Awesome doctors! I have battled looking for a good doctor for years and finally found her at Metro Inclusive Health. She was able to help in so many ways and I would recommend them to anyone. Clean friendly environment and knowledgeable staff!
I was a patient there for over 4 years and now been out for descovy for two weeks now and nobody seems to care I’m on Medicare and Medicaid and at metro so thanks
I tried getting on T for 2 years in Orlando, we moved over to NPR & heard good things of metro..took them 2 appointments & im now 2 months on vitamin T! So thankful theyve been so helpful in my transition so far. The front desk lads are always super friendly, and quick to get you in a room. All the nurses Ive had were great! Dr. is good for the most part, just seriously lacks any bedside manner.
I came with my fiancé to his first appointment and was told I could be I the room with him. When the doctor came in, she kicked me out. Her words were, if someone is an adult and can speak, they can see me alone. Gee, did you forget that some people have anxiety? Worst bedside manner Ive ever seen. I most definitely will NOT be signing up as a new patient like I was going to. Shame, I had heard good things about this place. At least the nurse was nice. Definitely do not recommend
Let me start by saying that I have a very high anxiety level when it comes to doctors. I avoid them at any cost. Unfortunately, Ive recently had a health issue in which seeing a doctor was unavoidable. Searching around for a new Primary Care Provider, I came upon Metro Inclusive Health and I must say, I am very glad I did. I have never been to any doctors office that was more welcoming or inviting. Theres an aura about Metro Inclusive Health and the staff that works there that is just positive and helpful. Im a rather large man with unusual anatomy and both the the doctor and other staff were incredibly non-judgmental and understanding.Id like to say a special Thank You to Dr. Rudnick for taking a little extra time to talk with me and explain a few things I was worried about.Id also like to Thank Amelia (I think that was her name, but Im terrible with names, so forgive me if its not), who was very friendly, which helped put me at ease and calm my anxiety. And lastly, Id like to thank Olive at the front desk, who has a wonderful welcoming presence about them and kindly took a few extra steps when I had a problem setting up a follow up appointment.Ive never been to any sort of medical office that was less than terrifying for me until today. I was and will probably always be anxious whenever visiting a doctor, but Metro Inclusive Health in New Port Richey is far and away the most at ease Ive ever felt visiting a doctor.
Current situation. My case manager left, they didnt say anything til I needed them... Been trying to get my medication for a week, I have none left. Left messages on the Case manager-Managers voicemail.. no response.. like where does one go from there.........
This company has discriminated against me. The case managers are MALICIOUS & destructive. This company is manipulating funds and falsifying documents. The people involved are Carlos P. Julia, Jocelyn and Angela. I went to NPR office 3 times the person at counter is very unwelcoming. The mental health people led by Jessica are mentally abusive.
I found out about this place through a pride festival, a booth where the ladies didnt seem to care about anything I was saying, they just handed me a pamplet and hoped id go away. I called the Metro office because i just moved to the area and have been low on my meds, in need of an appointment so i can get them filled. I am now a week without my meds, Metro referred me to CAN. ... I left a message on their voicemail and never heard back. I wouldnt waste anymore time getting the run around from Metro, Pretty disappointed in their staff aswell.
Really nice people and LGBT oriented. Amateur operation in many respects though with no follow up or ability to take online payments if there is something due after insurance settles.
If your not going to do a service that one of your schedule people says you do than make sure they know about that. Waste of time and gas. Honestly 0/5 stars
I give this place five stars I give it a 10 or a thousand if I could this place saved my life I walked in there last year no insurance no nothing and they helped me I got me insurance they got me on Medicaid you got me on medication all I can say is everything great about this place
This place is always busy
Vary nice and welcoming with vary nice people highly recommend to anyone 😀😀😁😁
Wouldnt see me for being 5 min late.

This is how healthcare should be in America.
This clinic is the worst in terms of services, they are informal, they are incompetent. Find another clinic.
