I have started using Pearl Womens Center for my HRT and womens care services. My appointment went very well and I feel taken care of by both the front desk and my doctor. They were happy to give the course of treatment that made most sense to me and even pointed out some new things that can be taken care of so that I feel better more quickly.
I have been in so much pain for pretty much the entirety of getting my period. Incapacitated for 2 days a month and missing work. My doctor referred me to Dr. Rosenfield and on the first visit he identified my problem and gave me options, one being surgery. I am fairly young still but he made me feel very comfortable about what the surgery in the long run would do for me.I opted to have surgery and am 6 weeks post op without a complaint in the world. What a staff, what a great experience and it is obvious they take great care with their patients to work with women and address issues most doctors can’t identify. I’m already feeling better and I cannot say enough good things. Anyone who has had long term issues and no real diagnosis, go Pearl Women’s Center and see Dr. Rosenfield. He and his staff will take very good care of you.
Im 22 and had been seeking a hysterectomy for over a year when I was referred to the Pearl Womens Center and Dr. Rosenfield. I always suffered terrible periods and was put on two forms of birth control to control the pain because of its severity, but I still suffered considerable side effects as well as continuation of pain intermediately. Id had tests done by my OBGYN to find a further cause for my pain, but they all turned up negative. It was a frustrating time as this effected my physical and mental health excessively. Originally, I wanted to do the surgery with my OBGYN (who had agreed when I first asked), but the problem came to the price and insurance being unwilling to cover an elective (read: unnecessary) surgery. Thats when I was referred to Dr. Rosenfield.I was able to schedule a consultation very quickly and was in within about a week. Dr. Rosenfield was very nice and professional and cut to the chase about what I wanted and why I was there to see him. He didnt dissuade me in my choice or try to redirect me (something that has been a previous problem considering my age) and instead offered me all the facts about what he could do and what I could expect. The best part was that he agreed to do the surgery for me within the month and I was able to schedule my pre-op for that same day.I was planning to travel in about a month, and for reference, you generally cant get on an airplane without being 11 days post surgery to avoid complications such as blood clots. I wanted to have the procedure done before the trip for various reasons, meaning I would need it to be done at least 2 weeks before the trip. Dr. Rosenfields team and scheduler heard my request and were able to adapt to it, offering me various options for the soonest I could come in. Knowing this was all last minute, I took what was available, and later that same week got a call that someone had cancelled their own procedure and wanted to ask if Id like the spot seeing as it was 2 weeks earlier than what I originally scheduled. It was the happiest week Id had in a long time, and I was more than thoroughly impressed with the team! To top it off, their billing team was amazing as I learned about a week before the surgery that my insurance would cover the surgery. Benefits of a private clinic versus a hospital!I had a ton of luck in all this, so Im not saying that how fast everything happened for me (about 3 weeks) will happen for everyone, but the staff was all very diligent, mindful, and helpful when it came to me knowing my situation. All of my questions were answered, nobody tried to put me down, and I felt very seen and heard throughout the process. As a 22 year-old female, I was impressed with how I was treated through the process of my struggles considering the type of surgery I wanted. The team here were miracle workers after everything Id gone through to get to this point. Ive since recommended the center to other friends who have also considered a hysterectomy but have had struggled due to insurance and medical coverage and treatment. Easily one of the best medical experiences I have had!
Very thankful for Pearl Womens Center. Dr. Rosenfield was supportive and compassionate alongside the rest of the team. They were patient and made helpful accommodations where they could to help with my anxiety. When I got my bisalp, they also found and removed endometriosis. I found Dr. Rosenfield on a child-free friendly doctors list. I am SO happy that Im now sterilized!
I cant express how thankful I am for this place. From my very first visit, I felt like every member of the staff here genuinely cared for my health and comfort. I came to Dr Rosenfield after years of agonizing periods that had escalated to constant pain. Id seen several doctors that dismissed my issues and told me nothing was wrong. At my first visit with Dr. Rosenfield I was able to have an ultrasound, review it with him while discussing my history and concerns, and was given a care plan that would finally provide a solution for what turned out to be endometriosis, adenomyosis, cysts, and infection. Within a few weeks I was able to have hysterectomy in the surgical center upstairs with an amazing staff that left me feeling heard, understood, and cared for through every step of the process. The recovery went smoothly, with minimal pain and discomfort. All of my questions, concerns, and fears between pre op, surgery, and post op were met with patience and kindness. The staff and physicians were very prompt not only to respond to messages but to resolve any issues I had. I loved that every step from my first visit to my post up was able to be completed all right there at the womens center.Again, I cant thank this team enough for the way they cared for me through every step of this life improving experience.
The entire experience at Pearl Surgery Center was better than I could’ve ever expected. My surgery went smoothly. They are pros! Women in the PNW are lucky to have Dr. Rosenfield and his team’s experience available. I felt at ease after meeting and getting the game plan. They executed it and I’m grateful to them. It was also nice to go home after surgery and not have to recover in a hospital.
Six weeks ago I had my first experience with this center, four weeks ago I had surgery. I don’t write expecting things to change, but to validate others who may have had a poor experience. It’s been almost 4 weeks since I sent my concerns and requested written summaries which have not been sent to me. Healthcare alone is traumatic, but this experience has left me with panic attacks when I get medical related phone calls and at medical appointments. When I hit the table, I began to sob. Rather than take time to console, drugs were pushed and I was anesthetized. I woke up to hear, ‘We didn’t find anything.” As more sobs came a nurse checked on me to see if I was okay and if I needed pain medication, the other nurse said, “No, she just didn’t hear what she wanted to hear.” I was discharged in a lobby, tears streaming down my face, my own urine on my hands. No one was brought to console me prior to discharge. No time was taken post-operatively to make sure I was okay. I am an object. They are a machine. The receptionist recommended a telehealth consultation. This appointment started 20 minutes late and lasted 10 minutes. I expressed concern that my symptoms didn’t quite fit my tentative diagnosis. Dr. Rosenfield spent his time flipping through papers, not even looking at me, not listening to finish with ‘Why was this scheduled as telehealth?’ and to make an in-person appointment. So I did.My previous records weren’t reviewed despite me calling numerous facilities to ensure they were sent and asking THREE TIMES if the center got records. During the ‘exam’ I got no words in, none of my questions were answered. I was patronized being called a ‘planner’ because I wanted to know what was next for my debilitating pain if the surgery was negative.I received numerous phone calls where it was clear there is no communication between team members. When I called back I would be put on hold or sent to voicemail. I would ask them not to call during certain times as I was working full time just to get called anyways. The lead receptionist is cold, rude, and incompetent. Twice she put me on hold to forget about me, then pick up and ask who I was and what I needed. As I sat in the lobby waiting for my in-person appointment I watched her mess up two different client procedures. This is after she just told us to take a seat when we asked if they received my records. The surgery was negative and having no cause for my pain my partner requested pain medication until my next specialist appointment, which was declined. My partner was told, “She’ll be running marathons by Friday (three days post op)” knowing I was already in debilitating pain prior to surgery. I was referred to a different specialist by Dr. Rosenfield. Today I saw this specialist, they asked why I was even referred there as there was nothing they could do.A negative diagnostic test I can handle. The trauma of the numerous phone calls, lack of communication, lack of ability to read my records or listen to my symptoms and the traumatic pre/post-operative care I cannot. I sincerely hope this facility can work on their compassion and communication, so they don’t hurt anyone else.
So happy I found a great clinic! Brittney Allen was amazing and took her time during my visit. I appreciated that she was well versed in advising on PMDD. She listened to me and didn’t push any meds or treatments I didn’t want. Front desk was also amazing! Other plus, I enjoyed the salt water aquarium in the lobby :)
Dr Rosenfield has the best staff!.Karen at the front desk is lovely and kind. I enjoy being greeted by her before my appointmentsChristina who helped schedule me and call to update my surgery time was always kind and I appreciated her very much during the processBrittney is AMAZING. I felt so comfortable with her and I’ve never had a pap before. She was so informative, kind and I never felt judged by her one bit. She’s very knowledgeable and I felt amazing and weight lifted off my shoulders after my pap.Kristin M. is super sweet, kind and had answered all my questions. She made me feel so prepared for surgeryDay of surgery- I was very very nervous but the whole surgical staff were so kind, welcoming and helped me out. I enjoyed the lady who helped put my IV in. And the temp they have was super kind helping me tape up my piercingsAnesthesiologist Was amazing! He has such a great personality and went over every question. Asked about my lineage (if someone in your fam has red hair = you need more anesthesia) made sure he went over everything. Whipped up a special anesthesia“cocktail” and made me feel great in the OR- a kind of scary place to be but with the energy he brought I felt confidentAfterwards I was still groggy getting dressed and needed help moving around - I think I asked the same question like the time maybe 10 times lol, but Dr Rosenfield team just made me feel amazing in every single interaction. I really hope he shares this review with his team so they know the impact on their patientsThank you all from the bottom of my heart!!! You all made a scary experience feel like a breeze
If I could give more than 5 stars I absolutely would. Dr. Rosenfield and his whole team have been absolutely incredible to work witg. Going above and beyond to fight insurance and advocate on my behalf for an urgent medical issue that needed addressed with surgery when my insurance kept repeatedly denying it. They have been very transparent every step of the way on communication and financial information and did a fantastic job with the surgery itself and making sure everything was ruled out or addressed prior to taking that final step. I highly recommend him and his whole team!
As a 28 year old woman wanting to get permanent sterilization, I was ready to fight tooth and nail to get the surgery I wanted. However, Dr. Rosenfield took me seriously from the beginning and the only push back was that I knew this was a permanent procedure. I felt safe and comfortable for every visit and all of my concerns were taken seriously. Definitely recommend.
Trans friendly and the staff and dr are extremely friendly. I recommend this to anyone FTM or otherwise looking for gyno care. My only complaint is the parking security guard. I parked and had my appointment and then got myself some food. I spent over 5k here so I didn’t see why it would be a problem. I come back and the garage security guard asked me if I was an employee and when I tried to say I was a patient he cut me off, saying I wasn’t, and then proceeded to call security. Just because I don’t look like a woman doesn’t mean I am not a patient. Disrespectful and would not listen when I tried to explain. I understand that he must deal with this a lot, but the audacity is outrageous. Park on the side of the Rd and save yourself from the frustration. I would rather pay the parking fees to stay in a garage than be embarrassed like that again. Not docking stars because he is not a PWC employee but a warning to other FTM who chose to park here.
I had a consultation here to discuss getting my tubes removed and it was such a quick and easy process. Dr. Rosenfield asked only the most basic medical questions and never tried to change my mind. By the end of the consultation, I had my surgery scheduled for 4 weeks later. My surgery was this past week and it has been an easy recovery. The staff at the surgical center was so professional and kind and they even let me hold my stuffed animal until it was time to go to the OR. I was very nervous for my first surgery, but the staff put me at ease from the moment I walked through the door. I highly recommend this center if you are considering sterilization for yourself.
I cannot say enough good things about Pearl Women’s Center. I got scheduled for a bilateral salpingectomy (tubes removed) surgery very quickly after my consultation. I was not harassed about it or made to feel badly about wanting this procedure done. The surgery was quick and I had minimal pain afterwards. They also called to check on me the day after and the day after that. The staff here is phenomenal: from the front desk, to the fabulous nurses and medical assistants. Dr. Rosenfield is amazing, he is very kind and thorough with everything. You can tell he is really passionate about his work. The nurses are so wonderful and make sure you’re feeling comfortable and genuinely care about you. I’ve never been treated so well at a medical office as I have here, they treat me better than my family does! They respond promptly to phone calls and emails and are more than accommodating. I’ve recommended this place to all my friends and I highly recommend to anyone! Thank you to the wonderful staff at Pearl Women’s Center! ❤️
The exceptional care and compassion Ive experienced from the providers at Pearl Womens Center over the past three years has unfortunately been overshadowed by a deeply disappointing experience with their business and billing offices. Throughout my time with them, I have received medical attention that truly reflected their commitment to their patients well-being.However, my recent encounter with their business office left me astounded and disheartened. With a minor change in my Providence insurance plan and the departure of my previous provider, I took the initiative to confirm the coverage for my appointment and the replacement provider I was assigned to. Assured by the on-site business office at Pearl Womens Center that both were fully covered under my plan, I proceeded with my visit in good faith.Imagine my shock when I received a bill for $329 post-visit, for services I had been informed were covered. The bill directed me to a remote billing office on the East Coast, adding to my frustration. Upon contacting them, I was told that Dr. Rosenfield was not covered by my Providence plan, and I would be held liable for the entire appointment cost.I explained the situation, reiterating my assurance from Pearl Womens Centers business office, only to be told to contact them again for resolution. My attempts to communicate were met with discouraging responses – a medical assistant, unrelated to billing, contacted me initially. When I called again and spoke with reception, I was assured that someone from their business office would call me back. Despite that, no one from their office returned my call.Instead, a few days later, a curt voicemail from a New York number reiterated the bills demand for $329, due to Dr. Rosenfield not being covered. My repeated attempts to initiate dialogue with Pearl Womens Center yielded no better results, accountability, communication, or an apology for the misinformation, eroding my confidence in their professionalism. Its disheartening that a longtime patient that has referred many people to their services was met with such indifference. The absence of any meaningful response or effort to address the situation paints a clear picture: Im perceived as a mere financial transaction rather than a valued patient.I will no longer continue my relationship with a practice that failed to prioritize patient well-being, accountability, and effective communication.
Britney Allen is the most knowledgeable specialist in the treatment of PMDD in the greater Portland and Seattle area. I urge anyone who suspects they may be suffering with PMDD to seek her advice in the treatment of this debilitating disorder. She is relatable, empathetic, and knowledgeable in terms of cutting-edge treatments. Dr. Rosenfield also is extremely efficient, has a funny delivery, and appears to be innovative in his respective field. I’ve been impressed with the service providers at Pearl Women’s. The rest of the staff have also always been extremely helpful, friendly, and efficient. The office is modern, clean, and very accessible given it’s directly off the freeway and it has its own subterranean dedicated parking structure. However… and this is the reason for the 3 vs 5 star review… Karen, the front desk manager (?) has consistently been rude, borderline unprofessional. I’ve had to verbally (over the phone or standing in the wide open lobby) repeat the exact reason for my request to schedule an appointment with the doctor multiple times (I was an intra-practice referral and she could have easily just referred to my chart… especially given the nature of the practice). The last time I was in the office, Karen rolled her eyes and audibly exhaled in a display of annoyance (?) that the doctor was willing to see me - I was late (I also called to give notice and see if I should still come but didn’t get through). After stomping back and forth across the various back rooms and returning, I had to ask her whether I should stay. To which she replied “I guess he’s going to see you”. I struggled to try to keep it together without laughing at how bizarre her reaction was. I also witnessed her berate another patient in the lobby about their tardiness as I waited for an appointment. Finally - today I had a video appointment; my patient portal was somehow deleted, and when I brought this up, she said if I “couldn’t get on video they couldn’t bill my insurance”… for a Telehealth appointment which is nonsensical, it’s just a different code. Bottom line is that I believe Karen could benefit from some general and sensitivity training to better serve the patients of Pearl Women’s Center.
Took me a couple weeks to think of all that I had to say about how wonderful the care was at the Pearl Womens Center. I cannot stress how kind, how caring, and how professional the entire team was during the entire process of my surgery. Ladies? If you want the best? GO HERE! You will not regret it! Dr. Rosenfield is the best! The entire process took only 3 weeks from initial consult to surgery, and was flawlessly explained and executed. My recovery has been extremely fast and utterly without complications. The prices are great too and they really work with insurance to reduce your cost as much as possible. Thanks to all of you!!! We love you!
For those considering pursuing care at Pearl, I would wholeheartedly encourage you to do so! The treatment I have received from Dr. Rosenfield has been nothing short of life-changing. The whole team at Pearl is wonderful and they are truly invested in providing the best quality of care to patients. I chose to pursue a surgical consultation with Dr. Rosenfield several years ago and feel strongly that this was one of the best decisions I have made for my health and quality of life. I have continued with Dr. Rosenfield since that time and have so much gratitude for the work that he does, as well as the care, professionalism, and kindness provided by the entire Pearl team.
Dr. Rosenfield is an amazing doctor. He listened to my needs and explained everything clearly. Surgery with him was smooth, thorough, and the whole staff made me feel very comfortable and safe. Hes direct with information, but also very caring. Most importantly, he shows respect to his patients. These outstanding qualities are why I hold Dr. Rosenfield in the highest regard and would recommend him to anyone looking for a clinic such as Pearl Womens Center.
I had an amazing experience at the Pearl Womens Center from my first appointment to my surgery to my follow-up. I had been dealing with infertility and went to Dr. Rosenfield for a second opinion on an endometriosis diagnosis. Dr. Rosenfield got me in quickly and was able to remove my endometriosis with very little scaring and a quick recovery time. Only one month after surgery I am finally pregnant! I am very glad I found the Pearl Womens Center and would recommend them to anyone looking for endometriosis surgery.
Had a very poor customer service experience with this location. Originally, I was scheduled for a consultation with Dr. Rosenfield. I arrive to my appointment a little early hoping to be greeted a little earlier. I wasnt seen until after I asked which was almost ten minutes past my appointment time for a total thirty minutes of wait time. Before the nurse comes out Im told to use the bathroom. I had no idea an exam was involved as theres been extremely little communication and transparency with this office. No updates on my candidacy for this procedure. No talks with the doctor, nothing but a waste of time. Blake had an attitude with me over the phone and overall just a really poor experience. I was really looking forward to getting this procedure done.
I am 24 with no kids and got a consultation here for getting my tubes removed and Doctor Rosenfield was fabulous! Didn’t question me or try to change my mind just asked if I knew what this procedure meant and if I was sure I wanted it. When it came to surgery day all of the staff were so nice! I was very nervous just because I don’t like needles or surgery but they made me feel very comfortable! The overall experience was amazing!
As an unestablished patient when i first called on may 14th, they listened to my symtoms and considered my pain level and they gave me an emergency appointment first thing in the morning of the next day. Dr. Rosenfield cut his meeting short that morning to fit me in, a patient he didnt know. He already knew things about my medical history when he walked in the room. He performed and exam and ultrasound. The next appointment was to go over my options. I had a pre op and then surgery all within less than a month and a half. And all of this during the covid-19 shutdown. These are the same symtoms many other specialist blew off for many many years. This surgery is the only surgery out of 7 where i had a good post op. Dr. Rosenfields level of knowledge and caring is unmatched. With an amazing team surrounding him. Dr. Rosenfield with Dr. Moling performed a hysterectomy with excision of what we thought to be endometriosis at the time. Even with unexpected scar tissue and adding an extra hour to my surgery, the surgery went very well. Now im not the everyday patient and most opiates dont work on me so when i woke up from surgery i was in unimaginable pain. Their team at the surgi-center did everything they could to get my pain under control, The following Sunday after surgery i called the answering service to see if the oncall doctor could refill my pain medicine and i got a call back from Dr Rosenfeld, wanting to make sure he spoke to me to see how i was improving. I have had many surgeries and have never received the caliber of care that i did at the pearl womens center. These doctors actually care about you, your quality of life and your health. They changed my life and i would recommend anyone who needs real follow thru care. Also they have a youtube channel that has amazing information on it. I wish i found them years ago. Thank you so much for the team at the pearl womens center
Dr. Rosenfield is a wonderful choice! He and his staff made me feel very comfortable and were available for any questions or needs I had. If you are looking into a surgery, I highly recommend having it here. Very professional, very talented, very helpful, and they stay involved from day one all the way through the healing process. I am very happy with my experience and would recommend Pearl Womens Center to my family and friends.
First of all, I want to give God the glory for the success of my surgery, and second all I want to thank Dr. Richard Rosenfield and the entire staff of Pearl Women’s Center. I have never seen such a nice and caring doctor like Dr. Rosenfield in my entire life of going to clinics. Hes very knowledgeable, caring, understanding, and a good listener. I dont know any other good words to qualify him. I had a laparoscopic myomectomy on Tuesday and everything went well. There was no pain after my surgery, I was able to walk by myself the same day after my surgery. I cant say enough about this man because a lot of Dr’s in California were just referring me to different places due to the location of my fibroids, but Dr. Rosenfield is my hero. Also Robin, Linda, the lady with CC for a first and last name, the nurses, the anesthesiologist and the receptionist lady I cant thank you guys enough. Thank you for showing me love and care. Thank you for treating people equally. God bless you, all.
Absolutely the best medical office I have ever been in. And I have been in many... Dr. Rosenfield is top notch and all the staff here really go out of their way to make you feel welcome and important. I have never had a doctor speak to me so respectfully and look me in the face like I’m a real person and not a patient like the physicians do in this building. The anesthesiologist upstairs, the Naturopathic professional, the nursing staff, the administrative staff, the billing staff... all demonstrating extraordinary care and thoroughly make sure you understand every step of the way. I trust them to care for all of my needs and look forward to each visit. Lovely decor as well!
I came here on the advice of my regular gyn after my last remaining ovary stopped functioning post-hysterectomy and endo excision -- she said they are very experienced with hormones. I am so glad I did. Brittany was thorough in her assessment of my symptoms, my test results and even addressed some issues that are not specifically related to my hormone imbalance but are definitely contributing to my overall feeling of unwellness that other doctors havent adequately addressed (like a massive iron deficiency that is beyond the scope that diet can address). We came up with a plan to get me on the road to good health. It is one of the few times I feel like a health professional has looked at my body as an entire, integrated system, where symptoms can be caused by multiple different things, and those things can also cause multiple symptoms. Holistic, if you will. I felt so heard... I wish I had known of this place when I was first diagnosed with endo and fibroids, because one thing I consistently struggled with was feeling like doctors were seeing me as an entire person, rather than just a bad case of endo and fibroids, or a diseased uterus carrier. If you want to feel heard, go to Pearl Womens Center!
I cannot recommend Dr Rosenfield or his staff more highly for laparoscopic hysterectomy surgery. They were informative, communicative, supportive and reassuring throughout my consult, pre-op, surgery and post-op appointments. Dr. Rosenfield answered all questions and even reviewed the recording of my surgery with me afterward (i got a copy). I cannot believe how well this surgery and my recovery went. Use this clinic/surgery, you wont regret it.
Dr. Rosenfield and staff are very friendly, but even more so, VERY knowledgeable and skilled. My sacrocolpopexy went very well and Im healed without issues or much pain at all. My first surgery for prolapse by another surgical group failed so I was a bit skeptical heading in to this procedure. But Dr. Rosenfield and his team calmed my fears by thoroughly explaining what was going to be done and answering all of my questions to my satisfaction. The surgical center AND the offices are clean and welcoming. The entire team is wonderful and very skilled in using the latest proven techniques. I highly recommend Pearl Womens Center for any womens needs.
Pearl Womens Center helped me when it felt like no one else would.I had a consultation with Dr. Rosenfield in August and, in a 1.5-hour appointment, he was able to discuss my symptoms, complete an exam, an ultrasound, and take the time to discuss treatment options with my husband and I - more than my previous provider had been able to do in six months! Even though Dr. Rosenfield had availability to schedule surgery within a couple of weeks, due to insurance issues (no fault of PWC), I had to wait until January to have surgery with him.Dr. Rosenfield scheduled a pre-op appointment about 2 weeks out from the surgery date and took the time to fully answer all of the many questions my husband and I had. It was very comforting that one nurse was assigned to me from that pre-op appointment all the way through the surgery experience. He and his team were very calming the day of the surgery and were extremely attentive and helpful throughout the experience. My nurse with Pearl Womens Center followed up with me by phone the next day to ensure that recovery was going well. They were also very easy to reach by phone as needed through the recovery and have been very responsive to any request. During my post-op appointment, Dr. Rosenfield provided a very in-depth explanation of the locations where endometriosis had been removed and was very patient in answering all of our questions. Now that Ive had the surgery, the intense constant pain I was having is gone and Im once again able to lead a normal, active life. I owe all of my gratitude to Dr. Rosenfield and Pearl Womens Center for all that theyve done for me. I would give them a 20-star review if I could!
As someone with pretty severe medical anxiety, I have avoided womens health care for many years. But when I found out I needed a hysterectomy due to fibroids this year, I could avoid it no longer. I saw Dr. Jade Carboy for my annual exam and she was so kind, gentle and caring. Dr. Rosenfield performed my hysterectomy and he and his team were absolutely top notch. Im pretty much fully recovered at this point, 2 months later, and so happy I found this place. I plan to keep going here for all my womens healthcare needs. Thank you!
I went to the Pearl Women’s Center anxious, as heading to the doctor is rarely fun or enjoyable. I was pleasantly surprised at how welcoming the office decor is. I also appreciated how caring the staff are. Everyone went above and beyond by taking time to talk with me and fitting me in for an ultrasound the same day. I am so glad I get to utilize the Pearl Women’s Center for my care.
Everyone at Pearl Womens Center and their surgery center has been so kind, supportive and took such great care of me. Everything was carefully explained to me step by step and my pain was well controlled. Dr Rosenfield is very skilled and accountable for his work. I truly appreciate the care I received, thank you all!
Everyone was SO kind and Dr.Rosenfield answered all of our questions. I was nervous about the surgery but everyone made me feel comfortable nurses were always there to answer any questions at the moment of the surgery. My husband was really impressed with their service and care that I received. If we had to choose them again , we will!Thank you!
Dr. Rosenfield listened to my issues and concerns, discussed options with me and let me make the final choice regarding my health. I have struggled with other doctors not truly listening or caring about what I had to say or was dealing with. I had my laparoscopic hysterectomy 9 months ago and have been pain-free for the first time in years. Recovery was quick, pain was minimal and I was able to choose when I was ready to have the surgery. I love feeling like Im in control when it comes to my health and well-being, and Dr. Rosenfield made sure I was taken care of.
I am so grateful for the care I received at Pearl Womens Center and subsequently at the Pearl Surgicenter. After years of dealing with uterine fibroids, I was forced to finally make some hard decisions about my health. In May of this year, my fibroids had become such an issue, that I knew that a hysterectomy was my only option. From the moment I met with Dr. Rosenfield, I knew that I was in good hands. His methodical and proactive approach was coupled with sincerity and personal care for my health. The whole team at Pearl Womens Center was professional and dedicated to providing the best customer service and I cant say enough about these wonderful people. I am a little over a week from my surgery and I can tell you that my experience at the SurgiCenter was night and day difference from the one I had a few years ago in a hospital setting. My speedy recovery can only be attributed to Dr. Rosenfield and the wonderful team at the SurgiCenter.
I have had long painful cycles for years, and have consulted with various physicians over the years. I am a nurse who at one point worked in GYN, so I was pretty sure with what my options were. I decided to have a hysterectomy and found Pearl Womens Center via Google search. I could not be more pleased. Dr. Rosenfield is amazing as is the rest of the staff. He explained everything in great detail. I chose to have Dr. Fogleson (an expert in endometriosis) assist, and am happy I did because in the end, I had a large amount of endometriosis. My surgery took longer than expected. The day of surgery went seamlessly. The facility is beautiful, nurses are friendly and make you feel comfortable and safe (Im afraid of everything despite being a nurse), and the anesthesiologist was exceptional too (I didnt wake up once during surgery! :), and I had great post-op pain management. The team followed up after my surgery. And any concerns I had while recovering were immediately addressed. Today I am pain free and so grateful! I would highly recommend PWC if you have any need for GYN intervention.
Dr Rosenfield is by far the best doctor I’ve EVER had. I just had my hysterectomy and excision of endometriosis performed by him and his incredibly skilled team, and throughout the entire months-long process to get this surgery he’s been nothing short of an amazing, AMAZING doctor. Every time I’m in the waiting room he comes out and personally greets and talks with patients sitting out there! He always made me feel heard and validated. He understands that I know my body and pain best, and did his hardest to make sure I got the proper care. I didn’t have to do months of pelvic floor therapy before he recommended excision; he understood that my pain was not normal and wanted to help ASAP. When I told him I wanted a hysterectomy he proceeded with caution but made sure my needs came first. He’s an incredible doctor and I can’t recommend him enough!! (I also got to choose the music we listened to in the OR, which was a fun perk haha!)
I’ve struggled with symptoms of endometriosis for almost 20 years - which I’ve undergone two surgeries for. One being with a general GYN and my second one being with Dr. Rosenfield at Pearl Women’s Center. I could not have hoped for a better experience. Everything, and I mean EVERYTHING was so amazing - from the explanation of the excision procedure, addressing my concerns (especially since I had such a terrible experience and recovery from my first surgery), to even playing my favorite song while I was being put under - this was an incredible experience. I truly felt like I was being treated as a person, not as a patient with a complaint about their health. Not only that, but being 6 weeks post-op, my pelvic pain is the lowest it’s been in years. (Disclaimer: everyone heals differently, but I personally have had a life changing experience with this clinic)Endometriosis is a tricky thing, and of course there’s no guarantee that I won’t have a reoccurrence of symptoms in the future. But it is a HUGE relief knowing that Pearl Women’s Center is there to help me through whatever may come my way in the future.
Dr. Mohling is honestly a Godsend. She has helped me so much in many ways. Especially with my quality of life. It has improved immensely because of her and I will forever be in her debt. I have so much love for her and her office. Karen, at the front desk, and Amy, her medical assistant, are such a joy to see every time I go in. The 1st place Ive been to where honestly everyone is soo nice!
I have been going to Pearl Womens Center ever since the late (and much missed) Dr. Dow moved his practice there many, many years ago. This recent visit was, as usual, a positive experience. The staff, to a person, is professional, but very welcoming and friendly. They are thorough and caring in the services they provide. I would happily recommend PWC to anyone looking for exceptional gynecological care.
Dr. Mohlings immediate presence is calm, caring, and motherly in the best way. She made me feel safe, comfortable and heard, giving me reassurance that my pain was real. Dr. M was able to answer all of my questions, showed me my endometrioma on my L ovary on an ultrasound, and explained why endo has caused so much pain for me. After meeting her one time for my initial apt, I knew I wanted to schedule an excision. Overall, she made me feel confident in my decision. My excision was assisted by Dr. Richard Rosenfield. I also had the Liletta IUD put in, and had my bladder checked for IC. The nurses, anesthesiologist and both surgeons were all very kind and made me feel comfortable and well taken care of prior to and after my lap. Since I had surgery during COVID, my mom was unable to be with me part of the time so feeling safe and comfortable were important. When I woke up, Dr. Mohling came into the post-op area and told me the excision was successful (ovaries preserved) and that I did in fact have endometriosis. I will never forget that moment. Dr. M also updated my mom on how the surgery went, and I was soon on my way home.At my post-op apt, Dr. Mohling went over in detail the pictures from my surgery. She broke up some scar tissue around my incisions and said they’re healing very well. Any time I had any issues during my recovery (minor belly button infection, possible bladder infection) I was able to get ahold of her quickly and have the problem solved! She truly cares about YOU, your health, and overall wellbeing.I feel like a whole new person and I feel like I can finally live my life. My back and hip pain is significantly less (some gone completely) along with all of my other endo symptoms and I am only a month and a half post-op. Thank you Dr. Shanti Mohling! I highly recommend her.
Wonderful staff, nurses and doctors. My surgery went smoothly, I’m experiencing relief for the first time in years. My pain and endometriosis was taken seriously by the entire staff. I’m very thankful for everyone that works here.My endometriosis was debilitating and making it so I couldn’t live a normal day to day life. Dr.Rosenfield and his team are the best, they are all so helpful, kind and intelligent. I appreciate the clear communication and insight. Highly recommend going here if you’re experiencing endometriosis or need a wonderful gynecologist that’s local in the area.Plus, the office is very clean, modern and beautiful. Parking is available.
This facility is absolutely beautiful! It does not feel like a doctors office and was so relaxing and calm. The staff here are all so friendly and helpful and Dr. Conlon is Wonderful. She is very knowledgeable and has wonderful bed side manor. As someone that has had many had experiences with the health care system, I am very pleased with Pearl Womens Center and I am so thankful that I found them!
One year Mesh FREE. Ever so grateful to the team at Pearl Womens Center for being caring and extraordinary. Dr. Rosenfield for listening and being mindful of my needs and knowing the surgery is delicate and telling me I want the best outcome possible for you by waiting for an equally skilled surgeon to assist Dr. Shanti Mohling. I now can live without pain. Thank you
Pearl Womens Center is outstanding. I traveled to PWC in 2019 for a procedure thats not available in my home state. From the first email sent in which I inquired about the procedure, to the post-op appointment and follow-up communications, it was an amazing experience.Dr Rosenfields expertise as a physician and surgeon is unparalleled. He took the time to listen to my concerns and made sure I understood all of my options, the procedure itself, and all possible outcomes.Any kind of surgery is a bit scary to consider but everyone at PWC made this an amazing experience from start to finish, for me and my family.
Jade was the first provider that really listened to me. We found that I had post-menopausal hormone levels. I am in my late 40s and have been having perimenopausal issues for a few years. A problem that has been brought up to multiple doctors. Not one provider even mentioned testing my hormone levels. Not even the doctor that removed one of my ovaries. My partner and I asked him if hormone replacement would be necessary now. He assured us that it was fine. It wasnt.Jade saved my quality of life. No wonder I had been feeling horrible!! I had gained a bunch of weight over the last couple of years. I assumed it was just depression (it was...hormone-deficiency induced). Jade and I decided to start Hormone Replacement Therapy. I dont remember the last time I have felt this good. I got my life back!! I would recommend Jade to any woman who would like to be heard.Great comprehensive care!!!
I have seen over 7 doctors in search of the right one to treat my endometriosis and further guide me towards helping to keep it at bay through adjustments in my lifestyle. Dr. Mohling is by far the best I have visited in 3 different states. She took her time at my first appointment to get a real picture of what my life was like on the daily. She took into account the uniqueness of my life when we discussed options, her suggestions, and then after surgery I chose which direction to go with her amazing support and guidance. I would recommend the Pearl Womens Center to everyone who has endometriosis.
I have been a patient with Pearl Womens Center for the past few years. I have been to a few other clinics in Portland, as my insurance is out-of-network with Pearl Womenc Center, but due to my previous medical history they were gracious enough to allow me to come back. Not only is this Center a beautiful and comfortable environment (check out their sweet salt water fish tank!) but the staff and doctors are extremely professional, personable, sociable, highly qualified and trustworthy. I have personally met with Dr. Rosenfield, Kyle McAvoy, and Dr. Fogelson for different reasons and I trust each of them with my health. The rest of the staff, from the time you step in the front door (Karen has been there for years and she knows whats up!) to the time you leave are extremely pleasant and always have a smile on their faces!I have received a couple of procedures at Pearl Womens Center and they have made them quick, easy and harmless! Insurance can be a pain to work with sometimes, but the entire billing team made sure I never had to lift a finger for benefits and payment.Thank you for you keeping me healthy!
Youll receive great care from here if youre not overweight due to PCOS. I received stellar care from Jade but Richard was living up to the nickname. After my appointment with Dr Rosenfield, I cannot in good conscience ever come back. One, my BMI being a couple of points over 40 is not a ending factor indicative of my health (I hike 5-10 miles on the weekends for fun and have a pretty stellar diet). Two, him suggesting multiple times to me to eat as little as possible, try to limit yourself to less than 1000 calories per day and every pound counts in order for him to deem me eligible for getting my tubes tied is uncalled for. Having a DOCTOR tell me to become anorexic in order to get my tubes tied... Anyone willing to do a quick internet search knows that sustaining a diet of less than 1000 calories per day is UNHEALTHY. Completely ridiculous, even knowing that PCOS causes shifts in ability to lose weight and caused my rapid weight gain (80 pounds in 7 months with no changes in diet or exercise, just issues with an adverse reaction to my birth control and my PCOS going untreated). I should not have been sobbing in their offices today. I should be treated with the dignity I deserve and that was far from it. Even as I was teary eyed he continued to tell me to work as hard as I could to eat small and try to lose as much weight as possible and do whatever it takes. Absolutely disgusting behavior. I expected more from all of the reviews but obviously patient care is only if you fit a certain visual. Not to mention the little tid bit of him trying to coerce me into a hysterectomy instead of a tubal ligation.
I had a virtual appointment with Dr.Mohling. First & for most when calling to set up the appointment everyone that I spoke with were amazing. They were friendly & I never felt rushed. Then my virtual appointment was everything that I expected. Dr. Mohling was SO kind, caring, asked all the questions & I could tell she wants to help me. She’s genuine & I thank God that I found her. After my appointment, I have had many conversations with a few of the women at the office because I am traveling to come there. Everyone, literally everyone, have been so nice, personable, & delight to talk to. They even have helped me get into see Dr. Mohling before the end of the year which I am beyond grateful. I can not thank everyone at Pearl for how they have talked to me as a person & how helpful everyone has been. Thank you!!
Dr. Rosenfield and the entire staff at the Pearl Women’s Center is friendly and professional. I felt very cared for. AlI staff members are knowledgeable and personable and made me feel at ease.I have had spider and vericose veins for 20 years (I am 44 years old). I am so relieved that I got my treatment at the PWC. I researched many other places, but PWC is definitely an expert in this field. I just got a phlebotomy done on my 2nd leg and look forward to the next step of sclerotherapy to diminish my spider veins. It was less painful & quicker than I thought, with amazing results. I no longer have pain in my legs and I look forward to the day I can wear shorts again without being embarrassed of my legs. Thank you Dr. Rosenfield your nurse, ultrasound tech, and front office for your expertise in improving my life! I highly recommend your office to anyone.
Dr. Rosenfield is absolutely amazing!I am pain free for the 1st time in 20 years! I can not put into words how happy and impressed I am with my entire experience , from the 1st phone call....... to the kind and caring staff....... To the beautiful facility....... To the phenomenal job Dr. Rosenfield performed............ My fast healing & recovery let me go back to my very busy & physical job in 2 weeks......... ... The 3 tiny incisions on my abdomen are almost invisible, I can still wear a 2 piece bathing suit up at the family lake House!Thank you thank you thank you Dr. Rosenfield!!! And to the entire staff at The Pearl Womens Center! !Jamie Meredith Kunde.
The best experience I ever had!!! I had a tubal ligation reversal surgery done by Dr.Rosenfield. Everything went very well! On 1/6/2021 we got our baby boy Mark! I am very thankful to Dr. Rosenfield for giving me another chance to be a mother again!!!
Had a hysterectomy here 2 days ago because of severe endometriosis and Dr Mohling is the best surgeon on the planet!! This was my first time having surgery and I was so terrified, she was so comforting! She made all the right decisions of what to remove. I gave her my full trust. The pain is very minimal too! Day 2 and I feel so good!! Hardly any pain. Thank you for helping me!!!
I am so pleased with my overall PWC experience and glad I chose their establishment over the other ones I had considered.I first visited PWC in late 2018 with a different insurance provider than what I used for the actual hysterectomy this January. The out of pocket cost in 2018 was consistent with what they quoted. They scheduled the surgery even though we didnt know what the exact coverage would be under the new insurance...which I appreciated because they could have made me wait to schedule until benefits were verified and Dr. Rosenfields schedule fills up fast.As soon as the New Year rolled around, they called to acquire my new insurance information and, within 24 hours, came back with the cost. I am on an HSA now so was concerned if there would be uncovered costs - there werent. I paid exactly what I had expected to.Everyone I spoke with from the receptionist, to billing, the nurses, surgical staff and Dr. Rosenfield were professional and knew what they were doing. I got a prescription for pain meds but I only ever needed 2 rounds of ibuprofen. It was such a minimally invasive surgery, I couldnt be more pleased with the recovery time. Some insurance providers want us women to go through ablation or other procedures before going with a hysterectomy, which I think is ridiculous considering the cost of ablation doesnt seem much different than a hysterectomy. I am 43 and dont need my uterus anymore. Now, my work and personal life are not (and never will be again) impacted for 2 days every month due to uncontrollable, heavy bleeding. I think PWC understands that we women have lives to live and they truly want us to be able to live them in a pain-free and un-embarrassing way.Dr Rosenfield provided me with several options to consider and provided the benefits and potential drawbacks for each - ALL doctors should be providing benefits, drawbacks and alternatives to any course of treatment.Thank you for improving my quality of life, PWC!
Pearl Womens Center changed my life. I had chronic pain, embarrassing bowel incontinence, severe constipation, and disabling cramps. Kyle McAvoy is friendly, non judgmental, understanding, helpful and knowledgeable. She referred me to Dr Rosenfield for my issues. Dr. Rosenfield put me at ease, discovered what was causing my issues, explained them in a way I could understand and preformed the surgery that gave me my life back. I wish I would have said something about my issues sooner but I will never regret talking to Kyle about them and following through with Dr. Rosenfield. My family and I appreciate their kindness and will always highly recommend them for womens health.
Ive been experiencing pain and so many issues that my other gynecologist and doctors prescribed as normal and caused by stress and told me to simply relax more, do yoga, and eat healthy. Pearl Womens clinic was so great at listening to my symptoms and actually looking at them like they were real and could be helped. Kimberly Shotz helped me out and gave me such a thorough examination and gave me the information I needed to get on the road to recovering my health. Highly recommended.
I have dealt with problems for 13+ years of pain and Dr. Mohling is the first and only doctor who said she could help me. Not just “let’s try this drug” or any of the other useless recommendations I have gotten over the years. I’m so lucky to have been referred to her. Finally someone knows what causes my pain and can help, and not just another pill to try and fail on. Also really great responsive staff and very clean offices! Love the fish tank :)
The Pearl Women’s Center is THE most welcoming medical office I have ever been in. Dr. Rosenfield and Dr. Mohling are simply the best. It is so welcoming..... all the way from the front desk to the doctors!I feel cared for and cared about! Simply the gold standard of care‼️ I love them‼️❤️
I made my appointment over the phone, and everything was all set, but soon after arriving there and checking in, the front desk staff was snappy and rude to me as she “tried and tried” to check me in and find my appointment information. I had a quick appointment consisting of a speedy physical exam, and after my appointment, they somehow then found (and only then) that they really didn’t accept my specific insurance plan. How frustrating! They all stood around me in a circle invading my personal space with their arms crossed at me when this was their mistake! And on top of everything else I received a $500 bill for this. Bad experience overall.
I have been going to Pearl Womens Center for many years! Its such a wonderful feeling to be seen and treated by caring, intelligent, professional people! Ive recently had issues that my wonderful doctor (Dr. Shanti Mohling) is on top of and making sure all avenues are being checked and double checked to make sure we figure out whats happening together! Its the best feeling!Highly recommend this great group of professionals dealing with Womens issues!
Dr. Rosenfeild gave me my life back! I had really bad endometriosis and for several years tried all different types of treatments at other offices. My professional life and personal life suffered immensely because of the pain and several other symptoms that come with Endometriosis.(If you have Endometriosis you already know what I’m talking about!) With surgery and hormone therapy I am living the life I always wanted. I am eternally grateful to Dr.Rosenfeild, his Medical Assistant Christina Carlyle, and the entire staff for still being there for me! I highly recommend Pearl Woman Center!!
Dr. Rosenfield and his team are my hero!! In a time when insurance companies want you to go through a million tests and procedures, and pharmaceutical companies are chasing the mighty dollar and nothing more, Pearl Womens Center is a breath of fresh air! One appointment (first ever with PWC) - diagnosed, educated on options, cost nailed down to every last penny, and my proceedure scheduled. Proceedure day - staff is fully attentive, not one item overlooked. I was never left alone, and everything down to where my husband should eat lunch near by during my proceedure was explained. I myself took the anesthesia like a champ, but unfortunately not everyone does. That said, the patient I was to follow had a rough time. The staff fully explained the delay to me, without disrespecting the other patients privacy. I was pleased to see the attention and concern they all showered her with. This says CARE is a driving force behind PWC!! I live 7 hours from Portland, and if I have future needs, I will make the 7 hour drive. Pearl Womens Center and Dr. Rosenfield are the best in the business!
I was told that a laporoscopy would take care of my endometriosis and help with my chronic pain. One year after my surgery, my pain was fully back and I’m still paying off the surgery. I was also just contacted by billing and informed that if I didn’t increase my monthly payment they “could” send me to collections. When I got upset over the increase to my bill, I was literally told to calm down and that I wasn’t being told anything to get upset about. Maybe being in the Pearl hasso far removed them from the reality many of us live in, that $50 extra a month on a bill, especially for a surgery that hasn’t helped my for 3 years, is actually quite upsetting.
Dr. Fogelson and his entire team have been more than amazing with their service. Robin assisted me extensively, with regards to what insurance would be best suited for us and also took care of minor details as to undergoing the treatment in January instead of December so as to benefit from the deductible standpoint. Such was the attention to detail. For the surgery, Dr. Fogelson went through the scientific details with me first and carefully, explained the procedure he would use to remove the dermoid cyst laproscopically. I appreciate the phone calls before and after the surgery to check up on me. These things count for a patient, more than a doctor might imagine. Plus point: They do it all with a smile on their face!
I really enjoyed the care I received here, but the lack of communication about insurance coverage was so disappointing. I had originally made an appointment with an MD here, and they called me to tell me that Dr. Conlon, a naturopath, would be a better fit. I said I would be comfortable seeing a doctor, and they suggested I see Dr. Conlon first and then see if I still wanted to see a Doctor. I gave them my insurance and they said everything was good to go. I saw Dr. Conlon 3 times for 15 minute basic appointments, and then got a charge for $775 dollars, because she was not in my coverage because she is a naturopath. The billing woman told me this has been a problem with Dr. Conlon, and it seems like Pearl Womens Center was purposefully not transparent about this, which is extremely disappointing. (Ash, in Billing, was very helpful and was able to clear this bill from my record.)
Great experience after seeing other docs who told me to take some ibuprofen and wait it out for years. Shanti listened to my history, ran tests, found the physical source of my issues, then explained my options for care. I was given the choice of how to proceed and deeply appreciate the care and respect offered by the staff.
I had my annual checkup with Erin Conlon and I had a great experience. Erin is an excellent doctor and she takes the time to listen carefully. After my visit she answered all my questions and concerns through the portal and by phone. The staff was also very kind and helpful answering all my questions.
I was so thankful that I got and 2nd opinion on my hysterectomy options from Dr. Rosenfield. The procedure went so smoothly and the recovery time was so much less than if I had gone ahead with the first doctors plan. Dr. Rosenfield and his staff are wonderful. I highly recommend them!
I recently had a hysterectomy. It went exceptionally well. Dr. Mohling is a wonderful doctor. The surgery center and office personnel are all very gracious and kind. I highly recommend this facility!!
I just wanted to put a little warning out there. This facility does not check insurance benefits or verify coverage before they run expensive lab tests. I was in their office in December. The doctor wanted me to have a specific blood test and the blood was drawn while I was still in the exam room. The lab company billed for the test and it was denied because no one obtained prior authorization. I am not sure how I could have avoided this situation as I was in a gown in the exam room as all of this unfolded. I have called the office 3 times to try to rectify the situation and no one there even bothers to call me back. I am going to have to pay for the lab. I would not recommend this office unless you cover yourself ahead of time by not allowing anyone to draw blood until you call and confirm the coverage yourself.
Dr. Mohling is godsend to me. During a difficult time in my health she gave her sincere and undivided attention. No words are enough to appreciate the care I received from Dr. Mohling and her staff. I wholeheartedly recommend Pearl Women’s clinic.
The staff is friendly and very capable. Dr. Fogelson is awesome. I have been dismissed by so many doctors over the last 10 months trying to figure out what was wrong with me, not realizing that my endometriosis (for which I had surgery almost 20 years ago) was likely the culprit. After three visits to other doctors for what seemed like a bladder/kidney infection, an urgent care doctor suggested I visit a gynecologist ASAP. I am grateful to her for that. I found Dr. Fogelson through a Google search, but have now learned that he is one of only 100 surgeons in the world that the large endometriosis information group Nancys Nook considers to be an effective treater of endometriosis.
I learned of this practice through Nancys Nook, an online patient advocacy group for endometriosis, and I spent the summer reading and educating myself so that when my former gynecologist repeatedly recommended an IUD after casually remarking that I likely had endometriosis, but that there was nothing to be done, I knew I needed to seek a second opinion--an expert opinion who understood endometriosis. After reading up on the Nook doctors, I went to see Dr. Shanti Mohling today. Dr. Mohling was compassionate, gentle, and an active listener. Through a thorough exam and ultrasound, Dr. Mohling found the sources of my pain and made a plan.I have never felt so seen and heard. My stomach, like so many others, bear the scars of hot water bottles/heating pads from pain silenced and ignored. Dr. Mohlings expertise and encouragement gives me hope for the future.I am so thankful for the education, tools, and language to advocate for myself regarding a disease that is so much more than pain.Endometriosis is so much more than pain. You owe it to yourself to seek an expert, and Dr. Shanti Mohling is an excellent provider.
I received the o shot here in Feb 2020.Staff and office was nice. There was a lot of ceremony up front with a consultation and since sort of sexual questionnaire (apparently to compare before/after the shot). Procedure itself was fine. I got the sense they do not so this procedure a lot. After, I had to ask for an after care sheet (was not offered) which contained information I should have known a week prior to the procedure (ie. Things not to eat). There was also 0 follow up. I understand that covid complicated things but after all the initial ceremony it definitely felt like a thanks for the money now go away kind of moment. As for the shot, I did not find is at all effective.
Treated with care, dignity and respect. Such a personal choice to go here for intimate wellness, Dr Rosenfeld and his staff are amazing i never felt insecure or embarrassed. Thank you so much for your professionalism. I will be back for sure.
Dr. Conlon is truly one of best women’s health care providers I’ve ever worked with. She’s so sweet and helpful and really listens to my concerns. I’ve recommended her to all my friends and can’t speak more highly of her!
The staff at Pearl Women’s Center are all so friendly and helpful. Dr Shanti Mohling is amazing. She’s very knowledgeable and has a way of putting you at ease. I would highly recommend this center to anyone and everyone.
Pearl Womens Center is full of kind, caring, professional staff. I see both Kyle and Dr. Rosenfield and couldnt be happier. They both take the time to explain things and inform me of my options. I am so glad that I found this place!
I am a patient of Pearl Womens Center and have had 2 surgeries there. I was inpressed with my care. My recovery was remarkable and was a positive expierence. I rate them top on my list.
Dr. Mohling is wonderful and personable. I appreciate that she is very thorough and showed me everything (ultrasound, ect.) to give me a better understanding of what is going on. Made me feel optimistic about my situation. Would recommend to friends and family.
I had a great experience at pearl women’s center. Everyone was very friendly. Dr. Rosenfield was very professional and explained everything thoroughly. We came from out of state and everything went so smoothly and organized.
Amazing care and customer service, fantastic doctors and nurses who take your concerns seriously and care for you with the utmost respect. Very clean environment with advanced medical care. I will be returning here for every related issue that occurs in the future for me.
Jade is a wonderful human and a highly capable women’s healthcare practioner, who made me feel safe and confident within our first appointment. So glad I found her (for Bioidentical Hormone Replacement)!
Dr. Conlon is fantastic and highly recommend. She was thorough in her questions and explanation of her recommendations/alternatives. She really listened to my needs, did not feel rushed, and the staff was fantastic!
My go-to clinic. Had my.IUD replaced today and was in an out in a half hour. Dr. Allen was super friendly and professional.
Very pleased with my experience here. After years, finally someone who listened and could help. Dr. Rosenfeld explains everything in plain language and has excellent bedside manner. So thankful I found this place.
Front desk was rude and refused to help me with insurance. Took 4 months to actually bill me and has billed me incorrectly which caused more insurance issues.
Dr. Fogelson was amazing. I went from suffering daily for two solid years, looking everywhere for answers, to being off pain meds 7 weeks post op. He diagnosed me quick and accurately, and he changed my life for the better. Thanks Dr. Fogelson.
Words do not give enough credit to Dr. Rosenfield and his staff. I appreciated how everyone went above and beyond with their compassion and skill. I had no doubts that I was in good and competent hands.
I enjoyed meeting my new provider, Erin Conlon ND. Karen was patient and kind as she guided me through the changes in office procedure due to the current situation.
So disorganized, and not communicative of what my medication treatment actually was!!! Also, so unreliable with lab times/ I went in before and got results back on my first visit, problem never went away, because they didn’t listen to what I knew my body was going through, and then upon my second round of labs, there was suddenly a 72 hour wait period??! I will never go back to this establishment
Dr. Rosenfield performed my posterior repair with allograft and did a superb job. I dont think I could have found any better. Dr. Rosenfield, the clinic and the staff are all wonderful. Thank you for great care.
Dr Mohling is taking great care of me and my menopausal state. She is a kind person and a wonderful physician.
Caring & extremely competent providers. The office is beautiful, staff are attentive to your needs and follow through with requests. I was impressed with the quality care all the way through, it’s not common!
Dr Jade was amazing. Very professional, kind and personable. She made me feel immediately at ease. A pleasure to see today!
Best care Ive had over 5 years of unexplained infertility. I felt heard and listened to. Highly recommend 👌
There seems to be a disconnect is getting prescriptions filled. I am going into the 3rd week of requesting a refill with zero contact from them. This is after leaving several calls in their vm as well as the pharmacy contacting them.
They were prompt, welcoming and made me feel very comfortable! I felt like I was in good hands and got excellent care.
Very friendly and efficient staff. Modern and clean environment. Have been a patient here for years and have never had any problems. All the necessary covid19 precautions in place.
I think this is my first good review.I went in to get birth control and it was fast and painless, the staff was super nice, best medical visit I’ve ever had!
Dr. Rosenfield was very compassionate and listened to my concerns and issues. He offered truthful and helpful advise.
Dr. Shanti Mohling and her staff are incredibly nice and comforting. They want you to feel at your best and most at ease. Best place to go!
I’ve always had good experiences at Pearl Women’s Clinic. I like the people who work there and I have received really good care at all of my visits.
Staff were very friendly & helpful. Doctor was extremely thorough & knowledgeable. Office is absolutely gorgeous. Highly recommend.
Extremely nice and professional staff. You can tell they all love what they do. Dr. Rosenfield really is the best of the best!
This place has changed my life, I’ve seen two different gynecologist’s and they have both been amazing! Highly recommend.
Very efficient professional facility.Best experience, successful surgery, amazing capable, knowledgable doctors, what more could you ask for. :)
The office is very clean and organized and the service is extremely communicative and welcoming. Dr. Conlon is amazing.
I really appreciate this office. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. Dr. Kyle is kind, nonjudgmental, and caring.

So friendly and Dr Molhing is super great.
Very professional and kind staff and doctors, especially during Covid-19
Kind of illogically pricey for (at least some of) the same services you can get elsewhere.
Dr. Mohling is great 🕺

Pearl woman’s center was without a doubt the best decision I could have made to have the procedure.Reversible Tubal in 2020 when I had no idea that this procedure existed I thought that my only solution to get pregnant was IVF which prices range from $20,000 and up 🫣 but I found this clinic and decided on it because of its good comments and the prestige of his Doctors, my Doctor was Dr. Rosenfields from the beginning, he spoke to me clearly about what could happen and not happen, he gave me confidence everything went well Thank God after two months we started trying to get pregnant 🤰 and in the second month I managed to get pregnant 😃 unfortunately At 7 weeks I lost that baby. The doctor was super nice, he even did extra work with me for free because without insurance everything was in cash. Two months after that loss I got pregnant again 🤰 and today my baby is already one year and 5 months old 😍 Thank you Dr. RosenfieldsI loved the general service of the entire clinic.
