I had a wonderful experience at Boston IVF, Quincy. My doctor was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain the entire process with us. Every step of the process is thought through. I received paperwork or videos to watch for everything so that I always knew exactly where I was in the process. They even have a team that works with insurance and communicates exactly what is covered and what is not. The nurses were wonderful and are all rooting for you. My process began in 2019 which means I was a patient during the pandemic. The rules were constantly changing but the team was always wonderful. It was so wonderful that I have to remind myself that most doctors offices are just not like this. The feeling of walking into a building and feeling that everyone is patient, kind, on your team is truly one of a kind.

My daughter, Hallee, was born on February 13th ending my husband and Is 5 year long struggle with infertility. My husband and I started out at different clinic and after 3 unsuccessful rounds of IVF with 6 embryo transfers, with no definitve answers as to why I couldnt get pregnant, we decided we needed to change clinics. My cousin highly recommended Dr Berger at Boston IVF and within a few months time, I recieved a diagnosis as well as a new medication to improve my egg quality. After 1 round of IVF at Boston IVF and the first embryo transfer, I became pregnant with my daughter. Without Boston IVF and Dr Berger and his team, my husband and I would not be holding Hallee in our arms right now. We are forever grateful.

I normally go to Providence for all my blood work and ultra sounds for testing to begin the process of IVF. But unfortunately the Providence’s new office won’t be able to take patients for blood work until the spring. So this meant I had to drive an extra half hour away to my appointment. I was running late leaving work and called to let them know I wouldn’t be on time. They were more than understanding and patient. When I arrived they made me feel very welcome and the entire staff was extremely friendly & informative about everything I was doing. They told me to stop apologizing & that things happen. Happy I was able to get my blood work and everything done today. I’m looking forward to the new providence office opening in the spring =)

Working with Boston IVF is so easy. They have an incredible team who is very efficient and extremely helpful. They also leverage technology (online forms/phone apps), which makes it really easy to stay organized and informed. The facilities are clean, and the staff is friendly/compassionate. They are very well staffed, which makes a huge difference when compared to other types of medical visits. With all the testing required for fertility treatments, they have the process down to a T, making appointments have little to no wait times and very fast. I was so happy with my two rounds of egg freezing and am confident future treatments will go just as smoothly. I primarily went to Quincy and Waltham locations for all of my appointments/procedures. While its a drive to get there from where I live on Cape Cod, it was/is worth it.

Fertility treatment can be a marathon adventure from constant early morning blood works, poking and prodding, and the disheartening wait to hear good news. From the start, every person I worked with at Boston IVF was beyond hopeful and the entire experience was uplifting . The nurses who did the blood work were friendly and talented at it, and learned my name and cheered me on. The ultrasound technicians were patient and encouraging. My doctor, Brian Berger, was the best of all. He was nothing but completely confident that he would make my dreams come true and that was the most reassuring thing, no longer how long it took, I knew that he would make it happen. Dr. Berger was attentive and even called me on holidays to take about the procedures. Every day, year round, Boston IVF was working with me. I am a heavier girl, and unlike most doctors, Dr. Berger never once suggested that my weight was an obstacle. He was accepting and welcoming. And hey, how can one despair when their doctor is telling them news in his gorgeous Aussie accent! It was my bleakest round where I only had two, sub-par quality embryos. I had completely given up hope, but Dr. Berger never did . Those eggs are now my two-year old perfect twin boys! Thank you to Boston IVF for everything! You changed my life!

Our experience with Boston IVF was an awesome one. Everyone was always friendly, patient and willing to answer my 100 questions and concerns. I had four embryo transfers here--three with Dr. Zimon, who left the practice after our third, and one with treatment plan by Dr. Berger (which he changed from Zimons) and smoothest transfer ever (others had great difficulty because of a tilt in my uterus) by Dr. Bayer. I remember while he was talking to us after the transfer, Dr. Bayer said...when you get pregnant and we did! Fourth time was the charm! I remember when my nurse Susan called with my beta results, she seemed almost as excited as I was! We had twins to start with, but one stopped growing after six weeks. The nurse practitioner talked to me about this and asked how I was feeling emotionally. I really appreciated that. My only regret is that this was the one transfer where we didnt get a picture of the embryos and I totally forgot to ask! Our son Hunter is now 16 months old and we feel so very blessed! Thank you Boston IVF for always making us feel like our dream was within reach!

Boston IVF is great so far. I rated 3/5 stars because one when I initially got my lab work done, I had to go again because the phlebotomist forgot to do a lab. When I went to go get my scan done, I got there early and still waited 20 min to get the scan done with no-one there. After the scan, no-one told me what to do afterwards to just change and that was it. I wasnt sure to check out or talk with doctor. There was no communication for after. That is why I am rating this a 3.

The Boston IVF Team are amazing!!! We felt like we were SPECIAL to the Boston IVF team and from beginning to end we always knew what was going on and what to expect. Their professionalism is unmatched and the results speak for themselves. We were lucky enough to conceive on the first attempt and welcomed our first child after an uneventful pregnancy. Thanks to the Boston IVF Team!!!

This is a review from our experience in 2005.After six years of trying and finally being told by a doctor to give up our dreams of conceiving we decided to try Boston IVF Quincy. We met with Dr. Brian Berger and right from the start he assured us that it was foolish to give up at that point. After a few consultations with Dr. Berger we decided to try a new procedure at the time called PGD. After our first attempt we had a successful implantation and 9 months later our son was born.We cannot thank Boston IVF enough for everything they have done for us. I would highly recommend Boston IVF to anyone that is in a similar situation.

Dr. Simon has since left the practice ( we did IUI in October and November 2015) but she was the best thing that ever happened to us! After trying for almost 6 years with multiple miscarriages, she took the time to extensively go thru our blood work and medical history for the best course of action. She refused to do a cycle until she had the best route possible and I am forever grateful for her! We have beautiful 16 month old boy girl twins thanks to her and the nursing staff at Boston IVF. 7 months after the twins were born, we also got a little surprise. Thanks to her treatment plan we are expecting another little girl on Thanksgiving! Thank you so much Boston IVF, we can never repay you!

I was fortunate to land in the capable hands of Dr. Alison Zimon and her team. From the very first appointment, I knew I had made the right choice- if I would ever be blessed with a child knew it would happen with Boston IVF. Dr. Zimon was exceptional- so thorough and always willing to explain and answer questions. She was honest, optimistic, and cautious at the same time. In addition to her willingness to talk me through each step, she had an exceptional team. I can not say enough about the cohesiveness of the entire team- from doctor to nurse to phlebotomist to staff to covering nurses to schedulers to the pharmacy I used under their recommendation. The process is not easy but I can honestly say that they made it as easy as possible. Their care and coordination allowed me to do the me stuff- self-care, relaxation, exercise, counseling, and life in general which all contributed to my success.I made a lot of embryos and knew an awful lot of details people who conceive under normal circumstances never know. I said a lot of goodbyes along the way. But I was lucky enough to have two successes- my eight year old son and my five year old daughter are my blessings and without Boston IVF it would not have been possible. Keep believing and let the doctors and staff guide you. Best of luck on your journey!

I worked first worked with Dr. Alison Zimon when I started this process. She was extremely caring and helped me with all my questions about the IVF process. When I switched to using a donor egg, Dr. Brian Berger was a great doctor who guided through that part of the process. I now have a healthy two year old daughter. As a single mother of choice, I felt very supported by BIVF.

Please think more than twice about going here. I went to Dr. Berger at the Quincy office. No one should ever be treated as I was. I was pushed by Dr. Berger to have a procedure that I didnt think I needed and knew it would prolong me getting IVF. I had the procedure and literally called for months trying to get them to get the results. Finally after many times calling they got the results and needless to say my IvF cycle was delayed and my age changed. I am older therefore this matters. I ended up paying $13,000 of my own money for the cycle. DR. Berger refused to writeva letterfor me for my insurace company telling them why I neefed the IVF. He was more concerned about his stats than me as a patient. Needless to say he never showed up for the retrieval of the eggs or the transfer of the eggs. He never told me why or that anyone else would be doing them. The procedures went horrible, not only because of my massive level of stressing when he wasnt there, but also because the room was freezing and the nurse literally punched me in my stomach after the transfer off the eggs. She was wiping the gel off my stomach and she basically punched me when she did it. I screamed and asked her why would she do that. This procedure is supposed to be a stressless procedure. I belive this caused me not to conceive. I just want to warn women older and younger. They just take your money and dont care about you.

Always scheduled appointments for times that accommodated my schedule. Dr Zimon was very client centered - gave medical opinion and choices but allowed us to make choices without pressure. She was a huge advocate for us as well. The only downside in Quincy were financial people who often took multiple phone calls to get a return call. Can not say enough good things about the surgery center in Waltham where we went for retrievals and transfers- amazing staff there. So reassuring and helpful. We did end up a success story on try #3 and while the process was very difficult and emotional we always felt we had a doctor who was very invested in our success.

Dr. Berger and his team helped make our dream of a family come true! Aside from being experts in their field, their compassion and empathy are what meant most to us during the difficult IVF process. We couldnt thank them enough for our 4 miracles!

I was recommended to go to Boston IVF for in depth testing of why I lost two otherwise healthy pregnancies (I have been officially diagnosed with incompetent cervix). I have gotten pregnant naturally twice. The doctor here falsely diagnosed me with PCOS (my primary OBGYN denies I have PCOS) and tried to sell me the idea of IVF even though I have gotten pregnant twice naturally. This place is nothing but a factory. You aren’t a patient here, you’re seen as a number. The doctor said a nurse would call me and it’s literally been two months, still haven’t gotten a call but they can save it. At the end of the day all they want is your pretty penny!

Staff is RUDE. I waited for 50 mins at my appointment to see the doctor. When i asked about it. The response i got was - Dr Brian is specialist. you have to wait. talk to doctor if you want. Our testing is done couple of weeks ago. Not sure why the medication was not ordered until we see the doctor for which we dont get immediate appointment. They seemed like they dont care about patient. I dont have any good things to say about this facility.

My comments will be posted on Wednesday the 25th of July after my phone call appointment with Dr Berger. This place is a BIG HOAX. They work in ALLIANCE with VILLAGE FERTILITY PHARMACY its like a MAFIA SCAMMING group. When Dr Berger first sent the prescriptions over, Rob called and asking how I would like to pay the $5,000 MED, I said thru my insurance it said he didnt have any on file, after giving him my INS INFO, I asked, do you charge more thru INS? He said no we bill the INS same amount. Now finding out they charge $16,000 to INS and I when I called on the 24th the pharmacist I spoke with telling a different stories the funny part of all she said it you would like to pay cash you still can but you wont the credit back from the INS. Had he make this clear to me, we would have rather pay cash for the MEDS instead letting the INS pay cause I only have a $20,000 max and VFP ate it all up. We were in a 3way call with INS PHARMACIST and I, I just lost it, not only I have a failed IVF and still owe BOSTONIVF $2k plus. After my phone follow up with Dr Berger he made it seems like as if he not part of it, he had no knowledge of financing or the pharmacy they ALL ARE...GET ALL THE DETAILS FIRST BEFORE GETTING INVOLVE SO YOUR WONT GET BURN LIKE I DID, UNLESS IF YOU RICH AND DONT CARE.This country runs by DRUG COMPANIES, INS, LAWYERS and GOV gives them legal right to SCAM PEOPLE. The most CORRUPT ORGS. #419
