Very courteous technician. Our doctor did not put in our order for work but she took my sons blood and put him at ease so we didnt have to come back. She called and let me know when the doctor had sent in the order just to confirm that we were good.
Joby was very friendly and great during my childrens visit. He made a stressful situation very comfortable for my toddler who was nervous about his visit. There was no wait and everything was quick and effective.
My 2-year-old needed a blood draw. My daughter was kicking and screaming in protest as toddlers do, but Lindsay was able to get the draw calmly and quickly, and my daughter was smiling again in minutes!
My daughter is afraid of needs and the tech Donna is wonderful with her.
