I have been a patient at this office for 5 years now. Dr. Raymond and the ultrasound nurse are WONDERFUL. Above and beyond fantastic. They make you feel loved and cared for in every single way.The rest of the office seems very disorganized and sometimes rude. I would definitely take some time to read through other reviews before getting care from this office. It seems like there are some very specific themes emerging from many people’s experiences.I hope the best for their staff and maybe they can learn to work together to make patients feel a bit more welcomed!
I have went to Carolina OBGYN for all 3 of my pregnancies and each doctor is amazing. They all take there time to make sure you’re comfortable and give you the best feedback if you have any questions or concerns. I highly recommend these doctors and i highly recommend attending this facility if you are pregnant. Thank you Dr. Morrison, Dr. Hubbard and Dr. Raymond for all you do for each of your patients including me. SN: Dr. Raymond will make you laugh even when you are feeling sick or in pain Dr. Raymond will walk in your room and make your frown turn upside down. Absolutely love Dr. Raymond and his sense of humor. -Kimberly Hood
Now I will say my first Dr. here didnt love but I switched to another Dr in the office and absolutely love him. Great experience, kind staff, efficient. This is only for annual exams I dont have any other experience with them. Also never ever feel rushed through my appointment, which is amazing! Would definitely recommend!
Carolina OB/GYN gets it right from start to finish. From check-in to check-out, they treat me with the best service ever. They know me by my name and I am treated so well. I get hugs, I learn about their families, and I just feel like family whenever I visit! I highly recommend them for all of your OB/GYN needs. They are not just a typical doctor’s office. They are family and they treat anyone that visits just like family! Well done, everyone!! 😊
I’ve had a wonderful prenatal experience at this practice. The staff and doctors are all professional and caring. The nurses and front desk staff are all kind and helpful. Dr. Costa was who I saw the majority of the time in my late pregnancy. He is very experienced and brings a wealth of knowledge to the team. He took the time to thoroughly explain all of my options every step of the way. He also kept me very informed of the progress of my pregnancy and addressed any concerns. Due to some complications, he was who advocated we delivery early via induction and I’m so grateful for that. Although he wasn’t the one to deliver my baby boy, he still checked on us in the hospital and continued with my postpartum care. I trust his expertise and would highly recommend him.
Worst experience of my life and I was medically gaslit for more than half of it. I came in off of an er referral for ovarian cysts and uterine fibroids. Dr Hubbard walked in and immediately questioned how big, how many, where.. like my records didn’t come over. I was surgically diagnosed with endometriosis in 2020 and have multiple surgeries on the books and he tried to tell me that I had a completely different procedure. When he found out that I was operated on and diagnosed by an endometriosis specialist he said “well I guess it’s a pretty bad case”. Every bit of medical information I presented, he questioned or discounted throughout the entire appointment. I could tell he had no idea what he was talking about when he gave me incorrect and outdated information about the disease I am diagnosed with and live with. After an ultra sound in office, he told me he found exactly what the ER did but they weren’t big enough to cause me pain and that he wouldn’t offer anything aside from a referral to a gastro. Kind of odd to not refer me to a pelvic pain specialist knowing my medical history.I reached out to my last specialist and was told to seek a second opinion immediately. It’s a shame that women are not taken more seriously and that doctors can get away with brushing people off. I wouldn’t be in the medical situation I am now if others had listened to me and helped me get the care I needed. The icing on the cake is how I was told when I made the appointment that my insurance was covered only to be called a few days prior to say oops it’s not. So I paid $650 to be ignored and made to cry? The only redeeming quality in this office are the staff, who went above and beyond and made me feel validated and not crazy as I left in tears.
So happy I chose this office for my pregnancy journey. The nurses are always nice, friendly & welcoming. Dr. Morrison is kind, warm & very informing. Always made me feel educated about every step. Grateful for my delivery experience with her.I did not enjoy my experience with the male drs. They were cold, distant and straight to the point. Also the way they pressure you into being induced is something I don’t agree with.
So, far I’ve been to the office twice and both of my experience was great. Dr. Raymond was so polite and understanding. Mrs.Cindy had been so dedicated to answer all my questions. The on call nurses there are amazing I enjoyed my visit and can’t wait to go back. I feel right at home and in good care.
Dr. Hubbard and his staff is awesome. I would recommend them to anyone. They show that they are concerned and care about there patients. My surgery was a success all because of them.
Wouldn’t recommend anyone to go to this doctor at all… you can call this place over and over again regarding a concern about a certain situation regarding your body due to a certain birth control you were put on and you won’t get an answer at all , leave you sitting there figuring out your problems on your own . The doctor I had there that was supposed to deliver my baby didn’t even deliver her because he was so called “running late” and had something so much more important to do , he arrived there after my baby was born his assistants delivered my child . The iud I’m on I wouldn’t recommend no one to get it yes it’s preventable from getting pregnant and lasts 8 years but I was told by my doctor I wouldn’t have a menstrual cycle at all now look at me a constant heavy period going on a month now with horrible lower back pain and cramps EVERY DAY !!
I had a very positive experience with Dr. Morrison. It was the first time I had a doctor with whom I could connect with. We shared similar interests in womens health, particularly as it pertains to African American women.
They have delivered all of my children and my oldest is 19. I’m super Thankful for them each and everyone of them (Raymond, Morrison & Hubbard)Thank you for taking the time to listen and Understand and also lift me up during my ruff times. Thank you 🙏🏽
Dr Costa is amazing! He took time to listen to my concerns. He was very patient, caring, and understanding. He explained things using everyday terms. I would recommend him to anyone seeking a quality GYN.
Response to the owner: if Dr. Glenn Raymond works at your office and saw me on 9/25/2023 then that women on the phone with me gave different name that’s not her name. How ridiculous! I’m sure you can look at the record and find out exactly who I spoke to.Unprofessional, rude staff!I found this office on Zocdoc after they were on the list of the office that were supposed to be in my network. When they called to confirm the appointment, I gave them my insurance information and was told that my visit would be covered. When I came in for the visit, for some reason still they didn’t have my insurance information on file, so I again I had to give them my insurance information. Nothing was brought to my attention and the appointment went through but later I received a full bill because the office was out of network.Next I called the insurance to see what happened since I was told that I was in network by the office. We ended up I having a 3 ways conversation with my insurance agent and Roxie H (employee at the doctor’s office). Roxy was extremely rude throughout the conversation. She continuously cutting me off and refusing to explain why I was told I was in network to begin with. If she had told me I was out of network I would’ve found a different provider because why would I want to pay out of pocket if I had insurance? This place is a scam!
The staff at this office are amazing, but the new office is a shared space and very confusing. There is a shared phone number, shared check in, shared lobby, and it’s all very awkward and confusing. It would be better if the separate practices had separate offices/space. Signage says Fort Mill and you have to ask where Carolina is, very confusing.
I highly recommend Dr. Carmichael and her staff.. Dr. Carmichael is very profesional, and her and her staff are very caring. In preparation for my surgery, during and in recovery, I felt extremely confident and secure under Dr. Carmichaels care.
I have mixed feelings about this office. i feel really comfortable with morrison and raymond, both great people. the one im really concerned about is hubbard. he makes it very clear he doesn’t like me or care for my concerns….and im pregnant. i usually try to avoid having him at appointments but somehow kept getting him to do my prenatal appointments. i really hope i do not have him while delivering. :/
Great Staff. The billing personel is great, handles all your needs timely and very efficient. Front desk staff is so kind and warm when you come in to the office. Back staff that I have encountered have been such a great help with all my medical needs and the providers ARE TOP NOTCH. Lets not forget the amazing office manager, sonographer, lab tech, and surgery scheduler! Wouldnt go anywhere else. Thanks for all you do!!
I would like to start of by saying that I love Dr. Morrison and Dr. Raymond. Dr. Morrison actually delivered my 2nd baby and it was a great experience. They have been awesome. However, Dr. Hubbard needs to work on his bedside manner. He had to deliver the news to me today for my 3rd baby about being induced for medical reasons. When I tried to ask questions and get more clarification he was very short and rude. It was as if I was being a bother to him. I am all for being straight forward with information, but it is about how you say stuff. He literallyrushed out the room to say he had too much paper work to do for me.
The nurse care was nothing but great when I was pregnant with my babies (2016 & 2019). I wanted Dr Morrison to deliver them so bad, but it didnt work out that way!! I have her as my Dr there now that Im old and baby free lol, so thats worth five stars alone. Plus, I really adore Cindy at checkout. She is so sweet! And has been for the 6 years that Ive gone there off and on. Love this office!!
When I was pregnant I left this office at 32 weeks it was so bad! Dr Raymond was the only good doctor. Dr Morrison was a joke. Dr Hubbard the worst human being ever. I went on to another practice and it was night and day!
Love this ob everyone is super welcoming and friendly Ive been going here since I was 13 and theyve always took great care of me
I was hesitant to leave a review because I’m currently 37 weeks pregnant and no other doctors will accept me due to being so far along so I literally have no other choice but to continue to go to this practice. My medical concerns are constantly IGNORED. It’s no kinder or nicer words besides just being completely ignored. My blood pressure is extremely inconsistent, I had to go to another hospital ER in Columbia just to find out my iron was severely low and I was anemic after complaining to every nurse/doctor for weeks about feeling so tired and exhausted, and sick. I was so sick one day that I was throwing up blood and again all I was told was go to the hospital and went but they did not run any test, take blood, urine, etc. nothing was done I felt so helpless I was sent home and told “don’t drink any citrus drinks” because I had a mango smoothie trying to force something on my stomach from being so sick and knowing my daughter still needs me to eat. Last week I went in for my 36 week check up and my feet were so swollen I can barely walk, people tell me everyday they can barely recognize me due to how swollen my face is, and my blood pressure was high. Doctor Raymond’s nurse instead decided she would just be completely rude to me and say all of this is normal, etc. just for the doctor to come in behind her and send me to the hospital (but if it’s so normal why am I being sent to the hospital?) she also proceeded to tell the doctor I was upset and that’s why my pressure was high when that wasn’t the case at all I never said I was upset or acted upset I was talking to her in calm, normal tone the entire time. I have bled numerous of times and each time nothing was done or I was never informed on why throughout the pregnancy. Fast forward today my pressure is high, I’m weak, fatigue, nauseous, can barely walk because my feet hurt so bad from the swelling and it’s sending tingling pains down my legs. I called the nurse hotline and front desk since 8am and it’s currently going on 11 and still no call back at this point I’m truly scared for my daughters safety and mine but no matter how many concerns I bring everything is completely ignored here. I don’t even know how much my baby girl weighs or anything which apparently is something your doctor tells you throughout the pregnancy no one tells me anything. Literally I’m checked for a heartbeat and the doctor is out the door immediately after I just feel so neglected here and for it to be my first pregnancy they make it extremely hard to embrace it.
Dr. Richmond-Mart is the best ob/gyn that has ever cared for me. My office visits are always on time, the staff is super sweet, and my surgery went smoothly. I am thankful for the great care!
I have gone to this office for a few years now and have never had any issues with the staff or doctors. Dr Hubbard delivered my first son and Dr Morrison just recently delivered my second son. The staff have always been very nice and helpful and the doctors are amazing as well. The nurses that assist the doctors are also very sweet. I always feel welcome when I come to my appointments. They also are usually pretty quick with getting you in and out. Definitely would recommend this office 👍🏼
I can not recommend this place enough. They have the absolute best nurses, staff and doctors. I visited them for my entire first pregnancy and was very impressed with the care that all 3 doctors provided. I would have felt more than confident in any of the doctors delivering the baby. Dr. Hubbard ultimately delivered the baby via a vaginal birth and I was very impressed. The entire pregnancy and birthing experience was significantly improved because of this team. I will continue to use them for all future pregnancies and any other obgyn visits.
My favorite is Dr. Raymond, he’s always so nice to me. My baby was delivered by Dr. Morrison last year. I had an ok delivery. she seemed irritated the entire time so that ruined my birth experience as a ftm, when she went to check my cervix to see how dilated I was she was so rough!!! I remember crying and feeling violated but the nurses at the women’s center were nice and helpful. If I ever conceived again I wouldn’t come back here.
Doctor Hubbard is amazing. He helped me deliver my beautiful and healthy baby boy. I was traumatized because his heart rate kept dropping with every contraction but Doctor Hubbard came to his rescue. If it wasn’t for him and his team…I would’ve been grieving another baby without a heartbeat. Thank you Dr. Hubbard.
I was so worried when I had to change doctors from Charlotte and I saw the reviews online... I was 32 weeks pregnant so I didnt have a lot of options. But my experience with Carolina Ob gyn was amazing. Doctor Raymond is a great doctor and he helped me to deliver my baby boy, without tearing. The staff and nurses were also pretty kind. I would recommend this doctor office to anyone and it will be where I will go for now on..
I have never had a bad experience with this office. In fact, everyone has always been extremely friendly and caring towards me. Im familiar with all 3 doctors but I primarily see Dr. Hubbard and hes always been kind and straightforward with me. I highly recommend them!
Hands down my favorite office! I am always in and out quick, with all questions answered and problems resolved or on the way to resolution. Dr. Hubbard and his nurse are great! Dr. Hubbard is a fantastic doctor and never disappoints. Marisa, the lady that does the ultrasounds is really friendly and made me feel comfortable during my ultrasound. The lady at the check out desk (Cindy) is always extremely friendly to.
I would not recommend this place to anyone. Dr. Hubbard is very unprofessional and does not show true concern for his patients. The two nurses up front are very rude and unprofessional. My due date was calculated and scheduled wrong and the day of my c- section Dr.Morrison was 2hours late. Not to mention I was high risk with preeclampsia and high protein levels in my urine. Dr.Raymond found it amusing that I had so much fluid and joked about me being able to loose the baby weight. If you are expecting good prenatal care and a stress free pregnancy go somewhere else!
I wont be too detailed about the experiences Ive had with Dr. Hubbard in particular, as I am not comfortable with sharing them, but Im so glad I switched to a different OB/GYN for my first pregnancy. Hubbard is very discarding of any of my concerns and seems to just examine, slap some antibiotics on someone or say everything is fine, then walk right out of the room. Seems like hed rather be anything but a gynecologist (so I suggest he find a new field of work.)
Dr. Morrison is the ONLY doctor to have figured out my issues and now, thanks to her and her wonderful staff, I get a second chance at life. I highly recommend this practice, you will be treated like a human being and you will get comprehensive care. Dr. Morrison is a highly intelligent, competitent, and compassionate doctor, I will continue to drive an hour to be seen by her and will eventually take my daughter to this practice. 5 Stars! Thank you Dr. Morrison and the whole staff ❤️
I’ve had many issues with this office. From a very delayed first ultra sound (by weeks) to waiting on doctors for 1+ hours to almost being denied my proper maternity leave by my place of work because the office was incapable of properly sending HR my maternity leave paperwork a month after giving birth.
I’ve seen all three doctors here and all were very helpful. Dr Raymond is probably my favorite, delivered my son in feb 2021 Via C section and did an amazing job. Scar looks great for 4th c section and also did a tubal ligation. Everything went well.
My wife had an ultrasound appointment today, and everyone we interacted with was very professional and helpful in making my wife feel comfortable during our visit.
Its been 22 years since I have had a child. I found out late that I was pregnant (4 1/2 months). I was recommended here but my experience as a patient/client has bee unbelievable and unbearable. The nutritionist went as far as asking me if I really wanted my child because I had forgotten some paperwork. They told me during my first ultrasound my son didnt have enough fluid around him and sent me to a specialist in Charlotte. Before making the appointment they wouldnt set it asap because I was using Medicaid. I pulled out my BCBS card had an appointment within 2 days. Call out of work to go to appointment, the specialist says I am fine but my obgyn should be checking me regularly. That was the beginning of February tomorrow will be the first of April and I havent been checked. Gave me pills for my iron a month ago have not checked it since. I see 7 doctors not knowing who will deliver my son. I asked why.... I was told since they dont know who would be on call for delivery I should see them all so I would be acquainted with the doctor thats delivering my son. I have this far seen 4 different doctors at 15 minutes each. What kind of acquaintance is that? If I am over 15 minutes late they wont see me but I can set in lobby for 30 minutes and in wait in room 30 minutes. I am so done.
Be very wary of going here. My wife and I decided to go here due to some recommendations and because it was very close to the hospital. Our main concerns are directed at Dr. Hubbard and some of the office practices in general.Dr. Hubbard has little to no bedside manor, and definitely needs to show more empathy and understanding with his patients. My wife has had numerous questions about the birthing process, what she can be doing better, best practices etc.... all have been met with dismissive answers. On the latest occurrence (shes due in 6 weeks) she asks the simple question on what they like to do for best practice should she go into labor early. Should she call, whats the best number etc... The answer she got was dont worry about it, well get to that when it gets closer Shes not looking for an answer while were on the way to the hospital, shes been concerned and preparing for labor and the question doesnt need to be dismissed. (side note she was born 5 weeks early so is concerned about our baby coming early) My suggestion here is Dr. Hubbard needs to realize these mothers to be have questions, many of them first time mothers, and he needs to answer them. She loves the other Drs in the office but is now adamant that she doesnt want Dr. Hubbard delivering our child, no women should feel that way.For the office staff, we had issues early on on getting copies of medical records and insurance records. again added stress that shouldnt be present but my main issue was that my wife goes in to the office today, and she has to use the restroom. They said she couldnt go prior to her appointment and ultimately she couldnt hold it any longer and had an accident in the office because she couldnt hold it. So, look I know you have to do your protein tests but have some sample cups upfront in these instances and let these mothers use the restroom. Theres a child pushing on their bladders how long do you expect them to hold it in? Really need to take a look at front office best practices here.Weve considered leaving and finding a new office but ultimately with 6 weeks left we feel like were stuck and should just ride it out.
Dr.Hubbard and Medical assistant Jenna has been great to me since I’ve been coming here and now they are walking with me with my pregnancy I literally be needing the good vibes and care and they do an awesome job I appreciate you all -your favorite full time patient 😂 (insider)🩷🙏🏽
Serious decline in the hospitality in this office. Having one or two nice people isnt enough when your pregnant and have to come so frequently. This was the first office I attended after moving to rockhill. At the time I loved it. My second child was born by Dr. Raymond best experience being that I was new to the area at the time. Ive also had many other appts such as paps etc. So this was an office I was going to even when I wasnt pregnant. Fast-forward to present. I dont know whats going on now but Dr. Raymond attitude has changed significantly over the years not just to his patients but his staff as well. I heard him be rude to his nurse at the time prior to coming into my room. Then was rude with me. That was the breaking point for me. When I got pregnant with my third I stayed as far away from this office as I could. My son was born in cmc-pineville as a result. Best choice I could have made. Besides that my current office is great and cmc pineville womens center is AMAZING!!!!
Today would have been my 3rd or 4th appointment to this office and I dont know why I keep going back. Admittedly, Im somewhat sensitive to certain things so to have the TV on and loud while a local radio station crackles through the phones and all the ladies at the front desk are chatting is a bit overwhelming, especially when I was already a bit offended that my appointment was at 8:00am and I stood at the locked door from 7:54am until they let me in at 8:01 even though they were at the front desk and looked straight at me when I walked up but didnt unlock the door! When I stepped up to the counter, being the only patient in the office, and patiently waited for the associate to ask me my name and sign me in, I was instructed to sign in and handed a clip board. I scribbled away, knowing I was delaying my own appointment by now, and handed it right back to her a moment later only to sit and wait to be called by until 8:15. Once arriving in the room, the nurse proceeded to tell me my insurance coverage had changed and they only cover well visits every 2 years now so they couldnt see me unless something was wrong. After chatting for a moment, I was walked out. About 15 minutes later, the nurse manager called to let me know the nurse was mistaken and they could see me if they coded it differently (like a problem focused visit). That sounds like insurance fraud to me. Ill never go back. Ive given you the facts of my experience as unbiasedly as possible but I can tell you, as a seasoned medical/dental office manager and insurance/billing manager myself, none of this would be acceptable in any office I serve. Ever.
I was experiencing an ectopic pregnancy and going though a lot of complications and Dr Raymond wasn’t understanding or Insensitive about my situation at all ! I asked for some meds to speed up the process because I was tired of being in pain Yet wanted for everything to be over with so he recommended for me to take misoprostol which he explained it would expelled anything in my uterus and cause me to cramp and bleed like a period would. Being that I was already taking meds for my tonsils I want to wait until I was done with that medication which was three days later .. So that’s exactly when I took the misoprostol the following 3 days. I went back for my follow up apt which was a week later they took an ultra sound Urine test and blood test.. it was still saying I was pregnant but he said it could take up until 12 weeks for everything to be clear up which really concerned me but I went with the flow.. Whenever I told him that I took the meds 3 days later he Immediately assumed that I had a new pregnancy Which wasn’t ! I wouldn’t dare have Intercourse going through such a thing and I couldn’t believe his behavior he got really upset and loud because of the timing.. and I explained why I waited a couple of days and he wasn’t having it. That made me feel so uncomfortable to the point I wanted to break down and cry and walk out that room. He was very unprofessional and I’m pretty sure anyone that was in the Facility knew what was going on with me because that is how loud he was. He told me to come back in two weeks and they’ll do the same thing over to make sure I’m fine. So Two weeks later I called to switch my doctor and whenever I called in they told me that Dr. Rudeman put a note in about me not following Precautions and I was not allowed to come back. Stay away from that coked up old man! I would not recommend anyone here!
Everyone was super nice and caring. From the check in to the check out. Being a new patient and nervous, they made it easy to be comfortable.
Stay far away from Dr. Raymond. I have been seeing him for years, and should have known to see another doctor after he repeatedly told me after years of TTC that I didnt have PCOS, which I found out after visiting an RE I have SEVERE PCOS, which is something he should easily caught. Long story short, after TTC for many years I wanted to get a nonhormonal IUD (PCOS does not respond well to hormonal BC). It was months to get in with another doctor and I figured something as simple and routine as IUD placement should be fine before i sought out a new provider. In my initial consultation, he kept trying to put me back on the pill or telling me to get the hormonal IUD. He kept telling me horror stories of Paragard and I let him know that Id done my research and all IUDs have the same risks. He got defensive and at my insertion he literally was running his mouth while Im in pain and hes forcing the IUD in, that its not what I recommended but were doing what SHE wants. I was given no aftercare instructions and he literally just took his gloves off and walked out after shoving the IUD in. I was in severe pain for days after insertion with heavy bleeding, called and the office just told me Thats why he doesnt recommend Paragard because it causes issues like this. Said they couldnt see me for weeks and that it was normal. Im glad I trusted my gut and made an appointment with the womens center at North Central. I went in for a placement check there and they discovered he had partially perforated my uterus when he was having difficulties and forcing the IUD in (other Ob/Gyn said the doctor is supposed to stop with ANY resistance, he forced it) because it was retrograde (something he should have known or checked for) and I had a severe pelvic infection and fluid build up. I had to have the IUD removed due to his error (horribly painful), in addition to getting IV antibiotics, a shot of antibiotics, and now Im on 2 different antibiotics for 2 weeks. Im still in a lot of pain and I am so glad I went elsewhere, otherwise who knows what may have happened. The practice manager is conveniently out of the office and nobody seems concerned. Please take my experience and see another provider, if not another office altogether!!!!
I dont know if Dr Hubbard just has something against teenage mother or what. He is extremely rude, didnt answer any of my questions and was more rough than necessary when doing a pelvic exam. I am so glad he was not the doctor on call when my son was delivered.
Have had both of my children here! The doctors are absolutely fantastic and every one is so nice and kind! Had 2 c-sections and both went amazing! Highly recommended
The one star is for dr Raymond who was wonderful delivering mygrandson. Staff talked about my daughter with her in earshot, told her who she would and would not see, and was terribly rude. Dr Hubbard was terrible to her and actually told her she was doing harm to her baby by letting him become a big baby (like thats an option)
I love my doctor I went here 7 years ago since then they have improved alot! Dr. Hubbard is very kind Ive been actively trying to conceive for a year now and I just recently started going back to see what steps I need to take and he has been wonderful with keeping me posted on what I need to do I would recommend this office to all my female friends
So I went here my entire pregnancy, had my baby Feb,24,2021 4 weeks tomorrow, I called yesterday to schedule my follow up appt Dr.Hubbard delivered my baby, he was very rude to me in the hospital so I asked if I can see another doctor because I had a bad experience with him an they said they would call me back in a few minutes. They never did. So what now they wont see me because I refuse to see Dr.Hubbard? Freaking ridiculous.
I called today and tried to set up an appointment. But they are going to say I was transferred out. How in the world can I be transferred out if I came back to see you to get my tubes tied. The receptionist were very rude and act like they didn’t want to help. The only one that I really am there to see is Dr. Morrison. She’s the best but the ones that make the appts are rude. Can’t wait till she moves to a different facility.
The only saving grace of this place is Dr Raymond. Ths staff isnt friendly, are very rushed, and have made my experience at the Dr nothing wonderful. Its already hard being pregnant during Covid and having to go to appointments alone. The staff here, excluding Dr Raymond, make it no better. Would NOT recommend.
The doctor was in a big hurry I had to request to get medicine. The nurse practitioner through all samples away from my pap in front of me. I sister in law came here on two other occasions and they did the same treatment to her. On another occasion they didnt even treat her and charge her insurance. So this place is not good. I sure hope they make some improvement.
Went here with my first child and only attended about 3 appointments before switching doctors due to very rude and judgemental staff and an inability to get me the medication I needed for nausea. The doctor I had transfered to retired so being on medicaid I had very little choice in who I could see, so bit the bullet and came back here for my second. Huge mistake. Staff still very rude and unempathedic. Complaining about pain and keep being told there is nothing that can be done. Finally came in barely able to walk and was perscribed a TENS unit that medicaid would not cover. Came in a few appointments later after failed attempts at trying to recieve the TENS in worse condition, broke down in tears because the pain I have is unbearable and I cant even walk, much less function mentaly at this point and was met with a lack of concern that was heartbreaking. No offers for test to be sure its no serious and no other help, or refferals. Since my office breakdown they have completely stopped returning my calls. I found a cheap unit online and got it but now they refuse to answer calls and cant seem to find the time to answer my questions about it, or anything else for that matter. Now I have what they recomended but dont know how to use it properly in a way that I am sure will not harm my baby. Third trimester and the pain I am in is unbearable. Anyone that lays eyes on me can see that but they all seem very aloof to my pleas for help. I will never come back to this OB and I will deffently not be recomending this office to anyone that has true concerns or questions, as they cant be bothered to answer and have zero concern for your suffering. If I could rate 0 stars, I would.
They were rude and treated me as if they could care less about my baby or I .The problem occurred after they tried to treat me without having previous medical records from my general doctor. I stated a number of times why I couldnt have the treatment they recommend and the doctor records would have explained in detail they didnt even send the fax! I would not recommend this office to anyone!
Dr. Morrison is awesome! Very sweet and did a fantastic job with my cesarean. I drive an hour for each visit because I want to keep her as my doctor.
This place is horrible. There is no doubt in my mind why I was able to make an appointment so quickly. As soon as I walked in, the waiting area felt gloomy and outdated. The staff WAS fast with getting all of my paperwork processed and calling me into the back office. I was under the impression that I would be having the procedure that very day considering the woman I spoke to on the phone when making the appointment told me they were doing it that day (also planned my work schedule accordingly for the day of and after.. mistake), BUT the nurse or doctors assistant informed me that I would have to come back to have the procedure. This was ok with me until she continued to say how the doctor would refuse to removed the IUD without starting me on another form of birth control before removing it.. which doesnt even SOUND safe especially with all of the health issues that the IUD has caused for me. Then when I said I was actually planning on stopping taking the birth control, the nurse told me that I would have to go to him for counseling in order for him to make a decision on whether HE thought it was ok for me to stop taking birth control all together. Ok, NO! I should have the final say so in what I would like to do and choices as far as my OWN body goes. After a young girl passed away from her birth control a few weeks ago, being 22 and on 2 different kinds of birth control at the same time as im trying to rid my body of the extra hormones, is something I am not interested in.
The absolute WORSE facility/practice! Their sister facility is just as bad; Rock Hill OB/GYN... Violate HIPPA agreements/rights, very disrespectful, biased, racist, etc. I do NOT recommend Carolina or Rock Hill OB/GYN for anyone!!! I, as well as family & friends, will no longer support or utilize any of their services going forward!
Honestly they might not be the happiest doctors lol but they get things done and health is their priority. Id like to come back to here because Ive been going to Rock hill gynob and let me tell you they dont care. Im 7 months pregnant and I got prescribed meds that about killed me I had to be rushed to the er and come to find out Ive had a uti the whole time too. After just seeing my doctor, theres no words for that. I highly recommend Carolina obgyn. Who cares if they have attitude its about ur health. Or you can have a doctor smile in your face and not care.
On 10/02/17, I had a consultation with Dr. Morrison regarding a Mirena IUD. She told me that since I had two prior c-sections that I may have scar tissue, and experience cramps. She prescribed Cytotec to take orally the night before and Xanax. My procedure was on 10/17/18, I experienced intense cramping and pain both during and after the procedure and was told to take OTC meds for pain. I was not told until after the procedure that if I had not had a vaginal birth that it could be more painful. If I had been informed of this information, I would not have had the IUD inserted.
I have been a patient here for over 15yrs and I love it!! The staff is always so nice and Dr.Raymond is the best hands down. He delivered 2 of my children I highly recommend this practice.
Wonderful place. Everyone is friendly and I am always impressed with how fast I am in and out. I called and got an appointment the same day for 2:30pm and was out of the office by 2:45pm. Everyone I speak to there is currtious and caring!
Every time we come we have to wait at least 45 minutes after our scheduled appointment time. The staff are not very patient so be wary if you want to ask questions. The doctors are decent but its obvious theyre in a hurry to get on to the next patient.
I love coming to Carolina Obgyn Ive came here with all my pregnancies since 1999 & I must say all the doctors here are very nice & know what they are doing.Dr.Raymond is who I mostly see if your feeling down Dr Raymond is going to make sure you leave his office smiling he talks you through everything so u can understand & his patience is amazing ,he always listens to you & overall hes phenomenal
Best Obgyn in Rock hill I am having my second baby with this practice, never feel rushed all questions are answered, when I had an after hours emergency I was immediately helped by the nurse and got a call from the doctor within 30 min brought into the office next day. Highly recommended
Never a long wait and very nice desk ladies!!! Dr.Raymond was an AMAZING doctor!! I would recommend him to ANYONE!! Did an amazing job on my csection as well!! Highly recommend him!!
Very pleased with Dr Hubbard and his staff. Id definitely recommend him if you are looking to have a hysterectomy. I have no complaints.
Knowledgeable and caring doctors! I trust this group with my family, so that should say it all! I have had to wait, but honestly, who goes to a doctor and expects to get in andout. If I want all my questions answered and to not seemed rushed with the doctor, I knowothers do too!
WARNING. DO NOT GO TO THIS DOCTOR OFFICE. THEY HAVE THE MOST RUDE STAFF. VERY INSENSITIVE. THEY SCHEDULED ME TO SEE A DOCTOR I HAVEN’T SEEN BEFORE. MY APPOINTMENT WAS AT 8am. And it’s 8:40am and I still haven’t seen the doctor. IF YOUR LOOKING FOR AN OFFICE WITH CARING DOCTORS AND STAFF DONT COME HERE. THe make doctor that it isn’t a big deal having a miscarriage. I’m in such disbelief... I’m changing my doctor immediately.
Butchers!!! “Doctor” Hubbard should have his name changed to Dr Death. The good ol boy system in the Carolinas will keep you from doing anything about it too. DO NOT GO HERE!
He was really nice and professional to my faceBut him and the nurse were super rude and unprofessional when they thought I couldnt hear them talking smack about me before he came in to see me... it completely ruined my experience here more then the fact I had asked for a woman doctor when I made my appointment and wasnt listened to [I was fine with that just was a bit surprised when I was told AFTER getting there I was seeing a male doctor]
I love the staff and Dr. Hubbard!!
Probably be my last time going here. Only Doctor I liked was Dr. Morrison. The rest were rude and never concerned or interested in answering my questions. I really hope Dr. Morrison can deliver my child.
Be sure to get a 2nd opinion, we want to trust doctors but they are often wrong
This is awful, woman are racist and they have nobody that speaks spanish. The MA have no bedside manners. I will never go to the provider again. The doctors are good ,but the staff and management suck!.. terrible
Loved my experience with all the doctors and the nurses were very nice only thing i didnt like was i had to wait about 30 mins after my appointment time to be seen sometimes
Happy, no blessed for every doctor delivered all 5 of my Beautiful babies, with love & care. Highly Recommended..
Doctor Raymond is awesome. After countless doctors he was the only one that took the time to listen to all my concerns and explain everything to me.
Everyone here is very friendly. They made me feel very comfortable. I like that they are a smaller practice than some of the others in town. It’s easier to get to know everyone.
Very grateful to the manager who is caring and works very hard to resolve issues, Cindy at the front who is a kind receptionist and very helpful, and Cassie, a great nurse, whos been very supportive over the years.
Give 0 stars! Just moved here from Fl and have been referred to them from my primary here and they have denied giving me care due to me being too far along 27 weeks and not gotten seen by them prior.
I really do like Angela Morrison. She did my surgery back in March of 2014.
I love this obgyn, they are very welcoming and respectful!
I love all my doctors. Being high risk they’ve done nothing but the best to make sure I’m healthy.
I rate this place one star because even though you cant make an appointment and you miss 2 they will absolutely will not see you after that even if its needed . They did not call and remind me that I needed my postpartum check up as usually so I didnt get to go.
Dr. Raymond was the absolute best! He listened to all my crazy concerns & explained every little detail to me!
My wife delivered with this office. Everyone there is great.
Never been to this office but went to DR ANGELA MORRISON when she was in Rockingham NC and she is AWESOME! Wish she was still here!!
This is an amazing and caring office! All of the staff are very nice and helpful! I would highly recommend this office to everyone!
Dr. Morrison is wonderful. When I have been there I have not had any complaints.
Absolutely the best office! All of the doctors are amazing.
Wonderful staff! Very welcoming & comfortable environment.
Very nice staff.
I have been trying to make an appointment for three days have given them everything they needed to make me an appointment and im still waiting and in alot of pain
Everyone here is friendly, and they care about you. Highly recommend this practice
Never on time. Not even when i am an hour early the doctor is always late 30minutes.
I will never go here again...the doctors and staff are so rude and unorganized. The worst place Ive been to so far.
They need to hire new staffing! All of them are racist & never friendly when I go in!!
Great place to go makes you feel very comfortable and great!
