I am VERY impressed! As someone who has to get frequent lab work done I’ve been to all kinds of labs and this place is definitely my favorite. They’re not too busy, the atmosphere is very comfortable and clean (and doesn’t smell like a lab full of alcohol swabs like I’ve experienced in some places), and most importantly, I was greeted with kindness and a smile. Plus a major bonus is the person who has drawn my blood is very good and I don’t feel it. Which is pretty impressive and takes some skill!

Excellent! Located right next to the pharmacy in Carrs grocery store! One stop shop and blood drop off! Employees are awesome, quick and painless! After 20 years of blood draws every 3-6 months, a person that is excellent with a needle is a god-send. Ive had terrible experiences elsewhere....but never at Quest, and definitely no problems ever at this particular location!

Michele is AMAZING... the best phlebotomist Ive met. She is patient, kind and calm... which is helpful if youre apprehensive about blood draws, like I am. The office is clean and organized, and my appointment was on time.Thank you, Michele! Youre now my go-to for bloodwork.

The best experience I’ve ever had getting my blood drawn, and that’s saying something. 🤣 She only had to stick me once for 10-15 vials and it was the cleanest stick I’ve ever received. I recently went to the E.R. and they had to stick me several times—told me I had small veins—not true! This gal knows what she’s doing. Fast, efficient, and painless.

I was a walk in appointment at 7:30 am, and the technician said she had back to back appointments all day and couldnt squeeze me in, even though she had a break in her schedule and no one was in there. I will never go back in again. I have never been treated so rudely.

Quick fast easy n friendly. Where I come from they call this kind of service well aaaaall right.

They are quick to take your business and money, but they are impossible to get in touch with if you want to dispute a charge or have any billing issues.
