As an RN of many years, I can honestly say that I would never refer anyone to Dr. Schneider. She was brash, indifferent, and arrogant. She didnt introduce herself, talked down to me like I was ignorant and basically berated me for what I need to do or else.
Awesome doctor, office staff not friendly, especially in the front desk, they cancel our appointment because we were late and we drove there for 1 hour, but overall Doctor is excellent , my mom had a surgery and very happy with the results, she improved her life style! Very thankful! Blessed that we met her! Thank you!!!!
Excellent caring doctor. Took time to talk to me and was very kind and professional The office staff was great, very nice and helpful, this doctor and staff are Highly recommended!
I have been a patient of Dr. Schneider’s since 2005. Through my surgery years ago, treatment, annual visits, she is an amazing doctor and her treatment is top notch. Today I call for my annual wellness appointment. I’m told her office only handles surgery pre/post visits from now on and we don’t do annual visits anymore. Basically, sorry, go find another doctor. No written notice to advise patients of this change or new doc recommendations. To say after 18 years I’m highly disappointed in how the office handled this change.
Im sure the doctor is fantastic, however, I did not have a good experience with the office staff. My doctor sent over a referral. No one called me. So, I called them to try to get an appointment. I explained I was in a lot of pain. The answer was that the doctor had the referral on her desk and that I was NOT to call them back, they would call me. 3 days later, no response. So, I sought out another doctor further away with great 5 star reviews and the staff was wonderful and got me in with little wait time. The person I spoke to was not sympathetic that I was in a lot of pain. And got a bit nasty that I had called them and in no uncertain terms told me not to call back and wait for their call. Easy to tell someone when they are in pain. You need to be your own advocate and I decided to be mine!
My primary care doctor referred me to Dr. Schneider due to a post menopausal problem that required immediate attention. I was able to schedule an appointment for 10 days later, but gratefully Dr. Schneiders staff called me not once, but TWICE, to move up my appointment when they had cancellations, knowing that I needed to me seen quickly. The wait time once I arrived was minimal, the doctor was highly knowledgeable, and suggested a course of action right in line with what I suspected would occur based on my own intensive, online research. Unlike some posters/reviewers here, I do not believe she is/was motivated by money or anything like that AT ALL!! She did EXACTLY what she should have done. She did NOT recommend anything extra or unnecessary at all. Nothing she told me was unexpected in the least. She communicated clearly, professionally and with concern and compassion, in a friendly, yet objective, informational tone. The prescription I needed for my upcoming procedure was already at CVS near my home, before I even left her office (as I knew from a text I received)! Her competent and efficient staff was able to schedule imaging I needed right next door for that SAME day, and to schedule a necessary procedure to occur just three days later!!! I have two future appointments with her, and I have no reason to believe that they will be anything other than efficient, with professional and courteous attention from an obviously competent and highly experienced doctor. I should point out that I have had a few very serious health issues over the past two decades, and have seen MANY, MANY doctors of varying caliber, so I am able to discern quite readily who is competent and caring and who isnt. Dr. Schneider is extremely capable -- so ignore those reviews from unsatisfied patients --these are probably the ones who make unreasonable demands, have unreasonable expectations and dont educate themselves in advance about their conditions and options. I found this practice and those who work here to be highly professional and it met or exceeded my expectations in every way possible.
I have not had the chance to meet with the Doctor so I cannot rate her. However; one particular Office staff member is extremely rude and arrogant. Im new to Palm Coast. Dr. Schneider is 35 minutes from me, I arrived 10 minutes late as a result of traffic and Google maps, which Im rarely late. This power hungry office staff member decided to cancel out my appointment and have me reschedule. I drove 1hr. and 10 minutes for absolutely no reason. Wheres the understanding? My insurance supporters her paycheck. Whats upsetting to me is, I would have had to wait 45 minutes to 1 hr. To see the Dr. So my time isnt worth anything? Its a hurry up and wait game. I think not! I found Dr. Patricia Modad in Palm Coast, which is closer to me and has far better reviews...5 stars as opposed to 3 1/2. Thanks to Dr. Schneiders office staff. If I was not late and turned away. I would not have found Dr. Modad. I think It would be to Dr. Schneider s advantage to fire this girl thats rude and on a power trip. There are good receptionist or office workers out of work and would appreciate this position and possibly have a much better attitude. I am seeing more complaints about the office staff than the Dr. Or is Dr Schnider aware of their attitude and allows this type of rude behavior.
Dr. Schneider is a fantastic physician and surgeon. She absolutely fixed all bladder problems that Ihad. The surgery was efficient and well-done and was done in same-day surgery at Florida Hospitala few years ago. All is well. I referred two of my friends to her. They both had a similar procedureand are fine also. Great job, Dr. Schneider!Joye ShafferNew Smyrna Beach, FLI
I had my first appointment today. Dr Schneider and her staff are awesome! Very professional efficient and on time!! Never once did I feel uncomfortable or rushed. She took time to listen very compassionate! Thank you for your kindness.
The doctor did not listen to me. I am HIGHLY allergic to nickel. I am not talking about just simple skin reaction, rings turning green, etc. I had to have a highly specialized knee revision surgery to remove a knee implant which was deteriorating my body. My allergy is rare, but very significant for any suggested surgical procedures which involves a metal implant, hence nickel. Nevertheless, the doctor proceeded to recommend a neuromodulator (which does contain nickel) as a possible solution to a bladder problem. No, I do not recommend this doctor for any complicated problems. She is very pleasant and runs a very, very busy practice.
She was totally unprofessional with the way she handled my mom as she did not like my moms response and sent her a letter while she was hospitalized as she has stage 4 cancer that has spread. Shame on Dr S. Lesson learned appearance are not always what they seem. Not what I expected from a professional doctorSelf-verified patient of Dr. Julie D Schneider - Posted on February 26th, 2020She might have saved my moms life but my mom praised her and showered her office with gifts and because my mom expected a thank u Dr. S felt she give my mom the business and decided to send her a letter telling her she was not able to treat her. My mom who just was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer and has spread throughout her body felt like she was kicked in the stomach and was very depressed that this Dr would do such a thing. But a lesson learned for all. Thank u Dr. S for sharing your true colors expected more from u should have let it go.
Ive never reviewed a Dr before but I have to share my experience. She was the 2nd Dr I had to see for this on going issue which come to find out has nothing to do with my reproductive system. It wasnt a very warm feeling at the front desk or by the Dr. The bedside manner does not exist here. Maybe it was because of my look (tattoed and blue hair) or maybe she just doesnt like whats she does anymore either way she was rude and un uninformative assuming my issue and recommending a medication for the next 10 years of my life that wouldnt solve anything. Thankfully my Dr suggested a 3rd opinion and Dr Vignali was amazing. The whole office was fantastic and have set me on the path to finally help my issue not just dismiss and throw meds at it. I guess I assume all doctors want to help...
This office is totally unprofessional. Called to schedule an appointment with Dr. Schneider and upon informing them that I had Aetna as my co-insurance, was told that they are not in network, and would not accept that insurance. False, Drs. webpage states that they accept Aetna. After contacting Aetna they stated that Dr. Schneider, until Jan. 3, 2019, is under contract, and in network, to accept Aetna Insurance. When Aetna contacted the office manager , they were informed that NOW, they are not accepting new patients. That was not the case prior to informing them about Aetna. They also state on her web page that they are accepting new patients, they were ready to make an appointment for my wife prior to being notified of my insurance carrier. Guess its just easier to fluff off a patient than to bill the insurance. If they are not accepting new patients, why advertise in the print media??I hope Dr. Schneider reads this and realizes what is going on behind the scenes, or perhaps the front office runs the practice.
I am an FNP 34 yrs; have highest standards. She exceeds them. Professional, focused, personable (human). Assesses, educates, offers plans to move forward based on sx as well as possible evaluative testing- leaves the choice to you.She obviously strives to be her best and cares about patient well being; I can relate.
Dr. Julie Schneider is an amazing doctor who corrected my bladder issues that had troubled me for over 10 years. This is a very intelligent and compassionate doctor and I highly recommend her
This office is impossible to deal with! I am trying to obtain my medical records. Have left 4 messages requesting a call back. Have not received a response. Always have to leave a message. Have never spoken with a live voice! Very very dissatisfied with care and lack of follow-up!
Dr. Schneider is always on time, attentive and positive. The entire support staff is friendly and patient and I always feel taken care of when I leave. I highly recommend!
I just started going to Dr Schneider a couple months ago. She is also and is so knowledgeable in her field. The doctor and staff are always so nice, even when I came in once in hysterics.
I was referred by my primary physician to Dr Schneider, an awesome, knowledgeable, caring physician. Staff is efficient and caring.
One of the best physicians Ive ever had. She is awesome.
Great Dr. Knows what she is doing. Good staff also always kind and knowledgeable.

Kind and efficient staff and fabulous doctor.
Great Dr.
Knowledgeable and reassuring
Excellent!
I got very bad support from her and she didnt want to help me because I told her I spoke little English and she said I had the AIPA for the broken transfer, so I told her that I would communicate with her with the little English I have but she didnt want to help me, then I wasted my time working and it took an hour to get there, they did not attend to me, I can simply say that this is unfair, it is racism against immigrants, I do not know how to describe it, God bless
