OKC Fertility

We have been working with Dr. Khan since October of 2022. We have been through the process of changing over from her previous office to her own clinic and couldn’t be happier. OKC Fertility is clearly made up of hand-picked, highly qualified and personable employees. Jasmine at the front desk is a joy to work with whether you’re coming into the office or calling to schedule an appointment. Lois the nurse is an absolute sweetheart and when she draws blood, if you aren’t watching, you won’t realize she’s done until she tells you so. Dr. Khan herself is the picture perfect example of what a provider should be. She is smart and knows what she’s doing, she is empathetic through a process that can be difficult. She is willing to answer every question you have and explain the science at a level you understand and when you’re excited she is so excited with you. I could not imagine a better group of people to go through this journey with. If you’re looking for a Fertility Clinic that you can not only trust but engage with, this is the one for you.

Dr. Khan and staff are always so kind and upbeat. We used an out of state clinic and OKC Fertility did our monitoring and they have gone above and beyond for a couple that isn’t even technically their patient. Dr. Khan takes the time at each visit to see where we’re at and what the plan is and takes the time to talk to us. I have used 3 other clinics for monitoring over the years and have never received this level of care. We had one embryo left and had already decided to use OKC fertility for our next ivf steps. I could not be more impressed with them.

Dr khan is absolutely amazing!!! I can not praise her enough!! She took her time and listened to every word I said! I have ran around in circles for 2 years with no answers until I met Dr khan! Just one month with her and finally have answers and RESULTS! I know everyone is different but my case was quite complicated and she took the time to look over every single thing in my chart and came up with the most effective plan to start with! I will recommend Dr khan to anyone because to truly be listened to and HEARD is something everyone needs! ❤️

Dr. Khan is knowledgeable and kind, but this clinic is terribly disorganized because of her employees. I feel really sorry for Dr. Khan for having such unprofessional, irresponsible, incompetent, and dishonest employees. The price of IVF at this clinic is the most expensive among three clinics we consulted with, so we embarked on this clinic with high hopes. However, the lack of competence and integrity of the staff members here has left us deeply disappointed and disillusioned. Unfortunately, they have failed to earn our trust, and we can no longer entrust them with something as critical as IVF treatment. In addition, after we expressed our frustration with Dr Khan, we receive no explanation or apologies. It’s hard for me to believe they care about their patients, their reputation, or their business. Although I still think Dr. Khan is a trustworthy doctor, please be on the lookout for yourself if you choose this clinic. Please do not trust anything the nurse, the front desk girl, the office manager, or the financial coordinator tell you. Do your own research, carefully check every piece of file/document/message you receive from them, and immediately let them know how many mistakes they’ve made before they continue to cause more trouble. Please keep good records of every communication/visit with them as evidence in case they start lying about what they said/did. Please don’t let them abuse their power if you start feeling uncomfortable during your treatment. I sincerely hope that Dr. Khan pay attention to her employee training and positive changes will happen to benefic future patients. Infertility treatment is already super stressful, no one needs these extra anxieties and insecurities caused by the medical personnel!(I would like to list all the issues we had but then my review exceeded the character limit. I have attached them as photos with this review. Please read them if you have time. I hope our terrible experience wont happen to you.)

This review is not a reflection of the doctor, as I’ve yet to interact with her! I cannot get a response to save my life. I’ve called and emailed no fewer than 10 times over the space of a few weeks and never gotten an answer. If you’ve got enough clients and don’t want any more, just say that. I’m not sure what is happening with the admin at this office, but it doesn’t inspire confidence! I hope the reviews regarding the disorganization at this office serve as a wake up call to those in charge.

Awesome doctor to work with. Dr. Sana khan is an expert and good listener. She listened to all of our problems well and helped us through very well. I am glad she is in okc

Dr. Khan is absolutely the best fertility doctor in OKC. She took her time to listen and understand our concerns, she made sure to familiarize herself with my pregnancy history and made sure our treatment plan aligned with our goals. Ultimately, IVF was successful for us and we are so thankful for our precious daughter! Highly recommend Dr. Khan and her team.

Dr. Khan is exactly what is needed in this profession. She is kind and knowledgeable but also approachable. She makes sure every question is answered and that you understand entirely before leaving the room.I would recommend anyone to Dr. Khans practice!

This has nothing to do with the doctor herself but the receptionist Brenda was absolutely unbearable I didnt even make it to the scheduling part because of how absolutely rude she was. Maybe choose a different profession when talking to someone who is struggling to get pregnant and stay pregnant. Ive never been talked to with such disrespect, all I asked was to schedule an appointment. Hope someone can take care of her and find her a new profession. I cannot imagine the women calling in who are suffering and are met with such a cold heartless woman. So unfortunate.

Took them 4 months to call me for an appointment, the room was uncomfortable, then they never sent my results to the doctor that requested them
