Extremely disappointed in this group office. As a potential new patient, I tried calling for three days, waiting a minimum of 15 minutes each time with no human response; at last I broke thorough long enough to receive an invitation to leave a message, but could not as apparently the mail box was full. Yet another day, another try, and I was finally able to leave a message at 10 am--and have received no return call as yet (two days later). I at last punched the billing office # and the call was answered (!) and I was then switched to an appointment scheduler. I explained that my GP had said I should be seen. This was on April 30th. I was told the first available appointment date was mid-July.I can understand a busy office. I cannot understand messages not being returned, inadequate staffing to answer calls, or why a phone message does not tell a caller upfront that the wait for a new patient appointment will be two and a half months! Or, since a callers birth date is immediately demanded before any other conversation, perhaps the offices practice is for pregnant women or those of child-bearing age only. I am considerably beyond that age, but if the office does not care to treat older women, it should say so. Meanwhile I have spent an increasingly uncomfortable week.
Terrible communication, receptionist like to argue. If you’re someone who wants to be in control of their care and it be your choice this is not the place to go. Don’t waste your time. Find somewhere better if you want quality service.
If you’re coming here for pelvic pain turn right around. They won’t tell you they other options to manage pain besides contraception, they will undermine the amount of pain you’re in, and won’t even run the tests necessary to figure out where the pain is coming from. They want to take your money instead of helping. They will cut corners and lie to you.
If you want a practice that truly cares about their patients and offers top quality care, this is the place for you! I love everyone at this practice, doctors and nurses.
