Not pleasant in the slightest. I came in just to get a note for an accommodation the only thing that was pleasant about this was the secretary they have the poor lady running the whole front and half the back on her own. I had an appointment at 12 PM and just been seen now at 3PM. I saw doctor Cullen and he was nice at first then he made me feel slightly bad bout my condition. I only came in for one thing and next thing I know it he’s prescribing me weight loss and saying if I was diabetic i would have no issue being approved. Not only that but nurse Michelle was complaining about everyone not wanting to do the simple things she had to do. She was going to skip doing the blood pressure on me then said she had no choice to because I had high blood pressure the last time. The doctor asked what height I was I said 5’11 and Michelle immediately whipped around with the most disgusted face saying you’re 5’11? I said yes that’s what I was told last time I was here and all I hear is her bickering about how im not that tall and how im lying. Like why would I lie about something so stupid? This isn’t the first unpleasant visit I’ve had either the time before like usual the secretary was absolutely amazing the nurse that day was to but the doctor im not sure his name was extremely rude to the nurse and flat out told me I would die in a a few years because of me being a little overweight. Mind you I’ve fought having weight issues and eating disorders because of people saying that and other things. Not to mention that I was told that I would be called to make an appointment. Maybe a week or so ago I get a letter stating I owe I think it was 70 dollars because I missed an appointment. An appointment I did NOT make. Told them about that today and flat out said I wouldn’t pay it as I didn’t make the appointment. Apparently the person in front of me also had that issue so it wasn’t just me they were doing this to. I don’t recommend coming to this place I only come here because I have no choice I need to figure out what’s wrong with my leg.
Not sure how it takes over two months for medical records, everytime I call, I get “ nope don’t seeThem and get hung up on OR we’ll call you back and they never do. But when I owed them $50 for an appointment I cancelled they had some “Lawyer “ harass and threaten me within 30days.
Sent me a bill for services I paid it with a checkmy daughter presented a card at the time of service for co pay they said we would get a bill. I did recieve the bill paid it with check but that was after they charged my card. Card was charged without authorization need to see a signature authorizing the charge. Called was told to call billing and no one ever answers. Email cancelled check showing the bill was paid. I get a reply email of I have two questions one is what is your address (which is on the check which i sent a copy of in the previous email) and did I get a reversal from the credit card company. No you already cashed my check need a refund not stupid questions.Asked for someone capable of understanding I live at the address on my check and was billed twice for same service need a refund. Get another email stating how capable this person is of understanding this but no refund. And on and on it goes have to send info to credit card company, get a letter from credit card company stating no reply from billing department. Stay away from this place. This has been going on since june 17 2024 still not resolved after multiple emails, scans and phone calls. I guess we should have checked their reviews andwe would have stayed away from this joke of a bussiness. No stars is a better option
This place needs to be shut down! I had a routine physical scheduled today at 10 am which the receptionist called to confirm the day before. I tried to reschedule which I was then told there’d be a $50 cancellation fee placed on my account if I rescheduled outside the 48 hour window. So I didn’t cancel, showed up on time for my 10 am appointment. Only for the Dr to not arrive in the room at 11:30 asking me if I want to reschedule?!! I was already upset before he stepped into the room but him asking me if I wanted to reschedule sent me over the edge! I wanted to reschedule the day before but due to their unfair schedule practices I was forced to come in and endure subpar service!! They don’t have to worry about the scene I made or seeing me in that place again!
Need a laugh? Don’t bother scrolling on Tik Tok or visiting Comedy Connection, North Providence Primary Care has you covered! What a joke. I recently discovered thanks to a Collections Notice that hit my Credit Report, I am behind $565.00 from a visit in 2019 and am now in collections. As someone who is heavily on top of my finances & overall credit health – I call BULLSHIT. I reviewed your little invoice too (never once received a call, email, or piece of mail in these last 5 years) thanks to the Collection agent, and again, I call BULLSHIT. Y’all have a great doctor though, just a pathetic excuse of a billing department. But say less – I’ll pay your little bill since you went crying to a Collection Agency.Let this be a warning to anyone who’ll listen. You’re better off just going on Youtube to solve your problems – long run you’ll be saving yourself from these people. And I don’t typically like to shell out negativity, but may this establishment & that little billing department of theirs crumble.
What an awful experience! The doctor did not fill out my prescription for antibiotics properly so the pharmacy wouldn’t fill it. The pharmacy tried to get in touch with the office but was unable to. I ended up going back in person to have the prescription corrected. They assured me that the updated prescription was faxed to the pharmacy. Well guess what? They did not fax anything to the pharmacy. I really want my co-pay back. They did nothing for me except cause frustration.
Had a good experience with this office.i am a new patient.my appointment was 11am was seen by my doctor 11.30am not bad.because I am a new patient some test had to be done. The doctor I had was great.i was done by 2.00 pm not bad.
Take forever to fax records if they even have em. Got an X-ray done day of my car accident in Dec last year still haven’t gotten them faxed.. call n call guess I got to go there in person and cause a ruckus 😠
This practice is a complete and utter joke and should be closed. That sounds extreme right?I went here for proximity to my home when I lived in NP.Expect no less than a 1 hour wait on appointments and make sure you know that each time you see a doctor youll never see him a second time because God knows why ..So every time you have a problem someone new and incompetent is trying to read your X-ray and file from the start which eats into your time because they have no background on you...They told me I have ailments that I dont have. They cant read X-rays..They put you on hold for 30 min for a simple question.Dont go here..Drive by and never pull in...it is honestly the biggest joke Ive ever seen in medical care..and you deserve better..A Exotic pet Vet would probably be more professional and knowledgeable.
Worst experience ever in Hospital. Youll be sicker after making a visit there. I am glad that I have a flexibility to move out, never coming back.Be prepared for out of pocket surprise expenses. They even charged me a different amount than what I was told before going through it.Had to wait hours every visit.Receptionist were very rude and unknowledgeable. Their primary job is to assist the customers but seems like they need help with learning their own systems and keeping patience while addressing the queries.Everything is paper based old system, no emails or portals.Lot of discrepancies and miscommunication within their own system and teams, charged me 3 separate times with all amounts being different. Even insurance provider wasnt aware what services are in network or what is out of network.Everything is at least 150% expensive than outside. The whole infrastructure including machines are from ancient era, very old and beat up.
Went at 515pm and they where closed and door says 8pm and online says 6pm.
I ignored the bad Google reviews bc I wanted to give them a chance for myself but I should have listened. After waiting 10 minutes to even be greeted I was met with an immediate attitude from the receptionist because I had a sore throat on top of on earache. I told her I had an ear ache and she replies “WHAT ELSE”… I said a little bit of a sore throat and she scoffed and mumbled something like “unbelievable” under her breath. Apparently I needed to be tested for covid (which is fine) but the receptionist gave me a crazy attitude for seemingly not knowing this. She made me feel like an annoyance right off the bat. This is an urgent care and I should never be made to feel like an annoyance for being UNWELL. I also want to add that there are no notices posted ANYWHERE (atleast any visible ones that I saw) that any respiratory symptoms require you to remain in your car instead of going inside. Why wouldn’t you have this advertised ? So I went outside to my car to wait to be covid tested and fill out my paperwork on my steering wheel (I had to ask for a pen) and waited for 20 minutes and no one showed. I want to believe that this woman had a lot on her plate and that they were clearly understaffed but that is never an excuse to treat people this way. Never. I ended up leaving and going to another urgent care which ended up being the best decision I made all day.
Don’t come! This was the most horrible experience in my whole life. I should trust Google Reviews before I came. The employees were hard to talk to and didn’t care about their basic obligations. You can never find the manager. I paid them the money for exams and never received the results or a call (BTW, I found some health problems when I visited the other health institute!!! In other words, this place just did not take my exams seriously!! Did they actually look at the numbers and data of my results??)
I’ve been a couple times there, I found it when looking for a primary care dr. So, I’ve become a patient since then and so far so good. No one else was accepting new patients. They took me in soon enough, did a physical and testing. People is very friendly new doctors are very knowledgeable. I like it so far. Probably the only thing I would change and complain about is the furniture at the waiting area on the second floor which not represents the whole place in general which is pretty clean and neat. I love they have a walk in clinic. I’ll be praying for it since I like it and I would love to see it improving.
Good experience for an Urgent care facility! Got in at 12:30 filled out paperwork and was out in my car by 2:00. All texts taken and a good results. The staff was friendly and kind! The PA on duty was very through and professional! Would recommend going there!
I went to a different urgent care twice and my own doctor once for the same skin issue. Each time I got a different cream to use and different advice and different opinions on what it was. The creams they prescribed didnt help and seemed to make it worse! This had been going on since before Thanksgiving! I got an appointment with a dermatologist finally but it was far away and I couldnt take it anymore I went to NP Urgent Care and Karen Grande said yes it is a serious case which needs a dermatologist but she was pretty sure it wasnt what either doctor had said before. She gave me a different cream and it was the only cream which didnt make my skin flare up! After a cpl days I noticed a difference finally and now every day it gets a little better. Sorry for the long review. A lot of people were telling me to not go to an urgent care but this place really helped me! The hospital was way too overcrowded. Also I want to say she did seem very concerned and sympathetic. She called to check on me and everything. I will def always go here.
I have gone here several times this year for different issues. Each time I spent 3 to 4 hours in total mostly waiting around to be seen. The intake people have to literally search for my doctor who is usually no where to be found. I am sent a different male practitioner every time Im there, even though I asked to be seen by a woman. This last visit I was seen for a follow up for a new medication. My doctor forgot to send the refill for my prescription to my pharmacy, and Ive been on the phone with this office and my pharmacy for days. The office blamed my pharmacy for the mix up the 3 times that I called. They finally realized the mistake was on their end. My meds have now run out and Im still waiting.
4 hours of waiting just to be shrugged off. I get its a busy time, but they never told the nurse what room I was in, the nurse had no compassion, and were all rude about leaving doors closed but then proceeded to leave it open when she came into the room to get my vitals. Go somewhere else even if they have a long wait. Youll be waiting less time.
This is place is BAD!! Saw the bad reviews but just ignored them because it is my closest location. EVERYONE is very rude! My husband was waiting there for 3 hours and they said he has been there for only 20 minutes!! They said they were cleaning the room and the room was dirty. Horrible service. Definitely not coming back to this location.
I would avoid coming here. It used to be good but not anymore. Not only did the receptionist speak poorly and swore about another patient to other patients in the waiting room but she misplaced my ID and health insurance card like it was nothing. She also told an older man that he should have never come inside if he had flu symptoms and should have read the signs. Very unprofessional!Should have trusted the reviews.3 people before me, with there only being 4 of us took over 2.5 hours and the DOCTOR was playing games behind the desk in the back and didn’t even introduce herself to me.DANA was great and very attentive!!!
Worst Primary Care Dr Ive ever been to. Had 2 appointments total. One was the intake physical which I waited over an hr to be seen after arriving on-time. Second appointment was a follow up and I waited over 2 hrs before deciding to leave and find a new Primary. Apparently the Drs on shift can just leave even though they have scheduled appointments. Horrible experience
This is the first time Ive ever been here, and let me tell you, everyone is so friendly. Quick service, for an urgent care! From reception to the Dr, it was a good visit, for a not so good reason!
Hours are wrong. Arrive before posted closing but they had the building locked and didn’t allow entry.
I went there twice. First time, waited 3 hrs before seeing a doctor. Second time, 4 hrs. I actually fell asleep waiting to be seen. I was here a week prior but had to fill out the 4 page intake forms anyway. First time, the doctor had to ask the nurse to take my vitals. She forgot? Second time, the nurse started to do vitals but left to go get her stethoscope. Never returned. My blood work was never even picked up. No results after waiting 6 days.Once, a doctor left the door partially open so I could hear the entire conversation with his patient. I did a urine sample downstairs, left it for the nurse/front desk lady. She brought it to doctor with no label.
This is honestly the worst doctors office I’ve ever been to, every time I come, I’m waiting over two hours.. I pay out of pocket for no reason because I always end up leaving 2 to 3 hours in and not seeing a doctor at all..I confront them about it and they honestly don’t care. It’s ridiculous…
Go anywhere else. Receptionist was horrible and refused to take my insurance and was very rude. After being forced to leave the building and wait an hour for a covid test she refused my insurance card (due to a simple typo). I was forced to drive all the way to a different urgent care and walked right in and was seen quickly.
Wow, I try my best to not give bad reviews until they deserve it!First time i went called because i had symptoms of covid waited 1 hour to be tested although i knew it wasn’t covid because i was already tested ! I go in to get check they said i would get tested for strep never did instead i got a chest xray because of my asthma thanks god im a xray student and seen my xrays didnt look great the doctor comes in looks at my throat just gave me antibiotics, antibiotics that is not for what i was diagnosed me with a sinus infection, bronchitis and asthma , fluids on my chest ( from an xray they did) and fluids in my ears they gave me medication that states DO NOT USE FOR BRONCHITIS OR ASTHMA COUGH ! After he dismissed me i asked about my xrays because he didnt mentioned them , his response was i didnt even looked at them ! ( why order xrays if yu not gonna look at them ) After a week i went back because i wasnt getting better spoke to another doctor who actually helped & asked me why didnt the prior doctors not treat my fluids on my chest . This doctor prescribed me a different type of antibiotics and gave me drops for my ear so the pharmacist email them and they weren’t answering the email so i decided to call when i call i spoke to the receptionist and she put me on hold and hung up my call , I continue to call and she kept hanging up so i went in person and wanted to proof myself and call in front of her with out her knowing and i just watched her ignore my call she knew who i was because i was mad and gave her attitude. I hate to be the one to get someone in trouble at work but if she dont want to work she dont have to ! I been in pain for 4 weeks already not getting better because the doctors prescribed something that is not even for what i have of course i was never gonna get better. The receptionist was actually pretty nice the whole time i was there until i seen she ignoring calls NOT cause shes busy idk why shes doing it . All she had to do was explain and let the doctor take over. If she cant even do this she needs to find another job and let people who actually want to help people help!
Staff is great, they go as quickly as possible. Depending on time of day, day of the season, or stuff like traffic, you may be in & out or could sit for 2 hours. End of the day, its Urgent Care, thats how it goes, better than the ER and no one is filing their nails or ignoring people while planning their weekend. Havent killed me or left me ill...cant ask for more in my book! Thanks guys!! Xo
Keisha was the ONLY person sympathetic of patients time. Dr farina is a rude person, from the way he talks to his patients to talking to his staff where patients can hear them. Extremely unprofessional. The receptionist upstairs clearly doesn’t know how to do her job then blames patients for her confusion and lack of Knowledge on how to run a doctors office! 4 hours in the office and only 30 mins was actually with the doctor or staff member. DONT see this doctors office
2nd time going to this urgent care. 1st experience was not to bad. Checking was a bit of an issue; however, i can not blame the poor young lady as it was her 1st day on the job with no one there to assist her and or train her. Waited for a while before seen, but nothing unusual. This 2nd time, As required, I called to let them know I was in the parking lot waiting in my vehicle to tested for Covid and the young lady that answered stated that someone would be right out. A few minutes go by, a staff member comes out and clearly gives a Covid test to the gentleman in the vehicle next to me that pulled into the lot at the same time as me. After 30 minutes of no one coming out to see me, I elected to call them to inquire on the status of someone coming out with the test. The young lady apologized. Well, 3 more phone calls later, and 1.5 hours, a staff member came out to test me. 15 minutes later came out to tell me I was negative and to come inside to be seen. Well after filling out one of those grueling medical forms, a mother and daughter came down from the examination area and demanded there copay back as they were in there for 3 hours with out being seen. Well after hearing that and handing the receptionist my paperwork, another patient came down to state that she was leaving as she was waiting way to long as well, and, then even turned to me and suggested that I should not waste my time, the girl walked out stating that she was going to Roger Williams Hospital and left. The receptionist, needless top say, was now a bit frazzled, and asked me what I wanted to do, i just asked her to hand me my paper work and I left.I dont know how this place is on a regular basis, but maybe they were short staffed, and or maybe they just are a simply not organized.
This place is absolutely horrible. 2 hrs waiting in my car for a Covid text. I had to call and go back into the facility. After a negative Covid you go in and they collect their copay before even giving treatment ! Another 2 hrs in the waiting room to be giving a flu test n not examined at all. This dr just came in told me I had the flu and that was it. She didn’t listen to my lungs nothing. Worst experience at an urgent care I want to file a formal complaint. This place isn’t fit to run.
Abusive to staff. Hires unqualified inexperienced staff because he doesn’t want to pay the prevailing wage. Will not follow labor laws regarding overtime or lunch/break. Patients have great difficulty obtaining prescription refills because they can never find the patients chart. Phones ring off the hook due to short staffing. If your put on hold forget about it! He yells and throws things at his staff. Good luck getting your back pay if you leave this joke of a practice. I won’t be surprised when he loses his license. Yes I was a former employee who was smart enough to leave his practice and then I had to sue him for my pay. I won!
Abandoned A Covid patient! 19 minutes arguing to get care for a patient!!!!!This facility should be shut down immediately. From the receptionist to the Doctors.Called yesterday for a special needs patient that I care for, not only was the receptionist rude, and disrespectful, but she thinks she has the power, and credentials to tell a patient they will not be able to get treatment for Covid. When I explained that he is eligible, she went on to say tjat the patient wasn’t there for over a year, well no because you cancelled several of his appointments because of your claim of being “short staffed”!The receptionist refused to let me speak to a Dr, an RN or a supervisor. She talked over me most of the time. After demanding help, she then gave my friend a phone appt between the hours of 12-5 ????Of course NOBODY CALLED BACK! You need to have all of Your credentials taken away.! And quite frankly, so am going to make sure this complaint goes to the top! RIDOH, Medicare, and the Attorney General’s office will all be made aware of the way you abandoned a sick patient. This facility and your staff make professional health care workers like myself look bad! How do you all sleep at night!Signed, your worst nightmare! You Mis-treated the wrong patient.
This is one of the worst places Ive ever had to deal with. Not only did they bill me for tests in the past that I didnt take (thankfully I caught that!) they tried saying that even though I have insurance they would still bill me for a copayment of $175. That is NOT my copayment amount. Again, charging me for something they shouldnt. How is this place even still open?! Theyre always in the news also. They claim that Ive never been there, but yet they diagnosed me with bronchitis and billed me for extra tests. Clearly, they are trying to make themselves look better by saying that on every bad review, but its not helping. Dont lie online, fix your issues.
Was there 4 hours ago with my 81 year old mother who tested positive for covid. I got tested also and I came back negative. They called me and wanted me to go in the office immediately to tell them how Im feeling. My mom is sick and still waiting to hear from them. All they want is to bill your insurance and have no regard for sick people.
I showed up for a sore throat. Door said opens at 8, didnt open till 9. I should have checked the website, bt was in a rush and door said 8. I tell them I have a sore throat and they tell me its a respiratory issue which it isnt, and I have to go to the left of the building to test for covid which I had no symptoms of. I go to the left where someone tells me to get my car and itll be 10 min. It was 20 and still noone came. Soo I left. Go to Atwood urgent care. 1000% better
The owner is a nasty money hunger troll with no customer service. I had back to back appointments due to health issues starting in August. I have been doing medical checks to monitor a series of pills I have been put on. Today I was told I had to wait and speak to billing due to a $40 balance I didnt know I had. I was just there two weeks prior and paid the $25 due. She immediately got an attitude as I explained that I have been there week with no balance so why now. She got snotty with me and told me to lose my attitude. I told her to lose hers as she worked in customer service. She told me they wouldnt see me. I said my meds need to be checked. They refused service to the man in front of me over a co pay too.
Wait and wait just to get refills on basic Healthcare prescriptions . No real care given.Need new provider.
Primary care office staffs dont know what are they doing, each time I go there, always new person, seems like no one wants to work there?!CVS keeps sending prescription to refill but no one replies from the office, I even talked to the receptionist and they still didnt answer or actted on my refills.Dr Anthony Farina is the director of this place and he is a very rude, before even he listening to my problems, he told me to fine another Dr.I have a good Dr. there but the problems is office staffs. My suggestion, Dr Anthony Farina should leave as director, must bring a better Dr. who can run North Providence Primary care office.
So I came for a covid test, I was attended pretty quickly but 1hour and 45 minutes later I am still here waiting for a doctors note for work, which I was told was ready many moons ago. Find somewhere else dont come here, this place is horrible. Still here 2 hrs later. This S**t hole needs to be shut down. Full blown covid, I should be home resting, not sitting in my car waiting for a doctors not.e. For more than 2 hrs
The customer service was terrible the receptionist threw my identification and insurance card on the counter and was rude to other patients as well. The patient had an issue with his co pay and she laughed about it loud enough for other patients to hear and the doctor was nice but did not want to give medication for a sinus infection saying ro wait before using it. I have been treated before and I believe the patient knows their symptoms. I would not recommend anyone to drive her for medical care.
I am giving them a two rating for multiple reasons the first reason would be the length of time that I waited in the waiting room when I was the only one who arrived there and then there was two other people who came in and where I was sent to my room first theyre both seen before me. I am a woman of color and Im not sure if that played a part but it just didnt seem fair. And then after being in the room and waiting another 45 minutes after waiting over an hour when the place was empty the doctor comes in he listens to my symptoms in the only thing thats on his mind is covid-19. I could have had multiple things wrong with me giving my family history. He came in with the mask and he took blood for antibodies set me up for an appointment with testing and left me to go home. I came in there with body aches from head to toe muscle pain and fatigue which could have been many things my hands are still folding because its arthritis in my hands and I have since then been positive for Lupus but he didnt look at anything but covid-19. Then I get a phone call two days later that results are back from my antibody test. This phone call was late in the evening. I tried to call back and got the answering machine and tried to call back several times after that this is a few business days after that and this woman has still yet to call me to give me my results. I would not recommend this place nice building nice area but poor service.
DO NOT GO HERE! I called in for my first appointment and ask them if they took my insurance Tufts Medicaid. The lady on the phone told me they did so I proceeded to make my first appointment. Upon arrival for my first appointment I waited about 20 minutes to be seen and nobody ever told me that no they don’t take my insurance. I was scheduled for a follow up appointment where I arrived right on time and they told me that they don’t take my insurance I have to pay $75. And then I would most likely be charged for my first visit. When I asked the lady why why would be charged. when it was not my fault that they failed to notify me that they did not take my insurance The superior that I had asked to speak to gave me attitude like it was my fault. These people do not know what they’re doing they do not know the rules and their regulations as to what Insurance they can take. And I have to tell you I’m only 20 years old but my first physical with them was literally the worst I have ever seen. I REPET DO NOT GO HERE!
This is the least professional medical facility I have visited, and I lived in Florida for 20 years!A year ago, I went for a potentially broken foot. Got in fairly quickly and examined by the doctor and assistant. They took blood and wrote me a prescription for an X-ray. I went to the imaging place down the street for the X-ray, to find out that they had written the prescription for the wrong foot! I had to go back to get it corrected, but they were closed. I returned the next day, got the right script, and got the X-ray done.A MONTH later, a different doctor at the practice called and said that they had sent the blood with the wrong test selected, and I would need to return to have MORE blood drawn for another test. I did so a day later. I asked about my foot (then feeling better) and was told to wait for the blood results.Since, I have received 2 lab bills and 3 office invoices, and other than calls from their collection office I have heard nothing from the doctor. Any time I call Im placed on hold indefinitely. Whatever is going on there, its not professional medicine. Stay away.
Went in for a covid test. They charged me $100 for the phone call to schedule the appointment and $100 for the phone call to get the test results. I have insurance. When I called billing their response was “that’s what the doctor charges.” I was given no medical advice aside from “if it gets worse you’re going to have to go to the er.”Taking advantage of people during normal times is shameful. This is obscene.I’ve notified the department of health. They are disgusted. My next step is to the news. I’m sure they’ll be anxious to hear a story about a doctor exploiting the public during a pandemic. I hope it was worth it.....
This urgent care is great. Realize, that this isnt Rhode island hospital with a ton of staff and lots of rooms. You may have to wait a bit at times when they are busy , but when your seen you have friendly , knowledgeable staff that will give you great care and send you on your way as quickly as possible. The facility is clean and everyone is on the same page. A well oiled machine. I highly recommend this walk in urgent care.
This place is a joke 10x negative stars please don’t get trapped in here waited almost 4hrs and couldn’t find anyone to ask if they forgot about me so I left the only staff I saw looked at me like I wasn’t even there place is insane and feels mad weird check in lady downstairs was nice though only good thing about the place
At the North Providence Primary Care you can expect a consistently rude experience as soon as you go to the front desk! The first face you see as soon as you walk, or the first voice you hear when you call in, always has an attitude and treats patients with lack of respect. In addition, they do not treat covid protocols and safety procedures as they properly should. Just a simple google search will teach you that though. Now once you see your doctor, they won’t listen to you entirely when you’re expressing what you’re going through/feeling. I’ve never once felt like I was listened to in any doctors office from this practice. Researching a new primary care physician was the greatest decision I made while being under the North Providence Primary Care.
Over all experience was good. Did not have to wait, Dr Belardi was very professional and courteous. Unfortunately the front desk staff was not pleasant and they represent the practice/business. If you are having a bad day or personal issues keep them at home. You always need to be pleasant and positive when greeting patients. I am in health care as well and it does make a huge difference.
Ive been having allergic reactions from work and found the staff very professional and nice and I am not usually comfortable in medical facilities. My nurse Brittany and Dr. Cullen were both great. I had to return a week later and Dr. Morris was also very nice and thorough. The whole urgent care was clean and professional which some one like me really appreciated.
Very good customer service. This is an urgent care clinic....I am.not sure why these bad reviews.
The primary care is AWFUL!!!! and I didnt even get past the waiting room! Receptionists were rude when I booked my appt, I should have known then. I came in and asked then if I had to fill out paperwork being new she said oh youre new? I waited for an hour, my appt was at 1 went to the desk to see what was taking so long, I have a child to get from school! I was told Id be called in right away at 145 but left at 2 when I was STILL sitting there. TWO other people were called in before me, 3 people were in and out for whatever reason and walked away from the desk mad and swearing because of the office staff. A man next to me had been there 2 hours waiting and said its always like that. So I decided to save myself a lot of hassle and walk right on out. A patients time is important as well and they dont care at all.. Completely pissed I wasted my time!
Waited 2 and a half hours for a COVID test only to find out they did not have any test available. Absolutely no organization, just a mess. While waiting, other clients came and went while myself and others waited hours. They pick and choose who they want to service. Do not waste your time coming to this facility.
I can’t really think of anything good to say about my two experiences there. First time was for a COVID test. I had to call three days in a row to get my results, and was even hung up on at one point. Pardon me for wanting to know if I have a life-threatening illness. The second time I went because I interacted with someone who had strep, and was almost certain I had it myself. After waiting forever to see a doctor, he told me that I was being far too aggressive and a test was unnecessary, since I did not have symptoms. When my test came back positive, as I knew it would, he told me that I had done the right thing by being proactive.I hate doctors. This guy and this place made me hate them more.
I had a great experience at North Providence urgent care with Dr Zizza. I was not feeling well for a few days and I went there to get checked out. They took me in right away and took great car of me. After taking a look at me Dr Zizza knew exactly what was wrong with me. I have to say he definitely knows his stuff. I highly recommend him and his stuff to everyone.thanks again guys!!!
Primary care is very unprofessional. Receptionist gave me a card with the date of the next appt. and scheduled it for a different day. I had an echo and was told to schedule an appt. for 3 weeks later to go over results. Without informing me beforehand, they let me come in to tell me the results werent in. I scheduled another appt. for 2 weeks later to be told yet again the results werent in. Weeks and weeks of calling them to hear them tell me they were tracking it down which was a lie. After almost 2 months they finally told me the tapes of the echo were not working. Huge waste of my time. Unprofessional and lackluster healthcare.
I love this place, the staff is very friendly and the nurses are extremely caring and respectful. I didnt have my insurance card with me and the receptionist called my health care provider and found all the required information to be seen. I was previously seen at this facility and was a bit disappointing but let me tell you, the change in the past months has been incredible. Thank you everyone at the Urgent Care!
This place is freaking ridiculous how do have a patient come in everytime they need a refill takes time out their work day to be seen to get said refill and then waits all day for it to be sent to pharmacy only to have doctor forget to fill it!! Call next day doctor isn’t even there and they have no other doctor that can fill it! So now patient has to go another day without medication!!! This place is a joke!!! Also the Coventry location as well and anyone who gives them 5 stars has to work there!!!
The receptionist is very rude. I was trying to make an appointment and she was being very rude about my situation. She then put me on hold for 20 minutes, I went to the clinic and I showed them I was still on hold. They had no patients and the lady I was on the phone with was walking around doing nothing while I was still on hold. She was surprised when I showed her I was still on hold. They should pay attention to what kind of people they hire.
I completely understand that covid has pretty much halted normal and routine ongoings of the medical field but the care ive received lately has been very, very disappointing. It has been overa week since I went and have been calling and waiting for the results of cultures the last several days. I had an allergic reaction to the 1st round of antibiotics, took 3 days to get a doctor to prescribe me a different antibiotic. I had another allergic reaction and contacted them again. They prescribed me antibiotics assuming I had a uti, still no confirmation regarding my test results and no one has contacted me regarding the 2nd allergic reaction or the test results. On the intake form Iisted medical conditions that should have been taken into account when the antibiotics were prescribed and no such thing happened. The antibiotics prescribed have only fed into the medical issues I have already and since it is speculated I have a uti, with a history of kidney issues, the level of urgency this office is operating under is nervewracking and in my opinion negligent.
Wonderful Dr. took care of me on holiday with sinus infection HOWEVER billing department is awful. They will call you days later to say credit card didnt go through and do it over the phone consequently charging you 2x for the same visit. Then you will be chasing them for over 6 months to get reimbursed. I have called, had my health provider called, email and finally send send a letter of education stating they have to reimburse me. Next step will be BBB or other state agency.
The new doctor there told me he couldn’t give me the antibiotics I was on anymore because apparently antibiotics aren’t used to treat skin? I’ve never heard of that from anyone but him and I told him all of the refills on prescriptions I needed and he said he had them all I asked him twice if he was filling my breathing medicine he said yes both timesAnd when I got to the pharmacy he never put it in the computer the pharmacist told me I was better going back there and getting a prescription in hand because they don’t respond to the pharmacy or answer the phone
I was completely discriminated against. Having a medical history of back surgery and sciatica which the doctor there completely disregarded, She refused to give me any medication for the intense pain I had felt radiating threw my back and legs. Since Im a young person with multi colored hair Im an obvious target for this sort of behavior, but to have a doctor treat me as such is revolting. I never write reviews, but my experience there was so terrible I had to speak up. Discriminating against someone for looking different is wrong, refusing to properly treat a patient for looking different is criminal.
Worst front office staff I’ve ever encountered. After weeks of calls, unable to get a refill on a simple prescription. The entire staff seem to have no idea that ExpressScripts, a home delivery prescription service with millions of patients, exists.Waits are typically over an hour long. This practice has zero knowledge in the front office and their management seems to be non-existent.
Receptionist over the phone is probably the rudest person Ive ever met. She gets off on being mean to people. Whoever is in charge of the staff should be fired immediately. A new individual should be brought out with no prior relationships and clean house. People are way too comfortable there youre not the only game in town hundreds of urgent cares in the state. Its sad these people stay in these positions miserable and drive companies right into the ground. Just trying to get a physical for my CDL trying for two days transfer me to runoffs and not picking up the phone when I call back like come on
I highly recommend avoiding this office entirely. While I do very much like my PCP, Dr. Rebecca Soares, the administration is a different story. Billing is a joke and have been over billed and double billed on multiple occasions. As one example, they are trying to get me to pay them $230 for a routine physical that is covered by my insurance provider. Same thing with my wife who had a standard pelvic exam. Another great one is on my last visit I paid the $30 copay by credit card at their office. Then I get a bill that says I only paid $20 in cash and I owed them $10. It would almost be funny, but when you are messing with my time, health and money, it is not. Also if you have any prescriptions that need regular refilling with authorization from the Dr.s office, this is not the place for you. It is like pulling teeth to get a refill. Just ask the nice people over at Rite Aid on Smith St. Every time you tell them you are with Farinas office, you quickly realize by their reaction that you are not the only one that has problems with them.Think a quick phone call to the office will clear everything up? Think again. Usually you are on hold for 15-20 minutes before you can even speak to the first person, and then on hold again. If you are lucky enough not to get hung up on, you usually talk to a person who either cant help you, or say that everything is fine and taken care of when it is most definitely not.My wife and I have had equal experiences at this office, and apparently from reviews on Google and other sites, we are not alone. If we were not planning on moving out of state in a few months, we would be looking for a new doctor right now. In hindsight, its something we should have done a long time ago.Stay away from this place!UPDATE 12-01-14: Dr. Soares is no longer with NP Primary Care, so there is no reason to ever go back. My wife had to go for a visit last week because she was scheduled for a follow up visit, so she saw a new young doctor, who maybe is still in training or does not have her license yet. But while my wife was there, the doctors supervisor personally told my wife that she was calling in her prescription to the pharmacy. Later that day when we went to the pharmacy, they said they never received anything for her. My wife had to call back twice and was on hold for a long time before someone finally called in the prescription. It took 3 days because one day was a holiday. Also, heres another interesting bit of information regarding billing. Apparently, Dr. Soares is not in the United Healthcare network, which I didnt find out until recently when I called the insurance company to find out why they werent covering our preventive care visits. Why we never noticed this before, was because NP Primary Care was billing our insurance company under Dr. Farinas name, who is in network. And then randomly, earlier this year they started billing UHC under Dr. Soares name. So essentially what it looks like is NP PC was committing fraud by billing the services of a doctor (Farina) that was not in their network. Way to go guys!
I had been to NP Urgent Care over a year ago it seemed fine . Went just today for swollen glands and soar throat .i have never seen a more rude Receptionist , people were waiting over an hour while you can hear the back room staff laughing and talking about Patience
SAVE TIME GO SEE REAL DOCTOR!!Never a doctor in the building! Only pcThe most inept staff!Nurse never came back to take blood.pressure..to busy chatting. xray tech stood and talked to nurse and receptionist about the receptionist wanting to be a xray tech but cant get above a C in the class while I waited for 22 minutes for an x ray.Printer didnt work properly took 3 of them to reprint. Receptionist was upset when I asked for a receipt and disrupted their school business again because she wanted the window closed!
This is place is a disgrace. I only went to this office once more than two years ago. The medical assistant was chewing candy while doing my intake and her saliva dripped on to my paper chart. Eww... the intake person misspelled my address from NIPmuc to MITmuc. Since then I found a new PCP and had never returned. Today I got an mail from a law office saying I am past due for 20 USD for this office. How is it possible that I have not been there for more than two years and half and now I got a overdue bill? Please stay away from this please people.
Got yelled at by some doctor in a sundress and sweat pants when I came in for a broken finger and asked for pain meds. Nurse shouting all my information for the entire clinic to hear I could hear her through the closed door. Other nurse in flip flops. This place is a joke if you want to be cared for go somewhere else cause here you get attitude and yelled at for being in pain. Wish I had recorded the audacity this woman had barging into the room yelling no at me. DON’T GO HERE.
I just had a good experience here. This was my first time here. I couldnt stand my head pain anymore, so I rushed over here at 3:15 even though they close at 4. They took me right in and did much more for me than my Gp did a couple days ago. DR Burlas was pretty awesome. He is certified in eastern medicine also and used some techniques to alleviate my head pain. They also ordered a CT scan for me , acted professionally, and gave me pain meds to hold me until I go. So Im pretty satisfied with this place. I would definitely come back.
So unfortunately I came here because I had an abscess on my Butt crack. Just want to say worst pain Ive ever felt getting it taken care of. Anyway, the only reason I didnt give five stars was because the receptionist at the front desk tried to charge me 50 for a follow up appointment, even though I explained to her that I had been there the previous day paid 50 already, had gauze stuffed up in my skin to absorb anything and the wound was still open. She said doesnt matter. Then she proceeded to call her manager or something and they said they could charge me half price which I then gave up arguing and agreed to pay the fee. As shes going through my paperwork I happen to look up at the wall that has info about things you need or you cant be seen, rules basically for the walk in. I see a sign that plainly says the only people that dont pay co pats are returning patients who have had surgery, sutures, etc.. So I mentioned this sign and she proceeded to ask someone in the back to make sure this was true even though it was on the wall of rules. Otherwise the place is great the doctor I saw was great. Hurt like hell but everyone is very professional.
I know it was last minute but i showed up 5 min before the posted closing time of 8 p.m. to find the doors locked. When i called to ask wjy the doors were locked i was told that they lock automatically at that time. Funny cause i made the call from right outside and could tell from how old the doors were that the receptionist lied to me about the automatic door locks. This was my first amd last visit to this facility. Im not an unreasonable person so i understand people want to get out of work and resume their regular life but your in the medical field people dont plan on being ill amd needing their services. I would have shown up earlier if i could have. I showed up durring their hours of operation and should have been treated. Lying to me on top of that is totaly unprofessional.
This place is the very definition of a scam artist. We moved to Florida in June of 2020. We received a letter from a collection agency 2 days ago. It states we owe $100. Upon investigation, NP Primary claims that my wife went there on Nov 19th, 2020 for a COVID test. Did I mention that we moved to Florida in June 2020? When we called, they said that someone took a COVID test on November 19th whose name was that of my wife. We are still waiting for a call back. We asked for proof that she was there in that date. Medical facilities are required to take a photocopy of a patients driver’s license so we asked for a copy of that WITH the date shown in the same page. They also said that my wife received a call from them with the results 2 days later. They did tell us they called my wife’s cell phone and they did have the correct number. I checked her cell phone records. No calls from anyone from Rhode Island between Nov 9 to the 28th. Waiting for a call back. So far, nothing. No proof. That’s because they are trying to scam the State of RI trying to charge people for FAKE COVID TEST. Pretty shady was to try and get paid for something they never did. What an absolutely disgusting business. BUSTED!!! LOL
If i could give them zero stars i would. Doctor ok but billing and medical records department are AWFUL!! You cant even get anyone on the phone. It will ring and ring and then hangs up!! Tried speaking with office staff and they are absolutely useless!! Was told a message would be given to person in records dept if she happened to see them in the office. Absolutely no way to run an office. GO ELSEWHERE!! I wouldnt even bring my pets here
After reviewing all the reviews, I can assure you that this place is definitely unprofessional. I just called to schedule an appointment, rude representative and they hung up on me after putting me on wait. If thats how the start is, I wonder how they treat their patients. NO THANK YOU!
Great urgent care the receptionist in the front is the best sweetest lady ever ! She checked up on and the doctor was the nicest gentleman ever ! 10/10
Covid test scam. They are not allowing anyone into the building for anything without getting tested first. You cannot just get a covid test and not see the doctor for a full urgent care visit which will they will charge a co-pay or full cost for. I left after 5 hours in the parking lot with no official results because I didnt want to see the doctor.
The worst place I have ever experience. Dont answer phones. Lie about over the phone appointments during a pandemic. One employee telling me that this is strictly so they can make more money. When you make an appointment expect atleast a one hour wait. Place couldnt be run any worse. I have been out of a prescription for four days now with no help.
People go to urgent care for usually simple quick fix things. Like i have a sinus infection it is a sunday and well the primary care upstairs is never reachable to make an appt.Ive been here 1.5 hours . it is NOT busy. There were 2 people waiting when i got here and they waited a long time also. I just need some antibiotics and a c ya later. This is ridiculous and i am shocked the state lets this place keep its doors open. They are not here to treat people who are sick or injured.
Secretary Think she’s a doctor or nurse she might ha her MA at most but she clearly over-stepping on prices and procedures don’t come here what so ever the sad thing I got medical insurance from miltary and blue cross and she assuming the worst lol crazy
People make it out of heart surgery quicker than this place can deliver a covid test.. absolutley worst experience ever.. this place should probably be shut down. Bring breakfast lunch and dinner and a blanket you will need it if you plan on getting a rapid covid test here.. Im really not even comfortable giving 1 star.. girls giving tests were nice enough and I dont think its theyre fault but something needs to Change and I mean big time.horrific.
My Mother went to this urgent care to be evaluated for a red and painful lower leg issue. The physician on duty Dr. Hurst barely examined my mother and said he wasnt able to do anything for her until she had an ultrasound to R/O a Deep vein thrombosis. She said she was bitten by something and she thought she had an infection. She was only offered an ambulance ride to a nearby Hospital. She said his demeanor was dismissive at best. After paying the 30$ co-pay mentioned she was sent on her way. This treatment is unacceptable and should be addressed. When I took her to the hospital the physician on duty diagnosed her cellulitis immediately and didnt recommend further testing. She was given antibiotics and instructions to treat the infection.
This was absolutely the worst urgent care I have ever been to. I came in because I had crazy tooth pain & my emergency appointment isnt for a couple more days, he REFUSED to give me pain medicine that would actually HELP the pain. I walked out crying. You would think I did heavy drugs the way he wouldnt give me anything. His last words when I was walking out were go to the hospital if youre in that much pain as I did, as I shouldve in the first place cause this doctor was horrid. Didnt help me not one single big.
I dont mind going here. Im usually in and out in a good enough time depending on the week day. Iv never had a problem with the doctors. They are always nice . the only thing i can say that i dislike is how doctors and nurses will talk about their lives and others loud enough and or infront of patients. I find that unprofessional.i will continue to go here I do still recommend this urgent care.
I wouldn’t recommend this place at all! My 4 year old son woke up with an ear infection so I waited until they opened at 8 (vs others opening at 9) to bring him in. He was in pain, exhausted and despite being the first patients there we waited until 8:45 and there was STILL NO DOCTOR IN THE BUILDING!! This is an urgent care facility and it’s completely unacceptable to not have the required staff at all times. The staff that was there seemed like this was a regular occurrence and didn’t seem to see an issue. We went to a different urgent care and was in and out in 25 minutes !!
Very good place, the doctors here are amazingly experience. I came in with a gun shot wound and was treated efficiently and transported to the Fatima Hospital ASAP for further treatment, thanks to the gentleman in the front desk, he was able to assist me and get me seen right away. I will recommend this place to anyone without any exceptions!
Urgent care doesn’t know anything , I needed a doctor from them and not only were they 40 min late when they open at 9am they then tried charging me 200$ for a physical when my insurance covers everything and they said “ that’s how urgent care does it “ never go here / not recommended
Horrible service. Do not recommend the primary care practice on the second floor at all. Every time Im there I always wait atleast an hr before Im seen, even when Im atleast half of an hour early, every time I call instead of them asking if it is ok to put you on hold they just put you in hold for atleast 30 mins every time. Also I never see the same physican because they are either running behind or they just book you in the any slot.
++WARNING++ Ignoring this information could cost someone their well being or even worse, their life.I recently had a family member go to this facility.. She was told she had broken ribs, partially collapsed lung and traces of blood in her lungs... She was SENT HOME! It was 3 days following her being seen by doctors and I learned she was stilling waiting for a phone call so I called then place... I tried calling for almost 42 minutes. No answer.... I finally got in touch w/ a nice woman (shocking) and she said she was going to have the doctor that was working that day look at my family members chart... After a few minutes, she called me back (thank you) and stated the on call doctor said she should be in the emergency room... If that was the case, why the he** would she have been sent home?? I took her to Roger Williams Hospital nd they said it was so bad they had to send her to the nearest trauma hospital which luckily is Rhode Island Hospital. She has been there since she was transported via rescue from RW Hospital. While at Rhode Island, she had blood removed from her lungs and shes currently in the critical care section of the hospital... So, I ask again, WHY THE HELL WAS SHE SENT HOME!??!?! Dr. Farino and his staff better pray nothing happens to her as a result of his / his staffs inability to do their job. There are peoples lives!! If you cant do you job, shut down. Oh wait, its just a way to get quick money... YOUVE BEEN WARNED, DONT GO THERE!
6/29/2020I sought treatment for allergic reaction to poison ivy. Visit was during Covid-19 Pandemic. I entered the medical building with face covering. However, 2 staffers arriving to work did not have face covers. One actually spoke to me less than 6 feet away, and the other passed me while talking to another.Aside from the generic Covid-19 warning posted on entrance door, there were no additional screenings by front desk or Medical Assistant in room. Went to room sink sink to wash hands and there was no soap or sanitizer in room. I went to another exam room and dispenser also empty. This was early morning during a Panndemic!. Handwashing is basic practice. An assistant came in with container of soap. Dr. Gutierrez came with respirator type mask but did not wash his hands prior to exam.N. Providence, Providence, ans Pawtucket are considered hotspots within the state of RI.Let it be clear that complacency contributes to upticks. Insist on the basics during a medical crisis.
Chrissy handled it seemed 10 customers at once on the urgent care first floor. Not only that she helped the primary patients upstairs, all while keeping a smile on her face. Bravo!
Cant say enough about doctors here. They are great.
Long wait to be told they couldnt do anything about a deep cut. Short staffed, so moved upstairs to a doctor office, then back down to urgent care. Very limited instructions on what to do for the cut too.
Was sent to collections 3 times by these people. Yet was never told there was a bill to settle or invoiced by mail. Not even for large amounts, 20$ co pays.At this point I would be dumb to go back
Place is a waste of time. Go to an actual urgent care if you need real help. I havent even been able to get ahold of someone they keep transferring my calls and then straight to voicemail . Doubt Ill even get a call back.
This is by far the worst place literally the doctor came in my room saw me for 2 seconds and left she told me exactly what she told the gentleman on the side of me. The female doctor attitude is absolutely rude
I see responses from management to other reviewers saying that they checked their records and that the person is not a patient. Isnt that a HIPAA violation to comment if someone is or not?!
The woman in the front desk was very rude plus she needs help doing her job, she cant do everything by herself.
Worst ever care you will receive. Few nurses and staff have very bad attitude towards patients. Do not come here at all. Better to find some other urgent care.
I really like the Doctor that works here. In the nurses are very nice also.Just be sure they take your insurance. They do not accept Medicaid.
Worst Service, the in-front sitting receptionist was rude. While they put me in a room, the doctors were outside laughing and talking about phone cases. I got out without knowing what i have, what is wrong. Will never coming back here😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡
I wonder how the City of North providence let those uneducated people run such a place like this, the employees there sound very aggressive and racist, the doctor she was yelling at me when I was talking normal to her and I was right I took my Covid test three days ago and it was still not ready and overall she called the police on me but the police were very nice and they went and grabbed my result and let me go, I’m sure the police had their experience with those people that’s why the police was on my side even tho I’m just a passer, I really don’t recommend this place.
My whole family likes this place. So far, the staff has been very friendly, decent wait time and doctors are very professional and caring (I had an accident and they actually followed up with me/phone call).
I dont recall coming in to the place at all and I have a bill collector contacting me to pay almost $1000? I need proff !!! Im not paying for a service that likely I didnt get.
So unprofessional one of the females hung up on me, I had to call back. The testing was so unorganized. THEY NEVER TOOK MY INFORMATION SO I WAS JUST SITTING THERE WAITING FOR NO REASON. If I could give them no stars I would.
If i could give this place a 0 star i would went in didnt have a mask they didnt have mask to provide wanted me to go upstairs and get a mask and then wanted to charge me $1 for a mask and told me that they dont have to provide me with a mask or service if they didnt want to because it is privately owned this came from the manager herself named Denise very rude and there receptionist there as well
Waited a long time even with no one there. Lady at reception desk was very slow. Once inside saw the dr got x-rays and moved along quickly .
Clearly not open on Sundays. How hard is it to update your hours online or take down your 7 days a week banner right in front of the building.
Service sucks it took a hour just to get in the back then a nurse cane in an said doctor will be right with u took another hour an a half. I almost got fired from my job because i had to wait so long I highly dont recommend this urgent care. They suck
Lady at the receptionist desk was rude, waited for 7 minutes to even be acknowledge despite empty waiting room. Waited 2 weeks for labs and then had to call myself for results
Came to urgent care with really bad back pains could barely walk and because I didnt have a mask they said they cant see me and I cant be in the building honestly the worst place to go for emergency..staffs were rude and didnt even care to help.
Everyone was very pleasant and i got in and out pretty fast then any other urgent care before and the workers was very nice
Worst doctors experience ever. Left the door open the entire time, I had to recommend treatment before they even thought of it.
This place is absolutely horrible!! 2 hrs in here and not one person called in back to be seen! Good thing I’m not dying!! I watched 3 people walk out from in back. Still no one call in to be seen!
Don’t even want to give 1 star. I will call office manager and Dr on Monday morning due to an incident that happened today. Terrible!
How to describe is place - its SCAM
I went for blood work fast in and out. The girl was very nice. Fast service and the office was clean no hand sanitizers.
This is one of the dirtiest offices I ever been in it had a bad smell like something dead and they also used needles laying around not in a hazard box just disgusting how are they even in business and the Doctor is so rude he doesn’t deserve and license P.S he will saying I am not a patient there
This place does not care about patient care in any manner.
Stay away from this place if you can. Front desk lady is rude, and nurses talk about others in front of patients which I find very unprofessional. Would not recommend it at all.
I was the 2nd or 3th sick person to sign in,the receptionist was the only one running the front office ‘ she made a comment ,,,,, I thought you were writing a book , because I didn’t go as fast as she wanted me to, would not recommend this place
I had a great experience, both the staff and the Doctors were great...
Was in the back room waiting to been seen for 2 hours while all the stuff laughed cursed & talked about how the meatballs the doctor bought in had way too much garlic! So unprofessional smh
You’re better off going to a witch doctor than to this place to any kind of care. They may be “doctors” but clearly they were the bottom of the barrel in medical school.
Rude, unprofessional, should be shut down due to the way patients are treated. If I could give zero stars I would. Don’t waste your time going here
Amazing people, the staff is exceptional and understanding! Paul is great and was able to get me an appointment the same day!
Dont come here. Youll get overcharged. Dont go to the primary care either. Theyll celebrate charging you for missed appointments.
Unethical and shady at best. The office is so unprofessional they scream and yell at each other and the place is filthy.
The doctors were kind, their hours allowed me to not miss work and if not I would of been on the ER which could of taken 5or more hours, here I was out in 1.5 having two children seen.
Staff(s) need to return back to medical school and understand why are you there for in the first place , for the money or for the people/community., just unreal service !
It was a wait, but Keshia was great and a hard worker.
They were very nice people and gave me the proper care for my injury.
Bad service, this place look like you try to set up a urgent care in your house, prescription was lost, tried to contact them to see if they can call my pharmacy to pick it up, they never did or have a call back like they said they would, highly NOT recommended
This place has some very nice staff. I see there are many bad reviews but, I really feel it depends on whom is working.
I have gone there about 3 times everyone there is very pleasant to speak with, and I always receive excellent care.
With kind a thoughtful doctors, low wait times and reasonable prices, this is the only urgent care Ill visit.
Saturday hours for the lab are wrong.
Only one Dr. Available. The t.v. doesnt work in the main area while waiting and the rooms were dirty. Lots of dust behind the beds and dirty floors! Please clean!!
Called two times both times they put me on a 30 minute wait never answered the phone after that
I love love North primary care wonderful crew you are in and out and the medicine works and they follow up👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽🙌🏽😊😉😄☺️
Staff goes at a snails pace, even when the place is empty. Better off going to an emergency room than here.
Receptionist was very rude for the second time and refused to take me as an asthma patient
Dr Farina is a big jokeHe should have his listens revoked
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, not professional. Keep hanging up the phone. Rude as well
One of the worst place, DO NOT GO THERE. Worst services, unsanitary and not professional at all.
This office is a hot mess. I wait for an hour every time i go and they never do their job find someone else.
Rude and careless staff, do not go here they do not follow the correct protocols for testing and are careless with handling tests. Stay away
Best experience I’ve had at a walk-in. I was in an out of there under 30min
Once. i was. in. to see. the . doctor. i. waited. long. time. almost left. staff. should be. HAPPY.
Do not believe what people write, he falsely accuses his employees of his mistakes
My original posts have been deleted and not by me. Worst doctors office ever.
Thank your for saving my life, Dr. Romano is the best doctor ever!
I show up at 3:45 and sign says they close at 4. Staff tells me they are closed
They put me on hold and after 30 min of waiting on hold I just hung up. Bad service
Criss ,staff and doctors where great.Very pleased with the service and care I was giving
Just horrible go somewhere else..
So fare so good I have no problem they treat me well
Hung up on me when I called to inquire about a specific service.
Fast and I found all the drs. to very nice, professional.
Absolutely horrible no one answers the phone it’s been weeks no response on lab results and rude front desk
They never answer when you call…I would hate to be dying!
Friendly staff. Great doctors. Has bathroom.
Horrible the doctors to the front desk there no help not even with kids
Worse place ever! Horrible
Always go here. Everyone is very nice and good care.
5 stars goes to doctor Duque!
Friendly staff...fast service...Thank you!!
Worst urgent care ever.
Fast and easy. I only come here
Horrible experience yesterday
Very friendly, and helpful
