Awful Practice....my recommendation is to avoid this place at all costs. They double billed me and my insurance company when they claimed that my hormone injections were not covered by my insurance company. After receiving injections for about 2 years, a nurse in the practice quietly told me to contact my insurance company to see if my pellets were covered. THEY WERE! Beth and Dr. PROBST told me at every visit that they were not covered. I found out that they were getting paid by my insurance company and me!! They denied it. When I asked Beth to do a conference call with my insurance company she refused. She was condescending, rude, and disrespectful. Of course she was angry. They finally got caught. I lost out on hundreds of dollars. They are shady, untrustworthy, and manipulative. They only care about the money. Just as so many other reviews say. The bedside manner is aweful as well. My pellet insertions were always very painful. I was black and blue for a week. It never seemed right. Needless to say I have found an excellent doctor in a professional and courteous practice. My injections take 2 minutes, with no pain and no black and blue marks. But most importantly no billing issues. Run far away from Dr. PROBST and her practice. She needs to retire and take Beth with her!

Because my doctor had passed away suddenly I was in need of a doctor for my yearly hormone checkup. The receptionist understood and got me in quickly. The staff and doctor Propst were very kind and considerate. I was nervous because of the reviews but I came away happy with my visit.

Dr. Probst is the best doctor Ive ever seen. She is my moms doctor as well and is now mine. I was very nervous about my first appointment with her but she made me feel so relaxed after talking to me and telling me what was going to happen before she did anything. I feel very comfortable at this office. It is all women who work there and I really love that. It is a wonderful medical practice all around. Recommend 100%

My nurse practitioner was nice during my first visit but my second was with Dr.Probst and it was horrible. She was insensitive when I was nervous about a procedure then told me that what she wasnt hurting me when she was. I also had difficulties getting my records released and the receptionist is very rude. With such a sensitive area of medicine they could really do better

Dr Beth & Dr Probst are great. They talk to you as if you are their friend vs their patient. My delivery with Dr Probst was an amazing. She delivered my second child- a completely different experience from my first with another doctor. Their office is a bit old school, but the doctors are the best. I have never had any issues with billing or any of their staff. I highly recommend them.

Dr Susan J Probsts Office was the worst experience in a practitioners office I’ve ever experienced. The most unprofessional, mean, bullying experience that was given from the doctor herself was just unreal. She treats both her patients and her employees with zero and I mean zero respect. The nurse practitioner is great with most patients but horrible with employees as well. The amount of craziness that goes on this practice would make your head spin, walk away walk away walk away!Co-pays are collected when they’re not supposed to be, Medicare patients have to pay upfront, then Medicare is build, everything is about the money, not the patient. Patients have credits on their accounts somewhere over $2000, who needs a credit at a OB/GYN office! People pay their bills when there’s nothing due on their bills and instead of returning it they posted to the account and there’s it’s a credit! That’s just wrong! If you need a prescription called in they charge you for that, again that’s wrong if your insurance requires a prior authorization for study they charge you for that that’s just illegal, If you need a form filled out an excuse for work, any type of form they charge for that. Everything is about the money every employee is told every day, do you want to work for free I don’t work for free. This needs to stop, people need to realize this is not what a real practices like, I suggest you find a real practice, with caring understanding physicians.

I never put a view for anything or even the type to complain about any place even if I do have a poor experience but after a lot of thinking I just thought it was really important to share how this office handle my situation. The end of last year I found out I was pregnant and this office was my regular gynocegist so I continued to go here. On December 25th I had an extremely bad miscarriage where I had to go to the hospital from the amount of blood I kept losing. After I was finally allowed to leave the hospital because everything was slowing down and clean they obviously wanted me to follow up with my regular gynocegist to double check every thing was okay. Which is by far the right thing to do. Once my appointment date came around I backed out and I knew it was not the right choice but I just couldnt bring myself to go. I do not justify my choice as being the right choice in any way because it was very wrong of me but at that time I was in an extremely emotional state. Im only 21 and I just knew if I went in there I would have to talk about the situation and at the time I didnt want to do anything but forget it happened so I avoided doing anything that would remind me of it. After about month everything seemed fine and I was getting better at accepting what had happened. Then out of no where I started noticing things seem to be a little off again and I was finally at a point where I could put my emotions aside and tell myself I need to make sure my health is okay. I built up the courage to call this gynecologist office back knowing that I didnt make the right choice before and to show that I wanted to make sure I was okay. I left a message explaining the problems I was having and the response I got was unexpected. The nurse told me I could not make an appointment with them anymore because I didnt follow back up with them and said she couldnt even answer any of my questions over the phone even though was having critical medical issues again. At the time I accepted that answer and felt more awful and bottled it back up again because I felt like a horrible person. I ended up scrambling to set up an appointment with a completely new office that has no past medical records of me. By that time I couldnt work, eat or do much of anything. I ended up having to go to the hospital to get surgery and a blood transfusion. Looking back at this I am not saying I was right in anyway for not sticking to my follow up appointment but I also feel that being in a health care profession you take the emotional strain in to consideration. Especially working with womens health Im sure they deal with miscarriages all the time and I cannot be the only one that had trouble coping with the situation right away. Everyone deals with situations in completely different ways. Some people are good at handling difficult situations and some people are bad. I know Im not the best at it but Im young so Im working on it the best I can. I just felt that it was important to share because if you are trying to make a decision on what medical office to go to you want to make sure you are going somewhere that will be a little more understanding if you are ever in a traumatic experience.

I am a long time patient of hers. Every time I thought something mightve been wrong, she listened and checked. If shes not able to see me personally, because she also delivers her patients babies and does her surgeries I dont take it personal because the other ladies are great as well. She saw me throughout my miracle pregnancy and was there to deliver which I found comforting, because it wasnt some random doctor. Shes great and Ill remain her patient until the day she retires.

While I do like Dr Probst and she has helped me a lot, Im beginning to rethink if the rare time I spend with Dr Probst is worth the hassell, ordeal and ineptness of dealing with the office staff. Payments for prescriptions lost, having to go pull credit card statements to prove they were paid for because the office staff will not give you a receipt, having to wait a week to get a return call pertaining to lab work and the results after you have waited for a call to let you know the results anyway. If you need a prescription filled between visits, $5 fee, you cant call the pharmacy direct and request a refill, but the office wont call you back so you can order in the first place. I have truly never seen such a messed up office. I paid my bill......mail returned. What? Really? Seriously, beware.

I am so appalled and disgusted over my visit with Ms. Susan Probst! My experience with her was the worst health care experience I have ever had. She was more interested in degrading me about what type of insurance I have instead of being concerned with or tending to my health care needs. I am a young woman who has a full time job and am financially responsible for myself. She is the most unprofessional person I have ever met. She should not be in the health care profession and most certainly not able to advise or treat young women. When I called to get in to see a doctor because I was having health issues they told me to come in that same day at a specific time. I was 15 minutes early for my appointment, they couldnt find my chart from that morning and had to make another. I was taken back to an exam room asked to undress and was told the dr would be in, I waited naked in a exam room for over and hour with no one coming in to check on me or give me a status on when the dr would be in. I had to get dressed and go back out to ask someone if I was going to be seen, they told me to go back in and undress and wait. After several more minutes she came in and lectured me on how she fit me in so it was ok for her to disrespect me and my time. She lectured me on Obama Care(which I pay for my own insurance through my employer) and how if your getting free birth control and have problems to suck it up because your getting it free. She was not interested in the least about any health issues I was having. I will never go back to this office ever again and will tell everyone I can about my horrible experience! I unfortunately have to give at least one star to post this review, but she does not deserve that.

Since Covid I have been recheduling my appointment month by month waiting until I feel safer with less case numbers to visit the office, called in Monday 7/13 to reschedule my Thursday appointment for next month, they now want to charge me $50, even with giving then a 3 day notice! Told office staff they have ample time to fill in the spot so no reason to charge me. Quite unfair and very inconsiderate given the Covid situation and also the fact that I gave ample notice.

Dr. Probst lacks any bedside manner or manners in general. Was she raised in a barn? Shes one of the most disrespectful and vicious people Ive ever met. Its amazing to me shes still legally allowed to practice. Such a vile woman. She seems to take pleasure in making people feel small and belittled and verbal abuse comes very naturally to her. Avoid this demonic woman at all costs.

We have to beleave in the reviews, I saw many negative reviews about this place but I still used their services, they are inconsiderate to the patients. I had a $67 dollar bill and when I went to pay it 4 months later I found out that they were charging me 25 dollars finance fee every moth. I tried to talk to them to adjust this fee or give me a credit but they did not help at all. I am not happy that a doctor treat you as a pown that squize the customers.I had to pay $167 unhapilly instead of $67, they did great business as a finance institution and not as a medical center.

I have stuck it out with this place for a few years due to the proximity to my home. They are at times difficult to get ahold of by phone and their voicemail does NOT include hours of operation so who really knows when they are open. Once they told me I Definitely had a life altering, embarrassing, serious affliction after a visual inspection and when lab work came back, they were WRONG.Today, I took off work to go in for a miscarriage followup and they rescheduled me. Oh, they left a message an hour before. That doesnt cut it considering the time and money i lost at work.

Dr. Susan probst delivered my son and i loved her, she really was detailed. But they hire rude people. I would ask a question and feel like none of my questions were being answered. Heck a bunch of times i left with more questions than answers. Some of the people who work there should seriously not, can we say how rude they are.

My Experience with dr PROBST .. I made the biggest mistake of my life choosing this doctor I was 17 at the time I gave birth..me and my baby suffered for 2 days in labor with the cord around his neck and facing the wrong position for birth.. for what felt like a week drs came in and out of my room examining me as I suffered for over 48 hours FINALLY Dr PROBST came in and called for an emergency csection.. I was stuck at 7 cm for 2 hours and I remember this so distinctively like it happened yesterday..during my csection after she cut me open and started digging in(I felt everything she was doing I had only an epidural from labor so I felt everything I wasn’t completely numb but it didn’t hurt I was just able to feel it if that makes sense if u had an emergency section u would know) but she answered her phone while operating on me! and put her hands back inside my body! I will never forget that she was inside my body and took her cell phone out said I can’t talk right now I’m busy I distinctly remember her flip phone flipping shut and her put her hands back inside me..I turned and asked the lady at my head I’m assuming the anesthesiologist I asked her did she just pick up the phone and go back in my body?! She just looked at me didn’t say anything at this point I’m not sure if anybody can hear me because I’m numb so maybe my words aren’t coming out so I yell it to her and nothing but my mother seen it when I woke up I said to her did she answer her phone while she was in me yes she did and I can only assume the other doctors and nurses seen it as well.. and after she flipped her phone closed went right back into my open body.. the whole time I was wondering why my mom was so far away she was like 15 feet from me while I was on the table I didn’t know it was because my blood was in a 15 foot diameter around the table she couldn’t get close to me😦 after all this I was hospitalized for almost 2 weeks after my csection for infection obviously.. phones are about as clean as a toilet seat 😒finally she came in after a week I’m in there on antibiotics and pressed around my incision all this fluid burst into her face which was oddly very satisfying after what she had put me through frankly... disgusting I know but well deserved nonetheless.. further more years later I have been battling endometriosis since my son was born one can only assume due to the infection never closing my womb properly.. for months my incision was open.. my mom had to go in and clean it out..I had to get two surgeries to remove to masses of blood on my womb that accrued after my menstrual cycle every month..I will never forget the trauma i was put through at her hands.. if I can warn the next woman About the service I received from Susan PROBST it will have made my day! Not to mention after my infection in the hospital the office refused to see me because I owed the office $25 dollars... yep this is all completely 100% true story.. I finally had another baby 12 years later and I broke down on the table because it alllll came back to me..I was traumatized by what she did to me for longer than I knew and there was no blood on the floor with this csection and no infection thanks to a competent doctor 👨‍⚕️

Horrible experience. Was told I could pay for lab work at the office for a reduced price. Then was billed by lab and it was lower than the office changed and the lab is claiming they were never paid by the dr office. The office also required an additional full price visit to get the lab results.
