Amazing clinic with amazing staff. My nurse was Cheryl who took so much time with me and was so caring. The person checking me in was Alley and she was super friendly and personable as well. Mary, the front desk staff was very welcoming and even embraced me with a prayer before I left. It was something I needed that brought me peace. I highly recommend Real Options. I have never experienced such love and care at a medical facilities from complete strangers. I felt so comfortable and look forward to my next appointment tomorrow.

I had trouble looking for a prenatal care clinic for my 1st&2nd trimester.. they are the only one that accepted me during that time most clinics are fully booked. The staffs are very helpful & caring. Gives their absolute knowledge & advice. Keep it up Real Options! God bless all of u!

I first came here to Real Options when I found I out was pregnant back in October of 2023. I am forever grateful for the very helpful and supportive medical team and office staff at Real Options. I dont feel alone in my pregnancy when I came in for visits. Highly recommended to all pregnant women for any assistance during their pregnancy. My baby is loved and well taken care of here.

I recently visited the RealOption suspecting I was pregnant, and I cant express enough gratitude for the exceptional care I received from Liz, Mary and the dedicated nurse . From navigating paperwork to providing invaluable advice, their warmth and patience made me feel right at home. Their support turned what could have been a daunting experience into a comforting one. I highly recommend this clinic for their compassionate staff and excellent service.

This is one of the best medical facilities I have ever worked with. The staff was very professional and kind, the facility was clean and state of the art. They had new ultrasound machines that provided so much information and my nurse was extremely knowledgeable, answering every question my husband and I had. Would highly recommend this facility to any individual.

I went here for my second pregnancy. I brought my son and everyone was so warm and welcoming to both of us. I appreciated the amount of time the nurse spent with me during the ultrasound. She was so thorough with measurements and checking the heart beat. Everyone at Real Options made me feel like my pregnancy is important and it matters. At the end of the ultrasound we got little booties as a gift to congratulate us on our new baby 🥹

I was feeling helpless and frustrated as I tried to contact hospitals and doctors with no luck to get help with my pregnancy ultrasound and check ups. The Obria Clinic in Central San Jose was fantastic. The staff was discrete, understanding and so helpful, the medical procedures where performed professionally, respectfully and gently. At all times, I have felt safe and welcome. I highly recommend the Clinic - particularly, but not exclusively to women in distressing/emotionally charges situations. I have seldomly received such warm and competent care and I wholeheartedly recommend the clinic!

This place is such a blessing to have around. The staff are very friendly and helpful. They sure look after your needs with the utmost care. What surprised me the most is the many forms of assistance they provide for new moms.

Love coming to RealOptions Obria Medical Clinics of Central San Jose. They are so loving , caring staff they really care for you I first came for a pregnancy test and throughout my pregnancy they would ask if I wanted to come in for ultrasounds because of there training and I always accepted because why not ? I got to see my baby more . After I delivered my daughter they offered practical support which is a blessing to get a little help it goes along way! I’m very thankful this office is there they are God send people-- Lydia H

I Love Real Options Obria Medical Clinics because they really do care about the health and well being of expectant mothers and their babies. They have plenty of resources to assist with any decisions you may make and even after you have completed your services they make an effort to check on you. They really so care and I am so grateful to have run across such a program.

I don’t know where to begin with this review. From the moment we stepped inside we knew we were in good hands. From the friendly and amazing receptionists, to the nurse that made sure my wife felt comfortable and understood everything that was said (my wife does not speak English natively so I was translating). We went to a clinic in the past for prenatal care and tests and were honestly worried to go to another after the initial experience. I wish we came here first! If you need an initial prenatal visit, or if you are lucky enough to be admitted full time here, take my word and get the absolute beat care that is available!

Real options was a great supportive clinic for patients to go when dealing with a pregnancy. They are easy to talk to and support you in a lot of ways. I am glad I went to this clinic

My name is Olivia Moss, I had my first successful pregnancy ultrasound at the mountain view location and if was a wonderful experience. I recently went to the Alameda location in San Jose on 09/8/21 and after filling out the paperwork ect everything was fine, the staff was wonderful. They were understanding of my situation and made me feel comfortable. Before I left I paid 347$ for all my services. Then later in the week as I was trying to reach out for a referral and didnt realize it was real options and them telling me that the ultrasound was free and everything im so disappointed. As you can see she mentions multiple time that services are free of charge

These women are absolute ANGELS. I have had such a terrible experience with different hospitals in the San Jose area since recently moving here and it has been so heartbreaking.. then I finally find this place and its the best experience Ive ever had!! They saw me at short notice even when I was having issues with my insurance and were just so sweet and kind I almost cried when I left not even kidding! It was such a relief. I recommend them to everyone and every pregnant mama!!

This is a crisis pregnancy center! I came here with my first pregnancy as we had just relocated from living internationally and I didn’t have insurance yet. They said they had ultra sounds free of cost. Desperate to make sure my baby was still moving and healthy at 12 weeks, I booked the ultrasound.Little did I know I would be awkwardly lectured in a room about how “sad” it was that my baby would be raised without religion. I was also heavily judged during the ultrasound for having soda before the apt. because of what it may do to the fetus. I felt disgusted leaving this place. Please be aware, this is a pro life clinic to try and make you feel supported/pressured into keeping the baby.

Miss Pati and all the staff and nurse that we met are so friendly and very helpful. They provided us with all the information that we need to know. Their service and kindness is beyond excellence. Thank you so much. I strongly recommend to all new parents to go to this centre. GOD Bless

This is a Christian organization that provides pregnancy care (pre-natal check-ups) for moms to be. This amazing group of admins, nurses and staff provide the very best service for moms to be. They are generous with their knowledge and their time. They genuinely care and want the very best for mom and baby. I would highly recommend Real Options for moms to be.

Good place.. Mostly..We were given great advice, info about the pregnancy, urine test and a sonogram, All for free! BUT even though The nurses and assistants were nice, they were very biased and had a religious agenda being pushed on to us to try and sway our decisions.

Real Options Pregnancy & Abortion Information Medical Center is just amazing. My husband and I were definitely not planning on getting pregnant, and most of all, we weren’t financially prepared. Real Options didn’t require anything from us (no applying, no proving our financial status, no proving our citizenship…), but was there for us every step of the way. I got a free pregnancy test and ultrasound right away, and that was necessary for me to get on Medi-Cal (the nurse made up a written statement to authenticate my pregnancy for Medi-Cal). The ultrasounds were so special. It was such a treat to be able to see our son as such a young age, especially when we didn’t have the money for that kind of a luxury. They were there for us no matter what decision we wanted to make about our pregnancy. They gave us free parenting and birthing classes, which included a whole lot of free baby items. Real Options was just a very important part of my pregnancy. None of the services that they provided cost me anything or gave me a headache, and everything that they did for us was incredible. I highly recommend Real Options Pregnancy & Abortion Information Medical Center in San Jose!

Went here with friend, she was disgusted with how she was treated. They refused to allow me to be present and kept trying to keep here from leaving.They present them-self as benign, or even helpful, but seeks to actively trick vulnerable women out of having an abortion. Serves as a front for the anti-abortion agenda, using shame tactics and outright lies to dissuade women from choosing terminate their pregnancy. There is nothing wrong with being given a choice—just ask anyone in the pro-choice movement. But let’s be real, everyone knows about the choice to have a baby—it’s literally the default.

This is an amazing place for anyone thats pregnant, needing information or support . I recommend to any mother or soon to be . I am a young mother myself, coming in with little knowledge of being a parent or how to start my pregnancy journey I left with more information than I can think of . This is a really good place.

This is a Crisis Pregnancy Center. Be careful.Not sure if they are intentionally located right next to the Planned Parenthood on the Alameda or if their billboards intentionally take up all the advertising space at the bus stops in front of that same Planned Parenthood, but that is the actual facts of the situation.I also regularly see people coming from the direction of their location with leaflets advertising them to Planned Parenthood. These people never come to use Planned Parenthood, just to stand in the driveway and give patrons this CPCs leaflets. Some of these people are merely passive aggressive. Some are loud and vocally aggressive--never to the people they speak to, only of the people they speak about.Full Disclosure of Bias: Planned Parenthood is my current Primary Care Provider and do Volunteer to escort patients into their clinics. The latter post is meant to be to protect people for potential zealotry, but that never happens here. Mostly I just got to explain all of the above and make reference to why I said: Be careful at the start of this. Go browse either Rewire Newss website or Sister Reachs.PS Isnt it against California State Law for CPCs to still call themselves Medical Clinics or am I not reading the fine print right?

This place is clearly anti-abortion and anti-contraception. Theyre just trying to scare pregnant women into giving birth. I understand abortions are not ideal but they dont even provide contraception!!! So theyre just setting women up for failure to justify their ideology. Calling this place real options is an orwellian, ironic farse.

I am so glad to find this place..It was suggested by one of my friend as i was not having insurance and wanted to confirm my pregnancy..when i went there the staff was very friendly and helpful, they patiently heard to my concerns and did my scan to confirm my pregnancy and this service was absolutely free .The staff is so dedicated and pationate about helping their patients, they were constantly in touch with me to know how i was doing even after i got my insurance ..At the end of my pregnancy, they called me and gave me a layette of diapers, baby clothes and many other stuff that i would be needing to start off... I am greatful to them for their wonderful service and wish this review helps others who are in need.

From the moment a patient enters the doors, they are greeted by hearts that really care. From the receptionist to the advocates and finally the nurses. The atmosphere says it all!

This establishment does not give you options, it is clear they provide one choice: continuing with the pregnancy. Provided false information concerning abortion that was not based in scientific fact. Attempted to use religious reasoning. Utilized scare tactics to discourage the termination of pregnancy. Horrible.
