The check in staff was quick, the online check in process made it so we were only on the waiting room for a few minutes. The nurse was very pleasant and made my 9 year old feel great while she took blood pressure and asks my partner and I a few questions. We were seen promptly after being moved into the exam room, physician explained the diagnosis, sent the prescription electronically to our pharmacy. Very nice experience, my son was much better only 24 hrs later, saved us a trip to ER, and helped his symptoms three days before we could get an appointment with our family doctor.
Great experience! I know they were busy but it didnt feel like that. They were so acoomodating to my 3-year old daughter- who was nervous to go. The PA on staff at the time, A. McMains, took great care of us. Everyone was friendly and professional.
The dr and nurse were great. However i was upset at time of visit as I booked my son an appointment beforehand wasn’t fast enough to get the next one after for my daughter no biggie I thought as they take walk ins got to the clinic told walk-ins are not being seen today being frustrated I was explaining to my child I felt this was ridiculous and the front desk felt the need to discuss me in front of everyone with a another employee and I did confirm what I said that I felt it was ridiculous. If you want to discuss your patients go to the back of the office or address the issue with said patient.
I was quickly seen and the women who checked me in, nice and very professional. The doctor listened to my symptoms and gave a good explanation on what to do. I got prescriptions called in and a paper explaining everything discussed. Overall excellent job.
Been sick for about 5 days finally decided I needed to go see someone about it. PA was great very knowledgable, easy to understand, answered all my questions and had a kind personality. It took about an hour from start to finish. Turns out it’s a virus and she offered support meds but I declined. I’ll continue with Tylenol/ibuprofen and Gatorade.
Went there for treatment on Sunday. They didnt ask which pharmacy to send the prescription to. The one they did send it to isnt open on Sundays. Have to wait to get the medication needed until the next day at a pharmacy that may or may not accept my insurance.*update* The pharmacy that the medication was sent to, did not accept my insurance so had to pay out of pocket for it.
The only good thing from our experience was the intake nurse. She was amazing! We saw the doc for less than a minute and she didn’t even come back in the room to tell us the test results, the nurse came in and handed us our discharge papers. I had to ask her what the the results were. So disappointed in the care from the doctor!!
The nurse is terrible. I went in for an ear flushing and left with my ear extremely hurt. The nurse was beyond rough to the point where it’s clear she doesn’t know how to deal with patients. I felt stabbing pains in my ear during the flushing, my ear bled afterward, my head spun, and the provider said my ear was bright red. Keep in mind, not once did she make sure I was okay. Every time I tried to back away or tell her to stop, she ignored me. Going back to my ear being red, the provider told me to use antibiotics because “it could go either way”????Paid a $20 copay for clean ears and had to turn around and drop an additional expense on antibiotic drops just because the nurse sucks. I wish I’d gone to Harrah or Jones. Sincerely hope I won’t have to seek additional help because of her inability to do her job correctly.Update: I will have to seek additional care. NEVER returning
Brought my daughter in for a knee injury. Staff was very nice! Did not have a long wait and was in and out! Definitely will be going back!
Check In I rate them a 10Wait time. A 10After being call back the young lady took my vitals and moved me to a room. From there a foreign doctor came in and was talking so fast and could not understand 99percent of what he was saying other than covid, rest statement for work.
Went into this clinic for my allergies. My temperature was taken and was told it was 99.2. Funny I took my temperature before I left and it was 97.6. They automatically went in to COVID test mode, claiming there is a spike. I have allergies like this every year and know my body. Insisted she would not give me the steroid shot I needed to clear my congestion unless i took the COVID. When I asked to retake my temperature, which is the only reason she wanted me to do a COVID test, she refused. I got home and took my temperature, 97.6....Quit pushing the COVID test to patient that do not show the symptoms.
I was expecting a professional, neutral atmosphere with educated people. The service we received was anything but. They asked intrusive questions that had nothing to do with biology, medical history, or medical conditions that seemed more politically motivated than anything else. They misdiagnosed my son, which cost me two other treatments (triage, follow-up) at more reputable facilities due to the misdiagnoses. Avoid if you can.
Ive been here several times and never had any issues with the staff until today... 3/27/24 I scheduled an appointment and the first initial nurse was very rude and slightly talked down to me. Very unpleasant experience with her. However Doctor Angela King was super sweet and caring. As was the second nurse who gave me my paperwork afterwards.
This is now my go-to urgent care facility. Friendly, professional staff from the people who check you in to the doctors who check you out. The added benefit is thus is an approved VA urgent care facility, so if you get seen at the VA for anything your co-pay is covered.
The Doctor and front office receptionist were amazing but the nurse that took my two children back was not very nice. The kids mentioned they were scared to get swabbed, referring to a covid stab. SHE was very rude and did not treat them like kids. They had to have throat swabs for strep and were very willing. The nurse kept demanding they stick their tongue out to their chin which was causing their tongue to block the back of their throat. They are both stopped up and could not breathe through their nose. After my kids reliezed they just needed to relax their tongue the nurse was able to get the swab without using a tongue depresser. The nurse was very short and it was not a pleasant experience for my 8 and 10 year old. We have used access medical a ton of times for our family and this is the is our first negative experience.
The doctor listened carefully to my symptoms. He was very informative. I highly recommend him and glad I chose this urgent care facility. It’s very close to my home.
Not sure how this place has so many 5 star reviews… This place is awful. The staff are rude and clearly hate their jobs. I overheard the nurse making fun of me to the receptionist. It was loud enough for everyone else in the waiting room to hear and was extremely embarrassing. I don’t care how far I have to drive, I will NEVER go back to this place. An older gentlemen who came in after I did tried to be friendly and hold a conversation with the receptionist and she blatantly ignored him and told him to go sit down and check in. It was honestly such an uncomfortable environment to be in. She also lied to me about how many patients were ahead of me so that id go elsewhere. I’ve never received healthcare that was as low quality as this place. Just avoid this place at all costs!!Edit to add: the nurse’s name is Melodie. She’s not cut out to work in healthcare.
They did nothing to help me. They said they could only treat one problem but all symptoms started at the same time. Both bathrooms were covered in fecal matter. Do not go here they are only there to take your money!
My experience was positive. Everyone was courteous and friendly. I give it 4 stars even if the air wasn’t working. Would highly recommend this clinic
Facility is good. However, Melody is as rude as they come. My wife was having a medical issue and after filling out the paperwork and handing it back to the staff, Melody, the “nurse” proceeded to very loudly mock my wife for her medical issue to the staff and the entire lobby could hear it. That level of disrespect and unprofessional behavior is unacceptable. You are in the medical field to help people with their physical conditions, not mock their conditions for everyone to hear. If you can’t be respectful or even helpful to those in need, you should find a new job.
Easy to schedule and hardly any wait time once checked in. Staff were super nice and explained things well. Dr Roseberry was very kind and explained options. He even made me feel apart of the solution giving me options. I would recommend this location because of the outstanding service provided.
I have Covid and wasn’t feeling well at all. Everyone was attentive and understanding from the receptionist, to the nurse and the Lprn. Thank you for helping me!
Despite being extremely busy and short staff from the office staff, back office and Doctor i had some of the best treatment Ever from urgent care or ER.definitely one of best urgent care in oklahoma
I scheduled an appointment and I didn’t have to wait to long. Staff was friendly, quick, and was out quickly.
My daughter was seen for nausea and vomiting. She was prescribed some zofran but needed fluids. We had to go to the ER after leaving. Other than having to go to the ER, the experience was fine.
Had a swollen eye and within 1 hour had a script and a doctors note.Staff was really sweet, professional, and didnt waste my time asking for the same information 5 different times. In and out.
I really appreciated the ease of registering and checking in. I sat in the lobby and filled out super user friendly forms on my own phone. As a walk-in, I only waited about 30 minutes including paperwork time. Clean, wonderful customer service and bedside manner- super awesome experience when I felt a mess!!!
Was a very nice and friendly visit. The Dr was very friendly, informative to my issue, and quick on diagnosis and remedy, thank you all very much.
On New Years Day, I had to see a medical professional because I had developed a urinary tract infection over the weekend. My bladder was spasming and I was in pain. My urine test was positive for infection and had way too much glucose in it. So to make sure I was not heading for a diabetic coma, they tested my blood sugar. Luckily, it was perfect. They prescribed an antibiotic and I was feeling much better within 24 hours!! Everyone at the clinic was polite, professional, and pleasant. I am grateful and highly recommend them (Even if they changed their name!!)!!!
Needed help and it was 30 minutes to closing. They treated me quickly and pleasantly. I didn’t feel rushed.
They were amazing. Great bedside manors. Jiat all around a great experience. Thank you
Friendly staff. Clean facilities. Short wait. Doctor was knowledgeable and compassionate even with my complicated medical history, many meds, and numerous chronic medical conditions.
Provider recommended stopping the prescribed antibiotics when you feel better. That is ABSOLUTELY INCORRECT INFORMATION. ALWAYS finish your antibiotics, even if you feel better!! Insane to hear that from a medical professional.
They only offer QPR code check in. That was the first strike. It’s ridiculous. And they apparently are not educated enough to know that you have to have the QPR code reader downloaded on your phone, you can’t just open any phone camera and take a picture of a code. But that’s the instructions given, so multiple people had problems with it while we were there. However, we left without being seen because after an hour, we still hadn’t seen anybody at all! Do not recommend.
My daughter woke up in the middle of the night with a fever and sore throat. She said it hurt extremely bad to swallow. I looked in her throat and saw it was red and a white patch on the right side. She was swabed for strep and they said it came back negative. The PA said its probably some viral infection and just continue with Tylenol and Motrin. I knew it was something more than that so I called the pediatrician and took her in 3 hours after the urgent care appointment. The swabed her and the doctor came in saying she has full blown strep and Scarlet fever. She had a rash on her face, strawberry tounge and spotting on the back of her throat, a white patch on the right side of her throat along with a red throat and swollen glands. He asked is Cyndal moved during her urgent care swab, I said no, the nurse was impressed with the way she handled the swab. I know things happen but I felt like even though the test came back negative at Urgent care, her physical symptoms should have indicated that something more was going on. I am feeling away about having to spend 2 co-pays in one day in order to get my child the proper treatment. The staff was very friendly and professional, I just feel that the PA didnt do a thorough job and the other PAs and Doctors prior to this one have been great.
Great staff no wait. I got what I needed and felt so much better.
They got my son in immediately for a sports physical, efficient and friendly.
If I could rate them 0 stars I would! Ive been there twice now. The entire staff including the PAs are rude AF! Theyd rather take your money and send you to the ER before helping you themselves. Went in with THE FLU and they sent me home with NOTHING and told me Id just have to ride it out. Its been 4 days Im still not feeling ANY BETTER. Called in to get some thing to AT LEAST help with the symptoms and they told me to go to the ER. Being in the medical field myself, These people are JOKES. I came here cause its close to home. Next time Ill make the drive to a different UC and risk death before I ever give this place another cent. FREAKING FRAUDS!
I really like the person that took care of me. She appeared to be knowledgeable and explained my condition clearly
All the staff is very friendly. The provider was great, he was funny and made my daughter feel comfortable. He was thorough and I left feeling like we got great care.
Friendly and courteous service. Expedite care and resolutions. Top noth staff!
The lobby does not have a sterile feel, and was easier to relax during the wait. The reception, nurse, and doctor were all professional and empathetic. I mentioned ear pain, even though I went in to test for covid and flu, they gave me a prescription for my sinuses too. Really great care!
The staff was very pleasant and quick to get us back! Kat was very personable, made the check-in and vitals process easy, and also made it fun and relaxing! Brookelyn was my PA and she was phenomenal. Very knowledgeable and she didn’t brush off any symptoms or things that I said. She listened intently to what I told her and we worked together to figure out answers to questions and find what was wrong. Will absolutely be returning for urgent care needs!
Very nice friendly, got me in and out. Quick, easy process
Took my daughter to be seen and was skipped over several times and the very loud reception staff was cursing talking about drinking and partying and being very very unprofessional. This place used to be the urgent care wed choose above all. This will be the last time we come here. Absolutely ridiculous how incredibly crued and loud they all were. Not a place to work for people like that. The young Burnett without glasses was the worst of it!
I DONT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.😡 their stuff is awful. They never give me a quality basic medical care, how they did with my wife. The nurse never checked my blood pressure, never tested for covid-19 and Flu. Even though the doctor was surprised, and he asked me, Why dont they test you for covid and flue ? I am asthmatic. She never check my chest. After talking with my wife, we see that they give me different quality as they did with my wife. I felt discrimination by my color skin and my accent.I really sad for how i was treatedI went to urgent care because I needed medical attention. Please, dont visit this place.
I saw Jennifer. She was very compassionate. I was seen in a timely manner.
I have had bad experiences here in the past but the nurse I had issues with is long gone now. I will say our experiences here the last few years we have had to come (which isnt very often) have been pleasant. Today Dr. Roseberry did my daughters sports physical and he was absolutely wonderful. Routine visits like this are typically so mundane and the medical provider is often very flat. That is not the case with Dr. Roseberry. He was very kind, professional, and had a sense of humor. He has the best bedside manner Ive encountered since precocious. I wish more physicians were still like him. He is absolutely wonderful!
There was a slight mixup but check-in was quick. The nurses, the MP, and everyone (Im not good with names 😬) there did a fantastic job with my son! ❤️
Soo I’ve been sick with a viral infection going on week 3.All test came back negative but they prescribed me with antibiotics that had NOTHING to do with my symptoms.I had to go to the ER because i was getting worse since it was left untreated.
Booked a visit with the web portal and was seen promptly. The staff was friendly and professional. The PA who saw me took time to assess my condition and expressed concern about my blood pressure, which was elevated at the time. Overall, it was a very good experience considering that I was feeling terrible at the time.
In and out very quickly. Diagnosis was correct and medication put me on the road to recovery. THANKS
I was seen quickly, got strait to the point, staff & doc friendly & nice.
The staff is very friendly and beyond helpful. The young lady in reception found insurance we did not know was active and applied it , bringing us a copy and letting us know. The Dr was really good at making my 12 yr old granddaughter feel comfortable. Not necessarily an easy feat since 12 yr old are not really comfortable in their own skin, much less at a Dr appt! I was very pleased with the staff overall and highly recommend Access to anyone needing urgent care.
Just drove from Choctaw to see the doctor, and arrived at 5pm. They refused to see me and said they only had one doctor and I should have made an appointment online. Isnt this a walk in clinic. Im sick and probably have bronchitis, so Im going back home. This is ridiculous and the lady at the front desk acted like I was an inconvenience being there. Shame on you.
The past few times i visited the staff there have been wonderful. My most recent visit the front desk lady was rude and just seem like she was having a bad which is understandable. The only person who was helpful and friendly was the lady who took me back taking my blood pressure and weight. Also, I tried calling to talk to the provider about my results and I been on hold for at least 45mins. Maybe thinking I’m calling the wrong number but it’s the number listed and been on hold at least 45mins.
There must be a mistake. I did not have an appointment yesterday. My appointment was last Saturday.
Made appointment online, was seen quickly. Staff was nice and courteous. PA was very helpful. She even asked me my thoughts about the medications she was going to prescribe due to other conditions I have. Very thoughtful. Our family has used Access several times over the years and they have always been great!
We brought our daughter here last night after her family Dr saw her on Monday and diagnosed her with several illnesses but refused to give her any medications to help with these illnesses. As soon as we were taken back to get my daughters vitals and go into detail what brought us into the clinic that night, we felt heard and understood. As soon as the Dr saw my daughter, she knew immediately what she had and suggested an antibiotic eye drop which is exactly what we thought we would be given on Monday. Unfortunately, after Monday it only got worse over the next couple days which lead us to urgent care. The Dr also suggested an oral antibiotic because my daughter cant verbally express pain. The Dr said just by looking at her eyes she can only imagine my daughter was suffering and in pain in her eyes. Its now been less than 24 hrs after seeing the Dr and getting the medication prescribed to our daughter. Her eyes are already looking better! I fully understand that there are viral infections that antibiotics wont do anything to. However, there are some symptoms that come along with viral infections that can be treated with medication. This was the 6th week our daughter has been sick and the 4th time she has gone to the Dr. Finally this Dr is giving her medication that seems to be helping her with one of her symptoms and we are so very thankful to be heard and helped.
A total waste of time. I have had a head and chest cold for several days and decided to go to urgent care because I’ve been miserable, to make sure I didn’t have anything and get something to dry me up. I did a home Covid test which was negative. I told them that my Covid test was negative. The doctor just asked me a few questions and checked my ears and throat. He said my ears looked irritated and tonsils looked enlarged and asked what was my biggest problem. I asked for something to dry me up and he said sure. We can call something in to your pharmacy. They came back with discharge papers to take over-the-counter ibuprofen or Tylenol. How is that going to try me up?? Now I need to make an appointment to see my doctor. I still don’t know if I spreading anything and I didn’t get anything to help me. Such a waste of time!
I was seen for a cough on Memorial day. I was assured I dont have pneumonia and got scripts I can fill if I need them. Grateful for the Professional treatment!!
Excellent service. Was in and out in about thirty minutes with a doctors note. Plus, meds were sent right to my pharmacy. The staff was friendly and courteous. Would highly recommend!!!
They gave me the meds we needed but they definitely didnt have the best bedside manner. Theres a reason I usually go to healthcare express.
Took OVER TWO HOURS just to be seen in the middle of the day. They had a sign in the exam room explaining that theyre short staffed but no one mentioned that at check in. If they had, Id have gone elsewhere. Waiting 30+ mins in the exam room with a tired hungry toddler. I understand staffing issues but the front desk couldve communicated.
The Care @ This Facility was Great. I was in and out in no time. Thanks, Access Medical!
Dr Ruffin is the Best, he gave me prescriptions for what I needed to get better!!!
They are fully booked until Tuesday which is 2 days away. With 1 car in the parking lot, all of their website locations show walk in only.
Dr was very nice and really helped my mom.
Went in with poison ivy. This is the fastest & best service that I have ever received, not just from here, but at any medical facility.
A while ago I brought my daughter here and waited too long so we left. Next month I get an eob from my insurance. They tried to bill me. Be careful with this place
Went today for the first time for some abdominal issues. The staff were all very kind, and the wait was pretty short. The Doctor was in to see me not too long after I was initially called back for vitals. All in all I will definitely continue to use access over another urgent care :) y’all are awesome
Usually i have a great experiencehere!, Took my boyfriend, hes been sick 6 days, has every covid symptom! She barely put it in his nose when she swabbed him. So they told him it was allergies! He even said it feels just like the 1st time he had covid
Fast and friendly. The wait time was short and they got me in and out in less than an hour. Will definitely go there again.
I typically have a very good experience with Access Medical. That being said I was somewhat disappointed with my most recent visit. Overall service was good, always friendly staff at this location with clean facilities. But I was concerned when the doctor I saw decided not to send some of my rapid lab test to culture upon negative results when I presented clinically with many symptoms. And he sited no need due to having such a good rapid test fast forward two days my symptoms have progressed and I will have to seek repeat testing. I will definitely rethink returning there in the future or at least seeing that provider.
Waiting in waiting room 25 minutes 48 minutes once we were in the lab room. Then get an x ray waiting another 20 before we decided to leave. Said they would call us after results read. Never got a call. Won’t be back there is to many better choices.
Great experience & Great service! The people there are very professional and friend. No waiting, no problems. I got in and out within 20 minutes with my diagnosis and subscription. Because of the way I was treated during my appointment, felt better even before I got my medication! 💊 No joke! Im Serious! This place is awesome 🎯
Do not go here!!I took my wife here for covid testing and treatment. We have been going here non stop for awhile. They told us we had a 30 dollar co-pay. When we explained that our HRA deductible had been met, they gave us our results and said thats it! We didnt even see a doctor nor did they check our insurance on file. Never going back. I am leaving a !GOOD! review for HEALTHCARE EXPRESS/URGENT CARE on 15th and Douglas boulevard however. We had no co-pay, (met deductible) we seen a doctor and was prescribed paxlovid. There professionalism was many steps above
My normal physician was out of town and I needed to see a doctor so I made an appointment at this Access Medical Center less than one mile from my house.Making the appointment online was very streamlined and easy to navigate (good instructions were provided).I arrived a little prior to my scheduled appointment and was promptly greeted and was asked to have a seat in the spacious and nicely decorated waiting room.About 6 minutes later, the nurse called my name and escorted me to a small initial assessment room where my vital signs were recorded and additional information about my reason for being there were entered into a computer.I was in this room for about 10-15 minutes before the nurse transferred me to an examine room.Within five minutes, a doctor named Kyle came into the room and examined me further, looking at my throat and listening to my chest, front and back. After he received results from two laboratory tests, he determined I did not have the flu or COVID.He prescribed two pharmaceutical regimens and the clinic staff even called the pharmacy so the medicine would be ready for me to pick up when I got there. This was my first time to go to this type of clinic as I have always used my primary care physician for all previous health-related needs.I was extremely impressed with the professionalism of everyone with whom I dealt with during my visit. They were kind and attentive and they worked quickly to try to make me feel better.I never look forward to going to a doctor’s office or medical clinic, but I must say that my visit to this clinic was much better than I ever expected.I would use this clinic in the future for minor medical needs or when my physician is unavailable.I began taking my medicines when I got to my house yesterday and now, one day later, I am already starting to feel better.
From walking into the clinic starting with the receptionist and ending with her my experience was exceptional. The nurse was great and the Dr was awesome. I hate clinics because from my experience they dont really care about you. But here was so different. I felt welcomed and cared for.
Fast and friendly! Was able to do all of my paperwork from my phone within 5 minutes and was in the clinic for less than an hour. The PA listened and made me feel very comfortable.
The front desk staff wasn’t much of a people person, which… when you’re already feeling unwell, it would be nice to not feel like someone has to deal with you when they’d rather be doing anything else. There was a sign on the door that said if you did not want to wear a mask then you could stay in the car and wait for a call. When the man behind me tried to do this, she was pretty rude in telling him that that’s no longer the policy. So… maybe take the sign down?? But other than that, the nurse and doctor were both lovely and the process was quick.
As always, timely service. Very professional and made sure that we were all on same page and clear on duagnosis and treatment.
The nurses and the Doctor were all amazing. I felt safe, I felt heard, I felt understood. They made the appointment fast and efficient. This office is always my go to for my urgent care needs. Thank you all for being amazing.
Great, pleasant, and friendly place! Was very thorough with my sons visit today! I thank each one of them for taken care of patients! God bless you all!
Came in at 7:20 for my daughter but they turned me and another family away. Even booked a 7:30pm appointment. There was nobody waiting to be seen.
Not satisfied. My daughter chest was still hurting and sick . No medicine was prescribed.
Love the app, you’re able to check in, see the wait times, and your place inline if you do a walk in. The staff is friendly and professional. I saw Dr Lee and his staff today, got in and out within 45 minutes! Wonderful beside manner and the staff cares. This is my preferred place for medical treatment if I’m unable to get a same day appointment with my primary doctor. Thank you!
This one is great. You can schedule your appointment online, do paperwork on your phone before you get there, check in online, see how long your wait is online (if you didn’t take the minute to grab an appointment… online). The nurses and doctors are thorough and competent. Almost makes me want to just use them instead of a primary care.
Again, Great Experience will always go here if needed, Thank You All
The staff is very friendly and the doctor I saw was great! As I was leaving several of the staff said, “Hope you get better.”I did not wait long to be sent back to the room and I did not wait long on the doctor.
Visited today. Great service provided! Wait was not long and staff were caring and friendly. Both NPs were very knowledgeable but want to give a shout out to NP HeatherShe came in, introduced herself, practiced excellent hand hygiene and helped my son to not feel so nervous. She accomplished the task and we were on our way in no time. Thank you Access Medical Staff, for all you do! You are much appreciated in our neighborhood.
This is the 3rd and last time I have tried this place. Every time I got there to be seen as “walk in”, they have some excuse of why I can’t be seen. Today it was, the provider has maxed out on his “daily patient”. Is there even a such a thing?!?!? Do ER close down when they had too many patients? lol 🙄
I would have given a higher rating, but the lady at the front desk was very rude and obviously put out that we came late. She wasnt wearing a name tag, so I cant provide a name, but she was about 55-56 with dark brown hair and tan skin. It was late, but if my daughter had had an infection I wanted her to get started on antibiotics. She lied to me telling me there was 5 people in front of when there were 3 people in the waiting room, plus you can see how people are in front of you on their site. Then to try to get me to leave she told me, itll be a 2 hour wait and we close at 8:00. I said that I would wait and you could tell that it made her more mad ans she sure showed it by being short with me and wouldnt even look at me. Im sure she was having a bad day and me coming in close to closing made her mad, but ythats rhe business and you dont treat customers/patients so rude. If you are not happy, then find another job.I do want to mention that the nurse and NP were awesome! They were very caring even though they had had a rough day and gave us the best care and I didnt feel rushed. For that, I would recommend this place.
Went for a sports physical for my kid. Had to schedule an appointment. I think scheduling an appointment kept the lobby at a minimum traffic. Dr. Tran seen my kid and was friendly. She answered all of his questions and concerns with no hesitation and in a way he could clearly understand. She was very friendly and helpful. Much appreciated. Sports physical cost $25. Place was clean and service was outstanding!
First time visit, went very well. In and out fairly quickly. Appointment was late in the evening, so no waiting line. Staff was very nice and eager to help.
Would leave zero stars if possible. Horrible service. Tried to get a TB test done. They charged me for the injection but the Nurse Practitioner refused to read it without charging me again. The receptionist was helpful but she couldn’t do anything except pass on the message. Other staff there very unprofessional. Will never use them again!
The PA took great care of my granddaughter with bilateral ear infections. And she did a great job of explaining things plainly. I work in healthcare so she didn’t have to. But it’s reassuring that she does that for everyone.
Came in with a head injury and bleeding, but since I was paying cash, lady said it’s $300 just to come in the door before any cost of treatment. Pretty lousy way to treat people. The parking lot was completely empty other than me, but they didn’t seem to care about me or my well-being.Update: Later that day I went to a different urgent care facility, saw a doctor in less than 15 minutes and was only charged $95.
Amazing, friendly and caring staff. I would definitely recommend my family to go here. Check in time was very smooth and easy process. My husband and I were seen very quickly with very little wait time. All of our questions were answered. We didnt feel rushed. Many thanks goes out to Ms. Tanya Keck-Smith and her staff you ladies were AWESOME!!! Many blessings to you in all that you do. Thanks to my health insurance BCBS team for your referral to Access Medical Center in MWC, Oklahoma. Be well in good.
Amazing staff!! The took amazing care of my daughter. They even had a personalized welcome message on the exam room table that made my daughter feel special! They are extremely quick & efficient. Loved that we were able to check in online. No wait at all! We prefer Access to any other urgent care facility or even our PCP! The Dr & Nurse were super attentive with great sense of humor. Makes my kids feel comfortable every time we need to visit!
My visit was very quick and everybody was very helpful.
The receptionist is extremely nice and helpful, the nurse was SO friendly and knowledgeable and she listened to me, the doctor was SINGING and listened and gave me what I needed to feel better fast. They took my insurance even though it wasnt listed, and I was in and out very quickly with a cue to watch online for updates. This place rocks, honestly!
It never fails, your child becomes sick over the weekend, after hours or when your primary has nothing available. I have a 3 year old who has had everything under the sun (1st year of daycare). The staff are always so professional, caring and we’ve never had to wait over 30 mins to be seen. I would highly recommend them!
Great .. very professional and friendly staff.
Came in for an X-ray for a possible broken finger. I was a walk in and was seen after only a few minutes wait. Staff were all very friendly and helpful.
I was actually extremely disheartened and disappointed in the care I received. I have degenerative disease and previous breast cancer history. I was diagnosed with early stage breast cancer in my thirties, and my mother died at 48 from inflammatory breast cancer. There was no mention of checking to see if the cancer had came back. No mention of x-rays to see what were dealing with.I came in felt something snap in my back and it hurts to the point where I was screaming. I cannot sit, I cannot stand, Cannot work, I cannot drive.. I am in agony. The doctor did not even look at my back. Nor did she let me finish my sentence explaining. She was in the room approximately 15 seconds. during that 15 seconds never once did she lift my shirt to inspect my back, nor offer exray.she said naproxen and muscle relaxer to relax muscles. I dont have a pulled muscle. I have degenerative disc disease diagnosed in my 20s and what feels like a herniated disc. Not examining, not listening; offering meds unrelated to my issue. I have a very high pain tolerance and have been through quite a lot in my life. If I am to the point where I am crying, screaming, unable to sit or stand for any length of time I did not come to the doctor to be gaslit, ignored , talked over, interrupted and offered an over the counter med. I had to request a toradol shot on her way out the door which really should have been the 1st line of treatment. Doctors not listening to patients, misdiagnosing, and medical negligence are the leading causes of death. Maybe its time we do something about that starting with listening to the patient and doing an honest examination. How do you take peoples money and you dont even examine them? Nor listen to them or let them speak? I would not bring my goldfish back to this clinic. I feel very unheard and disrespected. I feel gas lit about my pain. I have not been to the doctor in 3 years and this type of treatment is exactly why. People are literally dying because going to the doctor is a waste of their time. My son and my daughter both came in with chest pains and were brushed off. I guess its going to take somebody dying before you guys get some doctors in there who didnt get their license from a cracker jackbox.
Nurses and doctors were amazing, they listened to us and took care of my child so well!!
Made my appointment before leaving home and was able to get in and out within 45 minutes and the staff very friendly but professional!!!!!
Always the best, so glad they are close and provides the care I need .
Very professional and friendly. Took my 16-year-old granddaughter with a badly sprained ankle. Took her there a month ago for same thing. She reinjured it today. We walked in and only had to scan to get checked in. No waiting at all. Doctor was very gentle with kylies very sore ankle and gave us very good advice, plus x-rays. Sent her home with ankle brace and crutches. It was a very positive experience and very pleasant!
Always great and understanding staff. Thank you all for being awesome! I’ve never had a bad experience here!
Everyone was friendly, knowledgeable, & quick to fix my stopped up ears, which I developed after 2 weeks of fighting nasal infection.
This was a great visit. Any time I have been for myself I have always received proficient care. Now, when the pediatrician isnt available I trust them to get my son looked after as well. He received quick and accurate test results as well as quick and excellent care by the nurse and Lili the provider on duty.
The experience today was fine; efficient and professional. I do wish that there was some communication prior to our visit that the procedures had changed and that we didn’t have to wait in the car like before. We were informed at every step about the Covid precautions prior to the vaccine being rolled out. The change should be communicated with the same intensity. That’s not on the staff, who are incredible people. That’s a top-down misstep.
Didnt get any relief from the pain on my sciatic.
Access Medical Center was very quick to get me into a room, and my entire visit took about 25 minutes from the time I walked in the door until I walked out again. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
Very nice staff. Short wait and excellent care. Ive been there several times and have always felt I was valued as a patient. The PA was caring and explained everything thoroughly. I cant see how anyone would give a negative review. The whole office is clean and well cared for
I normally visit the location in del city. I just happen to pass by the mwc location while driving home from work. Stopped in and I’m very happy I did! The staff was great, wait time was low, check-in simple. I would go back for sure! I especially want to recognize Dr. Alex Sherry. He was extremely kind, funny and knowledgeable! Honestly, if I wasn’t sick during the visit I’d give him and this location 15/5 stars. Highly recommended.
Sadly I’m finding myself giving not so good reviews!! For Restaurants, Health care! Just overall Businesses.. The whole staff was rude. Listening to them talking in the hallway is rude
Everyone is polite and friendly. Even with one DR seeing everyone time wasn’t that long to wait. Thank you for being one of the best clinics around.
They were absolutely amazing with my 2 sons & myself. They ran all test and made sure we knew the Care Plan so we could get better quickly.
Everyone was very nice and professional. Very open to my concerns and took time to address them all. Will definitely use again. I saw Brookelyn Johnson PAC..she is wonderful.
The only thing that upset me yesterday was she gave me a 10:10 appointment she said they would call. I never got a call then I got a text that they cancelled my appointment. She did not tell me to call them and I sat in th parking lot from a little after 9:00 until almost 11:00. If she wanted me to call she should have told me to instead of telling me that they would call. Everything else was very good.
Quick, easy, and the staff were very helpful.
The staff were very helpful and I will definitely go back if the need arises. Thank you to all the staff 🙏 💙
Had to take my 4 year old daughter in to get her foot looked at and everyone was amazing and made her feel super comfortable! The MA made sure to reassure her every chance she got which made for an amazing visit! Would definitely recommend this place to others, quick in and out visit! ☺️
Joyce had a problem and they handled it quickly and well.
Very professional from the receptionist to the nurse to the doctor. There was only 1 patient waiting before me when I checked in. I was there just a little over a half hour. I went there as a referral from my primary care physician as I could not see my doctor right away. I have a double sinus infection and they called in 3 rxs for me. I am very pleased with my visit to Access Medical in MWC, OK. I feel that I was taken very well care of. I will definitely recommend this facility to my family and friends.
The visit was great! Nikki was so kind and caring, and Dr. Raoul was great! definitely recommend this location!
Best ever!! Very PROFESSIONAL AND Prompt.
Nurses were so friendly and accommodating. I had to go for a covid test and was a bit freaked out. They spent time with my helping to allay my fears and even got me laughing. The lobby is beautiful decorated with comfy furniture and a tv to watch while you wait. I wish all businesses has such wonderful staff!!
I scheduled my appointment online, which was quite easy & convenient. At my time, I was checked in and only had to wait 5 minutes before being led to an exam room. The nurse was wonderful and the P.A. was extraordinary. Thankfully, I only had a sinus infection (not Covid!) and was treated with steroids/antibiotics!! I will definitely recommend Access Medical Center to all I know!
Made an appointment because I felt ill. Got to the clinic and the door was locked. The sign on the door said wear a mask, I did. It said they were open but no one ever unlocked the door and theres no direct phone number to call. Ill never go back. I was sick. I didnt need the rude nexcare operator either that talked to me like I was an inmate.
The employees are awesome and polite! I was treated with respect and dignity. I was extremely impressed by Meredith Dunn, PAC. She was very informative and cared about the issue I was dealing with. She listened to what I had to say and explained what was going on. I learned much more from her today than I have from specialists in the past twenty years! Thank you Access Urgent Care and employees. I will definitely return should the need arise!
I was able to go to Access and get treated quickly and professionally. Using their online appointment system I did not have more than a 5 minute wait time.
Although I had to wait about 30 minutes past my scheduled time, everything else was superb. The testing and the customer service were superb. They were busy and possibly short-staffed. I just moved here and am glad to have lucked out to find a new go-to for urgent care. Thank you!
Very quick, staff was nice, and always professional
Everyone I dealt with was professional and friendly. First Covid test for my six year old and the curbside service was simple and painless. The nurse who did the actual test was gentle and explained to my son what she was doing. I would definitely come back.
I like going to Access Medical here on 15th. I’ve never had an issue with checking in or being seen in a timely manner. The staff are very friendly and professional. Definitely have no complaints.
12-22-20 - They were very friendly. I was asked to wait in my vehicle until they called me for vital information, then they asked me to drive to the back where they could do a covid test and whatever else. It was very efficient and they were super clear about all of their instructions. I appreciated their commitment to keeping the patients and doctors safe!
I went to the clinic for a rapid COVID test. They were extremely helpful, prepared and thorough from reception until I met in person with a PA. I was in and out in about 30 minutes. That includes my test result.I am encouraged that this level of care and excellence is only 10 minutes away.
Was quick and the staff was friendly and professional
The care I received at Access was very kind and friendly. I am new to Oklahoma and I became very dehydrated and my blood pressure was very high. I was seen immieditely, and I was given the up most care. Every detail was taken care of. I would recommend this facility to everyone who might need immediate assistance. The staff was very nice and met every need. I felt very comfortable and confident in my care. Thank you very much to the staff!
Went for some stitches on a random cut. Super fast, never been there before, paperwork, stitched and gone in less than an hour! Doctor and nurses were awesome. Doctor Pham is the man!
I made my appointment and checked in online was seen in around 10 minutes of my arrival very detailed examination and prescriptions sent to my pharmacy was back at my house in record time. Very pleased with everything
They were very prompt as they worked being short handed at the beginning of their opening time. I was updated each step of the way with what would come next and received my rapid results back within the hour. Each team member was informative and understanding with a kind disposition, whether they were on the phone or my in person nurse! Thank you for continuing to be in healthcare during these trying times! I appreciate every one of you!!!
What a wonderful place to be seen at! Everyone from reception to the people in the back were incredibly nice and helpful. I felt like I was being heard and taken very seriously. This is where I want to go if the occasion ever arises again.
Weve used this clinic multiple times throughout the years - never disappointing. They are as quick as they can be and helpful to answer all your questions.Very easy, local spot when youre not 100%
Everyone was everyone was fabulous. Thorough and conscientious care.
The front desk receptionist was very kind and helpful to my needs.Nikki is the nurse who helped me and made my experience extra great with her personality and kindness. This is a great location!
Doc was quick and efficient got me the meds I needed to feel better and started doing so by the end of the day.
The office staff really sweet, clinic super clean, the wait wasnt to terribly long and the nurse so very nice and gentle. And the Dr. He was extremely helpful and so very helpful and such a delight..loved his bedside manner and personality, so friendly.. I would definitely recommend anyone to come here..
I was seen by nice and knowledgeable professionals. It was busy and seemed to be slow getting in on this particular day. I understand that when you come here youre not feeling well, but it would have been nice had there been additional restroom facilities.I understand that the building is within code, but just one restroom in the waiting area being forced to listen to a man throw up over and over again was disturbing to say the least. I know this is not the staffs fault; it just happened to be going on the day I was there. Everyone I interacted with was caring and kind.
Dr. Andrew Nguyen was excellent and listened to me and was very knowledgeable about my condition. He has great bedside manner. The staff was courteous and friendly. The wait time and clinic visit did not take long at all.
I made an online appointment for 1 pm. My appointment wasn’t complete until 2:40 pm; most of the time I spent waiting to be seen. The MA was very friendly and apologetic about the wait time. The NP was brusque and seemed harried. I had to ask what my diagnosis was. The person who brought in my visit report told me, “Your instructions are on here”(indicating the paper). She didn’t review them with me. When I went to my pharmacy to pick up my prescriptions, we discovered Access had only faxed one of them. I had to call TWICE to get the second prescription sent over, so I spent over an hour at the pharmacy waiting. I’ve had other experiences with Access that were much more positive than this one.
I am giving 3 stars because the nurse and doctor was great, but I had to wait 2 hours to be seen. I got there at 5pm, but was not checked in until 6:10pm and seen at 7pm. This usually doesnt happen. I have always had a great experience in the past. I still recommend this clinic, and will return with hopefully a better wait time.
First time visiting. The staff was awesome. Everyone was friendly and made me feel welcome. They got me in and out from check in to leaving in about 30 minutes. I’ll be going back.
We are thankful for having such capable and caring medical staff nearby. We live in a semi rural area, yet we are blessed to have such well- trained professionals so close by. We are thankful for Access Medical Care.
Really fast and really nice. Even gave me the option to not step on the scale if I didn’t want to. I think I was in and swabbed for all 3 tests and saw the doctor within 17 minutes.
The medical staff is super friendly and the inside of the building is not only clean, but it has a luxurious look and feel to it. They prefer appointments, so get scheduled as soon as possible. Call or walk in and schedule an appointment. I would definitely recommend Accese Medical, as their staff is super friendly and truly want the best for their patients.
Did something stupid and hurt myself. It happens.Doctor and all staff I came across were super nice, exhibited empathy and really appeared to want to help me.Only waited 10 minutes, but then again, only one person was ahead of me.I dont visit urgent care centers often (like never) but on a Saturday with my GP unavailable this experience was a good one.
All were very sweet and respectful
Always a good experience when I need to see a doctor sooner than my primary care can meet me.
Absolutely love this place. Very accessible for my medical needs when Im not able to get into my regular doctor. The staff is very friendly. I dont usually have to wait to long, but that can depend on how many patients they are seeing at the time. Have had no bad experiences with them.
Despite the many good reviews, Ive had nothing but problems with this place. Losing your information, cancelling your appointment, not having the things they need to have on hand. Its just one problem after another. Its finally gotten to the point where my wife and I wont go here. We need a place that is reliable.
I am so thankful to have this clinic so close by. The front office staff was friendly and helpful right when I walked through the door. I was treated by Sandra Cooper and was comforted by her level of concern for my well being. She was knowledgeable, thorough and truly cared. Thank you again to the staff at Access!
Todays was great. The wait time was limited, office visit was good. The doctor was in a good mood, accessed my quickly, called in a prescription and I was in my way. A year ago, I went in with symptoms of strep throat. This same doctor said I had Covid and sent me in my way. The next day I went to the ER, tested negative for Covid, and had a severe case of strep throat. Was prescribed a Z-Pack (the same medication I had requested at urgent care), was sent home and was feeling much better the next day. I am a nurse, I have gotten strep throat twice a year my entire adult life. I guess it made the doctor mad that I had self-diagnosed, and he was determined to have rove me wrong by saying I had tested positive for Covid and sent me home with nothing. And the next day the ER said I did not have Covid, and prescribed me antibiotics for strep-throat! Just goes to show what showing you a$$ will do for you.
Great facility and staff, I believe my nurse’s name was Kat the physician was Dr Tran. Very friendly, Fast and convenient. Will def return for any future needs.
I dont remember the LPNs name but she was so nice and gentle with my daughter who had to get her earrings cut out because the backs wouldnt come off. My daughter who is 8 kept talking about how nice she was after we left.
The staff all take wonderful care of my family. Thank you all for your dedication through these harsh winter months. May you all be blessed beyond your imagination for the sacrifices you make to care for others.
I was administered attention and care by the staff within 15 minutes of arrival. Staff members were friendly and professional. Great experience!
I highly recommend this place! The staff and PA were very friendly and professional. I was in and out quickly but didn’t feel rushed my the PA. Staff listened to my concerns, and it was apparent that they care about their patients. The online patient portal makes new patient paperwork easy and you can fill it out at home become you come. Saves time.
Have you ever been to a medical facility that doesnt have masks to provide to their patients? Now we had some in the car and would have gotten them, but thats not the point. The lack of respect shown to myself and my children because of masks and them not providing paper masks was 100% unacceptable. We left without having service based on how rude the front desk was about the mask situation. Had they been nice about it we would have gone to the car, each put one on, and came in to have my twin boys seen. Instead we left and went to a different Urgent Care. We will not return to Access Medical at Midwest City, OK location.
The staff here are great. They were very friendly and quick. I felt like they genuinely cared about me and the reason for my visit. If I ever need urgent care assistance in the future I will definitely come back here.
Crystal who works at the front desk is amazing. I had an issue with some paperwork mix up (NOT their fault at all) and she quickly fixed, was extremely kind and made me feel so much better about the whole situation. A nurse also helped us in getting it fixed, I wish I would have asked her name as well but I was in such a rush I didnt have time. If I could give more stars I would!! Thank you Crystal!!!
This is my neighborhood Urgent Care and have been here a few times. Staff was friendly and I got the attention I needed, but the wait was absolutely unbearable. I went in over a week ago with two broken wrist. I used the call ahead service and showed up at the time I was supposed to, but still ended up waiting for close to an hour. What really burned me about this was they had the waiting list displayed on a screen in the lobby, and my name kept getting skipped over for the next person in line. Other than that, everything was fine.
The clinic allows you to call ahead to reserve your seat in line or simply go online and click your time. The staff are very professional and organized! They are joyful and will make you laugh through your pain! There is a pharmacy across the street for your medications. The clinic is great when it comes to following up on your condition or results. Overall, I loved everything about Access Medical Center and I hope you do too!
They were super nice. They treated my injury with care. They offered a shot to help with pain. I really appreciate the help they gave.
Fast, and the process felt very safe. Health providers we interacted with were all very kind and knowledgeable, and answered all of my questions! Even my 6-year-old commented on how nice everyone was.
We checked in online and showed up 20 minutes early yet we still got called after all the walk ins...40 minutes after our estimated appointment time. Then waited another 25 minutes to see the doctor. The physician and the nurse that did triage was great, the rest of the staff were rude and had horrible attitudes. Then were about to leave and theyve spelled our very common last name wrong and we had to wait even longer for them to fix it. I went to this one because its five minutes from my house, next time Ill drive the extra 25 minutes and go to the Moore location.
I 100% recommend this facility!! The receptionist, nurse, & doctor were exceptionally friendly, professional, & made sure I completely understood everything. This will be my go to place if I cant see my regular doctor.
They will give you the run around, tell you one thing on the phone, and the opposite once you get there, and then make you feel like it is your misunderstanding. Rude staff, got turned away twice after getting assurances on the phone I could be seen. Steer clear, they are no good.
Quick very efficient especially with VA assistance.
The staff was great. Im diabetic and hadnt eaten anything so I was shaking and one of the staff went and got me a few things. They xhexked on me I felt like family. Thank you so much foe all your help.
Change your website and stop the false advertising that you take walk-ins until 8 PM when you dont!! I went to 2 of these locations with my sick 4 year old 1 at 7 PM and 1 at 745 because I had to drive from one location to the next just to be told that they arent seeing anybody else as a walking for the rest of the night! They dont know how to answer the phone to tell you that or put it on their website that after a certain time they dont accept walk-ins!
They are always so nice! Super easy to make appointments online. Ive been going for years. Wouldnt go anywhere else for last minute appointments.
Kind of awhile wait to go back (reason for 4 stars) but the staff was absolutely nice, caring, and informative! The front desk gal, the nurse tech, and the nurses (and/or PA’s) were too kind! Answered all my questions & kept it discreet as needed! Appreciate it, gals! Will definitely come back to this location, only if I need to! *wink*
They were nice and it went fast. although their website says they have x rays and they don’t
Great experience. Schedule your appointment time online and you are IN AND OUT. EVERY TIME. They ran three tests. Results within an hours. Rx sent and ready at pharmacy quickly. Only complaint is in Solv summary there are no notes. Nothing about diagnosis, meds prescribed, instructions for care. Nothing. App is lacking.
I’ve been four times in a short period. The nurses were very nice 3 out of 4 times. The time she was short and slightly unpleasant, it was near to closing time. The doctors were kind and helpful 3 out of 4 times. Today the PA was very dismissive and short, not seeming like he wanted to help.
Scheduled appt online and because it didnt show up on their system they put someone else in my sons appt slot and wouldnt even do anything to correct it. The nurses said there was nothing they could do cause they dont control the website. I only gave 1 star so I could leave a review other than that they get 0 stars from me. I would not recommend and will not go back!
The front desk and the nurses are so helpful and caring. When you dont feel good, its much appreciated!
They were so nice & gentle my daughter dont even like people touching her but she was so good for them I was shocked
When we stopped by at my sons lunch break for a sports physical the girl was rude but when we stopped by after work she was more cordial. The clinic staff were great and efficient.
We have gone here for awhile and use to friendly staff.First, I was extremely irritated that I had to list all of my symptoms when I booked online, write all 6 of them down when I got there, then tell one of the nurses the same symptoms; then the doctor came in and I had to tell him the symptoms. So, that was a total of 4x in less than 2 hrs.😱 Im like, why ask for the symptoms if no one takes the time to read them??The male nurse/receptionist was dry and half rude.It was a bit of a wait for there not to be any other patients there besides us. Usually we get right in and out.Other than that, the doctor and female nurse were friendly.
The online check in is simple, fast and easy. The Dr. listened to everything I was saying intently and was able to give me the answer I needed. She even helped with my anxiousness about a couple other issues.
They seem to be fake . They dont like doing there job are the provider is fake
Been feeling sick for the past couple of days so I set up an appointment for 1:30pm. I showed up early like asked. It is now 2:30pm and i still havent been seen. I went in to ask how much longer because my ride had to go to work. The lady behind the counter got rude with me. I just asked for my ID and insurance card back.
Terrible service- we took my daughter in and after waiting in the parking lot for over an hour, the doctor spent five minutes (not exaggerating) with her. Prior to even seeing her, they wanted to know exactly what was wrong with her - not just symptoms, they basically wanted a self diagnosis. We told them it could be the flu.... When she was FINALLY seen, he took a flu test and covid test and sent her on her way - stating we would have the results in an hour. After FIVE hours, we still had not heard from them, so we called in. They told us the doctor needed to talk to her and he would call her right back. After not hearing back in an hour, the pharmacy called and said she had a prescription to pick up, but they would be closing in five minutes. We called the office back AGAIN and asked what he was treating her for. After being placed on hold for a long time, they came back and said it was bronchitis. Very interesting since they never took the time to listen to her chest or anything. If they are so afraid of covid that they aren’t able to actually see patients, perhaps they should just close down until this is over. Pretty crazy that doctors can’t get close to patients, but retail employees, bankers and restaurant workers are able to- without all ppe that medical staff wears.
