I went here a couple of times for my prenatal care and immediately went to a different center. Very rude and uncaring staff. I was constantly seen by different people as well. Just felt like the nurses and doctors could careless. I knew for a fact that I didn’t want my first pregnancy experience to be with them, so I left. Definitely would not recommend. Go somewhere else , so you can enjoy your experience and feel good. Best decision I made.
I finally finish my prenatal care here. The entire pregnancy at this hospital was a horrible experience. Each time I saw a different person. Each PA that came into the room, you could hear them loudly discussing another patient’s info in the halls openly. I’ve heard them make jokes about myself and other patients. They’d come into the room and size me up determining whether they’d treat me human or with sarcasm and disrespect. Once in the middle of an exam with an older woman I pulled my clothes up and climbed off the table, told her how rude she was and walked out. The receptionist at the desk apologized and said the Dr. was having a bad day. Each Dr. I visited with knew nothing about me, they made me feel so uncomfortable, unwelcomed and like there was some kind of challenge or competition going on. I got different advice from different people, no one was on the same page. I always requested this Dr. Catone she was the only normal one but I always got someone different. The doctors at this women’s center contributed to making it difficult for me to be happy about my pregnancy. I was told to make a follow up appointment after my baby. I DO NOT EVER have plans on going back to that hospital. Everyone in that women’s center need to be retrained on HIPAA and simply on how to treat people like people.
The old hospital is pretty easy to miss, even with GPS. The only parking I noticed was in the garage, where it was $2.45 for our hour visit. The payment station is in the office building, just inside the main space off the enclosed walkway on the second floor between the doors and the security desk. It does accept cash, exact change only or card. The Womens Center office is downstairs on the main level and accessible by elevator or stairs. The office itself is a standard office; nice waiting room, dual check in/out windows. The nurses at this location arent as friendly as Im used to at the Victor office, but theyre friendly enough. I personally dont care for this location but it is more convenient than running to the Victor office all the time.
Very unprofessional and rude.
Wait for a long time
