I was in del City visiting my daughter. I actually was not feeling very well. My daughter asked me what was wrong. I showed her my finger and told her my doctor was out of town and it really wasnt bad enough to go to the emergency room and she said I go to access medical over here on 29th. So why dont we go over there now we did. They checked me in in a timely manner. I was feeling very bad at the time and could hardly write to fill in my paper but they were most patient and I was seen promptly. The young woman that checked me in was just as sweet as she could be and quite efficient at taking a medical history and also taking my vital signs. She could tell I was very anxious and had a really high blood pressure, but it was only because of the pain of my the discomfort of my hand. Regina King, PA, treated my finger and I felt much better after I left after having the swelling in my finger relieved. I have a prescription which I am taking and Im already feeling better and I will always be happy to go to Access medical clinic again.
My right ear was sore, I thought it was infected. Angela King Pac-C came in the room to examine me, ask me what was going on. I told her I walk with ear buds. She looked in my ear and told me I had a red ear bud in my ear!!!!! It was on my ear canal. Omg!!!! 😵💫 She was soooooo gentle when she removed it. She was very concerned and explained everything to me plus the prescribed ear drops.Angela King is AWESOME!!!!I will come back!! 😊😊THANK YOU ANGELA!!!!
I scheduled online about 15 minutes before my appointment. It was a smooth process getting checked in to see the docs. They listened and made sure I was taken care of. Super quick and convenient. Would definitely go back if needed.
Look, if you need to get checked for Covid, Jackie has the SOFTEST touch with the stupid nose swipe thing. (I told you I’d write a review Jackie…. I hope I spelled your name right) honestly though it was my first time here and the staff were so kind not only to me but every person I saw come in. 10/10 would recommend (be careful though, that couch sinks and you might get stuck 😅)
Scheduling was very easy online! I was able to pick my appointment time and enter the information. The front desk receptionist was very friendly and checked us in and gathered copay. The medical team was wonderful! In the triage area the nurse was very thorough and talked directly to my teenager. She was very relatable to my teen and made her feel at ease. The doctor was great. She spoke directly to my teen and provided wonderful care. We had an X-ray and results were given before we left. Thank you for making this experience as smooth as possible. Hopefully we won’t have to return too often but if we have to visit urgent care we will come to you all.
I have never been treated so poorly in a medical facility. The front desk person is clearly unhappy with her position and does not like people. She made me feel like I was bothering her both when I called ahead and when I arrived. While giving her my private information she opened her eyes really wide and scrunched her nose as if I was an issue for her. I was quite surprised and took a step back then she said, whats your problem? Why did you give me that look?. She then shook her head and mumbled something under her breath. Overall, I felt unsafe giving her my private information and unsatisfied with the VERY unprofessional interaction. I will look for another urgent care in the future.

The doctor I had, she was amazing. She listened to me, and didnt shove me off like I have seen before. She was really nice and understandable. I would love to recommend her to anyone who needs urgent needs. And if she does primary care, I may just switch over.
Awful hostile lobby, it may look nice but the lady behind the counter was very aggressive over the phone and in person 7 hours later! What a joke, you cant treat people who are sick or feel sick, how can you treat someone who was being nice to you AND is feeling bad, like a jerk?!?
Although I’m not a huge fan of being basically forced to sign in and fill out all my info on my phone, it seems to be where EVERYONE is headed, so I won’t dock them a star on that. The staff was friendly. We got to see the PA quickly. He had a good manner and seemed caring and knowledgeable. They asked if we needed a Dr’s note for school. It was a quick and easy experience. This place is nothing but an expensive Covid test. It’s almost as if they believe Covid is the only sickness out there. If you test negative, they prescribe you some bs medicine that you could have already bought yourself.
The nurse was amazing. Flushed my daughter’s ears out and didn’t complain about it. Other doctor offices didn’t want to do this for her. I have been here several times, but the crew tonight was the best so far!!
Well lets start with it not happy with the wait time if I book appointment on line should not have to wait 30 mins or more to be seen... next that lady up front she is to much rude and disrespectful hippa is a thing lady... she talks and laughs about people that call in as though she bothered by them honey thats your job.. then she talks about there issue rather be a physical or a ear infection its not the worlds business I was upset about people information just being talked about like no big deal or funny to her... havnt been seen yet yep still waiting..... I keep this updated... if u can go else where please do or if dont care if all your problems are out there then come here this ady will make sure of it....
From the moment you step into the clinic, youre greeted by a friendly and helpful receptionist. The nurse/technician, Jacqueline, was so courteous and professional. You can tell she enjoys helping other people. And, finally, the physician, Dr. Roseberry, was very thorough and helpful. I would definitely recommend you see them for your urgent care needs. You will not be disappointed!
I have been to a few urgent cares to get a physical done, I was able to get scheduled and checked-in in a timely manner. From the receptionist, nurse and physician everyone was very professional and the process was very smooth. I would highly recommend.
They were amazing!! Jackie was our nurse and she comforted my son so well and made him laugh. The PA was also amazing and made us laugh while taking good care of him. We appreciate their help and kindness!!

Dr.James is a jerk he try’s to tell patients how they feel instead of hearing them. He acts like patients purposely come in there with issues. I would give this place 5 stars when it comes to the women doctors they are great friendly and listen.
Dealing with skin irritation and planned an appointment with the Solv app and it was very easy to do so. Staff was friendly and answered all my questions well. I appreciate the professionalism and the cleanliness of this establishment. Id recommend this place to anyone needing medical care as well as the app Solv.
The medical assistant is the best thing that this place has going. The lady at the front desk looked and talked as if she was tired of being there and the doctor seemed in a rush, uninterested, spent less than 1 minute talking to me and looking me over. Will definitely go else where next time.
I was in and out within an hour! Excellent help. Their medicine dispenser wasn’t working right. Doc wasn’t able to give shot and had to prescribe meds instead. Wish Walgreens would operate as efficiently!

Well there is no other way to say this other than to say it. I was misdiagnosed with possibly having kidney failure only from having a urine analysis and was told to go to the ER in case my kidneys were failing. I get there and have a CT scan, blood drawn and another urine analysis done. The results indicated that I have absolutely nothing wrong with my kidneys. And now I am having to pay more than a thousand dollars because of a misdiagnosis. On top of paying for the clinic visit. This is the clinic I’ve preferred to go to for a few years now. Not sure if I will again.
They wasn’t equipped to treat me so they sent me to emergency room after paying them my deductible then had to pay hospital another deductible PA only spent a minute with me but was nice n professional All the staff was nice.
01/12/2024 - Came here with my daughter for a sports physical exam for her.Staff, nurses and Dr were incredible amazing. Friendly, supportive, helpful, professional. Not to mention the price was affordable compared to other places. $25Definitely coming back and recommending friends.UPDATE: Few weeks after the visit for my daughter’s sports physical exam I received a bill for the $25. I had paid cash per instructions from the clinic stating they were only taking cash for sports physicals.I called the clinic and spoke to Dominique regarding the bill. I described myself and my daughter and described the person that took my cash payment. Dominic stated she was the person that had taken my cash payment. She placed me on hold to look for the receipt and then came back and told me not to worry about it that she has the copy receipt scanned and that she will send it to the billing department.Here we are April 19 2024 and have received three more bills in total (2 physical bills and 1 via email on 04/18/2024). I called the clinic spoke to Dominique the second time and Victoria the third time and they both stated not to worry about it that they will contact the billing department. I have called the billing department three times as of today (04/19/24) and filed a billing complaint with Kayla on April 11 2024. Called the billing department again today 04/19/2024 and spoke to Jackie and asked to speak to a supervisor or manager that could help me take care of this situation. Unfortunately, per Jackie there was no supervisor or manager available. That the team lead for the day was out for 30mins. Per Jackie, she stated she made notes on my account and sent a msg to the team lead if they have heard back from the clinic manager regarding my billing complaint. Jackie stated they would give me a call back but that’s the same thing Kayla had stated and I have not received a call but instead received another bill via email.I’m sure they can rewind their cameras and confirmed that we paid via cash and verify the person who took our payment.Waiting to see a resolution.Definitely changed my prospective about this clinic and will not be coming back or recommending it to anyone.UPDATE #2:04/23/2024Stacy reached out at 2:33pm and stated she has adjusted the account to $0 and will send me a statement with the $0 balance via mail.I asked, why was the payment receipt was never sent to the billing department. Stacy stated she didn’t know but the account has been adjusted to $0.I asked, what do I do if i receive another bill.Stacy gave me her direct contact information in case I were to receive another bill.If anyone comes here, I suggest paying with card for proof of payment. In case they want to send you a bill for nonpayment.UPDATE#3. Received another bill via email even after Stacy had stated my account has been adjusted to $0 just a few days ago (04/23/2024). Not well. My son has had steroid shot before for poison oak at same place. He has it bad again and they would not give to him. He has football starting this week and its going to be very hard with this and the heat. Very disappointed. My son is 510 150 lbs
Let’s start with Augustine (doctor/PAC) he was phenomenal. I am extremely pleased with the whole experience at this medical center. From checking in to the amount of time the whole visit took, the friendliness of all the staff and the amazing physician that helped me. Definitely making this place my to go place for any medical emergencies.
I was recommended this location by a friend after I was not able to get into my primary care DR for a pretty bad case of pink eye setting an appointment as quick and easy also. I will using them again for sure.

All the girls were amazing. They were so helpful. I made my appointment on line and filled out my paperwork. It was all very easy. The Gentleman that assessed me was very nice asked questions and answered all of my questions . They made the whole process go faster. That meant so much especially feeling so sick.They ordered some medication for me and was able to get it picked up and started a few hours later. Thank you guys so much.
I’ve been coming to Access Medical Center for years! the best place to go to take care of my families medical needs! i always know they are very knowledgeable and caring and i wouldn’t choose any medical facility over them! They are always fast and friendly and professional and we always feel much better soon after our visit!

Came in feeling horrible and needed a covid/flu/strep test. The triage nurse made me feel so uncomfortable with how short and rude she was with me. The way she did the testing was also pretty aggressive. The lady at the front desk wasnt that friendly either. Dont treat sick people like crap. Were struggling enough. Where is the compassion?I had COVID, but my flu test came back negative. Come to find out, I had COVID, the flu, and a stomach virus.
From the front desk to the exam room, everyone here was fantastic. Pleasant, laughing, and joking they all made the experience quick, easy and as PAINLESS as possible. Augustine was just awesome. The people at this clinic know how to treat patients.

The front desk lady, Dominique was kind & friendly.The next person I encountered, Trina, was rude and clearly annoyed that she had to be at work. She asked me if I was still taking a certain medication. I said no, she continued to ask the same question in a different way. I stated I’m not taking anything else & asked her if we could stick with why I’m here today. She shook her head and said if I don’t want to cooperate, she’ll ask me to leave. What?! Really? I’m sick, coming in for help & you threaten to ask me to leave? Why? Because I want to discuss the horrible pain I’m in at this very moment?! I got up & walked to the nursing station. Another nurse is talking to me & here comes Trina interrupting her & being rude to her. How is she employed here?! The nurse talking to me, Jackie, was amazing! Very kind & gentle as that’s what’s needed when you’re in pain & scared you’re dying. While seated in another room by Jackie, I can hear Trina on the other side of the door saying “She’s upset that I asked her what medicine she’s taking!” Really? And since when is it ok to discuss a patient out in the open?Will definitely go here again but if that horrible Trina is to help me, I’ll immediately refuse. Lastly, the doctor was great! Dr Roseberry. Very professional & listens.

Brought my husband for a Covid-19 test and the nurse had a bad attitude. Spoke with a rude tone and conducted the test aggressively. I understand that they were the only nurse on staff and maybe they were overwhelmed but that doesn’t mean you should take out your anger on the patients.

Took an hour to get authorization, then 2 hours of waiting in the front and in 2 exam rooms for exam and X-rays. After 3 hours I had to leave for another appointment. Came back a few hours later for X-rays which took right at another hour. 4 hours total ..
I will be reporting these 2 staff members for misconduct, discrimination and unprofessional practices at a work place! Being overwhelmed by your job is no excuse for rudeness, disrepectfullness and misconduct towards patients. My children 7 and 8yrs old were denied medical treatment on 02/18/24 around 7pm at this medical facility. To top it off, I was given a non working number by the medical assistant in the background when I asked to speak to their manager. I will be contacting a lawyer about this matter. If this receptionist and health-care worker represent this facility, this tells me alot about this facility! If anyone knows the names of these 2 let me know but I will be posting video of this incident on further platforms!

Easy to get in, unlike an ER. I filled out paperwork online, and even got in line! I was number five when I left the house. But got right in. I live across the street so I thought for sure I would have to wait four people. But pleased that I got right in. Brooklyn was who saw me for my condition I was seeking g help with. Very professional and educated young lady. She was alot of help. I give Brooklyn and the entire experience a five star! I never have anything good to say about anyone. And I dont write many positive reviews. So five star is more like 20 coming from me! Lol. I highly recommend this medical center and the staff. Professional, timely, educated and the building and med rooms very clean. Ive visited this place I believe 4x in 10 years living here. I would go here anyway over the er that is on the other block. I’ve been coming here for over four years now and I have never been treated as badly as I was today I literally left before being seen because of how rude this lady was I wish I could’ve gotten her name but she was to busy stuffing her face with kfc and telling me how I needed to find a primary dr because they aren’t one like honestly if it was such a big deal to stop eating popcorn chicken to do your job then maybe we need a different profession
Said open til 8:00 but if you dont have an appointment they will refuse you service because they have met their quota of patients. I dont know why they say they are a walk in. Make an appointment if you want to bee seen.They do have a very good doctor and nurse staff and it is clean and nicely decorated.

I was greeted and checked in promptly. My daughter’s appointment was at 12:30. We were called back in a reasonable amount of time. The nurse that took her vitals was nice. She even made small talk with my daughter. The doctor was nice. Listened to our concerns and we were out by 1 pm.

I was hoping my experience here would be better than it was. I got an appointment same day and the PA and nurse were very sweet. Unfortunately I was told by both of them that my test results would be in within 2-3 days and as soon as they were in that Id get a call from them. 5 days later I never recieved a call and decided to call them which directed me to a call center where the representative had major attitude and told me if she couldnt get a hold of the clinic then oh well. Thankfully she did get a hold of the clinic where the girl who answered the phone told me my x ray looked good....except I never had an xray. I only had labs and she even read the notes where they said they were supposed to call me. She said a letter would be mailed to my house? Im so confused and disappointed with this clinic, still with no answers....

This is my second time at this urgent care & I can honestly say it’s my favorite!! They nurses & doctors really take the time to listen to the concern of the parent & don’t cut you off when you’re trying to explain like a lot of doctors offices. I 100% recommend this office.
The check in staff and nursing staff was fantastic. But the doctor that was on duty today was very rude. Disrespectful and really did not seem like she gave the s*** about what I was talking about. And because I refuse they test. Because I know its not that she refused to test him for everything else that I wanted him tested for.

Confirm your booking!! The center itself was great however we drove well out of our way because we booked the earliest appointment in our area only to find out when we got there that, despite receiving a booking confirmation, our appointment was not in the system. We had to go in as a walk in and wait about 1 hour past our booking time. I would have just walked into the one down the street if I knew the booking system was not going to work. The staff was kind and helpful.
They were very kind and thorough. His nurse was absolutely wonderful and made sure that all of my needs were taken care of. I think the doctor was compassionate and very thorough at what he did. As for me the little receptionist did have an attitude about something and definitely needs to be improved on.
All of the staff were very friendly and accommodating. I especially liked the quiet atmosphere with NO TV blaring. Just silence in the waiting room which made our visit much less stressful.

Although the clinic is upgrading their service downloaded the new app; finished check in; said that my wait time would be over 2 hours but ended up being less than 30 minutes! They are great once you get in. I had made an appointment and sent in all of the paperwork this morning and my appointment was for 2:45. I was checked in at 2:42. I was still waiting to get in at 4:00 and they had taken in several that either has no appointment or had appointments after 3:00. I asked why at 3:45 and the person at the window apologized and said that I would be next. There was another person without an appointment who had been waiting since 2:30. They took her in at the same time I went in. I saw the nurse practitioner and she was thorough and fairly quick.
They were amazing in December when I brought my daughter. Helped me find her sooner care and got her seen quickly. However today they couldn’t find any of my insurances (I have 3). The girl at the front wasn’t helpful at all, wouldn’t speak up and kept mumbling and chuckling when they wouldn’t work. I haven’t had a problem at any other urgent care with my insurance.

My nurse was super sweet and funny! She joked around with my boyfriend and I while in triage. The visit was fast as well. Only gave 4 stars just because the secretary seemed to have a little bit of an attitude but that could have just been the way I took it, also because she looked like she didn’t feel well herself so it’s understandable.
The doctor who assisted me was very concerned about my eyes. I thank her so much because I was in a lot of pain. She did what she could to make some of the pain go away. I appreciate her helping me and not just sending me some where else for help. Thank you

I had never used this clinic before but will go back if I need an urgent care center again. Check in was smoother than anywhere I have ever been for medical care. The nurses were kind and caring. The physician was thorough, kind, very considerate and took time in explaining what was going on with me and discussed treatment in length. They sent my prescription to Sam’s a few blocks down the street. As I was driving out of the parking lot I received a text saying my prescription was ready! When you don’t feel well you just want things to be smooth and easy and that is exactly what I got!! You guys at Access Urgent Care on SE 29th are great! Keep up the good work.
Everyone except the receptionist was nice! I guess she got frustrated because she had to work. I had to do the initial paperwork by hand instead of the ever so convenient on-lineway! Thanks to technology; quality customer service has gone way below standards.
Always friendly and I feel like I get the best care possible
I went in after 4 days of a sharp, painful cough. Congestion, headache, hacking up thick golden mucus, fever, chills, etc. They gave me a strep, COVID, and flu test and after all those were negative, literally nothing else. Listen, I know antibiotic resistance is a thing and you cant just throw a ZPAK at everyone with a cough, but there are other ways you can help relieve symptoms. No cough medicine. No decongestant. No breathing treatment. No steroids. Of course no antibiotics either. Just a virus? Well just pay us and GTFO! Guess they thought I just wanted to come by and pay some money to tell a couple of strangers in lab coats about how much being sick sucks. So I wasted over an hour and left whatever those tests will cost me in copays poorer and otherwise feeling exactly the same as before I went in, literally worse off than if Id have just stayed in bed.
They were busy and understaffed but we’re still courteous and quick. My appointment was at 1 and I was out of there with a prescription by 1:30. The nurse at intake was kind and easy going and the PA was friendly, quick, and sincere.
Five Stars and One star for today only because I booked an app. for my son on my lunch break so we could just walk right into our appointment.Once we are there, my booked appointment is nonexistent and have to wait another hour and a half. Then I get a text they have cancelled our walk-in. That is without patient authorization to cancel. Ill stick to my regular provider going forward.Other than that, the staff is great but online booking issues should be resolved. If not, then there should be a work around it.
Every time we visit the center we are met with a courteous, knowledgeable, and polite staff. The safety measures in place amid the everlasting covid pandemic provide outstanding security to both patient as well as the caregivers. They give the utmost patience and heart to my family with each appointment; no matter the severity of our ailments. Fast service, a super sweet team of professionals whom we trust with all of our urgent health needs.

Was on hold on the phone for 20mins to schedule an appt since their online system kept reporting an internal server error despite any appt time picked. Spending 30mins in the waiting room after check-in & scheduled appt time begs the question as to why bother with an appt in the first place. Doctors note (had to get one for my employer) was contradictory- I can return to work at this time, but excuse me for 2 days and I can return to work then. Otherwise, the staff was friendly and professional.
The overall experience wasnt bad. When I asked for a wheel chair for my daughter, I was told we can only bring it to the door, for liability purposes There should be a better process for individuals needing wheelchair use

Ive been here before and Ive never had anyone treat me bad until today. The nurse that helped me was very rude. If you dont like your job then go find another profession. I felt like I was a burden to be here. Sorry for coming to a clinic to get help. Reading some other comments it appears there are some nice staff that work here. Only one was there today. The check-in lady. There are papers in the room asking to respect the staff, how about the staff respect the patients and show you care or find another job.
I went in for complaints about morning sickness. Joan Kloske FNP tried to tell me I am to blame for my previous a miscarriage because I took Zofran when I didnt even take Zofran during that pregnancy. Everyone else I have ever dealt with there had been amazing. I am so shocked I even recieved that type of treatment.
Came here because I needed a note for work. I had been seen a week ago at the Midwest city location for the same thing. At that time they prescribed me cough medicine that I could just buy over the counter so I did not pick up that prescription. Today, I had an appointment scheduled for 1030 am and wasn’t seen until almost noon and it wasn’t even busy. Then I could here the practitioner talking about me at the desk after I was brought into a room and had the door shut. I sound worse than I did a week ago. She did not even assess me literally didn’t even listen to me with a stethoscope. Told me she couldn’t give me a note. Treated me like a child and raised her voice while talking to me then slammed down the discharge instructions and told me to take cough medicine. I have already been doing that. I get that whatever I have is viral and need to wait it out but I’ve been sick for almost two weeks and sound and feel worse. The discharge instructions also say to make another appointment if this happens. I will never be back to this location. Ever. Totally unprofessional. I don’t care how burned out you are, you listen to your patients. I also work in healthcare and would never ever treat anyone the way that I was treated today.
We never have to wait long. Tonight, they had us in, diagnosed, and out in 20 minutes or less. Thankful for these awesome people! My son threw up on me as we were walking in and they even handed me a scrub top and told me not to worry about it. They truly care about their patients!
This facility is one of the best in Oklahoma. They are quick, thorough and very kind to their parents. Thank you for such great care!

Well they are too busy for one sweet receptionist to handle patients! But she is great! I was seen -X-rayed then told issue was above there expertise and should go immediately to emergency room!
Great customer service at the front desk and in the back. I had a finger nail ripped off due to a dog bite that had gauze stuck in my skin. I did not make an appt and just walked in. I expected a long wait time because of that. Even with the long wait... They took their time and soaked my finger nail and had to use tweezers to meticulously get the gauze out of my skin and get me a tetanus shot. I had antibiotics ready to pick up immediately and I was on my way. The only reason Im giving 4 vs 5 stars are for 2 reasons: 1. The wait was crazy long (but it was an observed holiday so again, to be expected) 2. Not a pain shot or numbing cream or pain med prescribed so I just had to sit there and Ooh! Aah! With all the tweezing.

I usually come here, with my kids or myself when needed.Today has been the absolute worst experience and by far most unprofessional clinic setting ever!The two receptionist behind the counter was having the upmost disrespectful conversation about patients.Low and behold myself included!! I checked in online, and they didnt know I was already in the lobby.I heard the woman say my name, and life hasnt been very kind to her in the same sentence!! Then one of them called to confirm that I am here, and when I said yes Im in the lobby now, I seen both of their faces drop!I am going to further report this, adolescent and immature behavior.

WAS SEEN 1.5 HOURS AFTER MY SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT TIME. DOCTOR/PA WAS VERY FRIENDLY & THOROUGH ONCE I WAS SEEN.
I called this location multiple times. Checking to see if I needed an appointment, if I could just walk in or if there was a long waiting time. Never got an answer. I schedule an appointment time online booked one and it stated on the check in website that there were two patients ahead of me. I was like okay great. I get there 10 minutes early like it states to do. I walk in say hi I just wanted to make sure my scheduled appointment time is in there. I scheduled online. And I wasn’t sure if I did it correctly. The receptionist very rudely told me “ UM just so you know we’re are NOT going by appointment times!”. “There are 15-20 patients ahead of you”. I decided to just leave. This place used to be great. This location used to be my favorite access medical clinic to go to. Last 2 times I’ve tried going there the staff were very rude. I didn’t so much care about the waiting time as I did that ladies hateful tone. If your place of business isn’t accepting online check ins, there needs to be some way you can post that on the website for specific locations. Stating sorry for the inconvenience but we are not able to schedule online appointments at this time. Instead of a patient coming in and catching an attitude by the staff like we were supposed to know what’s going on. Sadly I will not go back.

This place has been really good to me especially my last visit they were very understanding of my situation and condition which is what you would expect from a professional but you dont always get that for whatever the reason maybe I came in late and I wasnt treating poorly for doing so I couldnt raise my neck to look the doctor in her eyes when we were leaving I could honestly let her know that I appreciated her and how much that meant to me So I thanked her which to me was not enough.

If you dont have a appointment your out of luck was on the phone for 18 minutes they dont answer they are rude and will be happy to refuse you especially if your a walk in. Went to three access medical Clinics they all did the same thing. on Midwest City too and south okc into Moore. Update still no update website says walking too came 45 minutes before closing no patients in the back they just setting pretty not doing anything but trying to look busy. I would aggressively look for a different clinic that isnt masses owned but businesses like these.
Able to get seen quickly. Staff was very nice and helpful. Helpful tips also about what I can do and things that possible reasons for my health issue. I like the fact I can come here and get seen if cant get appt. primary care right away. Also helpful when open until 8pm and on weekends especially when you need to see someone quickly. Horrible. Neglectful. $300 for a prescription for Amoxicillin. Did not address the patients pain at all. And before you come at me, I know exactly how it works and the options the patient has beyond Schedule II. Have been calling for hours and it goes straight to a call center with an old, tired message saying high call volume due to COVID-19. Go to Saint Anthony’s or Mercy and get real care at a fair price.

I’ve gone here several times and the care has been fine. The last time I went my husband and I were both very sick and we were both charged double our copay even though I showed the clerk documentation from my insurance showing the correct copay amount. She stated she was trained to charge that amount and it didn’t matter what my insurance company said.When I returned to try to get a refund I was told that that person was known for overcharging but there wasn’t anything they could do. They gave me a number to call and they also could not help me.
Very professional and friendly. In the time of this COVID-19, extra extra extra care and precautions are being taken so that its as safe as possible. All 4 of us go there and have never been disappointed. Ever. Very clean & nice inside and out. Id recommend this place to anyone! I love that you can schedule on line & if needed, even do a virtual visit instead of going in. Whatever meds they give you, its sent over to your pharmacy before you even leave the building. They go over and beyond to make sure they take the utmost care of you, and arent in a fly in fly out rush. We will definitely continue to go there for our medical needs. My only complaint is I did all my paperwork online. When I got there I had to provide all the information again. Why have people fill information online if its not going to be transferred to the workers who need it. Other than that, my experience was good.

If there was a zero star rating I would have picked it. My child didn’t even get seen. All I wanted to do was get my special needs child a sports physical so he could compete in the Special Olympics. But apparently they “don’t do that kind of physical.” I get that, but they weren’t 100% sure of that. I asked if it would be that way at all the other locations and they said probably. So I thought oh, I will try somewhere else just in case. I really wanted my son to participate so I wasn’t willing to give up that easily. I found the next closest Access Medical and checked in online and drove right over there. But wouldn’t you know, the first Access Medical I was just at actually called them before I got there to pretty much make sure they wouldn’t do it for me either. I just can’t believe they went out of their way to stop my kid from getting a freakin physical. I didn’t feel that was necessary. The moment I walked out of their door it was no longer their concern. We weren’t their patients so it wasn’t their business after we left. All I know is my son doesn’t understand these kinds of things and still won’t stop talking about the Special Olympics. He will be heartbroken and now I feel like the worst mother of all time. Thanks a lot.

I dread going to urgent care as much as I detest going to the ER, but this encounter was a game changer.I made the appointment online, filled out ALL of the paperwork online and even checked in online from the parking lot. I went inside, reception verified I was check in and had a seat. The facility is extremely clean, COVID safety guidelines required for patients, and a friendly staff.I was seen within 15 minutes of checking in and out of the door with an hour. I had a clear understanding of my diagnosis, prescriptions, and potential follow-up recommendations. I believe the amazing young PA who provided my care was Kaylee/Kylee (sorry). As we were wrapping up my visit, I’d asked if she’d mind providing one piece of advice to my teenage son (meds school hopefully)—she obliged—she spoke to him with passion and was very insightful and encouraging. Beautiful young lady (inside and out).My only negative....the reception staff did not have mask on. Enforcing a mask mandate may prove difficult when the staff is not following the clinic rules.Overall, I wish I’d found this gem sooner.Del City location (nice area)

I have been to this facility twice now and both times have been quick and fulfilled my needs well. Staff is friendly and prompt. I’m from out of state and am thankful for this facility. Hopefully I won’t need to come again but if need be I choose Access Medical Centers.
Serves the purpose intended. Be patient to be a patient. Easy check-in process. Everyone was nice even though I could tell they were short handed and slightly frustrated over that. Wish healthcare was cheaper, but eh....
The staff from check in to seeing Dr Sherry did a great job. They are always helpful and in good spirits. My covid test was fast and almost painless. Thank you for the quick and great service!
Very easy to schedule appointment. Filled in paperwork before appt to include weight, blood pressure, and temperature. Nurse still took those measurements at appt so a bit of a waste of time. Courteous staff from receptionist to nurse to nurse practitioner. Provided with prescription that was a compound. Walgreens did not make compounds. Tried to call office to ask for a different pharmacy. Telephone number provided on discharge instructions was a centralized access number and did not connect me to the local office. I returned to the local office twice to request an alternate pharmacy. Would be much better if direct access number to local office be included with discharge instructions. Aside from the prescription fiasco, I had a very good experience with this provider.
I booked my appointment online for a COVID test. I received a text message that said to click on the link to check in when I arrived. When I parked, I clicked on the link for online check-in. It said You are checked in! (2:32pm) and showed my place in line- which showed me and one other patient. I wait for about 10 minutes and decide to go in to make sure they know Im here (even though they tell you to check in ONLINE). The woman at the front desk did not even look up at me when she addressed me. She was rude from the start. I said I checked in online and was waiting in my car but its been 10 minutes so Im just checking She said Youre supposed to come in I told her since we check in online, one would expect to not go into the lobby (COVID hello!). She (with an attitude) told me my appointment was 15 minutes ago. I said..I checked in online like I was told to do, and it shows you right here (show her my phone) that I checked in on time She said (again with a short and rude tone) Well we cant see that in here ....Hmmm then what exactly is the point of online check in?!?!?! She then (even MORE rudely, without looking up) YOURE GONNA HAVE TO GIVE ME A MINUTE Keep in mind, the lobby is empty so she doesnt get grace for being busy and stressed out. This lady definitely does not belong in healthcare or any job at all that deals with people. She could use a lesson or 50 in customer service. Ill never go back here. 2 stars because the provider was nice. Too bad for him that he probably gets a lot of irritared patients due to the front desk woman.
The doctor was super nice and very helpful she checked with me before writing any prescriptions and was very knowledgeable. She knew when to ask the right questions and addressed all my concerns. The nurse was a bit dismissive and abrasive but maybe she was having a bad day. The online check in option is super cool.
I went here 3 times in the past. It was always nice and excellent. But since we got Covid outbreak this has been ridiculous. I never needed an appointment to get in here except today. And says not appointment for Covid test. I can understand the pandemic situation but you guys cant focus in one thing. So If I cut my self by accident now will I die tomorrow by bleeding because my wound was not treated for not having an appointment?
This place is very professional and the staff is very friendly and understanding. They don’t cut you off they actually listen to your concerns and make you feel comfortable. I would definitely recommend this location to all of my friends and family!
They were quick and efficient, the area was prepped and ready for patients with ailments, The staff was kind gentle caring and respectful. The decision makers weither doctor or PA were efficient with their time, Direct with all symptoms. I’ve used this organization before and was pleased and coming back for a second time would recommend them always.
Access Medical got me right in, checked me out, called in my meds. They are so great I would highly recommend them to everyone. All the ladies are so very kind and understanding. Thats exceptional when you dont feel well. Thank you to all of your staff, Ill always choose you for my health issues.
The clinic didn’t open up until 8:20 am it was 6+people waiting outside. When I finally got checked in the lady at the window charged me a co pay of $125 when it was suppose to be $5. I had to call my insurance and the urgent care billing to get reimbursed and now I have to wait however many billing days for a check in the mail. She kept telling me the contract changed even though my insurance kept saying nothing has changed. The doctor was great. The nurses was very unhelpful.
So I normally like coming here when my primary care physician isnt in the office. Today was the exception. The staff that was there today were rude They took their time and just seemed irritated. The nurse that took vitals and did the most work out of all of them was great. She got the RSV, strep, and flu tests done quickly and painlessly with a 3 year old. So she was great!
Ive been to three of the locations in oklahoma and Ive been happy with everyone of them. The nurses and doctors are always nice and friendly. This one has alot of the same people so you feel like they know you.
They were able to see me within minutes of my arrival, I appreciate the prompt attention and care they provided.

Workers always making mistakes… everytime i go and they almost always tell you nothing wrong with you then you go somewhere else and they actually tell you what’s wrong😂😂. i wouldn’t go here if it was the last urgent care on the earth .
Nice clean facility, make sure and follow instructions on door if you drive straight there. Due to pandemic you need to call facility and check in on phone. Was a smooth process though, make sure to take cell phone with you or call before going. Doctor was very friendly and helpful. Staff was helpful too.
Very clean and fresh building. Staff was extremely nice and listened to all concerns I had and answered all questions. I was in and out 30 minutes maybe 40 max. I used the online check in and it went smoothly. Would highly recommend this place.

Got there n location for check in didnt work so went inside and we got seen right away and got a rapid COVID test n the results came back quickly and we were on our way. Negative results anyway but nice to know just a bug. Staff was friendly. Highly recommend this location for urgent care.
I waited in line for 30mins just so a medical assistant from the back area that was calling on another patient to say to me we’re not taking walk in patients. The front assistant didn’t even acknowledge me. She didn’t greet me or the other patients that walked in after me. Please do a better job greeting patients and explaining the policies there.
The clinic is beautiful and clean, the staff was great and we had a very short wait. My family was on travel for a meet for my son. The staff was so helpful with directions and calling in a prescription right away. Thank you for making a very stressful situation go smoothly.
Ive been here twice. The staff is always really nice it doesnt take too long to be seen. The facility is clean. However, the last time I were seen the PA didnt prescribe the right medicine I later had to take an ambulance to the ER for better care.
My experience was great the only problem I had was the lady taking names would not allow me to wait in my car to avoid being exposed! The doctor was great so efficient and kind!
They should really make it to where they can speak to someone directly over the phone instead of some call center based out of Arizona. I could’ve easily looked for another clinic that would be able to help me instead of just wasting the day away and having to look for someone after my scheduled appointment. They suggested another Access medical Center and they too were not able to help me. This was such was a ridiculous experience. 0/10
Our family has had only good experiences with Access Medical Del City. The staff are friendly and professional, the environment is clean and comfy, and we get the care we need quickly.
Since it was a holiday, there was not a long wait. (FYI: The P.A. sings everything to you when doing the exam. That was a bit odd.) All check in is done on my phone, online. That worked okay for me, but that concerns me for older patients.
They are always very nice. The clinic always looks clean. I’ve used them several times. Tonight we had to take our mom (advanced Alzheimer’s) in for pain in her ear. With her mean disease she couldn’t help pinpoint her pain. Ears were clear. The dr was so sweet with her and worked with us to help her.
These people pretty much rushed through the whole appointment, gave minimal explanation and made it very obvious that they were ready to go home, being it was 10 mins before closing. One nurse even said they were ready to get the hell out of there as she laughed. When I came out of the room and stated that I needed them to slow down and stop rushing me because I had questions, they were very openly annoyed. The PA was the only one who took her time and even tried to do damage control but the rest of the staff were extremely unprofessional. I only gave them 1 star because giving 0 stars wasn’t an option.
I will never step foot into this clinic again. The woman at the front desk is rude. She never looked up from her computer during our discussion. During the height of the covid breakout they still saw walkins, NOW once things have calmed down they dont. The staff has enough time to stand around and joke but cant take a simple walk in for an ear infection, but will take appointments for sports physicals! This clinic has its priorities mix up. We have been to this clinic several times and its always been something. Bad service, long waits, dirty rooms, just to name a few. This was the final straw. Save yourself time, money, and frustration and go somewhere else.
Please wear a coat when you go because it is crazy cold in the waiting area. The nurse, Dr and even the receptionist were very friendly and welcoming. I gave a 4 star because if you are sick the last thing you want to do is freeze. I know it is to keep the germs at Bay, but my goodness, really.

Super fast visit, friendly staff! My only complaint was it was extremely cold in their lobby. Fortunately since I did all of my paperwork and check in prior to my visit, I didn’t have to spend much time in the igloo (lobby).
I made an appointnent and when I got there they promptly told me that the appointment time was meaningless, and that because they only had one provider it would take a very long time to be seen. About an hour later, I was finally seen, 30+ minutes after my appointment time.The PA was friendly and prompt, and when I finally was on my way out, I realized the receptionist and never gave me back my license and insurance card. I walked around and finally found the nurse, she spent exactly 5 seconds looking for my insurance and license, before telling me you can wait if you want to, but the receptionist had to run across the street. Im not sure what choice I had, because obviously I had to wait for the receptionist to get my license and my insurance card. After 5 or 10 minutes the receptionist showed up with a handful of drinks and chips from the OnCue down the street, I told her I needed my insurance and license back, and she said OK give me a minute. Id already been waiting quite a while, because instead of doing her job she was at OnCue. She spent about 15 seconds looking, and said you must be mistaken I gave them back. My response was Ive had plenty of time to look for them, and I dont have them. She then took the time, about 30 seconds, to actually look and found them. It was really unprofessional.Not to mention the lobby smelled of urine and when I was taken in to the triage area, the gurney had several odd spots on it that looked like some type of body fluid. Over all, I would not recommend coming here. Between the appointment time snafu and the fact I had to wait on the receptionist to get my cards back after snack time, this just wasnt worth my time or effort. I definitely recommend going to any of the other urgent care clinics in the area.
Very quick when you check in online. Helps with the insurance verification before you get there! Also, very efficient. They care about you and your follow ups. I enjoy going there whenever I have to get something checked out really quick. I’m happy to have one so close to me.
I was expecting a long wait, however, they were all very nice and prompt . I have been there before, I could tell they were a little short on help today but that didnt stop them from keeping up the pace. Thank you all for your help as I really appreciate it and will be back if I have to go to the access center again.
Staff at the Access Urgent care in Del City is the BEST! Staff and Dr. are always kind and relatable. They take time and ask you questions and actually listen to your responses. I would recommend this Urgent Care if you have have an emergency situation. Plus the wait time is not long even if you walk-in.
I came to be seen for ear pain and left to the ER thinking this was going to be a long night and a waste of time. Jenny the PA told me that she thought I had Mastoiditis. I went to the ER and she was absolutely right! They kept there over night and was going to drain my ear drum but decided that it wouldnt be a good idea. Antibiotics would be the best. You think a small thing can’t become a major problem but it can but thanks to Jenny and the staff there I am feeling better and will be following up with my ENT on Monday. Thanks you for your patience and knowledge and education on taking care of me that day.
Tried to go in for ear pain/ringing in my ears, walked in and was told I needed a mask to be seen and they didnt have any to give me. After rummaging through my car for 10 minutes I put a mask on that wasnt paper, went inside and asked if it was acceptable, and the receptionist basically started telling me off for asking her a question and telling me that there are signs on the door and the glass at the front deskShe called me rude but honestly her whole attitude towards me not wearing a mask was sour. Didnt even get my ears checked.
I booked the appt for my 3 year old at 10:24 am for a 1:15pm appt. I get there and the lady at the front desk was eating chips and salsa. Super unprofessional! She didn’t even acknowledge me. So I said I checked in online and she responds oh well I meant to talk to you we can’t do anything with a 2 month old. I said oh my son is 3. Apparently I put the birthdate in wrong. She said well it still doesn’t matter my provider won’t be able to do anything for you guys. So why wasn’t a phone call made?! She said oh I just now seen it. They ask you for your phone number and email so that they may contact you yet they can’t call you prior to the appointment to let you know they can’t help you with that specific issue. I’m beyond frustrated with the lack of empathy or care for the front office at the Del city location.
Both my children are autistic and non verbal, the team at Access Medical is always so patient and understanding of their needs and limitations! This evening I took my oldest in because we were concerned he had a bad ear infection. Everyone was wonderful and sweet and they got us taken care of as quickly as possible so we could get home.
This supposed Urgent Care only see people who have an appointments, even though their site state you can walk-in. Save yourself the trouble of going here without an appointment or at all. These Drs here cherry pick what walk-ins they want to treat and its not sick people. I was told to schedule an appointment for late the following day or come back on Tuesday for Acute Shortness Of Breath. And this is inspite of them raving about they can handle most breathing issues. Are you serious? I went to 2 of their sites, this one and the one on SE 29th, couldnt be seen because I didnt have an appointment; and the little girl was rude because she couldnt tell me what their acute triage policy was. Obviously, they dont have one in place.If people with appointments are the only ones Access Medical will see, then state that so people will utilize other urgent cares or ERs. Oh yeah, the front desk chick told me that the policy had changed to appointments only as of today! On a Sunday? Are you kidding me? One day theyre going to cost someone their life with this nonsense. Access Medical is NOT in the business of patient care.
I was blown away by this facility! I was driving through and woke up with an abscessed tooth. Stopped by this facility because it was the closest and wow! What a beautiful office and the women who worked there were so kind and helpful and it took me a short time to get it with text updates! Makes me want to move to Oklahoma everyone’s so nice! Thank you Access. I truly appreciated you.
Do not check in thru you phone!!! You will get 43+ calls from spam #s within 2 minutes of check in it crashed my phone!!!Also they said they could see me but cant do anything. Like you cant do a script? You cant assess the symptoms and make an educated start on treatment? I have treatment from my old Dr that my insurance never filled so we kinda have a diagnosis but they cant do anything? Pretty sure this place is a info data harvesting and thats its primary objective
Have used Access for years when I cant be seen by a primary care doc. Great hours of operation in case something comes up! Easy to schedule an appointment online. I definitely recommend! Everyone I came in contact with was friendly and helpful.
