I am very pleased with the care that I received. The staff was very polite and very helpful. Even after leaving I was contacted to resolve an issue that the pharmacy was not able to resolve, and Urgent Care resolved the issue immediately for me.
My visit was great. I saved my place online for 12:17, got there about 12:15 and was back in my car by 12:37. Very efficient. Seen by a knowledgeable PA, but I dont remember her name.
Super easy to schedule an appointment online. Very friendly, attentive and thorough staff. And an on-site x-ray machine. Will definitely use again, particularly for minor injuries. Thank you, Christiana Care GoHealth!
Unprofessional. The nurse that took us back had 0 people skills didn’t even intrusive himself and used min words as possible. The “nurse practitioner” tried to prescribe an antibiotic without proper exam then admitted she was in training and had to get another nurse. Long story short my child was still misdiagnosed and had to go to her primary the next day to find out the issue. Trash was overflowing from trash cans and papers were sticking out the drawers. The nurse went out the room and came back in without changing gloves. Very unprofessional and uneducated
I like this location. Its clean, fast, close to my home and easy to book a spot, always available same day. Perfect when you need a care and your pcp office is not available or its outside of working hours. Staff is friendly. Not my first visit and definitely not my last.
The facility was clean, convenient and quick to get me seen. Tobias King, NP, was friendly, kind, knowledgeable and quick, too. Lynda, who greeted me at the front desk was friendly and kind. My visit was definitely deserving of five stars. I would recommend that some of the “powers that be” call in, occasionally, to see how difficult it is to get through and how phone calls are handled. Once through, though, after a ten minute hold, very nice handled by the lovely Miss Lynda.
My son was ill and we saw the NP Patrick who was very thorough, caring and compassionate. The MA (sorry didn’t get her name) was also phenomenal. They made our visit very pleasant, even though my son was feeling really bad.
The staff and doctor was very attentive and was able to help me. He had some concerns on my breathing and ordered a chest x-ray to double check and I am glad he was thorough because it ended up that I had pneumonia. He was able to give me the necessary medication to help me get better.
Came in with an ear infection and didnt think my insurance was still valid. One of the nurses Alexis checked to see if our insurance was valid and voided our payment. The nurse practitioner helped find the prescriptions at a lower price. Very friendly and caring all around.
I have been so grateful for and impressed by this operation: there’s a hold my spot option but signing in as a walk-in is a breeze and the welcoming staff are always pleasant. The nurse and the doctor I saw were both very friendly, empathetic and efficient. I had a sudden and fairly severe allergic reaction to dairy all over my face and neck. I was in, seen and treated within about a half hour, and prescribed three medicines. I was so incredibly relieved when I woke up the next morning after just one dose of each and there was a marked improvement and significant relief to the reaction.Thank you to the amazing team who helped me yesterday. You are appreciated!
I injured my leg leaving church and it got scraped up pretty I was really worried and embarrassed bc it got infected. The girl at the front the nurse and the Dr. were so comforting and very informative on what to do going forward. Im feeling a lot better and Im glad I went. 🥰
I struck my finger against the corner of a metal vice while sawing through a metal bar on a Saturday evening. The momentum of my hand hit that vice when the bar dropped which crushed one of my nail beds, of course there was a good flow of blood. The Urgent Care Unit got me in right away and treated my finger by cleaning it and giving me a list of hand specialists as a referral to be seen as soon as possible. The entire staff were extra kind in a stressful situation. Thank-You
Friendly staff from the check in to check out, I had quick service from the provider who was an NP, he easily diagnosed my issue and sent in my prescription to closest pharmacy to my home. Must faster then sitting for hours in the ED or waiting for days to get an appointment with my PCP!
Second visit there. Both times were quick and efficient. Staff is very attentive. Wasnt crazy about leaving credit card info since I am on Medicare and they will get paid.
**EDIT** Just reviewed my after visit summary and apparently I denied symptoms that I was not even asked… the record is false. I did not deny eye pain or headache….Please make sure to advocate for yourself when here. The PAs will be arrogant and dismissive. I asked if she thought it was a sinus infection and you would have thought I insulted her and everything she stood for. The worst part is, it was the condescending and rushed way she treated me. It made me feel tiny. But, I responded graciously. Also, they did not ask me if it was okay a UD student was in there…. They just told me how it was going to be. I personally do not mind, but asking would have been a courtesy.Do yourself a favor and don’t go here. But, where can you go? Christiana Care is becoming a monopoly… buying up every hospital and many of the walk-ins.
Excellent care throughout!! I had an ankle injury and a wheelchair was provided when I walked in. Tobias was phenomenal!! I am healing and well! Thank you to the entire team!! Much appreciated!! 😍
The nurse practitioner was great, professional, and friendly. The receptionist was friendly and too the time to read my insurance card so they had the proper information for billing.
Staff is very friendly and caring.I did not have a long wait before seeing the doctor. Also, the location was perfect.Perscription in need was immediately sent to my pharmacy.
The appointment lasted over 2.5 hours i didnt get seen for over 2 hours aftsr having sn appointment . One PA was texting on her phone , very unprofessional . It’s nust the accuracy of this place .
Great experience! Took me at my appointment time! All of the staff was very polite, pleasant and professional! Highly recommend!
Patrick the NP was my Provider, he was very helpful to me and compassionate. I had a lot of pain and discomfort going into the urgent care and He spent time to explain his findings and I left with no pain and feeling well taken care of.
Visited this place few times and the wait times are lower than other Urgent cares. Like the place as the staff are courteous and pay attention to details.
The staff I dealt with were top-notch - courteous, compassionate, professional and they found the effective treatment for my pneumonia. I am feeling better after this visit than I have in a couple weeks. Please pass along my gratitude to the entire staff!9/26/24 Update -I tested positive for COVID this past Wednesday evening, about 9 PM. By 10 PM, I had a TeleHealth session scheduled for 8 AM the following morning. The TeleHealth session was 5-star. Jenna and Penny Lewis were personable, professional and courteous, and by 9 AM I had a scrip waiting for me at the local pharmacy. This is why Glasgow Urgent Care, and their TeleHealth in particular, is my go-to for any urgent medical needs. The responsiveness, and the level of patient care simply has no equal.
No lines, courteous and professional front desk personnel, great nurse and NP; just an overall great experience. 5 STARS
I have been to this facility three times, and each time I have been treated professionally and all the employees have been friendly. Everyone has been helpful and informative. Waiting times have been short. I have already recommended this facility to friends a few times.
Everyone was so friendly and efficient. Eugene-Francis Chidex, PA-C was awesome! He was so friendly and knowledgeable. Great guy! The nurses who did my check in were amazing too! They all are an incredible team. Thank you!
The nurse was AMAZING. The environment was clean, the Practitioner was kind, though i dont think she was thorough enough. Everything was explained to me very well, and kindly. My only suggestion would be to tell the Practitioner to listen to the patient. Ive only been very sick twice in my life, this visit being one of them. And i appreciate everyone at the facilitys kindness. It was also very cool how the receptionist asked personal questions in a way i could answer without everyone in the waiting room hearing my personal info. Thats a skill! And i appreciated it.
Service was quick and easy. I was in and out. Everyone was friendly and it was clean. I did get what felt like 500 notifications leading up to my appt. Everyone wore a mask.
The staff and Tobias were amazing! They were patient, kind and understanding. They made a very anxious situation feel less intense.
The first time we went in was about a year ago. My 5 year old was clutching his chest and in a full blown panic, could not sit up at all. With only one other person in the room waiting to be seen, three people working there sat or stood and watched him sobbing and struggling to breathe. They just stared at him. I had to go ask someone to help my child, since I guess gawking at him was more fun. Once he was seen, they were unable to help and recommended we take him to Nemours, which is a perfectly fine answer. But before we left she told me the good news is, his lungs sound great. We spent that night at the Nemours emergency room because he had very bad PNEUMONIA.I went in yesterday out of desperation because the doctor I go to was not taking any more walk ins for the day. I walked in and walked out of this place. No one even looks up when you walk in, they just expect you to know how to sign in, there was again only one other person in the waiting room , two people up front and neither one acknowledges you at all, and they act like youre a bother. This is the most miserable place with the most miserable people.
I absolutely love the staff here! Everyone has personality and they provide a very pleasant environment!
Convenient location, beautiful facility, modern technology, easy to get an appointment, friendly staff, no wait visit (i.e., in and out). This is the future of outpatient medical service, Ill never wait for an appointment with my primary care provider again.
It was a quick and very informative visit, DR. P. Massaquoi was very thorough and helpful in solving my situation with the pain that I was eperiencing.
The care given by the doctor and nurse Stellar.. They also sung Happy Birthday to me. It was my special day. A great experience.
Went for a dog bite the Friday night before Christmas at like 720 when they close at 8They took care of my injury promptly and were very respectful to me even though it was close to closing time. I had a great experience and would recommend this facility for minor wounds, injuries, and illnesses. Staff were super understanding and friendly.
I never have to wait, they are very attentive to your needs. There is never a rush, they take their time to listen to you.
The staff at Glasgow were amazing and kind. I have had Jaclyn Keker twice and she has been on point both times. She orders the right perscriptions and I start to feel better within 24 to 36 hours. She truly listens and is super smart. So glad she is there! I will continue to use Glasgow Go Health for my times I cant get an appointment at my MD and just need to get in fast. Keep up the great work!!!
At the Glasgow location everyone was so helpful, kind, and just fantastic. My second time there in less then a month, unfortunately, and both visits were outstanding with all of the staff. From the front of the house to the back. Very efficient, patient, helpful & kind people. The prescriptions were sent so fast & even helped me move one because my pharmacy couldn’t fill it right away. The results & portal updates were also very efficient as well & updated in a timely matter. I signed up online my second time for a reserved time because my info was already in system, super convenient & easy. Best urgent care I have ever experienced on both my visits, even when they were super busy. You are appreciated & thank you for being so helpful in such a difficult field & environment.
My visit summary is inaccurate and states that I made certain claims or denied symptoms. This is not the case and I find it unacceptable that a medical record would hold false information.
Nice facility. Clean and the staff is always nice.
I went in for a bee sting reaction I was having. No waiting. I was in & out very quickly. Very nice place.
Quick, polite staff, clean. I would have given it five, but for some reason they installed sliding doors that do not lock, and this sliding door was broken and kept sliding open while I was receiving care. This was absolutely no fault of the staff. They were fantastic and I would absolutely go see them as soon as I have another need. However, if I had something stuck up my rectum rather than stuck up my foot the self opening door would have been an issue..
So I would’ve given them 5 stars..until I read my report.. it said I had no damage to my fingernail…my picture says otherwise
Tobias was awesome he listened intently to what I had to say and then explained the treatment
Clean and quick service. NP on duty had great people skills. I highly recommend.
This was my first time at this facility.on entering the reception section, I was welcomed with greeting by both ladies at the reception.I was politely requested to register in the system.I was requested to sit on the couch in the reception to wait to be ushered into the observation room. After a couple of minutes, I was ushered into the observation room. The doctor came in and greeted me. She read my ailment from the Ipad. She asked some questions about my ailment. She then prescribed medications. I was impressed with the professionalism shown by the staff in this facility
It was a nice place to go. Staff was friendly. They wasnt a long wait to been seen .
Walk in accessibility, quick registration, medically competent professionals. Its also reassuring knowing the urgent care centers are part of the larger Christiana Care system.
Always well taken care of. Very nice staff, listen and spend time with you.
The staff was AMAZING!! The service was prompt and I am already feeling much better. Not even two whole days later. I am severely immunocompramised and the office was clean with hand sanitizer and they offered a mask. I will not go anywhere else when an urgent need arises.
Kind staff. Short wait. Clean. Maybe some more chairs in the waiting room. Definitely not enough.
Stitches out and they did a great job. As usual everyone was so nice
They were swift they got me the results immediately and got me a medication that I need it ASAP and all that with x-rays you couldn’t find a better service place was spotless and sanitary and modern… If I don’t feel like filling out the touch tablet they did it from their desk which a lot of places don’t do in these folks help me every witch way to get seen in diagnosed effectively and efficiently it was well worth the hour drive.
Great place! I am so relieved they were able to care for my 4 yr old son when he hit his head and required staples. Everyone from the receptionists to the MA/nurses and NP were phenomenal! Highly recommend!! 🙌
All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. Wait times were reasonable and the facility was clean and easily accessible. The only thing I would change is letting people know ahead of time when things such as x-ray are available so that a second trip isnt needed.
I was in this office once, for a test. I’m not a patient with this practice. This past Saturday was my birthday. I got a robocall from this place at 8:36 IN THE MORNING wishing me a happy birthday!!! 😡 I have insomnia and had barely been asleep and got an automated call, NOT from a human person, because that would have a teensy bit tolerable. Somehow, this call broke through the ‘do not disturb’ on my iPhone. To say I was livid is an understatement.DDSo, I just called to figure out WHY they even have my phone, and to fix the problem. I thought I was polite. I tried to be, considering the level of anger I’d had just two days ago.. I spoke to the office manager and explained. She’s the one who told me I’d only been there once,l. I didn’t see a doctor. And, this was FOUR YEARS AGO!!!!! THIS BIRTHDAY CALL HAS NEVER HAPPENED BEFORETh!e5; main reason for this is the attitude of the office manager. After explaining, I got a VERY curt response. “I’ll remove you from the list. Have a nice rest of your day” CLICK. Not one time was she empathetic, or apologetic that I was startled awake at such an early hour, ON MY BIRTHDAY!!!! Not one “I’m so sorry we woke you!” considering the circumstances. I feel an apology was warranted. I’ve never seen a doctor there, I definitely won’t be now!!!”
I truly appreciated how kind, professional, and thorough each staff member that I encountered was, in caring for me. From the front desk staff to the medical staff, all were polite and diligent. I felt comfortable during my visit. Carolyn Weeks, the PA who attended to me, was absolutely wonderful.
Having set an appointment, you brought me in on time. Your nurses assistant was friendly, engaging, curious, and got to the heart of my problem. We also laughed together. Highly recommend Cassandra.
Easily the best Urgent Care type facility I have ever tried. The front desk staff was great, and I am super appreciative of them recognizing the severity of my condition and rushing me to the top of the list to be seen right away. THANK YOU.Dr Jones that treated me was possibly the best medical doctor I have interacted with in my life. He was patient , had compassion and empathy, and took the time to fully explain everything to me which I really appreciate. I would make him my primary care doctor right now if I could.SO thankful to have this Urgent Care close to where I live.
I had a minor medical issue the facility is clean the service is quick & thorough
I was seen by the FNP, Ms. Fisher who was extremely caring and considerate. She allowed me to voice my concerns and she explained the options that I had. When I decided what I wanted to do she reassured me that I was going to be okay! Her and the medical assistants were very kind to me and made an uncomfortable situation as comfortable as it could get. The medical assistants were very pleasant and helpful. I would really recommend this urgent care to a family member or friend. I had a great experience with the staff here. It might be a wait to see a provider but it is worth waiting because the providers will make sure they know what is going on to give you the best treatment.
LOTS of people there waiting to be treated and not much waiting room meant that I was very close to obviously sick people but I guess thats to be expected at a clinic like this. I had an appointment so the wait wasnt too bad but it was about 20 minutes. Easy check in and nice staff however I was there to try to get paxlovid and wasnt offered it. I had COVID and was just told that there werent any treatments. Kind of a wasted trip.
No wait, friendly staff, P.A. took his time and didnt rush.
Go health Urgent Care Glasgow location was the BEST. All staff, beginning from the front desk, made me feel comfortable. Providers heard all of my concerns and addressed them individually and thoroughly. Such a personable and comfortable environment. The only location I will go to from now on. 5/5 for me!!!
The staff at this location was kind, professional, and friendly. Also they got us in and out very quickly and actually I have already recommended your urgent care to others.
I am very upset with my recent visit here. I cut my thumb badly last night and was not able to get to urgent care before they closed. I made an app for 9 am next morning. I arrived and everything was on time, the receptionist was pleasant, but it stopped there. The lady who took me to my room and took my vitals was lackluster, borderline rude, made me feel not welcomed. Then the PA came in. She stated I should have come within 6 hours, yes I know thats ideal but I could not. She looked at my cut and told me it was healing, umm no. The skin was open but they made me soak it so it adhered some. It was painful when she went to pull the skin back, she made it seem like my fault. Umm, how about a little lidocaine before you pull the skin back. She was awful, truly lacked any empathy at all. I would not send any living thing to her. I got angry and walked out. Oh, but she made sure to give me my tetanus shot I probably dont need so that my arm is sore as well. Just truly awful experience all around.
Worst customer service ever. They should have closed this place. Waited for 2 hours and they take patients who are after us and just random order. The front desk person is so rude offering to cancel the appointment.
Great Experience! NP Lewis was kind, did a great assessment. The receptionist was kind and welcoming. Very little wait as I had scheduled an appointment online. Highly recommend!
Wonderful staff. Quick but very caring service from check in to check out
Didn’t have to wait long, people friendly, assessed my problem, all good
August 2021 visit - It took nearly 3 hours to be seen despite making a reservation. When I was finally seated, the physician (Cristina Bonilla-Cooke) said I’d have to go back to the front desk to determine if I could be treated due to insurance issues. She performed a very brief evaluation and I had to ask several follow up questions to understand how I should continue care. It took 3 calls back to the office and 7 hours before they sent the prescription they said had sent when I left. Not one star only because the assistant was very nice.
The receptionist was fantastic working with me to change my prescription pickup (after I found out where I had it sent was closed on weekends). The doctor who saw me was AMAZING! The wait was short as well. Overall, just a great experience!
Smooth online registration for my visit. Great prep to be seen. PA Jennifer was thorough in her evaluation and offered a follow up visit if necessary.
Best visit ever staff was courteous on time and efficient
They were very friendly, nurse practitioner was awesome and the wait time wasn’t that long after we had an appointment.
Will never be going back here. The lady, Amelia , at the front desk had an attitude for no reason at all n would shake her head and sigh every time she had to answer phone, she just made it feel like it was causing a burden to ask a question or anything that she’s paid to actually do. I am in pain from a work place injury n between this and the ridiculous process to register n the extremely slow moving staff compared to other urgent care facilities just made it a horrible experience. I got up n walked out once I saw I’d be waiting 4 hours to be seen.
I was here for two hours with a debilitating cough and was seen for all of two minutes for them to tell me that they cant help me and why did I bother coming. I came because my doctor told me after a week if I wasnt getting better, I would need a chest scan to rule out pneumonia. When I explained this, their doctor said: That isnt necessary because I can hear the difference. Then she started to prescribe me medication and then backtracked and asked if I had diabetes. I said I did, which is what I told the intake nurse and I am clearly taking diabetes medication. OH I am sorry I must have either missed that or just didnt read your information. A doctor...who doesnt read about their patients before treating them??? Who else has this person endangered with their negligence!?Do not visit this location if you actually expect to get better. This place will just shame you for wasting their time be being sick and offer no apologies or even basically human decency.
Timely, friendly, professional, asked and answered questions, accurate and clean.
I reserved my sons appointment and he was seen in less than 5 mins. Overall great experience
The accuracy with diagnosis, how patient and kind the doctors and staff are at the facility.
I knew going in that I had a bad case of poison but Cassandra also diagnosed me with a case mites on my arms and prescribed me with the proper prescriptions that worked so well that in a few days my symptoms have almost been cured. Great work.
I’ve been to this urgent care many time since I was a kid, the past 5 years or so seems to be going downhill. I’ve been there with what felt like a broken foot and no one could read the x-ray’s. Recently I’ve been there for a double ear infection, turned out to be a double ear infection and Covid. The antibiotics didn’t work I had to go back, they out me on different antibiotic and it made me really sick, when I called them to ask for a different one the woman at the front desk mocked and made fun of me and told me they would call me in a few hours. 4 days later, I left many messages to be called and was never called. Now they say I will have to pay another copay to be seen again since it’s been past 3 days. This is the 3rd copay in the past 2 weeks. Unprofessional and rude
This place is awful! Went in on Wednesday in tears with extreme back/neck pain. The nurse that took me back had an attitude and when I asked if my husband could come in the room with me he said ‘I don’t know, he’s your husband.’ I told him I was asking bc of Covid rules. I get to the room (which is not private, the doors are glass), the nurse practitioner looks at me for 30 seconds and tells me I need an MRI and to see my primary dr. Fine, I figured that, but it was almost 6pm so that wasn’t an option. She offered meds to manage the pain until I could get to Dr. Before leaving I confirmed the pharmacy and that they called the script in. An hour later my husband goes to get prescription and rite aid says they don’t have it. He goes to a few more just to check and nope, no script. By then UC is closed so I sit in pain all night. Thursday morning I call them to tell them to actually call in the script & the lady on the phone could care less but finally tells me they sent it & give it an hour. An hour later my husband goes to get it and again, they didn’t send it! I finally got to a real dr that day and got what I needed but how incompetent! The kicker was Deb, the nurse, left me a VM Friday morning saying she just sent the script, she’s sorry and hope it helps. They don’t care, there are too many other UC to be treated like this. Find another one.
Everyone I interacted with was very friendly and competent, from the front desk, x ray technician to the physician assistant I saw. It was my first time there and I will definitely be back. All was prompt and efficient as well!Just be sure to make an appointment ahead of time.
The staff was extremely helpful and pleasant, loved the new facility and felt like I got great care and solution to my issue. Kau was fantastic!! Thank you for taking such good care of me!
The staff could not have been more attentive and wonderful! I was feeling very sick and scared! From the sweet young lady that checked me in, to the young man that took me back to the room as well as the gal that did my EKG and the NP or PA, cant remember, the care and concern was beyond wonderful! You had a top notch team working to help me and I could not have asked for any better care! Thank you all!!!
I went to the Star Campus location. Lorraine was so kind checking me with her cheerful demeanor. Marco was also very pleasant and there are not many doctors out there that take the time to listen to a patient’s story. I did not feel rushed and he even ordered an X-ray to rule out one possibility. Axel did the X-ray and he was a happy guy too. This place has the friendliest people who you can tell love their job. The arm is much better thanks to this dedicated hardworking team. Thank you!!!
Clean. Friendly staff. Seen within reasonable amount of time from slot held time.
This is always such a great place to go, when you have to seek medical attention. The staff is always pleasant and work efficiently to get you seen quickly. Many times the DR and nurses know what youre coming for and have a quick discussion to understand the problem during check in.On my recent visit Dr. Yucis and Nurse Gabbie were exceptional. They performed a simple procedure and had the best bedside manner throughout. Thank you for being so helpful.
The precheck in process was very convenient. All paperwork was able to be completed at home before arrival. I was seen within 5 minutes of my scheduled time in line. Nurse practitioner was excellent and staff very caring. Keep up the excellent work.
When you call for an appointment, they tell you to register online. There were no appointments available online, so I called. Over the phone they tell you they can take appoints over the phone so when you show up.... they give you an appointment time multiple hours later. Couldnt you have done that over the phone? Not patient considerate in those terms. All registration is also online, via a texted link- you have to take pics of your insurance card. Also, not patient friendly. Receptionist was also actively watching videos on her phone while speaking to me.
Was a walk in for a simple scratch on the eye. not the first time i have gotten a scratch on my eye, i waited in the waiting area for well over 30 minutes, not one person said anything to me. i decided to walk out and go somewhere else. this is not what i call urgent care. if you dont have an appointment dont go. id have better luck being seen at the christina hospital on a weekend
They were very efficient and I made an appointment and took me right in. Very clean place and everyone seems very friendly
I cannot begin to tell you how many things went wrong with this visit. I understand that you may be busy, But I arrived for a 235 for a 2:39 appointment, and there was no one in the lobby until after almost 2:55. They then were unable to register me in a timely manner. It was insanely hot in the lobby and the check in persons demeanor lacked professionalism. He went back to the back before getting my registered, And in the interim I had to use the ladies room. When I walk through the doors he said excuse me, Did somebody walk you back here? I proceeded to tell him nobody could walk me back here to request to use the bathroom because theres no one at the front desk. Even after that I was a palled that when he finally got me register, he told me that I wasREQUIRED To provide a form of payment on file. I told him I am not required to do so as I have primary and secondary insurance. He then said well Im just doing my job and doing what is asked of me.If that was the case he should not have use the word required and shouldve politely asked if I wanted to provide a form of payment on file.Wow there I saw two female employees have attitudes with two other patients wanna third was actively complaining about his experience in the lobby. This will be my last time here. Are used to come all the time but apparently their standards have changed.
The assistant/nurse and physician were outstanding! I have never experienced better patient care and concern ever! Im glad you gave me the opportunity to relay what an outstanding personal touch they provide at this location. Ill definitely be going there in the future and so will my family
Without a doubt 110! From check in - Dr. Marco, I was sooo sick was in & out in no time! I expected a long wait & it wasn’t. I worried they wouldn’t prescribe RX & I needed 4! Walking pneumonia, upper respiratory & sinus infection! BIG THANKS to everyone they were all great. Dr. Marco listened to me, I was sick for a week & he diagnosed what I needed. I was soooo much better as soon as antibiotics & steroids kicked in. IF Dr. Marco was a PCP I would see him regularly! I’m sorry I didn’t go to that urgent care 1st! But it will be my go to when my PCP can’t see me!Judy G
All of the employees were extremely helpful and friendly. The service was fast. I felt confident that the doctor was reliable and competent in his assessment.
I was seen for shingles and received good care. The bill came and I immediately paid in full. 3 months later I received a call from nationwide collection on my cell phone asking for my dob. A database transaction occurred at that point to enable them my private cell phone info- an enormous breach of privacy. I then received a collection notice. I took the time to research my account and ensure I paid. I called them and was told they made a mistake and it was a system problem. I asked for compensation for my time researching, aggravation and invasion of my right to privacy, and all I got was a sorry. Don’t go here because these people are snakes looking to take advantage of people who may not have organization in paying bills or ability to pay promptly or in full. This is just another way for them to legally capitalize on collection laws to generate additional revenue and not be held accountable in the eyes of the law. My right to privacy is now on a collection agency database with no proof it was scrubbed. We all expect good care but often times take honest billing as part of the service and find out the hard way. Fortunately I was organized enough to research and prove payment and not have to pay twice.. Terrible they did this to me!
This place was great taking care of me.And answering all the question I had. And loved the way you can pick a time online, so you have dont have to wait in the waiting room the technician and my doctor was awesome great place to go for care very very professional!!!
This was by far the best and quickest visit to any urgent care. The entire medical staff (the receptionist, medical assistants and the physician) were very welcoming and kind. Dr. Warrington knew exactly what I was experiencing and what I needed to do before he even came into the room. I would definitely recommend this urgent care facility to anyone.
Just moved to Delaware from SC and needed a prescription refilled, it was kind of a crisis situation. Everyone was very nice and the overall experience was VERY efficient. I did the online check in thing and was in and out in under an hour. Very courteous staff and they got me some time to get a primary care doctor figured out. Will return if I ever need to.
Be aware...this is no longer a walk in facility... although on the sign outside it says just walk in and imprinted on the door it says just walk in, you can no longer just walk in. The lady at the desk scheduled an appt for me when I walked in for 1 hour and 20 mins later...I left and came back for my scheduled appt and proceeded to wait another hour...about 6pm a lady came in with a small child who was crying and obviously not well. They did not ask her what the problem was but rather told her they didnt have an available appt until 9am the next morning. Although they are very nice here, I am giving one star because they advertise urgent care as an alternative to an emergency room but if I was able to wait until the next day for an appointment, I would go to my family doctor. Im most disappointed in how someone can just turn away a crying child who is clearly not ok when there are two people in the waiting room. Go to Med express...they are a walk in facility.
Had a good visit and was seen in a very short time. They were very helpful and gave me some good advice. Will continue to use them.
I visited for the first time today. I was brought back fairly quickly but then had about a bit of a wait once in the room. I was a bit frustrated about it until the provider came in and gave the most sincere apology for the wait that Ive ever heard in any medical aid unit.Debra Delaney FNP is the provider I saw and she was fantastic. I felt truly listened to and felt in line with her plan of care. She got me checked out in a very reasonable time but without rushing. I cant speak highly enough about my experience with her today.
1st time utilizing an urgent care center and was pleasantly surprised by the level of care I received. Staff was very professional but personable as well. The team examined me within 45 mins but I had to get my knee drained so I was in the facility just a while longer. Great job and thank you all!
Clean, bright, efficient, courteous. Dr. was professional and personable.
Went in and was given a prescription and wasnt prescribed enough to take care of the issue. Was told I had to go back in to be seen to get a refill which meant I would have to pay them for an additional visit which is completely unnecessary. Im not asking for an opiate. This place is only there to waste your time and steal your hard earned money. Go elsewhere for good service if that is what you would like.Even was told the same garbage by customer relations the next day when they contacted me. I was offered no other solution. Good thing I already went someplace else while waiting on a callback. In my opinion that is piss poor service.Healthcare SCAM artists!
I did not have to wait too long. Staff were friendly and doctor was really nice. She explained everything very well
My experience yesterday was rediculous all around. They have express check in, the only thing that saves is typing your info in on your phone rather than their tablet in the waiting room. I was there 15min before my check in, was first on the list, people further down the list were getting called back first and it still took 40min to get called back. I waited another 30min in the room for a Dr., was told to wait for the X-ray tech and waited for her for 30min, got the X-ray done waited another 20min minutes. I could hear and see them sitting around the desk conversating and laughing. I finally went out and asked that they call me with the results because I still needed to get home to my other kid, feed them, get them in the shower and get homework done. They then decided to get up, get the results and get us out of there. Still took another 15min. We were there for 2 and a half hours with saving my place in line with express check in if I go back it will be a last resort. Med express is way more organized and caring.
The staff was great, short wait time, the front desk could have been more cordial, but the other team members were cordial, inviting, friendly, very knowledgeable!!! AAA+
We have been here the last few times. Everyone from the front desk to the doctors are always friendly. That means a lot. Even if they are busy they don’t treat you any different like some medical places. Thanks again for fast and friendly service.
My appointment was 12:30, finally could meet a physician 2:45. If I need to wait over two hours why do I need to make an appointment?Than waiting for my prescription at pharmacy, they never sent my prescription, so called in urgent care office, and they put me on hold for 18 minutes!!!Don’t they know “urgent” mean????
Very pleased & impressed with the level of care & concern at Glasgow Urgent Care. Very glad to have convenint access to this practice. Would definitely recommend this facility to friends and neighbors!
I went in to be treated for a sinus infection and was given scripts for OTC medications. I asked for an antibiotic but was told I didnt meet the prescribing guidelines. (Have to be symptomatic for 10 days and a fever.) So if I am sick 6 days from now, Id have to come back and pay another co-pay to be seen again to get the medicine I need??? ...And I am supposed to walk around sick for 10 days possibly exposing others or miss work for this prolonged period of time? Her response to me was that she didnt know anything about money. How about doing a culture? I was offered a throat culture to check for Strep by the (unfriendly) nurse but the doctor never followed through with it. They have no evidence if they are treating a bacterial or viral infection. On one other note - I have glaring inflammation in my mouth (which is being treated elsewhere) but the doctor never even mentioned it when she examined me. She asked me to say ahh and literally looked in my mouth for a second and was done. Its crazy how different medical care can be from one doctor to the next. And that is why there are good doctors and bad doctors and everything in between.
First time at this new Christiana Go Health facility. Only opened for 3 days. Receptionist, nurse very welcoming. Dr. Sarvarma extremely gifted in her craft. You should be proud to have her on your team.
Check in was smooth and Nurse Practioner was great!
They advertise that youre in and out in 27min. It took two hours before getting a room . Only one doctor till noon daily. Will never come here again. Absolute disgrace. Over three hours before seeing a doctor and my prescriptions never made it over to the pharmacy absolute nightmare. I do not recommend this place to anyone with sick children youre better off going to the ER .
Staff was very nice. Place was clean. Np was fairly knowledgeable about what was going on with my daughter. In the end my daughter issue was resolved and the visit quick.
My daughter went on Sunday evening with every symptom of the flu. She told the male doctor she had been with 5 people who tested postive for the flu. He told her that her lungs were clear so she did not have the flu and he was not going to test her. Another person she was in close contact with came down with symptoms Sunday, she was tested today and guess WHAT, she has the flu. Meanwhile, my daughter, still has the flu symptoms and is forced to deal with symptoms without Tamiflu. I sent her to see a doctor quickly since I know Tamiflu helps and must be prescribed ASAP. Thanks for nothing.
Quick and Efficient. My daughters scheduled appointment was on time. Doctor was thorough with Yasmin and she was feeling better in 48hrs. No follow up visit was needed.
I went in to be seen 2 nights ago for a problem I had also had back in the fall. However, this time it was worse. The young lady, Grace, at the front desk was very pleasant and did a quick and efficient job checking me in. My wait time to go back was only a couple of minutes. I was seen by Dr. Doug Amis. I was extremely impressed by, not just his pleasant manner when treating me, but also by his explanation and knowledge of why I was experiencing the problem with my ear that I was. I did not get that same information the last time I was seen at a Christiana MAU for this same issue with my ear. He explained things in a way I understood and it all made sense. He also answered all of my questions quite well. From my understanding he is new to the unit and I hope he is going to be there for a long time. He is the kind of doctor patients should be happy to have treat them.
Pleased with the Care provided but Company tried to opt me into automatic payments without asking for consent. Only realized when I got home and had an email claiming consent for automatic billing. Called and had this cancelled but disappointed that they would do this without explicitly asking for consent.--Updated review - lowering to 1 star. Another visit. This time test sample was accidentally lost. I told them to just not charge me for the appointment and Id go somewhere else. Of course it is not trivial and requires several phone calls. I would highly caution against using this center and possible all GoHealth centers between the hidden billing practices and difficulties with customer service and the lack of care for customer samples it is better just to wait until you can get an appointment at your regular doctor - we had the test results there before they told us they had lost the sample 4 days earlier. 0 stars if I could.
From start to finish, everyone was professional and it was clean and organized. The ladies upfront, Sara waited on us, were very polite and friendly. Our nurse practitioner, Judy, was thorough and personable. Way to go, Glasgow MAU!!!
It was Christmas & holiday season and I failed down to stone stair. My foot and knee got injured. I ouldnt not Visit my family physician due to holiday time. I also couldn’t go to emergency room since it was not that serious and it is extremely expensive. I went to Christiana Care Medical Care Aid Unit at 2600 Glasgow Street, Bear, DE 19702. They provide excellent medical services. They took X-Ray for me immediately to ensure my bone was not broken. Then they provide detail info for me to further take care my injured knee & foot. During the holiday, everybody worked in a professional way, so nice and patient. I strongly recommend this walk-in clinic for everyone who need immediate medical needs
Dr. Opolach went above and beyond to help me. She was sensitive to the situation and made calls on my behalf to find me a specialist and get my Doctors office to send a referral. First class service. And to add about the rest of the staff and current Covid issues, they called me when it was safe to enter, I only encountered 2 other people inside in addition to staff, whom were pleasant and so very friendly. The best place to go if your doctor is not available!!!! Thank you all.
The proficiency in the clinic to keep minimum patients in the clinic at one time was excellent. It made me feel safe with covid concerns. The experience was also very timely. I will be sure to return when needed.
Thanks much to everyone working there. I recently had to visit the urgent care with a very very bad tonsils infected . Inspite of no pharmacy’s being open …they took measures to help me out . So helpful and understanding people . Thank You so much to the doctor’s….
I received excellent care without a long wait. They diagnosed my condition and provided care suggestions to address it.
No compassion from anyone. Left on my own to walk to my room when being brought back. Left on my own to walk to and from X-ray. Provider just rushed out of the room when she was done going over my X-ray results & treatment, I didnt even know I was supposed to leave.
Liked the doctor who saw me today and the nurse. Good bed side manner. Even though I waited awhile to seek initial treatment for a specific complaint he heard my concerns. This doctor is A+.
This was my first ever visit, experienced no problems getting what I needed. I was in and out within an hour. The assistant was very efficient and the doctor was very friendly. I would definitely come here again.
This is my 2nd time using a ChristianaCare Go Health facility. All staff made me feel welcome, and my needs were taken care of quickly and professionally. Would definitely recommend.
My time at go health was severely disappointing. I felt disregarded as a patient there was no respect for who I was as a person I was treated as just another case by the support staff. I made an appointment at 10:45 I checked in at 10:46 I was not seen by a provider until 11:22. I was called up to the front desk not by name but by them asking for my license and insurance card at 11:01 and I was told that they would call me shortly. while waiting to be called I saw another patient being wheeled out and offered the opportunity to be wheel to their car. I was taken into the back at 11:15 where staffhad their face covered with a mask and a face shield even though I went in for a sprained ankle. This is the same staff member that had no facial dawn while pushing a patient to their car in a wheelchair. After all was said and done and I was seen by the doctor they said I had a fracture and my foot was put in a temporary split. The splint was crooked it wasnt wrapped all the way through and my husband had to rewrap it when I got home. I was asked if I knew how to use crutches I said I did and the staff put the scratches down didnt even measure them to make sure that they were perfect for my height and then went to go get my husband so he can carry my things out to the car while I use the crutches. I was never offered a wheelchair even to the waiting room or to my car. I had to call my husband from thefrom the room while he was waiting in the car because no family members can sit in the waiting room. When my husband came to get me I struggled with the crutches because my foot hurts so much and as I struggled past each staff member no one offered to help me no one offered to wheel me to my car or to the waiting room or anything. I will never ever ever go to this urgent care again. I went there because they had an xray machine inside their office but its not worth the disrespect and additional guard as a human being.
I was truly disappointed with the care here at this Glasgow Medical Aid. I came in for a sinus infection and coughing. I paid a $25 dollar copay for a Dr. to walk into the room, look in my ears and down my throat and to send me on my way all within 5 minutes. The nurse who was supposed to be filling out my chart seemed to have no idea what she was doing, did not ask any of the routine introductory questions (do you smoke, do you drink, etc). The whole experience was completely impersonal. If you need to go to a center, go to the Glasgow Medical Aid by the Christiana Hospital! I took my boyfriend there for a foot issue he was having and all of the staff was polite and actually acted like they cared about his issue. Dr. Kramer there was great, and we actually will request him for future visits. The only reason I did not go to the Medical Aid Unit by the Christiana hospital is because they are currently under a remodel.
I went here because I had food poisoning and they did not register my health insurance correctly so I got a bill 2 weeks later. When I called the billing hotline the person who answered rudely hung up on me when I couldn’t understand what he was saying because his pronunciation was very unclear and unintelligible. Terrible service like that is why I’m never coming back.
The staff were pleasant , understanding and quite helpful.
My experience was a good one. I was seen promptly and the nurse practitioner was very helpful and professional.
Great experience! The wait wasn’t long at all! The receptionist was great as well as the nurse and doctor that I saw! Highly recommend!
Had an 815 am appointment on 1/16 scheduled online. Have been receiving automated reminders. No staff is there at 815. No notice no nothing. Horrible customer service. Very unhappy with Christiana Care.
My initial Visit was well but nothing special. Saw the doctor who was on. Staff was pleasant but a little bit awkward when I went into the back rooms. If you need anything done GO TO THE CENTER. There is no type of ownership over the phone, you will be transferred to multiple people blindly.
I liked that I was able to make an appointment online so I didn’t have to wait in any line when I got there. They took me right away and were very professional and friendly. They prescribed an antibiotic for an infection in my arm and they called that in right away so I was able to pick that up and start it that day.
Dr Pallavi and her team is really great . They responded quickly and reduced my daughter fever and provided best care for her. Thanks urgent care team .I really appreciate it and recommend for others
I recently had to bring my husband in and there was no wait at all! Everyone was so kind and caring from Mariah at the front desk to the nurse that took his information and then the doctor! They gave him the testing he needed and followed up with results!
I always have a pleasant experience with the staff and doctors. Its faster to be seen here than scheduling an appt with my PCP. The doctors are informative and explain what they are prescribing and why.I may not go back to my PCP lolThank you for providing great service... its become rare these days!!
I liked the friendliness of the staff the were efficient, helpful and knowledgeable. They were also a fun group made your experience more pleasant.
The Dr took time to listen to my concerns and find a solution.
Went there at opening Friday morning. Very good service but I was disappointed because I really needed my knee drained from swelling. They cannot do it and was given phone numbers for orthopedic surgeons. Was given meds no problem but really needed my knee drained. I wouldnt consider this place urgent care if they cant drain a knee. Good people there though.
I let a cold go too far, ending up with sinus infection and bronchitis. Check-in in was streamlined, facility consistently clean, all levels of staff very pleasant, and service prompt as possible. Couldnt ask for better. Have used this facility for 20 years - aways outstanding.
Do not come here. Even with online registration you can wait for hours. I waited a hour and a half to be called back. Once vitals were taken I waited another 45min for a doctor. They also offered a $200 COVID test. I’ve NEVER paid for COVID testing. Wild. I’m sure there are better locations and other options. Save yourself a headache. Do not come here.
Fine place to go if you’re not feeling well but for serious injuries I wouldn’t waste your time. My husband had a lacerated, broken finger and left with a bandaged still bleeding finger with a splint on it so loosely placed it actually fell off when we got home and ended up having to go to the ER later to get stitches and proper treatment.
Fast service. Convenient. Great nurse practitioner.
The nurses and doctors made my 6-year-old feel so comfortable. She’s pretty shy and they got her laughing and giggling and she was comfortable the whole time! Thanks Glasgow Medical Aid!
I came in for one ailment and they tested another and I left quickly and had all my needs met. Everyone was so nice and effective and efficient.
I was nervous about having the COVID swab but the young lady who assisted me was great! Not saying that I want to do it again but if I had to I would certainly go back to her! Everyone was very nice!
Brought my teenage daughter in to be seen. She had stepped on one of her sewing needles that was lodged into her foot. After spending two and a half hours and given x-rays that confirmed the needle was there, the doctor walked in looked at her foot and said, Youre gonna need to take her to the Ai-Dupont to get this taken out. I asked why wasnt I told this when I came here that you cant get a needle out of her foot. . He said that he couldnt see where it was but i told him that my daughter just did the x-ray which shows where its at. It was clear to me that since we had waited so long and that it was past closing time, that he just wanted to go home and that he didnt want to spend the extra time taking care of my child. I asked for the x-rays that were done 15 mins prior and was told I could not have them because the tech already left for the evening. I feel this place is a waste of time and money and very unprofessional and we will not return nor recommend and Id hate to see the bill in the mail when there was zero treatment given nor given the x-rays to take the hospital.
Registering for the appointment was quick and. Love that my meds are already in the Christiana Care system. Staff and doctor was very nice and efficient.
This is the urgent care to go to. So quick!! Very caring. Make that appointment online and you won’t be sorry.
Glasgow Urgent Care is top-shelf. The staff is always prompt, courteous, professional, and caring, whether it’s in-person or TeleHealth.
Absolutely terrible!!!!!!!!!! Staff rude not helpful at all. My 4 year old was in pain they had no empathy. Doctor Douglas Amis was a complete JERK!! he acted like my child was a bother to him. Said to me he cant help how my daughter reacts to pain WOW NICE THING TO SAY TO A CONCERNED PARENT!!!!!!!!!!!!! GET SOME COUTH. WHERES THE BED SIDE MANOR DOCTORS CLAIM TO HAVE? WELL ITS NOT HERE FOR SURE!!!!! NEVER EVER GOING BACK HERE AGAIN. Neither should anyone else with a small child.
The new location is clean and beautiful. Everybody there is kind, efficient, and friendly. That bring nice and all, they were also skilled professionals.
My experience at the Glasgow location in Bear Delaware building one was so awesome Tony and Dr Jen was very thoughtful their caring concern was very professional and they made sure I was okay and got what I needed to make me well again thank you Urgent Care I choose to go to urgent care over the emergency room any day
Went in sick as a dog wheezing, coughing (NOT COVID) and Dr diagnosed me with sinus infection. He said he called in scripts to pharmacy. When I arrived at pharmacy, he didnt call in any antibiotics or decongestant, only steroids for my breathing, and a useless cough syrup when I specifically asked for one that has worked for me in the past. I called next morning asking for antibiotic and 2 drs there said no call my pcp? Huh, why should I have to pay another copay and try to get another appt(which I couldnt)
That place is failing horribly. I went there for my ear problem and the result is you need to see a specialist. I took my wife there and the result is you need to see a specialist, i took my daughter there and they misdiagnosed her with UTI when she didn’t have a UTI, it used to be more functional in the past but i won’t be going there again
Holly Smith was great. Everyone was very nice and professional. She even followed up with me later that night.
The service was fast and The nurse practitioner he was great.
Every employee that I interacted with was pleasant and helpful. I also did not have to wait long to be seen, even as a walk-in.
Had a bad experience, went to the walk in with my husband who doesn’t go to the doctor often so I have to help him and the woman at the from desk told me I cannot come with him. When I attempted to explain she begun to cut me off and told me to wait in the car.
I spent 2 and a half hours waiting to be seen here. They told me only an hour wait at first, then they kept saying another fifteen minutes, another fifteen minutes. I would give one stat but the staff was nice. Never returning here again.
Was just at the MAU in Glasgow with a stuck drainage port connection. Nurse Kim and Nurse Practitioner Penny were Awesome! In less than 10 minutes, they loosened my connection and I was able to flush the system. These two ladies Rock! They saved me a trip to the ER. I am home watching Tv at my leisure.Thank you again.
Christiana care is one of the most efficient health care providers that I have ever been to. I’ve never waited to be seen and the staff works hard to make each visit as stress free as possible.
Very friendly staff. It was very busy day but they worked hard to keep me informed on timing and got me in to see the doctor quicker than I expected
Staff was very friendly and helpful. Took my concerns seriously and helped me out! Wait times were short and they had a screen to let you know when you might get called back.
Receptionist was welcoming and med assistant and doctor were nice and consistent with questions and concerns.
Friendly efficient staff and short wait time
I had a great experience at the medical aid unit in Glasgow. Grace and Tony were very friendly and always had a smile on their faces. I will definitely be back.
The wait was long. But the staff was very nice. They dont give you a summary of your care.
Horrible service. One person up front to check in which took 20 mins even though I did everything online. Employees sitting around talking about drinking instead of helping the poor lady upfront by herself.
Ive been here for an hour. I DID made an appt. Still waiting.... I have at least another 30 min. But that is what their board says....it keeps changing. So who knows. My local one is closed so I came here....but this is ridiculous
Horrible experience. I have been going to this site for years. Never had a problem with registering nor the staff nor treatment. The person who took me to the back did not introduce herself nor did she ask me my name, dont or anything like thatThis was a first for me. Not professional nor was this compliant with protocol. Will file a complaint
Gina Marie and Autumn were awesome. They were friendly and very helpful. People don’t always take the time fo give praise when it’s due but these ladies were phenomenal.
The staff were so friendly and caring. The cleanliness was outstanding. I really appreciate the kindness and respect that everyone showed while I was your facility ❤️
I ve been there for ear pain . The nurse and doctor were so good . The nurse Shamika is the BEST , she was so so good and has lot of patience and did her job really well ! .
Staff was very unfriendly and I had to wait 40 minutes to be seen after being taken back. There were no other patients waiting when I walked in. Staff did not communicate anything either, only asked for information periodically. My worst clinic experience yet.
Everyone very pleasent and helpful from beginning to the end
Was recently in the unit after an auto accident. The staff was quick getting me back, and very friendly. The provider took her time with me to explain what was wrong and answer any questions.
Quick and easy check-in. Staff was very professional and welcoming. Was seen by doctor relatively quickly. Definitely would recommend this medical aid facility.
I just had the most wonderful visit at this site. Admin and med tech were on top of things. The P.A. (Danielle) was extremely competent and caring
Had an appointment but waited was over an hour and fifteen minutes
The Nurse Practitioner was awesome. I was in and out of my office visit fast. The staff were all very nice to me and professional.
Went for a rectal abscess doctor was so rude as to never even come to speak to me or check me himself. Just said he doesn’t do this basic procedure even though I know a patient that had the same procedure done a few days before. Wouldn’t even prescribe me antibiotics for the infection. HORRIBLE DOCTORS
Came in feeling absolutely terrible and left finding out that I have the flu. The front desk staff was a little eh but the medical assistant and doctor were very polite and helpful.
I saved my spot in line ahead of time and didnt have to wait long at all, they were all really attentive and friendly. It was quick and easy.
I took my daughter there, she seen Massaquoi FNP, Patrick S. I told him that we have been combating lice for almost 2 months and explained to him that I have tried the OVER-THE-COUNTER treatment and it wasn’t working. ( Basically it’s called SUPER LICE) During the examination he was on his phone texting the whole time. He prescribed My daughter Permethrin topical 1%. The pharmacist Brought it to my attention that it’s the exact Same medicine found in NIX which is found OVER THE COUNTER. Which I had already told him that I have tried over and over. The pharmacist ask the doctor to change the strength to 5% but he refused. So basically I have wasted my husbands hard earned money for absolutely!!!!! If you ever encounter this FNP PLEASE tell him that Kinleigh’s MoM says Hi!!!
Ignorant Doctor. Prescribed medication that made my wife worse . Had to have a follow up visit the next day and no improvement. Have to go to another doctor. Complaining againt them to the Health Department and lets see on the next steps..Imagine paying them twice for the crazy they dish out.. Shame!!
Excellant and knowledgible staff.
It was quick. Diagnosed the problem and provided prescriptions that were needed. Everyone one nice and helpful!
Dr. Adetokunbo Fisher was a nasty doctor who pulled my ear when she was checking my ear due to insect bite in my arm and I said I need to go to work she refused to let go of my ear and now hurts! So unprofessional and undisciplined. Furthermore, she had me googling my symptoms Wow. I am disgusted!
Excellent care, staff takes time to listen and provide best course of care. I have never had a problem since I stared at this location on 1996 for doctor care.
Easy early check in from your phone! Wait time is very minimal. Doctors listen to you, kid friendly, in and out in no time. Highly recommended!
