While everyone at the Monroe office was extremely nice, the communication with CNY is highly lacking- especially when it comes to such time sensitive medical care. This journey is already difficult and stressful enough, without the added troubles of getting in touch with your medical team. I was scheduled to have a basic procedure done prior to starting IVF.. it was a SIS. They were supposed to call in antibiotics prior to that and never did. I had to reach out to the after hour nurses line to get that done. The nurse I talked to was very nice so I just pushed that as a one off. My experience in the Monroe office was good. I don’t have any complaints. The staff was nice and the office was comfy and clean. They did find someone on my SIS that I needed a surgical consult for, so I scheduled that when I checked out. It was over a month wait, putting my fertility treatments on yet another hold. While I was there they told me to make sure I got my bloodwork done… it had been done two weeks prior to my visit so I’m unsure why they didn’t have it… When I got home I uploaded it into my portal. When I messaged them about it, they said they did not have it. I stated it was uploaded and never heard back from them. Second red flag. It was like they were just done with my care until that consult. I have YET to hear back… over a month later. Also, another red flag was trying to communicate with financial. I had reached out to them multiple times in regard to my progyny coverage. *they do claim to accept progyny, and have it displayed in the Monroe office* . Ghost silence. No response. I found out through my progyny representative that they only cover the NY offices, NOT Atlanta (Monroe) or Sarasota FL (where we would have to travel for IVF).I had a second opinion scheduled with a different location that DOES accept progyny. I had my consult, labs, ultrasound, and my IVF plan set up all in what it took to get into a “surgical consult”with CNY, because the procedure that I need, can be done at the same time as to not postpone my treatment. And there also is not the communication issues. I wanted CNY to work out, but unfortunately they did not. The added stress of just simple communication on top of a very difficult and emotion journey is a major red flag. Just because they advertise as being more financially achievable, doesn’t mean they have to use this to draw in women that are already struggling.. just to make it so difficult.
Dr. Verdiales and her team has been so amazing with my IVF Journey. I previously had surgery and both tubes were removed and this is the only option I have to conceive. I did my own research and found Cny. Affordable prices, they take insurance if it is offered in your plan and really helps with the experience of knowing people are patient and sensitive to your situation. The phone lines are a little busy but when you send messages in the portal, they are quick to respond back.My first visit we found issue but Dr. V did my surgery and now we are beginning our Ivf journey. Me and my husband are so excited about this road ahead. Wish 🤞 us luck
The women who work this facility was so kind and welcomed me opening heartily❤️. Drove 6hrs with my mom to this facility to get bloodwork and follicles checked. The place looked and felt so cozy😊. Even though my mom and I hated the drive, we’re so glad we did the trip. Oh for the woman who loved my hair!! Thank you so much ☺️. You were so sweet💕. And yes you absolutely predicted that I would walk out the office without signing the consents lmao😵💫🫠😂.
I was told it was going to be $50 for a consult with the dr was charged $50 at time of booking and then after the virtual appointment they sent me another bill for $50. That should have been explained upfront.
I love this clinic, the patient care, the doctors, the nurses and care for each patients treatment, but those who answer the phone to direct calls need a better attitude specifically Syracuse. This process is stressful enough. Please make it easier for us, not harder.
Heard great things about this place wanted to try it out had a call with a NP she wasn’t too pleasant, felt too rushed. Was told I would receive a call after that consultation and never received one. They couldn’t give a time frame or any information about when to expect the call other than just wait for it as if I’m not a nurse practitioner myself and have nothing else better to do. Still haven’t received a call and when I called to follow up was told would have someone contact me. Waste of aPaid consultation. Glad it didn’t work out because I found a better option! Happy for those who actually got through with them, my experience wasn’t so great and I will never understand why they left us hanging.
I absolutely love the staffat the Monroe location , I have the hardest time using the portal and the online system and come in there regularly to make payments or update paperwork and they always help me with a smile and friendly personality. The customer service is fabulous I feel very welcome when I come into the office. :-) I just wish I had a direct phone number for the Monroe office since its so hard to get in touch with someone in Syracuse. it would be nice to speak to someone directly at Monroe who know of me
I cant say enough wonderful things about CNY. We started our journey over a year ago and Im so grateful to have such a wonderful team support me the entire way! My nurses were always so responsive, I was always treated with the most care and Im truly gonna miss them until its time for baby #2! Weve had many losses and my pregnancy has been treated with so much care and support, they even kept me a little longer, and always made sure my levels were appropriate. Dr V. helped me to discover my endometriosis and was very supportive in my recovery. Im going to miss you all so much, thank you all for the best care!
I did not feel respected or heard. After I went in to get a HSG and SIS testing I was told by my doctor that she would talk to me after I got dressed. When I got up I experienced heavy bleeding( it was as if a waterfall of blood fell out of me) and cramping. I sat in the waiting area for two hours thinking she was going to come talk to me and answer some much needed questions she never came to talk to me or discuss aftercare. I still have questions about what was found in my testing and what’s next in my aftercare. The questions that I asked during the procedure were left unclear and confusing. Then I call so that I can get some type of help and they tell me that the soonest they can get a follow up call with me is on the 24th of July. Totally unacceptable especially when I’ve had to pay out of pocket for proper care.
Came here with my wife and expected a big building, with a staff that is not personable. What I got was a vastly different experience. Everyone here is super nice and caring. The building is very clean and feels like a community family practice. We live in Knoxville so my wife has had to do a few appointments without me and everyone has been so caring and kind to her. Would recommend this place to anyone!
Lets start off by saying CNY is the best. Me and my wife tried for 10 years. Until we linked up with CNY. If you follow all your instructions and the chances are high that you will be successful in having your bundle of joy. Yes, we went through it once and felt defeated but a year later we came back and my baby girl is here. Low sperm to none and ovarian cyst. Got on a sight called beli for the pills went through PRP and did a punch biopsy on sight after they thaw out the eggs. Yeah its two locations you have to go through. But its all worth it at the end. Far as the front desk they get busy at times but when you are help bring life to those that need help what do you expect. They are the friendliest crew from Atlanta to Syracuse. [Atl]Candace and Dr. V. (NY)Sarah and Dr.Trussule for the win. They went in and found life in me. Fellas Dr. Trussule is the GOAT.
Just had my baby girl 4 months ago. The clinic requires travels to NY from Atlanta however, the affordable cost of the IVF here still makes it well worth it.Don’t expect lots of personal time with the doctors, however I found them to be available any time we need to interact. Your primary contact will be the nurses who are very capable.
I am very grateful to CNY Fertility and specially to Dr. Verdiales (Atlantas office) and the Nurse Anna Ayala.I am on my way of making come true my dream of become a mother. Dr Verdiales has always been supportive and gave me hope when I needed. Im following her instructions and doing the recommended treatments and Im waiting with patience to see the results. They have a great staff and you will be treated with professionalism and kindness. Thank you again to Anna. She is very professional, patient and kind. She is always there to answer all my questions/doubts without rush making you feel better.
Dr Verdiales is the best fertility doctor with holistic approach we had our first daughter, our most precious gift. Thank you so much for everything Dr V
I really wish they timed my ovulation on time and made sure that letrozole was exactly what MY BODY needed to ovulate. You never get to speak nor meet a doctor inside the fertility clinic you just get to deal with nurses and have to make an appointment to be able to just speak to a doctor. Which could be a few days out which is frustrating when you’re going through treatment and everything is time consuming. The front desk has wonderful customer service. Yes they have reasonable prices but you might be hit with a lot of hidden fees and unnecessary test that they want to run on you. Plus you have to fly to New York just to do your transfer keep that price in mind as well as timing is everything so you have to buy a last min ticket.
Absolutely love Dr.VerdialesShe done my tubal reversal in October of 2020.&& today I’m pregnant with a healthy little boy ! I am 27 weeks pregnant 🤰🏻 I am so thankful for this moment again and dr. Verdiales
Garbage customer service. Never contacts you first. Staff is rude. Hangs up the phone on you when you ask to speak to a manager. As the saying goes, you get what you pay for. Consider paying the money if you can to go somewhere else. This is already a stressful situation made worse by poor clinical staff.
Dr. Verdiales at CNY gave my family the greatest gift. I was able to conceive a child after years of being misdiagnosed, overlooked, and given conflicting information about why we weren’t getting pregnant. Within my first visit she had identified an issue that was preventing me from being able to get pregnant. After a minor outpatient surgery that she conducted flawlessly and a combination of holistic and more westernized treatments I got pregnant within just a few months of seeing her. I gave birth to my daughter in September. I had plenty of time with the Doctor, where she very patiently explained my treatments and why she believed they were best for me. And at appointments where I only saw a nurse practitioner, they were very kind and well informed. My wait times were always short, and as my insurance did not cover my treatments, I thought that their pricing was extremely fair in comparison to other fertility clinics I had encountered. I am so thankful to have found this place. It’s not in the city of atlanta, but it was worth the time to forego some of the nearby more flashy places in the city to go here and get excellent care that worked.
I was a patient for GYN not fertility but it was not a very pleasant experience. I felt as though what I felt and how bad my pain was didnt matter. On top of that, the ultrasound tech told me something different than the doctor. It being my first time at the doctor, hearing two different things is just very stressful and confusing.. my pain worsened days after and I tried to contact the doctor - was told I would hear back and never got a call.. just overall a disappointing visit.
Awful billing practices, hides costs from you and is hard to reach. Very unprofessional, and falsely advertises low cost. Doesn’t tell you about the drug cost, and transfer cost. We spent over 15k. They also aren’t a full service clinic. They only do monitoring there. The real IVF treatment is in Colorado or NY.
I was supposed to have my phone consultation this morning. After waiting 15 minutes I called to make sure everything was ok. Then I was informed that someone called and left me a voicemail (never had a missed call or voicemail) to reschedule my appointment. They supposedly called minutes prior to my appointment but my phone never rang and I never got a voicemail. I’ve been waiting months for this appointment and now I have to wait even longer. All I got was an I’m sorry, this is what your file says.
I just had a phone consult and during the middle of it I started crying because I was extremely emotional (was told on the phone that it’s very common to be put on an immune protocol with RPL and CNY was my last resort) and the lady was telling me she won’t do that, but I could pay for another consult with someone else to see if they’ll do it and then HUNG UP ON ME. Now they office isn’t even answering my phone calls. I’m shocked and honestly devastated.
Its one of the worst and unpleasant experiences I have ever had. They started reating me for IVF when I went for periods check. They dont maintain the records of patience upto date, they dont communicate properly. All they say is sorry. But they are so proactive in charging the bills. You dont find the same proactiveness in service.I wish I could write everything they did. Hell of an experience.
Just gave birth to our ivf baby last June 2nd. Everyone in the facility is awesome from start to finish. We did an IUI first but it did not work so we went to the ivf route after. Thank you for giving us such a wonderful blessing.
I have PCOS much like the 1 in 10 women around the world. CNY has treated me with nothing but the most respect and decency...the staff is so friendly the lady who draws blood is a sweetheart.. I had my iui done recently Dr V. asked respectfully if I would like her to pray for me as a Christian woman that was amazing and rare.. me, my mother in law, the nurse and Dr V grabbed hands and prayed over me I have never had any hidden fees, yes some extra tests, but I know it was things that needed to be done to ensure I had the best chance of success (example I had a cyst that came up on ultrasound they did the extra tests to make sure it was not producing estrogen that would ruin my iui) had they wanted only money they would have did it and IUI would have failed without a chance for a BFP or they would have suggested IVF which is much more expensive this place has nothing but your best interest and heart and a successful pregnancy.
The nurses and doctor here was amazing . They made me feel welcome and they were so sweet ! Definitely worth the drive for me !
CNY fertility is amazing. The staff is great and without them I wouldnt have been able to become a mother. Highly recommend
I just have to share the love I have for this place. The bedside manner of the Dr. and the helpful/hopeful staff made us feel very welcomed and appreciated! I know I am in good hands :D
Everyone there made me feel welcomed and made the biopsy as comfortable as possible. Thank you!
Nicole && the front desk people are my favorite! 🥰
The worst. All they see is $, instead of trying to help you☹️
Wouldn’t have had my baby girl if it wasn’t for them.
I love everyone there❤💯
Ok
Amazing staff , The sonographers , nurses and Dr really care for their patients! I would recommended CNY to anyone trying to start a family !
Hello, my name is Leidy Barrera, I cannot stop writing and I am grateful to Dr. Verdiales, thank her for her attention to me every time we speak in telephone consultations and for the treatment received by her staff at the Atlanta clinic, a very sweet doctor, very human doctor, thank you for everything.
