DLO INTEGRIS Baptist Building D Patient Service Center

Had to come here to take my glucose test. I came first thing in the am & was seen very quickly. Brooklyn was very sweet and professional. Would recommend this location for sure.

There were about 6 people ahead of me and still got in out for a drug screening within 30 minutes. By far best experience at a DLO I’ve had so far! Megan was the one that assisted me and was super nice and friendly and made the experience effortless. Thank you Megan!

I absolutely DESPISE this quest location. The staff here is EXTREMELY rude and completely unhelpful. I registered and put in that id wait in my vehicle (I actually waited in some chairs just outside the office) as the lobby was full with nowhere to sit and Im 34 week pregnant with pre-eclampsia. I was coming to have a pre-eclampsia work up done. I checked in at 1030. Didnt receive a text till 11 saying I was in the queue. Then another at 11:12 saying Id be called soon, to come into the office. So i walked in immediately after getting the text (which specificallystates not to check in again upon entering). I STOOD in this waiting room sweating and out of breath for another HOUR. Then I saw my name be removed from the board. I had to stand next to the door to wait for someone to leave so I could ask the staff what the hold up was and where my name went. A woman with a skeletal face and blonde hair told me in a rude tone, we called you, TWICE. You didnt answer. I explained and showed the texts to say how that was impossible because Id been standing there the whole time after getting my text to come inside. She looked at me like I was an idiot. Then repeated herself, well we called you twice and waited so....youre not in the que anymore and youd have to put your name back on it. This is at 1230 now...2 HOURS later. No apology. No help squeezing me in given the situation. Just ridiculous. I am sooo enraged and Im sure thats doing wonders for my pre-eclampsia. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST. Now I have wasted 2 hours of my day for nothing (mind you, I have three small children with me.) Im late for another appointment. And I still have to go to another DLO to get my very important blood work done. I honestly couldnt be any more furious.

Adam was awesome! I hate getting shots or having blood drawn, Adam made it pretty easy though. He had to take 8 tubes and i didn’t even feel it when he was switching tubes. Everyone was very nice and professional. Definitely a 10 out of 10! Will visit here again for my future tests.

Worst DLO ever. Husband took our 13 year old daughter there for bloodwork. Because she had a slight fever they would not do bloodwork. And he checked in 4 times and tried. Our pediatrician even went down there to talk to them. I’m beyond disgusted. Don’t go there. If it’s a matter of life and death, you will die. I’m taking this all the way to the top too. You guys are worthless. Is should be zero stars. I’m sure you would not treat your own daughter this way. A child. You have not heard the last of me. I’m complaining to anyone that will listen.

I saw Brandi today to have my lab work completed. She was super friendly and professional. I definitely recommend this location and Brandi!

Erin is a shining example of a Healthcare Professional. Safety focused, Quality and Integrity.

They show they close at 12pm on Saturdays but they do not! They locked their doors at 1145am! This isnt how office hours work

Super helpful and professional. As good as an experience can get for getting tests done.

Check in person was less than happy to have to talk to anyone. Rest of the staff was just sitting around not helping anyone.

They are busy but are fast and efficient. Very friendly.
