We had the BEST experience at RSC in San Ramon with Dr. Evan Rosenbluth! We have him (and the incredible staff) to thank for our little miracle baby, Natalie Hope!
We had a wonderful experience at RSC and with Dr. Rosenbluth. Infertility can feel like an isolating journey, but my case manager, Kayla, was supportive and held my hand through the process. We did one egg retrieval and one embryo transfer, which resulted in my baby boy❤️ Prior to that, we did 4 rounds of clomid with my OB and 2 rounds of IUI with Dr. Rosenbluth and his team. I suggest asking all of the questions you may have…Dr. Rosenbluth is great at explaining everything. Your case manager will be a huge point of contact for you. I was very open with Kayla and expressed my concerns and feelings. We are so happy our OB referred us to RSC and that we are blessed with our son❤️
Highly recommend RSC! The doctors and staff are all incredible and so caring/supportive throughout a difficult process, in addition to doing great work. It was also convenient to be able to do my monitoring appointments at an office closer to my home (Oakland office). We have two beautiful daughters, two years apart, thanks to everyone at RSC!
We had our beautiful baby girl (first child) 6.5 weeks ago (1st IVF transfer was successful) with RSC San Ramon. Prior to RSC, we opted to first use a local private fertility specialist Doctor, where we were unsuccessful with 2 IUIs and 2 IVF transfers. I will say this private Dr. was extremely responsive, knowledgeable, kind, always put us at ease, and I truly believe did everything in their power to help us become parents. With that being said, I do feel that in subsequently going with RSC San Ramon - it was much more our pace - everything slowed down and we felt like they really took the time to explain each and every step along the way. Did this increased understanding have to do with the fact that we had already been through this process - absolutely. But, it just didnt feel so rushed, which I firmly believe helped our mental health, and my Wifes ability to be much more relaxed and knowledgeable about what was exactly going on. Previously, everything was just moving so fast, that we had this sense of being on auto-pilot to anything we were told to do, with not fully comprehending what we were doing and why. If we were successful with the first private out-of-pocket Dr., would I even care about feeling rushed - probably not, as Id likely chalk it up as they knew what they were doing... we just let them do their thing, and Im glad we werent speed bumps for their successful proven process, but with now having been through RSCs process, I can gauge & compare both, seeing what I feel helped & didnt. Something as simple as a professional/courteous staff in the waiting area goes a very long way with your psyche during this stressful time. I vividly remember multiple non-RSC appointments, where my Wife and I could fully hear staff using excessive profanity with their coworkers about internal staff struggles, etc.. Im not talking overhearing quiet voices and bits of conversations here & there - I am talking no effort to quiet voices/conversations (to the point of almost grandstanding to the waiting room), which just really disappointed me, with how much we were paying without help from insurance. While this may seem like it has nothing to do with having success in this fertility process - there is something to be said about your specialist/facility cultivating the absolute best experience throughout this entire journey, to strengthen the mind & body during this extremely stressful time. Overall, if I could go back, I wouldnt change a thing, as it would have altered the paths on our journey, and wouldnt have led us to our miracle gift in our home right this moment. Good luck to all of you out there - keep hope alive!
My wife and I were referred to Reproductive Science Center by my OBGYN. After doing some research we made an appointment with Dr.Hinkley. This was the best decision we could have made. We had an amazing case manager Kayla that truly went above and beyond for us. We did IUI and loved our experience with Kayla, Dr. Hinkley, and her team. We are now blessed with a baby boy due this year and are so excited. Thank you so much to everyone at Reproductive Science Center and especially our case manager Kayla for an experience we will never forget. 💙
RSC helped my husband and I finally become parents. We went through two miscarriages and a year of trying to conceive naturally before we turned to fertility treatments. It took us three years and different providers before we landed at RSC and the staff was so welcoming and supportive. You need a team that listens to you and knows the struggles we face with infertility. These people will be a support system for the hope, the devastation, the small triumphs, and hopefully the success of conceiving a child. I don’t have the words to express how much gratitude I have to them in for making me a mom. My son just turned 1 and he is the best gift I’ve ever gotten!! A person once told me to not give up and keep trying and I took that advice and it worked…so it can happen for you too!!
Dr Hinkley is the best! She is so patient and kind to work with. We first met her in 2017 and as of today we welcomed two beautiful baby girls in our family. Best experiences ever!
What an amazing facility and staff. Dr. Hinkley was with us through this 6 year process. Even though it was an emotional rollercoaster, my wife and I never felt alone. The staff was treated us as family and continued to support us in all of our decisions. After multiple rounds, we came together to explore on more option and with that change, we welcomed a beautiful amazing baby boy. Even after giving birth, they were one of my 1st calls to let them know he was here.I would refer this office and Dr Hinkley to anyone!! Shout out to DevRonne as well!!!
Dr. Weckstein and his staff were so kind, knowledgeable, and helpful through our fertility journey. Its thanks to his teams wisdom and top-knotch lab and medical support that we have our two beautiful daughters today. I highly recommend RSC of San Ramon after trying IVF unsuccessfully at another clinic.
My husband and I are incredibly grateful to Dr. Homer, Kacey, and the RSC team for helping us become parents after our fertility journey. Despite initial challenges and impersonal care elsewhere, we found renewed hope with Dr. Homers compassionate approach at RSC.After multiple IVF cycles and overcoming complications, we received the joyous news of my pregnancy. In 2022, we welcomed our first daughter, Anastasia, followed by our second, Natalia, in 2024. Both are healthy and bring immense happiness to our lives.Dr. Homer, Kacey, and the entire RSC team provided personalized care and unwavering support throughout our journey. If youre seeking compassionate and expert fertility care, we highly recommend RSC and Dr. Homer. Thank you for making our dreams come true!
We can’t thank enough to Dr. Hinckley for making our dream come true, blessed with two beautiful babies with 2 successful round of ivf( after 5 miscarriages in row, when we almost gave up on completing our family). DevRonne is also amazing with her communication and helps clarify all questions. The whole process was a pleasant experience , thanks to the Rsc San Ramon team. Highly recommend them.
So happy we chose Dr. Hariton!!!! He’s the best!!! After going to several other doctors around the Bay Area, Dr. Hariton was the only one who could confidently diagnose me with PCOS. I knew I had it, but other doctors weren’t sure. He gave me validation and a solution to my long time infertility. He’s also the only doctor who discovered my misshaped cervix. After getting surgery with RSC I was able to do IVF. Jazmine was our case manager and she was so attentive and helpful throughout our entire process!! I felt so supported and relaxed through our entire IVF journey. I’m now pregnant with a healthy baby boy and I couldn’t be happier. It’s all thanks to the awesome team at RSC and Dr Hariton’s intelligence and expertise in infertility. Thank you all so much!! I can’t wait to come back for baby #2
Not sure how the clinic itself is couldn’t get past the rude, disrespectful, unhelpful, miserable sounding person that answered the phone!!! This is supposed to be an exciting and joyful time in mine and my husbands life and damn sure don’t need to go somewhere where the lady making the appointment is so negative and stress inducing instead of being helpful and informative considering this is our first time!I will definitely seek my business and my life choices else where!!!
The staff here were amazing. Since we came so frequently, they knew us personally and were so encouraging through the process. We now have a beautiful baby boy!
I highly recommend RSC and specifically Dr. Reid. We were blessed to have two embryos donated to us and she successfully transferred both. Now we have a 4 1/2 year old and a 1 1/2 year old! Thank you Dr. Reid!!
At this clinic you will almost NEVER see your Dr. They dont do their own ultrasounds at monitoring appts, and you may or may not have them for your procedures so it is possible you may never see them. I had 4 egg retrievals and 1 FET at this facility.Out of all 4 cycles, we retrieved 56 eggs, only a total of 6 embryos (out of 56 eggs!), and out of the 6 embryos only 1 was PGT normal. Out of all of the cycles, my protocol never changed except one time priming with BC vs. Estrogen, and then adding microdose Lupron. After my 4th egg retrieval, we really started questioning why it wasnt working and that it had to be something they are doing, or lack thereof, maybe my protocol, the lack of changing my protocol each time to see if we get a different outcome, maybe the lab, I should have had way more than 6 embryos out of 56 eggs, and more than only one euploid, and then to miscarry the only euploid I transferred, something doesnt make sense. I finally changed clinics and the new Dr. completely took all of my questions and concerns into consideration, things I was requesting to be done that RSC wouldnt do becuase it is not their practice or they are not familiar with the process. I asked RSC about mini IVF which is lower stims but they were reluctant. My stim meds now at my new clinic have been cut in half, they have now added clomid, and as I requested of RSC for Calcium Ionophore to help fertilization, but was told they dont do that, my new clinic will be doing that as well. Also my new clinic the Dr. does every ultrasound for my monitoring which I love and so far he is great. I honestly feel as though I deserve to have at least one of my egg retrieval cycles refunded as a courtesy. I had alot of questions for my dr. at RSC after my failed 4th retrieval and they wanted me to schedule a Reconsult which I would have to pay for or my insurance would... That is a bit ridiculous in my opinion when I have been a patient for over a year and gone through many failed cycles, there should not be a charge to answer my questions and how to have better success. The end result was the Dr. telling me maybe I shoudl try a different clinic because maybe their lab just wasnt compatible with my eggs. I am pretty healthy, 39 years old with AMH of 2.84. I see older women with half the AMH I have and they had success after 1 - 2 cycles. Something just isnt right with my situation here and sadly, I used up all of my ivf coverage and am out over $10k with still no baby.
So grateful for RSC making our dreams come true. Loved our Case Manager Tanna and our Doctor! They will be a part of our lives forever!
My husband Michael and I had a great experience at Reproductive Science Center and would highly recommend their fertility clinic. The office is very nice and clean. The doctors and staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. Everyone works as a team. We had an egg retrieval in December of 2022 and had our first frozen embryo transfer in May of 2023. Our transfer worked and we are now pregnant with our first baby. We are very thankful to Dr. Weckstein and the entire RSC staff! We will definitely go back when we are ready to transfer our second embryo in the future. We will miss Dr. Weckstein as he begins his retirement, but we are confident that we will be in good hands no matter who our new doctor will be.
What a Godsend this place is! My wife and I have been trying to conceive for sometime and decided to turn to reciprocal IVF. The entire staff was so unbelievably amazing. Our first transfer, unfortunately ended in a chemical, however, our second transfer resulted in the most beautiful baby that I’m currently holding in my arms. Even during our loss, they reached out continuously to check on me I would recommend this place to anyone with a desire to begin a family.
The medical care from Dr Reid was amazing. Sadly the service from the support staff, billing department and case manager was terrible. Double billing, unexplained charges, phone calls from random providers asking for credit card details for charges that were not discussed, and a case manager that would never contact me to provide any information on results, upcoming schedules or charges. Left an unfortunate sour taste over the entire experience with RSC.
We are just beginning our journey with RSC but so far have absolutely no complaints. Everyone we have worked/interacted with have been amazing thus far. McKenzie Dixon p.a. Has been so welcoming and personable & our case manager Ariana has been wonderful in QUICKLY getting the ball rolling for us and explaining everything in detail for us as well as staying in touch to make sure everything is taken care of.As we begin our IUI process we are feeling extremely confident in our care team and so glad we were able to find this practice.
Dr Weckstein is an excellent and professional doctor. When I did my first time of IVF in another clinic, my first doctor did not contact me during the IVF treatment but only sent me an email when the PGT-A test result was obtained. However, for the second time of IVF, Dr Weckstein called me several times , explaining my situation in detail and giving me time to ask questions during the cycle. He also called me to share the good news immediately after receiving the PGT-a test result. I am so happy that I dont have to do 3rd IVF.Also, my case manager Rachael is a very responsible nurse, she responded to my messages quickly and also did a good job of coordinating. Ive been lucky to have amazing doctors and nurses.
Once we got in contact with our case manager, everything happened so fast! And it was soo awesome. Our first visit we got to meet Dr.Weckstein who was super great! I knew we picked a great doctor. The office staff were super welcoming, they knew exactly who we were every time we walked in. They were super hands on and always had resources available to us if we ever had any questions. After our successful IVF cycle! we were so sad to leave the office because we spent so much time there we weren’t going to see anyone again.. but before we left for good after our first ultrasound the office staff wanted to see the pictures of the baby! Amazing office. Can’t wait to come back for our next baby!
After working with RSC for the last 6 months, I am confident in their services, skill, and staffing. Communication has become more fluid, the care and support from staff members is endearing, and Dr. Homer has provided me with a sense of strength which I never thought would happen during fertility treatments.I like that RSC has multiple locations which offered me a greater range of flexibility for appointments.
When you think of a life altering scenario, you never imagine you may not have children naturally, to be one of them. We had gone through two miscarriages, and three failed IUI at another facility (thats where insurance covered). Both of my older sisters had success with Dr. Weckstein, so we decided to finance to see him specifically. When you meet someone who loves what they do, and you can feel it from their mannerisms, its comforting. From the very beginning, we knew he would help us. Medication, procedures, egg retrieval, sperm spinning, then IVF... Our daughter is two months old today. When I say she is perfect, I do not mean in the standard way a parent believes they are, but genetically, emotionally, physically, and spiritually... She is perfect. Without the assistance of Dr. Weckstein and his staff, we literally would not have our baby. Knowing someone cares as much as you do about the outcome, and does not just see you as finances, makes an extremely invasive scenario, more of a comforting guidance. In my family, including my daughter, Dr. Weckstein has provided a total of 6 children, and if thats not enough for you to see them, know both myself and my sisters attempted processes elsewhere before finding The Reproductive Science Center in San Ramon.
Be ready to go thru tests and retests and then more tests. One of the tests they “recommend” is the genetic test. The cost for the genetic test is $8995 per person or $17,990 for both partners. Shocking to say the least. I put recommend in quotations because we felt more like a pressure than a mere recommendation. And that won’t be all. Let face it. We all have some bad gene in our genome that is responsible for an illness or something. High blood pressure, diabetes, etc. For us they found a hidden gene that may, possibly, perhaps, probably… cause the baby we are hoping to have to be affected. Long story short, now they want us schedule a consultation with these out of state genetic “experts” to do I don’t know what. And I know that won’t be cheap and insurance may not pay for it. The good news for us is that miraculously our insurance paid the $17,990!!! We’ve decided to continue to try and if it didn’t happen maybe it’s not meant to be for us. I hope this review will help some. Thank you.
RSC, Dr. Michael Homer and our case manager Lindsay Smith are wonderful people and I highly recommend them. Generally speaking, the staff at RSC is incredibly kind and human. RSC is also one of the top IVF clinics in the US; they have amazing success rates. Weve been incredibly lucky to have them. Dont hesitate for a minute!Update: I just gave birth to an adorable baby boy. Thank you, Dr. Homer!
Dr. Weckstein helped us get two embryos successfully in two IVF cycles, though we are very difficult case. Now I am pregnant! We have been through three clinics, and only succeeded in RSC. We failed in other two clinics (one is Boston IVF) and got nothing after three cycles. Not only his professional skills, but also his caring about patients are the top in US. Dr. Weckstein called me many times during the IVF treatments, which I havent seen in other clinics. As a patient, I can feel Dr. Weckstein cares a lot about me. The nurse Paula is very responsible too. She is always there, very easy to find her. I strongly recommend Dr. Weckstein to be your fertility doctor. He is a reliable, responsible and professional doctor. It is really hard to go through the IVF treatments. Lots of mental pressure around the patients especially in the difficult case. RSC is the best choice! Those are all my true feeling. I have been through 5 times of IVF treatments and 3 clinics. Those is my true experience.
I really enjoyed my experience. Everyone was thoughtful and mindful of our journey. All the doctors took an account of the past medication and procedures I had done. The plan was catered to me and felt right. We never felt pressured or unheard. I really enjoyed the amount of care that was given and no question was considered unimportant. Every step of the way was a great mile stone and they were celebrating. Every single person cared about us as people and not just a $ which also made the process amazing. I feel like all of the doctors and nurses were educated and very knowledgeable. I really didn’t know what to expect from this experience but it was wonderful and I’m grateful. All I can say is thank you to all who were involved from administration to the doctors.
The personalized care and compassion Dr. Weckstein, Paula and the entire team (from the receptionist, phlebotomist (sweet Kelly who always draw my blood), the ultrasound techs, the preop nurses) has provided my husband and I through our infertility journey will always be close to our hearts. This team will be forever part of our family. The RSC San Ramon team from the point of consultation to our first successful IVF cycle have been so supportive in the care and coordination through every process. The communication among the team has been seamless and timely. We are so blessed to have been in the care of Dr. Weckstein and his amazing team, we can’t wait to meet our rainbow baby!
I was nervous for my phone appointment. It is hard for me to talk about my infertility issue, well to be honest I’m not sure what to say and how to ask. This is all new to me. When I received the phone call, hearing the drs voice was very welcoming. She was talking to me like she knew me. She made it really comfortable for me to open up to her without being in front of her. She was as very patient with everything I was saying and very knowledgeable. I went to my boyfriend and expressed how happy I was to finally have this process started and how comfortable I was.
Was a great experience. The staff is very professional , polite and welcoming. Would highly recommend Dr Wachs for IVF related treatments. Had a very smooth and a successful journey with her.
Completely disorganized and poor communication from the start. They called and called when they wanted me to spend the $100 on labwork required for fertility testing. Now they are dragging their feet on following through with their own next steps for just a phone appointment to discuss my results, more than two weeks later.
Dr Hinckley was very nice, explained everything thoroughly. She was hesitant to perform surgery until she had the operation report, which was understandable. Then met with the case manager about an entirely different treatment plan that was chosen for me in the hallway according to the case manager. I sent my surgical history in months prior that she could have reviewed but instead I drove 5H round trip, $340 & told lets review- for her to tell another staff no way.
I am very happy to report that Im ten weeks pregnant. From that standpoint, thank you RSC. The nurses and doctors were pleasant to work with, though you do very much feel like a number. Whenever I would talk to a case manager they say things that arent applicable to my case which gets frustrating when youre spending $40,000, which leads me to my most important point...Billing practices are a nightmare. I receive a different amount on line items every time Ive asked for a bill. Ive been double billed multiple times. Ive asked for a ledger countless times. Most recently, I received a bill for bloodwork and ultrasounds that were clearly included in my FET estimate total. I was told insurance was not covering anything and I had to pay up front - but I know that my insurance did end up covering some things and I havent received a refund, just additional bills. I received a bill for sperm and embryo storage when it is just embryo storage. No call backs. No email response.
RSC Bay area is great. I am so glad I selected them for my IVF journey. I graduated from there this week and the process could not have been any better. All the staff are amazing. My doctor was doctor Hinckley and my case manager was Shanda. Dr. Hinckley is awesome, super knowledgeable, and caring. She selected the best protocol for me and recommended all the right things which made the process a success. She cares about the patients and only recommends things that are necessary. She also did my mock transfer, my transfer, and first OB US and I had the best experience during all of them. Shanda is awesome and super caring too. She was there and supported me throughout the process. Every time I had a question or concern, I could reach out to her and she would get back to me within a couple minutes or hours based on the critically of the issue. Dr. Weckstein did my egg retrieval and Everything turned out great. I want to thank everyone at RSC Bay area who made this journey a seamless and successful journey for me. I look forward to going back to them in near future for another transfer.
We came to Rsc after trying 3 IUI with obgyn. We are very happy with our doctor Dr Mary Hinckley. She is very knowledgeable and we completely trusted her decisions. The staff at Rsc were very well organised, friendly and kind. Special thanks to our case manager Tanna, who walked us through every treatment and procedure. She was always only a phone call away for any concerns we had and always had a positive outlook.
RSC has been amazing thus far and Jenny as my counselor has been very supportive and quick with her responses. Dr. Hinkley seems amazing and was very prepared for our video apt. I feel like I’m in good hands with RSC. I also highly recommend Suzanne Leibowitz their PA. She is ALWAYS prepared, takes her time, and always gets back to you in a timely manner.
The providers were so patient, knowledgeable, and kind. They always took the time to make sure we felt comfortable and answered all of our questions. The front desk staff and ultrasound techs were always kind and efficient.
Dr. Weckstein, Kayla, and the entire staff at RSC made our visit an incredibly informative and comforting experience. Even prior to our first patient appointment, we were in direct communication with a new patient coordinator, who enabled us to get everything together that we would need for our first visit with the physician. It was very apparent that Dr. Weckstein as well as his nurse Kayla had already reviewed our records thoroughly prior to our arrival. We spoke at length regarding my particular case, considerations, medications, expectations, and anticipatory guidance. all of our questions were answered to her satisfaction, and we were left feeling well-educated and eager to continue the next steps in our journey with their practice. There are online modules that you can go through together as a couple, as well as a financial coordinator assigned to each case. I am so very glad that we entrusted RSC to build our family. Their CDC IVF rates are among the most successful in the country.
RSC was able to help me and my husband where Kaiser just left us in shambles. The staff is so friendly, helpful and understanding. Im very hopeful well will see a positive pregnancy in the near future now that were in the right hands. Dr Hinckley is the best!Update: I am currently pregnant after our first round of IVF. We dont have enough positive things to say about RSC!! We are over the moon happy!2nd update: our little boy is happy, healthy and thriving at 2 & a half years old. He is the light and love of my life, along with his big brother! Our family is complete thanks to RSC! 💙💙
We ended up getting lucky trying on our own but the consultation we had with Dr. Rosenbluth was a game changer and definitely put us on the right path after several chemical pregnancies. I felt like he was the first medical professional, out of a total of 3 that we had spoken with, who was able to address OUR circumstance and explain things in a clear, understandable way.
The physician was friendly and supportive. Although I felt she was hard to reach. Everything had to go through the case manager. All the case managers cover for each other, so there isn’t one particular CM that will answer my questions all the time which was fine. Some CM were thorough. They would call and follow with emails. Some CM will only email. For important info like med instructions and office appointments, CM should call in the event we have questions that need to be answered right away or if the appointment date and time don’t work. The financial advisor was also hard to reach which can be stressful in addition to a already stressful journey. At the office however, all the staff are very friendly and helpful.
The team is very attentive and supportive, confident and knowledgeable in every interaction. Its very soothing to know theyve done this so many times that they have proper systems and set solid expectations. From intake to the last visit and transferring to my OB, everything was thorough and seamless.
All of the staff and doctors at Reproductive Science Center are amazing. Dr Rosenbluth was so great and answering our endless questions and making us feel supported and prepared each step of the way. My case managers were wonderful as well and spent all the time I needed answering questions. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
I called the RSC center three times and tried to schedule an appointment for an initial consultation with one of their physician in the clinic. I received no call back from their office. I finally got in touch with someone live on my fourth try and spoke to one of the receptionists for an appointment. The appointment was to be available six weeks later and demanded a $100.00 deposit for the appointment, which I have no problem of paying. As soon as they found out that this appointment is for my sister, who speaks limited English. The office refused to give her an appointment unless I agreed to use their interpreter in their clinic. The interpreter charged by hour and is extremely expensive. I question why cant I interpret for my sister, who also work in the medical field. Her respond is It is their office policyI believed we were discriminate by this clinic. I truly believe that my sister is better off to seek for other clinic who would be there to care for her need and not just to make money out of the patient.
Make sure youre looking at Yelp reviews too and pay attention to all the billing errors and complaints. RSC checked my benefit coverage and gave me incorrect information that medications were covered when they in fact, are not. My insurance company gave them correct information - this was not an error with the pharmacy or insurance company. This was an error their staff was responsible for. They then charged me almost $7,000 for the claims the insurance company rightfully denied. This has been going on since July and they finally told me that they would do nothing else for me (not reimburse for any of the costs they caused me to incur nor refund and of the money I was duped into paying them.) Total frauds, you have many options in the bay area, give yourself peace of mind and go somewhere else.
I cannot recommend RSC enough. Although I am just beginning my journey with them, everyone has been so supportive, positive, and knowledgeable. I’ve had follow up calls to check on me, a financial planner clearly explain everything, and a wonderful case manager to help me through this process. Dr. Hinkley is extremely kind and caring and helped explain everything in terms that made sense to me. She is extremely thorough and made sure she covered everything. RSC is a wonderful place!
RSC is magic when it comes to IVF. Dr Weckstein, is second to none! The staff is awesome, responsive and supportive. All statistics are supported with data which helps in making decisions. The RSC staff made me a mom for the first time almost three years ago and we are planning for another one this year. Crossing fingers!
Update: I am Currently pregnant after 5 years of nothing. Thanks to Dr.Weckstien. I am 4months with baby #2 after our first round of treatment. So far so good. I went in for my new patient consultation on Friday and I was very satisfied with all the staff. I went with Dr Weckstien and he was very informative and made us feel comfortable. He didnt not push on us anything extreme like ivf or iui. We are starting off slow and thats just what I wanted. I gave the rating 4 stars because this is just the beginning and we have a road ahead of us ! Hopefully short but successful.
Third times a charm, but only because of Dr. Weckstein and the staff at RSC. Despite two failed cycles at another clinic, Dr. Weckstein made sure we remained hopeful. In a time full of physical and emotional challenges, we could not have asked for a more skilled, selfless team. Our case managers, Laura Colebourn and Sara Romero couldnt be more patient, caring and professional. Thank you for the miracle.Steve and Ronda
Called a few times and well worth it. At their prices, they have to be extremely busy. We had the consultation and the doctor (Vanderbilt and a Stanford Medical degees) was extremely impressive and to the point showing us all our options and we kinda felt like the super rich people when you see what was impossible is now possible at RSC at much lower costs than anticipated.Went to Kaiser a few years back giving us about a 3 to 11% to conceive with no luck what so ever to RSC to almost a 75% chance of conceiving in less than 4-6 months. Im no math wizard but we really do like RSC odds much better than Kaiser.Pretty impressive and the consultation was done by a real doctor and she was super nice and so dang positive. Simply an amazing place to be and Im pretty confident that we will have a child or two in a short and distant future. The impossible is possible at RSC!
Update: The below response from the business was meant for marketing purposes only, we have tried to reach someone other then the junior accountant, but certainly have never been contacted by the Director of Billing, she hides from any accountability. Both my CPA and the IRS have said their accounting practices are not standard, and we are being fined by the IRS due to their negligence. They sent us 3 different ledgers - each service charge was modified to make whatever payment we had called out as missing. Do not go here if you don’t want to be scammed! It is a fraudulent business!Original:Please read Yelp reviews carefully. I am currently enrolled with the United HealthCenter Fertility program where they pay most of my bills, I felt very lucky. The other portion I have had to cover has been a small percent, however, they have made it so difficult to get reimbursed from FSA and claim on my taxes - I am now being audited by the IRS due to their lack of documentation. Fertility treatments are already a difficult time, and then add to that their careless, fraudulent billing process - and basically you might as well just throw away any money and hope you saved for Fertility treatments- as they have the worst billing process I have ever seen from a medical establishment. PLEASE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!
Wonderful staff. Amazing doctors. Dr. Wachs made our dream come true and helped the Lord to bless us with twin girls, 6 years ago! After many years of infertility, these were the girls that were meant to be mine.
Hi,I wanted to share my bad experience with RSC and Dr. Susan Williams. The doctor initially started with normal conversation and treatment but at a later time (multiple visits), she brain washed my wife (her age was 29) that she will not have any other options other than IVF. Her health was absolutely fine except polycystic ovary issue which requires clomid cycle to release egg. In fact she forced us to execute IUI and it was a failed attempt and lost my hard earned money. The reason she gave me was my sperm motility was low and when I checked with my doctor, s/he said you can get pregnant with my test result. I was part of all visits and asked Dr Susan, the natural way to conceive baby but rather she pushed us too much to go with IVF. They influenced and brain washed so effectively that my wife started fighting with me to go with procedure as its not possible to have baby in normal methods. I then decided to cut off completely this doctor and RSC and started doing research on my own. RSC still has my extra copay around $100 according to my insurance which they never refunded and its totally a different story. I took 2 years to give enough confidence to my wife and to recover all these RSC attacks and their brainwashed stuffs (in fact I never reminded RSC from 2 years to her).I completely supported my wife to recover the RSC attacks for 2 years and started eating organic milk, organic vegetables and only healthy foods for 2 years along with 1 hour exercise daily. Finally my wife has delivered a very healthy baby boy last month. It was 100% natural method and not even used clomid. Women are born to give baby birth, there may be very few rare/exceptional cases requires some treatments. This proves that RSC is only focused on business and money and they dont care about humanity. Please think twice to believe RSC doctors. You can always cross check the procedures, methods and results in internet now a days before you take any actions
Liars and Con Artists. All they want is your money!!!We moved out of state last year. Charges were occurring on our card since this year.I spoke with Erica from billing and the Cryo team about our move back in June. Sent the paperwork and they even confirmed they turned off the billing.Just got a call from collections that I’m still owing $180 for services.I called and spoke with Erica to get this resolved. She transfers me to someone’s voicemail and drops me off there.Called her again and left a vm. She calls me back and now all of sudden remembers we spoke and confirms billing was closed on our account. Asked to speak with someone to address the charges. She threatens to disconnect me since I’m clearly upset. Ask to speak to her manager and lo and behold, another voicemail. Left a voicemail to Leticia. Waiting on response now.
Billing department is just another world, a chaotic one. Tip: get the paper copy of the receipts and label it with the name of the service you paid. It will become hard to keep track of all receipts in email form because they are not labeled by the type of service. They are just receipts with a dollar amount and a date. The billing system is a disaster. After years of complaints you would think they would fix it but they don’t. Not sure why the director even bothers to respond back it’s the same generic responses she gives to all billing complaints. Generic responses lose meaning and trust that the issues are actually being fixed.
RSC staff is attentive, responds quickly and compassionate. They listened to my concerns and adjusted care to me specifically. 100% recommend.
RSC completely exceeded my expectations when I had my consultation last week. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. The facility is clean and welcoming, which is very important to me.
Theres professional and helpful people in the laborator with best customer services.Im happy with the service they did it today for me.Thank you!
I came to this place after a failed IVF cycle at another location in the bay area. Instead of IVF I wanted a tubal reversal. Dr.Hinkly was so positive and confident from the beginning. Now Im 5 weeks pregnant. If you want a tubal reversal this is the place to come.
Dr Weckstein and his team are so professional, encouraging, and honest. I was blown away by the service in an era where human concern and empathy are rare. I would recommend them a hundred times over.
This is a horrible place to go to. First of all the case managers are not available on the phone and it’s very difficult to get hold of them and they do not exhibit any professional attitude. They keep trying to sell IVF to patients
I don’t know why, but I have a feeling that my doctor strongly recommended IVF over IUI without knowing much of my situation or preference in the first consultation. This made me worry.
Very disappointed after three procedures. The nursing and operation staff were super nice and professional but Dr Deborah was awful… couldn’t get our “treatment strategies” right…
Awesome! I had questions and was likely to tell the dr all the test I wanted to do as I have googled a lot concerning my issue but Dr Louis Weckstein explained all I needed to ask and more and I left fulfilled. The nurses too are receptive and very supportive.
I love Rsc doctors and case managers they are the best. They have given me what I was waiting for, I recommend Rsc to everyone but they have to work on there billing department.
Staff is wonderful, doctors take time to explain and answer questions. For such a sensitive issue its been a really great experience.
The clinic was highly recommended to me and now I am excited to trust them and pray for the best positive outcome.
I had a successful experience throughout the process with the guidance of great doctors and staff. RSC is highly recommended!!!
I am so blessed and thankful to have found this wonderful center. If it were not for Aimee Eyvazzadeh, “the egg whisperer” I would not be a mama now!!
All their doctor and nurses theyre really sweet we have really good experience with them they are so nice and so helpful
