Tia is my all time favorite for all my medical needs. I was delighted to find a location in San Francisco when I relocated from Los Angeles. The team is always friendly, super knowledgeable, and attentive to patient care. The facility is clean, provides a relaxing atmosphere that boosts confidence and makes me feel taken care of. Well done, Tia!
I had to undergo a procedure here, and I was initially terrified about the pain involved. Fortunately, Nurse Practitioners Julianne and Alex, along with Acupuncturist Erica, provided incredible support throughout the entire process. Their compassionate care, from medication for pain and anxiety relief to soothing acupuncture, made me feel safe and supported in the room. I truly appreciate the way they held my hand and guided me through what could have been a very difficult experience. Its incredible to feel safe with other women healthcare professionals. Thank you, team, for making this so much easier for me!
I’m so grateful that Tia exists 💜 Every woman in this project has always make me feel pampered and confortable, they always give the best attention during my in clinic visits and virtual ones :) Women health should have always been like Tia, I really appreciate that there are women outside there working to take care of other women 💜✨ Thanks Tia and to all the women that work there 🍀
I love Tia because they take their time to listen and talk to me. I don’t feel rushed or like an inconvenience. They make me feel comfortable to ask questions and take part in my health journey. Tia treats the whole version of me, not just parts. And their space is just beautiful, calm, and relaxing.
Impressed with my first visit to Tia! The clinic is calming and beautiful, and I felt very well cared for. Excited to continue my experience with Tia.
I don’t recommend Tia for anything other than the most basic care needs. They don’t have any gynecologists at their SF location. They seem to have spent much more time decorating the office than actually changing anything about their care model. They have some gimmicky things that don’t actually improve experience (like making you wear a weird polyester robe instead of the usual paper cover - it feels way less hygienic and more awkward). They make it hard to cancel your membership (you can’t just cancel, you have to contact customer service and wait for a response). In my appointment, first a medical assistant took my history and then a nurse came in to see me. Some of the things I told the assistant were lost in this game of telephone.
Wow I just had an amazing experience at the Tia clinic. I was pretty apprehensive, given the amount of negative reviews from other members, but so far Im really impressed by the service, staff, and clinic. The amount of thought put into designing the clinic interior really made an impact on my visit experience. I felt comfortable, at ease, and the care providers were lovely people. I wish I switched to Tia sooner.
I’ve gone to Tia for 2 annual exams now, and it’s hands down the best, most human experience I’ve ever had in healthcare. Today I had to have blood work done, and I absolutely hate needles. Paty was so kind throughout the experience, and she gave me juice, a snack, cold compresses, and literally even fanned me after (lol)! Truly rockstar treatment, and she didn’t make me feel embarrassed about my fear at all. Will continue to return to Tia as long as I can.
Finally a doctors office that validates my health concerns and cares about me. Staff is knowledgable and friendly. I look forward to my appointments at Tia.My last gynecologist rolled his eyes when I told him that hormonal birth control doesnt work for me (tons of side effects), and went against my wishes and gave me a hormonal IUD. He also got annoyed when I asked for meds to help with the pain management.Tia validated my concerns about hormonal birth control and talked through the other birth control options. When I decided on a copper IUD, they immediately addressed my concerns with pain management and offered solutions. On the day of my IUD insertion, my Dr was so positive and reassuring. The procedure ended up being much less painful but 10000x more comfortable. They followed up frequently too.Cant recommend enough.
Tia really went out of their way to make me feel very safe, comfortable and relaxed during my experience. Patty especially was super kind and comforting throughout the appointment. Would definitely recommend!
I love Tia! The staff (both providers and administration) is a joy to work with, getting an appointment is so easy, and the space is beautiful. Really kind people and great care. I am bummed that they stopped offering massage therapy as I did want to try it. I haven’t had any issues with bloodwork or insurance that I’ve seen others talk about (fingers crossed). Would recommend!
I love Tia! I have never looked forward to doctors appointments the way I do now. Feels super safe, inviting, and I feel like I am truly listened to. I love that I can rely on Tia.
I found Tia initially when I was looking for teletherapy, and then stayed for the primary and GYN care. The office and staff make taking care of my health so relaxing from the valet parking to the luxe robes and the tea. Everyone is so respectful and kind. I recommend an acupuncture appointment with Erica. I’m not a fan of getting my blood drawn, but Paty can take my blood any day!
Had a wonderful experience again at Tia for my yearly exam. Julianne is phenomenal- she explained everything, was quick and it was the least painful Pap smear experience I’ve ever had. Plus the rooms are so relaxing- I love coming here!
I love Tia! Never ever EVER in my life did I look forward to a GYNO appt. I dreaded them and often missed or rescheduled to put it off. But I look forward to Tia, the experience is smart, educational w a spa like environment. The robes are amazing, the care is incredible. Thank you for treating women right!
I have visited this women’s clinic 3 times in person and 1 virtual visit. Paty my nurse who drew my blood today did a great job walking me through the process and making me feel comfortable and confident. As well as my provider Julianne who I got my nexaplon insertion with and did my yearly check with has taken great care of me and made sure that I was comfortable through each procedure and walked me though what she would do before doing it. The receptionist has also been lovely always greeting me and taking care of me and making sure I’m ready for my appointment.
I love my visits to Tia! The ambience is so calming and nice. The NPs and medical staff are amazing too- they’re always so informative and caring. So happy I found this place!
The endo specialist NP, Beth Simmons, is a god send. She is so informed about endo and knows exactly how to answer questions in a world where a lot of people are misinformed. The front desk and the phlebotomist in SF are also so nice and have gone of their way to accommodate me. I think their online systems are good enough. I feel like I’m getting better care than at One Medical or other clinics I’ve been to.
I love Tia and their women centered approach, I love that holistic is balanced with other approaches to medicine. I always feel welcome and comfortable in the safe, and I always receive care that I need. All of my concerns are addressed and followed through. This is the first medical office I have visited where I felt like my wellbeing mattered.
Love Tia!!! Wish they had locations in Texas. The space is beautiful and welcoming ✨ Always great service and care. Everyone is so kind and listens to you.
I love Tia SF! It’s always clean, the people are so kind and sweet, the robes are so cute, the recess drinks… I mean everything! I’m so comfortable here every time. 10/10
I absolutely love Tia! The clinics exceptionally compassionate staff and lovely atmosphere reflect meticulous planning and attention to detail. The care teams attentive listening and proactive approach truly shine, and I especially appreciate their use of luxurious reusable garments instead of disposable ones.
Ladies, look no further for primary care. As a client for 2+ years, I am so grateful for the time and patience by the care team. I feel see and heard. The onsite lab, homy feel, and onsite acupuncture is icing on the cake. I drive from the Peninsula because the level of care is so solid.
The best experience I’ve ever had at a doctor’s appointment. The entire staff was kind and welcoming & made me feel safe. They were efficient & addressed all concerns & gave me space to ask all the questions.
I love Tia! They have such a wonderful calming space and personable staff. The online interface is also super easy to use. Would definitely recommend for primary care/gynecology!
Originally I rated this 5 stars. Totally fell for the packaging and marketing, but as others have said this is an extremely expensive way to get medical care.Everyone is nice, the space is clean and new and modern, but you have to book a separate appointment for every concern. The messaging system is honestly the most frustrating thing I’ve ever dealt with, (they send automated messages incessantly, and it’s very difficult to understand who you’re messaging). You pay $120 a year just to be a member and, as others have said, are hit with hidden fees/bills 6 months to a year later. (I was billed $650 for them to outline my “care plan”, which was just a bunch of separate suggested appointment I should book.) Overall really disappointing, even though they are all “nice”.
Everyone at Tia SF is so lovely and welcoming. I have to give a special shoutout to Patty, the phlebotomist, who helped me feel very comfortable and made the experience pain free!
Please do not go to this clinic. The experience will seem amazing until a few months later when you are charged back to back for every interaction youve had there. I have a widely accepted PPO Blue Cross Blue Shield plan that I was told many times by Tia was in network. Now I am left paying over $400 more than 6 months after my appointment for a NORMAL yearly check up that is usually covered completely by insurance! The charge was completely unexpected. They will not help you understand why they wait 6+ months to secretly bill you, and you will not have any other option other than paying.
TLDR: This clinic is the equivalent of putting a McDonalds burger on a ceramic plate, adding a sprig of parsley and tripling the price. Dont go here unless you have money to burn.At first glance, Tia looks awesome. Its pricey, but they have an extensive questionnaire to really get a comprehensive view of your medical history, they have inclusive options for queer identities, and their whole web interface is very nice and modern, catered to your medical concerns.Unfortunately, it quickly becomes clear that these people have no idea what theyre doing. All I wanted was birth control to tackle my PMDD. Under my health insurance, it shouldve been the low, low price of $0. But by poor chance, I was prescribed one of the few birth controls that isnt covered, so the prescription came out to the high, high price of $600.No problem, I can just call and get a new prescription, right?Wrong. Tia might have the fancy Care Team Chat and the phone line, but I had to spend my whole day off playing phone tag between my pharmacy and provider, explaining myself and the situation repeatedly, and my pharmacy STILL doesnt have my adjusted prescription.I could dismiss this as a simple misunderstanding, but apparently they were bad enough that my pharmacist noticed. She said she tried to get my Tia providers number so I didnt have to play phone tag, but my provider was apparently very shady, not wanting to cooperate, and being very dismissive :((((.Ive continued to message Tia, trying to give them the benefit of the doubt, but theyve grown increasingly less cooperative, and now Im realizing that they just dont care. Theyre a mediocre clinic with a pretty facility and enough amenities to look good.Anyways, if you have $953 ($600 prescription + $333 virtual appointment + $20 membership) to burn on birth control, then this might be great for you. If I had that kind of money, I wouldve loved my experience. The appointment was straightforward and informative, and the overall vibe was nice, if a bit rushed. But as soon as I needed an adjusted prescription...
My experience with Tia has been really great so far. As someone who has a lot of anxiety around going to the doctor, the staff has shown a lot of care and support throughout my process in accessing healthcare. Once you sign up it’s very easy to set up appointments and to use your profile to see what appointments you have coming up. Really they are the only medical service that uses tech effectively in my experience accessing care.
I love coming to Tia. The whole team I have interacted with so far has gone above and beyond. Specifically Beth, Dr Lu, and Gabriela have been so kind throughout my visits whether online or in person. I especially appreciated Gabriela talking me through my whole ultrasound when I was quite nervous, and even sending me all the images for my own interest. I also appreciate the phlebotomist (sorry Im not sure her name!) who is always accommodating for me since I need to lie down injections and blood draws. Overall I cant recommend Tia enough.
I was absolutely loving Tia until my experience went sideways. I was in SF temporarily and finally decided to see an OB/GYN after months of gynecological issues. Tia turned out to be walking distance from where I stayed and took my insurance. I was able to make an appointment online for the very next day. Of course the environment was great and all of the faces were smiling and inviting. My NP was easy to talk to and took the time to educate me, talk me through next steps, and followed up via chat. After getting blood drawn for tests I was told I would hear back by the end of the week. This was great because with their fast booking system, I felt like I would have my results back soon and weeks left to schedule any needed follow-ups and after leaving I could continue any subsequent consultations virtually. After a week I had not heard back and reached out via chat and heard from someone else that there was a backup at their lab vendor and there was longer than usual waits. It wasn’t until I reached out with a related question over 3 weeks later that someone eventually told me there was a lab error and the blood would need to be redrawn. By this point, I had since left SF and was unable to redo this and saw no need to continue with Tia. The cancellation process was at least quick and understanding of the circumstance (needed to give 30 days notice, but they waived). Overall Tia was a great environment, I’m just a little sad it wasn’t as organized as I would’ve hoped and now it’s left me scrambling to find an appointment in my hometown that is less than 2 months out.
I honestly wish I could say that I love Tia. I’ve been using their services for the last six months and for every one good thing, there have 2-3 bad. For example, getting signed up and my first Telehealth appointment was extremely easy and quick. They had a lot of availability so the wait wasn’t long. However, for my first appointment, shortly before it was scheduled they emailed me and said that time was no longer available and rescheduled me for a week or two later. This has happened two different times for two different appointments. Every Telehealth appointment I have had with the NPs were great. Then, when I went in to see the doctor, the facilities were nice and clean, but then the doctor herself left something to be desired. For one, OBGYN is a sensitive exam and she said some less than sensitive things that have still stuck with me but I won’t put on here.Another example is that I began to finally see a 1:1 therapist after being on the waitlist for a month. Then on February 16, Tia announced that it would no longer be offering 1:1 therapy sessions By March 10. My current therapist thankfully has a private practice, but she doesn’t accept my insurance. I feel like they ripped the rug out from under us, but I also don’t understand why they are cancelling something that has had a consistent waitlist.Overall, I think for something that charged a membership fee, it’s not worth it. Unfortunately I paid for the year already.
Edit: I’m changing my review from 5 to 2 stars because they’re laying off my favorite acupuncturist and removing great services like pelvic floor therapy, meanwhile they’re expanding all over the US. Exactly what I was afraid of. I don’t think I will be renewing my membership because of this.I love Tia - I did their gyno and annual wellness appointment, and I am currently doing Acupuncture. I love their staff and messaging responsiveness, I have not had any issues with late blood work results or other things I’ve seen in the other reviews. I think maybe there were hiccups at the beginning of their setup but now they definitely feel more established. I hope they don’t feel the need to expand exponentially like OneMedical in order to sell out to Amazon. Growth and profit should not eclipse patient care. It’s okay to stay small and give consistent, exceptional services - you will always have a loyal customer base that way.
I love Tia. Ive been receiving healthcare from them for a year and a half and couldnt be happier. Ive been to this clinic and the one in Silver Lake and theyre both wonderful. The office staff, healthcare providers, online customer support are all so kind and accommodating. I love having this very wellness, whole-person focused healthcare. Id recommend it to anybody.
Great doctors, clean clinic and appreciate that I can get all my blood work done in one place.
I deeply regret signing up. I subscribed because I wanted health care to be simple, instead I am having to spend almost $500 dollars for something my plan would have covered if not using tia. They made you take appointments online and the whole health exam, just so they can charge you. I had to talk to multiple people and have been trying to solve it for weeks now, but they wont code my appointment as preventive care and instead of charging my insurance they are charging me. Would give 0 stars if possible.
Hello. Please be aware of their dangerous practices. I am on medications and due to being laid off, my provider said they would give me one refill if I reached out to let them know I am feeling ok. I am still job hunting and thus no insurance. I am 2 days away from going cold Turkey on a medication that will cause extreme withdrawal if done and I am being told I need an appointment and to pay their membership fee.The “profit before patients” is very much alive and well at this company. They can dress it up in pretty aesthetics and free tea but this is incredibly irresponsible.I bit my tongue every time I was let down by them during my one year membership. EVERY complaint I have is due to the admin side of the house and *not* the people at this location itself.- billing is inaccurate- takes days for a reply- every time you ask a question, they wanted another appointment- virtual appointments however, they could take weeks, depending on the provider
I love TIA! Ive had the opportunity to use both their tele-health and in person services. The tele-health appointments are convenient and meet most of my needs and the in person OB appointment was probably the least stressful OB experience Ive had. Ive loved every provider that Ive met. I knocked them down one star because it feels like they give me a lot of referrals out and sometimes that feels unnecessary and they also have me get blood work more frequently than past providers have done. With that being said when Ive expressed reluctance for the referrals, they have been very understanding and not pushy. Overall one of the best medical experiences Ive had.
I love Tia so much! It has been the most positive medical experience I have ever had. I highly recommend Tia for primary care, gynecological care, and acupuncture!
Bloodwork today. Great experience!!! Dee was amazing! Sweet, friendly, professional and fast. Loved her.
After going to many OBGYNs over the years, I feel like I have finally found a place who listens to me! I had my first Annual Exam with Tia and I am so happy with how my appointment went. The space is clean and inviting, I love the robes and socks. As someone who gets nervous at the doctors and needs to talk everything out in extensive detail I finally felt comfortable and heard. I have been experiencing pain for a while now from my IUD. My old OBGYN about my pain and she said thats just how it is with an IUD. When I told Tia they suggested I get an ultrasound and sure enough my IUD is imbedded! They are helping me take the proper steps to remove it and suggested other birth control options. Additionally, I love the 3 step process with the annual exam. Talking before and after the physical appointment is so helpful. Additionally, I love that everything is online, I much prefer the app VS talking on the phone. All in all I will be here as long as I am, in San Francisco! Thank you Tia for helping me feel heard.
Paty is an amazing nurse tech! All the staff are great and provide a welcoming environment.
Womens healthcare how its meant to be done.Pre-Tia, my ob-gyn and primary care experiences have been extremely lackluster. Ive tried traditional practices (Sutter Health), digital forward practices (One Medical, Forward), and large institutions (UCSF, Stanford). The care provided by Tia is thoughtful, efficient, modern, and top notch. Even painful procedures (hello, IUD!) are the best ever. The place where Tia seems to be experiencing growing pains (hence 4/5 stars) is on the operational front. Interfacing with pharmacies, timely responses to customer questions, etc arent quite as well done as the healthcare delivery. It is still, by the way, better than old school doctors offices, but its not as seamless and polished as Id like to see from their service. If there wasnt a monthly service fee, perhaps my expectations would be lower, but since there is a fee, I expect the operations to be world class.Again, I strongly recommend Tia and look forward to when an East Bay location is opened. In the meantime, shlepping into the City is 1000% worth it.
In one month, Ive had 10 visits with Tia Mission SF. My visits included primary care, gyn care, blood lab, ultrasound, acupuncture, PFPT; some virtual and some in-clinic. All of my care providers, front desk receptionists, care coordinators are incredibly caring and easy to talk to.There were a couple times I was late for my appointment. They would call me to check on me, and either worked with my provider to allow a late check-in or moved my appointment to a later time of the day. I used to go to One Medical Hayes Valley a couple blocks away, where I had horrible traumatic experience. The One Medical front desk was very rude and the office made you sign agreements that you wont be treated if you are more than 10 minutes late, whereas their providers routinely start the appointment more than 10 minutes late. This is such a sharp contrast.I recently had the pleasure to meet Dr. Emily Lu, Tia SFs regional director. She is so compassionate, knowledgeable, understanding, and helpful. For example, after learning my situation, she immediately offered a specialty referral with a specific diagnostic code that addresses my concern and is least detrimental to a difficult situation. That level of subtlety and thoughtfulness is unseen in my past 20 years of experience with various bay area health care networks.Initially I had doubts on Tia models efficacy in dealing with complex cases. But after interacting with Dr. Lu and most of her team in Mission SF, I am more than impressed by the competency of this team. The NPs and PAs here are definitely some of the best Ive ever met. The recruiting standard here is very high. They will not gaslight you and they will address your issues holistically. You will have to be a self advocate and buy into integrative medicine to receive the best results from their care.A few tips on how to use their services: (1) for medical visits, they will bill your insurance directly if in-network, for wellness services, you will get a superbill within a couple days of the visit to submit to your insurance for reimbursement, Ive had no billing issues so far; (2) if you are following up on a previously discussed issue, you can send a message requesting a booking link specifically to the previous care provider and they almost always accommodate; (3) the best way to interact with Tia is via messaging and give them a few days to get back to you instead of calling (you can send a message to them and request a callback) ; (4) they are new, expanding, and understaffed, so dont expect to use them for urgent or off-hour on-call services, I use Teladoc for that 24/7 provider access, and also had good experience with HealthTap.
I really love to concept of Tia and I was excited to use them for all my medical needs. The staff is really nice but their follow up is awful. I have been trying to reach them for over 4 weeks now about a medical procedure that I need to get done and no one has responded to me. I have been really frustrated by the whole experience - the number that you are supposed to call doesnt work and you just sit on hold for hours. Really bummed.
Joining Tia was a great decision. The providers have been excellent and caring, and the process is seamless. Theyve made coming in for care an enjoyable experience. I highly recommend this place for women wanting holistic, welcoming, and high quality care.
I love tia clinic. Truly cant imagine going to another place for my gynecological health needs anymore!
I love Tia’s mission to bring trauma-informed health care to women as well as the thoughtful design touches in the lobby. I also enjoyed that they provide soda with cbd or magnesium. However, my first appointment was a bit of a mess. First, their staff members didn’t pick up the phones for 24 hours in order to address a scheduling issue that they had made on their own end. Then upon arrival, there was a glitch on their system that caused problems with check-in. Lastly, my blood samples weren’t processed correctly so they only gave me back half my results. As someone who took time off work to come in, I expected to not have to come back to fulfill the same blood samples I just gave. I was so excited to leave Kaiser and find TIA but now it feels like all medical institutions all have their own problems. Ugh I really wanted to give five stars.
Tia didn’t send my first blood draw to Quest due to internal error (they forgot to send it, literally that’s what they told me) then when Quest charged for me the second blood draw and I contacted Tia to ask if I should pay they told me repeatedly not to pay the Quest bill, then sent me confirmation they had settled it even after I told them I was still getting billing mail from Quest. Today I got a note from a debt collector because the amount had never been paid. I’m sad because I had such high hopes for Tia and it’s unfortunately a really disjointed experience.
I joined tia in hopes of better treatment in the Healthcare system while I was hopeful I have been greatly disappointed in the management of appointments, the client app portal, and in their communication and lack thereof. I had my virtual health exam which went seamlessly, being that I split my time between here and new york I opted to do the in person in an NY, I reside in California and my hub location was set to that, I had labs done and encountered an issue with the wrong NPN number being listed on the paperwork this was the first hiccup I experienced. Subsequently I received a link for a lab follow up/check in with the next availability about a week and a half out. So I waited, the day comes for the appointment and she states she has to cancel because she doesnt have authority to practice in California this was frustrating as some of my results had things (maybe not urgent for the doctor) but for me I wanted to better understand than simply resort to Google searches of what they meant. Additionally, I had a lab come back that I wanted more information on but couldnt get any informationon because the Doctorwas not able to disclose to me since my hub was jn CA. The doctor even asked she didnt call you? Referencing the SF doctor. That made me feel even more disregarded knowing she should have called but didnt. That appointment concluded with having to reschedule. I received a link to schedule for a few days out which was frustrating at this point I had waited weeks in hopes to reach someone that I can discuss labs with. Finally the day comes and there was no link when I called to follow up they tell me it was canceled bc there was yet another mistake on their end and didnt have the courtesy to notify me of the cancelation. I spent an hour on the phone getting that Incident alone cleared up. Yet again I had to reschedule. They experienced glitches 4 times before I could actually speak to someone. Finally they squeezed me in with a nurse practioner to go over the results which she was late to and only gave me 15 minutes of her time where I was not able to ask many questions as I felt rushed off the phone. I kept the rescheduled date thinking that I can go over these results along with results that mysteriously they did not receive, and yet again it was something that was canceled without any notification. Overall, I am a relatively healthy person and I had this experience I cant even imagine what its like for someone who is more sickly trying to access care in your Healthcare system. In my short time with TIA my experience has been nothing but frustrating and disappointing while I wanted so much to like it, it is something that is still underdeveloped and maybe months to years out before it can offer adequate care to its members. I appreciate the concept, the aesthetics of the office, and has excellent marketing but the execution on how it translated to me for patient care was lacking. 3 months after severing ties to the business they billed me for something claiming I opted to not use my insurance for that visit, why would I opt not to use my insurance and pay their high prices out of pocket, these practices almost seem fraudulent and then go on to claim it must a been a glitch in the system. TIA is nothing but a great marketing scheme who under delivers in patient care. Spare yourselves of the headaches.
Worst experience. Online they confirmed that they take my insurance and later turns out they don’t. An individual doctor sends bills and it’s hard trace back to Tia. Also I talked and met to about 11 different employees during my annual exam asking the same questions over and over. I didn’t feel safe or heard. On the outside looks fancy but inside it’s a mess. Very disappointed.
I love the whole integrated medicine concept of Tia. I do therapy and medication management virtually through Tia, and go in-clinic for accupuncture and primary care. I love all the providers and that they share charts, it makes things really easy and smooth. Also the clinic and all the staff are very nice!
DO NOT TRY THIS PLACE! They fool you with the aesthetics and drink bar, but after you leave the office they don’t know what they’re doing. I tried to tell them i was concerned i had PCOS but they didn’t listen, and messed up 8 tubes of bloodwork 3 times! totally a scam, might be cute, but is not worth it, believe me please.
After my visits to SF General/Zuckerberg over the last 2 days, my OB appt felt like a spa day here. If they accept your insurance, it shouldn’t even be a quest. It was so easy to get an appointment and the staff was really nice. New facility, cute, clean, and easy.
I have been on the hunt for a new GP for a long time. When I discovered that Tia could help me with all things health, I was even more excited. So far, every physician has been kind, authentic, and personable. Huge fan!
Sleek, clean, glamorous environment and (mostly) friendly staff
Something is obviously going on over there, because you can see the reviews for the SF clinic going down. When anyone has written anything negative about the company on Google, they just say thanks for the feedback. Anyway, dont waste your money, they are clearly spending so much on advertising to bring people in but arent investing enough in the service and experience that they are supposedly providing. Really bad to advertise as a womens health, this is nothing of the sort as they just try and upsell you the other services which are over priced and not covered by insurance.
I highly recommend Tia for a women-centered medical provider. All the staff are very knowledgeable, professional and welcoming.
I felt extremely safe, comfortable, and listened to throughout my visit. Easily the best doctor’s office visits I have had!
Best doctors I’ve had! I can always get an appointment and feel so taken care of when I’m here. Feels more like a spa then a doctors office!
Always a very comfortable + relaxing experience. attentive & caring staff, convenient location. i recommend this place to all of my friends.
Lovely office, more importantly though… fabulous staff. Professional, fun, kind and experienced.
They do not have a gynecologist at this location. Make sure you ask about the provider you are seeing. I was mistaken that the doctor I was seeing was an OBGYN but it wasn’t.
10/10 - no notes. Would recommend to literally any woman who has had a bad experience with the healthcare system. Amazing, thoughtful, caring providers.
Walked in and out! It was super easy & quick to get my blood drawn
Blood draw was so well doen, I don’t even have a bruise!
I just wish they had a better portal and a way to speak to care coordinators on the phone
They don’t have a gynecologist on staff.
Such a great experience and felt so comfortable
Welcoming, clean, comfortable and cute!
