This office is not like your typical female office. It is truly so much better. They are not over crowded with lots of patients. It is very quiet and calm in the waiting room. Very friendly and warm to walk in and whatever check-up you are having done, it is done with absolute care and kindness. Jennifer Wright-Bennion actually sits down and takes the time to get to know her patients and that is what makes her an even better doctor in my books. I am extremely glad I found this place. I will not go anywhere else for my healthcare needs.
TLDR; RUN!!I don’t understand how there are so many “positive” reviews of Luxe Women’s Health because I have genuinely never had such a poor experience with a provider.- They NEVER answer the phone, so expect a call back- eventually. But good luck if you miss that call & immediately call them back. You won’t hear from them again until the next business day- Jen was 45+ minutes late to *every single* appointment with no apology or acknowledgment of her tardiness.- I was often encouraged to “just Google” answers to my questions or concerns.- There have been MULTIPLE occasions I have gone to the office for paperwork and such & they have the door locked during business hours
The doctor and front desk staff were nice, but I found it absurd to wait over an hour past my scheduled appointment time, especially with the morning sickness I was experiencing. The $275 copay was a shock, especially since my new provider charges only $25. It also felt off-putting to deal with an overseas call center instead of the office directly, and receiving random calls asking for the copay before visits was very unsettling. These issues ultimately led me to switch providers.
*She milks your insurance! She seems to find every reason to make you schedule another appointment before she can resolve the issue. In a primary care visit will only talk about 1 thing each time, makes you schedule additional appointment for every little thing you want to ask. You end up paying all these co-pays. *Makes you wait in the room 25-50 minutes after your appointment time. The first 2 appointments this was not the case but once established, they get you in the room immediately and then you sit waiting for the doctor well past your appointment time. *They hardly work on Thursday and Fridays so appointments must be Mon-Wed. *She seems rushed and talks a lot but does not actually listen to your needs.I finally said something to her at my last appointment about how she is making me schedule many appointments to get anything done and always very late and her response was that is her business model and it probably isnt a good fit for me.Positives: Office staff friendly, Doctor does know what she is doing.
I highly recommend Luxe for every woman. Jennifer is amazing- she is very knowledgeable, patient, kind, and compassionate. She takes her time with you and makes you feel comfortable, which is important when seeing a health care professional! The staff is also very friendly and helpful and create a very warm environment!!
I’d give zero stars if I could. I feel it’s my obligation since I work in the field to warn people about this provider’s practice. I’m not alone as there are other comments from people I don’t know stating the same issue.This provider insists on telehealth or in person visits for EVERYTHING so make sure you have ample time off of work or you are allowed to take frequent hours at a time to visit with her AND make sure your medication refills and funds availability in terms of having to pay copays or outstanding balances are aligned with your visit dates or you will go without your medication regardless of what it is. She diagnosed me with Hashimotos. My thyroid was extremely HYPO and without knowing me prescribed the dose of thyroid med I told her I was on but she only filled 15 days? When that time was up, she wouldn’t refill because she needed recent lab work. Ok fair enough. Got my lab work done at Labcorp and wala… thyroid back in check. Now. I was out last Saturday of the medication, asked for refill , she won’t do it without a visit. Even though my labs within a week were uploaded to my portal. She would rather put me through another extreme hormonal upheave and debilitate me due to the tiredness I get from the hypo than fill a few pills so I don’t go without until she has availability. Now I am another week without the medication.i Have to find a new provider because she HAS never answered any of my messages in the portal over 3 months and completely ignored my issue regarding low potassium as well. Doesn’t listen in your appointments. Often has to be reminded and she looks stuff up on the internet half the time because she is inexperienced. I am Working on keeping myslelf out of the ER for needing potassium but I don’t know how long I can do that. I historically run low because of other medications that act as a diuretic so food and drinks alone are not sufficient but she has never even addressed that even though my K was low in the labs she received and I mentioned it. She only wants money. When I first went to her she was really attentive on making weight loss appts. Since they are able to be billed separate. All over the hormone treatments because they are pricey and require yet a different visit. Then there’s well woman. Different from your annual physical. And then there’s all the appointments she makes you pay for even though she has seen you in the last couple weeks. Not even 30 days. She can safely refill these meds I’m on for years with the labs and visits I have had this month but CHOOSES not to so if that’s the kind of provider you want by all means go see her. She will drain your finances, require multiple appointments close to each other and have lab results that allow her to safely refill needed and pertinent meds. If you don’t want to go backwards in your healthcare, or suffer emotional or worse as in the case of my potassium, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME ESTABLISHING WITH THIS PROVIDER. I mean that for your real health. I’m. not just an upset patient. I advocate for patients in my line of work and providers like this are more hurtful to the individual. Not to mention the stress and anxiety she causes you by ignoring you and doing her own thing. She has zero flexibility and you can’t just roll up everybody’s symptoms and care into one little nicely wrapped package. She doesn’t seem to understand how to be assertive and a leader yet compassionate and caring.Horrible provider. Don’t let the niceness to get in the door fool you.
Well I take it all back. It took about a month but a gal who wrote a review 3 weeks earlier on google has it Nailed! Look back at her comment.This place will bleed you in copays and requires a visit for every little thing.Sent me for labs. Found a bunch of stuff wrong , namely my thyroid. She got the thyroid results on 4-24. The. I needed a refill on the levothyroxine on Friday. Pharmacy said she won’t fill it. Called Monday. Got a response Tuesday ( oh ya they Never answer messages in the portal) telling me, SURPRISE I have to have a visit before she’ll refill????Barely two weeks ago you saw my thyroid results.Why did she need a visit. To get on the phone. Charge me $35 and tell me ok ya. I’ll fill it. She’s not changing it in those two weeks. Instead her expert brain decided it there was more risk involved filling it than making me go day 4 now without it. That to me is not care for patients. That’s care for your pocketbook. If you’re over weight. You’ll need an appt for that even if your labs are awful and you’re sitting there talking about them she will literally say that’s another appointment. They keep saying this their protocol???I work in an addiction clinic where there is plenty of protocol and our patients would not go without meds if needed.This place is a joke. Will steal your money and I actually feel worse after having gone there. Now I need to start over with a new provider.Yes they’re and professional , especially the first couple times you have to come in to be established but after that. If you have issues. You will be nickeled and dined to death and wait forever to actually get better.
Red flags from the start. 1-had to get pre-approved before I could make an appointment. 2- wanted a large deposit before I could make appt. Explained my deductible and out of pocket were met for the year, had to wait to get additional approval and verification to not put the deposit down. 3- wanted my credit card number on file. 4- after all approvals and a deposit waiver I could make the appt, but had to pay a registration fee?!? I suppose another reason to get my card on file. Too many red flags, too many choices for doctors. It was a no go for me. Shouldnt be this hard! Sure you dont want to run a credit check too?
I am a new patient and filled out my paperwork online, then had to fill it out again once at the office. I was charged $75 prior to my visit and then another $185 at the time of my visit (on top of whatever my insurance will pay) for a 7 minute visit with the doctor. I told what I didn’t want as far as hormone therapy and why and then she proceeded to tell me it was the only hormone therapy she would offer to me. She didn’t discuss any of my symptoms with me or ask me what type of outcome I was hoping for. Very disappointing.
I was extremely disappointed with this office and the care I received from Jen. She requests a follow up appointment for EVERY SINGLE REASON she can find, just so she can bill your insurance and get paid. For my new patient appointment, I was charged $260 before I even stepped foot into their facility and that was with good insurance. They tell you that you have to pay for the entire cost of the new patient visit (upfront) plus a $75 “hold” for the appointment time/slot in-case you didn’t show, but they would be nice enough to deduct that $75 from the $260 amount. They charged the $75 five days before my appointment and the remaining $185 the day before my appointment. They also have NO RESPECT for their patient’s time. Every in office visit I had (4 total) I always waited 1 hour or more before Jen came into the room. The telehealth appointments were always 30-45min behind as well.Follow ups are excessive and almost never needed. Jen only writes a RX for a week at a time and requires you to have a follow up visit for the next refill. She will not give you that refill even if she just saw you 2 days prior for an appointment and is well aware of your condition for needing that medication.I had a telehealth appointment once for a follow up, she spoke to me for 4 minutes and 32 seconds to give me blood work results. She billed my insurance for $440.16 and it cost me $116 out-of-pocket toward my deductible. Needless to say, I saw her for a 2-week time frame, had 6 visits total within that 2-week period and she almost completely drained my HSA. My visits were supposed to be covered under my pre-natal global care but even after my very first visit, where she looked me straight in my eyes and said, Your pregnancy test came back positive, so congratulations, you are definitely pregnant, she refused to bill my visits with the pregnancy diagnosis, and continued to bill them as specialist office visits, so my insurance wont cover them and they are applied to my deductible. She ordered all the prenatal bloodwork, I had 2 ultrasounds and even after all of that, she would tell me she was unable to validate my pregnancy until 12 weeks, then 3 days later tells me it would be 14-16 weeks. The day she told me it would be 14-16 weeks, I had just spoke to her medical biller an hour before this appointment and the biller told me at first that prenatal visits aren’t covered due to me having complications, which I dont. Then she tried to correct herself by saying my visits weren’t covered until my “prenatal benefits” kick in which is at 12 weeks (which is not accurate). I contacted my insurance company to find out why my follow up visits weren’t covered, and they are the ones who informed me that Jen was billing them incorrectly, by not using the pregnancy diagnosis code. My insurance company tried to reach out to her office and were given a company out of Colorado called On Point Medical Group, and they had absolutely nothing to do with Luxe Women’s Health or Jen.On a personal note- Jen gave me doubts about my pregnancy and made me feel like I could have a miscarriage at any moment. Everything was deemed as normal up to this point. The ultrasound was normal, measurements were normal, my gender test came back for a baby girl, but she wouldn’t diagnose me as pregnant. She clearly didn’t care about me or my baby girl. It is an awful feeling knowing there are providers out there that are like this. I hope this review reaches other women who may become pregnant and think of coming here. This should be a joyful time in a woman’s life, but Jen and this office are only out to get your money. Find another doctor, midwife or advanced nurse practitioner that actually cares for their patients.**Update- My baby had Trisomy 13 and did not survive. That is why she wouldnt validate my pregnancy. She was also not required by law to tell me something was wrong. What kind of human does this to another? I was told by numerous other specialists that this would have been detected early in the pregnancy. Please beware!!!
I found this office through a search. I immediately loved their website. It was clear, understandable and inviting. The website was user friendly and i was able to request an appointment online. The very next day I got a call from a staff member regarding my appointment. I was able to get into see the provider fast! I got 2 more calls from the office before my appointment going over all the details. I was made completely aware of what to expect and any charges.I arrived to my appointment and the office is beautiful, clean, inviting and comforting. The staff was extremely knowledgeable. The service was also quick. I was not left waiting in the waiting room forever. My appointment was on time and everything was done in a timely manner. The staff was also very friendly and helpful.I saw the provider and nurses and my visit was wonderful. I was listened to and my concerns were acknowledged. I was not rushed. The provider made me feel like my concerns were valid. She did not push anything on me i.e. treatments, medicine etc. that i did not want. She gave me many options and went over everything in great detail. My further care was discussed in great detail and the staff assisted in providing me future appointments with great ease. I was given a referral and heard back same day!!I will be moving all care i can to this office. I was relieved and very happy at my appointment. The staff/provider are all very friendly :)
After struggling for years to find a good provider and team that would help guide me on what I should be doing to take back my health after my complete hysterectomy so young, I found this gem! The staff is fabulous and knowledgeable in the latest studies and treatments for women. I left feeling empowered again and looking forward to the future. Highly recommend.

Good first appointment. Office staff was so warm and caring. I felt very welcomed as soon as I walked in 👍🏻 The only thing I felt was rather odd, was having to fill out so much paperwork in person when I had filled a lot of the same information out already online, so that took quite a bit of additional time, but all things considering, if this practice is able to help me feel better then it’s worth it!!! The doctor took time to sit down and review my history, my concerns and came up with a plan to get some updated labs and go from there. Received information on hormone therapy in case that’s the route we go, so I can be well-informed! I have a complicated health history, but I have hope she will work with me in order to figure out what’s going on🙏🏻🤞🏻
This office definitely seems like they scam women for money. Saw some good reviews so I requested an appointment. Some foreign lady who I could barely understand called me and said they need to collect a $75 reservation fee and $200+ for the appointment. Said I would get refunded based on my insurance but only if I request the refund. If you don’t request the refund they just keep the credit in your account which seems illegal to me. I wanted to get my IUD removed and then start using them for my annuals and possible future pregnancies. I was told the first visit I wouldn’t get my IUD removed, they would just go over my health information and then schedule me another appointment to do the IUD removal.I’m not paying $275 just to talk to someone. Don’t go to these people unless you want them to drain your money.
I used to love coming to Luxe for my appointments, it was very fast, all of my questions would be answered and I was actually charged the correct amount according to my insurance. At the start of this year however, I was charged $108 because “it was the start of a new year and my deductible had not been met” - which has never happened to me in my 3-4 years of visits. I went with it because they had always been good to me and I’d figure it out with insurance later. My next visit i was charged $108 again. I asked why and she said that’s what the computer says. I had one more visit and I was asked to pay $108 again. I asked to speak to someone in billing because I don’t need to pay $324 for 3 visits when my usual pay is $35. Some lady I can’t understand calls me and says that I can’t get a refund and it will all be used as credit. Okay that’s fine I go often anyways. The next time I make an appointment they call back to let me know I’ll be charged $216 for every visit from now on? Because they no longer accept “third party insurance” when that’s not what I have? Not to mention the longest wait times ever, the check in might be fast but you’ll be waiting in a room by yourself upwards of 30 minutes to even be seen. I don’t know what happened to them but I’m finding a new office.Updating to say they called me to ask if I’d like to come back after seeing my review and now they’ll actually charge what my insurance says. I already found a new office where I’m seen in less than 10 minutes of my appointment time and I’m actually billed correctly. Ridiculous.
Im reading other reviews and they sound similar to my experience so far and I havent even had an appointment yet. The same Asian sounding lady called me too. Asked for $75 up front to reseve my appointment. And on the appt. Day I have to pay another $165 or something close to that. Kind of odd. Then she also asked me why I was coming to the appointment. I told her that I had already filled out all the Ppw and explained my reasons for wanting to be seenI was in a public place and didnt feel comfortable explaining all that to her on the phone specially after filling out all their ppw. Im going to cancel my appointment right now. Everything just makes me feel weird.
From the time you walk into the office you are greeted by two very friendly young ladies.Jennifer is very thorough, explains everything where a nonmedical person can understand. Answers questions when you ask.
It was my first time going to any doctor like this so I was already nervous but Jen was so easy going and so easy to take to. I have been seeing Dr. Wright-Bennion for a couple of years now. All through me going through surgical menopause. I have never felt better, she listened to what I needed and now on the right path with my hormones. Highly recommend her.
This was my first appt with Dr. Wright-Bennion so, basically, a consultation. Front office staff was very nice. The paperwork you fill out is very redundant, though, having to fill out the same info at the office visit that I had already filled out on line. Dr. Wright-Bennion was very pleasant and attentive and took the time to review with me my past medical history. She made me feel welcome. I’m looking forward to working with her and her staff on a healthy path forward.
The front office staff was very very nice. Did a great job of explaining the forms. Got me back to see the dr in a reasonable amount of time. The dr seems great so far! Ver nice and friendly, I felt very comfortable talking to her. She asked me really great questions, gave me good suggestions, really seems to want to help and I’m excited to see how it goes!

I have the best experience there, I’m glad I found you guys, from the first email that I send to see if they were accepting new patients, they were very fast replying back to me, they called as well, Vanessa was super nice and sweet in the phone.When I got there, same with the nurse that is in the main entrance, she was sooo nice, instructions were so clear, I didn’t wait too long, just the normal when you visit a medical facility.Dr Jennifer is very professional, very nice as well, she was telling me everything she was doing, explained to me what was next after that, but very friendly atmosphere. Very respectful as well.They really take care of their patients and give them the attention that they are looking for.I felt very comfortable, the place is very clean, nice and pretty.
Wow! First time in my life anyone has tested my hormone levels. Jennifer did a very thorough check and follow up after the first dose of pellets. Love the pellets! They have helped me loose some weight around my abdomen and have increased my energy levels and libido. I have had some hair loss but I am countering that with biotin. Jennifer and her staff are great. I am very happy with the results.
Wonderful experience. The doctor was very kind and personable, and her bedside manner was the best I have experienced in Arizona. Amy was a joy to work with too. I was so impressed with this office that I moved all of my medical needs to her office. I am looking forward to going back tomorrow to get my hormones tested and look into hormone therapy to help me get my energy back. I would recommend this office to anyone. 10/10!
I cannot express my frustration enough. The scheduling process is an absolute nightmare. You speak to someone overseas and never in office. These people from who knows where called me multiple times saying I needed to fill out the paperwork by end of day even though my appointment was scheduled 3 weeks later. Once I did, they harassed me asking for information I did not have such as my grandparents health history on my dads side (he was adopted) among some other information. If I had this information to begin with, I promise I would have filled it out. I arrive to my appointment to fill out the EXACT same information. It completely made me uneasy. The amount of texts, emails, and phone calls from these overseas people are almost to the point of harassment. I cant believe they dont have someone locally answer their calls. There is one doctor here and she doesnt even deliver babies. I did like how they had the SneakPeak gender test but thats about it. Even then they had a student who drew my blood after I told them I am very uneasy about needles. The student had issues and the doctor had to step in. I ended up nearly passing out.
Im so pleased with the level of care I am receiving, for the first time in my life, I am receiving complete and thorough whole woman care. So pleased.
I have been looking for a good OBGYN since moving here from Chicago 9 years ago. Truly, havent had any luck at all! I feel everywhere Ive gone its felt like an assembly line, and they dont care about anything but getting you in and out. They dont listen to your symptoms and only treat whats covered under insurance. I decided to finally try someone new out, and found Jennifer had amazing reviews online. THANK GOD I took the chance! If I could rate more then 5 stars I would. She sat with me for sometime and listened to every single one of my concerns. It was very clear from the beginning that she is extremely knowledgeable in her field which made me comfortable. She came up with a plan of action for my current symptoms that her and I are BOTH comfortable with. Shes incredibly nice, and after 1 visit, I can already say I wont be going anywhere else. Ive already referred her to several people!
I feel like Jennifer is very knowledgeable and listens to concerns. I am happy to have found a female Dr. Who can help me with hormone issues, and who is also a good OB. The only issue I have had from time to time is my appointments running late.
Wish I never went! I was in extreme pain and needed my IUD removed. On the phone before my appointment, they told me they could remove it on my first appointment as long as I didnt need an ultrasound. After waiting forever for my appointment, they said they couldnt because they didnt have time although I was only in the room for maybe 10 minutes with the NP and that is being generous. We discussed birth control and decided on one. Next visit is a week later in which I waited over an hour to be seen and they removed my IUD but refused to give me the other birth control without another appointment. I needed to get back to work and asked if they could call me when they figure everything out as the NP acknowledged we already went over everything but then took it back. She also called me by the wrong name. They never called back. Also, I had to pay for full cost of the visit and they would refund me after processing my insurance. Insurance was processed quickly and I can see my amount due so I know how much should be returned to me. Yet I have yet to receive a refund a month later. The lady at the front desk is so nice and really should work somewhere that deserves her because this place does not! DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!
Not only did I have to go through 8 phone calls to get an appointment confirmed but left to refill out sheets at office I already did 3 different times for them. Then I walk in and there are Christmas decorations still up...if that wasnt a red flag. Then the doctor comes out and I asked kindly why so many phonecalls and hoops to get here like we the patients are already on thin ice? Then she told me that maybe this process isnt for me. Why wouldnt I want her to protect me from identity theft! Like shes doing me a favor! Instead it just appeared extremely unorganized. She didnt even have staff to greet you or check you in. Way to pocket your patients money for yourself! Nope! Later creepy lady in an office playing Christmas music at the end of March! AVOID THIS PLACE. Also got right in with another office that day and had stellar care. Not missing anything with Luxe....what a joke.
Dr. Jenn is so warm and caring. I have started seeing her as my primary Dr and am very pleased. The office was clean and comfortable. Vanessa greeted and helped me with all my paperwork and scheduling via on-line and was very friendly and efficient. Dr Jenn takes her time with you and makes you feel that she is really listening. Also, when I had an unexpected illness I was able to have an on-line appointment with her right away which was very efficient! Thank you Dr. Jennifer!

I was excited to find this place near me, but after an appointment request, I was called to give payment of $260 to secure the appointment. I have insurance with a office copay, I will not do business with any office that wants money upfront prior to running insurance.
I am so happy with the care I received at Luxe! Jennifer was so helpful and prompt in helping me figure out some issues Ive been having, and got my prescription called in very quickly. I felt very validated and optimistic in my heath care needs, which is such a relief I have not felt that with other providers in the past. The new location is very nice and clean. The staff was very friendly and also very helpful with my billing questions. Over all it has been such a great experience and I will be back for all my health needs!
This is a demanding office. I was told to pay full price of a visit 3 hours after my appointment. The Dr. Made me wait 45 minutes for appointment. She said she was doing IT things and the Jane of all trades. I suggest managing your time around your scheduled patients and strive for your successful accomplishments from your business. Not coming back
I was having a severe panic attack about some health issues and I called the office and Jennifer, the owner/NP got me right in without hesitation. She was so caring and answered all my questions very thoroughly. She is very hands on and spends as much time needed with her patients till they are comfortable and have all their questions answered, she goes above and beyond for her patients and is so very honest and up front. I would highly recommend her to anyone and I will be going back for all my health care needs that’s for sure. I was so happy to find Jen after she left Banner. I made an appointment online like the automated system suggests you do. I get a call about 30min later from some woman in India saying that there was a glitch in the system and that the 930am appointment is taken she will have to reschedule. Ok no big deal…..she says we can get you in at 145pm the same day. Ok Perfect. THEN she proceeds to tell me I have to put down a $75 deposit! What???? I don’t understand, I asked her for clarification as I have federal health Ins. I couldn’t understand her, I asked to speak to somebody else in the office. I then asked if this was the actual office calling me. She hung up. I called the office and spoke to someone didn’t catch her name but she said the lady was telling her about my 130apt. I said 130???? She told me 145! She then said oh ok it’s 130. Then proceeds to tell me about the $75 deposit. I told her I have insurance, I’m not paying a $75 to hold an appointment. She tells me that this is because of no shows, and I can get the money back the next day after my appointment. Wow. I tell her to have Jennifer call me because this is ridiculous. My appointment was for 145 but in their system it was 1:30…..so technically I would of missed my appointment and they probably would of kept my money. After reading other reviews of this place nickel and diming people I guess I dodged a bullet. When I saw Jennifer at Banner she was awesome. According to the girl who called me back(not Jennifer) these are Jennifer’s. “Protocols”. No wonder I could get an appointment in two days here. Damn shame.
I had a Dr. in north Phoenix that I just loved and had been going to for years, so when I moved to the SE side of the Valley I was looking for someone new. Im so happy that I found Jennifer. She is kind, compassionate, really listened to me, and I feel Im going to get great care. I highly recommend her to anyone. Best of all is that shes both a GP and an OBGYN so now I only have to visit one person for all of my needs. :)
Jennifer is by far the best provider that I have seen for any specialty. She made me more at ease during my pregnancy, she is extremely thorough and always takes the time to answer each and every question that you have. Normally she will answer them before you even ask them. She never tries rushing you out the door. There are typically wait time of about 30 minutes, but it is always worth the wait. Idk about you but I had these women well visits and she makes me feel so comfortable! I will always refer her and make everybody aware of the potential wait times because she will always still spend the quality time with you when your turn is up. Dont hesitate!!
This place has been the worst to deal with! They told me my well visit was covered under my insurance (which it is) but while I was on the table they swabbed for 5-7 tests without my consent. I still have no idea what tests they ran. Now I’m getting pricey bills from the labs they sent the tests to, and Luxe has refused to take responsibility for it. I’ve requested they have their biller reach out to me 3 times now, and they still haven’t called me. They make you come in for a new visit for every little thing, just so they can bill your insurance a TON. I understand maximizing your billings and revenue, but this is borderline unethical. I had a telehealth appt where the Luxe provider told me they were submitting a script for 6 months of refills. They only submitted for 3 months, and now they’re claiming they never told me 6 months on the meeting. I requested they pull the video call, because now they are inaccurately documenting my medical chart and what was said during my visit. With all of the crazy tests and numerous visits, I have paid and/or owe a total of $900 in the span of 4 weeks just to discuss 1 issue and have a well woman exam.I highly recommend you check reviews before choosing your care provider.
Jen was great, very thorough and knowledgeable. She listened to what I had to say as well as adding her own input. Her and her staff were very kind and easy to talk to. The only reason I took away a star was because I waited over an hour to be seen. After meeting with her Id still recommend this office but hopefully the time thing improves!
Was assured by Jean,RN, I would be seen at 11:30 even though they had procedures. Wasnt seen until 12:40!! My appt was for a complete GYN exam, which was not thorough at all! I was told I needed a vaginal cream for a problem I have. And she would NOT give me the prescription until my next office visit!!??? What about my problem NOW!!!??? UNACCEPTABLE !
I was nervous walking in at first, as going to a new doctor is always strange. However, I was welcomed and soon felt right at home. I felt as though Jennifer cared and it put me right at ease. Close to home and easy scheduling made this appointment a breeze, thanks Luxe!
I tried to schedule an appointment but the person who answered insisted I give all of the details of the reasons for the appointment. For women’s health I think it’s unprofessional for office staff to ask all the details of private health concerns. I said it was just for a check up and she kept insisting I give her the exact reasons for the appointment. I just made an appointment online with someone else and all I needed to do was write reason as new patient.
Jennifer is the first OBGYN I have had in a long time that makes me feel like she truly cares about how much my husband and I want to start a family! The front office lady’s are so nice! And Vanessa the nurse is always on top of things! They have been so accommodating with working around the insurance for us as well. The patient portal is very convenient, and I was even able to still attend my appointments when I was sick over teledoc! I highly recommend Jennifer!
My experience with Jennifer herself was positive. However, the customer service at this place is awful. My first appointment I came in and waited for almost an hour in the room just for her to tell me she couldnt do a general check up and approve my birth control at the same time(which I had been on for 3 years and it was just checking in to renew the prescription). They scheduled a virtual appointment which they canceled and rescheduled for a time that didnt work for me so then I had to wait even longer to get the service I was trying to get on the first visit. Getting a hold of anyone at this office is difficult and some of the options on their phone menu dont even work, it just disconnects. I am disappointed that I will have to go to a different doctor but I am not willing to deal with this service.
I’ve been seeing Dr.Jennifer since August 2021, and though the wait times at the office can be longat times (just plan ahead), it’s WORTH IT. I’ve been in Arizona for almost 6 years and I’ve had a terrible time finding a doctor that will actually listen to me and my concerns. Let alone try to rush their patients out in 10 minutes.I appreciate the time and effort spent listening to my concerns and coming up with a plan to address them. Plus the office is super clean and the staff is really nice.
I went in with a few major concerns that needed to be addressed. I am extremely understanding and not one to post reviews ever, good or bad.Pros:They were quick to schedule me.They were extremely nice.Cons:NONE of my concerns were addresses. Jennifer did every test except for the two I specifically asked for. I got prescribed a medication that did nothing for my symptoms. I didn’t get seen until almost an hour and a half past my appointment time, well after the office closed. No one ever called to follow up or tell me my test results. I called to express my frustrations and give them an opportunity to keep a customer who would’ve paid out of network pricing to be seen there where I felt the provider cared. It’s a shame I was answered with “I’m sorry, good luck finding somewhere else. I’ll be happy to transfer your records.”I was so excited to find someone who cared and wanted to nurture customer relationships, but that does me nothing if I’m right where I started. They are kind, very kind, but thorough.. “Good luck”.
Dr. Jennifer Wright-Bennion is extremely nice and listens and knows the needs of her patients. She asks lots of questions to help meet your needs. I read reviews to find a good OBGYN to get set-up with, and I came across her name and found so many reviews that were nothing but good things. Ladies, she’s truly great! I highly recommend going to her! I left as a happy patient to know I’ve been established with such a wonderful doctor!
Jennifer is an amazing physician, she truly cares for her patients and their experience in her office. Ive gone to her for my two pregnancies, one where she was able to deliver my son and the other where (because of red tape) she could not. She still gave me the best care knowing full well that she would not be the one delivering my son. She created her business, Luxe Womens Health, to escape the truly impersonal experience you get at any other big name doctors office. She risked it all and her heart is on the line, do not be confused by bumps in the road as a small business as lack of care or compassion. She does not know the meaning of the word, she is an absolutely wonderful human and OB. It saddens me to see such hurtful reviews. Yes sometimes, just like at any other office, waits are extended or appointments are rescheduled. Take everything with a grain of salt, people! Your experience is what you bring to it. Lets support small businesses run by WOMEN, you go Jennifer! Love love love this business!
I took my niece once over 2 years ago and asked them to release my email and phone number from their portal so I can stop getting texts/calls and use my email elsewhere and they ay they will but still haven’t! We weren’t impressed with them then and still aren’t now!
I did a lot of research on Jen and midwifery before I made the change last summer. I’ve really loved having her as my midwife. She is compassionate and hands on. She called me with the lab results personally and her plan for me going forward. I have yet to have any of my other OB’s call with lab work results or to check in-it was always a medical assistant and felt detached/uninterested. Jen has never made me feel that I was a nuisance for asking clarifying questions. I appreciate her efforts and how I can feel her genuine interest in my well-being.
My very first appointment was great! everyone was kind and it seemed professional. They had me pay $250 towards the delivery of my baby so that it wasn’t a huge bill once I had her. Come my next 3 appointments and I wait over an hour each time just to see the doctor for less than 10 minutes. I was misdiagnosed with gestational diabetes after only doing the 1hr test and failing (I asked to have the 3hr test done and Jennifer told me no, that I had gestational diabetes) which ended up putting me in the hospital with extremely low blood sugar because I was following gestational diabetes diet like I was told to do. When I called to ask Jennifer a question I was told she was busy and would call me and she never did. Then at my next appointment I walk in and was told she was running behind and I could either wait for reschedule so I didn’t even have an appointment after having to find someone to babysit my son just for the appointment. Then I later find out that Jennifer would not be delivering my baby like I had to talked to one of the nurses about at my firstborn appointment. I switched to a new OB because if all these issues. When I called Jennifer’s office to ask about getting my $250 for the delivery I hadn’t had back I was transferred to someone else who ignored my call. I left a message and never heard anything back from her office again. So I lost $250 and had nothing but problems with this office.I would not recommend this place to anyone.
Jen is hands down the best provider I have ever worked with. Her genuine care and concern for my health and wellbeing is such a burst of fresh air. She listens and I know Im not just a patient number, but a person she cares about.
Demanding office. I scheduled 2 weeks ahead and was advised I would get a call confirming eligibility and cost of appointment. The week of appointment they stated I needed to pay full price the appointment cost ($215) because I had not met my deductible. I called my insurance Friday but the office was closed so I could not dispute the deductible as I was told we met it already. I called Monday to cancel because I was not able to pay that abd could not call sooner and they told me they were going to charge me $75 for same day cancelation fee. They are money hungry liars.
If you are someone who honors time management and being on time, this is NOT the provider, for you. They had to reschedule me before, due to Jennifer running behind and needing to leave on time. I said okay, fine. I left and walked out today. They apologized for being 30 minutes behind when I went back to the room, so I waited, I had the extra time. 90 minutes went by and no one came to check in and give me an update. I came out of my exam room looking for an office staff member, no one at the desk. Jennifer walks out into the hallway and tells me, she had another patient infront of me, so she couldnt give me an estimated time, she would be able to see me. I did not have an extra hour, to sit and wait for her. Again, they wanted me to reschedule. She gave me passive aggressive excuses and loud conversation in the hallway, where her other patients could hear us. Very unprofessional and condescending. I would highly recommend seeking a different provider. There are many other choices to seek care in the area. Trust me, dont waste your time, you wont get it back!

Jen is amazing! I’m so happy I found her. I’m currently 21 weeks pregnant with my first child and she’s been so great with helping me through this exciting time. She’s not only easily reachable whenever I need her, she’s informative and always willing to offer advice when I’m having an anxious moment. I look forward to delivery with her and I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a caring physician.
I have the pleasure of being Jennifers patient during my pregnancy. I was unhappy with my previous ob and was able to schedule with Jennifer. She opened her doors to me and made me feel very welcomed! She has gone above and beyond for me as she would do anyone. She is truly amazing!!! I would reccomend anyone to her. I am truly blessed to have found a doctor like her, she is 1 in a million. If you are pregnant or simply need a well womens checkup schedule with Jennifer you will not be disappointed!!!!
I am very disappointed I am having to switch Doctors. I think Jen is very personable and kind, however I feel like I am being robbed every time I go in there. Ever single visit I would end up paying $80 or more because of the way they bill my insurance. I even spoke with my insurance who said my visits would be covered if they re bill them with the correct codes and they straight up refused to re submit anything to insurance. What ever they are doing is a rip off. I called a different place who looked up my insurance ID and told me my first appointment would be 30 dollars and then every appointment after would be 100% covered by insurance so I wouldn’t pay anything. Which is exactly what I expected based off what my insurance says is covered. Very frustrating to have to deal with finding a new dr during my first pregnancy.
Ok, so first, let me say that these bad reviews I have been reading must have been during a time where they might have had staffing issues because as far as wait times are concerned I have honestly not had to wait longer than maybe 15-20 minutes to be seen for my appointments except one time where I was late to the appointment which of course would delay anyone. The other bad reviews that mention billing issues, personally I pay cash for everything, I don’t use insurance and have never had any problems, one time I was overcharged by mistake and as soon as Jennifer saw how much I had been charged she refunded me the difference immediately so everyone with the billing issues I honestly believe it’s got to be due to the insurance they have…Now that’s out the way, I have been seeing Jennifer for just over a year now, I am now moving out of state so I will no longer be able to go to her office and when I got the email for a review I figured it was the least I could do for how great she has been. When I was reading those bad reviews I was so surprised that anyone would have anything bad to say about this office. Jennifer is so great, kind, personable and friendly I could genuinely see us being friends and going out for drinks even though I only see her every 3 months haha I wish I had lived in the queen creek area when I was pregnant with my sons I would have used their office for my appointments for that too.If any woman is looking for a great office for pregnancy or other health appointments don’t let the bad reviews deter you, if you have any concerns or questions during your appointment you only need to ask, Jen is so helpful, understanding and accommodating and would definitely address anything you brought to her attention.I would recommend this place to anyone for sure! I would give 10 stars if I could 😁
This was by far my best experience when it comes to annual check ups & all things womens health related. I felt like I could ask all my questions, I wasnt rushed and I was listened to. Jen and the rest of the staff are knowledgeable and very comforting. I would highly recommend this place. It did take a little extra time waiting in the exam room, but its worth it to feel like you arent rushed yourself.
Don’t even bother going here. They diagnosed me with something and I didn’t even get test for it. And they only spoke with me for 5 minutes. It seems like they don’t even care. Had to wait 30 minutes for an appointment that lasted maybe two minutes. Seems like they’re out for ur money bc they’re constantly wanting to reschedule everything when it could be done in that appointment.
Would not recommend and will not be going back. Reviews seemed good so I booked a first time annual exam but will not be going back. Took over 30 minutes past my appointment time to get into a room (Was told they had printer problems). Told them I was here for my annual wellness exam and was asked questions about what I wanted done. I never had to explain to a doctor office what should be included in an annual wellness exam before. Left and then received an invoice for $40 a week after my appointment. Then got a bill a month later for $150 for a lab test I did not ask for or approve. I called to figure out what was ordered and why I am being charged and the result was pretty much there was nothing they could do. So my free women’s wellness exam that should have been 100% covered cost me roughly $200. If your new to the area like me, find somewhere else.
I went in today for an issue and met with Jennifer for my first visit. She was absolutely wonderful! I had yet to find a good pcp or obgyn and really needed to establish both after living in AZ for 4 years and never finding anyone I was comfortable with. She had a great intuitive energy and made a plan for me to figure out what was going on and hopefully to feel better. Im so thrilled to find someone knowledgable and empathetic, and that I was treated so nicely and not like a number. Very excited to find a place to establish more permanent care! Thank you for fitting me into the cancellation spot today!

My wife had an appointment for noon for a concern that’s had her worried for a couple of weeks. She waited for 90 minutes in a room with no one checking on her. They had checked her vitals so that she had at least been processed enough to hit our insurance. While my wife was waiting, I called the local number and asked the “registered nurse” if she was at the Queen Creek facility. The nurse said yes. I told her that my wife had been waiting for 90 minutes without anyone checking on her but that she was too polite and worried to complain. “Oh I’m not at the location but I’ll send a message to them.” So their outsourced “registered nurse” lied when I first asked her. Ten minutes after I called and was assured someone would check on my wife, she was still there waiting.We’d love to be able to rate this doctor on her ability to practice medicine but the business has gotten away from her and she’s losing customers and creating vocal detractors.
Jen is one of the best NP/CNMs Ive ever been to. She is always kind and attentive and never makes you feel rushed. She is happy to answer any and all questions and goes out of her way to make you feel well cared for and listened too. Having our first child is nerve-wracking enough but Jen has made us feel well-informed and prepared. I have no doubt that I am in good hands. Whether you are pregnant or just needing normal primary care absolutely go see Jen! I would recommend her to anybody/everybody!
Jennifer is the best doctor I have ever visited. From day one she has been so kind and has never had any judgement whatsoever. I have never had a doctor that I felt had genuine interest in my well being, before her. I am very grateful to have found her practice!

When Jen told me she was opening her own business. There was doubt I wanted her as my primary doctor! I like how she makes me feel important & keeps me informed on my health. Jen really helped me stay positive with my 3rd pregnancy. Having a miscarriage my 2nd pregnancy, my mind stayed in a world wind. She took that extra time with me, informing me that all was well this time around. With me staying stress free & no worries I gave birth to a health baby boy. I believe Jen is the lady to go to for all of your womenly concerns! She does mean it when she says she has ur back.

Great service, everyone is welcoming, and nice. the down side is if you are going through pregnancy (for me it’s my first) you are NOT allowed to have any family members or even the father of the child present during ultrasounds or any health check-ups due to “Covid”. The doctors there do not wear masks, nor do they implicate any rules on Covid safety. So if you are a first time mother and rely on the presence of family for comfort I would kindly not recommend. For birth control and other needs I would.
I didn’t even make it to my appointment because I’m so annoyed by them. I got 4 voicemails, 3 emails, and 5 texts two days before my appointment (all in less than a 24hr period) about needing to fill out intake forms. They said they would cancel my appointment if I didn’t have them filled out the day before my appointment. Never in the history of making appointments have I ever had this happen, I have always filled out forms when I’m in the office, never have I had an appointment canceled because of this. They need to seriously reconsider how they approach new patients because that was just ridiculous.

While Jennifer was very friendly, every single time I was in the office I had to wait about 2-3 hours to be seen. That is ridiculous being pregnant having to wait that long! She also gave me her phone number to text or call for questions and I was dealing with something that scared me and texted her and never got a response.
I have given Luxe Womens 3 chances. Today was the last. I want to like this place because Jen is so kind, but this place isnt run great. I arrived at my appointment today, checked in, then get told Jen was running behind and it was going to be 30 minutes after my appointment time to be seen. That annoyed me because I had brought my toddler and that was pushing his nap time. They put me in a room, checked my vitals and left. 30 mins came and went. Then an hour. No one came to check on me or to let me know it was going to take longer. My appointment was at 2, I was finally seen at 3:07, and was in my car by 3:13. I waited over an hour for a prescription refill which consisted of 3/4 questions, was charged $107 for 6 minutes. This matter could have been handled over the phone. Or at the very least a courtesy phone call letting me know to arrive later than my appointment time. So frustrated and annoyed.
If I could give this place a 0 star review I would!!!! I will not be coming back. Please dont waste your time coming here! I decided to give Luxe a try since the reviews seemed great. On my first visit I had issues with the insurance since the office said that the copy I provided of my insurance card, was to read. After being there for a while I ended up paying my copay. Then on my 2nd visit I had my ultrasound. I was going to pay with my health spending card and it kept on getting declined. I knew for a fact that I had money on my account. I was told to call the HSA card even though there was 1 minute left before they closed. Basically they demand payment right away. They did not accept my HSA card. And would not invoice me so I could send them the money. I had to make a payment using my credit card in order to leave the office. 2 weeks later I was going in for my Sneak peak blood work test. Once again they wanted to charge me for the previous visit. After I explained to them that we can pay with our HSA card they are getting back and forth that we could only pay out of pocket first. If youre going back and forth and wasting over an hour of my time they finally figured it out and asked me . After all that timeif I still wanted to do the sneak peek test. I was so upset I didnt want to do my test and on top of that the test was not covered by my insurance so I had to pay cash. At this point I was so frustrated so annoyed I decided to cancel any future appointments and I walked out of that appointment and never came back. Jennifer was unable to take the time to solve the HSA issue. It appeared that there was an issue between her cashless system and our HSA system. She wanted me to somehow solve the issue between the two. I would expect that they would try harder to accept my HSA card (Payflex/MasterCard) or at least invoice me so I can submit a payment through my hsa.
This practice is phenomenal! Very personable and caring. The Dr listens to ailments and explains in detail action plan. Thank you for caring and not treating me like another patient number!

This OB doesnt deliver. These people also will nickel and dime you for every little thing they possibly can. They will charge you for multiple appointments for a single lab. Also over the course of 9 months they did 2 ultrasounds, which is nothing compared to most OBs. I recommend any other besides this one

All of the staff was thorough and listened to my concerns and came up with a comprehensive treatment plan for me. It was disclosed to me that some staff members present for my care are in training and I believe they are doing an excellent job.
I have never experienced this kind of poor treatment . Both times I was there I waited over an hour in the waiting room. Was supposed to start a medicine before my next menstrual cycle and I have been trying to call and email and text for a week now with only hearing back from the nurse who had no clue what I was talking about and was supposed to tell jenifer and call me back.that was Saturday and than again monday she called to say the same thing and I havent heard anything since than its now Wednesday. Now my menstrual cycle has started. I spent close to 1000 dollars on deductibles for appointments and test she sent me on only to be neglected and not finish treating my main problem. It is extremely unprofessional.
As everyone who knows me I have a hard time talking to people. Jennifer is easy for me to open up to and she is there for me whatever my need is. I am very blessed to have met her and have her as my doctor. Thank you so much Jennifer!!!

This was my first time visiting, the office is nice staff is friendly. I felt that Jen was thorough, however she was running 45 mins behind.

Every appointment I wait over an hour to be seen past my appointment time. Both times put back in a room and told the doctor will be right in. I will not be returning to this office.
Receptionist at front desk was very nice. Dont find that now of days Jennifer was great.
