismissive and didn’t even try to assist or ask the doctor if they could assist me. Overall very poor customer service and they would probably do better with a better person at the front as it seems like a very clean and nice place to be seen at.

Prime Urgent is THE best alternative if you can’t get in to see your family physician and you’re in a rush. They care about their patients and listen to your concerns. I am so grateful they have opened and have always been there whenever we have had an emergency need! Thank you Prime for taking such good care of us!

Great place, doctor was very kind and knowledgeable. Followed up with us twice to make sure my wife was ok after having to refer us to the ER. He even called ahead and made notes for their staff about the situation. Highly recommended!

Cleanliness of the clinic, kind staff, quick access to care with doctor, minimal waiting time. Doctor asked many questions and did test to get a diagnosis efficiently.

I brought my daughter here after several attempts of locating an urgent clinic that would see her after calling her regular urgent care office that provide services for pediatric care. The office staff was very pleasant. Clarissa made sure my daughter had all tests performed in order to rule out specific viruses. We had to wait 20 minutes to get the results, but during that time, they checked in on us occasionally. Afterwards, the physician came in to check on my daughter and it turned out that he was also the owner. Their customer service was excellent and I would highly recommend this location for your urgent care needs. Not to mention, their office is very clean as well. Try them out! You will not be disappointed.

The front desk staff is very welcoming and professional. We were acknowledged as soon as we walked in the door, she said she would be with us in a minute and instructed us to take a seat. The check-in process was seamless. My daughter was a bit nervous about the discomfort of taking the flu and Covid test. The nurse calmed her down and made sure she comfortable during the test. Once the test results were ready the Dr. came in and showed us the positive flu result and gave us clear instructions on how to care for her. I was very pleased with our experience at Prime Urgent Care Missouri City.

My family has visited Prime Urgent care several times for different sick care & urgent visits. The staff their has been excellent and very welcoming. They spent time with us to address our needs & never rushed. The staff and provider made sure we felt comfortable and most importantly how to address our sick care. Their expertise was impressive. The clinic is very nice, new and has non-hospital/clinic feel. I highly recommend & encourage going to Prime Urgent care for excellent treatment.

I arrived at 7:40AM as I unfortunately burnt the cornea of my eye with my curling iron a few minutes earlier, and one of the receptionist was kind enough to let me know to go ahead and sign up for an appointment to get in line and do my paper work online as they didn’t open until 8AM. I signed up, and luckily was able to book at 8:20AM. Within a couple of minutes of walking in, they were able to walk me into a room. The doctor checked my eye as best as he could, but unfortunately since he didn’t have the right equipment as he’s not an eye specialist there wasn’t much else that he could do. However, he was quick and kind enough to call to around for optometrists in the area that would be able to see me on an emergency status. Lucky for me, he was able to locate one that had an appointment available for 10:30AM on that same day. I was absolutely grateful that he took the time to call around as I was in so much pain, and useless really as I couldn’t keep my eyes open. Definitely recommend coming here, they will do what they can to assist and take care of you. Thank you doctor, I’m all better today and able to write this review.

My son went in today because he has had body aches, severe migraine, and lethargy for 4 days. They told him they couldn’t do anything for him!! To make an appointment with his GP on Monday!! Didn’t even offer a COVID test and still charged him!!!Saturday-2/10/24

They were fast, friendly and thorough. I called Sat morning as a walk-in and was seen working 30 min of my arrival. Although no one wants to return to urgent care since that means you don’t feel well. I would rather go to Prime over any other urgent care in Missouri City

The care I received for a cut requiring stitches was excellent. I was able to set up my appointment online so that when I arrived no paperwork was required and I was attended to promptly. My PA was very knowledgeable, skilled, and kind and delivered very thorough care. The nurse tech was great, too, as was the front staff. Thanks for making everything a breeze!

This place is fabulous, very short wait, the ER doc named Gracious was absolutely fantastic and very caring and knowledgeable as well as personable. I felt very comfortable there. Staff was also great. I never leave reviews but I had such a great experience I thought I needed to share. Thank you Prime urgent care!

Game here with my husband and the ladies upfront were very unprofessional and rude. I still manage to not get upset and go with the flow as I really needed to get tested since our symptoms were developing. No manners whatsoever .. really disappointed this moved to Memorial.

My sister experienced an emergency at Color Guard practice and needed emergency sutures. The check in - check out process was smooth from beginning to end. The NP had the BEST bedside manner, provided education, laughs and gentle care. A great experience during an emergency. Thank you to the entire staff.

This was our first visit and it was a great experience. Im big on customer service and professionalism and they exceeded my expectations from start to finish. Dr. Gracious is the absolute best! Check them out, you will not regret.

Ive visited this clinic 3 times. Once for me and once for each of my kids and every experience was great. Very easy sign in process, no paperwork, quick testing, and the providers always gave a thorough and complete assessment! They earned my 5 star rating!

Waste of $50! Hubby was diagnosed w/flu at another urgent care; he was given a shot and prescriptions. I started feeling bad the next day and went to be tested at the other urgent care. I was negative, so they did not give me the shot, but prescribed meds as a preventative measure. I started getting all signs of the flu later that night. The urgent care we went to was closed (Christmas Day), so we went to this one to get me the shot. Ive gotten Steriod shots before, when I had the flu; as I was told it would help w/the pains. The PA here, Adan Castro, would not give me the shot; that is the only reason I came here. Very disappointed that prevous PCPs and other urgent care facilities gave a steriod shot, but he is only one to deny me. So, took my $50 for nothing!

They were pretty fast and the place is very clean . Not too busy . My only complaint is my daughter came in for upper respiratory symptoms and the provider never listened to her heart and lung sounds . My chief complaint was increased work of breath , supraclavicular retractions, and congestion. She didn’t lift up her shirt to assess her chest or listen to her heart or lungs.

Visited clinic after being turned away by my primary care doctor for a respiratory concern the same day. Wait time was not too long and staff was very attentive and thorough. Provider addressed all my concerns. I received better care here than walking into my primary care doctor’s office. Would definitely come back for acute issues.

This center was the absolute best experience I have ever had with an Urgent Care. First off, the staff was absolutely amazing and so helpful. They made sure that we were welcomed and helped. We needed COVID tests and something extra from the provider and they were more than willing to help when other places refused to help us. They were very thorough with everything and my family and I are very thankful for all they have helped us with. If you need to be properly taken care of and need a provider to hear and listen to you, Prime Urgent Care is the best place to go.

New and very clean facilities, courteous and professional service, and care and above all helpful information of the process and procedures of your visit and aftercare with probable follow-ups.I would recommend this facility to a family member or a friend.

The young lady up front was amazing. She was very kind and understanding of the pain I was in and did everything she could to make me feel comfortable. My experience with other urgent cares haven’t been the greatest but this one is the best I’ve visited. I would recommend them to everyone I know. I don’t remember her name but she deserves a raise.

The whole team are very professional. Gracious John, PA is knowledgeable and he has excellent bedside manner . These qualities allowed me to immediately trust his plan for my care. Also, The check in process was seamless with a minimal wait time. I will definitely return for my urgent care needs.

This is my second time visiting because theres no waiting and it was cheaper than my doctors visit. Plus, the service was great. They sent over a prescription and accurately took care of the issues. Also, if youre tech savvy, you can easily up load all documents such as insurance card and ID beforehand. This place makes it easier and convenient to get great service.

I went there skin problem including rashes, swelling, severe itching to kill me.I got steroids shot and prescription with medicine and ointment.It worked and is working not to itch andswelling goes down, rashes is fading.Dr. Gracious was so generous and willingly listened to my symptoms and full of thoughtfulness, even he followed up to call me if my condition was better or not two times.I really recommend you whatever health problem you have, just go and talk to him.

I didn’t need to go to an emergency room but I wanted to get a recent surgical incision checked and my surgeon wasn’t available. Turns out if I would have gone to the ER, I would have had to pay a $100.00 deductible when I walked in the door. Plus ER doctors like to bill you later for usually exorbitant fees because they are “out-of-network”, even though the hospital is in network. Urgent Care locations only charge you your deductible, $20.00 in my case, then the total was paid by my insurance. I searched google for an urgent care near to my home. Prime Urgent Care is very close. I read the reviews which were great-4.9.I was able to make an appointment and register online. I was only 5 minutes away. When I went in, the front staff was very friendly. The whole building was extremely clean. I didn’t have to wait, and they took my into a room. An assistant came right away and took down information and checked my vitals. Right after she was done a PA came in and was very welcoming. A doctor joined the PA, but the PA did most of the talking. He was very thorough and once he told me his opinion and treatment plan I agreed. He took a conservative approach and I was happy with his assessment. He decided to put me on antibiotics and even called my surgeon to let him know what he was going to do. My surgeon agreed with his treatment plan. I like how he went the extra distance.I definitely felt good for going there and if I ever need urgent care in the future, I will choose Prime Urgent Care in Missouri City, TX

My family and I came for a clinic visit at this location and had an amazing experience. The staff was helpful and organized. The environment was very clean. The provider spent adequate time with us and explained the process thoroughly. Would definitely recommend this clinic for your urgent needs.

We needed certificates with a negative Covid result within a specific time frame to be able to travel (we’re going on a cruise out of Galveston.). I called, they sent me forms via text. We were in & out very quickly. Staff was very professional & quick. They were able to process our insurance before we arrived, so it was a very simple process for us. Convenient, professional & a nice facility. I definitely recommend this place.

The facility is easy to find. It’s right off of Hwy 6 near Sienna in case you are familiar with the area. I called before I arrived to find out if they accept my insurance. I was informed there is a tool available online or a link could be sent to me to confirm that information. I was already 3 min away so the receptionist verified over the phone. The registration process took about 5 minutes. As expected, my ID and insurance card were requested after I was asked what my visit was regarding. My waiting period was shorter than the time it took me to complete registration but there weren’t any other patients in from what I could observe. As soon as I was assigned to a room, my vitals were taken and we discussed my issue in further detail. The young lady who checked my blood pressure was so pleasant to chat with. I believe her name was Itzy but I’m not for certain. Once the Assisting Physician walked in we talked a bit and he also made me feel comfortable. He also reassured me that my concerns and reason for my visit were the best choice I could make for myself rather than try to diagnose and treat myself at home. I was examined and at the end of my visit the Asst. Physician checked with me to see if I had any other questions or concerns. I did not so my visit was concluded. All in all, it was a stress free, comfortable visit and the staff was very attentive.

My daughter visited what was previously Prime urgent care in Sienna today, and the greeting by the employees was deplorable! They did not smile they all seemed as though they did not want to be at work. Never experienced that with the previous ownership!

I received good service from the Physician Assistant working when I visited, my complaint is about their billing. I told the receptionist I have a high deductible insurance plan and would just pay the $100 for cash visit, which she was fine with. She didnt give me a receipt but said it would be emailed, which I never received.Imagine my surprise a few months after my visit I receive an additional bill , even though I paid for the cash visit when I was there. I didnt have any lab work done just a simple visit and the PA wrote me a prescription. I would not recommend visiting prime urgent care.

EXCELLENT! Was able to get in line on-line via the website. Walked in and was roomed immediately. The front-end staff and PA were friendly and attentive to my needs. Most importantly they took time to listen and address any questions I had. I was pleased with the cleanliness and aesthetics. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped. I will happily recommend this facility and have now made it my go-to for any urgent care needs.

Ive been here a few times and each encounter was fast, efficient, personable, and knowledgeable. The service is impeccable and the facility is spotless. This is the only urgent care we go to anymore. They also take insurance orncash payments shouldn you need to utilize their extensive services. Highly recommend.

I am new to this area - like moved in 3 days ago- and couldn’t get in to see my regular doc. The staff at Prime was so friendly, helpful and went out if their way to help resolve an insurance issue. The medical care was very good. I hope I don’t need to return but it’s good to know they are there and I will and have already recommended them!

I dont know if anyone else works here but I need a clone of the young black lady that checks you in and the physicians Gracious at every Prime. These two are amazing in every aspect of the job. I have a special child and to not feel move overwhelmed whenever dealing with a sick or injured 3 yr old, they make my visit comfortable. Thank you both.

Very fast service, in and out. Clean and spacious facility; excellent location off hwy 6. PA who assisted me was very thorough and listened to concerns quite well. Probably best to get there early when they open at 8AM. Was out of there in 45 minutes. Highly recommend!

Upon my arrival, I met with the professional front desk clerk; she took my information and got me in right away. The nurse practitioner was very accommodating to my needs. Absolutely Top Notch! Extremely clean and welcoming. Easy checkin and low wait time. Nurses were friendly and amazing. They actually care about making you feel better, and dont treat you like just a number. I went for a cyst in my ear after an ENT surgeon told me that he could not do anything for me and referred me to a colleague of his which wouldnt be able to see me for another 2 months. But at Prime Urgent Care the Nurse Practitioner explained what she could do, then drained the cyst within 15 minutes. Instant relief!!! She prescribed me antibiotics. My Family has visited other urgent care facilities in the area and none of them are as good as Prime!

Although had an initial unwelcoming experience at check-in, I decided to go back. It really did feel welcoming the second time around.Alerts are very convenient ( text to tell you appointment is confirmed and to tell you 20min until your appointment) but if there is an extensive wait time, perhaps disabling the alerts or updating to mention the delay maybe helpful to manage expectations at arrival.

This was my second time getting care at this facility. The Nurse and the NP that cared for me were fantastic. Their patient bedside manner was exactly what I needed. They explained protocols as it relates to Covid and were really concerned about me and my after visit care. Great day at Prime Urgent Care- Mo City! Walked in for discomfort and signs of cold/sinuses. Savannah was very courteous from the moment I walked in. She as well as Manoj made me feel comfortable and at ease. They both displayed care and concern and was very thorough. Manoj gave me clarity about my options for tests and assured me I would be called with my results. I was in and out in approximately 45 minutes! Overall the facility was clean and I was very satisfied with their service. Thank you for your friendly and complete patient care.

Nice staff, clean, wonderful drs. I was a walk-in once and scheduled an appt for the other two and the wait was no longer than 5-10mins. I needed an X-ray and couldn’t believe that I didn’t have to go somewhere else to get it done. They did it in the same room and got my results before I left the office. I’m very happy.

PA Gracious had a great bedside manner. Appeared to be very concerned about my needs. Was very thorough with my assessment. Very pleased with my visit.

I got sick with flu like symptoms and wanted to get tested and get some medication quickly. Called my PCP, they gave a quick phone consultation but charged $125 and wrote Tamiflu and asked me to go to the urgent care to get tested. They should have suggested the same without charging any fees because urgent care would anyways prescribe right medication after getting tested. Sadly my PCP charged for consultation and I had to still get help from the urgent care. I knew Prime urgent care had a new location in Missouri City which I had never been to. This time, I walked into the clinic and was seen by a physician within 30 minutes. They did Covid/flu/RSV PCR test in another 40 minutes and was found to be Flu A positive. They prescribed Tamiflu and I got it for $8 from Kroger. The experience going to Prime Urgent care was overall pleasant. The front and back staff including the physician were very courteous and professional. Above all, I didn’t have to pay a penny for this visit. I will suggest to go to an urgent care near you instead of wasting time and money to call or reach to your PCP office if you have flu or Covid symptoms and are feeling miserable and wanted to see a healthcare professional and get tested and treated quickly and properly. Missouri City residents, Prime Urgent Care is the right place to think of first if you have any such concerns.

After a recent visit to a nail salon I developed a reaction to nail glue. Since it was a long weekend I couldnt get access to my doctor. I walked in to Prime urgent care and was pleasantly surprised. Very clean, professional and to the point. Definitely recommend.

Came in without prior check in and was still seen quickly. I believe our Dr was Dr. Ben and he was pleasant and able to diagnois my son and get him started on medication quickly. Also most smaller urgent cares dont take medicaid but this place does.

Excellent! From the front desk to the PA, everyone was courteous and professional. And they have the best check-in process. I was able to go to their website in the middle of night and schedule an appointment for the morning. Other places wont let you check-in until they open and/or dont have an approximate time to be seen (you only know how many people are in front of you).

This is the best urgent care in the area, hands down. They are attentive, fast & zero waiting when you aren’t feeling good. I have not had this good of an experience with any dr offices in a long time. The dr doesn’t rush you out and takes the time to listen and diagnose appropriately and the staff is very friendly.

Place was very clean. Staff was attentive and responsive. The NP was the best caregiver with awesome bedside manners. Addressed my issue and resolved it quickly.

This visit was pleasant and professional. There wasn’t a long wait time and I was able to get in and get out quickly and still receive the medical care and attention that was needed.

I went for COVID testing and to get a letter for travel. Everyone from check-until check-out was pleasant. I was always aware where I was in the process. Received the letter easily through the patient portal. Will definitely consider in the future when I need urgent care services.

I called and told the doctor I would be there 10 minutes before closing, told him I apologized for the inconvenience. Usually places make you feel horrible for coming in towards closing time. Doctor told me not to worry we would love to help you. Can’t forget the staff in the front they were very helpful and had great attitudes as well. Thank you guys again.

I don’t know how this place has any good reviews and I am questioning the validity of them. I have came to this clinic only a few times and every single time I was given a wrong diagnosis. The two worst visits was one where I brought my one year-old son to get checked for an ear infection, and the doctor barely looked at him before saying that he was just fine. Two days later I had to return because he still had a fever and ear pain and it turns out that a single ear infection turned into a double ear infection because of their neglect. The worst experience was when I came in with chest pain and body heaviness and was told “oh it’s just Covid” and two days later ended up in hospital with myocarditis. I was not even positive for covid, what I had was myocarditis. I could’ve died under the poor care of this office. Now I avoid this office no matter how much farther I have to drive!

Super amazing the nurses were really sweet! Everything was very thoroughly conducted and very clean! The doctor asked me questions about how I was feeling and wanted to know what he could do that would actually help me.

If I could give them zero stars, I would.I took my daughters there, one of them tested positive for flu and she is an asthmatic patient.Rather than giving her flu medication, the doctor just told me that they will get better on their own, and gave her medicine to stop her vomits.She kept getting worst, so I took them to their pediatrician today, that’s when I realized that the urgent care doctor was supposed to prescribe her flu medication that he did not, and now my girl is suffering because she wasn’t prescribed flu medication on time.

On Saturday we went to the clinic for our son who was sick vomitings and fever. Dr Adan treated him. We really liked his kindness, his prompt treatment and thorough check-up.

My wife test Covid + from a home test. We saw Prime Urgent Care sign from the street and walked in for a PCR test. The wait was not long. My wife and I were both tested at the same time. The PA, Gracious John, is amazing! We were there 2 times within a week for my daughter and he was so caring! Although there was a bit of a wait it was worth it with the service he and his team provided.

My first time at PUC and I was unable to pay with cash. Appt. bill was $40 and I gave the receptionist $50. She was unable to give me $10 change. Not all of you patients want to pay with credit/debt card.

I have been tonjust about every urgent care center along Highway 6. This is the best one. The staff was very patient and helpful. The doctor took the time to answer every question that I had, and he even spoke with our family pcp while we were there! Service 7/10Wait time less than 10 mins depending..But there are so many HIPPA VIOLATIONS.The walls are so paper thin you can hear everyones business which again is a violation to HIPPA! The physician today has on no mask and coughing worse than me.For those unaware what is HIPPA:a federal law that required the creation of national standards to protect sensitive patient health information from being disclosed without the patients consent or knowledge.That being said, there is no reason I should be able to hear what the next patient is hear for or what they have going on with their health!

I just moved to the area and chose this urgent care on a whim without looking for reviews. I went in for a massive headache and they were really great about it all. I’m a bit clumsy so I know I’ll be in again.

I came in this wonderful clinic because of an allergic reaction to something that I ate.The front desk assistant was great. Then the Dr.came in and ask me about what I ate last, and explained to me how our body react to certain foods. I enjoyed hearing the knowledge she gave, then she diagnosed me and gave me a shot. #gratefulpatient, This will be my go to urgent care place from now on.. #happycustomer.

The only place available for walk-in and immediate on the spot appointment available online for COVID testing (2 types of tests). The staff was friendly, patient, and the place was clean. I would recommend.
