Best GYN! Listens well and understands your needs. Takes her time during visits and is attentive and compassionate. Her staff is also very nice.

Today I had a new patient visit with Dr. Kwon and I am beyond pleased and impressed. She and her medical assistant Ana have worked out the details to make a patient feel comfortable and at ease even before examination; I hope they know how far such considerations go! Following was a very thorough exam with excellent explanations. Dr. Kwon is a caring and wonderful physician.

Dr Kwon and her staff are amazing. I’ve been going here for a few years now and everyone is so kind and supportive! Dr Kwon is super friendly and respectful and will never push anything on you as a patient. Love this office can’t recommend it enough.

I have not experienced this kind of bedside manner, medical setting experience etc ever! What. Sigh of relief! Dr. Kwon is amazing, well mannered and actually LISTENS to you! She does not rush, and answers every question with out you feeling less than. The only disappointment I have is not finding her sooner! this is my go to! Office staff is polite and respectful and explain everything in detail love it !

Dr Kwon has helped me so much this year and Im truly grateful with everything shes done for me between iuds and birth controls, to difficult to treat infections. She has a great bedside manner and takes the time to talk to you and wants to help, I cant recommend her and her office enough.

Dr. Kwon was very friendly and helpful. She was reassuring. I wanted to start birth control and she told me all about the best options. I have had bad side effects from birth control in the past. She reassured me that there are better options out there with less side effects like the nuvaring. She was very kind and attentive to my needs. The office staff was also very nice. I recommend her and will continue to see her.

The staff is welcoming, respectful, and personable. Dr. Kwon is one of the best OBGYN around the area. Wait time is not long and she sees you promptly. Dr. Kwon takes time to answer questions and makes sure the best care and treatment decision is made.

This is the best experience of my medical life! The doctor is very knowledgeable and professional, and very kind, everyone in the office are nice, funny and helpful. I have some suspicious about endometriosis, and she have been gentle about it, she has been giving some treatments before anything else, it feels nice when you feel that your doctor is not gaslighting you! Thank God I found this place ( I’ve been in a lot of places before)

I am disappointed with my experience. I read these amazing reviews about Dr. Kwon but I did not have a similar experience. I had to wait 30 minutes in an empty office for my appointment, and when I finally met Dr. Kwon her bedside manners had me feeling small and silly for having the concerns I did. After my exam using lubricant, I was not offered any way to clean myself up and was just told to get dressed. I came home in tears. I will not be returning.

The ladies at the reception could not have been more rude. I was standing in front of the window which is a pretty standard Im ready to check in for approximately 5 minutes while the girl was scrolling on her phone. Finally I said im checking in, and she gave me a really nasty look and told me to fill out paper work. Like I was inconvenience for her. I couldnt get over how rude and uncomfortable the reciptionsipts made me feel.

I made an appointment on Zocdoc and showed up 15 mins before the scheduled time for this doctor. On site, I was told they don’t have time for me and don’t know how to explain they have different system from Zocdoc. I just spent one whole hour to commute for their “no time” although I was scheduled on Zocdoc and even received a remind message before the appointment. They offered to schedule another time for me, just refused on site cuz can’t trust a doctor running the practice like a joke.

I had two visits to the doctor. Impressions from communication are the best. The doctor is excellent, attentive, highly professional, very pleasant to communicate with. The office staff is very friendly, understanding and helpful. I recommend!

Very happy, it is my first time in this office and I really liked the treatment of the very kind nurses and the doctor, not to mention very kind and consulted me in my language, which is the most important thing.
