They were so busy!! But that didn’t change how incredibly efficient they were! I was very impressed with how kind and helpful the front desk was! I came in for a DOT physical and the nurse on staff was very professional and kind! And the provider was the best!! 5 stars for the NW expressway location! I’ll be coming back every time!
Do NOT recommend. Had no issues with the staff at this location, but it Not worth the stress to visit this location. I was over charged and am struggling hard to get my money refunded. They over charged me by $200 for a visit in May. It is nearly impossible to get a hold of an actual person to speak with and you will be on hold for a long time trying to get through. My insurance covered this visit and I have the EOB and proof showing payment was issued. I have called them about every two weeks working to get my money back. Each time I call and finally speak with a real person, they say they have no record of my previous call and they will issue a check that will be sent in the mail. The last person I spoke with said part would be refunded to my card and it never was. She said she would call me the next week for a follow up and never did. I Still haven’t received a check with my refund. At this point they are withholding my money. $200 is NOT a small amount of money to just be hanging in limbo.Edit to add: they claim again that the check is being processed and mailed. They actually had record of my previous call this time. Will continue to follow up in a few weeks. Adding some stars to my review, because again the staff at this location do well! It’s really the billing/admin side of things that is terrible. I probably won’t return due to the risk of money and the stress of trying to get that money back and incredibly long hold times. This is not something you can follow up on while you are on your lunch break, so it is also taking away from my time with work and family.
All was great. Very nice NP. Very gentle MA check in. In and out in a timely manner. Rxs sent in immediately. I always come here when really ill-cant get in to see PCP immediately when sickThank you, Access Medical Clinic!
Having a serious injury is never easy, even more so when it’s caused by your own stupidity. But by the time I left, my stress melted away and I was able to laugh about what happened. The staff worked fast, was remarkably friendly and made the entire process as easy as an emergency medical visit can be. I’d highly recommend them to anyone!
From the beginning of my visit to the end, every person I came in contact with was outstanding. everyone was so nice and professional. And as a bonus, the clinic was so clean and decorated so nice. This clinic is one of the best that I’ve ever visited in the Oklahoma City area.
Being the clutz that I am, I cut my hand, in between my fingers on some glass and needed stitches. I was seen very quickly and sewed up very quickly. The whole visit was less than an hour, 30 min before closing, on a Sunday. Definitely recommend. Staff was all very friendly too.
Refused to triage me for almost an hour (47 minutes from check in) to which a rude nurse with curly hair and glasses told me I hadnt been waiting as long as I had. I had been looking for a tetanus shot for having jammed a toothpick into my big toe joint and have lost all feeling in said toe as they left me with a warm ice pack to gossip at the nurses station about me.The doctor came in for all of 5 minutes to tell me to go to the hospital.Since they asked for more of a review, the check in girls were condescending as all get out. I begged for help with paperwork and they made sure I had to do it myself through their badly designed website. The doctor was extremely sympathetic and allowed me to express my discomfort and distress. If I was reviewing him hed get 5 stars.Edited over a week later to add; they charged me for an ice pack. $50 to my insurance for an ice pack. I waited for them to refund my insurance as they said they wouldnt even put it through but I have the physical bill from them.
Everyone was great. The Receptionist was polite. The PA I saw was very helpful. The only thing I would have changed would be that I was made to fill out my paperwork via QR code on my phone. I asked twice for a paper form and was refused. I was extremely sick and am visually impaired making that method not possible for me. In order to accomplish this I was forced to tell my personal information to the gentleman who drove me so that he could do it for me.
The place was very clean, and the woman at the front desk was very kind. The nurse and doctor were very kind and the visit was very quick! Post care instructions were very clear and informative. I’ll come back for sure!
Great experience! The wait was short, the nurse was amazing. I got a shot and didn’t even feel it! I was nervous before but very pleased after. Will definitely be back and recommend to others! Thank you Access Medical on NW Expressway!
Great experience. I was in and out within the hour. The staff and PA were all very friendly and took the time to answer any questions I had. Would definitely recommend.
I was told the office charge was 130. For what I thought was a foot infection it could possibly be up to 600. Fine. The pa took one look, said it looked like poison ivy was there about 2 minutes. I literally spent longer with the person getting heart rate and blood pressure. My bill ended up 335...
It was great, to set my mind at rest. I need to send an oppology to the PA who called with my results. We were at drive through. My daughter said I hung up on her. Its my anxiety, I probably did. So I want to apologize for that. You guys rock, so glad I have you for an option.
Everyone was very kind and pleasant from the front desk staff, the nurse triaging, and the physician who provided my care. I even made my appointment at the wrong location and the front desk staff fixed it without issue and was very gracious about my mistake. I hope I don’t need to go back to an urgent care center.. but if I do it’ll be here :)
Everyone was nice. It started with the front desk assistant. And then the lady that took my blood pressure. The assistant to the Dr. and even the Dr. were all pleasant. Good overall experience.
If I could give 100 stars, I would! My kid cut his forehead and we came literally 10 min before they closed and the staff graciously took us in! PA Karlee and the front and back staff were great! They got us back quick and was able to get my kid sutured and out the door within 30 min or less! I cannot thank the staff enough for saving us a trip to the ER so late on a Sunday evening! Highly recommend!
It was very clean and nice. They got me in and out in a timely manner and everyone was so kind and helpful. I always go here if I have a problem or need.
Absolutely the best service ever. The wait was short everyone was knowledgeable about their job. The attending physician was amazing.
No long wait times. The front desk lady and doctor were quick and friendly! The medical assistant was dry and not very kind.
Received friendly professional care. However the noise I could hear from the nursing station even with the exam room closed was loud obnoxious talking, singing, and laughing. It seemed like my care was delayed due to them carrying on so!
I filled out the paperwork and specified a24 hr pharmacy near me, on the S Side. B4 I left, I noticed on the paperwork they gave me wrong pharmacy. They said theyd change it. I even told the receptionist to be sure to change but. Said shed remind them. No. I spent an hour in line at my local pharmacy only to find they sent it to the wrong pharmacy, even after I told two different people to change it. So, maybe Ill be able to pick it up tomorrow. Im very disappointed at their lack of paying attention. Why would they even change the pharmacy I specified in my intake papers in the first place. Both promised to correct it and neither did. Im exhausted. Dont have my meds. Wont return to this clinic. The only one who seemed to pay any attention was the young man that took my vitals. The rest, air cadets. I can only hope thief diagnosis was correct.
I usually wouldn’t leave a review but I had a very good experience here. I was a walk-in and I was in and out the door in a hour. The nurses and doctors were very kind and they treated me with respect. I highly recommend and appreciate the team here.
Edit: 6/9-still giving 5 stars but the female medical assistant (that checks blood pressure, temp etc) is not winning any personality contests. She was cold, sarcastic and generally unpleasant. Even my 11 yo son made a comment about her bad attitude.Check in was easy (QR code). Wait time was fairy short (we got there around 4). Staff was pleasant and the medical professional on duty was thorough and explained everything well.
Thank you for the kind and professional level of care by Ashton Robertson, PAC. I took my son in 30 minutes before they closed and they were patient and ran all the tests needed to properly diagnose him. Thank you for taking good care of us.
The medical members at urgent care provided great service for my ear concern. Very friendly people. The inside of my ear canal was irritated. The medical team proceeded to assist me with the proper resolution for my ear problem.
When we walked in, we were greeted by a friendly male who brought us back and triaged promptly A++ sense of humor and great with my young son. PA Augustine helped us today. My son was nervous walking in and Augustine was phenomenal with him. He distracted my son with a great sense of humor and even an air jump. I would highly recommend him.He was also knowledgeable and instructed us what to watch for “just in case” which helped put my mind at ease. Thank you Mr. Pham!
Waste of time , waste of money, would’ve been better off going to the same Chinese doctor I had seen before, doctor literally just checked my throat in less than 30 seconds all to say she can’t even check the rest of my symptoms, and to “google” another doctor specializing in ENT. Dropped $160 for them to not even recommend me anywhere, negligence at its finest, really would’ve preferred them to tell me that over the phone instead of having me waste my money, gas, mileage, and time, do not go here, literal scam, there’s cheaper urgent clinics that will actually DIAGNOSE you, if only I could get my money back for this bc indeed it was a big lossStaff was friendly though, but the service in fact was a hell of a disappointment.
Front desk staff was very courteous and professional. Dr. Fairlie was really thorough with great bedside manner. I definitely recommend coming here.
1) lil guy at the front yelled at me bc i didnt know how to use the scanner thing to sign in.2) I tried telling him that I was not the patient and that NONE of my infomation would be pertinent. He cut me off.3) 20 mins later when he realized how what I said couldve saved him time and work he started apologizin in a way that was NOT an apology. He said I didnt know what you were trying to say!, my job is SO IMPORTANT, this place wouldnt run without me! I started to say something and he cut me off and started yelling about how important he is... then started yelling at me in front of my granddaughter who was the patient. I told him to stop, just leave this room so we can see the dr.... he yelled like a 15 yr old girl trying to get the last word.. called me crazy and told me hes keeping my personal information that never should have been required bc my daughter ended up having to contact them w permission to treat my granddaughter. So after being verbally assaulted my granddaughter started crying. Now Im getting weird prank calls. The guy couldnt even get my granddaughters pulse ox correct... its a lil finger machine he didnt have to work to do it right. The pa pham giggled when I said he should do something about that guy. I said idk why your snickering we arent friends or family, this isnt funny. So the front desk guy violated hippa by taking my personal information and telling me hes going to take it for his personal use and he is. This place has a TON of bad reviews idk how they are ranked so high, its like they dont count the 20 1 star reviews. Luckily I have time so I contacted the company that owns this place and let them know how the m.a. has a God complex.EDIT: Your generic response give me zero trust in your business. You need to talk to the lady at the front desk bc she was somewhat disturbed by the guys treatment of me and my granddaughter. You need to watch the recording and listen to it. The guy obviously thought I was leaving a poor review when he went off on me. He should 100% lose his job. Ive contacted your parent company with this information as well. Just bc I wi absolutely not let this go, the pa pham literally made it into a joke but my 6yr old granddaughter is absolutely hurt and confused as to why a random guy yelled at us. He also said he was going to go through my information. Why would you allow that?!!! So I had to get his information the old fashioned way. You need to take care of your high liability front desk staff.
My visit was fast and simple. Nurse Lindsey was awesome and straight forward with me, and the doctor was very helpful & informative!! Thank you all for helping me.😊
Made an appointment for my son’s cough and a rash that spread about his body. Brookelyn Johnson was very attentive and took all the proper measures to finding a solution to our concern. She was friendly and knowledgeable about the care needed to get him back on the road to recovery. Thank you to Access Medical for being there and available when we have urgent needs!
Fast food of medical care— DO NOT GO!!!!I took my son because he was running a fever and had a cough. The “doctor” on call named Fairely listened to my son’s breathing for a second and told me it was viral, but prescribed an inhaler. It seemed odd that the doctor said his breathing was coarse but didn’t order a chest X-ray. Next day since he was still running a fever I called back for antibiotics and a chest X-ray, They acted like it was unnecessary for a chest X-ray or being prescribed antibiotics because “ the doctor said it’s viral, antibiotics won’t work” I ended up taking my son to the ER later that day, and sure enough, he has pneumonia. That is pure negligence on Access Medical’s part to not order a chest X-ray and treat me like I didn’t know what I was talking about. Never take yourself or your sick child here, unless you enjoy wasting time or gambling with your child’s health.
I don’t normally leave reviews but I had a really pleasant experience here! I don’t have a primary care Dr. since moving to OKC and tried this place out today. The staff was very kind, the building was clean, and the PA that saw me really listened to my symptoms and answered all of my questions. I felt much more taken care of here than I have at other urgent cares in the area that I have tried. Very personable care!
Had flu like symptoms for a few days and had booked a COVID/ flu test with Walgreens. When I arrived they made me wait 20 minutes before telling me they didn’t have the tests on site so couldn’t help me. Booked an appointment at Access for an hour and half later and was very happy with the service. Check in was easy and the wait was very short. All staff were attentive and showed empathy and my prescription was called in right away so I could pick it up on my way home. Way better than the Walgreens minute clinic.
Receptionist was very helpful polite. Nurse was amazing, excellent!Dr was excellent too. Asked lots of questions and helpful.
Pleasant visit. Which is needed when you are in pain. They listened, and due to active listening gave me suggestions to meet my needs... truly, truly grateful.
Did not have to wait at all. Very professional. Treated me with dignity and care.
They were super fast and friendly! I was in and out in no time with only the wait time it took me to fill out the paperwork they needed!
Place was great. I recommend filling the online forms out before you go. Appointment at 10am was home with the scripts by 10:50am.Super easy. Very nice
Best place for sports physicals! Quick and inexpensive! Super nice front staff and provider.
It was great overall. I waited a while, but have narcolepsy so I just fell asleep. The physician who helped me...I really, really liked. I think her name might have been Angie. She had greyish hair, but seemed younger than the hair might make one assume.
The staff was very nice and caring. I appreciated them being there and available for my visit. Thank you.
The check in process went smoothly and the staff was very efficient. I appreciate the doctors knowledge and the care they provided me.
The staff was not empathetic to me when I came in with a dislocated knuckle. I waited an hour to be seen which I know can be expected, so that’s not the issue. I don’t understand why you sit there and complete check in paperwork and then when you enter the room you are asked the same questions that you just typed in your paperwork. When I entered the facility after a few others just came in the receptionist shouted “ just so you know we only have one doctor and one nurse today!”……okay, well I need a doctor and I’m in pain so I’m staying. The nurse had zero bedside manner with me. She took me back to take X-rays and she acted like I’m supposed to know what to do with my hand. It was so frustrating and I had to say that I never had x-rays on my hand, she told me how to put my hand like she said, she said “no” and moved my hand. She put a tiered foam thing in front of me and said put your hand on this…so I did, and she said”no, separate your fingers “. So I did and then she said “no, one finger on each “step” of the foam thing. Sheesh really? The doctor is another story. He didn’t appear to notice the difference in my hands and knuckles and actually questioned me about who told me to go there. What is that? You can see that my knuckle was flat, and if I tried to stretch out my ring finger it clearly bent to the right hitting my middle finger. You don’t know if it’s dislocated???? Then they put a splint on “for now” because they sent the x-ray to a radiologist. The nurse slapped it on without care and it hurt, she wrapped that god awful stretchy stuff to hold it in place and she was pulling it so hard it would rip and she essentially didn’t care how it looked. This was 5:15 pm and they said they would call me after they hear back (usually takes an hour, they said). So it’s 7:45 and I call, and they have the phone disabled so there is no answer and another prompt gives you a busy signal. Will call in the a.m. but I won’t be returning to this Access Urgent Care. And now I’m even more stressed because what is the diagnosis of my hand? I realize one doctor and one nurse puts pressure on them, but that is no reason to not show a caring side to injured/sick patients especially if we are willing to wait to see for over an hour or more.
My grown son had a dislocated shoulder and the young doctor had never put one back in place before. He was kind....patient and listened. He cared. It took myself and the doctor to get it back in place. Team work. It worked because he cared and he listened. The front staff was also helpful and amazing. Would give 10 stars if I could!
All the female staff that day I came were absolutely amazing.they definitely needs raises I appreciate them!! We were in and out in less than 20 minutes.
I have had all kinds of problems from. Glass breaking over my head to the common chest cold. Staff is always friendly and welcoming. I will keep coming. I recommend Access Medical to anyone
Very friendly staff. Truly made us feel like we were a priority! Clean waiting room and we were seen within 5 minutes after arriving.
Such great service. Took my daughter to OU ER last night and they wouldn’t give my daughter anything for her pink eye. Brought her in here today and they got her some medicine and even caught that she had an ear infection too. Thank you so much for the wonderful experience. We’ll definitely be back.
The staff this past Saturday were some of the best I’ve encountered at an urgent care.
Great visit, friendly staff. I went On my break and the whole process took 30 minutes
I’m not from Oklahoma City, and I was upset at first because I’m not familiar with the state, but I’m very satisfied with the care they provided,
The clinic was clean and the staff professional. We were seen in a timely manner.
Friendly and very nice staff doctor was prompt and good with my child.
Really impressed by this urgent care clinic! Made an appt during the holidays. At a time when many places are over-run and lack on customer service, this place was just the opposite. Despite being busy, the receptionist Jenna was extremely courteous and professional. The triage nurse and PA who attended to me were also very nice. Diagnosis for my lingering ear infection was a bit medication- heavy and steroids didnt end up helping in my case, but it was a solid decision considering I had an upcoming intl flight (steam inhalation per ENT at home really helped). Mindy the other receptionist was also very helpful and courteous over the phone for billing. A warm and welcoming place with a pleasant atmosphere - so appreciative of the staff and team here. Thank you all!
I needed an antibiotic but they didnt give me one.Cause I go into bronchitis real easy. And I have a sinus infection
I was a walk-in, and a first-time patient. Having the option of registering by using the QR code and filling out my info on my phone really expedited the process. I was seen 5 minutes after the info was confirmed. The staff was pleasant and efficient, except for sending the prescription to Wal-Mart instead of Walgreens. They were very busy and got that corrected quickly. Overall, I would highly recommend them.
Love the staff. Great place to go when needed. I would recommend this facility to anyone 😃
Very rude staff besides the PA. Front desk lady was super rude . You’re dealing with sick and hurt people have compassion. The self pay prices here were UNBELIEVABLE. 700.00 for a sinus infection
Had to get my child a physical for school. Very easy filled out a few papers, paid a nominal fee and was out very fast.
The triage nurse and PA were very nice and very professional! I was assisted in the timely manner. Being able to login online and make an appointment ahead of time is very helpful! This is the best urgent care I’ve been to.
Access personnel have always been great. Today, it took me longer to do the paperwork than to be processed and seen by the provider. I was back home after picking up my prescription barely over an hour from when I left the house.
Physician and clinical staff are great. Front desk staff was rude and kept saying, Im just doing my job, when I was trying to ask her a question. She should NOT be in a patient facing role if she doesnt like people.
Dr.Fairlie and the staff were so kind. They got us in quick and were very patient with my toddler.
Prompt attention/service. Super nice staff. Facility is ultra clean and pleasant. I have been treated at this clinic on various occasions. Each visit was precisely as I described above.
I’m an out of town resident, came in for headache and cold symptoms. The front receptionist literally didn’t help me and smiled in my face while telling me it was nothing she could do to help me, nor did she try to be a good citizen or even someone working in the healthcare field and tell me other places that might be able to help me. Terrible terrible, if I could rate 0 stars I would
Every single provider that helped my daughter today was kind patient and caring. We had the best experience Considering she has anxiety from Drs and left in a good mood even though she doesn’t feel very well thank you to all the staff here you guys are amazing
Polite. Clean. Competent. In and out. Open on Sunday evening. Great.
Very friendly and helpful staff. Quick service. I would recommend.
Super easy, great price very very friendly staff I would highly recommend..
Very short wait period, friendly staff, and PA answered my questions. I did not feel like I was rushed. Prescription was ready within a few minutes of my visit. Excellent customer service.
Everyone was very pleasant. I walk away a happy man. I got my issue solved
Fell last night and hurt my hand. They were available to take me back immediately and took x-rays. They bandaged me up...and will get the results tonight. The staff were very comforting and extremely professional. Loved and appreciated the care I received. Thank you!
Pleasant people and environment. They were all very friendly and knowledgeable. Im not sure if making making an appointment helped or not but I was in and out in a half hour. I would definitely use them again.
I went right at 8am when they first opened. They got me signed in and paperwork filled out. Receptionists were kind… the nurses who took my vitals were very friendly and knowledgeable and Dr. Brooklyn was amazing. Extremely nice and thorough! This location is not close to my home but I’m glad I made the extra drive for good and efficient service. If urgent care is needed again I would definitely go back.
Went in with bad ear and throat pain on one side... got told it was a virus. That night a big tonsil stone came out after I was told it wasnt a tonsil stone. Got treated like I was dull.
I had two children that had to visit Access Medical Center Urgent Care at the same time. The check in was easy and swift and the receptionist was helpful when I had questions. The medical staff was thorough and very kind. I would highly recommend Access Medical Center.
Always great and special thanks to the girl at front desk(THANKS BIG TIME) !!I appreciate the help
The staff were friendly, helpful, and kind! I highly recommend!
Dr Ashton R. Was so healthy looking 😁........ very confident with a can do attitude straight white teeth. Pretty toes Im sure. The reception lady very nice 👍 noticeably, over and above then the mundane duties
If you’re going to call yourself a specialist and charge me specialist rates don’t leave me sitting there for over an hour.
Excellent customer service! A great place to go for your urgent care needs. I also appreciate being able to schedule online/through the app. Being able to check-in through the app upon arrival is also convenient. Theyve really streamlined their processes here and are patient centered. What more could you ask?
Omg!! I ca not sing praises enough of Ashton!! She was AMAZING!! So patient kind & empathetic to my concerns of my health! I immediately felt at ease and confident in her ability to address and help me with my needs! I truly appreciate her! Not only did she ease my mind with a testing and diagnosis of negative results of Covid/flu! Thank God!! She did not disregard the symptoms I came in initially for. The body aches. She said I could get ibuprofen over the counter but she prescribed it for me too which I TRULY appreciated. Great Service and bed side manner. I told her what my son this AM was dealing with on his foot and she offered to assist him too!!! I am headed back there now to see her and take care now of my sons pain/concerns/need! THANK YOU!! I will ONLY come to the Access Urgent Care Ashton works at from this day forward! Thank you for caring so much Ashton! 💖
The staff very friendly.Help and answered all my questions. I didnt feel rushed out even though they were busy. Great service.
Everyone was very helpful and friendly. Completely professional and knowledgeable. Impressed with everyone, especially the PA, Lillian.Hopefully I dont need to come back, but I definitely will if I need to. And will refer others.
I have visited this clinic a handful of times when my GP was closed and they have always been excellent. Scheduling is easy, the staff is super professional and the medical personnel are kind and take the time to listen.
Took my son to access medical cause he was running a high temperature.Dr. Fairly saw my 15 months old son on Saturday. He’s a good doctor. Listened to me. He even came up to our car and assured us that our son was going to be well. He explained me everything very well. My husband and I haven’t ever met doctors who will run up to your car to assure you when they see you’re feeling distressed due to whatever reason in our case our baby wasn’t feeling well. We need more medical personnels like him. The clinic was backed up that day because it was just one nurse and one doctor. I don’t know why there wasn’t more staff because that increased the waiting time to a lot. I hope they can figure that out. The front desk staff could be more friendly and brush up on peoples skills. Overall I have no complaints about access medical.
Thankfully the staff can recognize panic attacks. Anyone who has PTSD or fear of doctors can come here and be treated with kindness dignity and respect. I have a fear of mist doctor facilities and being heard but here the safe is very understanding. Referred here by VA urgent care
In town for the Run to Remember…somehow got pinkeye! Found the clinic with great reviews. Made appointment, filled out paperwork online. Clean facility, Easy, cheerful check in, punctual appointment, good assessment and intervention. Would strongly recommend.
This was only place at 6:30p on a Wed that was open & willing to see me. Ending up needing meds & stitches. The people were SO friendly even tho overworked.UPDATE 2024: Ive been back twice & sane great experience with staff. This is my go-to for urgent care 👍
The people at this place seriously dont care at all about you or hearing out what the issue is or finding a solution to help. The MA and girl at the front desk was helpful but not the Dr. I wouldnt wast time coming here.
Made an appointment on line, which was easy. Then I arrived, checked in on my phone and waited in my car for about an hour. I had a strep test and saw a doctor within 5 minutes of being inside. They were very thorough, quick and knowledgeable. There was a wait but it’s to be expected at an urgent care and wasn’t bad for how many people were there. I would definitely recommend making an appointment online even though you still have to wait it’s not nearly as long as they walk ins
I understand busy etc but I was on hold 34 minutes (no exaggeration, the timer shows on phone) & the receptionist is limited on their abilities so IF theres an emergency, theyll pass it on.. Ive been ample times to this location & they only hand/receive paperwork/take payment, that takes all of a few minutes, even your ID/insurance, is given back @ the end so thru dont even take extra time doing that.. They encourage online check-in/filling out the paperwork etc so the dont do much @ that counter & STILL couldnt answer in 34 minutes? It was a simple, yes/no question, I had so Im having to make an appointment to possibly get turned away AFTER Im there bc they dont do this type but NO ONE would answer to confirm/deny...
Very happy with the clinic experience, doctor and support staff.
Went for worker’s comp injury. Lady at the front desk was super helpful and kind. It was flu season and they were understaffed so I did have to wait about 45 mins after check in for my appointment but it’s totally understandable. After that, it all went very quickly. Ashley, the PA, was really great and the X-ray tech (Jake?) was also super nice. Urgent care visits can be hit or miss and I consider this visit to be a big hit.
Absolutely fantastic facility. Professional, quick diagnosis, and had me out of there all in under an hour. Great and courteous staff!
Decently fast service, non judgemental, clean facilities. My visit was fairly quick considering the small level of severity of my incident. They were personable and thorough. I will use them in the future if ever I need to.
I took my 15 month old nephew in and the staff was soooo helpful and kind. We were in and out quickly with prescriptions sent to my pharmacy and a note for daycare. They make having a sick baby a little easier. Thank you!
Despite making an online appt it was still about a 20 min wait to see the Dr . However, all of the office staff and nurses were very friendly, helpful, and professional. When the Dr came in he was great with my son and the exam was quick. They don’t accept insurance for sports physical but that was fine because it was only $25 which is cheaper than my insurance co-pay. Great experience and will definitely use them again in the future if needed.
I went in without an appointment, while in training in OKC. I had a bad case of poison Sumac. They got me in quickly and everyone was nice and courteous! I would highly recommend Access! Thank you!
All the staff were wonderful. Lizzie, the nurse, was really understanding about my symptoms and very clearly told me about the test and what they would be looking for. The PA, Lily, was a sweetheart and patiently explained what all the test could find more in depth and takled with me about that could be prescribed to help.
The wait was a bit long since I was hurting from back pain but I they were busy and employees were really awesome.
They were very courteous, friendly and helpful.
Access medical is the most outstanding urgent care I have EVER been to. Not only do they put their patients and our needs first but they listen to our complaints and are very compassionate. I have gone to this location several times and have never had to do anything that I did not consent to or did not feel comfortable with. I appreciate all the hard word from all of the staff at access from the front desk and nurses, to the providers, the service is just impeccable. Fast, clean, kind, caring, passionate, empathetic. Primary physician level of care! If I could I would make them my PCP. I tell everyone I know to go to access! Always an amazing experience even when I feel like sh*t.Its great knowing I can trust all of these lovely health care professionals.
Got me in and out super quickly. Kelly/Karen, something with a K (I’m so sorry, I can’t remember her name) was absolutely fantastic! She let me ask her a bunch of questions and didn’t seem bothered by it at all!
I highly recommend this establishment, as the staff is exceptionally kind, professional the nurses, doctors, even the front desk lady... Mindy was supremely patient, kind, and helpful, even when she was by her self.
I typically go to Access Medical when I’m sick because it’s super convenient. Today, I had an appointment at 8:30 and it was pretty quick for the most part. When everything was all said and done, they sent my prescription over to a pharmacy. I was looking over my paperwork and noticed the address for the pharmacy was wrong. It was different than the one I have on my profile and requested in person. I turned back around (I had already started driving home) and told them the address was wrong. The correct one was then written on my paperwork and the individual who took care of me was told to change it. That was at 9:15. Three hours later and my pharmacy didn’t have any record of me in the system. I waited on hold for 20 mins to speak with an operator for Next Care. They told me the address had never been changed. The address written down was for a children’s clinic, not even a pharmacy. The operator told me I’d get a call back from the Access Medical Center I was treated at. I did 5 minutes later and they told me they basically forgot to change it, but would do so immediately. I really needed that medication as I have a bacterial infection and need it so I can go back to work. The pharmacy JUST called me an hour after talking with my clinic and said they just got it but it won’t be ready for another 1-2 hours.I’m extremely disappointed that Access Medical dropped the ball on my medication and now I won’t be able to take it until nearly 6 hours later. I won’t be going back to Access Medical.
This place is wonderful! The doctor we saw was very kind, thorough and compassionate. I’m so glad we were on this side of town and came here. Staff was great, office was clean and well kept. Would definitely visit in the future!
Probably the best urgent care I been to, great customer service and the fastest wait time. Only thing to improve would be that getting the papers printout for prescription or results papers can take a long time. Overall wonderful job
I am having a horrible Lupus flare up but wasn’t able to see my regular pcm this week, due to my anxiety work schedule. The lady at the front desk of this urgent care was polite and friendly, as was the nurse. I got checked in and seen quickly. The doctor was kind, thorough and respected the fact that I know my body well. She prescribed the appropriate medication and I’m sure I will be feeling better soon. If I ever have the need to go to urgent care again, this is where I will go.
Great staff, very prompt, very considerate and friendly!
Despite me not getting the best news, the staff were all sympathetic to me and super informative. I’ve been here before and the service was great then. Meredith Dunn (even the gentleman who took my vitals) you are golden. We need to have more compassionate people in the field! 10/10 recommend.
I saw Dr. Ruffian today, he was very professional and kind, nurses and other staff were also friendly and knowledgeable. Ill be returning for future urgent care needs.
Kind, attentive staff took our concerns seriously. Getting an appointment was extremely easy and there was a slot available right away. There was a bit of a wait in the exam room, but we were seen as soon as was possible given they only had one provider. Absolutely would go again.
Disliking new doctors, I hesitated to go here. The professionalism, friendliness, and kindness of the staff won me over. I would recommend this location. Thank you!
I would like to thank Deanne Scruggs FNP and staff at Access Medical Center urgent care NW Expressway for being great care givers by helping my son feel better after his wisdom teeth extractions. Thank you for prescribing medication to make him feel better.
Was able to visit with Ashton Robetson PA-C and she was awesome ... wish I could visit her as my main doctor... she cares I went for a covid test and she advised me of other health issues that I need to take care of. Thank you for the caring, friendly services.
They were all very nice and polite. It was pretty fast, quiet, and clean. My doctor even gave me a Good Rx coupon so I could get my medicine a little cheaper 10/10 experience I will be back here.
Im a healthcare provider and this was nothing short of horrible.... so much so i had to change from 2 star to 1 star.First visit had to wait an hour AFTER my appointment time to be seen. Following this appointment I was informed that I could return for treatment and no appointment would be required. Great, super convenient!Second visit i found out that when I was coming back expecting to be treated that the provider did in fact NOT order the treatment and was informed I would need to check in again and expect to wait ANOTHER hour to be seen by another provider who would need to complete the entire process all over again - what was the point of coming the first time? The person who also informed me that they could do nothing for me and to instead wait on my results while the disease potentially could progress was incredibly dismissive and repeatedly talking over me and my concerns and at one point even walked away from me before I could even respond.Horrendous customer service and ive never had a clinic visit like this, I work in the medical field and some individuals in this clinic should seriously look in to patient advocacy. Unbelievable.
I’ve used this location many times. The staff is always friendly and helpful. My wait was very minimal. They had me in and out within 40-45 minutes.
Access Medical is AMAZING and definitely the BEST chain of urgent cares in Oklahoma. The front desk leigha goes above and beyond for every patient that walks through the door. She makes sure everyone feels welcomed and is taken care of to the best of her abilities. Today Jeff was my nurse and while I was a little nervous for such an aged personal to give me my shot he did fantastic! I barely felt the needle at all! He was informative and friendly while also professional and reassuring. He made me feel right at home in the clinic. The PAC Ashton Robertson was very knowledgeable and gave me some great advice for the discomfort Ive been experiencing during pregnancy. Ashton is probably one of my favorite providers I have ever seen. You can really tell the people that run these clinics are like family and just like family they made me feel very comfortable and relaxed during my visit. The energy in this clinic is a straight VIBE!
I felt comfortable and they made all the nerves of being at a doctor go away. Ive always gone to access since I was a kid, and Ill keep going to this location bc theyre so nice
4 months ago I received good service from the receptionist and inside the office (5 stars)!. Today 11/22/23 at 8:30 am when I arrived at the clinic, I was not welcomed. Upon entering the office, the provider: Robertson PAC, Ashton was rude to me because I said the ER was very expensive.
They were pleasant and helped with my daughters issue but they called 2 walk-ins before our scheduled appointment and they were extremely behind having only 1 nurse and 1 PA. I know this is out of their control, but with that, they should definitely get the scheduled appointments in first as those should take priority.
I didnt have an appointment, but they got me in quicker than was estimated. They listened to what was going on with me, ordered appropriate tests and I was diagnosed, all meds had already been called to my pharmacy, and I couldnt have asked for more professional, nice people to take care of me. Everyone I saw was great, especially the PA-C, Meridith. She was awesome 👍Kudos to all of you at Access Urgent Care!!!
Very FAST! It was our first time to the clinic and it was fantastic. By the time I was finished filling out the paperwork, they were calling us back. AND the PA was in the exam room within minutes. She was VERY nice and my daughter loved her. She was very knowledgeable and thorough. We were in and out in 20 mins!!! Unheard of... A+
Ashton and everyone else were absolutely wonderful!
I love the staff here. I love the service. In the past certain staff were not nice. But NOW, from front to back very professional and nice as they can be. If only I could find a Doctors office similar to your clinic. My Family, thank you so much!!!
I booked a Appointment for my daughter who was having eye issues on Sunday April 30th 2023. The 1st appointment we had was telemedicine and over the phone. The Dr. named Patsy was rude and would never meet with us because she couldn’t figure out how to process the insurance. Then we went into the clinic and ran into the same problem. While the staff was decent, they didn’t know how to run insurance. I actually found them on my TriCare/ Humana app. I know 100% that they take our insurance. I called the insurance company on May 1st Monday and ask them about Access Medical and they said they couldn’t understand why they had issues but they have be informed about Access Medical having issues in the past not knowing how to use TriCare. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this place for that reason alone. But another reason is the bad customer service throughout this process. They wouldn’t even listen to me as I was trying to help them. Also, my daughter had eye issues. Her eye was red and leaking and they wanted to run multiple costly tests that weren’t related to her eye issues. Probably to make more money. I left and took my daughter to a Integris community hospital and they took one look at her and said she has pink eye. They didn’t do any extra tests like Access wanted to do and has zero issues running and processing our insurance. We were in and out with great customer service with Integris. While I will never be back to Access Medical, I will continue to support Integris. If you are military and have TriCare don’t go to Access Medical.
From the minute I got there, till the minute I left,I received superior service. I loved how the young ladies at the front desk kept everything exceptionally clean And being immuno compromised it’s nice to know that they are taking my health and others seriously. The young lady who triaged to me was very sweet as well, and she also did my x-rays which can be a rather painful, but she made me feel good about it. The physicians assistant spent plenty of time getting to know Me and She didn’t hesitate to take steps to find the answers I need to improve my health condition. She was very sweet And very wise. The young man that Discharged me did a great job as well by making sure I was clear on what I needed to do moving forward with my care. The entire team was excellent and I would highly recommend receiving your care at this location and facility.
We saw the PA-C, Brookelyn tonight and she was absolutely amazing. Everyone was so great. My son threw up in the waiting room and the receptionist was extremely helpful and kind. Amazing urgent care!
My son possibly torn ACL or LCL. Got crutches and referred to a specialist..
Their system for check in and safety measures were great! Felt safe and comfortable and the nurse was great with my 6 year old. Front staff was good too. Highly recommended. Wait time was about 30-45 minutes with check in but was able to wait in the car
I have been twice to have my son looked at. The first time I went we saw a PA that was amazing. She was sweet, listened and just overall had great bed side manner.I went in today to take my son and was not exactly happy with the physician that came in today. He started off with asking me if I was even my sons mother. Which really rubbed me the wrong way.I understand people do have guardians but I truly think he asked just because I look young (even if I was a teen mom, providers should not profile). He then made me feel rushed when he was examining my son. The physician asked if my son could stick his tongue out and didn’t even allow my son to process what he was saying. He immediately stuck the tongue compressor in my sons mouth while he choked, twice. It was so unnecessary.Listen, I know children are hard, but never have I ever had my child choke the way he did from a tongue compressor. You don’t just choke children so you can move on to the next patient.Overall I just thought his bedside manner or profiling was not appropriate. If you were not to count him, the visit would have been fantastic.
The building was clean, quiet, the nurses were friendly and helpful. The doctor was INFORMATIVE, AWESOME, & WORTH THE WAIT! Thanks for taking care of my daughter!
I made an Appointment which means nothing. Might as well show up and wait because you will.
Usually, the staff is very nice, but lately theyve been acting very arrogant towards their patients. My mom went in this afternoon and got the smallest amount of discharge paperwork Ive ever seen (two sheets of one sided paper with barely any information about her visit). She has tendinitis, allegedly, and was told to stay home from work for five days. They failed to provide a doctors note and now wont answer the phone. They keep saying theyre having issues with people getting through, but this has been going on for MONTHS. Finally, they answered the phone and the HUNG UP on my mom!!! I refuse to go back here and Im this 🤏 close to calling their higher powers (whomever that may concern) and finally have them do something about the horrible service and lack of integrity, responsibility, and accountability of this awful clinic!!!
I made an appointment for 10:40am. It is now 11:40am.I still haven’t seen anyone. Per a nurse, the appointment times mean nothing. So why do they offer appointment times? No idea. The nurse didn’t know either. “We don’t like the appointment times.” Be ready to waste your entire day here, regardless of the issue.
All in all 2 hours from the time i walked in until i walked out, but I needed a bit of testing etc that the average person going in for a cold or sprained ankle or something probably wouldnt have taken as long to get in and out. It probably would have been even faster if i had checked in online as well which is something they offer. The staff from the receptionists to the nurses and doctor were welcoming, helpful, friendly, and answered all my questions thoroughly. I felt very comfortable and well attended too.
This place was very fast, thorough, and very professional. They treated me like person and listened to me discuss my symptoms. I really, really loved how fast they were. My provider Dr Ben is a Superstar.
We are over 900 miles from home so I had no clue where to take my sick daughter. I found this place through Google. Everyone we encountered - the receptionist, the nurse, and the PA - were ALL kind and it was quite possibly the fastest medical visit I’ve ever been to. 100% would recommend this place!
The entire staff was super kind and had me in and out very quickly
The staff were kind and very helpful and truly concerned about me and my health. They were patient with me needing more time to get where I was going due to pain from a fall. They made sure I was aware of any time constraints that would affect my wait time. They also made sure I understood what was going to happen, and how they were going to care for my injury.
Everyone was super friendly. When I showed up for my appointment, on time, I was told they were running late, and asked to be patient as they only had one doctor seeing all the patients. It took 2 HOURS to be seen. Of youre running this far behind, maybe you shouldnt book as many people? Or at least tell your patients how far youre running behind? Other than that, it was a normal dr visit with friendly staff
I went in today (1/24/2022) to get a COVID test. From the time I called them in the morning to get a game plan, to the time I left the facility after my appointment, I felt everyone was a First Class Act. I interfaced with 4 different people. Everyone was so nice and acted like I was the most important part of their day. Everyone genuinely cared about me. I like to be around uplifting and positive people. Access Medical Center on NW Expressway and Portland are highly recommended by this Electrical Engineer.
PAC A. Sherry was fantastic! He was very knowledgeable on my issues and provided me with abundant education in my condition. He was very open, personable and pleasant! My Tech that checked me was also superb: quick intake and medication reconciliation. Today was by far the Best experience I’ve had at Access Medical!
Best experience ever at an urgent care!. I was seen within 15 minutes of my registering at the clinic. Everyone I encountered was friendly, courteous, and had a smile on their face. I actually arrived three minutes before their scheduled close time and was concerned that I might encounter some negative reaction due to arriving so late in the evening. The care I received was exceptional. All my questions were answered and was actually faint when I was leaving the clinic. In the event I need urgent care in the future, I will return to this clinic and will take my family members to this Clinic in the event care in the future.
Great staff. Was quick and easy!!
The staff is awesome I am well on my way to feeling better Thank you Jesus
Easy to schedule a same day appointment. Checked in online once I arrived and only went in to the building once they texted they were ready. I appreciated not having to wait inside. They were quick to get my vitals and do tests, I was out in less than 30 minutes (YMMV).
Got a Collegiant physical day-of and the doctor, receptionists, and nurses made me feel very comfortable and welcome. Very safe eatablishment for any part of the LGBTQIA+ community.
My best friend and I came late in the evening with no appointment, but they staff were very generous and courteous…we got in right away! All staff were so kind and gentle with me and we got taken care of!! Thank you!!
Second time coming here and LOVE it! I call them and put my name in line and they text me when my time is nearing. Since Ive been there before all I had to do was fill up a half sheet of paper and wait in the waiting room. Didnt have to wait long before they were ready to see me. The nurse was AWESOME! I wish I remembered his name...he was cheery and very friendly and helped me to feel better even though I wasnt physically feeling well. I had to wait for my results and the doctor, but its way faster and cheaper than going to the ER. Definitely recommend this place to people!
We’ve come here multiple times, and every time the staff has been very kind and helpful. It’s a challenge bringing my 3 kids out anywhere, but this team has made us feel welcome and comfortable each and every time! I won’t go anywhere else for our urgent care needs. This one is the best! Thank you guys so much😊
Got to the clinic 25 minutes before closing and was denied service since it was not an emergency. Obviously if it was an emergency I would have went to the ER, not an urgent care clinic.
Had to grab a last minute appointment, last one of the day. My first time being to this location and everyone was so nice. I didn’t feel rushed, but they did get me out promptly and I felt like they really listened.
I’ve been going to this urgent care since COVID started. I’ve always had kind and caring service.
They are organized and friendly. I went in for rapid covid testing and it was a smooth process. Only took about 25 minutes from the time I arrived, and there were 8 people in front of me! The doctor was also very nice and quick with the test, which is appreciated.
All the women there are so sweet. Pretty fast service with an appointment and their app is handy as hell. Just a good clean environment and pleasant vibe. Safe
All the staff were so kind, pleasant, professional, and caring. The tech was so gentle with my daughter when taking x-rays and the PA Karlee was so sweet and helpful! We felt cared for and heard.
I will choose this urgent care facility over all others for future needs! When I went for my appointment, this facility was very busy. The staff was incredibly courteous and offered exceptional service, especially considering the pressure of having 10+ people in line. This was the first time Id gotten my blood taken without feeling a thing! I can honestly say I actually enjoyed my visit, which is super strange to say about a doctors office!
My PA was so wonderful and helpful and steered me in the right direction
They were able to see us the same day! They did a great job and the price was reasonable. Definitely recommend.
I have used this urgent care twice and both times they got me in quickly. The staff was friendly and very informative. Everyone had a mask on and I felt very safe. I will return when unable to visit my primary care physician.
I felt terrible and didn’t have insurance. It took everything I had in me to drive myself there and sit in the office. They got me back so fast and let me lay in the room to wait for the dr. They helped me so much and gave me the best care. They understood I didn’t have insurance so they gave me the best deal possible. They gave me a doctors note and medicine so I can get better. Thank you guys so much. They were all kind and understanding. I’m so thankful I went here.
Rudest staff I’ve ever experienced at the front desk. Are you supposed to be helping people???? Walk in only? So dismissive and not helpful. Bleeding and needed stitches from dog attack.. so you just turn away people in need away?I came in a few months ago for a walk in… Have always a had a pleasant experience until now. Will never be back. Please train your staff to better SERVE THE PATIENT.
Fantastic Receptionist! Amazing nurses!, and The Best Physician ever!!! This time he was handsome too!!!
I went to the clinic for symptoms of Covid, I was very nervous on top of feeling sick. The staff was very pleasant and professional from the young lady at the desk to get me checked in, the nurse that obtained my swabs, the PA that assessed me and the MA that came in to do an additional procedure that was needed. They were able to make the visit less stressed. Thank you so miss Access Medical!!! I will continue coming and referring others. I appreciate all your help today!
The PA was excellent for customer service and medical care. The entire staff was friendly and courteous. The PA was thorough and took her time since I was somewhat in shock after a fall and cut hand. She did a great job numbing and stitching up the wound. I would highly recommend this facility.
The staff was personable, courteous and friendly. I did not have to wait long to be seen. Thank you Access staff
This place is our go-to when we need care outside our GPs office hours. Everyone weve ever dealt with has been kind, caring and knowledgeable. Thank you for always providing excellent care to my family!
Was at this location 3days ago. Have been sick all day tried to be seen at this location walked in to 3 people talking and website shows 0 people waiting and front staff denied me treatment saying clinic is froze. When ask to speak to supervisor was told not one there they are based out of Arizona. Pure laziness in my opinion
Went to get my dot updated for my drivers license which is $95.00 cash. Got home went online with the D.M.V. to renew the license and got a email the following day telling me the D.O.T. was dated for the same year 2023 instead of the following year 2024. Nice job! So no new license and now I had to go back to the clinic to get the D.O.T. updated to 2024. The girl working the counter who was the same girl who filled out the paperwork previously said Im sorry but he isnt here today. He is at this MWC office on this day and this office in Del city on this day and so on. I said thats just great but I live in Yukon. So I show up the following week at the nw expressway and Portland location on the Tues she said he would be there. And he isnt at that location!! But she says he is at the Rockwell location and that she called him and knows the situation and its only 10 minutes away. At this point Im losing my patience. So I drive to the location and the girl at the counter looks at me like she has no idea who I am or what the situation is. I explained and am now 20 minutes into waiting for this incident to be resolved. I can tell you I will not be back for another visit considering this swindle of b.s.
I’ve been here multiple times with my kids and for myself. Very clean facility, nice and efficient working staff. On repeat visits I didn’t have to fill out forms multiple times. Doctors got us fixed up quickly and scripts called in. Very appreciative of the staff and services.
I made the appointment online.Checked in online, waited maybe 5 minutes. After getting into the room I waited maybe 10 minutes to see the doctor. She was very sweet! All 3 staff interactions I had were nice.
The receptionist on the phone was polite and concise, as was the nurse. They gave me clear instructions on what to do, where to go, etc. The only thing I didnt like was that the test (I got a COVID test) hurt a little more than usual. But the staff was friendly.
Waited on hold for 41 minutes to talk to a very rude receptionist to check in for rapid Covid test and then be told someone would call me to triage me and hung up on.all in all was there for about 2 hours before being tested by the nicest nurse. With limited rapid results locations I definitely recommend this place if you have the patience to wait a couple hours. I would definitely recommend they hire someone who appreciates their job when so many are out of a job right now.
Quick check in process and saw the doctor was prompt and very nice. Will definitely go back next time I’m sick.
I was able to make easily make an appointment just this past Saturday to be seen when I felt deathly ill. This is after I had just tested negative for COVID a couple days prior and a separate virtual doctor’s visit lead to no solution. I was seen within a very reasonable amount of time. They tested me again to be safe as well as tested me for strep due to nature of symptoms. Both came back negative. The provider, Dr. Alex; took excellent care of me. I was prescribed antibiotics, steroids, and a gargle solution for my terribly sore throat. The whole process was about twenty minutes and I didn’t have to worry about a co-pay since I was symptomatic for COVID-19. I was greatly appreciative for this, but most of all I was glad to have to potential feel better and recover from my infection. Sure enough, within 24 hours of my first dose I went from absolutely miserable to feeling much better by comparison. I highly recommend seeing them if you need immediate care!
In and out in about 90 minutes during peak flu season as a walk-in. Will definitely check in online beforehand next time. Nice staff with good bedside manner but working efficiently, quickly tested and diagnosed, and prescriptions sent to my pharmacy which they had filled by the time I got there. Great experience, would go back!
Great staff walked in n was seen rite away
Staff is always friendly, helpful, efficient and professional. The wait time is not excessive. I really like the online check in. Always receive good service here, even though they are extremely busy with the pandemic and stomach flu outbreaks. I appreciate the convenience right here in my neighborhood.
Went in for blurry vision. The issue wasn’t addressed.
Always my “go-to” clinic if I don’t really need to go through the hassle of getting in to my Dr. office, the entire staff is wonderful!!
Great staff, fast service! I go here as if its my and my childrens primary. Always great service.
Quick. Everyone I came in contact with was extremely nice and listened. I appreciate the care I received and would go back.
They care about their patients and my grandson is comfortable coming there and that is what matters. Kindness ,care and compassion 🫶💚❤️
Saturday was great at this office. The staff were funny and caring, I will always use this urgent care. My family loved it!!!!!
Professional,on time, and efficient! Gold stars for the intake guy Cameron!
Staff was very friendly and high spirited. When you are already not feeling well it nice to have the medical staff make you feel comfortable and not just a number! From the receptionist to the doctors this is hands down the best urgent care I’ve EVER been to!!
The front desk staff was not overly warm and welcoming, but the medical staff was fantastic. The nurse and the doctor were friendly, conversational, and efficient. Would definitely recommend!
We werent actually seen today but the kind lady at the front desk was nice enough to tell us where we could get a rapid drive thru Covid Test and we were able to get them done! Great job to the Folks running the drive they as well. They were efficient and ran their clinic beautifully! Thanks to all these hard workers!!!
Dr. Meredith Dunn was fantastic! She really had my best interest at heart. Staff was concerned when needed, efficient as they could be (they were super busy) and definitely very clean. Prices are steep but you get what you pay for. Also, Lavonte was awesome.
Went yesterday with sinus infection, doctor put me on 2 medications, both of which now after having headaches since beginning are side effects of both! Im not happy, she spent less than 2 minutes diagnosing and not listening to me about things I could and couldnt take. You could tell shes just there for paycheck, no bedside manner at all! Never be back!
I was in excruciating pain at work and made an appointment for the following morning. Everything was smooth and great, but when I walked in and told her I didn’t have insurance, she didn’t even bother to ask if I had money and told me I shouldn’t be seen there. Which just made me extremely upset because how does she know how much money I have? I guess if you don’t look the part it doesn’t matter how much pain you’re in.
A bit of a wait because their system went down. Friendly staff. Been waiting 2 hours for my prescriptions. Still have not been taken care of. I tried calling. Was on hold for 15 minutes . I got tired of waiting.Update: My prescriptions were never called in. I ended up in the ER that night diagnosed with hypertension brought on by renal stenosis. The nurse took my BP on my left arm. It was 151/101 she switched arm and record a lower number. NOT BRONCHITIS!!
Great Urgent care. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. I was in quick and seen within 10 minutes.
Last night I made an appointment to see a doctor at Access Medical Center at 8am this morning. Your doors were promptly unlocked at 8am sharp which I greatly appreciate since I’m sick and feel horrible. The receptionist checked me in quickly and I saw a Physician’s Assistant who gave me the best of care. She explained what was wrong with me and answered all my questions. She called a prescription into my pharmacy and I was out the door in a timely fashion. I wasn’t required to pay anything today since I’m on Traditional Medicare with a Supplemental Plan. Thank you so much for taking care of me quickly and efficiently so I could return to my home and bed. I’ll definitely use this clinic again in the future.
I was wary of going to an urgent care clinic. These people were awesome. The person who did the examination was wonderful, Im totally impressed. She was great, asked all the right questions, gave explanations, Im totally satisfied. Thank you so very much! And the wait wasnt bad either, the place was clean as well, they text you a link to a site that show your place on the waiting list, loved that as well!
