This is HORRIBLE!!! I called them last 2 months ago they said I have to call again in 2 months, I called them today to make an appointment for a pregnancy they told me that I have to wait until January but my dudes date is in December. they dont care at all. and I am been waiting in the call line for 1 hour just to make an appointment. that doesnt make any sense!!
I requested a marriage certificate. There were two people behind me requesting different records. I saw the older woman with the glasses go to the copy machine several times and she never called anyone to let them know their paperwork was ready. She took the requests but never called anyone. A gentleman went to ask for his paperwork and it was ready. My paperwork was put in before his and I knew my paperwork and a young lady that requested documents had to be ready. The younger lady with the glasses retrieved our documents from a folder that was full of documents. Why would the older woman get all these documents and not call anyone? Poor service. I was there 50 mins and would have been there longer if I had not gone back to the window to ask if the certificate was ready. Ridiculous, but Im sure this happens all the time.
They treated me very professionally despite being busy at the time of my visit. I went in needing a birth certificate for my son and within 30 minutes Im out the door with one. There was plenty of waiting area and the forms needed were easy to fill out.If you found this review helpful please give it a like!👍
This place is HORRIBLE!!! The worst and SLOWEST people Ive ever had to deal with!!! Understanding its busy to them because all of the workers arent working and let a huge line pile up before someone opens the second window. You got employees yelling at each other. There is NO reason to be this slow! The white old lady upfront has no clue whats shes doing and over explains everything and doesnt stop overly talking😵💫
Young lady in the front is extremely sweet and helpful. I spoke with her on the phone and in person and she was so delightful to talk to. She made my process so quick and easy.

Every time I call in the morning for the first hour they are open it will let me select my option for the front seat then it rings twice and completely hangs up. I guess they just don’t wanna take calls for the first hour they are open!
Front desk worker is extremely rude and unprofessional. Couldnt stop laughing and yelling at her friend working in the back an in turn charged my card incorrectly. Never thought Id hear city/county employees yelling across rooms asking what the other was on and that they must have taken something during lunch.
I have never met such a rude staff of employees. When I had to go in today the lady at the front hardly looked up from her phone because she was playing some game like candy crush. She practically threw a pen at me and she was not wearing a mask. Yesterday when I tried to come in they were just as rude. I work in customer service so I try to be understanding but this staff is very unprofessional, lazy, and shows a lack of customer service that might be the worst I have ever come into contact with (that isn’t even an exaggeration). Also, I had to sit in my car for an hour and wait on them to do a vaccine transfer for my little brother’s new school since we just moved here (they were not busy). I had such a terrible experience both times at the Lee County Health Department that I took the time to write this review (my first negative google review ever) because of how bad it was.**The only positive remark I will make is the lady that brought my paperwork back after my hour long wait in my car said sorry about how long it took and told me to have a nice day (this lady was wearing a mask).
I have had nothing but good experiences, whether calling in or going up to the office. The ladies are always friendly and have no problem answering the questions I have had. They were patient and thorough. This health department is much better than others I have been to.
Customer service here is great. Everyone there is extremely nice and understanding. My documents were ready within an hour with no fuss. I would say highly recommend, but it’s a government office. You don’t get to choose whether you want to go or not.

Rudest people I have encountered since moving to Auburn. Had a confirmation for COVID-19 vaccine. They said I wasnt in their system and that I must have FAKED the confirmation! Refused to give me the vaccine that I had been waiting weeks to get. These people are in need of some serious customer service skills training.
They either don’t answer or answer and put you on hold for 15 mins. I’ve been calling for 3 days and just get put on hold till I can’t just sit on hold anymore and no I didn’t call on the weekend.
When you call the operator will say”your estimated wait time is 4 mins” but I’ve been on hold now for 44.25 mins!! They NEVER answer the phone!! And my phone interview was at 9:30 am but they didn’t call until 11:30 am and I missed the call so now I can’t get them to answer the phone to reschedule a new phone interview for food stamps! Ridiculous!
A real pain to deal with or work with. They were generally rude with only occasional attempts at what the rest of society terms manners and propriety.They also seem to have a very poor understanding of federal and other healthcare laws and regulations. I hope I never have to deal with them again.
I needed information from the environmental services section and spoke with Natalie. She was very courteous and gave me the info I needed very quickly. I would not hesitate to call there again. Thanks again for your help, Natalie.
Customer service needs to be improved. They will not come to the lobby. The lobby is where customers set,but if no ones to look how would you who is sitting there waiting.
They lost my appointment I had been waiting for for over a month. They had nothing to say but you can call and make and appointment 2 months out. Absolutely ridiculous!!! This is what our city has for something that people rely on to have for a lot of different program and doctors. Something needs to be done.
A terrible establishment, plan to waste your whole day here if you need to go. Every time (3-4 times) I have came here and waited 3-4 hours when I have an appointment to see the doctor. One time the doctor asked me to undress and I waited on the table naked for 20 minutes for her to return. Very unprofessional.
Great people work over here and support us regarding our immunization records. They are very courteous.
We should all write Senator Tommy Tuberville. They will get right then, or lose their job. There are too many people that need a job to be wasting it on lazy people who think we owe them a free ride. Write people! It is the only way to clean the place up and not be treated like dirt.
Horrible experience. Had appt. and still waiting 3 hrs later. Place is almost empty of patients so they are not busy. Would not trust this clinic to be professional.
