I can’t say enough good things about the entire team at STL fertility. They treated my wife and I with so much dignity and love. They inform you at every step of the way, have great bedside manners (rare these days), and are always available when you have questions. And most importantly, they’re very good at what they do. I’d give them 6 stars if I could.

Everybody that works in this office is incredible from the doctors, to the office staff, and the nurses. They are beyond support and helpful. Dr. Dayal took time to explain every part of the process even going to the extent of drawing pictures. They will laugh and cry with you, treating you like family! I would 1000% recommend this clinic to anyone going through fertility issues. We are so sad for this to be our last day with them! But excited for the next chapter!

Words cannot express how thankful our family is for STL Fertility. The doctors, NP, nurses, and staff are all so amazing and truly made my husband and I feel genuinely cared for during our fertility journey. We hit a lot of bumps along the way but they supported us the whole time. I cannot even explain in words how truly absolutely happy I am with the care I received at Stl Fertility. IVF is a journey and having my nurse Lauren and Dr. Schulte there by my side to take their time with me and always so kind answering all of my questions and concerns has been nothing but great from start to finish. They have given us the greatest chance at growing our family into what we’ve always hoped and dreamed it could be. This is my third IVF pregnancy, and Ive been to three different clinics. All three times I got pregnant, but the experiences were each unique. Your fertility experience is about more than just getting pregnant. You need a clinic that is willing to care for your physical, emotional, and financial wellbeing. The customer service and communication of a clinic is critical to your treatment, and its hard to get that in the big teaching hospitals where you are tossed between providers and students all the time. STLFertility did a great job.

STL Fertility was definitely a blessing to us. Dr. Dayal was so kind, so informative, and helped our dream come true. Our son was born 4/26/24 and he is so amazing. Our hearts are so full. Dr. Dayal guided us through every step and was so happy for us when we found out I was pregnant. The whole STL Fertility team was so kind and you felt like family when you went in. No judgements. I honestly can’t say enough about STL Fertility… the staff is incredible!!! Supportive and kind through the entire process. They have rooted for us, cried with us and most importantly, celebrated our success! This is the place you want to go to feel like you are being taken care of by friends/family. I will miss every single woman there once we “graduate” in two weeks. They have made our biggest dream a reality and we love them forever for it. STL Fertility has helped me build my family and I could not be more thankful for their support! They are compassionate people who care about you and your family goals. The path of infertility can be lonely and disheartening, but at STL Fertility I found hope. I have a beautiful almost 2 year old boy and am expecting another beautiful baby in March both of which were conceived with the help of STL Fertility.

We were able to overcome the obstacles we faced with help from Dr. Schulte and the amazing team at STL Fertility. My wife is now pregnant and we can finally breathe a sigh of relief after 3 years. They have awesome bloodwork nurses and everyone is so nice here.

2 years at STL Fertility where I had high estrogen and horrible periods on day one upon entering. My HSG was painful, too. These are all symptoms of endometriosis.70,000 dollars worth of procedures that did not address my problem at all. Thousands of dollars to pump me with hormones rather than suppress them.7 IUIs, 2 egg retrievals, 2 failed transfers, 2 polyp removal surgeries.After all of that, Dr. Schulte detoured me to get surgery after a biopsy showed endometriosis. I insisted in going to another doctor who detected stage 4 endometriosis through excision. I know my last embryo would not have made it through lupron shots and the Band-Aids that she put on my entire care. The surgeon said he had no idea how I was even having sex.STL Fertility will frequently communicate through voicemails and Friday night calls at 3:50 when they close at 4. Your weekends are ruined by reading between their vague lines of communication.The office cares a great deal about their social media presence and their clout. Check out their page and find out.A true whirl wind of an office with off-putting intentions and no desire to get to the root of problems.To all my future endometriosis warriors out there, I highly suggest to not to see Dr. Schulte at STL fertility.Lastly, I am a Doctor of Education and teach Kindergarten. Dr. Schulte talks to you in a condescending way. As if she is better than you when you are in your most vulnerable, painful place in life. You deserve better.

STL Fertility will always be apart of my family! My husband and I started this journey with them in 2023 after having a terrible experience with another clinic. The staff members were so helpful, informative, patient and empathetic. The billing department was 100% accurate and upfront about all cost involved. Dr. Dayal was extremely thorough when giving us our options, and patient when we decided to take another year to think about our next move. When we returned in April 2024, we had a small unpaid balance that was still on our account from the previous year. No threatening calls, no pressure emails,…just welcoming arms and information when we returned. Our IUI procedure was done a month later by Nurse Melanie Miranda who was absolutely AMAZING! The most important thing is she LISTENED! At my previous clinic, I informed them that my ovulation was an unusual day 9 and they ignored me…missing my ovulation and having to postpone my IUI. Nurse Melanie listened, adjusted my schedule, & performed the IUI according to my feedback. 3 weeks later, we were informed that our beautiful bundle of joy would be with us in February 2025. Thank you STL Fertility for not treating us like a number, but like family!

My experience here was hands down amazing. The care that the entire staff took with me was nothing short of astounding. From the front desk, to the medical assistants, to the nurses, to the lab, to financial department, and finally to the providers, everyone was always ready to answer any questions I had. They never acted like I was a bother, no matter how silly I thought my questions or concerns were. From our first appointment to our last, we had the best care weve ever gotten at any doctors office. They were also so gentle and thoughtful with their words because of how stressful and hard this journey can be for some. They really care about their patients and treat them like family. Absolutely would and will recommend to anyone I know that needs to seek out help to grow their family!

I have gone to STL fertility for multiple rounds of IVF. I am currently trying for baby #2 and the staff there make it so upbeat and pleasant to come. Carla draws my blood with ease when most take multiple tries. Jaclyn, my coordinator, Lauren and Erin have been a huge help and get me in to see Dr. Schulte extremely quickly. They have a seamless set up and never make me wait in the office. If I could give them 10 stars, I would!

Five stars isn’t enough! These ladies are so caring, personable and knowledgeable. Dr. Schulte has been with me every step of the infertility journey. She diagnosed and helped me understand my Low Ovarian Reserve, talked through my anxiousness about egg retrieval and celebrated the wins of successful transfers with us. With the help of her and the amazing STL fertility team we’ve had two beautiful babies via FET and are beginning the steps for another transfer this summer. Dr. Schulte has always been honest and warm! I wouldn’t choose anyone else to help us build our family! Thank you STL fertility.

After years of diagnosis and trying , Dr. Dayal and Co. showed me the way to the latest research, trials, procedures and tests to pinpoint precise conditions for our successful embryo transfer. Trying to work with this office has been an ongoing 9+ month nightmare. They do not communicate at all or answer questions.Trying to get any of my concerns or questions addressed has been like pulling teeth and only adds to the stress and uncertainties of desperately wanting to start a family.Addition as of 9/11/24. I’m being told a lot of flowery words and promises but still no action to back up the promises. I’ll remain skeptical until there is tangible action and evidence of movement in my case. All this office has shown me is incompetence and disorganization. I’m a cancer patient so I have a unique fertility journey. This establishment has shown through their inactions that my case doesn’t matter to them. They have not done anything to earn my trust and I’m just frustrated that I put my ability to be a parent in their hands as things aren’t looking hopeful

I absolutely love STL Fertility. my husband and I moved there (in 2020) from another clinic and were at our breaking point. I literally broke down during our meeting with Dr. Schulte because I was so frustrated. We quickly went through IVF and got pregnant on our first transfer and had our wonderful son. We went back for another transfer when he was a year and a half, which turned out to be a chemical. We went through additional retrievals since we didn’t have anymore embryos and talked through options. Dr Schulte was happy to discuss everything with us as much as we wanted. We are now 14 weeks pregnant with our second baby and so excited!I 100% recommend this clinic!

Dr Schulte/Melanie and team are FANTASTIC. From diagnostics to an IUI they are the most professional, empathetic, and caring team. I cannot recommend stl fertility enough. In December of 2020 we had our first baby girl and couldn’t have done it without them. We were now able to have our son May 2024 through the embryos we had frozen. They have given us the greatest blessings in the world. Everyone is so helpful and compassionate and understand how difficult of a process it is to go through infertility. At stl fertility they are there with you every step of the way each and every time. Dr dayal is the sweetest doctor and very honest. We never felt pressured and think so highly of Dr dayal.

After multiple miscarriages then unexplained infertility, we went to STL Fertility for help. After multiple tests to make sure everything looked okay with my husband and I then a few rounds of IUI, we saw our first positive pregnancy test in a long time! I have been to a few fertility drs. In the past and this place was my least favorite. I seemed like another paycheck coming in. The drs did not really explain much or answer my questions. As soon as they found out we needed a donor they pretty much told me not to do that and tried to talk me out of it. They also stopped reaching out. I had to contact them and half the time they didnt answer the phone or the staff was very short with me. I ended up going to diffrent dr and it has been a dream and much cheaper. I hope if you choose to come here you are treated better than I was and you ultimately get your pregnancy I know we all are dreaming of.

I found STL fertility after my third loss. While my fertility journey isn’t why most people would think to visit a fertility clinic (repeated pregnancy loss), I am SO thankful I chose to look for care with Dr. Schulte. I actually consulted with four different doctors after a 13 week loss. The moment I spoke with Mo, I knew she was the best choice. It’s a 5 hour drive each way, and I’d make the drive 100 times over to be in the care of this office! I’ve also had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Dayal and she’s absolutely amazing as well. My journey with the clinic isn’t quite over, but struggling with RPL has been far less heavy with STL docs and nurses on my team ❤️

STL Fertility quoted us $18,500 (not including medication, which they said is approximately $3k to $8k more) at the end of last year, for an IVF treatment. The meetings with the doctor are only done over Zoom, in my opinion online meetings are showing a lack of care considering what women are going through with these fertility procedures. We end up having a successful IVF treatment in Europe for around $4,200 (including the medication) with at least 5 physical meetings with a fertility doctor. You need to account for plane tickets and accommodation but the prices are at least 3 times less compared to the U.S., even including those travel expenses. In my opinion in the U.S. the healthcare costs are way too high, and in terms of personal care and equipment, the clinics in Europe are better. Another thing I just remembered, my wife called the administrative assistants there at STL Fertility around the beginning of this year to ask for a doctors appointment, they forgot to call her back.

After two decades of infertility (I am 40), I got pregnant twice immediately through STL Fertility. I actually worked for another fertility organization at the time and had the opportunity to be treated at a substantial employee discount, but I was looking for a smaller practice with more attention to individual patient care. I could tell during the first initial consult with Dr. Dayal that this place would fit the bill.To my surprise, my IUI procedure resulted in pregnancy on the very first try (despite having terrible numbers and very few follicles). That pregnancy unfortunately ended in a loss, which the doctors at STL Fertility treated with great compassion and care. Less than three months later, using the medication protocol prescribed by Dr. Dayal (which was honestly pretty rough towards the end of the cycle and made me question if I could even do this again if it failed), I was pregnant again. This resulted in our baby boy born in April!The doctors here definitely know what theyre doing; if youre an older patient with extremely poor indicators (i.e. AMH/FSH levels), I would not waste my time with cookie-cutter approaches at the larger clinics. STL Fertility is definitely the place to go!

Absolutely thrilled with the care we have received from STL Fertility and Dr. Dayal. The IVF Journey isnt easy for anyone, but after a year of unfailing support and treatment by the staff, we have an amazing 8 week old embryo and are transferring to regular OB care. Dr. Dayal is very hands-on and offers different treatment paths, recommending options based on individual patient needs rather than following a cookie-cutter treatment plan. We worked with Dr. Schulte for a few of our appointments, and worked with the staff for coordination, and everyone was super compassionate and professional. Would recommend STL Fertility to anyone who is struggling to conceive.

There are so many clinics anymore that really treat womens health as a one-size-fits-all approach, or they want to get you your baby and get you out, it can feel very cold and factory-like. While those clinics may achieve the result youre looking for, the difference between the others and StlFertility is your journey is more than just getting you to parenthood. They take the time to ensure your mental health, physical health, and even financial health are in the right place too. I cant tell you how many staff members have held my hand during really difficult moments, and truly have just been there for my husband and I.I could not recommend this clinic enough and whether youre jumping into IVF or IUI, or even just timed cycles this practice is going to be there for you every step of the way.

Words can not truly express our gratitude for the entire staff at STL Fertility. From the first Zoom meeting with Dr. Molina Dayal, we knew we had finally found the right doctor—who was knowledgeable and truly cared about helping us start our family. I can honestly say that at our previous clinic, I was just a number forking over money each month with no results. STL Fertility was the complete opposite. They worked with us to determine our goals and developed a plan centered around us—not the same protocol for every patient. STL Fertility’s staff is what makes the huge difference. They are so welcoming and became a huge support system as we underwent IVF. They shared in our low points but helped celebrate our big win!! We’re expecting our baby girl in March 2023. Everything was overwhelming at first but the whole office treated us like family. We immediately knew we were in the right place. They walked us through every step and explained everything in detail. It’s so hard to express how thankful we are to the staff for giving us our second baby! If we go for a third there is no other office we would rather go to. IVF/infertility isn’t exactly an enjoyable journey, at least for me. But STL Fertility makes this process as easy as possible. Every single person from reception to the Doctors are welcoming and compassionate. Everyone always has a smile on and you can tell they’re really rooting for you. Dr. Dayal, Dr. Shulte, and NP Miranda are all wonderful. I have seen each for various appointments over the last year. They are all very knowledgeable and explain each step/procedure along the way. I never feel rushed or that my questions go unanswered. My nurse coordinator Jess Britton always has a positive attitude (which being a pessimist mostly I need that balance), responds quickly to any emails or phone calls, and keeps me on track with my cycle calendars. It is a stressful, exhausting, time and I’m so grateful to STL Fertility for making it easier.

Dr. Dayal is an angel of a doctor. Not only is she incredibly knowledgeable and professional, but she’s kind and listens to her patients. She administered every single ultrasound I had from start to finish - including an emergency one I needed on a Saturday. The STL Fertility staff is just as kind, responsive and amazing as well! The entire practice is a gift to the St. Louis infertility community and I am convinced my son wouldn’t be here had I not had Dr. Dayal for a doctor.

I could not say enough amazing things about this office. As a cancer survivor who now suffers from low AMH with two past miscarriages, I had no hope going into my appointment. But after talking to Dr Dayal and making a game plan, I felt more positive about my chances and ready to hit the ground running. My husband and I drive from 2.5 hours away and we both agree its so worth it and we wouldnt go anywhere else. When I was nervous about the diagnosis testing, Melanie was more than I could have even asked for. She explained everything and made me feel so at ease. She is truly amazing working with patient. They are quick to respond, has answered all my questions (even when I feel like Im over questioning), and gives me so much hope.

I am still on my fertility journey and I could not be happier with choosing STL Fertility to go on that journey with. Dr. Schulte and Dr. Dayal are not only knowledgeable but also compassionate and sincere. I just met Melanie Miranda WHNP yesterday, and she was absolutely wonderful. Honestly everyone there is, whether it is over the phone, in-person, zoom, or through email, they are there to help. I wish I had taken the plunge and gone sooner. (Be your own best advocate!) So if you are like me and worried that you are overweight and no one is going to help, or just nervous, scared, and anxious I highly recommend these women and those nerves will settle the minute you walk through that door.

Dr dayal and her whole team are amazing! Dr dayal personally did all ultrasounds and guided my husband and I through 3 rounds of IVF. She listened to all thoughts and concerns I had and was compassionate through the whole process. I owe both of my kids to her and her team!! They are 5 and 18 months. Highly recommend them!!

As someone who has received services at three different fertility clinics, I can say this is the most knowledgeable and lovely team in STL. Admin, nurses, and doctors are all incredibly helpful, patient, and made me and my husband feel so cared for. We couldn’t recommend this clinic highly enough!!!

I became a patient of Dr. Dayals in 2018. She helped us get 8pgs tested embryos. She stays up on all the latest and greatest testing and technology. She is an out of the box thinker, and great with complex cases. My husband and I left the clinic for a bit for medical reasons. We transferred our lucky 8 back to STL cause she is so amazing. We havent had an FET yet, but I just know Dr. Dayal will get me pregnant.I cannot say enough about Jennifer Hart the embryologist. She helped us get our babies created, out of the clinic and back to the clinic safely. Mary Kay is a great nurse. She is one nurse that can get blood from me and is always quick to answer questions.

All the women at STL Fertility are so kind and very welcoming. It helps that many of them have gone through or are going through the journey with you. All of the medical staff are there to encourage you and cheer you on to motherhood!

For over three years our journey to become parents had been a long, stressful, emotional ride. We went to a different fertility clinic in STL. After the doctor discussed all of the scientific probabilities of not being able to conceive, she actually walked out and left us in her office. She never came back. We ended up in tears, feeling confused and less hopeful than before we arrived. We decided we would just keep trying on our own rather than go back. We started to lose hope in having a baby and a year later got enough courage up to seek another opinion. After meeting the knowledgeable, kind, and gracious Dr. Dayal, we left her office the very same day having made an appointment to start our IVF treatment. It was the best life decision weve ever made! After only one round of treatment and with only one viable embryo transferred, we welcomed our precious miracle into this world in 2015. I cannot thank Dr. Dayal enough for making our biggest dream come true with our long awaited journey into parenthood! I cannot say enough good things about her & her staff. They are absolutely phenomenal!

Dr. Molina Dayal is amazing, we are really happy with our experience with her. Highly recommend doing IVF at STL Fertility.

We started the process of fertility for gender selection last year and were referred by my OB to Dr. Maureen Schulte. We met with her via zoom and she was very nice but apparently was about to have her own baby and be out for a while and didnt tell us this. Of course, that is great but we would have liked to probably meet with another doctor who would be continuing care. Due to this, no one followed up with us and we had to call several times. We then both went in for our testing and were supposed to start injections within the next couple of weeks but again, I kept calling and was told one of the nurses or fertility coordinators would be contacting me and they did not. I had to keep calling and calling to finally be told that my AMH was low and that I likely needed to talk to the doctor, but she was out. Why were we getting started on injections then? I asked if there was another doctor we could talk to and they said Dr. Dayal could call us. When she did, a week after we were told she would, she could not have seemed less interested to help us if she tried. I asked about donor eggs and she said it was an option. We had a few questions regarding that so she told us she would call the bank they use and give us a call back so we could proceed and we NEVER HEARD BACK. However, a year later we are now receiving tons of bills from them and LabCorp. I guess that means that they are not going to return any calls and we just owe them thousands now for nothing. It was like pulling teeth to get them to call us or act like they cared and I am fairly certain another patients case was being discussed with me at one point because I had to say I think youre talking about another patient. That is not me. We also just yesterday got letters we had to sign for with the amount they want us to pay them. Still no return calls from ANYONE. I have called the billing department as well. I have talked to a few friends and clients of mine who have said the same thing about this place- if you arent ready to go right away and may possibly have a journey or need to explore donor eggs, etc, they move on. It seems very one size fits all. Consultation, then schedule to start medications. They want the cases that are going to start injections right away. This makes perfect sense because other than the no follow up with Dr. Schulte leaving, once we saw I had low AMH and needed to talk about donor eggs, we were ghosted and bills started flooding in. Weve paid a few to labs for our bloodwork of course, but have not paid the ones for them directly (consultation, etc) yet until SOMEONE CALLS US. Its embarassing on their behalf that they sent a certified letter saying theyre trying to get ahold of us when its the exact opposite. I will hire a lawyer before I pay them for how they treated us. Especially since they wont return our calls. As far as they were concerned, we were still a family that needed their help. I guess we fell through the cracks. We are going to move forward with another doctor we spoke to first that I had a great feeling about but tried STL Fertility per our OBs recommendation. We have shared this feedback with him as well so they know before referring again.Edited to add- per the reply from owner and calling to speak with someone, we have twice since last week.....

I love Stl Fertility, the staff, and the doctors. I had IVF with the assistance of Dr. Dayal back in 2017 and 2018. They are so kind, compassionate, and empathetic. I had 3 failed transfers prior to my successful one. Everyone was always there for me. The doctors always make changes and suggestions that they believe will help with succeeding. They are truthful, and I never felt like they sugarcoated anything just to make me feel better. They never made suggestions just to get more money. When I did PGS testing, Dr. Dayal did not recommend embryoscope because she did not feel like it would add anything useful since my embryos were being tested anyway. I always appreciated their honesty. They are the best.

Dr. Dayal is amazing! She helped us get pregnant with our little boy using IUI! She is kind, compassionate, patient, knowledgable, and caring. Dr Dayal herself was at every appt and did every ultrasound and procedure (except blood draws). She took as much time as needed to explain everything and answer my questions. I really felt like she cared about me as a person not just as a patient. I recommend her 100%

I can’t stress enough how amazing these doctors are. We have been with Dr. Dayal since 2014 when trying to conceive our first child. We are back to try for a second. I couldn’t imagine going anywhere else. They know us by first name. The doctors are available at all visits. When a cycle doesn’t work, they fine tune and adjust. There is no “one size fits all” here and that’s exactly what benefits the patient.

Everything has been amazing. From treatment, staff and their compassion.Could not reccomend them enough.
