Wow! I’ve been to a few urgent cares and this is by far the absolute BEST one!!!!! The wait was very short and they didn’t ask you private info in front of everyone to hear in the waiting room, everything was discrete and professional. I was in and out within 35 minutes! The facility is very clean, well stocked, and has great equipment. The PA was very knowledgeable and made me feel very comfortable. He brought a female in the room with him which I appreciated. They gave me a few prescriptions and it was all ready when I arrived at the pharmacy. I was seriously very impressed from start to finish!!!Then 4 days later, they texted me and asked me how I’m doing, and offered me to book another appointment if needed.
Been here twice, from the front desk to the doctors and nurses all are kind and welcoming. Pretty fast for an urgent care and the process was seamless. PA Christine C. And her nurse took care of me today, they were both personable and efficient. Exceptional care, thanks!
Super friendly staff. I tend to get white coat syndrome and everyone here makes me feel comfortable. The wait time is not very long at all. I appreciate what everyone here does and will continue to support and come to this urgent care as needed. Thanks again.
Horrible. Made online appointment only to wait over an hour to be seen for five minutes and told to go to ER. Would Have been nice if they checks on my daughter I the waiting room and spared her all that pain and nausea in the waiting room for nothing.Horrible since new ownership
Great service. Appointment was scheduled almost immediately and I was taken in for evaluation on time. Treatment and evaluation by nurse and then by doctor was quick and comfortable. Diagnosis was rendered quickly and I was out the door in no time, on my way to the drug store for the antibiotic prescriptions.
Nice professional doctor and staff. The wait was a bit long to get to the room and for the doctor to come see me , but once he arrived he did a great job to listen, ask questions and take care of my issue. Nice urgent care facility. Would recommend 👌.
Genius People - Love and Efficiency in the house -> Thank You! ... fyi background on how we got there ... a relative tripped in the bedroom and was covered in blood with gash on her head ... 20 minutes later I was able to get relative to Urgent Care ... they processed us immediately and ushered her into room where she was treated ... very professional ... great bed-side manners, super smart, super rooted in urgent care experiences ... gratitude ... highly recommend ... also recommend the medical glue (if possible) vs going for stitches ...
We walked in on a Sunday with a deep laceration that needed stitches. Believe it or not, we were in & out in less than 40 minutes! The staff was knowledgeable, professional and did a beauitful job with the stitches and all the care it required including a Dtap. It felt more like a primary drs office, with an already scheduled follow up visit to remove the stitches with the same provider. Highly recommend.
This is the 3rd time we have gone here, made an appointment and waited over an hour for a doctor that wasnt there. This is also not a great place to take kids. They are consistently bad with throat cultures. They swab forever and are rough and gag my kids which never happens at the pediatricians office. They are not kind about it either. Also,I have geographical tongue and the doctor told me I had thrush, which i do not.I was also offered antibiotics when strep was negative for my teenager, and i asked why we would need an antibiotic, she just said, just in case. I just dont think these doctors are very good or nice.
Christine, the PA who took care of me, was very thorough. She made sure she understood what’s going on with my eye and she did follow ups to my ophthalmologist way past clinic hours and updated me on the treatment plan. All these happened over the weekend and she made sure my ophthalmologist has her notes before passing over my treatment to her. Highly recommended!
I really like the facility and the doctors, but this time, even with a specific appointment, I had to wait over one hour for a three minute exam. I’ve not had this happen before, and hope that it was an anomaly.
The care that this place gives is so true and genuine. Christine and Lulu jumped right into action to take care of me. The empathy is palpable and Christine’s sweet demeanor is infectious ! Thank you all so much.
Walked in at 9:45am to get my son an xray. There was a patient ahead of us being informed by receptionist the X-ray tech won’t be onsite until around 10:30. That patient was upset that she was told to come for 9:45 when tech wasn’t even there yet. At 10:45ish the nurse took us back in the room assessed my son and said provider would be in soon. Provider came about an hour later, assessed my son and said she would get xray ordered. 15 mins later I’m informed the tech left and was in Newtown. She said I could come back in about an hour and tech would be back. I don’t understand why the tech would leave when there is another patient onsite waiting for an xray.
Outstanding service all around: from the minute you come in and register with the receptionist to every single person one interacts with thereafter. When you meet the doctor she truly exemplifies the culture below her. I was just impressed with the overall experience.
Extremely professional from start to finish. Only waited a few minutes. Loved the woman I saw. Very down to earth, polite and was right on the money. Highly recommend.
Receptionist were very pleasant and efficient with helping me. The medical professionals were very pleasant, efficient and knowledgeable as it related to my issue. I was glad they were there when I had the need. Saved my weekend and took care of my pain.
Exhausted. I was the last patient to visit the center. I told them Im suffering and need my prescription tonight. Clearly, they did not send the prescription even after contacting their on-call service two times. The patient who left the center before me got his medicine from the same pharmacy I was suppose to receive mine. That is a shame to not be caring only because they wanted to close. They could initially not admit me and I could try another urgent care and instead dont suffer another night
The provider I saw was PA Lynn Baylis whose expertise and strong medical background made me feel relaxed and confident. She was a good listener concerned about my overall health issues and requested necessary tests to determine why I had the symptoms I did. I left the office with the necessary testing scriptsand diagnosis and felt that I would be on the road to feeling better soon.Lynn Baylis is definitely an asset and such a well qualified provider for Physicians One Urgent Care in Ridgefield! Her experience and expertise were top notch! She was truly wonderful with the compassionate care she gave me.Thank you!
Every aspect of my PhyscianOne experience was outstanding: ease of scheduling; the pleasantness of the receptionist; registration process; &, especially, the initial nurse, the x-ray technician, the brace cast representative, & finally the kind & very professional PA. I was very impressed & satisfied with my visit.
On time for the appointment, 3-4 minutes to complete and update personal information, 2 minutes later in the examining room with the nurse and 5 minutes later with the doctor and 5 minutes later heading out the door. Fast and efficient, just how I like it.
I had a very positive experience at Urgent Care in RIdgefield, Ct. I appreciate being able to make an appointment. I was given several appropriate tests for my severe sore throat…all of which were negative. I highly recommend this facility.
I was impressed with how spacious and clean the waiting room exam room, & office was. I was grateful to get an appt last minute on a Sunday. The doctor was caring, capable, and professional.
Or wait was less then 30 min. And our entire time at your office was a little more than 1hr. All our needs were filled and the staff was great.
Waiting room experience fine. Nurse was fine. After my results came back of strep test. Waited an extra 20 mins to finally see a doctor. Then she was in there for 2 mins looked at throat and ears and said I dont have strep and that was it. I was there for an hour in total and saw a doctor for 2 mins. I almost felt like what was the point of waiting for a doctor to just read the results preformed by nurse.
Overall the experience was okay. I did have to wait a while which was expected. The doctor was helpful and was able to diagnose and prescribe the needed medications which were filled very quickly. They also completed my daughter’s paperwork very quickly for school. My one issue was with the woman who did the intake. She kept touching her mask and putting it up and down. She did not recognize one of my daily medications and asked a question that made me wonder about her credentials. I understand that they do the rapid tests at the beginning of the appointment so that the results are ready when the doctor comes in but she kept asking me what tests I wanted and it just seemed weird for me to be the one to decide that before I actually consulted the doctor. There was also apparently some erroneous information in my chart from last time (they had marked that I had hypertension which I have never had). If you need to be seen it’s worth it and they will get the job done, but it’s a bit disorganized.
My husband had a virtual visit they told him to go swab in person. He NEVER got the results because they told him he needed to wait for a phone call which never happened. Such a shame, we’ve never experienced some like this
My exam was great! One problem you have my daughters name on my chart. Please correct this ASAP
This was the best urgent care experience hands down! Dr. Roberts is the absolute best. We learned so much and received excellent care. Thank you so much. We definitely highly recommend them to anyone in need.
Excellent care loooooooooong wait - with appointment. The PA’s are great, just too few on a Sunday.Arrived at 1200 for 1215 left at 2:15. Had 4 stitches removed.
If anyone actually reads this review and employed by Ridgefield urgent care, They can. contact me. Either way, Im going through the medical board and better business bureau. Ive never entered a medical establishment where Im at the point of collapse and several people were unprofessional, delayed treatment, waited 37 min for a tele visit while in the room to finally walking out almost 3 hrs later with no definitive report, no medication, and simply took myself to the ER.Why make an online appt of theyre going to make you wait 1 hr. There were only 3 other patients in the waiting room.To then suggest a televisit, but have to wait 37 min for the televisit, only after I went to the office to ask if I was going to be attended sometime that hour. Vitals were performed no listening to lungs. Covid rsv and flu performed so I waited. Assuming the delay is for the results of test. I mentinoned to televisit doctor who informed me she was not on the premises . mentioned I had difficult breathing and tightness of chest. Televisit doctor said she would reach out to staff to habe dr on site come speak to me.. after being seen finally by a physician assistant she listened to my lungs ,then requested an ekg, technician came in with a robe, left and returned, did the ekg, said she would be right back, while Im laying gasping for air, while my breaat are exposed to the open door she walked out of. I cover myself, she performed another ekg. When done, she doesnt help lift me up, my glasses fall to the ground she looks back from the door. I sit up tentavily then pick up my glasses. Thank goodness I wasnt lightheaded or dizzy. I wait and wait, covid rsv and flu performed, all came negative performed, and still Im waiting not sure for what. its already more than 2.5 hours. So I hold on to the wall, open the door and go to the nurse area, only 1 person there. I muster enough to speak loudly and say is there anyone here going to finished up? Im sitting here for over too long. The nurse goes to get the doctor, i dont move. The doctor comes out and says she will be with me shortly, i dont move. The doctir comes out again goes to her office to retrieve the ekg, I still dont move. Im literally gasping for air. She says ekg are inconclusive but to err on caution, i should go to er, shows me what she see, asks me if I can get myself to er.. Wow Total waste of time and delayed treatment. I went for a simple head congestion and possible cold. Refused to give me any medication for theshortness of breathe due to the cold and congestion . I hightailed it out of their. I did grab a lollipop because my mouth was so dry from breathimg through my mouth when my nostrils are so stuffy . Never going there again
It was one of my first visit to your urgent care, and it was a very, very pleasant one. Everyone was very courteous, and the PAs were very knowledgeable, and very helpful
Two hour wait for covid test results with an appointment. They could not get telehealth to work then had to wait for PA.
Saw a PA quickly, she had experience with eye injuries (that was very reassuring for me). Had a thorough exam and opted for some drops from the local pharmacy. All turned out good
Visiting from out of town, and everything went quickly and great! Christine has the best bedside manner and took wonderful care of my foot! Awesome service!
I just saw Dr. Shahid for a very nasty infection. He was fantastic! His manner and obvious knowledge and intelligence made it a great experience! Michael Feldman
Made appointment, visited office and got prescription all in less than an hour. Recommend highly!
This place was great. I pre- registered online, they checked me in with ease. The doctor was amazing, checked me out thoroughly, asked questions, and gave a lot of options for medication and treatment of my symptoms. She was patient, took her time, and really had a good read on what I was feeling/experiencing. So much more than most urgent care doctors I have seen. The only reason I cannot give 5 stars is for the wait. There was a wait in the waiting room and then again while I was in the examining room. But, I would still go back as this was the best urgent care I have received in quite a long time.
Excellent care ! No wait. Filled out forms & my name was called ! (I checked online first - it said 12 in line. I waited an hour - it said 0 in line. ) Both the tech & the Doc. were courteous + professional.
Very attentive the Doctor and nurse and the receptionist!Thank you very much! 👍♥️Amelia PetreRidgefield, CT
This was my first experience at this urgent care on a very busy Saturday afternoon. Everyone at this facility was thoughtful, professional and caring. They helped me with the registration and paperwork as I had a severe ear issue. The facility was spacious and very clean. The staff all worked together in a very positive way. Though I live in a nearby town I picked this urgent care because of very positive reviews online and the fact they were open weekends which many urgent cares are not.Because of my ear involvement I needed to be seen but they do also offer virtual visits.Would definitely use this facility again.
I had the best experience all around at Physician One Ridgefield yesterday. I had flu like symptoms so made an appointment online for the same day which was easy. Once I got there, they got me right in. Both the nurse and the PA were super friendly & accommodating and reassured me I was going to be ok. While I was waiting for my results they gave me Tylenol, water, and goldfish. Results came in quickly and they were able to call in my prescription right away. The whole team was incredible and made me feel so much better! 5+ stars!!
Check in was seamless and quick. Nurse and Doctor were both excellent. So glad to have this clinic in my neighborhood!
Excellent care. Friendly and caring. My only slight criticism is how long it took to see me before i got in as well as waiting for the doctor once I was seated in the treatment area. I did have a prescheduled appointment.
Doctors very nice. Primary physician was thorough. One question how will I be alerted with test results?
I visited PhysicianOne feeling terrible. The office was clean, it was easy to sign in even without an appointment. Once signed in, their system sent me a link to complete my paperwork online. Quick and easy. I was called up to the desk for a few additional items and my co-pay was paid. I was called back a few minutes later. My nurse was very nice and the PA was in shortly after. She also was very nice and checked me out, gave me the diagnosis and had me all set in 10 minutes. The prescriptions were waiting for me when I arrived at the pharmacy. I would definitely recommend them. There was only one snafu and it was with the information collection. I’d already entered my insurance info online and was asked again for it at the desk. Not a big deal, but I’d think that once entered it would populate the internal systems but that didn’t happen. So minor. But overall great experience. Thank you!
So grateful to have such caring and attentive staff and physicians. PhysicianOne has taken such good care of my family and me for years. The woman at the front desk at our most recent visit was super friendly and helpful. Even though we showed up late in the day, she was still upbeat and positive and showed my son such empathy.
The Doctors are always on top of your particular situation. Very knowledgeable and professional. I’ve always had a good and productive experience.
Superlative Excellence noted in kind, caring, and effective help by Drs Lynn, Goffe, Maria, and Miriam. God bless each of you forever! I am to grateful to each of you!!!
Rubi, the nurse and Marc, the PA were very friendly, compassionate and helpful. After my own doctors office was too busy to see me, I felt grateful and in good hands.Front desk was friendly as well and wait time as a walk-in acceptable, ca 30 min.
We were in and out in good time. Doctor was top notch...kind and thorough. I highly recommend Physician One.
Came in a bit before closing and the staff was very attentive. Dr Lynn diagnosed the problem and called the Riteaid immediately as the CvS and Walgreens pharmacies were closed.
I was able to get into see the PA within and hour of my arrival (this the 3 stars). I felt the wait was a bit long with only 4 individuals in the waiting area and no noted wait time on the screen. Once back my treatment was excellent! They gave me a quick check up, diagnosed, tested me , and gave me a treatment plan.
Every member of the staff I interacted with was friendly, kind, and helpful. I was able to make an appointment so my wait time was reasonable. Its invaluable to have a service like this available when my PCP cant see me for an acute appointment.
Terrible. Physicians assistant didnt offer any help. Made no suggestions for pain relief for a sore on my tongue. Mentioned the word biopsy which was upsetting. Waste of time and money.
What can I take for pain while taking Olumiant? The computer didnt work when inputting my medicines. What is the tape you used on me? Ill get some at the drugstore. Why doI need to follow. up with an orthopedist when its a broken baby toe? Could I go to the podiatrist in New Canaan?. I dont live nearDanbury. I was there an hour..came on time...waited through 2 emergencies.
My first time visiting Physician’s One. I didn’t feel like taking the long drive to my primary care doctor. I had a great experience. Easily booked the appointment and filled out the new patient paperwork online. Everyone was professional and friendly. I would definitely visit again.
I always get excellent care here. Not a long waiting time , kind staff and PA Christine Cannata is wonderful.
Clean and efficient experience. Dr. Lynn was lovely and has a great bed side manner. Would visit this clinic again. Everyone from the front desk person to the tech were great and friendly. Understanding as well considering that you are not at your best when you visit.
Came in for an infected ear. Christine was kind and knowledgeable! Really great patient care and made me feel valued. Thank you!
They should be ashamed of themselves. My 77 yr old mother was driven there by my 16 year old daughter , they stopped taking patients , but still open for 30 more minutes and not one other person in the waiting room. Disgusting treatment and so dismissive. Get some humans that actually care and want to be there.
Getting an appointment for my cough and congestion on a saturday was very easy. The check in process was quick and efficient. The entire team was very professional, thorough and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. I would highly recommend this urgent care clinic.
The doctor was kind, thorough and knowledgeable. The staff were wonderful.
I had a good experience with a short wait time getting me right into the room within 20 minutes of my arrival so that was good. My prescription experience afterward was not the best but they rectified it. So overall I will recommend this Ridgefield site and go back there again if needed.
Very disappointed at the quality of care that myself and my family has experienced at POUCR over the last year and a half. Will never be returning here again.
Dr Roberts is a gem. She has a GREAT bedside manner & knew what she was doing & saying. Indeed all the staff & nurses were great. Thank You!
Convenient location and easy access to appointments. I was seen by doctor in a reasonable amount of time and prescribed appropriate medication.
Excellent experience. Got in on time, the entire staff was friendly and professional. Kristine in particular was very reassuring as she was removing my surgical staples.Top notch team.
Love having PhysicianOne Urgent Care in our neighborhood. It’s convenient and the staff is very friendly and helpful!
Had a bad cough for a few days and a terrible sore throat for a day. Got an appointment within an hour and was taken in right away. The aide, Lulu, was very friendly, and the PA, Lynn, was very nice. Testing was done quickly and I was given instructions to help get better.
Can’t say enough about the wonderful care we were given at the Ridgefield office. Dr. Lynn Baylis Was exceptionally kind to my daughter and I. Dr. Lynn saw us and did an examination and ordered the appropriate tests. It was nice going to an office and not feeling we were being over diagnosed or given antibiotics for no reason. The receptionist, Sam was absolutely lovely and quick at checking us in. And the nurse on call, Alyssa, was so gentle with my daughter and made sure she felt comfortable the entire time. We will definitely look to go back to this office in the future. Thank you for the wonderful care, Dr. Lynn!
Easy to make online appointment and fill out paperwork, prompt and able to get strep test results immediately! Everyone was very pleasant, I would use them again without hesitation! Nice, convenient office.
They are a very nice group of competent people who give great care. I felt at ease and I felt like they all truly cared about my concerns
Lynne the PA was amazing! Lynne was super thorough/meticulous and the nurses could not be kinder!
Not too much in terms of paperwork. Wait time was about 30 minutes on a Saturday morning. Clean and sterile facilities. Young but thoughtful and caring physician and staff.Took off stars because they sell their patients’ personal information to marketers. It is my personal opinion that this is not only a violation of the Hippocratic oath but really unnecessary for physicians who are already the best paid members of society. It’s beyond a little icky to force this policy onto sick people, it’s really pretty gross.
I called ahead but was told there were no appointments and that I could walk in. There was a significant wait but the staff are pleasant and the service was conducted professionally! I hope I dont get sick again but if I do Id definitely return to PhysicianOne for treatment. PA Lynn Baylis was very patient in explaining everything to me. Thank you.Happy New Year to Everyone at PhysicianOne in Ridgefield, CT!
Great doctor, she listened to what i had to say and was very helpful in resolution. Will definitely return.
This was my first experience with POUCR. I was very impressed with the professionalism of the staff and how well they worked and coordinated with each other. The initial interview was professional and efficient. The doctor was well briefed and got straight her examination. I had an outstanding experience!
Great experience with PhysicianOne Richfield. Online scheduling and form filling work like a charm. It was definitely a first. Kudos. Waits were short, results were quick and prescriptions were on the money. It was great to see medical care back to what it used to be.
Excellent care from Doctor for my burn which he verified was infected. Staff is very nice and helpful.
Very professional & accommodating. My problem was not a medical emergency but my regular MD couldn’t see me until 1/3/24. I was uncomfortable & could not sleep due to a UTI. Urgent care saw me the same day & got me the prescription I needed. Doctor Baylis was attentive & efficient in treating me. Wonderful care!
I love this place - i was a walk in & appreciated the easy check-in process & calm waiting room. The doctor I saw, Christine, was AMAZING. She made me feel so calm and at ease & explained everything so well :) I will be coming back in the future!
I had an allergic reaction and they quickly diagnosed & prescribed a medication. They are very efficient & professional.
Very easy intake, saw me quickly and provided excellent care. Love knowing that this urgent care center is right here in Ridgefield!
The doctor was great and the nurse was to but really slow at the same time.
What a wonderful experience! I had to get stitches on my leg from a deep cut. I was seen promptly, and the 2nd year student PA (who was very well supervised the whole time) did the cleaning and stitching. I was very impressed by his confidence and skill. I would go back anytime vs any other walk-in I have seen. Thank you!!
All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Theres a pharmacy right around the corner for speedy prescription pick up.
Best medical facility I’ve ever entered! I have been to PhysicanOne in Ridgefield a few times and am always impressed at the knowledge and professionalism of everyone there. The visit never feels like an urgent care factory, it is always comforting and feels like they take the time to properly assess and advise on the condition. Highly Recommended to all my Bethel neighbors…it is well worth the 10 extra minute drive vs the alternatives in the area.
We had an appointment, still waited an over hour before getting called into a room. Once we we were called in we waited again to see the nurse, who was super nice. She heard my child’s symptoms, looked her over, checked her vitals and decided to do a urine sample. We waited another 45 minutes before the PA came in to yet again ask her what her symptoms were as if she never met with the nurse. When she explained her symptoms she was told urgent care wasn’t a place for her concerns, that their focus was Covid, strep, flu & rsv tests. To which I responded, since when? I thought this was an “urgent care”. No check over, no concerns about how she was feeling, it was all about how busy this office, that printers or computers were slow, and that they didn’t have time or the ability to see what was wrong. We asked what happened with the urine test, only to be told they weren’t sure & the PA check.Waited another 30 minutes for the PA to come back with some printed papers, a bit more compassion, and her thoughts that we should call our primary care doctor & see them on Monday. Oh, and that maybe she has a bacterial infection so a prescription for an antibiotic would be sent in.Needless to say 2 1/2 hours later and nothing substantial to go on. This was a complete waste of our time. Maybe Urgent Care should change their name to include a Covid, flu, strep, rsv testing site only. All other medical concerns please go somewhere else.I’ve been coming here for years with emergencies when my doctor has been closed and I’ve never had this experience. Not sure I’ll rush back. The only reason I gave this review 2 stars was because the nurse was very sweet and took the time to hear her concerns and provide suggestions.
Turned us away. They stopped taking walk-ins even though online it still said they were, what is the point of urgent care if you don’t take walk-ins? Better organization is needed so that patients in need of care are not turned away at the door.
I was feeling really sick and submitted a request to speak with someone prior to hours and a woman named Tameka was so helpful. I was anxious about getting in to be seen and she was helpful, lighthearted and compassionate. Its so important for that voice over the phone to make you feel at ease which is what she did. She set up an appointment for me and everyone in the Ridgefield office from the woman at the front desk to my nurse who took my vitals to the PA who took care of me was kind and welcoming. I was seen quickly and given advice on what to do. Overall a great experience from beginning to end!
Really value and appreciate being able to make an appointment same day and receive good healthcare!
What a wonderful caring team! Many thanks to Sam for her concern and quick action!
This is a great local walk-in facility. I booked my appointment online and they opened promptly at 8AM. The receptionist, nurse and PA could not have been friendlier despite the early hour. They test for Covid, flu and strep right there in the office which is a huge...I left feeling well cared for and will definitely return!
I went to urgent care with flu like symptoms the people who work there were so nice and efficient even though I was a walk in, I was seen pretty quickly with the option of telehealth and when I needed more then that they saw to it right away. I wish they could see patients regularly because they are so caring and efficient
I walked into a very busy waiting room with a serious finger injury. I was attended to with great care from the moment I walked in until I walked out with a stitched up finger tip. Everyone was so kind, from the woman who checked me in to the nurse and the physician assistant. So grateful for everyone.
When I walked in, EXACTLY on time, my appointment showed as cancelled! It took forever to check in…. When I finally got called, they had the wrong chart! 🤦🏻♀️I had to wait 30-min, but I was the only one there!???All so needed was a urine test!OMG people, get it together! You are an URGENT CARE Center!!!!!!!!!!
Great experience today my daughter had a lot of ear pain and we were able to get seen quickly.
Great service. Great place to go when you need to receive quick care.
I called ahead because my daughter had an accident at daycare. They took me right in and the receptionist shared her personal coloring book so my two year old daughter would stop crying. Another medical assistant came in to check on us and offered my daughter a lollipop which cheered her up again. The nurses and doctors were so caring and patient with my daughter. She’s doing so much better today and I would 100% come back here and recommend to anyone needing a calm place to bring themselves and their children. Thank you!!!
I gave 2 stars because the nurse & PA were very nice & helpful.I made an appointment for 1pm. I arrived & was told to take a seat & i would be call up to the counter to be registered in. At 2pm I was still sitting in the waiting area NOT REGISTERED YET. Walk ins that came in after me were being registered & seen first.Once i told her she never registered me, she did so, with an attitude! I waited another HOUR before I was called back. Once called back, they did some tests & said it took 20 minutes to get results. I sat there for another HOUR! The nurses & PA were very nice but the girl at the front desk needs to get it together. Waiting 2 HOURS to be seen when I had an appointment is RIDICULOUS!I drove from Norwalk because Ridgefield had an APPOINTMENT avaliable. It literally took 4 HOURS out of my day including driving time. OUTRAGEOUS!Ive been to the office in norwalk multiple times & NEVER had an experience like this! Please fix it for future patients.Thanks.
Easy to get appointment. Quick check in. PA was great. No X-ray there so she sent me down block and I got it. Results weren’t exact due to X-ray place and two people there went way out of their way to get me results. I’d recommend and I’d go back.
Front desk was extremely helpful and professional. Exam room was clean and comfortable. Testing was done in a professional manner by a very sweet young lady. I recently moved to Ridgefield and dont have a primary care physician yet. I would continue to use Physician one urgent care for as long as I need to.
Had to bring my dad in today. Some new faces.Same pleasant, professional experience . So much more convenient than the emergency room. A+
The mobile signup is cumbersome. Glad I wasn’t real sick.
Made appointment online. Everything went smoothly. Dr Warren and staff were great.
I have used the Ridgefield Physician One several times and went this week for a painful muscle pull in my leg. I made online appointment for 8:30 am and was seen promptly. The staff at this location is helpful and kind. Dr. Woerner was great. Diagnosed my problem, explained and sent me home with instructions to help heal and reduce pain. Very knowledgeable and compassionate.I would recommend Physician One when you need to see a doctor promptly.
The wait was short which is important when your in pain. All of the staff were super especially the PA Lynn Higgins. She listened and did her best to help me with a very painful shoulder injury. I can’t get an appt with the doc until January with my new ortho group. The most important part of medical services is to feel seen and cared about. Thank you!
Great “bedside manner” from reception to medical professionals. Prompt test results and communication with patients supports our confidence with their diagnostic expertise. Exceptional care for weary patients who need and seek “urgent care” outside hospitals settings.
After waiting 30 minutes to be seen by the nurse and another 25 minutes to see the doctor, it was excellent as usual!
My first visit in about 5 years. Friendly, professional, and best of all, efficient. Very happy with my walk-in on a Sunday morning.
Quick and courteous! In and out in 45 minutes, not too bad for walk ins!
Very well organized check in/out process. Very clean. Very friendly.
Very clean and well organized office. Very polite and accommodating staff.Minimal time in waitingThank you!It was a very positive experience in spite of my state of health
Everyone was very nice and professional. The front desk person took her time to call the insurance company to resolve some issues.
Beautiful, clean space. Kind physicians, quick diagnosis and quick response by physician
Dr. Robert’s and her team are incredibly thorough and extremely helpful. They are the nicest staff and actually take the time to sit down and go through any questions you might have. Can’t recommend them enough!
The care was delivered quickly, professionally and with heartfelt bedside manner. I can not say enough about how well I was treated, Both the injury and myself as a person. It’s been said, “People don’t care how much you know until they know how much you care.” These people cared, from the front desk to the Doc. And they knew what they were doing. Excellent is the rating.
I had a 3:00 appointment and wasn’t seen for 90 minutes. I was told there were two people in front of me and that I’d be seen soon. I should have been made aware how backed up they were. I was miserable. Why take appointments when those times don’t actually mean anything?
Have had very positive experiences at Physician One Urgent care- from Sam up front at check in, Alyssa the medical assistant and Lynne the PA. All very helpful, caring and willing to listen to my concerns. The booking was easy, the wait time reasonable, and most importantly I was able to get a good treatment plan and get my medicine quickly. Thank you to the team at Physician One Ridgefield
They did a great job. Everyone was very thorough they gave me the medicine I needed and explained what to watch for. The wait was minimal and all the staff was amazing.
Efficient, professional and friendly. I really appreciated my experience here.I’ve been a second time since I wrote the above and they did not fail to continue to be efficient, professional and friendly. The team is well educated and cares for their patients. I am again very impressed.
The staff was remarkable! I usually have very little trust in Urgent Cares but this place has totally changed my view! Waiting time was super short, the woman at the front desk was so kind, and the nurse and doctor were EXTREMELY educated providing an immense amount of information making me feel confident leaving at the end. 100% recommend!
I used to think this place was pretty good and was grateful to have in town but yesterdays visit was disorganized and completely unhelpful. If they’re not going to be able to give actual medical advice and just advise basic Tylenol etc they should just say that up front and not make you wait over an hour for nothing. It seems they can’t do anything but Covid tests or unless you’ve been sick for 10-14 days. I was seen by 3 people and I’m not sure any of them were even a doctor.
Love ridgefield urgent care best staff and doctors so friendly and sweet make you feel super comfortable
Everyone was wonderful! They all took great care of me!!! Everyone was very thorough!!!
I am thoroughly impressed with the level of care and expertise provided at The PhysicianOne urgent care in Ridgefield, the staff is an exceptional team who demonstrates a deep understanding of their field and genuine concern for their patients well-being.Thank you!!
Terrible experience for first time I went in yesterday and they took me inside the doctors room at 10:30 and waited for the doctor to come in an hour and 30 min and no one came in to tell me what’s happening I went to the reception lady to ask what’s going on and she said it’s busy I should wait another few minutes while I was talking to her a lady that came after me was going out and she was assisted and I felt that was wrong off them because I came first and she was behind me inthe line and we both were walk-ins but she was assisted first I still cannot figure out why, and didn’t wanna ask much but I felt like it’s was because of my color skin. I’ll never go there again i Don’t recommend it for anyone.
It was a very good experience. I was able to make an appointment and everything went smooth and on time!
I made an appt on line and when I arrived I was called up and signed in quickly and pleasantly. I was taken back right on time. The nurse took vitals, information and a Covid test. She said the doc would be in after results came back about 20 minutes. Then I sat in the little room for an hour and heard nothing,When the Dr or PA not sure, came in he apologized profusely and said the test came back inconclusive and they had to resubmit. But he did his exam and diagnosed and called in prescriptions still apologizing and said it never should have happened. I think someone must have forgotten I was there. But his pleasant and professional demenur made up for it. I made it to pharmacy in time and they later told me the test came back negative. Kudos to that Dr/PA as he made a wrong-right!
Made an appointment online. Had to wait only 15 min or so. The nurse and the PA(Linda) were courteous and professional. Was very happy with the service provided.
Awesome experience! Had an injured finger and walked in with no appointment and within 90 minutes was seen, x-rayed, seen by the doctor and evaluated and given a diagnosis (finger sprain!) Very friendly and efficient service. Grateful theyre in town!
I came into the office in bare feet, and my nightgown, with blood gushing from a cut on my hand. The office staff was top notch, handling my sudden, and somewhat hysterical, arrival. But the true gem was Christine, the PA, who handled my situation with professionalism, grace, empathy, and honesty. As soon as Grace took over, I knew I was in good hands. My stitches are clean, neat and even, and I am confident that I couldn’t have gotten better medical attention anywhere. Christine is a true asset to your facility and to Ridgefield.
A long wait on a hot weekend, but, as always, a friendly and courteous environment
We visited this site while we were staying with family (we are from Boston) and my 6yo developed a fever and sore throat. We walked in without an appt and they were able to see us within a reasonable amount of time. The staff were all great. The MA made sure my kid felt comfortable even while doing the awful throat swab. The PA (Christine) was really fantastic! She had great energy, great communication, so wonderful bedside manner with my kid. I am super grateful this location has a rapid molecular strep test (not antigen) which is much more reliable, AND we didn’t have to wait for a throat culture to result which would take days. We were able to get him started on antibiotics right away (there’s a Walgreens about 200ft away). We’ve been to many urgent cares near us in MA but this was by far the best experience so far.
Went in for a visit. Doctor was very rude and made us feel incredibly uncomfortable for asking questions, which is not how it should be with a doctor. She seemed like we were a waste of time and frustrated we were there even though teledoc had told us to go. I dont recommend going here if you want quality care from doctors who care about their patients.
This is my second experience with the same Dr. Sometimes antibiotics needs to be prescribed . Not be told your ok to go back to work. You don’t know my body . Sinus infections are usually very physically painful for me. Shutdowns my body , sinus pressure is unbearable, one simple antibiotic brings me back to life. I dont need to be charged again for another visit and pay copay . Its very disappointing. Not everyone works from home .
I’ve turned to PhysicianOne on several occasions when I’ve had an urgent medical need. Without exception I’ve received prompt and capable treatment that has solved the problems I was experiencing. I think PhysicianOne is a great resource in our community. Thanks for being there.
The doctor was quick, energetic, and professional in dealing with my infected blister
Absolutely the worst service. First incident we had an appointment at 11 were not taken until 3. There were not a lot of people ahead of us. The medical help just walked around and chatted the entire time we were sitting in the room waiting. Second time, booked appointment day before, when we arrive they notified us that we will not be taken and can’t check in because they are having a meeting. A meeting that was running into our appointment time. We had to leave and comeback at a different time. When checking in, new policy, insurance is not enough, there mustBe a credit card on file. If there is no card they will NOT see the patient. DO BETTER!!!!
Dr. Roberts is a wonderful listener and shows genuine care for her patients. It is rare to find good health care, and Ridgefield Physician One does an exceptional job at patient care and communication. Thank you so much.
I am so very impressed with this Urgent Care. The facility itself is clean and well thought out. I brought my elderly mother here and the staff from the receptionist to the PA, my mother was treated with respect and kindness. Darwin the nurse was very gentle wirh her when he triaged her and Lynne the PA was great. My mother left feeling like she got the personal care so often lacking now.Thank you so much
This is an efficient health clinic with courteous and knowledgeable staff. We are lucky to have them in Ridgefield.
I came in with a UTI and possible kidney infection. I waited in the waiting room for an hour shivering, throwing up etc. only to be brought into a room to be told to go to the hospital. By the time I got to the hospital my body was in shock. If they would have looked at the note and me they could have told me they wouldn’t be able to help, and I could have gotten to the hospital sooner. I was extremely disappointed with how the situation was handled.
Beware of this place: we have insurance and we’re charged almost $400. Working it out between them and insurance has been a nightmare. Go somewhere else**Update**I was finally able to talk to an appeals agent with my insurance company. This place is stating they are IN NETWORK but bill from another company name and address that is out of network. Claims department told me it was their 3rd appeal from them this month . This is fraudulent and I will be reporting to blue cross to have the on network status removed. They have been very unhelpful in trying to correct this. Having to go through credit card instead.
I always have a great experience here. The staff are lovely to deal with.
Wonderful experience. My own doctor could not get me in for 2 days. Decided I needed to be seen today. Chose PhysicianOne ( Ridgefield) because of the closeness to my job and the convenient hours. They were great. Polite , concerned, attentive. Was in and out in less than a hour. Would have waited much longer at my doctor’s office or the ER. Solved my issue. I was very pleased with the whole experience. I would highly recommend this location.
Everyone was very nice and helpful. They were also extremely thorough.
Dr. Robert’s and her staff was incredible. The clinic was clean, the staff kind and comforting and the care was exceptional. I highly recommend the practice.
I was pretty sure I had an infection. And an infection calls for antibiotics, like it or not. I understand they are on the front lines, risking their own health, but for the Love of Pete, put a hand on me to examine the problem. Sorry, not a virus as diagnosed by the crunchy Anti- antibiotic doctor. With pain skyrocketing by afternoon, it was diagnosed elsewhere as an infection. Amoxicillan became the drug of comfort. Wake up. Not everyone walks thru your doors with a virus. Zero stars!
Almost two hour wait- not because of emergencies. They only had one provider. should not have open spots to book on line if there is only one provider. The medical assistant was clearly untrained and the provider care was mediocre. I am a nurse practitioner so feel I am a credible reviewer.
We came to the Physicians one in Ridgefield on a busy morning. The front desk staff was kind and patient in every interaction with each patient. The nurse was lovely and the doctor was lovely and upbeat. She was very knowledgeable and thorough and my daughter and I received the help we needed. It was a very positive urgent care experience.
Very short wait time. Helpful and friendly staff.
The office is very clean and plenty of space for personal space. You are welcomed as soon as you walk thru the door by very professional staff. The intake process is easy you can fill out your information ether electronically or on paper. The exam rooms are clean and well lighted. Highly recommend this facility for your medical needs.
Made an appointment and filled out all the paperwork. Got there early and still waited 40 minutes to be seen. A little frustrating. The staff was incredibly friendly and professional but waiting was tough.
Saw walkins ahead of scheduled appointment. When asked about it the front desk receptionist was very rude confrontational and lied about the situation saying everyone had a scheduled appointment and I was free to leave when I wanted. Later found out it was due to an emergency. This is very understandable and had it been communicated to me the situation would have been resolved cordially. Instead the receptionist lied and got extremely hostile when asked about her lie. This receptionist has no business being in a customer facing position. The medical staff were extremely cordial and helpful. They treated me with care kindness and explained the reason for delays. Had it not been for the medical professionals I would have given one star.
The experience was delightful. Everything was top notch. The app allowed me to check in and see that there was only one person in front of me. My appointment came up exactly ON TIME. The in take nurse asked very thoughtful questions and fully prepared the doctor before he saw me. The Doctor was super friendly, trustworthy, and extremely helpful. We had a detailed discussion about my symptoms and he diagnosed me with a great balance of OTC and RXs, which have already started working. I have long been going to NYC Doctors and now feel very comfortable and happy to return if me or my family has a need. Thank you for such a lovely visit! Staff was all quite helpful too!
Always friendly efficient & thorough! Great care with great people! Thank you!
Steer clear of this place! I had a 2:15pm appointment, and after sitting for an hour, with other people coming in after me and leaving before me, the woman at the front desk explained to me that what I had was a reservation not an appointment. That didnt make the excruciating pain in my lower back, or the fact that I missed an hour of work any better. The place is not well run, and Id recommend finding an alternative rather than wasting your time.
Great experience. Despite power going out the wait was not bad at all. They even offered snacks while we waited for the power to go back on. Very happy to be able to walk in and get seen and treated in such a timely and professional manner.
Polite staff. Reasonable check-in process. Walk-ins expected wait-time at least an hour, maybe more depending on luck of the day. Make an appointment before going.
I am so glad this place exists! I was having a difficult time getting an appointment with my physician, and I didn’t want to go to the hospital, so Urgent Care seemed the best option. They were wonderful! I was seen right away. The receptionist was lovely. The nurse who initially saw me was very professional and knowledgeable. The PA who treated me was so helpful and knew exactly what to do. The MD consulted with the PA and confirmed the course of treatment. I’m almost sad that this group can’t be my everyday PCP!! I would go here in a heartbeat! Also, the office was very clean and the waiting area very comfortable. A+++.
I arrived at 11:50 for a 12:00 appointment. First I had to re-do all of the paperwork which I had done online the previous night. Then sat quietly until 12:45 when I finally asked them if I would be seen anytime soon, since I had another appointment at 1:30. They assured me I was next. After 5-10 more minutes, the (friendly) site manager came out to encourage me to switch to a virtual appointment - which she said she could get for me in “15 minutes”. When I agreed to that, she went to do it and could only get an appointment for 3:30 - seemed to be no different than me using their website. Bottom line… Going to the facility was literally nothing but a waste of time. And please don’t blame COVID… There were 4-5 staff members standing around the front desk the entire time I was there, and only 1 other patient was called up during the full hour.
All the staff at the location in Ridgefield were so friendly and nice. My original appointment that I made online needed to be pushed back 1.5 hours due to an emergency but I was happy that they called and told me that info. They offered a telehealth option or to come in later. I chose to come in later. I really appreciated the call which allowed me to continue working and not wasting my time like most doctors offices would. Although I did wait about 30 minutes when I arrived, I was fine with that since I went after I got out of work. Again, I was impressed by the friendliness of both the receptionist and the PA Christine that I saw.
I was well taken care of. Professional staff. A huge help for me . Thank you.
The Dr has a vibrant positive personality.very professional.
There was a long wait but they did an excellent job of communicating and making it pleasant. The nurse I saw was a young man and very efficient and friendly. The doctor was a young woman and she was awesome: kind, personable, knowledgeable, smart.
Clean rooms. Friendly staff. Quick service.
Staff was very helpful and compassionate. Suggested the quickest way for me to be seen and get the medication I needed as quickly as possible.
Everything went well assistant and doctor were great
Everyone was pleasant and professional. I was a walk-in so I had about a 40 minute wait. Once I was in the exam room everything went very quickly. I was diagnosed, an Rx was sent in and I felt much better. This was my third trip there and every time I have had a wonderful experience.I would definitely go again if needed and I highly recommend them if you have a need.
This facility should make it clear that they will deny you health care and treat you like a leper if you don’t wear a mask. To be as “respectful” as possible to pass Google’s review censors, many of the doctors, nurses and administrators here are rude and aggressive about wearing a flimsy piece of cloth over your face – even if you are there to get treatment for facial and head injuries. The manager who angrily demanded that I put on a mask while she herself wasn’t wearing one was particularly insulting. Clearly their mask “policy” is about obedience, not health. If you want to be treated with respect while you’re paying for health care, go somewhere else.
Everyone was super friendly and professional. The woman at the front desk told me how long the wait would be without me asking, and she was accurate too! The nurse asked if I wanted any water and was very upbeat. The physician offered me diagnostic options. The only issue I had was the room was very cold. Luckily I had my coat with me. If the treatment rooms could be a little warmer or patients were told to bring their coats with them, that would help. Overall, excellent experience.
I will not blame them but the pharmacy.I chose clothes by the time I got there
They could not perform physical. I still paid for exam and they said they could not return the payment without calling billing. Billing has told me they should have been able to refund right away but now will need to take 7-10 business days and a special case made as the office cancelled the visit as if I was never there. I kept the receipt of my visit and have the charge on my credit card as proof.
They were fantastic to deal with. They were very sympathetic to my issues and gave me a thorough and timely solution. I will use their service again.
Wait was ridiculously long with no warning or information. A one hour and forty five minute wait for a scheduled appointment is rude. Doctor was fine.
Long wait to see P.A...but she was great, professional, listened patiently and was very efficient in issuing prescription. Overall, a good experience.
My son and I are still waiting in the Urgent care in Ridgefield. We were a walk in at 4pm and given a 6.15 appointment. One hour in the receptionist called us forward and told us the X-ray tech had now gone home (my son’s foot needed an X-ray. Did we want to still be evaluated and come back tomorrow for the x-ray!! I asked how did they not know that the tech was leaving and told us that when we arrived? We decided to wait for evaluation. Another hour later after seeing a number of people going in and having been told there was only one in front of us I got annoyed. I went up to reception and asked when we were likely to be seen and had I been told this earlier after finding out about the tech leaving we would have left too. We were offered virtual consultation, I asked how the doctor was going to evaluate a possible fracture/bruising/tendon damage without it being in person. In all this has been a disgrace and we have been shown a complete lack of respect, no information provided just left to wait. Worst experience I have had in my 60 years. I will not be coming back, if it was free I could understand but they are expensive too. Oh well, you live and learn!
The staff was terrific. Professional. Compassionate. Patient and kind. To the extent that I was/am dissatisfied, it is because the clinic was absurdly understaffed. One physician on duty only and, though she was superb, there was no way she could possibly keep up with the (easily predictable) Sunday volume. For all that PhysicianOne advertises that they always accept walk-ins, one walk-in patient after another was told that the clinic was “on hold” for walk-ins because “there were too many patients.” These walk-ins were advised to either accept a telemedicine “visit” or to return at some unspecified time “later” (Nearly all of those patients returned after telemedicine in their cars, having been told to return to the clinic. And while there was, in fact a steady stream of patients, it was hardly an overwhelming number had the clinic been appropriately staffed. I myself waited (and so observed this happening ) for 3 hours before being seen.Again, the staff was quite excellent and the doctor was skilled and kind. The problem was and is the website and the systems, which over-hype their ability to provide the timely care they promise.
Efficient and everyone is so friendly, especially Christine, the PA.
I came in after being stung 9 times/different locations by a yellow jacket while gardening. The stinging pain in the 9 spots were still intense, and swelling rapidly to 3-4 inches/edema per stung area. I was very worried about anaphylaxis. I had my 8 yr old son with me. Staff at front desk had condescending attitude, said they were too busy and i had to sit and wait with my son. I expressed this seemed inappropiate for my situation, she responded that i could drive myself to the ER, they dont have to see me.
I was feeling bad and had a terrible cough. I am from out of state and went as a walk in patient. The office was very efficient and very clean. I saw the nurse and then the doctor. I has an x-ray of my lungs and was told I had Pneumonia. I received care and was given a prescription. Since I was returning home I was told to see my doctor as soon as I returned home. I was very happy to be seen by a doctor in Richfield that started me on my road to recovery.
I had a sinus infection for several days that turned into an ear infection the day I made an appointment as it was very painful. I get these infections regularly, but I was not prescribed any antibiotics to help. The doctor did not even listen to my heart or lungs? Went to a real dr yesterday and after three days of no improvement and finally received meds. Not sure what to think? I know we have to be careful not to over prescribe but clearly I was done no favors here.
Good service once we actually were seen 55 minutes after previously scheduled appointment. We’re not informed that the process would have been quicker if we did a virtual visit beforehand. Instead we showed up and two other families jumped the line ahead of us who were offered the option that we were not offered. They didn’t have previously scheduled appointments and leaped ahead. Not very transparent or “fair”
The staff was courteous and professional. The check in process was efficient and simple. Will definitely continue to visit here when in need of medical care.
Time and time again positions when urgent care in Ridgefield is becoming my go to doctor. The service is great and the quality of care is fantastic. I’d recommend them highly for anyone who needs to see a doctor and can’t wait the usual month to get an appointment.
HorrendousThe staff was polite however experience was not! I had a 3:00 appt and got seen at 4:45 by time I got done the pharmacy was closed! So I called this morning to ask to send it to Walgreens. Before I could tell her my name she hung up on me. The chat person called over to rectify it for me- thank god for that person!I go to Walgreens to find out they sent it to CVS pharmacist tried to transfer it to her but they canceled it meanwhile physician one in text is telling me they are calling me! They didn’t ! I text them there’s no prescription they said no they are on phone now with pharmacistI’m standing with her ridiculous I want refund
This is not my first time at this Urgent Care, I think I’ve brought my whole family at some point or another, and have always felt well cared for. I just had a great experience yesterday too! My primary doctor missed pneumonia a week earlier. But here, she quickly determined what the issue was, the X-ray confirmed it. We’re so lucky to have such a great Urgent Care in our town.
When I needed medical staff to see and test me, they came through when my primary physician could not. Many thanks! Had to wait but their estimated time was spot on.
I was so impressed with Urgent Care I had a great Nurse and a fantastic Physicians Assistant. They took great care of me and what I love most about my visit is they were very kind . Also the entire place was very clean . I will definitely use them again . Thank you to all who cared for me from the moment I walked in .
Sat in waiting room for over an hour as I kept an eye on my estimated wait time, there is a screen in the waiting room but they had it turned off why not sure, so I used the app. At this point I see 1 person ahead of me so I wait anxiously to be called. 15 minutes later I see 2 people have been called ahead of me and my name is no longer on the list. I go to the receptionist ( an african american with dread locks wouldnt give me her name) and she tells me that she called me twice but neither I or anyone I asked heard her call anyone who did not respond to being called and the waiting room was not full only had 3 others besides myself waiting. She informs me that I have to wait again as if I had just checked in, after already waiting over 1 hour. I question why couldnt I be called next and express to her that Im obviously sick and shouldnt have to wait for 8 other people to be called ahead of me when I arrived before them not only did she not show any empathy she begins to raise her voice which was pretty loud maybe if she used some of those vocals when she supposedly called my name twice I would have heard her.I reciprocate her tone/attitude and at this point my blood pressure goes up so now Im feeling worse! She then threatens to refuse to service me. Not sure thats legal..in any case this is not how sick people should be treated, please train your front staff or hire new people who know how to properly deal with people. Especially sick people!
This place is no longer a clinic. We are supposed to be able to walk in, according to them, from questions I’ve asked at prior visits, for almost anything. Today I was turned away as walk ins now need a “reservation” and none are available until tomorrow. Parking lot was empty. Waiting room had one person in it. Place was quiet. In the wake of the sick season do they not staff the place to handle what the business model calls for - walk-ins?! Isn’t a reservation an appointment?! So this is now just a doctors office that requires appointments and they’re so understaffed that you’ll not be able to get in same day.I looked up Danbury urgent care and they had room for me 20 minutes from my inquiry. Plus they also handle… wait for it… WALK INS too!
This urgent care is very well organized to allow for maximum patient and staff safety. I was able to book my appointment and do all my paperwork online prior to my visit. Upon arrival I checked in from my car and received a call it was my turn almost immediately! The staff was polite and knowledgeable, explaining my options very clearly. I highly recommend this facility.
Great service starting with front desk! Consultation took a little longer than anticipated but PA was very knowledgeable and kind!
Everyone was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I had blood drawn and I amazingly didn’t feel a thing!!! I would highly recommend Physicians One Urgent Care in Ridgefield! Outstanding!
They really took good care of me. The nurse practitioner was very good and the attending physician was really on top of things. Both were extremely personable and attentive to my issues. Moreover, I came in just a few days before New Years when many health professionals are off somewhere warm and it would ordinarily be very hard to find quality care.
I had a very good experience with Dr Roberts onTuesday.I would have rated 5 stars. Unfortunately my condition has worsened and I set another appt for yesterday @1:30. No one called! No one has responded today as well. I have tried leaving msgs, yet still waiting response.
The actual healthcare professional who ended up helping me was fantastic. However, the woman at the front desk was unpleasant and unapologetic about her rudeness. I had been waiting for over 30 minutes and instead of apologizing for running behind, I got scolded for asking how long the estimated wait time was going to be and told that appointments are not guaranteed! Had she been a little nicer and set some expectations, I would’ve given them a better rating.
Great service, amazing doctors and staff. THANK YOU!!
