The service was on pointBut the doctor we had listened and made my daughter feel comfortable. The doctor showed she cared and actually listened she made the visit very pleasant. My daughter has hated doctors since her hospital stay when we found out she had diabetes and almost lost her this was the first visit she has had with a doctor she felt comfortable with and talked to instead of shitting down.Love this place and that doctorWe were out of there within an hour of checking in.
A well run clinic. Lauren, the PA who treated me, gave me the perfect combination of medicine for my allergies and, honestly, I started feeling better that evening! This was after being sick for 9 days. Other appointments in the past have been equally good. I am always recommending your clinic to friends and family. Thank you!
Absolute 10! From the moment I walked in the door the staff greeted me and worked quickly and efficiently to get me checked in. The doctor who followed, could not have been nicer and asked many questions and was incredibly empathetic. We discussed the possibilities and he then recommended what he felt was the best course for me – and I agreed. I felt very well taken care of from a most compassionate and congenial group of Medical colleagues. Thank you for having this service available.
I don’t see the point of advertising appointments if you still have to wait an hour. They are great at setting appointments, just not holding to them. The most irritating part is there are open room and the two receptionists are chatting away while the one NP is working.
I was treated very kindly and professionally. She asked the questions that were easy for me to answer because I did not feel well and I have long-haul from Covid and my Granddaughter 22 years old was with me and everything went perfect. They recommended a doctor in my area And I appreciate them so very much at Mercy urgent care Thank You so much !!
Great people! So kind ! I was greeted by smiles and a concerned approach. I was treated like family by caring and very knowledgeable caregivers. Lacy was the attending and gave me 110 percent professionalism.
Excellent Service from the Check in Process till meeting with the Providers. Explanations are clear and understanding with good home care instruction. Environment clean and welcoming. I am a Medical Case Manager and I bring my young men in for Urgent care needs and they feel comfortable and at ease with the prompt care they recieved. Keep up the Ecellent Service.
I had an online appointment, checked in online, and arrived 5-10 minutes before my appointment only to sit and wait until 15 minutes after my appointment and watched two walk-ins go ahead of me. There was also a random woman there, without a badge, who said she was a training specialist and was observing the nurse checking me in. She then left randomly and the nurse and her exchanged I love you so much, call me later and Ill come in if you want while I am standing there, waiting for my check-in to be complete. I did not understand why I stood there while this nurse checked me in (imagine sloths from Zootopia slow) despite the fact that I had done it all online the day before. When the nurse listened to my symptoms and did my strep test, she asked if my tonsils had ever been removed because they were really small (they were not) and noted white spots. I mean, come on. You have access to my full medical history and you ask me (while the swab is in my throat) if I have had my tonsils removed?!The practitioner walked in and said I didnt have a real fever and commented on how swollen my tonsils were, said he did not see any white spots (there are spots), and proceeded to monolouge about how I should be getting my tonsils removed and he recommended a surgeon. He called in a steroid pack and said to take allergy medications because its just a lot of snot. Im not sure practioners and nurses at an urgent care should be encouraging patients to undergo serious surgeries when theyre not even sure if you have your tonsils, they are not your primary care, nor are they a surgeon or specialist. Overall the staff felt disorganized, disinterested, unprofessional, and uninformed. I would not trust them and did not feel safe taking medical advice.
I was able to book an appointment and pre-register on line. Even though I arrived early, I was greeted cordially by the staff promptly, and the PA addressed my symptoms very professionally. I love my Mercy family practice physician, but since my symptoms worsened rapidly heading into the weekend, and I wasnt sure I could make a last minute appointment, the Mercy clinic was a great solution - plus so convenient. Thank you!
The nurses were very nice and calming and concerned about my health situation! Kristen was very professional and did all the proper testing and her diagnosis and prescriptions to help .
Got in quick. The staff was the nicest mercy go health location we have been to and the doctor really took the time to listen to my concerns. Great experience!
This is my go-to urgent care in Oklahoma City. Facilities are nice and clean, staff is always on top of things, and everyone is always so nice. They do tend to get busy, so scheduling your visit ahead of time is key to getting in and out fast!
This place is confusing, and all the good reviews about it are confusing too. My husband went in this morning because hes been feeling sick. They tested him for covid and that came up negative (fortunately) but I guess they just...dont test for anything else here? No flu tests or strep tests (he did say his throat was hurting). These are very basic things that literally any other urgent care has available. It was just a rapid test too, not a PCR test. $75 for them to say we cant help you because you dont have covid. If we had wanted just a covid test, we could have gone other places to get that done for much cheaper. We were expecting a level of care that they do not provide here. I would advise you to go elsewhere.
Staff was very friendly and welcoming as soon as I walked in. Dr. French made me feel comfortable, was friendly and very thorough.
Excellent doctors and staff. Treated you with respect and concern. I highly recommend Mercy Health Care. Thank you getting me in quickly and taking good care of me.
Ive been there several times and every time the medical team is personable very nice efferent and quick I would suggest this place over my own doctor they are exactly what you want in a medical center I absolutely love this place.
10 You all are absolutely amazing I truly appreciate how comfortable you made me feel in the establishment I felt extremely safe thank you!! I identify as Nonbinary this is a safe space for LGBTQIA+ to come for help it’s affordable as well!
Everyone was courteous. I was seen in a timely manner. Got my diagnosis, but was not told what to do about it. But she put in her report what she recommended for me to do. All lies, I was not happy. I informed my PCP’s Pa what happened.
Went in because I was feeling sick, the doctor changed my allergy meds. Walgreens wouldnt fill the prescription so I called the doctor. Was difficult reaching an actual person. Doctor told me that Walgreens was just being lazy and to tell them to fill it. Got the back and forth from both Walgreens and the Urgent Care. I paid the bill for this visit. Finally talked to the doctor again and was told my prescription request had now expired and had to come back in to see the doctor. So I went back and now am being billed for a second doctors visit. I should not have to pay for this.
Great service, friendly staff, very clean aera. This us our 2nd visit toThis office , Great experience. THANK
This place was fast and so efficient. X-rays and flu and Covid tested with results while there. I felt very confident in the diagnosis and treatment because of the professionalism shown. Good place for help.
I took my daughter there who was having a severe allergic reaction and needed a steroid shot. The clinic was still open for another 23 minutes. No staff greeted us until 15 minutes til closing. Then they went back and forth about whether or not they had time to see us. Finally one nurse decided that they were going to close in 15 minutes so they could not see my daughter. If they decided they were going to turn people away 15 minutes til closing, they should’ve already had the door locked.
Was seen right away, was diagnosed, and got my meds that afternoon. Feeling much better 2 days later.
Was not a good experience this timeThe NP just rushed me off and instead of giving me medication for 10 days..(...per his diagnosis)he was gonna prescribe me medication for 10 days got medication for 5 days ......when I pick up at the pharmacy. This is not a game you dealing with a persons life .......so now what happensIf I get a relapse .....would appreciate if the NPPrescribe me for another 5 days
Mercy Go Health was amazing. We had a true emergency. They acted so quickly and professionally that I knew we were in the best place possible.
I received excellent care! I came in with a rather severe case of bronchitis, so an x-ray techician was called in from another location to make sure that I wasnt developing pneumonia. Prescriptions were called in, and I must report that I am much better. My thanks to all of you.
Took my daughter in 8 minutes before they closed with a forehead laceration. They got her in immediately and were wonderful with her. Huge thanks to Dr. Mashek and the nurse (I don’t have her name!) for being amazing.
The nurse practitioner T Stout was very knowledgeable and had a great bed side manner - Id definitely recommend her, and the rest of the staff, including Debbie that did the X-rays for a severe shoulder injury! I had a referral to an ortho and information on the injury before I left.
I loved the nurse that treated me. She even called and checked on me. My care was very good.
Twyla was the women who did my massage she was very kind and I couldn’t ask for anyone better for my first massage she walked me through everything and helped me pick and learn how soft or hard I wanted the pressure definitely coming back !
Excellent care. I was seen on time, I got my diagnosis which was what I suspected, antibiotics. Great, I’ll be back.
The Mercy-GoHealth Urgent Care in Nichols Hills, Oklahoma, is a great place to go if you dont need Emergency Care. They always take great care of you & get you in quickly.
Been here for many years and the service just gets worse and worse. I took my kid here as I set an appointment and the nurse kept saying my kids name wrong after repeating it the correct way to say it about 5 times. Get in the room and tells my child she is in a hurry and she needs to let her work fast. As if other people were more important than her. Then we go to the bathroom as instructed to get a sample, came out and they had the room we were in cleaned out and another lady came and asked if we were put in a room. Yes we were assigned this room, we went for a sample as instructed to and told to come back. Im just glad the Dr was atleast nice.
The antibiotic creme Rance (sp?) prescribed worked on the very itchy and annoying rash on the corners of my mouth! Thank You so much!
I like the cleanliness and the modern look. I think the employees were friendly and welcoming. I like how quick and convenient check in was too
Worst experience I’ve ever had with Mercy before. I can in violently nauseous because of a pre existing stomach condition, but because I was being so loud, the dr came out and said the only thing she could do was check me out and give me a prescription for pills. She said they didn’t even have the manpower to do an IV. Worst experience -1/10 stars. The receptionist was rude, they just didn’t want to treat me. I had to go to an IV Hydation therapy place and pay $228 for an IV with Zofran. Not only did that not work but later had to go to the emergency room. They said they’d never heard of an urgent care not able to do an IV. They said that was ridiculous, im filing a complaint through the website with this facility. Hopefully y’all get the help you need
Lightning fast check in, very kind and knowledgeable physician, great medical assistant or nurse (whoever took my vitals, not sure!)
My first visit to this clinic and I was impressed w the pa who saw meI will return next im needing medical care
Waited an hour and 40 minutes to be seen. Told her when I first got in to the building what I needed as Ive had severe allergies sprout up time to time and I know what has helped. Hard to breathe, really puffy eyes..the list goes on. I was seen by Lauren Donelson and she was rude from the beginning. I explained everything to her and she told me to take a Zyrtec. If I am coming to urgent care for this...dont you think I should get help and not told to do something I could have done at my house 2 hours ago? Would never come here again!
Staff was so nice and kind. Turnaround time was very quick for a walk in. I went around 12:30 on a Thursday!
Great staff and no wait. They took care of my medical problem right away..
Everyone was very friendly and efficient from the front desk to the provider. The provider was amazing and patient with my toddler. She did not rush the visit and gave him time to process everything. She was very knowledgeable with diagnosing and explaining everything to where we understood and felt confident in his treatment. Thank you for easing our minds and helping our guy feel better. This has been the best urgent care experience we have had in the OKC metro.
Kind, humane treatment. Quick answers in a personable way. Good advice for my illness. Highly recommend!
I gave two stars because the doctor was so nice and compassionate towards me. But I had made an appointment online and it told me to be there at 3:34. I got there ten minutes early just like it told me to. I checked in, and I was literally in tears because of the pain I was having in my abdomen. The lady at the front called two people to a room who came in 30min after I did. I started to get worried and it was 4:30 at this point. The lady in the front noticed I was upset and in pain and said what was your name again? and I said Chloe and she looked at the other nurse with a panic. But did not do anything, and continued to let another lady in who had only been there for fifteen minutes. The nurse told me for some reason I got bumped off the list, which I am understanding because things happen, but they did not help fix the problem and did not ask me anything. I ended up waiting over an hour for my room and when I eventually got to my room the nurse hardly asked me any questions and left in a hurry and did not lay the seat down or do anything for me and I was feeling even worse. When the doctor came in, he was so nice and noticed I was super upset and in pain, he right away asked what he can do for me and how to help. He was great but the nurses did not seem to care they missed my appointment somehow and did not notice the amount of pain I was in. I truly never leave reviews but this was honestly some of the worst ways I have ever been treated in the medical field. And I hope not another person gets looked over here when they are in a ton of pain.
Took my husband here after getting horrible care at integress ER. Everyone at the urgent care was wonderful the receptionist, nurses and doctors were so caring and professional. They took good care of my husband. Fantastic place!
I was seen by a NP, not a doctor, and the NP had no idea of what he was. He got a scalpel and cut a hole in the swollen part of my middle finger and drained it.He still did not know what he had so he offered to send an Rx for an antibiotic cream as a topical treatment. Not much more to say.
I did a virtual visit for my son who had a rash. They were unable to provide service, as she said she couldn’t clearly see. I received a $121 bill (after insurance) even though I was unable to receive any service. Of course, I disputed it, but it was never escalated and eventually I was forced to pay . I do not recommend. Please avoid their virtual visits. Integris has been better for virtual visits all around. More affordable and more honest.
The place was incredibly clean! The reception staff was cheerful, kind, and had amazing smiles. The check-in process was relatively quick, and I went straight to a room! I understand the wait varies day by day, so I guess I was lucky. The Dr. was very straightforward and did not mince words. I appreciated his efficiency and quite professional bedside manner. They took great care of me!!
It was decently quick and efficient, from the ladies that check you in all the way to the doctor that you visit with. The only issue I had was the fact that I completed all the paperwork and submitted my insurance card info prior to arriving. When the young lady asked me whether or not I have medical insurance, I was a little confused as I already submitted that information HOURS prior to setting up appointment. Other than that tiny setback, the doctor was attentive. I didnt feel rushed through my visit like I have experienced in past doc appointments. Felt like I was talking to my PCP.
Low wait time, the doctor or PA and nurses have good bedside manners, they are willing to explain your diagnosis in detail and get your Rx to your pharmacy quickly. Just is a very patient friendly and efficient clinic.
Please note that this was my first visit on a Friday at 1:40pm and I had went online prior to save my space in line.I was immediately greeted with smiles and since I had filled out my paperwork before coming, getting checked in was super fast and easy. I was escorted quickly to a room and my nurse was super nice! I maybe waited 7 minutes to see the RN, Kayla. I was quickly diagnosed and given prescriptions. I was handed an After Visit Summary which I’ve never seen before. It had all my vitals and details of my medication directions and helpful care instructions.I’ll definitely be back if I need a quick visit!
Not thorough and basically had to request services. Waited longer than we were seen.
Excellent service. Everyone at the facility were friendly and helpful.
Dr. Lopez was so kind. He took care of my injury even though it was late and I didnt have an appointment. Throughout my visit, he was personable and efficient. The staff was patient and understanding, even when my visit kept them late. I am so appreciative of everyone!
I can tell the staff was working really hard but always took the time to make sure I was taken care of.
Aas horrible as I felt. They were efficient and got me on my way quickly.
My disabled senior dog (a large mastiff) panicked and bit my hand when I was hustling her inside during the tornado warning on Sunday. Today I realized one of the wounds was infected & looked deeper than I initially thought, so I made an appointment. The front desk staff taking my insurance card and details were courteous & friendly, I was placed in a room quickly & the lady taking my vitals was professional & personable. Unfortunately things went downhill from there. I waited for over 30 minutes (the place looked empty) and when the nurse eventually came in, she had an attitude & seemed judgmental, asking tersely “So this is a dog bite?” I explained what happened, what I’d done for it so far, and that I’d realized it was infected. Then I tried to show her the wound which had oozed through the bandage. She barely stepped in the doorway, didn’t even examine it, and abruptly said she’d prescribe an antibiotic. I asked if she felt it needed a better cleaning, or if some of the dead skin required removal and she snapped “You can do that yourself.” Since I’d removed the soiled bandage, I asked if we could re-dress the wound - she gave me a hard look and handed me a band aid, which promptly fell off when I got outside. My husband ended up cleaning, debriding and properly dressing it when I got home. We are both Veterans & have seen more empathy, professionalism & follow through from guys who had to join the militarily in order to avoid jail. At least I got an antibiotic, but I paid for this sub-optimal experience- I won’t be back.
The Dr was good! Knew the exact shot I needed. The nurse was excellent! Didn’t know she gave even given my shot!Went to this location again today, “02/22/24”, for severe muscle spasms in my neck. These were causing horrific pain, and severe headaches.I was very pleased with everyone! Thanks!
Made an appointment ahead of time and arrived early. No one was in the waiting area when I arrived. When they finally put me in a room I waited an hour to see a nurse not a doctor. The nurse came in the room and asked what was going on even though I already mentioned my symptoms when I checked in. She asked a few questions and said she’s not able to do anything and she’s not able to take any x-rays of my stomach but I can go to the ER. Are you kidding me? I’ve waited over an hour to see a nurse and there’s nothing you can do for me? Why wasn’t that mentioned when I checked in and told them what my symptoms were. I told her that I’ve been waiting over an hour and that they probably should’ve mentioned that to me when I checked in and she got defensive and said she was behind. She said do you want me to fill on your belly or do you want to leave? What kind of service is this and is this how you treat your patients? She had no compassion and didn’t bother to apologize for the wait despite my appointment. I’m sorry but am I here for you or are you here for me? I told her if there’s nothing you can do then no I don’t need you to press on my belly. As I was leaving I was waiting to speak to the lady that checked me in to ensure I wouldn’t be charged for the visit as I don’t have insurance at the moment. The nurse was sitting at a desk behind the check in desk and yelled I will mention it to the manager but I can’t guarantee it. There was no one in the waiting room when I left which leads me to believe that everyone that came in behind me had already been helped. What is the point of making an appointment online if you have to wait just as long as walk ins? I will be filing a complaint at corporate and reaching out to the manager. This is completely unacceptable and I will not be paying for a service that I did not receive.UPDATE 3.16.23: After speaking with the Regional Manager after my initial review June of last year I was told I wouldn’t be charged for the visit and I wasn’t charged. They just sent me a bill last month over $200 for the visit and the billing department said the manager at the facility said the bill stands because they took my “vitals”. Sent an email & left messages for the regional manager and never received a response. It’s been almost a month now. Not a company of integrity or ethics.
I went to this place on Tuesday of this week with sore throat, fever, body aches, and headache. On top of all that I’m also 6 months pregnant so needless to say I really wasn’t feeling great. I get there and the lady at the front was rude but whatever the nurse brings me back didn’t seem too concerned for me they run a Covid test and a strep test both come out negative. The NP (I think he name was Kayla rice) came on told me both were negative and that I “probably had something viral” I told her I felt similar to how I felt when I had the flu so I asked if we should do a flu test. She said she didn’t think it would be necessary and sent me on my way with a magic mouth wash for my throat. I asked what I could take to help my fever and she said I should call my OB. So I went home after that useless visit and just got worse. I went to a different clinic two days later and what would you know I have the flu! They let me know if I would’ve been prescribed tamiflu on my visit to mercy it would’ve been effective but my symptoms were too far gone at this point. They still gave me medication and a long list of over the counter medicine I could take while being pregnant. I feel awful and it is all due to these people’s negligence. They have put not only me but my unborn child in danger by their lack of regard for other people. This place is a joke and a waste of time!
I recently visited the Mercy Urgent Care in Nichols Hills. I was injured 30 minutes before leaving for a flight from Denver. When I arrived in OKC, I immediately went to urgent care. The staff were friendly and made me feel comfortable. I did not have a long wait to be seen for my injury. Dr. Mills was very professional and kind. They even called me after my visit to make sure my prescription was called in to the correct pharmacy. Would definitely recommend to family & friends.
I want to thank Dawn that was working on 6/4/22 I feel so much better today! I went to another urgent care and was told it was all my allergies even though I told the woman no Im sick. I went to see Dawn got everything I needed and she listened to me and was very good at her job as well as the rest of the girls in the office and I was in and out in 30 minutes or less. Ive been here several times before and never had any issues. I 10/10 will recommend to friends and my family will definitely be going when needed.
I was very impressed with everyone I talked to there. They were kind, efficient, and very knowledgeable. I did not have to wait long for x-rays or to see the doctor. I left there feeling very positive and encouraged by that visit.
It was a very pleasant experience. Very knowledgeable and the people where very friendly.
DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU NEED YOUR BLOOD DRAWN OR NEED ANY KIND OF CARE!!!! I came in because I was worried about my blood pressure. They promptly charged me 125.00 for the visit only to take my blood pressure and swiftly tell me I needed to go to the emergency room because they don’t do blood draws or do any kind of lab work. This even after their website says they do.First of all I found it very troubling that the care provider insisted on whispering to me that I could get financial help . Just because I don’t have insurance does not give you the right to judge me.Second, I would like my $125.00 back because this was a waste of my time and I feel they should charge people after the visit and had they taken the time to see that I needed my blood drawn or needed “ urgent “ care they should have just advised me immediately instead of charging me and then 2 seconds later advised me that I needed to go to the ER.Why is this an urgent care anyway if you can’t draw blood????
Relatively quick (at least for Urgent Care) and competent service for an uncomplicated pediatric illness, and they even worked to get us despite their schedule already being relatively full
They were amazing with my child! An ear infection made its way into our family for the first time. We caught it early on and they prescribed antibiotics. So thankful for them!
It was quick and easy to get in and be seen, the doctor was knowledgeable and helpful
I gave them a 2 star because my first experience was great here. The nurse or APRN-CNP was nice but my second go around here, a week later was very short, rude, and not helpful or welcoming. I liked this facility and was recommending it to everyone but now, I think I’m just going to go back to the normal urgent care place I usually go to. One who is more welcoming and not rude and short with their responses or care. Even when other faculties were busy, we still felt welcomed. I’d go here again only if Angela wasn’t the one seeing us. My sister went today and was treated the same so I’m not crazy. I wasn’t there so she wouldn’t have known we were sisters and I didn’t tell my sister who seen us.
The nurse and doctor were very nice and informative. Thank you!
Care was prompt and the medicine recommended was effective. Helpful staff.
Was able to see me pretty quick. I did have to go to another clinic to get an x-ray, but they got it set up for me. Overall good experience.
The provider and staff trust that the patient knows whats going on. Even though it was considered one thing we attempted another just in case and the shot we attempted to hopefully help made ALL the difference. This is my trusted urgent care to use before things escalate. I appreciate their hard work. The facility is always clean and quick in most visits. Understandingly flu or covid cases can make it busier but its nice they have a check in online where you can reserve your spot or walk in.
Let me start by saying I have battled chronic migraines since a child and was previously disabled in the state of Texas from this illness.I visited the mercy Go urgent care located1121 NW 63rd St Ste 5001, Nichols Hills, OK 73116My NP , Cory Young discriminated against me and actually accused me of lying and saying I was “suspicious” simply because I refused an injection that I know not to have helped me in the past. THIS WAS EXTREMELY HURTFUL as I have been stigmatized by my illnessShe treated me horribly and made me feel like she did not believe I was having real symptoms.I will be contacting headquarters and filling a formal complaint and I want action taken due to her neglect. I have a witness to this and I made a point to explain to Cory all of this in the lobby after she mistreated me. She then continued to argue with me and tried to force me to enter the patient room again even though I was at the door trying to leave. She not only discriminated against me for no reason she directly told me I was suspicious aka lying about my illness.I have 15+ years of medical records showing this illness. I am not a liar. Your staff treated me like garbage.Avoid this place if you have any ability too.
Visit was on-time, quick solution for meds, and results starting to work
Got in without too much of a wait. Staff was friendly and attentive.
They were very kind & helpful. So happy to have the clinic close.
From the receptionist to the Providers, they are so friendly and caring that they put me at ease, although my finger had a wide open gash, which the Provider helped to put together. I wish to thank the Provider and the staff that attended to me, for their patience and care!
There was only one nurse and one doctor available to take care of the 10 people, they were severely understaffed. Policy made it so they had to take people with appointments, so people walking in got completely ignored. I sat there for an hour and didn’t even get close to the front of the line before I left to go somewhere else, and got seen immediately.
Dr. Judkins was thorough, patient & listened to my concerns (& theories) about my health issues. I had the same physician for 15 years before they returned to pediatric care only. I feel I found a collaborative healthcare partner once again with Dr. Judkins. Nurses & office staff were also wonderful!
We’ve taken our son here twice and have had a pleasant experience both times. Even when they’ve been busy, they’ve called us to let us know there was an opening. The doctors and nurses have never made us feel rushed. Great place.
My Husband had an appointment with mercy/ go health 8/23/23, at check In receptionist decided to spark a conversation that transferred to the receptionist using the word “negros” being my husband is an African American this made my spouse extremely uncomfortable, receptionist exact words were she works works at a warehouse surrounded around by negros and she was the salt in the middle ! This is very unprofessional, I cannot believe someone In this professional setting would think this is ok, this situation should be addressed for sure. This is was not a way to make anyone feel welcomed, previous experience has been great with mercy go health, but this puts the W In Wow!
To be feeling as bad as I was, I laughed most of the time I was there. Doctor Sam was definitely took my needs seriously, but the humor helped the most. He approved adding me to the last walk-in of the day and I was so grateful. The front desk staff was friendly and efficient.I’d rather go here than my Primary Care. Great folks.
I appreciate that the physician was straight to the point. More importantly, she was friendly and professional. This is my second visit there and I like that Mercy Urgent Care has offices locally to arrange visits (whether close to work or home). Thanks.
Responsive and professional staff. Nice facility. Quick response. Thanks.
Great staff, convenient save a spot appt scheduling- highly recommend.
Needs a better text message system for appointments. There’s no way anyone will meet the grace period of 10 minutes if there isn’t an estimated time of being seen. I waited for about 5 hours just to get my appointment cancelled. A resolution might be sending patients a message 30 minutes prior to start heading towards the facility. Or just giving an estimated time of being seen. Although I did have this problem, I am still thankful for all the health professionals working right now.
Very convenient. Very good service. Went in after rolling my ankle. They got me right in, took an X-ray and determined I had broken a bone. They booted my foot and set me up with an orthopedist appointment within 3 days. I highly recommend this facility.
I went into this Mercy-GoHealth Urgent Care because I was having symptoms of strep throat. When going in I told the nurse practitioner that my throat was hurting, I had been having body aches, and intense headaches that felt like pressure in my head. The doctor ran a strep test which came back negative and said it was viral pharyngititis. They said that they could send out a strep culture to completely rule out strep which I should not have done as it was unnecessary. When told by the medical professional that it was viral pharyngitis she said she could give me a prednisone prescription and a lidocaine mouthwash to help for pain and that pending results of the strep culture, they could add an antibiotic. The strep culture still came back negative, but I ended up 3 days after seeing them having a jowl so large it looked like I had two faces. My infection did not pop up as strep, but indeed was still bacterial. I missed more work because I then had to do a virtual call with a provider to give me the medications I needed. I have been to and worked at doctors offices before that actually want patients to come back multiple times so they can make more money. At my other doctors offices, I have always been prescribed steroids and antibiotics if needed and this location did not do what it needed to help me recover from this illness easily.
Refused to treat me and then sent a bill for it a month later. A joke of a clinic
Fairly quick easy goingDid not ask how I was going to pay before asking how I felt
Wonderful experience. I take my toddler here when we can’t see our pediatrician and they are always thorough and helpful. The doctors and nurses are patient and caring. Highly recommend!
The staff and provider were all very accommodating and efficient! I walked in the door and never sat down to wait. They met me as soon as I walked in, checked me in, and sent me to a room. The nurse practitioner was in the room as soon as I sat down. She listened to my complaints, asked a few questions, and did a quick test. I was in and out in less than a 45 minutes.
Great service. Very polite and knowledgeable.
Wonderful visit. Only took about 30 minutes. Nurse was thorough and focused. I was seen and treated by Megan Mitchell. A very informative, kind, and understanding doctor. Would recommend!
Registered online which had no waiting time to see the doctor. Checkin was easy, portal goes directly into my network. I received excellent customer service!!! I would definitely return and recommend my family and friends.
Quick easy clean professional. Pro tip: register online and save a spot for yourself.
I have used this clinic for over a year when needed. Tonight I took my 16 month old in needing her ears checked and was refused service after being asked what my expectations would be if they looked in her ears. What kind of question is that? I replied with o would hope yo get antibiotics for her. Meaning a prescription. Was then told he had no more appointments available. Be it, it was 7:45 abs they close at 8. There was no one in the lobby and 2 rooms with doors open. 🤷🏻♀️ Its only the 3rd place I have drove to tonight trying to avoid the emergency room abs more exposures for my daughter. I am highly disappointed. She is burning up with fever.
EDIT: I did in fact have an emergency that required emergency treatment; admission and surgery but was turned away because they don’t know how to look up an insurance verification for insurance that doesn’t issue a card. I literally could have died or lost my hand from a total of 6 hours in delays because of this and another one of these clinics.Apparently looking up the INSURANCE INFORMATION THEY DEMAND SINCE WHAT THEY WERE GIVEN WAS NOT GOOD ENOUGH; is too difficult for your staff when SOONERCARE HASN’T PROVIDED CARDS IN YEARS AND EVERY OTHER CLINIC HAS WORKED FINE WHEN GIVEN THE MEMBER ID NUMBER ASIDE FROM THIS ONE. So after wasting THREE HOURS OF MY TIME I STILL WASN’T SEEN BY A PHYSICIAN. This came after my 4:45 appointment was moved a further distance away; at 6:30. Now I get to go to the ER and waste even more of my time due to this inconsiderate and lazy staff. Mind you this was my second time to give them a chance where I have ended up walking out without seeing a doctor after hours of waiting. The first time they even tried to bill me when I was placed in a room for two hours and never even evaluated…..I ended up needing surgery that time. Needless to say this was the final straw.
Your staff went above and beyond to take care of us on short notice at closing time. They literally salvaged our family trip that has already been postponed because of covid. If it was not for them, we would have had to reschedule our trip one more time!!!!! We would highly recommend your clinic.
I had a great time and got the information snd testing I needed.
Absolutely the worst place to go if you have any issues. They are ALL incredibly rude and will not help you. Also, they will send you a bill even after you already paid in office and youll have to contact support and email proof of payment multiple times to try and get the issue resolved. Horrible experience, go ANYWHERE else.
The BEST urgent care experience I have ever had. Dr. Gray was so nice and great at educating me on care, she even called me the day after to check up on me. It was also very efficient and clean. HIGHLY recommend!
They said my prescription would be sent over in about 30-40 minutes. I went to the pharmacy an hour later and found out they had not received my prescription. Called the number listed on my paperwork per the instructions of the doctor should i have any issues. Phone rang then went to their voicemail box. Voicemail box is full. I have no way of speaking to someone at this office unless I physically go back to the office. Very disappointed.
Very quick and kind service. I was visiting from out of state, and very nervous to be in need of medical care out of network. The staff at Mercy-Go treated me with dignity, and I left feeling much better (physically and emotionally) than when I first arrived. I highly recommend MercyGo!
I had to take a rapid covid test to go back to work. I had to make the apt online. First available was 36 hrs away. Once I arrived the staff was prompt w getting me in and out. They were very attentive to my needs. The covid test was not bad at all and I would go back again and recommend my friends for this location.. The only thing is the cc machine was out of order and they did not have change. We made it work! Great location!
They got me in and out quickly! This is a very fast and efficient urgent care so I will definitely come here again. They’re so sweet, my car broke down in the parking lot and they came out to check on me and let me sit inside while I waited for a tow truck.
The Nurse Practitioner I saw for a minor injury was wonderful. I cant remember her name but she has short blond hair. She was so knowledgeable. And she was very kind & empathetic to me. I am an older lady & she even walked me all the way out & helped me get safely into my car. I will definitely recommend this clinic because of her.
This was my first time at this clinic and I had a very good experience. Friendly and helpful staff and it was very clean. Not a long wait time.
They were very efficient, professional, and building was clean. The office staff were very willing to assist patients - very accommodating.
Tells me they don’t accept workers comp claim as my open would is bleeding right in front of them. When I walked in the person working the front desk had to ask other people if they even accepted walk ins. Excuse me but you are working at an Urgent Care Facility I think it’s pretty obvious. Go anywhere else I promise you’ll find better service.
I went to the clinic Wednesday, April 7th. I took 2 strep tests and 1 Covid test. One strep test and the Covid test came back negative and the other strep test was supposed to come back after 24 hours. It has now been over 48 hours and I have not received the strep test. I called Thursday afternoon and they said I should have results by Friday morning. Which was not the original statement of it taking only 24 hours. They refused to give me antibiotics or any sort of relief. It is Friday afternoon and I still have no results or answers. I had to go to another doctor at First Med Urgent Care who gave me positive strep test results and immediately prescribed me antibiotics within 30 minutes. It is frustrating because I had to miss my internship (which is how I will graduate this semester) 2 days rather than possibly none. Those of you who have had strep know how fast it negatively progresses if not treated. I am greatly disappointed in the service from this Urgent Care and will never go back. It is surprising considering the Mercy Urgent Care in Edmond is fantastic. I do not recommend this Mercy Urgent Care in Nichols Hills!
I’ve been here 3 hours, each hour I’ve checked to see where I was as far as wait, and someone would tell me there’s other people in front of me. Just very short no other explanation and no compassion.Maybe they are burnt out however when health care professionals chooses a field they are suppose to have intentions of demonstrating compassion but as a patient I have been made to feel like scum of the earth by being treated very condescendingly, given very short answer and also encountered a stare down this type of treatment can worsen the patients mental state. They also violated HIPPA law because they blurted out I can see your here to get a COVID test. I just felt like the weird patient, the he patient that spoke up and everyone in the office waited until I walk out so they could snicker and talk about me. I didn’t feel welcome and after 3 hours of waiting I was told “well you come back tomorrow, we open at 8am but people have already scheduled 3 days in advanced.” So why would I come back another day just to sit around and wait all day???
Wow! This urgent care should be the model for all Urgent Cares in the country. In and out in 38 minutes! 3 tests and a through exam. I’m blown away at the efficiency. Seriously the best experience ever. Kudos!
My husband broke his foot and needed an x-ray. We were sent to this location after the MacArthur location said they didn’t have an x-ray tech. (Even though we told them ahead of time what we were being seen for and they took all his vitals). The provider at MacArthur said to head to this location, they have an x-ray tech, and she even called them to let them know we were on the way. When we finally arrived at this location, they tell us they don’t have an x-ray tech?!?! I don’t say a word. I walk outside, my husband is now in the passenger seat, my daughter is safely buckled in her car seat, and the ac is running. I breakdown outside my car because of all the stress we’ve been going through and now this. This is when it gets even worse. One of the employees, comes running out and SCREAMING at me saying she’s going to call the cops on me for breaking down by MY car. I asked “for what?!” She said “child endangerment”. She continued to belittle me saying she’s going to take a picture of my license plate, and the cops aren’t too far away. I am absolutely speechless and disgusted that she would speak to someone this way and threaten them when I’ve said absolutely nothing to her and I was clearly having a hard time. I’ve already shared what happened on facebook and I have hundreds of people asking for the name of the location. I’m so close to letting everyone know.
Quick, electronic sign in is awesome. I was there at 10am and out by 11:00. Very friendly, warm environment.
10!!!! Never before have I been treated like a human being in an urgent care. I am going to see if I can use Mercy-Go Health as my primary care.I would like to thank you for taking pride in your profession. And taking the time to listen to, talk to and care for your patients.
I have gone to the urgent care here a few times and always been happy with the care I received and even had recommended others to go there. That all changed on March 2nd. I went in feeling achy with a cough. No fever but I knew I was sick and would be getting sicker. Courtney Gray, MD seemed to care less if I was sick. She listened to my chest but did not look in my ears, nose or throat. She told me what I had was viral and there was nothing she could do for me and told me to go see my regular doctor. Thanks for nothing...waste of my time and money! I ended up going to Access Medical a couple days later where I was checked out and swabbed to find that I had the flu, Type A. I was prescribed Tamiflu which I could have been taking days earlier if Dr. Gray would have checked to see if I had the flu. Dr. Gray, if you dont want to help patients you need to find a new profession.
Doctor was great, but typical Mercy front desk was not, a little customer service trading would be a definite improvement. Recommend other facility, was recommended for rapid testing and they do not do it, total waste of time. Will not be back.
I would also give 0 stars if I could. I was here with my child for well over 2 hours, went to pay the bill in clinic and covered as much as I could in cash. They mentioned their card machine was broken. So they sent me a bill, with extra charges. Now I just have to swallow extra costs?
While the staff at this location are nice and probably just fine…The billing process is atrocious.Went in for a covid test (PCR) in November. Was told the rapid test was $75 extra and that the PCR test would be covered under insurance. Indeed, the PCR was covered under insurance and everything ran through just fine..including lab charges for the PCR test. Then, months later…received a random bill for $75 attributed to Covid test (no other explanation) that was not run through insurance. Messaged through MyMercy…no response. Called Mercy Go Health Support and was told it would take 30 days for them to review the billing…30 days later, no response. Sent a message through Mercy Go Health Support Zen Desk…Still no response. Ridiculous process for billing! As such, I can not in good faith recommend My Mercy Go Health Urgent Care. You are better off visiting an official full service Mercy facility.
Very professional staff with quick quality service. Kathryn was very friendly from the moment we walked in the door and Kristen, NP was very kind, informative, respectful, and professional. I would highly recommend this urgent care clinic.
I took my son in for severe stomach pains. Shantal (sp?) was so kind and helpful. She got a wheelchair and helped me get him back to the car to head to the ER. Even though we didn’t get treatment there today we will go back because she was so kind.
Front desk was so accommodating, very clean environment. The dr cared so much. It truly felt like a place that genuinely cared for my child. We will be back to this facility if ever needed in the future!
Extremely unprofessional, was sent there for a covid test after having surgery this week because I have covid symptoms, was told it was covered and that I didnt need an appointment but I had to make an appointment and when I went in for my appointment the next day they laughed in our faces almost as soon as we walked in. The two women in the front were very rude to us. And offered no help or anymore information.
Short waiting period both in waiting room and patient room. Very friendly and helpful staff. Great job! Very impressed and satisfied.
Always a quick turnaround time, friendly staff, and always get me in at a time I need outside my regular Dr’s hours.
Staff was very kind and knowledgeable. They were courteous and pleasant. Never a long wait. Holding my place online is convenient to touch less things in the office. Things are kept very clean there which is very nice.
Everyone was very professional! The two ladies at the front desk were having to deal with computer problems, but they handled it beautifully! Way to go ladies!
Fast and efficient, I love knowing that it is nearby!
While checking in I could overhear the provider speaking with her patient through their exam room door, so much for HIPPA.I had a rash to be looked at on my lower abdomen, provider had me stand up to show her rather than lay back on the table where she could see. Needless to say with my being overweight it was hard for her to see it clearly so she said it was from shaving and proceeded to give me instructions on shaving my abdomen. Im 51, a nurse, obviously smart enough to know what a rash from shaving would look like. I left this place feeling embarrassed and humiliated as I felt I was talked down to.Visited a different provider yesterday and got the right diagnosis and treatment. Wasted my $$ at the handy new clinic up the street.
Friendly - easy to make appt
Great group of health care professionals. They were kind; they were fast; they were thorough and the urgent care facility was amazing.
Loved the way my daughter was treated! The nurses and doctor were incredible! Couldnt have asked for a better experience for my sick baby! ❤️
Sent to ER for symptoms after really just talking to me. Mostly just dehydration and cough. Which is listed under the things they work with. Get to ER and I talk the them and it’s mentioned that the same dr has sent over several people over two days. Need a more competent doctor.
Quick efficient and friendly! exactly what i would expect from an urgent care. i had left SSM urgent care to come to yours and had a great experience
If I could give zero stars I would. After waiting 2 hours in pain to be seen, I am called and told that due to patient Volume they are unable to see me. I asked why she couldn’t have told me this sooner and she stated she wasn’t aware of the schedule earlier. So instead of working me in after having me sit there for 2 hours they just send me home with no care in the world. It’s just ridiculous they do this.
Thank you for your help until I can get to the orthopedic doctor. You were professional and efficient. If I ever need medical attention again, I will return to this location. It is very conveniently located near my office and the medical attention was outstanding.
The NP quickly understood my problem, and administered and prescribed the necessary treatment that helped me recover rapidly. Also suggested some exercises I can do to help.
Entire staff was attentive, professional and kind. My only issue is that Id have liked to return for follow-up and re-bandaging. Lovely ERgent Care facility. Highly recommend.
Visited the clinic for a finger injury was in and our in less than 30 mins, a great place to go for medical services. Tiffany was awesome, and had me on my way in no time.
Everyone was very nice all staff members and the doctor was excellent and they actually care about their patients
The staff was so friendly, nice, professional and respectful. NP Kristen RoseNau was so incredible, professional, friendly, respectful and was very thorough! I would highly recommend this urgent care clinic
I went in last week for a pre travel Covid test, the staff was very friendly and efficient I was in and out under 30 minutes. The clinic was very clean and comfortable.
They refer you to other doctors/nurses that aren’t well at communicating thoroughly. I’ve been sitting in pain for a week waiting on a referral.
Would rate it zero if I could. Waited in the room for an hour and then was told I had no infection and there was nothing they could do for my cough and and ear pain. Ill admit that I am not a doctor but I also know my body and I have an ear infection. Wish they didnt take your copay upfront or I would have refused to pay.
DO NOT GO HERE!! Nothing but a waste of your time. You get to wait an hour while they take a lunch if you go at noon then to have them mess up all the prescriptions because their computer software does but communicate with each other. Save your time and money and go over to Britton & May!!
Better off just googling what’s wrong, no real MDs on site. Should just go to a real DRs office, so they can run test and maybe provide an actual solution. Wouldn’t come back.
I checked in on a Saturday morning so I thought there wouldn’t be very much chance of seeing a doctor until late in the day and they told me that it would be about 3:47 PM I went home and someone texted me and said I’m ready to see you now and it had only been about an hour so I saw a doctor very quickly she was helpful and thorough and I would definitely recommend this place.
I had a procedure did today at Integris Baptist the staff were very friendly very efficient they took care of my family and me very well and every time was first class so thank the staff with my doctors and the Anastasias doctors very much Barbie in the mirror
Very quick and professional.
I love Dr. Graybell, she has been quick to answer all of my questions, address any of my concerns, and has been extremely sweet when talking to both me and my daughter.1
Prompt attention, helpful staff, excellent physician
Fast and friendly!!! . Book online and get there 10 minutes before. In and out in 30-45 minutes!! I’ve used them multiple times over the years!
Everyone there was extremely kind and efficient and even called me personally to see how I was feeling after my appointment. Great treatment!
When I cant get in to see my doctor. I always call Mercy GoHealth. They get me in and staff is great
They were kind and professional and treated me without delay I was very happy with them and would go back again
Good experience everyone was nice and helpful
Great first time experience coming into Mercy. I appreciated their timelines and friendly staff. Made me feel very comfortable during my visit.
They give u a packet explaining wats wrong also how to care for watever it is at home idk pretty swag ngl
Very disappointed. Was told by the provider that I would not be treated because I am seeing an OB. “That’s just the type of provider I am.” I am very clearly pregnant and if that is your personal provider policy, I should have been turned away before collecting my copay. I left with no diagnosis, no tests and no relief.
They were all very nice. The NP was quick to see me and give me her thoughts on what I should do about my injury which so far has worked.
Been waiting 8 days for results when I was told it would take 3 or 4 days. Called on 09.09.2020 to request results and was told I would get a call back. Still waiting guess Im fine because I havent gotten a call.
Knowledgeable staff, comfortable seating, and the hot water for tea was a wonderful touch!
I loved the staff. I felt heard by them and they were very kind.
For the record SSM urgent care a mile away is $80 if you don’t have insurance and they’ll bill you. Mercy can go to hell.
Service was fast and staff was friendly.
Clean, quick, professional. I loved being able to check in online as well... and since theyre connected to the Mercy network, it made paperwork easy.
Our family has been treated here several times. No waiting, clean, friendly and experienced staff. Highly recommend!!!
Staff and doctors and nurses are totally awesome 🥰
Our attending physician was very kind and helpful. Thank you Urgent Care team!
Thank you so much to everyone who took care of me. The staff was very kind and helpful. This is an excellent clinic.
The clinic doesnt get packed, and no wait time. Very nice service too.
Its clean, efficient, prompt, and all the employees were nice and professional.
One of the ladies working at the check in was very rude. I am not paying $50 when I already dont feel well and I have to deal with attitude. Will not come back.
Short wait time, a professional staff and good medical care.
The staff was so helpful, kind and all around wonderful! They answered our questions and made our experience so easy. They should be commended!
The doctor and staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. I hope I don’t need to, but I would definitely use them again!
Provided fast and great care, answered all my questions. Staff was amazing, definitely recommend.
I waited 50 mins for a negative covid test result when i was told it was only a 15 min wait.. was also the only person there. other than that great service.
This clinic has been absolutely lovely and top notch, every time we have had to go there with the kids!
Short wait time. Friendly staff.
Their staff always goes above and beyond to make my kiddos feel comfortable! Love them!
Dr. Steele is amazing and incredibly friendly. I will definitely come back in the future and would recommend her to anyone!
Thank you guys for taking care of me! All the nurses and the attending were very nice
The staff was caring and thorough. I felt that I was heard and my concerns addressed even though I was a walk in.
Staff was very friendly and helpful and I was in and out quick even on a Holiday weekend!
I am thankful to have this convenient Mercy location nearby. The medical staff are friendly and caring.
Sam Elder was fantastic! He explained everything well and made sure I understood and was comfortable with the information he provided.
We were misinformed that COVID testing would be covered by insurance and we actually didnt need a visit with PA that they charged insurance for 213$.
Great service, we were very happy with the care we received.
No waiting time..Very pleasing and pleasant environment. Very knowledgeable staff.
Both my medical assistant and doctor were quick, friendly and professional.
Nice people. Got me in on time for my appointment. Thanks!
Friendly staff, fast and efficient. The facility felt safe and sanitized. Great experience.
Easy access, Professional Care without a wait
Got in quick and the staff were very friendly and professional.
Friendly and compassionate staff, great quality service with well explained instructions
Always a great experience when I have needed treatment.
