From the start, we had a very poor experience with RMFC. They waited until ten minutes before the video appointment to let us know forms were missing on our patient portal and to set up a payment. They set everything in motion without setting any financial plans or letting us know that the total cost was due before egg retrieval. Sent my wife two hours away for bloodwork only for her to arrive and be told that her orders were never received; then she could not contact anyone at the clinic to have them resolve the situation. They started her on medication before the billing department even contacted us to make sure we were ready financially. So many things wrong with our experience here, so we decided to take our business elsewhere. The nurse said that they would refund everything ($385 for just the start), but billing called and they will only refund $185. Just be aware when starting this process that they are unorganized and ask for everything in writing first.
I have my two beautiful children thanks to Dr. Smith and Rocky Mountain Fertility Center. I will be forever grateful for their expertise and services!
Your best bet is to go somewhere else. They are rude, lazy and unprofessional.
