I have been having chronic issues and Dr Anna was assigned as my therapist for 9 day treatment. She was very patient with me and of course knowledgeable. She explained the issues in detail and made me feel relaxed. She was able to treat me as per my symptoms. My condition is improving and am hopeful that I would have a complete relief soon. Very caring about my health. Massages were the best I have ever had with Dr Aswathi. The medicine given by Dr Ambika is more effective than western medicine.

The treatment provided here is totally worth it. Dr. Anna did the Post Natal Treatment for me and I feel so good after that. This was my first time receiving any type of Ayurvedic treatment and it definitely will not be my last. Of course, all the doctors who were involved in my treatment were very keen on improving all aspects of my life that related to my health and were also very kind about it which made it easier to alter my lifestyle and adopt more healthy behaviors. Overall, I had a great experience and I definitely recommend being treated by Dr. Anna as she is very thoughtful, patient, and made my treatment much more comfortable and pleasant. I visited this place to treat my lower back pain due to Sciatica. Dr. Ambika Nair diagnosed all my health issues and recommended panchakarma treatment. My therapist was Nishad who was extremely knowledgeable and accommodating and answered all my queries. I was periodically checked by Dr. Nair and the treatment was changed as necessary. I am already much relieved from my back pain. My sleep is better now and a constant cold that I used to carry is no more present. It was a 21 day therapy and I would definitely recommend it.

I went there for a back spasm, the doctor (Dr. Ambika) was very nice and was able to assess the issue immediately. And prescribed complete therapy for 2 weeks. I was put on to therapist Dr. Anna who was very knowledgeable and very genuine person she guided me and helped me overcome my pain. I was on inhalers for wheezing and now completely stopped that only after taking 2 weeks of meds from here.

I went through a rigorous 4-wk program at shantigram which included daily treatment, diet and medication. The place was maintained very clean and the staff was very professional. In terms of the treatment, I went in to treat body pains (neck & shoulder), migraines and insomnia but the only improvement was with my insomnia. I am now able to sleep better and feel well rested. However, there is no improvement with my body pains and migraine. And that is why i am rating this a 3-star. Please note that the treatment and medication are very expensive and is not covered by insurance (which i knew before starting the treatment), but hopefully others find this info useful.

I have been going to Santhigram and consulting with Dr.Ambika Nair since 2018. I am so impressed with her knowledge and her ability to connect so deeply to root out the underlying issues in my immune system. I see a grand improvement in my physical, emotional and mental wellbeing. I couldn’t have functioned so well during COVID and life’s many challenges had Dr Nair not been in my life.

Dr. Nair is highly skilled and knowledgeable as well as deeply caring. This is a rare and beautiful combination.She has helped me with acute and chronic acid reflux. When I started seeing her, my condition was at an 8 or 9 (out of 10). And since meeting with her, I am very much improved. I used to get acid reflux every day. Now, if I do get it, it is very mild and the times are few and far between. Since this has been a lifelong condition, I am very grateful for this relief.Another thing about Dr. Nair is she makes herself so available. If anything comes up for you she is responsive. She will meet with you and share advice on what to do next.I feel very well taken care of by Dr. Nair. She has a big heart and is a wealth of knowledge. I have been seeing Dr Ambika for more than a decade now. Her advice, therapy and Ayurvedic medicine recommendations are highly effective and without the downside of side effects of western medicine. When my 9 month old had a bad case of eczema, we went to numerous dermatologists but other than steroid ointment no solution was given , I searched for and saw Dr Ambika after which my daughter started seeing improvement within 3 days. Ayurveda may seem pricey at the outset but you avoid mental anguish and costs later down the road. When my husband complained about pain in his back, seeking Dr advice on muscle pain, we were shocked to discover that he had a completely different issue which Dr Ambika help us address with her medication avoiding a further complication. Consider going to her when you are struggling with symptoms that are hard to identify after numerous tests, you want to avoid side effects of conventional medicine specially for children or for general well-being , I will highly recommend Santhigram Wellness Karela Ayurveda. I am amazed with my experience at Santhigram. Dr. Ambika Nair is extremely knowledgeable and truly gifted. Granted everyone’s experience will be different, but within 2 days I started feeling relief and noticing changes in my health. I recommended her to 4 other family members and they had similar experiences.If you have the time and can afford it, the panchakarma treatment is a game changer, I really felt reset and detoxed—I felt calmer, more grounded, more focused and did not have an affinity for junk food items. I had an excellent experience with Dr. Ambika and Dr. Saranya. I had chronic back and neck pain, but after only 3 days of treatment my muscles were relaxed and the pain reduced. Dr Saranya also gave me useful stretches to reduce tightness and inflammation.

Not value for the money …..for $135 plus tax the massage time spent was hardly 35 mins and remaining time in steam which hardly worked. I am not going back and not value for the money. Service was good but too expensive and time on massage is too little
