If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. I have been going to this office for 6 years and every experience is always positive. All of the doctors and nurses are friendly and make me feel comfortable during my visits. I recently had my first baby and from beginning to end, I felt like I had the absolute best care throughout my pregnancy. This office has doctors and nurses who will listen to your questions and concerns. Scheduling appointments is easy and the office staff is so kind. 10/10 for quality care and great service!

Had my first appt. Here with them one day and it was also my last. When the receptionist told me someone FAILED to called me and inform me that my visit would cost $400! Out of pocket prior to me taking off work, wasting gas, etc. to be here . I was really looking fwd to this appt. But of course I didn’t just have $400 up front on top of other costs. Someone dropped the ball terribly and this was very unprofessional. My time was wasted, please do better!

I came to this office because my doctor moved to this practice. I can’t continue to go here. I’ve had problems with billing, nurses, the portal, and communication.At one point after someone made my appointment wrong, I was told by some staff members to not even bother talking to the front desk.I’m currently waiting for over a week for the nurse to get back to me. The doctor told me the nurses will tell you to make an appointment instead of trying to waist the doctors time with non emergency questions.Other times I was marked as being told what my bill would be, but I was not. There is little to no help for making payments. The reason being they have a “partnership with the insurance.”They are nice enough when you are there and I can not call anyone out as being a problem. However this is a company first and they just want money.

The staff was polite and upbeat . Dr. Deyerle is excellent. He’s very knowledgeable and passionate about what he does. He takes his time and provides a thorough explanation to ensure patients understand the dynamics of treatment and care. I greatly value the expertise and attentiveness of this office. Highly recommend!

You know how we all get attached to our doctors and I absolutely loved mine before she moved so naturally, I was nervous to begin yet another relationship with a new doctor. Well I’m thrilled to say that Dr. Godbout is not only professional but friendly and a sincerely caring doctor. The office staff is also kind and professional.

This was my first baby and I was so nervous and had never been to an obgyn before. All the staff was so welcoming. Doctors took care and cared like I wouldn’t have expected. I felt heard and cared for in every way. Physically and mentally. Though I’ve moved from the area, I’ll never forget my experience at obgyn assoc of Hampton. Best experience and care I could have ever imagined! Thank you! Delivered a beautiful baby safe sound and healthy!

I am a new patient here from another practice. I was nervous about switching but they met my expectations. Very professional, understanding, accommodating and friendly staff. I highly recommend this practice. Nurse practitioner Rachel McAdams is a jewel.

I’m a new patient, and my first visit went really good! Everyone was very nice! I really enjoyed meeting my new doctor, Rachel Mcadams! She was very very sweet and outgoing! :) She made me feel very comfortable with my first visit and talking about getting the iud! So I definitely recommend her.

Thank you to Dr. Jafri and his team who always have good customer service, makes you feel welcomed each and every appointment. Dr Jafri always has a listening ear and never seemed rushed if you have questions. Pleasant bedside manners.

Great experiences here! My doctor actually takes the time to listen and addresses my concerns. I feel respected and valued as a patient and plan to return. I started seeing my doctor on a recommendation from a family member and want to pay it forward.

I love Dr. Godbout! She listens and is extremely down to earth. Her office has always worked me in when I need to see her. I’ve been seeing her as my ob/gym for the last 5 years, I can’t recommend her enough!

I’ve been a patient for over 30 years and have always thought the doctors, nurses & other staff are the best! I absolutely love Dr. Basco….he is so meticulous and takes his time to explain everything. He makes sure before you leave, that all your questions and concerns are answered. I will never go anywhere else!

The office team and Dr. N Jafri are top notch. Very courteous and knowledgeable. The only thing is the wait time, but that is my experience at most Dr offices. I prefer the NN office location to the Hampton location though further from my home because it’s less busy.

I had the best experience! Dr. Naved Jafri had been my previous OBGYN and I decided to come back. I do not regret my decision at all! And Jenny was amazing!! I am thankful for the great customer service and the compassion they have for their patients especially during these crazy times. Thank you thank you thank you! Ill be back! I am new to the Hampton roads area ( 3 yrs ) but Covid delayed any chance of finding a Gynecologist, but when a friend recommended this office I took a chance . I wasn’t able to get who they recommended because that person had retired but to my surprise found a wonderful Dr . Deyerle . The entire staff is great and made it a pleasant experience. Dr Deyerle took time and answered any and all my questions, got me in a treatment plan that I could see moving forward.I highly recommend this office!!

I was scheduled for an 8:15 appointment. I got there a little after 8a, sat in my car until about 8:12a, walked up to the door and it was locked. I called twice at 8:12a and the message said it was after hours and that they open at 8:30a. I went and sat back in my car, called my mother immediately to let her know because I couldn’t believe they scheduled me for a time they were not open. This was at 8:13 am. I then waited until 8:30a. When I got inside they told me that I could come back at 10:15a. Spoke to the office manager Ashley in the Newport News office who insists that the doors were open at 8:08a and they checked a person in at that time. She is basically telling me that I am lying as if I have a reason. I will never go back to this office. This is so unprofessional. Lying to cover themselves. Not a place I would ever trust with my health. The photo will show that I called the office twice at 8:12a while I was standing outside of the locked office door. I am a Compliance Administrator for a Health Information Management company and know how important it is to have integrity working in this field.

The staff was friendly and helpful and Dr. Godbout is an excellent doctor. I would highly recommend her and have been going to her for 8 years. My only concern is the wait time to be seen, typically it only gets longer when you go in around the lunch time frame.

I love the office and the providers. Dr. Basco is very friendly and explains things so that you can understand them. He takes time to listen to your concerns and addresses them. I feel very comfortable with this practice.

Rachael mcaddams is by far one of the absolute best most caring physicians Iv ever seen. The offices are beautiful and clean and I can’t even begin to recommend this practice enough.

Had not been told my appointment location had changed when I had to reschedule secondary to office cancelling my April appointment. Made to other office,.with only being five minutes late. Ended up waiting close to 35 minutes in the lobby.Visit with doctor, though, went well.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The nurse practitioner that I saw during my appointment was very understanding and took the time to listen to my concerns as well as answer my questions.

This group of professionals are always very helpful, kind and considerate when I come into the office. Dr Jafri is the best, he always ensures that I understand all procedures thoroughly. Very pleased with the service.

Rachel was great! She was personable, courteous, addressed all of my concerns and had great bedside manners! I’d definitely recommend her to anyone!

Update: Two years ago I gave a review of my treatment at Obstetrics and Gynecology Associates of Hampton and sadly I can no longer be seen there as a patient. I called several times to make an appointment and was told that the office no longer accepts my insurance. I was NEVER notified of any changes. I expressed how I received such excellent care there and did not want to receive care from any other establishment. During my previous pregnancy I was seen at the Hampton office and the Newport News office twice a week for my entire third trimester and now I am being treated with indifference. I am extremely disappointed. At the very least patients should be notified of any changes concerning their care.

Rachel is amazing! Her bedside manner is unmatched. 10/10 I would recommend her to any ladies in need of a new OBGYN office.

Dr N. Jafri has been my doctor for a long time and I admire his attention to detail and the way he genuinely cares for his patients. I appreciate him and his staff.

Dr. Jaffri is thorough, calm and he explains all plans of care in a manner that is easy to understand. Ive referred pts to him and think he has a pleasant bedside manner.

I am so happy and blessed to have been in the care of the wonderful doctors, nurses, and medical assistants at Obstetrics and Gynecology Associates of Hampton. I had a high risk pregnancy and recently moved to Hampton during my third trimester. I was in desperate need of care and Dr. Basco and his team were there for me. EVERYONE in both offices were kind and understanding. All medical information given to me was explained throughly and I was always incouraged to ask questions. I had an amazing labor and delivery and my baby girl is beautiful, happy, and healthy. THANK YOU ALL at Obstetrics and Gynecology Associates of Hampton!

Both the clinic and providers here are listed as accepting Medicaid however the office refuses to treat covered individuals. Really frustrating.
