I went because my ears were clogged. I was seen quickly. The doctor introduced himself used the hand sanitizer and did a great job in removing the clog from ny ear. Here’s the reason for the four and not five stars. The place was very very dirty. The assistant’s badge was not visible then I realized that her badge was at her hip. She also did not introduce herself. She came in with gloves on but since she used her hand to open the door I asked her to please remove them and wash her hands. Thanks
It is not always a pleasant experience going into an Urgent Care facility. However, this past weekend I went to the GOHealth in Rockville Centre. I actually felt like someone cared about my issue. They listened and gave me assuring feedback. Kudos to Isabelle and Dr. Cindy!!!
Theyre quite a good operation. From the man at the desk who took my information, to the nurse who took my vitals, to the Doctor who assessed and treated me. He was patient and understanding. Very happy with the service provided.
My previous account was for another medical unit.I went here for an earache which seemed to have been caused by a head cold.Well the entire process was smooth. The staff was very courteous and made you feel comfortable.
The staff was great, the receptionist who greeted me, the assistant who did my intake, and the doctor who treated me. I was seen promptly and my issue was resolved. Thanks Dr. Cherson! You were just terrific. Much appreciated.

The doctor was unhelpful, rushing through the visit without bothering to explain anything. He simply prescribed an antibiotic without understanding the underlying issue. Consequently, I opted not to pick up the prescription. Frankly, I question whether this provider deserves payment. The wait time exceeded the duration of the doctors appointment. Moreover, the assistant who entered the room was rude and had unwashed hands, evidenced by the lack of gloves and a noticeable odor. The entire experience was highly uncomfortable, and I have no intention of returning.

I had Covid rebound and was worried that I had pneumonia. The PA put my fears to rest. She recommended OTC meds to alleviate my symptoms.
I brought my son to this Northwell Health-GoHealth Rockville location back in 2021 as the awesome location that I normally go to was all booked up that day.It was a terrible experience.The medical professional had maybe 4 minutes of patience for my child, followed by blowing up and storming out of the room. He refused to finish my child’s visit. Mind you my kid wasn’t running around the room throwing things or climbing onto things. He was sitting still in one spot, but just terrified and needed a little more compassion and coaxing to complete the test.I have not been back since, and often reference it as the horrible experience that it was to anybody asking me for recommendations. If you have a child who is terrified of getting swabbed in the throat or nose, or any other uncomfortable treatment or test, consider going elsewhere if at all possible.
Recently i fell under the weather, booked an appointment online and was seen at that time. The dr. And staff were all professional, and courteous. I have nothing but great things to say about northwell
The check in was fine theee was a woman who was accusing the receptionist of being discriminatory because she had been waitin “2 hours” It was less than 45 minutes No discrimination at all doc was good follow up stink until two days post visit OA Nicole was very professional and helpful about following to see about meds that were prescribed but apparently out of stock at the first 2 places the Rx was sent

Excellent services. We took my 7 month Baby ho has very difficult veins and we have tried in 3 places already including cohens. The lab’s technicians were amazing. They played with my son, waited until she was sure about the vein. And got it on the first try. Shout to the Rockville centre team.

Please spend a bit more time and money and visit a health care professional. They have a Physicians Assistant attending and will send you to hospital ER on drop of a coin. They charge more than the normal copay at a Drs office and there is no care. Avoid.

This facility is my first choice when my doctor is not available. My recent experience was beyond five star. The PA who saw me was very professional, knowledgeable, attentive, compassionate with excellent bedside manners. The entire staff was awesome! Very clean facility as well.
My PA, Christine, went above and beyond my expectations. I thought that I would have to go to ER but Christine was able to take care of my injury in house.

I had a 9:15 appointment, I arrived @ 9:08. I didn’t get escorted to an examining room until 10:16. Only worker walking around with a sense of purposes is the secretary. He checked-in, filled out my insurance information, he also took my vitals and triaged me (asked for my Past medical history/parents history as well as current signs in symptoms. No sense of urgency in the URGENT care at all by anyone besides the secretary. I didn’t see the scribe (medical assistant) until 10:43. BTW, I only came here for a simple Covid test. I didn’t get swabbed until 10:46. I didn’t see the actual practitioner until 10:53. I didn’t leave the facility until with my results in 11:03. Just shy of 2 HRS!!!THEY WERE NOT BUSY!! IT WAS NOT OVERLY CROWDED. Nor did any walk with a MEDICAL emergency like critical airway like anaphylactic shock/allergic reaction. I might as well clocked and help since I was there so long!
Front desk lady was very nice and respectful and polite but the rest of the staff was lazy and taking their sweet as time. They had 1 patient back and took 30 minutes to call another while the doctor sat and talked and ate. Never seen an urgent care take 1 patient and a time. And when they finally decided to call us to the room we sat there for another 15-20 minutes waiting for the doctor to come while staring at him sitting the entire time
Had an appointment and waited an hour and 15 minutes after the time of the appointment to be called into the room. I checked in on time too. At the half hour mark I nicely asked the receptionist the estimated time left I would be waiting (I was listed #1 on the sign in board) and she rudely stated that I was 3rd and when I stated that I was confused and pointed at the board she said I don’t go by that, I go by what’s in front of me, and motioned to her computer. Will never return here again. It is not URGENT at all. Very rude and unhelpful employees. The receptionist was extremely nice to other patients except for me. I felt extremely singled out due to the fact that I politely asked for an estimated wait time.
Incorrectly billed my insurance company and my credit card, so it looked like I went to an out of network provider. Theyve refused to correct the bill, and continue to state it will take 7-8 weeks to rectify. This has been going on since August. Have them bill you, DO NOT PAY IN PERSON.
The front desk was polite, professional, and helpful in completing my forms. The doctor was patient and knowledgeable.She took the time to explain my condition, and I appreciated her attentiveness. I started feeling an improvement by the end of the day.

As healthcare professionals compassion and sympathy are key when it comes to handling vulnerable patients. In my experience the healthcare staff here has not upheld those standards and I am very concerned for future patients.
Why make appointments when it takes over 1 hour to been seen by a Dr and there was only 1 person ahead of you and they were already waiting in the room. I made an appointment online for 1:15 and wasn’t seen until 2:30. They had me waiting in the room for 1 hour. I was about to leave without been seen by the Dr and that’s when he came into the room and gave me a diagnosis in less then 5 min.
I have been to a number of different places for different injuries. I tried this place because it was close. I liked the fact that it was not huge like many places. The physical therapist, Go, was very enthusiastic about helping me with my injuries and pain. He was giving me tips to do some things at home. It is encouraging when the physical therapist puts a plan in place. I look forward to my next session.
Both times I tried to go here were unsuccessful. First time they couldn’t figure out how to properly book an appointment for a specific blood test so I had to go elsewhere. Second attempt was when I was 8 months pregnant and sick. They turned me away because I came too close to closing time (but still before they closed) Would recommend CityMD down the road.
I read the reviews of Dr Ida and most of them don’t jive with my experience at all. I found Dr Ida to be very concerned and caring. He is also very honest and direct. I suppose if you don’t like hearing the real deal you might consider him rude, but he’s just dealing with the facts and telling you what needs to be done. If I could make him my primary dr, I would, in a heartbeat.
This is gonna be by far the biggest waste of time of my life. I have had medical problems for like the last three weeks I’ve been in and out of emergency rooms for the last two and I had a swollen throat. I finish my antibiotics day before yesterday no, the infection is on my tongue. This lady tells me that Perez has to go to the emergency room. I’m freaking here so I don’t have to sit in the emergency room all day. What was the point to get my insurance money? Don’t even bother wasting your time. It’s not like I was in there asking her for oxycodone or Vicodin or Percocet. I’m begging this one for anabiotic know it’s off the emergency room. I go another day Mr. work and I haven’t worked in months. Don’t waste your time

Extremely hard working hero’s at this urgent care. Despite how few staff members working, they managed to remain professional; compassionate; and thorough. I appreciate what they do, day in and day out. Understanding the challenges they face, they deserve 10 Stars. There were several people around me unfairly complaining about the wait. This is an URGENT care! Your primary care physicians are the one’s you should expect to be seen by appointments! Thank you again! Excellent care!

Particularly this one female who took the time to call me to acknowledge my place in the waiting list, and took me in, even though I took a while to get there... Thank you for helping me even though her colleague was pushing her not to. Not everybody can be as compassionate as she is, but thank God for her and people who are always willing to help, and to do their job with care and compassion.
This Urgent Care Facility has an Exceptional Staff and Exceptional Patient Care. It is very Clean and the Doctors and the Staff were very patient and Understanding. I had made my appointment on-line and had no wait time, upon My Arrival. They made me feel secure upon entering the Facility by following all Covid 19 Rules for Cleansing! Excellent Facility!
Once l found out that my COVID test was positive. I called my doctor ‘s office for an appointment. I was told to stay home and rest. As a nurse who almost died of COVID 2 years ago, l was not going to take the chance of staying home, so l went to Northwell Health-Go Health. The staff was so professional. The NP was very knowledgeable and effective. She answered all my concerns and even explained the side effects of medications prescribed. I want to thank the staff.l have been caring for patients for 40 years, l am glad that the staff took very well care of me in return.
This was my second visit this year, to The Northwell Go Health Urgent Care. On both occasions from the receptionist, to the doctor my experience was very comforting. I entered the building and as I’m registering electronically, I’m looking around and it was so clean and I loved the set up. I even mentioned to the receptionist, that they had a nice set up. I sat down for literally 5-10min before they called me in. I was first seen by an assistant, who was very pleasant. She even recognized my perfume and complimented me on it. Whatever she was about to do to me, she explained it to me first. Blood pressure, Temperature, Throat culture, and even an eye test. This way, I was well aware of what to expect. The doctor came in shortly behind her, to finish off my examination. She too was very pleasant. She introduced herself before doing or saying anything to me. She was very informative, compassionate, and concerned about my sickness. At the end of my visit, the doctor told me to come back if my sickness progressed. Even though I wasn’t feeling well, my visit was very pleasant and comforting. I will definitely return there if I’m sick again! I will also refer friends and family to The Go Health Urgent Care on Merrick Rd, Rockville Center. My overall experience was a good one.
Went in 4/12/23 at 5:30pm for back muscle spasms. All staff was friendly and attentive. The NP not only examined me and assessed the origin of the pain, she prescribed a medication and massaged the area to help relieve the pain. She also noticed my eye had a blood spot from all my coughing to expel sinus mucos and prescribed something to relieve my sinus issues. I highly recommend treatment by Roshee Maitland and staff.
Only ONE doctor , you will be sitting there all day everyone takes their sweet time very annoying
I thought itd be there about an hour if I was lucky. I walked in they asked for my name told me to go to room 2. About three minutes later a nurse came in and gave me a test. We had a nice conversation about our lovely customers at our respected jobs. It was so fast I didnt realize she was testing me. Then they said theyd call or I could wait in the lobby for 15 minutes to get my results. I waited in the lobby and I received my results in no more than 5 minutes. I tested positive, so that was kinda downer, but it could have been much worse if I had a miserable time and on top of that I got COVID-19.I have too much time on my hands.
Northwell urgent care states its true meaning I dont think I waited 5 minutes and the staff is caring responsive and their goal is to get us feeling better. I have visited often and when I am not well I can go to urgent care as medical necessity. It is wonderful.
After Oceanside canceled my appointment, Rockville center openly took me in. With systems down, long lines and constant walk ins over looking the signage on the door, the staff at Rockville was accommodating, pleasant, patient and organized. The facility was clean and comfortable. Would definitely visit this facility again.
The staff was attentive eventhough it was a holiday. Previously we had gone to CityMD & they didnt even look in our ears listen to lungs touch glands etc... the basics! Dr & staff were cautious treated us for flu symptoms & even after we left the system merged kids accounts due to same info except their names because they are twins which was no fault of the staff. It took a minute to figure out the glitch but we got our scripts and are recovering from it. Thank you very much!
Mary Wolter PA treated me with extreme care and sensitivity. I left Quest Labs in tears after having a negative experience. I asked my insurance carrier to supply an approved urgent care to accomplish what I was unable to do at Quest. Mary really turned things around for me as did Youseff at the intake desk.
Kelly was amazing!!! She was so nice and personable. The dr was also very nice. Also the woman at the front desk I didn’t get her name but she was so friendly. Such a pleasant experience. Will definitely be coming back to this urgent care!

Horrible experience at the urgent care in Rockville center. The front desk is rude and not helpful at all. They have zero compassion for the health of patients and very unprofessional. From the moment I walked in, there was no one sitting behind the reception area, to assist as patients came in. I came in around 8:30 am with my son as he was complaining about ear pain. The visit itself with the PA was ok, examined my son and said it was an ear infection. Ear drops would be prescribed for the ear infection. I informed the PA she could send the prescription to Walgreens in Valley Stream only to get there and find out it’s closed on Sundays. Right away I called the Urgent care and asked if there was any other way I could get the prescription today- this was at 9:30 am. We agreed the prescription would be sent to CVS in Valley Stream and gave them the exact address. I had a lot of back and forth phone calls between the urgent care and the pharmacy. Urgent care kept stating the prescription was sent but pharmacy kept saying otherwise. Obviously there was a disconnect somewhere. On my last call with the front desk at the urgent care, I asked the lady to do a three way call with me and the pharmacy. She said sure you can call. Just before making that call I asked her to confirm with me the exact address of the pharmacy. At that point she snapped back and said she doesn’t have time for this. I guess she was very busy and had no time to help a patient. If you do not want to help patients, then you are on the wrong field. She proceeded to put me on hold while I was talking trying to figure out the issue. I waited there, although very upset, I wanted to get the prescription for my son. 2 minutes later she hung up the phone. Very unprofessional front desk.

Went to Northwell walk in urgent care in Rockville Centre at 3:12 in the afternoon, yesterday which was Saturday. Website says closing at 4pm.I told man at the desk Im more than sure I have a urinary infection and requested a quick test. I was told they are not doing any testing and to come back on Monday. Can you imagine telling someone that? With an infection? Apparently hes never had one.I finally had to go to the hospital and infection was addressed, professionally.Would not go there again. Not professional and care was non existent..They either need to offer services until 4pm or change their website.By the way, I am a registered nurse and know poor care when I see it.
I guess I will be the first to give a bad review at this facility. I agree that the place is immaculate and clean. It looks like a small Emergency Room. The staff in the front is very friendly and professional. Thats the good part of this particular Northwell facility.I came to the facility after a month of having a cold, cough, laryngitis, sore throat and then Swollen Glands (Not all at once). The Swollen Glands and Cough that was persistent started to worry me which is why I went there. The Dr. that treated me, gave me a Rapid Strep Test, felt my glands, listened to my lungs and told me that I didnt need an antibiotic because it wasnt bacterial, whatever I had was viral. 4 days later, after still not feeling better, I saw my Primary Physician, Upon his examination I was told I had a respiratory infection. My Primary Physician is in the North Shore Network and he was so upset when I told him about my experience at Northwell. I dont know how a Dr. who listened to my Lungs which apparently had fluid, did not pursue my examination any further. With all the Urgent Care facilities opening up, I had higher expectations from North Shore. While Aesthetically the place is nice, I would rather e seen by an experienced Dr.
Let’s just start with the receptions Usef- extremely unprofessional. I walked in looking for bloodwork to be done for prenatal care and he stated that if I was coming in for a COVID test it could be done but that the phlebotomist was not able to do any more blood draws. I explained that I had called this morning and was told that they were available from 8-8 and as I asked if I could speak to a supervisor or the phlebotomist herself he said “no she actually left”. I have worked in the medical field for almost 10 years and cant believe this is how this particular Northwell Lab is being managed. When I requested to speak with a manager I was simply told that they have nothing to do with a lab. I am disgusted by the level of disrespect towards people in need.
I waited for 40 minutes in the lobby with only 2 other people there and when the receptionist asked on my behalf how much longer it would be (as I’m several months pregnant and not feeling well) the doctor came out and yelled at her complaining that he is the only provider and too bad. This place is unprofessional and there’s nothing urgent about it.
Should have learned from the last experience. The front desk is totally inept and rude.Even with an appointment was kept waiting 90 mins before giving up.Sadly numerous reviewers say the same thing but nothing seems to change. Suggest going to Oceanside Urgent Care a complete different experience. Polite, helpful and know what they are doing. Amazing!
Went in for heel pain this Doctor barely squeeze my heel and mention i have callus under my feet. he was so hesitant.i am having servered pain. i ask for a xtray to be done. he make excuse . lol maybe of the callus. i felt insulted . next he question my insurance if its medicad or medicare.worst doctor ever. please save your time from visiting this facility.!!JOE IDA WAS HIS NAME @ URGENT CARE.
I just came to this location today to drop off a 24 hour urine sample to the lab inside the urgent care. When A took the urine sample which had to be refrigerated out of the cooler it had leaked all over my cooler and inside the bag that it had to be kept in. It was also all over my hands, and I was very upset because this can compromise the results of my test. When I tried to get the attention of one of the medical assistants, she yelled at me to take a seat and I explained to her that the specimen was leaking, yet she continued to yell at me to take a seat. At this point I was very upset, in tears. When I was called back to the lab I told the lab technician that the specimen had leaked and I tried to explain that to the medical assistant and the lab technician said “well they have nothing to do with this.” When that is besides the point. All I needed was an extra bag to put the leaking urine container and bag in. She then proceeds to tell me to sign a paper while I still have the specimen in my hand and I’m explaining to her that I have urine all over my hands. I am a registered nurse with Northwell Health and work in direct patient care every day and this is the OPPOSITE of how patients should be treated. I recommend an urgent care who treats their patients with compassion and kindness. This urgent care is clearly lacking staff with that sort of work ethic.
We have had the need to go to this Urgent Care center a number of times. There has usually been little or no wait. The staff is friendly and professional. The facility is immaculate. This place is a real benefit to our community if ones doctor is unavailable and the hospital emergency room is not a necessity. I highly recommend Northwell Health-Go Health Urgent Care.
My wife and I came today for covid test and the lady at front desk was not helpful at all and nasty. She told us we would be put on a list and she would text us in a couple of hours. Came back in 2 1/2 hours and asked where we were on the list and she said I told you I would text you. Ask if we should wait in the car and she didnt really care. Never did get a text from her or anyone at this place. Went to CityMD down the street very helpful and nice. Dont waste your time at Northwell !!
Not one person in this facility was nice, not at all. Woman at the front desk clearly annoyed and had such an unfriendly tone that you couldn’t miss it. The PA or whoever the woman was that came in to do my rapid covid test was nasty, unfriendly and truly has zero business in any work that involves people! I will never ever go to this location again.
The service we received was very good. Everyone was curtious and knowledgeable based on the questions I asked.I gave a 3 star because I had a covid-19 test and I received my letter that said I am negative, but they entered it in their system as positive. This was a serious mistake.I called them to confirm the correct results and it was negative. Unfortunately, it took them a few days to correct it. In the meantime, CDC called me to tell me that I had to quarantine because I was positive. I had to go through the story of the mistake Northwell urgent care made; everything was corrected. The person inputting the data must double check their entries at all time.
I don’t usually write reviews but for this I must. The staff at this location were very hospitable. They made me feel comfortable despite how uncomfortable I may have felt physically due to my condition. They were very thorough and informative. I would highly recommend!
Everyone was very friendly and helpful. I did not have to wait long. I was seen by a (PA) physician assistance. She was very knowledgeable and explained everything to me. I would definitely go back and definitely recommend them to my friends and family. I definitely give them a 5 star rating.
My experience at the center was fine. But my two stars is for the pricing. They charge $120 if you dont have insurance which is reasonable. But I did have insurance which I used. Since it was out of network and I hadnt met my crazy $6,000 deductible I was prepared to pay all of the $120. I assumed my insurance company wouldnt pay anything. Well, a month later I find out the bill was $375! For 3 minutes with the doctor for pink eye. The negotiated rate since I have insurance is $259. So basically I was penalized $139 dollars for having insurance.Long story short, if you go there, find out how much youll have to pay if you use insurance. Clearly I would have been better off saying I didnt have insurance. Health care in this country is truly broken...
Walked in an stood theyre for 15 min. Nobody at desk, 1 person in waiting area sitting down. When I tried waving my hand to get someones attention, nobody moved. Finally after 15 min another aid seen me an notified co worker that people were waiting, she replied they can wait, let them wait . Really? Not someone will be with you in a moment. Finally after another 5 min past someone came up an I explained that a co worker daughter tested positive 2 days ago an I wanted to get tested. Lady replied sorry were booked through Monday, here is a paper an you can try an book online. Thank you. Horrible service.

I was from out of town and in a lot of back pain with my sciatica. The provider I had was very kind and empathetic. She listened to my issue and helped with my pain. She was very professional and treated me with the upmost respect. I give her an A+

This is the second time I’ve used this lab inRockville Centre. As far as I’m concernedthey are TERRIBLE. First time in Sept I gotCOVID results at the last minute. They were about to cancel my surgery. So unorganized.Second time they made an error and no resultsbecause they couldn’t find it. One excuse afteranother. Don’t waste your time. They are verygood at making excuses but that’s about it
2:15 appointment and an hour later still havent been called in! People come and go for covid tests but to be seen? Absolutely not! Worst GoHealth Ive ever been to! I Work for Northwell and this GoHealth is NOT what Northwell stands for!!
This place is horrible had a 9:15 am appointment waited almost two hours with a high fever and had done a test at home for COVID which tested positive. I explained to the person at the front desk that I was feeling extremely sick week with a high fever , she told that there is nothing she can do to just wait my turn
Getting sick over the holidays is awful and my doc was on vacation. But the GoHealth urgent care came to the rescue. I was able to register from home so I just walked in and sat. The waiting room was empty. The staff was great and the place is really clean. I was seen quickly and no unnecessary tests were done. I left with a diagnosis and a prescription and I got better. It was a perfect urgent care experience.
Worst service. NP told me she was going to send a prescription to my pharmacy. Never sent one. And when I called the office they said she never wrote anything and should all be over the counter! Duh I know I could get over the counter but why ask for my pharmacy info and say I’ll send a prescription to ur pharmacy??why waste my time ?and honestly she doesn’t have the best attitude to patients anyway.never going back to this place.
I have been to this place 3 times for various reason over the course of 2 years. Every visit is pleasant and I am always seen within a reasonable amount of time. When I am seen by the nurses or doctors they are always professional, pleasant, and helpful. Just don’t leave anything there because there is no lost and found and it will not be there when you get back. Other than that, my experiences were better than an ER & I was in and out.
Brought my own self swab PCR test in to just drop off, a process that took 2 minutes when I did it 6 months and I stood waiting for 35 minutes waiting for them to take the tube out of my hands. It had already been scanned and logged. The front desk did not actually listen to my explanation of what we were there to do
I came in with chest pains the front desk was to busy on the phone, didn’t ask me my name or how can they help. After having to approach him the response I got was to take me asthma pump and have a seat. Waited for bout 20 mins again no one has taken any of my info still I was the only person in the waiting area decided to walk out completely unprofessional people in there.
The service was quick and very professional. Doctor answered all my concerns and gave me easy to follow instructions for further care. I left there assured of my next step for my problem
With no one in the waiting area, I’ve already been here waiting 45 minutes, and still waiting. I made an appointment online to try to avoid this! When I go to the Bellmore Northwell go-health urgent care facility, even WITH a full waiting room I’m waiting 20 minutes max. Lesson learned.
If the lack of effort or information from check in /reception, is and example of the care; run, run like a bat out of hell.This is a quote. “Hello we are a walk in how long is the wait? Are you here for a COVID test, no sinus infection. About an hour, I will try and get you in earlier. Thank you. One hour later hi can I get an updated. Oh glad you came up please fill out the registration I texted to you. Ok (thinking I would be going in) I’m done how much longer? about and hour. Excuse me! Run Run if the receptionist doesn’t care as you walk in good chance no one else will. First impressions are normally the most accurate.
Best local urgent care in RVC. Made an appointment that morning, quick diagnosis, home within 40 minutes. Couldnt ask for a more efficient medical clinic.
I visited the urgent care in Rockville Center and the doctor ordered a urine test. He told me the lab will call me in 2 days for the results. I called the urgent care after 3 days for my results. A lady asked me for my personal information, put me on hold for a few minutes and told me after that my results were normal, negative. Later on that day the lab finally called me and told me that my results were positive and I have to take the medication prescribed! I was so confused! So I requested to pick up the results and read with my own eyes because that was so confusing and shocking to me.Everytime i go to this urgent care the experience is so bad. Its my 3rd time today because its very close to my house, my doctor sent me to the lab for a test and i am calling this urgent care non stop to make sure they received the doctor’s script before getting there, they never pick up the phone. When i got there, the front desk is on the phone; even if shes busy on the first line im wondering if she cant pick up the other line and say to hold a minute like normal other places do. I work in a hospital and i know these urgent cares have more than one line to help and other employee inside have access to the other lines.I went to the lab to the back and the phlebotomist started getting ready to draw my blood, didn’t confirm my name or date of birth or even the test my doctor ordered for me to make sure I am the right patient! Because like i mentioned: they sent a script to the lab, i went there only for blood work. I was the one asking her instead if she had my script and the bloodwork im here for.Anyway these employees definitely need training. Next time i’ll just travel further instead of going there.
I went in met the beautiful girl at the front desk signed in and was seen in less then a minute. Came in with chest tightness they did a EKG and a chest X-ray. There was no findings but considering my family history and even being a young guy they still recommended me to see a cardiologist and to have blood work done. They even got in touch with a cardiologist and found me a appointment for early the next morning. They also called the next evening to see how the appointment went. Top notch urgent care. Highly recommended.
We had a relatively quick wait (30 minutes) and then saw the doctor. She seemed to really care and take time to listen to what was going on. The facility seemed clean. Glad we chose to go to this location!
The care I received at Northwell GoHealth Urgent Care easily exceeded my best expectations. Although I was feeling rather ill, I must have looked much worse as I attracted the attention of much of the staff. An exam was conducted immediately with professionalism and thoroughness I have rarely encounter even in hospital.PA, Roshee Maitland, was extraordinarily clear and concise in explaining the results of her exam. And her instructions, related to the prescription medications she was ordering, left no room for error and were immediately effective in relieving my symptoms later that evening. More importantly, she may have uncovered a heretofore unknown cardio/pulmonary issue that may represent a threat to my life down the road. As a direct result of our discussion, I have an appointment with pulmonology/ cardiology specialist this week that hopefully will result in relieving the shortness of breath symptom that brought me to GoHealth in the first place. Roshees care and expertise went well beyond Urgent Care and ultimately may have saved my life. For that I am forever grateful.Joe Howard, EMT-CCRockville Centre, NY
Whats the point of making a online appointment if it means nothing? Had a 8:15am appt (they open at 8a & I got there at 8:03), the lady at the desk checks me in around 8:20 (walk-ins were getting checked in first), she then sends me into a waiting room, and I was like cool, not too bad of a wait, but then a nurse comes in with attitude saying Im letting you know its gonna be at least another 45 minutes or more... I reply wait what, I had a 8:15 appt, she then tells me the appointment doesnt mean anything, there are other people ahead of you. So if you ever go, make sure youre the first one there, and dont waste youre time making an appointment.
Complete waste of time! I made an appointment online for 1:45 and wasn’t seen until 3:30 only for them to tell me I need to go to Oceanside for an X-ray. You are better off going to the ER than this mess of a place.
It took me 4 calls to RVC to finally have them send my prescription to the pharmacy....I had to go through the night in nothing but pain Also I was sent to Oceanside because RVC didnt have a xray tech. If I tell you my injury is back related why wouldnt you tell me before I came that you didnt have a xray tech so that I could decide if I wanted to run around town in pain....Also I was told at Oceanside no fracture, how ever when the PA called me from RVC, she said I did have a fracture. So why the difference???? Unbelievable experience that I dont want to repeat.
I was in and out in 15 minutes. I came in today around 3:30 check in was simple. I saw the physician received my diagnosis, my prescription was conveniently sent to my pharmacy and I was on my way home. Everyone was polite and helpful. The space is open and clean. I would go again.
I took a PCR test, required for travel. I never received my results and had to pay $150 out of pocket upon arrival to my destination. Go Health RVC has yet to provide my test results or even communicate to me as to why I have not received my test results. I am just thankful this was not an urgent situation. I will not return to this location.Adding to this review on 10/30/21 - So I never received results and I did reach out to Northwell per the response from them posted here. No one responded. In fact I reached out 2x, no response. This location is ridiculous. Do NOT go here.
This is the second time Ive used the services @ this Urgent Care location-- The service was quick and easy--even more so since Id been there previously. The staff is warm and wonderful and the facillities are nice and clean! In addition to visiting again(if necessary); Id definitely recommend!
Went there to get my head (4)stitched up......plus went back to the same doctor to get my stitches out. My place to go Its like a little hospital.....A+ and thank you again. Keep up the great work!
I hurt myself opening a can. The staff was very caring, calm and compassionate.I was seen quickly. Dr. Marguerita listened to my concerns and suggested a treatment that did not make me anxious. Thank you for helping me in my healing.
Came in for a covid test a few months ago. The woman at the front desk told me it was $45 for a covid test, and there was a $120 location fee that they would take cash for. This was before ever asking me for insurance information. Factor in Covid tests are universally free and there are 3 additional urgent cares in a mile radius (I obviously drove 2 minutes down the road).The whole thing has irked me for months, and Ive debated writing this review. Its Northwell so them charging money for something free isnt shocking. If a doctors office is looking for cash up front, it might be best to look somewhere else.

I went to to do the covid test it took me like 30 minutes to get the results. Very friendly staff.
My son was seen by the Rockville Centre Northwell Urgent care PA and MA team. Very caring, thorough and went above and beyond to ensure my son got better quickly. Im so grateful !!!
This place will charge you all the money in the world and not actually provide any services. I went in for an URGENT CARE VISIT. The doctor I visited said there was nothing she could do. All was fine until they charged $375 for a DETAILED NEW PATIENT APPOINTMENT. I never imagined Id be charged so far out of line with the care and appointment I received. Another urgent care initially treated me and charged $120 - and they actually did stitches. This place has very improper billing practices.

Theyre great, I went a week ago, with flu like symptoms had one set of tests done, they came up negative. So they wanted to know what it was as badly as I did. And I think with their professionalism and knowledge, they figured it out.
Roshee Maitland, PA was extremely patient with my questions after testing positive for COVID. She was thorough and knowledgeable when it came to treating me. I didn’t have to wait to be seen and they were quick to administer the covid test.Thank you for a great experience.

Being a physician myself, I have encountered many health care professionals in my career. I have never met a group of people collectively and individually lacking the most basic manners or customer/patient care skills. Rude and condescending are the words that describe the attitude of people working here. I will never use this facility again.

I had a positive experience at the Rockville Centre Northwell location. I signed in online and was seen quickly by a caring staff. A special shout out to the PA - Doug, Danielle & Chris. I am on the road to recovery. I only wish this location could be my primary Dr.!
I liked that I was able to quickly schedule an appointment for my sick son and did not have to wait long once we arrived at Go Health. The P.A. who examined my son was patient and thorough.
Fabulous urgent care. Clean, friendly, and very knowledgeable. They arevery covid conscience and take all precautions including asking patients to wait in their car. Highly recommend.
I was impressed with how quickly the doctor responded to my symptoms. She sent me to another location for a chest X-ray that same day. Kind, quick and helpful.
Went in for the first time and I loved it. I was seen within 15 minutes of my arrival. The facility is clean and the staff very pleasant. They even followed up with a phone call to find out how I was doing. I highly recommend it.

Called to find out if they had the Flu test for my child. They said they did, only to find out when we arrived an hour later, they said they used all of them. It was obviously a complete lie. They just want to get you to come in and spend $50.00 copay. No Dr onsite, they had a PA working. There are plenty of these Urgent Care facilities, pick another one.
I really dont know where all these nasty yelp reviews come from. I think they were karens that didnt like black people tbh. This place was great i was tended too very well. Soon as i walked in i was suspicious because of the reviews but the ladies were great. I would recommend to go back honestly.

I had a COVID test at this location on New Year’s Eve . 4 days ago. As of today nobody has my results. I was told The northwell labs has my results they do not .they told me to go back to clinic and they don’t have it either .Very cranky lady in front who was no help. The patient portal does not have my results. Mr doctor does not have results. What happened to it
Please avoid at all costs . Absolutely horrible experience here . Came here seeking help and P.A. was one of the rudest people I’ve ever encountered . Refused to go over medical history with me and actually used the words “ I don’t have to check your medical history “ when trying to come up with a diagnosis and proceeded to shout at me outside the room in front of other patients . I am beyond appalled as no patient should ever go into a medical facility seeking treatment and be treated in such a way . I will definitely be seeking to escalate this matter further with upper level management . Completely unethical behavior and should not work in this profession with that type of attitude .Best part of it all . She purposely didn’t file my prescription after asking her too . CVS told me it was never processed . This is how you treat all of your patients ?
Horrible this place turns sick children away at 7pm when they don’t close until 8pm. Never give them business.They discriminate based on race, they saw the Caucasian women infront of me but wouldn’t see me and my children whom were very sick.
DR.Ida, Wendy and all the staff is excellent. They are caring, experienced, explained the problem and possible solutions. We did not feel rushed.
I was out of breath and wheezing and this woman at the front desk turned me away because I didnt have an photo Id .Il..on top of that when I walked in no one told me what to do I waited for no reason. Went in today looking for a rapid test post I read was correct women in front at desk had mask on plastic screen and wouldn’t speak so could be heard . Was as I was interrupting her . Need to find better place where people care.

The front desk girl was really nice as was the girl who took my vitals but whoever is running their administration is completely lost lolShe says fill out this intake form, I said oh yeah I did online as you guys have to set up intake form to save time, she says oh no this is a different questionnaire. Turns out its the exact same form lolWell so much for all the money Northwell spent on that online function lol And soo much for efficiency out the window with their $$$.Then she says i have to go get a fax from my coverage because it shows inactive in their computer. I activated before coming here obviously because their awesome online algorithm picked up my inactive status. Sooo... but no they dont believe me lolI get it, they cant see me unless it shows in their computer, but you would think theyd put some effort in verifying instead of putting the onus on me when i can really go to any hospital or Doctors office that would verify in their office in seconds and get that $$$

I made my appointment on line was east to do and I showed up 15 mins before my appointment and I was in and out I went to get a Covid rapid test cause I was exposed it came out negative I was scared to go and wait with others that may have Covid but we were spaced out nice enough I had no worries and the staff was very helpful

Out of all the Northwell centers this one is the best. Ive been to several and I didnt like the care or attention given. Everyone at Rockville was friendly, attentive, and willing to help/answer my questions.
The provider did not send over my prescription. I had to call numerous times to get them to send it over and waited over an hour and a half in the pharmacy before it was finally sent. The receptionist was beyond cavalier about wasting my time because of their incompetence. In the future, Ill go to CityMD.
TERRIBLE! I am utterly disgusted , Im in so much pain even after , but hear me out I went around 2 oclock and they havent sent my ear drops to the cvs , Im suffering and the place is now closed ,wth am I supposed to do
