Love the new offices. Dr. Vemuri is a thorough, knowledgeable & personable man who truly cares about patient wellness. The front desk, nurses and phlebotomist are all friendly and professional. They are usually able to accommodate me on short notice, which is an added bonus; I’d highly recommend.
The front desk staff were friendly. Every time I called, the individuals I spoke with were also helpful. The male doctor however was not the most helpful. He completed a physical exam and only asked questions and listened to my lungs. No other routine checks were done that should be performed for a full physical exam (listening to heart sounds, abdominal exam, etc). The doctor never called to review my lab work after I was told he would call to review. I would not recommend seeing this physician if you are looking for someone who does a thorough job.
I have been with Town Center Family Practice for years. They just moved from Orange City to this new location. I just love Dr. Morales and all the nurses and staff! They truly care about you and all your Healthcare. The empathy and compassion they show allows me to feel safe and secure with my Healthcare in their hands :)
Dr. Torres and he helped me with Disability, issues and I found that comforting at the time that I needed it now I’m with nurse practitioner Natalia Kelly and her nurse with long black hair sorry bad with names could not hands-down ask for a better person to fight for my health NP Kelly has gone above and beyond to help me understand my new diagnosis what the possibilities are that I’m facing Products to use that she recommended made me feel like a human being through something that is so scary for me and could not be more grateful to not just her but Charlene and there is another female that checked me out the last time I was there she is very nice very helpful. I could not ask for a better family doctor practice and have been here for many years so I would just like to say thank you to everyone, helping me through all the things that I have faced in the years I’ve been here and for treating me like family without the judgement lol there was a gentleman that also helped me. I don’t know his name. He helped me to find a rheumatologist when the one that was recommended to me was really rude with me and I also appreciated that cause I’m not even his patient and he went above and beyond to help me find someone and That’s what makes this place the best everyone helps each other out to get what the patients need here. the care that they need and I do think of everyone here like family so again would like to say thank you
I wanted to express my gratitude to Charlene one of the administrators there at Town Center Family Practice. She just spent a 1/2 hour on the phone with me and my insurance company to make sure I could have TCF as my primary care provider. She listened to my concerns and helped me get solutions to my issues. Great customers service. I have had wonderful care from the whole team! Thank you so much 💕
First and foremost, Kat at the front desk is truly one of the rudest people I have ever encountered. She is nasty every single time I call. The doctor I saw was very sweet and thorough. Told me her nurse was going to be sending a PA for a medication on 12/14. It’s now 01/30 and it has not been sent. I followed up weekly, and now daily. Still has not been sent. I also had to cancel an appointment because of my children had RSV. I received a text today stating I had a $40 balance. I called to inquire (of course Kat answered and was very rude) and informed me it was because I called to cancel. It was not a no-show. I gave proper notice. Couldn’t even ask questions or request for it to be waived without being cut off by Kat.
Let me start by saying my husband and I have since found a new physician. The reason we left is because they were double billing us for co-pays and it happened three separate times. To the point where I was sent to collections and had to prove with a receipt that I had already paid!!! This happened more then once and not just to me, but to my husband and other people as well! One time when I was sitting in the waiting room waiting to see the newest PA of the week (it’s become a revolving door), I overheard an elderly gentleman arguing with the lady at the front desk that he had already paid his co-pay the last time he was there. He explain to her that he pays it on the day of his visit consistently. Horrible customer service! Expect to wait at least a week to get your prescriptions, if not longer! Oh, and they informed my husband that he was no longer covered under our insurance and sent him to collections too but I was still covered, side-note, he is the main insurance provider for our family! Hmm Called our insurance company and they said that everything was fine and he was covered. Called the doctors office back and they were using an old claim number by mistake!!! Put a fork in me cause I am done!
The office has changed for the best. The office is now a lot more organized and sweet. The New doctor takes her time to explain things and listens. Do not want to glitch myself but check them out.
Been looking for a new place to go, and maybe take my kids but after walking in and looking around, this is not a place I would take my kids. The condition of this place is not why it gets one star, I would have went to a place like this, if not for the staff.New patient, so I have already filled out online paperwork, showed up early because there will be more, 10:20 sitting down, i dont know when they gave me the paperwork, but after friends coming in to see doctors, AJ, and other patients going in, I had had enough at 11:15. They are going to charge patients for being late or missing an appointment, but they cant say one word to me about how long this is taking! This place sent me text, called me, and emailed me to confirm this appointment, and I accepted all of them, so there is no excuse for at least not saying something about how long we are waiting. I know you are busy, but if one person has time for friends to visit, then someone can come out and let your other patients know that you going to be over an hour late. You basically cancelled my appointment, and according to this paperwork I signed you owe me money. Please send me the 50 dollars you would have charged me, and it does not even come close to the 4 hours I wasted today making sure I was there on time. The fact that AJ has a friend that visit at least five times a month, instead of administering the office is exactly the problem. And according to what AJs friend was told, there was doctor meeting and not complicated issues, but hey I just hear what the staff talks about. Either way, None of your staff apologized besides the receptionist, and she was overwhelmed. For that reason, no I appreciate the response but you are either so far removed from this office that you have no idea what is going on… or you are an online reputation consultant responding for a company that is doing very poorly. Either way, good luck… you have a long way to go.
First time here. Excellent staff. Appointment was for 10:45 . Got there at 9:50 and at around 9:15 they called me in.
Went in for a physical. Waited 1/2 hour for who I am assuming the nurse practitioner maybe doctor come in and did not introduce herself. She barley spoke to me and spent less than 5 minutes for the exam. Then is was told I have to get blood work and will have to come in and pay another fee for that appointment. Do not recommend
I moved to Deltona, December 2022. And the part is moving that we all hate is having to find new doctors in your area, well from my original phone call (with meagan at the front desk) just calling to see if they accepted my insurance and if they were accepting new patients, I have had a FANTASTIC experience with this establishment. The staff are so personable, understanding and I always feel heard. Meagan at the front desk is always in a great mood, bubbly, positive, upbeat and always makes me feel super welcome here. Charlene is AHHHMAZING and I feel like I can tell her my whole life story without any judgement. Doctor Singh is hands down the best pediatrician for my family and my son, she takes time to hear our concerns and fears, and explains them so that we understand and are comfortable with. Town Center Family Practice know that you guys have an amazing staff! 5 stars✨ 10/10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
During my pregnancy and after delivery, my baby had a complex case which made it difficult for other doctors in the Orange City area to take on my baby as a primary care patient. However, Dr. Singh at Town Center practice has extensive experience in Neonatal care and was willing to see my baby right away. I am grateful for her expertise and consider her a great doctor. God bless her.
Wonderful practice!! Love the Doctors and NP! Truly a family clinic
This is a complete family practice clinic, I went with my 2 kids. Now adult and kids could be seen at same clinic. We were able to see their doctors same day. My kids loved talking to Dr Singh, she is very friendly with kids. This saves my time doing multiple trip to clinic.
Office has gone downhill in every way since previous doctor sold the practice. Wait times are over 1 hour past appt. time. Office workers constantly making mistakes and forgetting to follow through on. NP Natalia especially disappointing.
I have been a patient at this office for 15 or 20 years. I only saw Dr. Morales one time but he was very attentive and listened to me.The staff at this office goes beyond what they need to do and they know you by name. I find the PA and Natalia to be very thoroughand again, they listen to what you have to say. I highly recommend this office.
I just dont understand why the wait time has to be an hour or more. Not just 1 time but everytime. If you can’t accomodate everyone schedule your times better.
Dr. Singh was extremely kind, and patient throughout the entire appointment. She showed professionalism and understanding. Thank you, Town Center!
My son has gone here for years because the staff and nurses, especially Linda, knew him. Linda went out of her way to assist us and truly cared. They have however gone thru several PAs and now new nurses and office staff. I dont think we have ever actually seen Dr. Malki himself. To call in you never get an actual person on the phone, voicemail is full, now there is a recording or you get left on eternal hold. I have had to dial the extension for appointments to speak to a person. This staff doesnt return messages. I have had to go in person to get a referral because they submitted it incorrectly. The front receptionist had an attitude. The nurse made comments about my son that I felt was inappropriately judgmental and totally made me feel like the staff talks about my son because they would be like oh yeah name when I would call for a referral or walk in. Totally against HIPAA guidelines. A bit judgey if you ask me. The PA who I thought was a doctor cant prescribe anything strong because she doesnt have the correct license. She hesitated to contact the actual doctor to get authorization. Will be finding a new PCP. Son only stayed because of the nurse Linda and evidently they let her go I am guessing from a different comment.
My 82 year old mother and I arrived for her appt. The nurse said there was 1 person ahead of her. Well, we waited for 50 min and I had to leave to go to a meeting. My mom calls me 70 min later very upset saying Doug came in and commented on her sagging bladder. (she was there for her eye) My mom told him about her eye and he had her sit on the table and looked at it and said Yeah, Ive seen 3 cases like that this week. Like what? He then went over and got on the laptop and was typing away. After a while she said can I leave he said oh sure. She left knowing nothing except telling me she will never go back there again. No one answers the phone either when you call to complain
Dr. Morales is so easy to talk to! I feel so comfortable addressing my concerns and talking to someone I can trust. His entire office welcomes me as if I’ve been here for years and years. Thank you Dr. Morales. Thank you for serving our neighborhood.
Have been seeing Dr Malki for 10 years. Never a problem, then he retired and sold the practice to Dr Morales. Straight downhill since then . No one answers the phone, seldom get a callback, the Dr assistants have all quit. I have seen three different people in one year. Seriously miss Dr Malki !!!!!
Gone way downhill since Dr. Malki retired. PAs are always leaving. Cant keep them. Then they dont tell you even if they know before you schedule with one that they have left. They just schedule you with the replacement. Looking for another primary that actually cares. None of them do now. They could care less about even talking with you. They leave so quickly that they dont even list the PAS anymore under our physicians. Very doubtful that they even pay attention to the reviews.
The practice changed hands when Dr Malki left. I was very happy with Dr Malki and the other practitioners I saw. Since the change in ownership I have received substandard care. Trying to get prescription refills has been impossible (8 days and counting). When you do reach somewhat to talk to you get denials and hostility. I was diagnosed with a new health condition, slapped with a label and sent out the door with no resources or education for the condition. Time for a new primary care practice.
I have been bringing myself and family members to this office for over 10 years. During the past year the services provided have declined dramatically. I find the providers and support staff to be unknowledgable, unethical and essentially substandard in the care they provide. Poor Dr. Malki doesnt deserve to have his name associated with the new management or the current office staff they employ. My recommendation is to get out while you can before any real harm is committed.
To call this office is a waste of time. They never answer their phones. Website says that you can make appointments online. Made appointment, took off work, showed up just to be told that they had no availability and the Dr that I made the appointment with wasnt even in the office for another week. Upon speaking with reception, apparently they know this has been a problem in the past and have done nothing to rectify the situation. Doesnt really give off a feeling of caring about their patients or their patients time. I guess poor customer service is the new normal, even at your doctors office.
Absolutely love this office!! Always professional and the DR treat you with respect and dignity. When they are with you they give you 100% of there attention. The staff is more then willing to help anyway they can. If you are looking for a practice that you will stay with forever this is it. Also never have to wait ever long so that is a BIG bonus
Absolutely horrible family practice. I told the receptionist I had no insurance and was self paying. She insisted that I have to pay right now before I could proceed any further. After I paid her, she and the coworker was laughing at me and I happened to overhear her saying she didn’t know if I would run off without paying first. Secondly, after 10 days of taking the medicine prescribed by Dr. Laurie Cutchon without any relief whatsoever. I was told that to come in for a follow up visit for the original problem. I had to pay another $140. no matter that I got no relief concerning my first visit and was just as sick.Obviously this practice values money over a patients health and well being. Dr. Cutchon herself also refused to see me unless I paid for a second visit even though I explained the situation. Very unprofessional and uncaring medical center. Do not visit this office. Look for another doctor who doesn’t put money before the patient health.
There billing system leaves a lot to be desired. Took a year to bill me I paid but they never cashed check for a month & sent bill saying it was over ninety days. Plus I needed Mamo rechecked, my Dr. faxed original one twice, they say they never got it then said they were having trouble with faxing coming in. They never got fax so I went home where the Dr.s office know whats going on!!
This office receptionist to the doctor is amazing people. I have NEVER had a doctor be as thorough as Dr. Morales is. He was so patient and I definitely did not feel rushed.
No consideration for patients time. I made an appt online to be told at check in that my doc is out. They stated they tried calling me and when I asked to confirm the number - it was a complete different number. I asked what’s the Date of birth they have for me and it was someone else’s date of birth. Idk how they got that mix up but someone else I’m on their system had my number and info. They rescheduled me for following week to then call me the day of the appt to reschedule again. A complete waste of time. Don’t bother.
Dr. Malki use to run this practice- now it’s run by a different group of people. It’s hard to let go of past PA’s etc but change is good. Looking forward to new medical relationships 😀
I dont get their billing system. Honestly I do not get any medical billing. If you have insurance you pay more. Been happy with PAs. Is doctor Malika there? It just a average place.. they have taken care of me. Nurses are nice. I have taken care of me. The PAs are concerned about my health.
Went for check up. She didnt even touch me. Called today and had to leave message because they dont answer phones..nobody ever called back. Why have a voicemail box? Also who has time to go to several different appts because they dont do blood work..they dont do x-rays. So taking that much time off of work going to several different places is ridiculous
I want to take a moment to thank all the ladies at town center family practice they are professional passionate and knowledgeable in all they do thank you especially Jessy who analyzed my blood work and made a recommendation which ultimately may have saved my life. Her Passion for what she does is a compliment to her profession and I am very proud of her and the people that work there
We were called last week and again today and was told we owed a copay for an office visit 18 months ago. The person I spoke to said notifications had been sent through the mail 18 times yet we didnt receive them. I attempted to pay the bill online however since I had no paper bill with an account number, I couldnt pay using their obscure website that we didnt even know existed. I ended up paying over the phone for a visit that should have been covered by insurance.
Wonderful Doctors, wonderful nurses and staff! I love this office! I never feel like a number there. They treat me like a family member, important and cared for. I recommend them to everyone I know.
I just called this doctors office because Im trying to find a new doctor for my great grandmother. As soon as I started explaining that she may have dementia and we want to get her checked for it, the lady on the phone hung up on me. Very unprofessional. A simple we cant help you would have worked.
Natalia was very happy to see that I was getting healthy and following the care plan she gave. With her help we will continue here. Excellent excellent service.
I got the impression of the doctors and staff are very helpful and I also think its a family friendly place.
Friendly staff and always get what I need when I go in!
My family has been going here for awhile great staff and they really try to take care of your needs definitely a great office
The staff is extremely friendly and Dr. Cleusimene Francois was very patient with me and most importantly she knows her stuff!!! Thank you to the entire staff!!!
Received prompt and courteous response to a request for consultation. Professional, efficient staff. Very grateful.
I love this office. Kelly is an amazing Dr. I have never found someone who actually listened and truly cared so much as she does.
All of the staff here are awesome! Highly recommend going here if you are looking for a family clinic.
Way to go guys and thank you for a job well done, great providers this place really cares !
Enjoyed my service here, initially had an error with a billing code but it was taken care of.
Uncaring and unprofessional told a man with stage 4 lung cancer he’s perfectly healthy , got to jump through hoops to get anywhere with them
Always helpful, we like the same day appointments if needed.
Great Customer Service
Good
Thanks!!!
My husband has been going here and wont be coming back. He originally came in with dangerously high blood pressure, and they said to make ANOTHER appt, and come back to talk about taking a weight loss medication. So he had to leave without a blood pressure medication. Then he went for another visit, and he requested to just recieve the blood pressure medication so they finally prescribed that. The point is the office wanted to make money off of another office visit, AND selling Ozempic when my husband desperately needed blood pressure meds. This took several office visits and copay for a single issue.Fast forward 1 year...They told him a sleep study company would be in contact with him. Well months went by they never did. He called the office, and they had never arranged anything! So they reached out to the sleep study company to reach out to him. The company finally sent a sleep study to the house which he completed and returned. Then, a pulmonologist called him to make an appt to review the sleep study and give him a cpap machine. Well, today he learned Town Center Family Practice never faxed over the sleep study results. NOW that he already paid the copay, the pulmonologist ordered ANOTHER sleep study to be done in person. I am betting his insurance doesnt cover a 2nd sleep study. This is all a huge delay in care. He will NOT be returning, not that the office will personally care. The incompetence and the charging of visit after visit after visit is absolutely unnecessary and so sad.UPDATE- We arent making ANOTHER appt to follow up on this??? Thats a joke???? and not a solution. I am tired of him paying more and more and more copays (which by the way the office always says no charge and we keep getting bill after bill) because there IS indeed copays. We need to pay for an in person sleep study out of pocket now since the sleep study from your office was a waste and not relayed to the pulmonologist HE was set up with. So with that being said we will be saving for that since its scheduled soon. He should have had a cpap machine a long time ago. Thanks for that.Update: NOW since insurance wont cover a SECOND sleep study it would be over $3k now all this months of calling you guys back and forth and paying for appts. Now he doesnt even get the cpap machine he NEEDS!!!! Your practice should be absolutely ashamed of themselves. You need to reach out and fix this and apologize for all youve caused our family.
